I am very happy with the service I received. They spent all day at the house and I was expecting for it to cost more than quoted but the bill remained the same.  We had called another company but it was the weekend so we got no response. Option One was out immediately.  Very happy with our experience.

Doug is very responsive and also patient. He picked up my phone, explained how much everything would cost. Also he arrives on time as he promised. The work is done quickly and with high quality. I would hire him again to do some handyman jobs in the future.

Our rental company hired JB water for toilet issues, the plumber that came was Jacob, he was professional, kind and just a really nice guy who fixed the issue quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. Thanks so much for your work!

Wow I was in the process of demoing my entire first bathroom. Did all the work myself and was going to do the plumbing then my smart brain said you need a plumber who knows what the heck they are doing. Funny on FB a friend sent me a like this company. And I thought ok I pushed the like button then said I should call them as I'm not a plumber Knockout plumbing. The owner Dan David called me right away. Told him I had all the fixtures and he scheduled a appt following week. Ok he comes on time texts ahead. Well the vanity I bought had a drawer that would not open cuz of the door frame. Dan repackages everything I bought and immediately calls his office to reschedule next week. No charge for his 2 hours of work. Wow. So Joey comes next week on time he puts in the new vanity. Begins the shower work. The universal kit is not universal. I make a trip to Home Depot. Another universal. Faucet is not universal another trip to ace hardware. No screw in package. Another trip back to ace for another faucet complete with screw and tool. Great guy Joey. Patient. So. Plumbing completed. No extra charge for the extra 2 hours in wait time while I drove back to stores. OMG. My bathroom looks wonderful.  THANK YOU KNOCKOUT PLUMBING. Charles was great!  He was recommended to me by a friend and he's now who I recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.  I had a slab leak and was searching for quotes to get it fixed.  One of the big chain plumbing companies quoted me a ridiculously high price and so I kept looking around.  That's when a friend gave me Charles' number.  He came over in the evening and did as much diagnosing as he could without cutting into the wall and gave me an estimate.  He then said that if he were to cut into the drywall in the garage at the manifold he could find exactly what line was leaking and give me a more precise quote.  It was already later in the evening so I didn't expect him to really start getting to work that day, but I told him to go for it.  So he did.  With a few cuts to expose the manifold and then some deductive reasoning, he figured out the exact problem and told me he could fix it no problem, easily capping off the broken line and rerouting it.  Before leaving he capped off the broken line so that we could turn our hot water back on without worrying about further leaking (it was leaking about a gallon a minute under the slab) and had our hot water restored to most of the house.  Then he came back later in the week (would have been sooner but my schedule didn't allow for it) and ran the new hot water line through the attic, abandoning the broken line that ran under the foundation.  He really knows what he's doing and finished the job real fast.  Not only that, but he charged about one tenth(!) of what that large plumbing company wanted to charge me.  It's ridiculous to see what some of those companies get away with charging people.  Charles' prices, on the other hand, are extremely fair - he's not out there to rob anyone like a lot of these companies are doing!  He's very down to earth, honest and knows his plumbing.  I couldn't recommend him more highly!

Jared and his team are excellent. I've used him multiple times and I'm always glad that he's the one I call. This time he helped out in a time crunch when an elderly neighbor needed help. I was so happy to have someone  who is honest and reliable to recommend to this neighbor. Highly recommend!

My toilet had been running for almost about a week, paul was sent out to my residence to take a look at problem. Within a matter of minutes he was able to fix and repair the problem. He was quick and very professional.  Im glad my property manager is working with qualified professional people. Thank you paul you are awesome.

The plumber they have sent to me 3 times now is Stephen Bairn, and he is super honest and is on time every time he has been to my house. Great customer service all the way around! I will never recommend any other company!

His wife Vicky does the scheduling and billing, and keeps things running smoothly and efficiently. Chris shows up when she schedules him without a large window of time to be waiting for his arrival, and billing is always easy to deal with. I don't often recommend service providers, because one person's experience doesn't always reflect what another will perceive, but I know with Aquapro, you will get what you pay for from someone who takes pride in their work and their business. We recently had a small flood  In our home. It occurred on a Saturday and we called Synergy Plumbing.  The owner Chris answered the call and promptly sent out one of his plumbers. He identified the area of the leak inside the wall.  His work was fast,  efficient, and clean.  The cost of the fix was quite reasonable. A few days later I had a different problem in the laundry room.  The hot and cold water valves needed replacement. The plumber from Synergy came out promptly, had to remove some dry wall to access the pipes for the fix.  When he was finished he replaced the dry wall so you could hardly tell he was there.  Another excellent job at a reasonable price. Don't hesitate to call Synergy Plumbing next time you need a plumber!

Wish I could give this service 0 stars. I recently bought a new house on June 1st and had been having some plumbing issues since. My boyfriend was initially able to fix the problem for several weeks at a time by renting a snake from Home Depot; however, the back-ups continued and we suspected piping damage secondary to the roots of the neighboring oleander trees. My father had recommended Buff to me after being very pleased with his service at his own home. After several calls, I finally scheduled an appointment with Buff as well.  I told Buff that I suspected root damage to the pipes and was hoping for an official diagnosis from him. I was unable to oversee the appointment but was told he also snaked the pipes and did not suspect any root damage.  I was pleased to hear this information. It is also noted that his service cost $250 whereas renting a snake from Home Depot costs $80.  After only two weeks after his initial job all of the plumbing is already backed up again. I tried calling Buff for 3-4 days with no answer. Eventually, I got ahold of Buff in the morning, he stated he could be at my house later in the morning after he finishes with his current job. I waited until 3:00pm and finally called him again and he said he wouldn't be able to make it and would like to reschedule. I had family coming into town that night and had to end up renting a snake the very last minute on my own. Very disappointed in the cost, communication, and services.
