The work done was beautiful, however I was rescheduled 3 times without being given the option.  Also when I ask to meet with the super for my project to discuss the work and possibly more he never returned my call this resulted in a conflict with my project and I was once again rescheduled.  I also feel that the cost was above what it should have been for my project as well.

Had two very large pines removed from my backyard with Liberty Tree. These things were massive (30 years old and well over 2 stories tall). Liberty gave us a great price and their guys did a great job. I was amazed at how quickly they came down. They cleaned everything up and grinded the stumps down. I would recommend them to anyone. They were affordable, prompt and very professional.

I highly recommend Heartwood Tree Care!  Our backyard is not your traditional Arizona yard.  We have old and large trees consisting of: citrus, olive, pecan, desert orchid, mastic, texas mountain laurel, to name a few.  We wanted an experienced arborist and staff to care for our trees.  Jake, the arborist provided a free estimate and offered a lot of good quality tree care information.  Once the work was scheduled a great crew of guys came to prune and cut and maintain our trees.  They went above and beyond and provided exceptional professional and quality of work.  Heartwood will be who we use in the future for all our tree needs.  Thank you and thanks to your crew!

From my initial request for a quote to doing the job of pruning my Texas Ebony tree, this was a great experience.  They knew how to prune, thin and shape my tree.  It was obvious they love what they do and care about the quality of their work.  I will be calling them back to prune this tree again for me.  Highly recommend them.

Bummer.  Based on other reviews, I had high hopes.  I would have liked to try out the service, but seems like they're having some challenges in the office.

In essence - No Call.  No Show.  

Called to request an estimate on a Monday morning (after getting no response for 3 days after filling out their web contact form).  It was easy and pleasant enough.  We set an appointment for Thursday between 2-5p.  So far, so good.

A couple hours later I see I have a missed call from the Chip-Off-the-Old-Block office.  No message.  So, I call back and give them my name.  They ask if I have a trimming that day or something... general confusion.  I talk to  2 separate people and what seemed to be a manager, who then confirmed my address and time for Thursday.  OK.  Odd, but still fine.

After rearranging my afternoon on Thursday, I wait... and wait... and wait...  Nothing.  No call.  No show.  I'm thinking, Did I give them wrong information?, but then I realize, no, they definitely have my # (they called me before) and they reconfirmed my address...  

I'm sure I must have slipped through the cracks or been dropped in some kind of administrative snafu -  or maybe they were just too busy.  Your mileage may vary, but it's like going into a retail store - if they don't have time for you, might as well shop somewhere else.

USE THIS GUY!!!!

I had a Massive tree in my front yard removed. The Tree Guy helped me, step-by-step, insuring that once the stump, Tree, were removed, that no sapplings, after growth, seedlings, would appear after the Tree was gone.
The Tree Guy is incredibly helpful and patient. Nice to work with people who are not only professional but genuinely Cool, too.
