Great customer service and quick response time! Daniel is an expert arborist and gave me very valuable information in order to deal with my back yard trees. I highly recommend this company!

The crew arrived at their scheduled time.
They worked quickly and were courteous.
The young man who climbed up in the tree to do the cutting was very good. I was impressed.
The clean-up crew were helpful, especially the one guy who saw the garbage truck coming & promptly moved my garbage container from behind their truck so the garbage could be collected. That was a nice touch.
Used these folks last year. They provided good service then, so used them again this year. Will use use them next year.

They started Gung Ho. Anthony, the field estimator, was pleasant and easy to work with. The irrigation and landscaping field workers were great to work with. The schedulers in the office and the office staff are the weakest link. They would schedule times where the workers were to show up only to have no shows over and over. We had two separate jobs we contracted them for and it was a nightmare to get them to come when they said they would come. When my husband called it would directly to voicemail only to not have his calls returned. I called from my phone and they picked up right away. The workers are at the mercy of the office to direct them on when they could go to our home to work on the jobs. Both jobs were drug out and even when we were told the jobs were completed, they were not. The finished product for a swale with rocks was atrocious. We had to ask for Anthony to come back out to see for himself how poor the swale looked. He was shocked. Many times the workers weren't communicated with on exactly what they were supposed to do. We still are waiting on getting our sprinklers to perform correctly. To top things off, when my husband went to review his credit card statement, Yavapai Landscaping charged his credit card without authorization. We do  not recommend them due to the poor work ethics of the office staff, the rude treatment by one of the higher up people (I forgot his name) and the continuous no shows. They are not dependable at all.

Happy Tree Guys quoted my job at a very competitive price and after seeing the quality of work they did on their website we chose them for our job. the crew showed up on time, did a fantastic job on our trees and left the yard cleaner than it was when they came. very pleased and will use them again

If you've used this company before and were satisfied you would probably be as surprised as I was with the quality of the service I received or should I say didn't receive. The ownership and the quality of the service has dramatically changed and not in a good way. I have been lied to, received incomplete service and overall a very unpleasant experience. I will never be using them again and hope I have saved someone else from a bad experience.  This has been going on for over a month no one cares.

I have 18 Palo Verde trees, he did a wonderful job of pruning them for monsoon season.
