After speaking with the local manger, Robert, for Parker and Sons in Tucson, I am upgrading my review to 2 stars.  He agreed to reimburse me for the $100 emergency fee that I had to pay to another plumber to diagnose the water pressure issue.

However, communication needs to be better between your dispatch and technicians.  Emergency issue aside...If I (or you) had known the decorative remodel cover for the bathroom tile was out of stock and backordered, I could have postponed the work.  I had this appointment scheduled for over a week, and it was going to be the same exact install as we had in another bathroom that another one of your technicians had done a couple of weeks prior, so it shouldn't have been a surprise what parts/fascia was needed to complete the job.  The job should have been put on hold until all of the parts were in hand.

We had three drains backing up in the house I called and got estimates from three other companies they were all over $10,000.  Steve from Parker and sons came out unclogged the drains in less than 2 hours.  He was honest and efficient and I wouldn't use anyone else.  I knew the drains were clogged and not broken and I wasn't going to pay an exorbitant amount of money to unclog drains.  I did a Google search for the highest rated plumbers in Tucson and their name came up, this was after the other estimates I had gotten.  I understand now why they are the highest rated plumbers in Tucson.  The price was under $500 and well worth it.

Absolutely love having Ivan come help with my electricity.  I dont want anyone else working on my house.  He is a master electrician, even if he says hes not.  I trust him explicitly, if he recommends something, I dont have to second guess it.  Parker & Sons is incredibly responsive to the upsets that come along with home renovations and honestly, Im not trusting anyone else but them for all my electricity and plumbing. When you find an amazing company, you hold on tightly!!! :)

We are an elderly couple and its very traumatic when major things stop working.  Bought this house just one year ago and was not expecting any problems.  We called and Stein came out to show us the water softener and water filtration systems.  Prices were very competitive.  We picked one and it was installed that afternoon by Glen.  The team was great and very professional and there were no problems.  They removed the old unit and cleaned up.  You could not even tell that there had been a problem.

In 2022 when I bought a new home (in Tucson, AZ where I currently live) I was looking to replace the AC unit right away. They were amazing at first, everything from installation and their workers were great. My unit was installed in March 11th of 2022 (Cost me 17K)

Fast forward to August of 2022  I had my first problem with the unit (it stopped working just 4 months after installation, it was brand new and their most expensive unit) they did a great job fixing it in a timely manner, no problems so far.

And that leads me to now, I woke up on 8/10 and my AC wasn't working.  I called them right away and they did an amazing job sending someone right away to come take a look at it, at that time the technician told me the motor was done and needed to be replaced. The technician (Who was amazing, his name was Alex) spend 4 hours trying to locate a new motor with out success. He then informed me that they would continue to try to locate a motor and if unsuccessful they would overnight one. Next day I get a call from them telling me they are bringing me some portable AC units to hold me down while they figure out the motor situation (keep in mind it's 89 degrees in my home at this point, I work from home (my home has security install from my company and have a server at my home that needs to be kept cool) and I have 6 dogs so it's not so easy to just go stay in a hotel) I agree, this amazing worker named Mark came and installed the portable AC's but it kept killing my breakers, he contacted his Electric techs and no solution until I had an idea to put an extension cord from my outside electric to the house, which seemed to work at the time. All was kind of good (still no AC but I have the portables) when I am told they found a motor for the AC and they are coming to replace it (YAY ME). When the technician comes to replace the motor he then realizes he has the wrong parts (all good still) he then tells me he just has to go to the warehouse and he will replace it ASAP. When he gets back, turns out the parts are still wrong and there is no fix at the moment so now I have to wait till Monday for it to get replace (cause it's Friday) again, I understood that it wasn't their fault and told them it was okay and they left. BUT then, having 3 portable AC's in the house was a lot for my electrical to handle and my breakers died, so now I have no AC or electricity in the house (Parker and Son's deal with HVAC and Electricity). I called their customer service line, this guy name Ellis answered and WOW he was so rude, non empathic as I was crying and basically told me to fuck off and that there was nothing they could do. I called back, spoke to Will, he was pretty good but again told me nothing he could do until Monday and then the call dropped, he never called me back. At this point, my only choice is to sue Parkers & Sons for the distress they have cause my family and I. It's funny how when they are trying to sell you a unit they are so quick to be there (typical sales)  BUT when you actually need them, but they already have your money, you are no longer a priority. If I could give them 0 stars I would because (their employees on the field are amazing but powerless) the way they have handled this situation is absurd. I do not recommend this company to anyone at this point, I choose them because they were supposed to be the best, they are when they are trying to sell you something, but as soon as they have your money they couldn't care less.

