I called first thing in the morning after a long weekend and Nathan (owner) answered the phone. If you live in Prescott, you know this is a rarity. I needed help with an automatic sprinkler system that was not operating well. He was able to schedule me a time the same day, which I really appreciated.

Some hours later Anthony arrived at my home after a courtesy call to say that he was close. After explaining the problem, he set about testing and checking the system. He was able to deductively determine the problem and then reset the system. I then asked him to walk my property to look at a few plants/trees so I could ask some questions. He suggested that I consider a maintenance program but did so with no pressure and offered to discuss it at another time if I choose to go in that direction.

I will definitely use Yavapai Landscaping again.

Very responsive company. We needed two of those nasty Sissoo trees removed. They gave us a fair quote, and advised us that they could remove the trees after the summer so we could enjoy their shade during the hot season. They came out and removed them quickly and did a great job! They'll get our business the next time we need work done!

So I called to have a tree removed about two weeks ago. The lady I talked to on the phone stated that I would have to wait for an estimate visit scheduled for two weeks later. Two weeks have passed with NO contact and when I call they play games. Very unprofessional and racist business.

Ryan immediately responded to my request for quote to trim palm trees.
His quote was most reasonable of those I had received.  Ryan showed up on time and did an excellent job of trimming as well as cleaning up afterward.  I was impressed with his honesty as told me no need to trim 1 specific palm as said was not needed.  He also complimented work of prior trimmer.  That shows me he is a man of integrity.  I plan to make Ryan my permanent guy for palm and tree trimming.

Don't waste your time and money like I have - keep looking around for a lawn company that respects its customers and doesn't lie and threaten them.

Update (reply):  looks like you don't understand what it means to bear false witness against someone and then submit false documents on their behalf.  You will be held accountable for that evil should you act on it!  Careful.

They showed up when they said they would show up.  They had a good size crew and got the work done quickly.  And most importantly they cleaned up after themselves, you wouldn't have even known they were here other than the fact the trees were trimmed!  They did a nice job with all the trees.

I have 18 Palo Verde trees, he did a wonderful job of pruning them for monsoon season.
