After a weekend without water and dreading a four-figure repair bill when my water line developed a leak, RDO was a welcome encounter. They were recommended by a co-worker and I'm really grateful for that recommendation.

RDO was there on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to explain it to me, and fixed the problem at a very fair price in a very timely fashion. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Gave an accurate estimate over the phone, arrived on time, made the repair quickly and left the work site as neat as a pin. Friendly, fast and not at all expensive. They're my go-to plumber from now on.

They were quick, professional, and fairly priced.  I had a leak under my house from a rotted out pipe and needed a hole cut out of the floor in my closet to access and replace the pipe.  The job from start to finish was completed in about 3 hours.  John was super friendly and trustworthy.  I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber.

We had our hot water go out the same evening our Florida guests arrived......add to the mix I had scheduled oral surgery/implants, 3 teeth just yesterday. I called, left a message w/Appaloosa. My call was returned right away. Within 1 1/2 hrs Bob & son arrived, repaired and also reseated our recirculating pump on the new hot water heater...viola! Hot water!

I had an emergency after hours on black friday and this company was so nice and friendly and happy to come out and fix what my previous maintenance guy was not able to complete. So not only did they do their job but they also did his, again after hours with no advance notice..I couldnt be happier they were friendly and did a gr8 job I highly recommend this company..

We had an issue with our heater blowing out cold air. This company was super responsive with getting us scheduled. We weren't in a hurry but it was nice that they did a same day visit! The tech was honest and no gimmicks. He didn't BS us on what we need to get fixed. He located the issue and fixed it. We didn't pay an arm and a leg either!!

I will definitely use them again and we have them coming back for AC tune up once it's warmer out.

They came out to do our tankless water service and did an amazing job.  They are very knowledgeable.  I would highly recommend them.

I had a issue with the sewer line clogging, Eli contacted me very quickly with a very friendly yet professional manner. He came to our home and found out quickly what the problem was. He and his super friendly co~ worker ( i shamefully forgot his name :(  fixed it, his price was exactly as quoted, gave a free warranty on his work. He was polite,  clean, respectful and very honest. I would highly recommend him and his team for any home repairs you might need. He left the work area clean and tidy. I was home alone and felt very comfortable in his presence, which is a big deal to me as a bit older gal. :) i will definitely you this company for any plumbing issues that might arise in the future.

We had a major water main line leak at our home. We called Zing Plumbing and couldn't be more happy with that decision. George and his technician came across as honest and very knowledgeable. They explained all the possibilities of repair and of course price of the job, this was a big undertaking at least thats what me and my wife thought but professionals made it look easy and the estimate was very very reasonable. We had a leak requiring us to shut off the water to our home and were in need of emergency service on a Saturday. When Scott heard we had 3 kids and no water, he agreed to help, was here within 2 hours, and the issue was fixed quickly! We had a few other things identified at the time of the emergency service and he scheduled us the following week for further repair. We had a little trouble connecting to actually get on their schedule. However, once we got scheduled, the plumber assigned actually came a day earlier than originally scheduled and during our scheduled time slot. He was friendly, efficient, and had our repairs done quickly. We'd definitely call them again!

I am a big fan of supporting local businesses, but have been beyond disappointed with this company.  At first everything seemed great, I purchased two new AC units for our home in Tucson.  The Naughton's  installer partially installed one unit and never returned to complete the job!  After many attempts to contact the contractor, with no response, we started to contact the owner of Naughton's.  He sent out one of his store employees several times, which they were not able to complete the 1st unit installation properly.   After going back and forth for months, we decided to hire another contractor! After review from several other contractors,( we were told the same by each one) the units that  were sold to us from Naughton's were not even the same ones that were in our purchase contract. Since one unit was partially installed, we wanted to return the other unit.  At the time we attempted to return it, we were told that their system was down and they were not able to refund our money at that moment. We have been back and forth for months now  with the same story or avoidance from the store management. The last time we stopped in, one of the employees told us the store was going to be closing soon! Pure dishonesty, value, and lack of customer service!
