These guys are a rip off.... When you ask for a quote to do a job they provide one and then hit you with two invoices. One for the job and one for finishing the job.  ( any normal person would assume when you request a quote it is for the entire job. Not only part of it.  Steer clear of these guys!

Outstanding customer service. I had a leaking toilet, so I called Jon. He was able to work around my crazy work schedule to send a plumber out at 7:30 in the morning. About 7:15am, the plumber - Aaron - called me to let me know that he was stuck in traffic and he was going to be a little late. I thoroughly appreciated that he called to let me know he was running late and to give me a new ETA instead of just showing up late.

When Aaron arrived, he was knowledgeable, quick, and educational. He listened to my explanation of the problem, identified the source of the leak, fixed the issue swiftly, and then took the time to explain the work he did so I would understand his work completely. After he finished, he cleaned up, and issued me an electronic invoice (something that I particularly appreciated). 5-star service and a properly functioning toilet - what more can you want in life?!

I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. I'm a renter in a condo with a water leak. They came out same day, within the time frame they quoted and quickly found the problem.  Because it was the upstairs neighbor that had the leak there was nothing they could do until they spoke with them.  When that neighbor wanted to use their own plumber, leaving me with leaks for another 2 days, they still came by and tried to do a few more things to try and help it make it better for me.  Jon himself called me the day before the other plumber was to come and let me know he would be there to meet the other plumber to make sure I was taken care of.  The customer service with this company is above and beyond what I would have expected and would highly, highly recommend Jon Robinson for all of your plumbing needs!!

These guys did some work outside my condo and when the work was done and the water was back on I had no water in one of my sinks. After I contacted them, I was able to determine that the problem wasn't actually related to their work but they sent someone to my home anyway. It turned out to be an easy fix but I was very impressed with the customer service from the company, and the work done by the guy who fixed my sink.

Had some Emergency Work done in my condo.  Had a water leak on a Sunday night at 7:00 PM.  Jon Robinson Plumbing answered the call in a timely manner.  They were very responsive, and very professional.  They came to my condo.  They diagnosed the problem.  The leak was fixed within two hours.  

When you call them ask for Jeremy Robinson to do the service.  He is a young guy, but he is very professional, very knowledgeable, and very good.  You will be pleasantly surprised at how his demeanor is.  He acts more responsible then his actual age.  Do not let his young age fool you.  He is good.  He is a professional.  He knows what he is doing.

Jon did a great job switching well water to City water. Good price, Knowledge, and Very friendly. Thank you so much.

A pipe burst in my front yard, called Jon Robinson for service, they couldn't get to me for a day but when they did, it turned out I had a leak in TWO places. I like that they are a family owned business.  Jeremy went over and above to make sure everything was accurate and was very patient with the seemingly endless challenges they encountered.

Best customer service hands down...they were very considerate of house rules, know exactly what their talking about. We will call them and recommend them highly from here on out!

Had a wonderful experience today with Robinson Plumbing. Very professional, courteous and efficient. Excellent value for work performed. They go above and beyond and tell you straight. Highly recommend! :-)
