We had an old large eucalyptus tree that was dying and needed to be removed as there was a possibility a storm could knock it down causing it to fall on the house.

Jason Steele and his crew did an excellent job of removing the tree. We were very impressed with their professionalism, especially placing logs on the street so when the tree fell it wouldn't break the asphalt.

Their estimate was fair and their work was great.

Ed came over with his daughter and cut our two palm trees! They did an awesome job! The prices were fair. He also gave us some tips for another tree issue we were having. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The cleanup was great as well. He also was recruited to cut our neighbors palm tree! I would recommend this tree service!

We had some irrigation valve work done the same day as the bid. Price was fair and they showed up on time, but they didn't have the necessary parts to finish the job. They came back the next day, but a few hours beyond the time we agreed upon. Within 24 hrs the new valve broke and flooded; they came back the following day to repair. However, again arrived much later than they told us they would come. Valve was fixed and no issues since.

We also asked about a drip system leak under our concrete in which they dug up our grass and identified the issue. Was explained it was an easy fix and they committed to come next day for a nominal fee. Two days passed no show no communication back. We needed this done asap because we didn't want our concrete to get ruined. Ended up having to hire another business to complete the work and fix the abandoned grass.

They are very kind but unreliable. Hopefully, they can rectify the poor communication and learn to be a bit more accountable.

We called Sprinkler Repair to complete some irrigation work in our yard, they completed that promptly and exactly what they quoted. After that we had them complete some landscaping with pavers in the backyard. We are extremely happy with the work and the crew was great!! I would recommend them highly for irrigation or landscaping.

AJ and Dakota both came to fix a sprinkler issue for us we've been dealing with for months. Both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly but professional and educated on their line of work. These are the hardest working guys you'll ever meet.  I brought them in mid-project, explained what I was doing (without any drawn plans) and they nailed it.  New sprinkler system, LED lighting, and sod... absolutely perfect (and fast).

Jacob arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly resolved my control box issue and was up and running in about 10 minutes with NO CHARGE!!! He said that it was within the 30 minute free estimate timeframe so no charge. I will definitely use this company in the future!!!

I had all Sprinkler system redone and new pressure valve's installed.  Al's 16 ton of rock installed.  They were very responsive and professional.  They were an all English speaking team  and obviously full time employees.  Not just daily workers.  The owner David was always on top of everything and professional. I have only one complaint and that is I can't rate them higher.  So pleased I put them in my contact list.  Fully cleaned up when done.  Fairly priced.   I seldom review but this company deserves the review.

Our front yard had constant irrigation leaks and after a leak under my concrete slab we decided to use sprinkler repair to replace entire front yard with pvc pipe. They arrived as expected at 0500 and went straight to work. I even added to their scope by requesting wired spot lights that morning. Sprinkler repair team did an awesome job communicating with me throughout the day and made adjustments when requested. My front yard looks amazing with new spot lights that change colors and we don't have to worry about leaks for a very long time. I would highly recommend Sprinkler Repair to anyone. Showed up, early for the Estimate and on the Day of the Repair. Gave a Reasonable Estimate, Noel came and fixed it really fast and came in under the Estimate. These are the Guys I'm calling from now on.

Eric did not follow through with an appointment. Because I was counting on him, I did not look for another company. We have leaks in the drip system, and after reading fabulous reviews I reached out to Eric...never again.

Had 3 palm trees and 4 stumps removed. Showed up on time, Donna from the office was very quick to respond, Professional, efficient. Left yard looking perfect, you would never know the trees were here or that work was done. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Having only been in Flagstaff for three years I didn't have my usual list of go-to contractors so when I needed some tree work done I researched some companies here and on other review sites.

I got two estimates.  Larry from SuperTree is a consummate professional. He clearly knows his trade and is happy to share his knowledge.  Larry gave us his opinion and suggestions but left it up to us to decide what we wanted done.  The second estimate I got was a joke (and they got pretty good reviews).  The owner stood in our yard and simply asked what we wanted to do.  No input, no suggestions, nothing.  Needless to say we went with SuperTree (interesting side note - SuperTree was a little less expensive but that wasn't a deciding factor).

We have (had) 39 Ponderosa Pines in our rear yard - our total lot is .4 acres with the back representing about two-thirds of that.  The trees were very close together resulting in some of them growing straight up with very little branching.  They were all also competing for water.  Aesthetically, the trees also blocked what is a pretty nice view of a national forest that we wanted to enjoy from our deck.

The Supertree crew showed up and we tagged trees. It was difficult because we couldn't tell which trees should be removed until others were removed.  They were very patient with us through the process and made some on the spot suggestions.  In the end they removed 18 of the 39 pines.  We still have a woods feeling back there but it opened up one side to the view.

In addition to the pines we had Supertree remove 4 Aspens in the side and front yards.  Those trees were growing in clumps with other Aspens and we took Larry's advice to get rid of them.

I have had nothing but great success with AZ Yard Works. Kristen and Jason are both extremely responsive. If I call and don't get an answer, they will respond within 24 hours typically, the same day. I like that Jason makes his proposals very clear and easy to understand. I like their email reminders of the service to come. I like a set date for lawn services. It was been a very good experience.
