Just moved in to my new home in Prescott, have had 4 landscaping Consultations before Anthony from Yavapai Landscaping came out to look at the property and listen to my nauseating vision of the property. He was the first landscaper who Got my crazy vision. Anthony knew the names of all the plants and trees that I pointed out, he was extremely knowledgeable and gave great insight into my many needs which he was very comfortable in completing,  other contractors were only able to meet some requests. Looking forward to working with Yavapai Landscaping.

Great experience working with this company. One of the owners, Daniel came to our house gave us helpful information about all of our trees. Their prices were very fair, they were able to schedule the work around our schedule, and they cleaned up perfectly. We have them coming out soon to do more work. I highly recommend them!

It is rare when you find a company that lives up to the glowing reviews they receive on websites like this, but Heartwood is one of those companies.  Howard Hansen leads this family-owned business and he and his team are amazing.  They clearly love what they do and genuinely care about making their customers happy.  I hope you read this entire review before making a decision to choose any other tree trimming service.

The initial visit by Jake, one of Heartwood's certified arborists, was much more than just a site visit to prepare a quote.  He spent time educating my wife and I about the types of trees and bushes we have on our property in north-central Phoenix.  He carefully explained what needed to be done and offered his expertise on additional landscaping ideas for our future DIY project list.  His quote was very detailed and identified precisely the work to be performed along with itemized pricing.

On the day the work was scheduled, the crew arrived on-time and were very courteous and professional.  They were highly skilled in their trade and when the work was completed, they cleaned up after themselves.  I was extremely pleased with the results, but the best was yet to come.

In addition to all the pruning and trimming services, I had ordered two trees to be planted.  Howard advised us to delay that part of the job until after the winter frost danger had passed.  I understand that during this delay he kept the trees at his home so he could personally take care of them until they were planted.  When it came time to plant, he came out and did the work himself.  

While he was onsite, Howard helped me adjust a Hong Kong Orchid tree that wasn't staked properly when I planted it last year.  In what might be some of the worst timing ever, a storm with high winds moved into the valley later that day and a large branch on the Orchid tree snapped.  I emailed Howard to ask him if there was a way to salvage the tree.  He called me within a couple minutes with instructions to triage the tree and he followed that up by coming out the very next morning (this was on a Saturday!) to mend the broken branch and to re-stake the entire tree.  

Service like that is what this is all about.  Would I consider using any other arborist or tree trimming service in the Valley?  Not a chance.  Heartwood has my business from now on.  Thank you!

I put in a request in yelp to remove three bushes. Green Earth Trees was quick to respond and their prices matched the other offers I had. They were able to fit me in at a reasonable time, had the work done very quickly and cleaned up after. Jon contacted me on my appointment day, within the time window, was very professional and showed up promptly. I am very happy with the work of Green Earth Trees and highly recommend them!

Don't waste your time and money like I have - keep looking around for a lawn company that respects its customers and doesn't lie and threaten them.

Update (reply):  looks like you don't understand what it means to bear false witness against someone and then submit false documents on their behalf.  You will be held accountable for that evil should you act on it!  Careful.

Really prompt, efficient service. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job trimming our tree even though it was in an awkward spot that hovered over two different neighbor's yards. The trim was very fast and the tree looks great!

I thought by hireing a professional we would get good service removing our 2 trees but they left roots behind that keep spouting and won't do anything to solve the problem. Now I have to hire our landscaper to come out and do what they should have done.