And last thing, they also lied about the term and conditions of the loan I took out to pay for the unit (already filled a complain with the bank about this)  with all his being said, DO NOT trust Parkers and Son's they have lost their Mom and Dad shop mentality and now they don't truly care about their customers.  I work with small businesses every single day and I am Customer Driven. I cannot imagine treating a customer this way or that any of my small business would treat their customers this way.

I am not a Karen, don't forget I paid 17K for the best of the best UNIT and after 4 months it started failing, and when I needed them to make the situation better.....they have failed.  Do not trust them.

I had a pipe break under my driveway so i called Parker and Sons...they rerouted the pipe thru my storage room and attic in my garage....I was in a desperate place and didnt really have a choice which they quoted me 5300$...which I paid for .... after talking with other Plumbers we got completely taken advantage of AWFUL .....Also I had a slight leak under my kitchen sink  last week.... Parker and Sons came out again  to fix a leak from their first job and gave me a quote of 750$ for a basket strainer knowwing i got taken advantage of before i called another Repuatable  plumbing Co. and only charged me 125$ Labor and 30$ for the part..... DO NOT USE PARKER AND SONS UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!! T Hiler 720-202-0832

We had a 23 yr old HVAC problem, getting cold air only.  They came out the same day to give us an assessment and options to fix or replace. We decided to replace on Tuesday, and it was installed on Thursday.  Warm and cozy just in time for the freeze.
The men who came to do the work were great. Showed up on time, were courteous and kept us informed as they worked.  They also saw our solar water heater and noticed that there was a leak and suggested we have another Parker look it over.  
I'll right another review once that job is complete.  I'm confident it will be another great job.

Used them before they were fine. They called me to schedule a check up, they called the day before to confirm. I guess they decided to reschedule without letting me know, apparently they did but it was to a spam blocker (my phone doesn't have that). So took the morning off work, loss wages, wasted my time all from an appointment they called to schedule. Wish their first call would have went to the spam blocker.

All it took was one phone call to Parker & Sons. After that our electrician Alec was so amazing. He was very calm and patient and will to work with you. If it wasn't for Alec and his awesome Custer service skills I don't know where I'll be.

We wanted a Generac hooked up to our house to prepare for the future blackouts. Three techs spent most of the day installing the unit. All three did a great job. They kept us informed, cleaned everything up, and were very professional. They even had our power on 30 to 40 minutes sooner that we expected.  Thank you.

Just had our winter furnace servicing done by Parker and Sons. They always show up on time and are very cognizant that they are temporarily invading your space. Truthfully, they are there and gone without you feeling their presence. This visit was covered by Scott. I'd go out of my way to ask for him again. He was as nice as he was professional.

With a unit down during the summer, getting it fixed was a high priority.  Tech was here the following morning after my call.  Performed a thorough check, found the problem, fixed it, and all is good now!  The detailed history that Parker had on the heat pumps was helpful too.

Today we called on Parker & Sons to help us out with some electrical work. They had someone out within 30 minutes of our phone call and we met Joey Casillas who was very knowledgeable and so personable. What a great guy! He made sure things were done right and explained what needed to be done from beginning to end. This was our first time using Parker & Sons and Joey's service will keep us coming back to them!! Needed a new water softner. Called and a consultant came out. We agreed on a product and pricing. Within 48 hours I had a new system, simply Amazing in these days.

Two techs came out and in about 2.5 hours I had a new water softner. They also took the old one away.​

Zeke, a trainee and Brett are a great team. They are professional,  courteous and knowledgeable.  Courteous as well. It is a pleasure to work with Parker and Sons and their professional staff.
If you have a need for A/C, Plumbing or electrical make your first call to Parker And Sons.

With Suzanne in control, it was the Best Service that I have had here in Green Valley in the last year. We had ceiling fans changed out for three fans that were wobbling. Technicians Alex and Ricky were Honest and Respectful for our property in changing out the 3 fans. I would NOT hesitate to call them or refer them to others in need of similar work. 5 stars on this experience.

New AC installed near end of May. Not two months later, AC is not working properly, blowing hot air in several rooms.

