Andrew came out very promptly within the timeframe that they gave me which was a two hour window. He was definitely knowledgeable and very polite. He was very thorough in everything that he did and explained a lot to me. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anybody that needs plumbing services. When I do need to upgrade my entire plumbing in my house I will seek this company out first for all the work. My very first impression from this company was excellent. I sent an email via Yelp to the company to request service and they notified me that they had an appointment the very following day. I sent that email about 8 PM. That's excellent customer service and friendly (Amy set me right up).

We had Arizona Elite install a new toilet in January/2020.  Andrew was the plumber sent; it's the second time he's been to our house.  We have only good and wonderful things to say about Andrew, about the customer service from Arizona Elite, about the charges for their service, and our overall experience.
The crowning touch of this visit was the picture my husband took and texted to me - it was taken after the old toilet was removed and the new one installed, and Andrew was on his hands & knees on the floor in front of the sliding door, where he'd been going in and out, cleaning the floor!!!!! That was impressive, above and beyond, and has absolutely endeared Andrew and Arizona Elite Plumbing to us.  Way to go for superior customer service.  Thanks, Lynne and Carl

We wanted a whole house Pelican water filtration system installed, we called AZ Elite Plumbing and one other firm for quotes.  The pricing was very similar but AZ Elite Plumbing was more professional and we felt more comfortable using them.  Chris (maybe the owner?) came out and did the estimate then Andrew came out to do the installation.  The communications with the office were really great and everyone always showed up on time.  Andrew did a really excellent job with the install, took his time and kept us informed of what he was doing the whole time, heck he even shined up the filtration tanks for us before leaving.  No leaks anywhere, a really nice guy to work with, and he did a great job of cleaning everything up before leaving.  If we need any plumbing help in the future we'll call them again for sure.

Excellent customer service and very fair pricing! Spoke with Kathy mid-morning; she was able to get me on the schedule that afternoon. The technician, Arnold, arrived on time and worked efficiently to replace a kitchen sink valve. Very pleased with all aspects of this company.

Elite plumbing is my go-to plumber for two simple reasons, the first being value. I believe the quality of work that my family receives is very high, especially in relation to price. Secondly, Elite has come out for an emergency call more than once, but continued to charge their regular price. I would recommend Arizona Elite Plumbing to anyone!

Third call to Arizona Elite plumbing.  We had another garbage disposal go out (not the same as the prior unit).  Since they were going to be on-site we had them fix a drip in our shower (replaced the cartridge), check the hookup to our new washing machine, and flush two tankless water heaters.  The tech was here for almost 3 hours to complete all the work, but the water heaters each take an hour to flush.  It was a large bill to pay, but we got a lot of work done and everything was done professionally.
We continue to be happy customers and will call AZ Elite every time we have a plumbing issue.

Came outside to water bubbling up in the front yard. Chris came out right away and shut off the water at the meter, dug up the pipe to locate the problem, and then the next day Arnold came and within an hour or so had the problem fixed and the water back on. Very reasonable and fair price for the job and they were all business and really nice people.

I have used them at work and at home many times for every plumbing related job you can think of ! Always reliable, friendly and very fair with pricing. We had a main water line break shortly after purchasing our house.  The cheapskate builders that originally built the house ran a PVC line (expected lifespan of 15 years) under a concrete driveway.  To complicate matters, the water meter was buried in asphalt in the street.  Needless to say, this was a complicated job.

We were without water until Chris got here.  He immediately installed a temporary line to get us back in business.  Chris and his team handled the rest of the job smoothly, with great courtesy and punctuality.  I got more than one quote, and the final job he did was $1500 under a competitor's quote.  The work was clean and professional, and we haven't had any problems since.  We didn't even need to tear up our driveway.  I highly recommend Arizona Elite Plumbing.

I can't say enough good things!  We moved into a 40 year old house 3 years ago and have had the master toilet/shower clog and back up once a year every year since moving in.  Each year we've called out a different plumbing company.  They would snake it out, tell us we were good to go and move on.  The second and third times we had people out, we told them this had happened before, but none of them mentioned anything about there being an underlying problem that might need to be addressed.  They just said Huh, that's weird.  We'll snake it out and see what happens.  One company warrantied the work for a month, the other for two weeks.  This time I went looking for someone that would be more comprehensive in dealing with the issue and tell us what was going on.  We chose Arizona elite because of the reviewers who said they looked for the most cost effective way to fix the problems and because they stood behind their work.
The first technician snaked and camera-ed the line and said it looked like there was a massive clog that was just getting punched through when it had been snaked in the past.  But eventually it would reclog.  He said it was possible that it could be due to a collapse pipe, but it was impossible to tell because the clog was so thick and long.  The next day, the owner/supervisor came out - free of charge - to get a better look.  He said that when a person is looking at a major repair, they like to be double sure.  He decided the best course of action would be to first hydrojet the line to bust out the clog so they could see what was going on with the pipe.  If that fixed it, great.  If not, they would apply the cost of the hydrojetting to any further repairs.  Thankfully, the hydrojetting worked - it was just 40 years worth of crud that had gathered in the pipe.  He told me that they would stand by their work and to call if anything happened again.  I told him that, in the past, the clog didn't come back till a year later and was concerned this would be too long for them to warranty their work.  He said since it had a history of clogging that long after, they would absolutely offer a one year warranty.  He said they really want to find a way to make things work for their customers, so if anything went wrong, just give them a call.  
This will be our go to plumber from now on!

