We have been using Best Way since moving to Tucson in 1992.  It is a family owned business with two hard working brothers who have taken over the business from their father, who retired about 15 years ago.  They are hard working, honest, and reliable.  We have had them do everything from clearing clogged drains to repiping our gas system when leaks were discovered.  We recommend them highly to all our friends if they are looking for plumber.

Today Orestes, the owner, came out to fix the leak under my kitchen sink.  We have a 2-10 home warranty, which I filed a claim with them and they gave us United Plumbing & Draining Services, LLC.  I called within a couple minutes of getting the 2-10 work order and called.  Orestes answered.

I explained the problem and he asked when I would like him out.  I asked if he could come out today and he had availability in the afternoon (it was the morning when I called).  It turned out to not be the cold water valve rather a quick connect fitting from our reverse osmosis that the person that installed that system didn't do a great job of putting the fitting on.

Orestes wasn't sure if the kitchen faucet would be damaged in the removal of the quick connect fitting.  It turns out he was able to get this part out (with a lot of work) without damaging our faucet's plumbing.  He had to go out to buy the part and returned and got the leak all taken care of.  No more leaking.

I had also asked him if he does work on hot water heaters and he said he does.  I asked him if he would show my husband and I how to make sure to properly drain our hot water heater.  He went through the steps with us, telling me I should write the steps down, the order in which he did things, and the timing.  He explained why the order and timing, which was super helpful.  Our hot water heater isn't too old, 2.5 yrs old, but we had never done the yearly draining I thought we were supposed to.

Anyway, aside from the 2-10 warranty fee payable to him, I gave him a little extra for being so kind to explain and show us how to drain our hot water heater.  At first he refused the money, but my husband and I thought it was only fair he get some money by empowering us to help keep our hot water heater healthier for longer.

We are very appreciative of the good work Orestes did as well as him being such a decent person by making sure our leak was taken care (the root cause) and we were good to go.  So if you're in search of someone to do a good job, honest, give Orestes a call for your plumbing needs.

Jeff and Majestic Plumbing are the best!!  I called and he was able to come over within a half an hour.  Once he arrived, he solved my plumbing problem immediately and even gave me some advice on how to avoid the same issue next time.  This is the 2nd time I have used Jeff and even plan on having him install a new sink in the kitchen.  He is always prompt, professional, and very reasonable.  I would highly recommend.

We bought an investment property and needed multiple things fixed. Our realtor referred us to Jesus. Being from out of town we needed a trustworthy plumber we could count on!!  Jesus went above and beyond with the project. Not only was he most capable of all the plumbing needs from new faucets to adding a 2 way bull horn on the main sewer line for future clean out , he was also trustworthy enough to do it all while we were in Colorado. The recent installation we had of an overpriced HVAC system has ruined our home.
It's loud even though they said it would not be and they didn't put the cover on or finish installing the bottom so the very heavy panel is a hazard.
On top of all of that heat is now pushed into the side of our home and makes the cabinets and drawers super hot in the afternoon when the AC is running.
For $10,000 I expected a little better service.
On the upside the install was done very quickly (in hindsight probably rushed) and the installers were very nice.

Great customer service! The technicians are friendly and efficient. Every time I call them they typically show up, diagnose the problem, and fix it all within the same 8 hour work day. Wouldn't hire anyone else.

I'll give them four stars.  With more experience with them, maybe I will give them five in the future.  These guys are a plumbing sub for Blandford Homes.  We bought a new Blandford Home this year and had to call USA for two plumbing issues -- one was that we paid for, and ordered, a comfort height toilet and they installed a standard height toilet.  Within two days, they came out and replaced it.  Then a few days later, we noticed that our hot water was not really hot but just warm, both when we washed dishes and took a shower.  I couldn't figure out the problem myself, so I called them, and they came out the very next day.  Come to find out, the mixing valve at the heater was not adjusted correctly so it would never let enough hot water come into the house, just warm water.  In the 50 years or so of me owning homes and having built and lived in at least 9 homes over the years, I never heard of such a mixing valve before.  Apparently, these are new devices designed to prevent overly hot water from entering the house and causing a hot water burn accident to an occupant.  However, since both my wife and I are pretty certain that we wouldn't burn ourselves with hot water, I instructed the plumber to open up the mixing valve to the max and let us manually mix the hot and cold water ourselves at the sinks and the showers in our house, using the hot and cold water valves there.  So, I think USA plumbing is pretty damn good!