Was able to schedule service technician to come out, however, unable to solve the issue and stated that new equipment would need to be ordered and someone would be in contact with me to set up that repair date.

3 days later, no contact has been made and I had to reach out. Customer service had no idea what was going on with the status of our repair and stated they'd get back to us.

For the cost of the unit, I'd expect a certain level of quality. This is not the case. It is almost as if they only care about making a sale vs retaining customers for the long term. They certainly were extremely responsive during the sales process let me tell you.

Currently have not received a call back on when my further service to repair the issue will occur.

Currently, would not recommend this company to anyone. Low quality equipment and poor installation when the salesperson made a high point on how those were some of the best things about Parker & Sons. Also, AC unit is leaking onto my roof, which was a problem of the previous unit as well. Laughable!!!

We moved into our home in May of 2019 and replaced one AC unit using Parker and Sons. We signed up for their family plan $20 a month that includes semi annual checkups. On 2 of the 3 pre scheduled service calls we were left hanging with repeated delays to the point I had to cancel. I called to cancel the service which occurred with absolutely zero attempt to resolve the matter. Will stay far away from this firm and will contact manufacturer of my AC units to see if they will support warranty with other service companies in light of the horrible service track record with Parker and sons.

Had a technician come install two outlets in our home last week. He was very professional and easy to communicate with. Got the job done quickly and efficiently, and just as we had discussed. The next day, I decided to have another technician come out to install eight more outlets. He was able to show up early in the time slot and good thing too as it ended up being a difficult job as our home is older and many of the electrical circuits are wired in an odd way. He hustled and worked after hours on a Friday to get the job done. I am very pleased with the professionalism and work ethic of both technicians Ivan & Alex.

Luckily, we decided to buy a new washer/dryer.  When we pulled out the old ones, we found we had a leak behind the wall.  Hailey came out and checked out the issue.  After finding out what we needed to have done, the work was completed, and we are very happy with the outcome.  The location was completely cleaned up after the work was done.  We have dealt with Parker & Sons before and have been very pleased with everyone we have dealt with and the work that has been done.

We used this fantastic company to prepare for the electrical connection for an upcoming hot tub installation and to create a new outlet and connection for a fountain we had to move.  The company answers the phone with a live person, even after hours, could provide a service appointment quickly, kept in touch via phone and text and did an amazing job.  The electricians were personable and professional.  We could not be happier.

We had a plumbing emergency while the in-laws were staying for the week. I called 3 other companies and all were unavailable to help us on short notice. Luckily I looked up drain cleaning services on here and found these guys. They were here within a few hours and hour everything cleared the day of. They get my full recommendation.

They gave me a fair estimate and worked with how much I could afford to pay.  The workers showed up and did a good job with my installation.  
The only complaint I have is how they rerouted my drain line from the AC.  It used to run into a gutter and drained off into the ground, but they just ran it off my roof and it drips now next to the part of my house that is made of wood causing the wood to be wet there all of the time.  I will fix that myself.
I am also supposed to have a 10 year warranty on my new unit, but, I got no paperwork or anything about how to make a claim if I need it.

I recently had a new HVAC system installed at my home.  In addition to the excellent service I received during the install I have received stellar assistance with the few situations that have sprung up.  Today the temperature in my home showed to be 85 degrees.  I quickly called the technician assigned to help with any problems I have during the first year following installation.  His name is Steven Bard.  I followed all the procedures to get him to my home.  He called me back and said he would see me in about 30 minutes. (This was after he did all the checking he needed to do to come to my home.)  He came to my home, went out back an discovered a fire had fried several wires right at the capacitor.  He left to get the parts he needed, returned in a short period of time and got my system up and running again.  Steve is an amazing technician.  He is patient, kind, very professional, and courteous.  I am beyond satisfied with every aspect of service from Parker and Sons.  Steve is the icing on the cake with his ability to make me, as a consumer, feel confident that I chose the right company for my new HVAC system.

We had our aging A/C and furnace replaced by Parker and Sons yesterday. Four installers showed up, as promised, between 7-7:30. Another gentlemen showed up just before install was done. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. By 2pm the units were installed, explained to us and the crew left, taking their mess with them.
I knew Parker and Sons had a good reputation in the community so felt good about trusting them with a major expenditure on our home. Pricing was fair.