What I really appreciated was the technician Torey was informable and finished the job in time spand he said he would. The job site was just as clean when they finished. The cost was fair as well.  Highly recommend this company to get the job done.

I do not do a lot  of reviews, but I have to do one for Chris and this company. They are absolutely 5      and an A++++++++ plumbing company. They have gone above and beyond trying to figure out why our watering system was possessed. Plus all the other issues that have arose in the last month. Again, best plumbing company I have ever had to deal with. Thank you Chris, Andrew and the office staff for all you have done.

Understood the construction of our home saving us hundreds in unnecessary work.

We had a leak in an old pipe under our porch slab and we had one company give us a bid for digging a trench through the concrete to replace it. Elite came out and said they could go up and over the slab to repair it. On the day they came they had the idea of going through the foundation and drilling through the dirt under the slab to replace the pipe. This resulted in saving us the cost of ripping up the concrete, replacing the concrete, trying to replace the impossible-to-find obsolete tile, and the much longer pipe to go up and over. Then they cut five hundred dollars of their original bid! That counts for five stars in my book. Plus they were the most pleasant contractors I have dealt with in a long time. They will get my repeat business.

After another plumber came to my house (through my home warranty) and gave me a quote to replace my main water line, I called AZ Elite for a second opinion as I have been using them for camera scope inspections in my real estate business for quite some time.
They came out the same day and installed a temporary line to my house so I could have water. The quote I received from them was  considerably lower than the first and they were able to replace the line that week. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great price and quality work.

Previous review was wrong---Arizona elite was one of companies that told me I needed an entire new system.  Jesse who replaced the recirculating pump works for another plumbing company.  (So sorry about review error.)

Excellent plumbing outfit. When I had a leak under my slab, I talked to about 5 different plumbing companies in Tucson. Most didn't really pay attention when I was describing the problem or what I wanted to do to fix it. A couple of the companies seemed like it was a chore for them to give me a quote.
Arizona Elite was completely the opposite. Chris paid very close attention to what I said and he asked intelligent follow up questions about the work. He made sure to capture all the details in the quote and made sure I was briefed on the sequence of everything before they started.

Once the guys were out there working, they were great. They showed up on time every day and were very nice and polite. They cleaned up at the end of each day and made sure to keep us informed of the progress. I would recommend these guys to anyone who has any plumbing needs, they re-piped my whole house, 2.5 bath, 2500sf, in 1 week and it was a very good experience.

We needed to have the water line from the street to the house replaced.  Arizona Elite Plumbing had a lower bid that anyone else, and they did a great job! They had to turn the water to the house off for a few hours but gave us plenty of time to fill a few buckets to have while the water was off. The workers were polite and kept us apprised through out the entire project. They took a few hours longer than was planned, but when they left the driveway and yard looked perfect.  You couldn't tell that any work had been done. I highly recommend Arizona Elite Plumbing.

Wow wow and wow! I am an old timer. I have been in the rental real estate business for 50 years. I have had lots of plumbing problems over that time and I have never been able to find a plumber that I felt was fair priced and whose service was reliable. I was in a difficult position out of town and needed to deal with an emergency plumbing problem in Tucson. I was directed to Elite Plumbing and was fortunate to be able to contact them over a holiday weekend. They were responsive and very easy to deal with. They dealt with my problem and allowed me to continue my vacation.They are my go-to plumber now. They have my highest recommendation.

Great local business... fast service for all plumbing jobs. Friendly and professional staff that have experience to do the job right. I can always count on this company to get me scheduled for whatever I need. I added a bathroom to my house, added a pot filler in my kitchen and am now working on tearing out a bathtub and replacing it with a new one and they did it all. Whatever you need, they can do it!

Courteous, on time, did outstanding work in some hard-to-reach places and did it all with smiles! Here's a truly great family-owned, operated and LOCAL company that we can't say enough good things about. And, when cleaning up after repairs, they left the repair areas SPOTLESS. From first contact on the phone, to the final hand shake as they were heading out the door, Arizona Elite are the people to call  regarding any plumbing issues!

We had a leaking pipe. Had to shut the water off to the house. Elite sent out a supervisor who capped off the pipe then sent out a repair man Stephen at our convenience who did the final repair. Cost was reasonable and both were friendly and informative. I'll be using this company again in the future if needed.

We had 2 toilets installed. They did very good, high quality work; kept the place clean and got rid of the old toilets. Very nice people as well. And the pricing was better than expected. I was worried that any company with the word elite in their title would be slightly more expensive (though perhaps higher quality) and I was wrong about that. While they do high quality work, their prices are not high in the least.

I highly recommend Arizona Elite Plumbing! They are incredibly professional. We had a leak in our main line that left us with no choice but to turn off our water. I was very impressed with how hard they worked and when the work was completed, it looked like they had never been there. Excellent customer service!! They were great!
