My wife and i wanted to install a tankless hot water heater. Southern Arizona  was to lowest of four bids. They came in at the appointed time, were neat, and completed most of the job the first day. The water to the house was turned off for only two hours. They came back the next day and finished within the first hour. They were neat, cleaned up the mess and worked the first day all day without a break. We are very satisfied with the work they did, the time it took, and the price.

Justin was very personable and insightful in providing the information I needed to make a good decision in purchasing a new water heater. The scheduling was for a same-day installation of at a very reasonable price. Brandon was prompt and very efficient with the installation process and added helpful hints for future servicing and warranty coverage of the new unit. Overall, I am very pleased with the choice to select Just Plumbing and would certainly recommend them to those looking for similar services.

Harris plumbing was super prompt and efficient. I was able to get a next day appointment for an unexpected plumbing situation that sprung up. They were very knowledgeable and bonus they were friendly!

WinSupply has unmatched customer service and is a locally owned business. I had a bathroom emergency (broken pipe under the foundation) and only one bathroom in the house. I needed a few items right away. They let me know what they had in stock and I got estimates and shipping times quickly for items not in stock. Some items were delivered to my house next day. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Their prices are competitive and lower than some of the other supply companies in town. Sometimes it's hard as a woman to shop for materials for the house. Not only did I not have any issues at WinSupply, they treated me with respect and worked with me to make sure I was getting what I needed. Thank you to David and your co-workers at WinSupply for a providing positive experience in a stressful situation!

We were referred to Trevor and his crew by our realtor. These guys (Trevor, Jay and Jeff) did a fantastic job! They completely remodeled our kitchen, master bath and redid our fire place. These men are a group of professionals that are skilled in all aspects of construction. We trusted (and I am a former cop) these group of men during the many times we were out of the house. They are not only professional but they are personable and go beyond to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied. Our water heater went out and flooded the garage, we called a few places and the prices were outrages until we contacted Al's plumbing and he was extremely nice and had the best price for the installation, Al came the next day and walked me through the process, he also shared how to care for the water heater so it lasts a longer time. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I know who I'm calling for my next plumbing service! Highly recommend Al's plumbing! Thank you Al.

Trident Plumbing is the BEST.  They installed my new faucets in my primary bathroom and replaced my 22 year old water heater.  Thank you Jimmy and Jared for AFFORDABLE, PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY SERVICE.  You arrived on time, cleaned the area and disposed of everything.   If anyone is looking for plumbing services, this company is honest and demonstrates great customer service.

Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I will continue to use them for all of my handyman/renovation projects!

Very disappointed. Received an estimate in a timely manner from an employee who appeared knowledgeable and professional. When I emailed to finalize work, the employee emailed back that it was no longer able to do the work, with no explanation at all as to why. I sent a follow up email inquiring about this change in position and, again, no response. Don't make the mistake I made by taking time out of my day to arrange for a meaningless estimate.  Use your time and money to meet with a responsible and professional company.

I had service people over to do an initial investigation of a smell, which turned into them recommending a camera scope of the pipes. They scheduled me and never showed up. I don't have time to entertain no shows so I ended up working with the next company that I had scheduled for the initial bid.

This company is a farce. We scheduled a maintenance appointment for May 20th. Between 7am and 11am. No one shows up. Called company at 1pm asking where someone was. They said they had no record of an appointment. That's fine, mistakes happen. Say they don't have open appointment till June 4. We take it. They show up. We need a part. But... our warranty ended May 30th. Sounds like complete BS, how convenient that no one shows to our appointment prior. The manager Diana literally argued with me on the phone that they did nothing wrong. Total fraud. Find another company

BUYER BEWARE: I chose Ron P Enterprises for a few projects around my house, based on the reviews found here on Next Door.
BIG mistake. The projects were: Install a kitchen sink. Install 2 exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Remove a pony wall in the master bath and install faucets in there. Build a small portico. Not ONE task was done correctly the first time, not even painting or patching. Though he accepted the task of installing my exhaust fans, it turned out it was a task they could not do. After watching them ATTEMPT to, I told him I need a REAL electrician.  He said he could find one and would take care of it. Aside from breaking my toilet, breaking my sink, breaking my granite backsplash and hammering drywall screws through to the exterior of my house...he smashed the granite vanity top to remove the sink, in my BEDROOM, with no drop cloth or protection...the kitchen faucet was installed 90 degrees off, my portico uprights were not parallel to each other and two different tiles were used for the portico roof. As a reminder of the chaos I experienced with him, he left behind a huge oil stain on my driveway and welding burns on my entrance wall. Out of the 75ish days he and his 'people' were here, they were on time ONCE. I spent MANY hours waiting for somebody to show up, even after repeated texts and calls to him, in which he said we'll be there shortly. During this time, I watched as he responded to others in this forum, saying he could help them, when he told me and proved to me he was overextended and underachieving. Though advertised as 'licensed and insured', though my research, I have found zero evidence of any licensure in Pima County, though he signs his contracts as the 'contractor'. The balance that was due him ($1500) when all was said and barely done, was evaporated by the balance due us, from replacing all the things he and his crew broke. In a thinly-veiled attempt at quid pro quo, he sent me this in an email : I would like you to keep the remaining $1500 since it is the least I can do to make up for the way that this situation has enfolded. Followed by this: I do have 1 request, I ask that if you don't have anything good/nice to say about my company, that you please do not say anything at all. You & I both know how important online reviews are, especially on Nextdoor. Then I  sought out legal advice and sent HIM an invoice for monies he owed us. There is much more to this story. I have MANY more photos/videos/texts and emails to back up all of my claims. Caveat Emptor.