The electricity went out in half of our mobile home. I called Parker & Sons and Joey and his partner arrived within the time frame we expected them. They went to work immediately and determined a number of circuit breakers weren't working properly. They replaced those breakers and once again we had electricity.

It's been over 3 weeks trying to get a refund for money I was swindled out of by this company, after I was told it would take 10-14 working days. I will NEVER use this company again and I'm advising all my friends and coworkers on this military installation to do the same.

Might be great in Phoenix but, not so much in Tucson.  No customer support, none, sounds like answering service personnel only or you will speak with someone in Phoenix, short staffed again, because they are relatively new in town.  Not all services listed on website are available in Tucson.  Last, WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!! Crazy high, obviously techs work on full commission, no set pricing, whatever they can get away with.  Bottom line, don't do it, just don't.

I have used Parker and Sons for many years, and they never disappoint me . Everyone I have worked with is always friendly and the technicians are knowledgeable and professional. Nate has become my go-to technician for anything HVAC, and he is super!  I heartily recommend Parker and Sons,  Always on time and always a fair price!

After getting a few bids, we went with this company to install a generator. With all the storms this year and too many power outages, its long overdue. The team of electrical technicians they sent exceeded our high expectations. Their attention to detail was great from beginning to end, including explanations and follow up. 10/10 and our recommendation for their services

In the summer of 2020 I needed to have my entire HVAC system replaced and called Parker & Sons in May. It was hot in Phoenix and COVID was in full force. They were able to quickly get a unit and install date and the rest of the summer was amazing. I signed up for the maintenance plan which has a lot of perks. Fast forward 2 years and I moved to Tucson.  I just had my first check up and seasonal maintenance in the new house that has a 4 year old in it and I knew that if I had a choice I trusted Parker & Sons. I called them up to see if they service in Tucson and got an appointment within a week, and was happy to find that my maintenance plan transferred with no additional cost. Every service technician has been very professional and respectful, with clean and organized tools and equipment. They do a great job explaining their findings. And customer service always answers the phones so I know I can always call if I have an issue and won't be left hanging or wondering when I can get someone out to look at the equipment.

I needed to change my evaporative cooling system to air conditioning. This company made the process very easy. Rob and Rick helped us make a good decision about what kind of unit to buy for our home. They kept us informed many times by email about the progress of our installation. The day of install the technicians were on time, friendly and very professional. They sent Ruben, Alan, Josue and Jeremy. They were able to use a crane to remove our evaporative cooler unit and place the new unit. They also removed the old furnace from inside our home and repaired the area where the furnace made a gaping hole. Within one day I had a beautiful Bosch unit installed and running so efficiently my husband and I now argue over how cold he is keeping the house. The unit runs quietly and we cannot even hear it when it turns off and on.  I cannot stress how pleased we are about the service this company has provided for us.

Parker and Sons have shown themselves to be an efficient , professional and caring family business.  I've been using them for several years now and am very happy with how my interactions have been with everyone I've had contact with, whether it be on the phone or the skilled and nice people they send out.  I am always looking for those small family businesses that are invested in making relationships with their clients instead only being interested in making money and not caring about the customers concerns.  They have reasonable prices and always seem to be able to come fix a problem quickly without having to wait one week.  If you're looking for an ethical company that stands by their workmanship, you'll find it with this family business.

Matt came by to re-hook up the lines and pipes under our kitchen sink and install two toilets. He was so pleasant and very diligent. Though it took a long time to hook up the lines, he never complained. Later that night, we noticed that there was no water going to the refrigerator so, the next morning, we called and he came back out again. He had forgotten to turn a knob. He fixed it. It took all of two minutes.

The recent installation we had of an overpriced HVAC system has ruined our home.
It's loud even though they said it would not be and they didn't put the cover on or finish installing the bottom so the very heavy panel is a hazard.
On top of all of that heat is now pushed into the side of our home and makes the cabinets and drawers super hot in the afternoon when the AC is running.
For $10,000 I expected a little better service.
On the upside the install was done very quickly (in hindsight probably rushed) and the installers were very nice.

Our water main shutoff valve rusted open. The Parker & Sons team were able to replace the valve within a week of giving us an estimate, they were professional, they were done in only a few hours, and the price was reasonable.
And you can't even tell they were there! They put the lanscaping rocks back exactly like they were, originally!
My wife and I will always use Parker & Sons, from now on!
