I am very happy with Cutting Edge Tree Services. I needed my huge Palo Verde trimmed. Tom sent me a quote the same day I sent my request. His team showed up on time. They did a fantastic job. The price was very reasonable. I'm recommending Cutting Edge to all my friends an family.

An excellent example of how to run a service business. The owner, Larry Phillips, is certified in all forms of tree and tree trimming sciences. It's hard to beat an expert.

The crew that came to groom 20 of our Pondarosa Pines including alligator junipers was courteous and very friendly. Their thoroughness in cleaning up the yard was excellent.

I would recommend Larry and his team for any tree trimming services or tree clearing services that might arise.

Ed came over with his daughter and cut our two palm trees! They did an awesome job! The prices were fair. He also gave us some tips for another tree issue we were having. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The cleanup was great as well. He also was recruited to cut our neighbors palm tree! I would recommend this tree service!

We had some irrigation valve work done the same day as the bid. Price was fair and they showed up on time, but they didn't have the necessary parts to finish the job. They came back the next day, but a few hours beyond the time we agreed upon. Within 24 hrs the new valve broke and flooded; they came back the following day to repair. However, again arrived much later than they told us they would come. Valve was fixed and no issues since.

We also asked about a drip system leak under our concrete in which they dug up our grass and identified the issue. Was explained it was an easy fix and they committed to come next day for a nominal fee. Two days passed no show no communication back. We needed this done asap because we didn't want our concrete to get ruined. Ended up having to hire another business to complete the work and fix the abandoned grass.

They are very kind but unreliable. Hopefully, they can rectify the poor communication and learn to be a bit more accountable.

I had some old concrete pavers that were sinking in due to water buildup and slightly uneven initial paver installation. Angel gave me an estimated time frame for project completion. Unfortunately because of some material shortage I had to wait a little longer but I totally understood. Almost everything is backed up and taking longer when it comes to home projects.
The day of installation he came out with his crew and they removed old pavers. I had some last minute request that they were able to fulfill! I asked if they were able and willing to install the travertine using different cuts. I also thought if I had a small garden my life would be complete. I love how they were not only able to but WILLING to make my patio dream come true! They were so thoughtful that they even added a small irrigation line (with a timer!) from hose bibb/outside faucet- going below pavers to the now succulent garden. My little space is now more vibrant and sunny! Family and friends love it! Even my dog does! He can't stop digging up my garden

We called Sprinkler Repair to complete some irrigation work in our yard, they completed that promptly and exactly what they quoted. After that we had them complete some landscaping with pavers in the backyard. We are extremely happy with the work and the crew was great!! I would recommend them highly for irrigation or landscaping.

AJ and Dakota both came to fix a sprinkler issue for us we've been dealing with for months. Both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly but professional and educated on their line of work. They fixed our issue and explained to me what was going on to help prevent it happening again. Highly recommend this company!

Had sprinkler system repaired and new timer system put in. Also had winter seed put down. These guys were very professional and did a great job. Original quote was done by Jonathan. He explained everything so I knew exactly what I would be paying for and what needed to be done. There were no surprises. The entire crew were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. I just filed a complaint with the BBB.  The estimate/sales part was very smooth, and polished, like a used car salesman.  I feel the estimate and contract were well put together and clear. However, I requested to be informed when work would be scheduled. No verbal notice, no voice mail....and, suddenly, the crew/teamis at the door. Good thing I was home.  The crew, seemed like a group of men who did not like there job. They were ready to leave, before the contracted work was completed..I had to call the sales rep, who called the crew chief.  Only then did the men perform the job somewhat in the way Dan explained the crown would be reduced and shaped. Lots of tree trimmings fell on to our patio roof and into the gutters. When they were blowing on the patio roof, I believed they were also removing debris from the gutters.  Instead, they were blowing some tree trimmings INTO the gutters.  A few day later it rained  hard, our gutters plugged and our patio flooded.  I called the office...[it's a place where the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.]  I called Dan and was told a gutter cleaning would be scheduled. Nine days later I called the office and Dan again.  I'm 75 and don't climb ladders anymore.  I finally hired a handy man to clean the gutters and want to be reimbursed. I have put a hold on my credit card payment. I suggest you never pay them by check or cash.  This outfit has a mission statement saying how important consumer satisfaction is to them...I doubt if any one has read it. They should do more customer satisfaction surveys after their jobs.

Beware! Beware! (This vendor also uses another name A-Quality landscaping. ) Yelpers, do not use him. Gave him money for materials, never showed up, had 1 million excuses why he didn't show up. He left his rented skitter from Home Depot on my property, and never came back. Home Depot is pursuing and considering filing charges, Was able to recoup the loss, but this guy will take your money and run, literally!

Had 3 palm trees and 4 stumps removed. Showed up on time, Donna from the office was very quick to respond, Professional, efficient. Left yard looking perfect, you would never know the trees were here or that work was done. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Larry and his crew have been pruning my overly mature and abused mulberry tree for the past 6 years. Larry and his crew are timely, and professional and do great work. Larry explains to me what the tree needs it was topped many years ago, which causes it to sprout and weakens the branches. Larry keeps up-to-date on new techniques and attends professional development classes. Larry's big plus is that he is a master at handling my toxic and demanding backyard neighbors with courteous charm. I will always use SuperTree to keep my trees healthy!

Ok this is one of those times I would give more stars if I could...  This is a great company, they show up when promised , they go above and beyond and there work is outstanding....
