Not professional were late said their GPS was 10 years old so they got lost. Looked over the removal of a saguaro that had fallen on our porch. Said they would e mail estimate in an hour, we never heard from them. Very unprofessional. Don't use.

We ordered a cord of firewood from Larry. Holy moly, that's a lot of wood! Anyways, the communication was good and the delivery was prompt. The aspen logs were all dry and clean. We'll be using this service for some trees management on our property. Real nice guy too! I highly recommend this tree service.

We hired Cipres Landscaping to remove the trunk and stump of an old citrus tree. They were prompt, friendly, and accomplished the work quickly and cost effectively.

We had some irrigation valve work done the same day as the bid. Price was fair and they showed up on time, but they didn't have the necessary parts to finish the job. They came back the next day, but a few hours beyond the time we agreed upon. Within 24 hrs the new valve broke and flooded; they came back the following day to repair. However, again arrived much later than they told us they would come. Valve was fixed and no issues since.

We also asked about a drip system leak under our concrete in which they dug up our grass and identified the issue. Was explained it was an easy fix and they committed to come next day for a nominal fee. Two days passed no show no communication back. We needed this done asap because we didn't want our concrete to get ruined. Ended up having to hire another business to complete the work and fix the abandoned grass.

They are very kind but unreliable. Hopefully, they can rectify the poor communication and learn to be a bit more accountable.

I had some old concrete pavers that were sinking in due to water buildup and slightly uneven initial paver installation. Angel gave me an estimated time frame for project completion. Unfortunately because of some material shortage I had to wait a little longer but I totally understood. Almost everything is backed up and taking longer when it comes to home projects.
The day of installation he came out with his crew and they removed old pavers. I had some last minute request that they were able to fulfill! I asked if they were able and willing to install the travertine using different cuts. I also thought if I had a small garden my life would be complete. I love how they were not only able to but WILLING to make my patio dream come true! They were so thoughtful that they even added a small irrigation line (with a timer!) from hose bibb/outside faucet- going below pavers to the now succulent garden. My little space is now more vibrant and sunny! Family and friends love it! Even my dog does! He can't stop digging up my garden

We called Sprinkler Repair to complete some irrigation work in our yard, they completed that promptly and exactly what they quoted. After that we had them complete some landscaping with pavers in the backyard. We are extremely happy with the work and the crew was great!! I would recommend them highly for irrigation or landscaping.

AJ and Dakota both came to fix a sprinkler issue for us we've been dealing with for months. Both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly but professional and educated on their line of work. They fixed our issue and explained to me what was going on to help prevent it happening again. Highly recommend this company!

Jacob arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly resolved my control box issue and was up and running in about 10 minutes with NO CHARGE!!! He said that it was within the 30 minute free estimate timeframe so no charge. I will definitely use this company in the future!!!

I called Sprinkler Repair LLC a few days ago and they sent Jacob out today to diagnose & fix our irrigation system. Over the years we have experienced numerous issues with our complicated sprinkler system. After losing our hibiscus hedge & numerous pigmy palms we asked our landscaper why this was happening only to learn the line had been broken & leaking for months & he neglected to tell us.  Jacob immediately diagnosed and repaired the leak in a very short time. When I looked at the bill I was shocked to see how reasonable the bill was. Sprinkler Repair LLC is the only company I will call for any future problems that arise, I will also always request Jacob, he is so knowledgeable, professional & friendly.

I called in and the lady on the phone was very nice and professional. She listened to me and set up a time for them to come out the next day. Jose came out when expected and explained what he found wrong and provided a solution then got right to work. He finished in a timely manner. Estimate - He came to my house, gave me an estimate and scheduled the date.

Communication - Rod texted me as our appointment got closer to the day so I was well informed of his schedule.

Timeliness - They showed up right at 7 AM as planned and the job took four hours just like he said.

Complexity - One of the trees being removed was a 20 year old 60 foot pine tree so this was a rather complex job.

Quality - Perfect!  The pine tree was removed and they grinded the stump.  The tree in the back yard was large as well and messy.  In order to remove the tree in the back yard, they had to bring it through the house; into the laundry room and through the garage to get it into their truck.  They cleaned up everything perfectly.  They blew all the residue so the yard and street was left cleaner than when they had arrived.

Courteous - The entire team was very courteous and helpful.  They worked as a cohesive team and I was very impressed.

In summary, don't hesitate to use Rod and his team.  They are really great.

Had 3 palm trees and 4 stumps removed. Showed up on time, Donna from the office was very quick to respond, Professional, efficient. Left yard looking perfect, you would never know the trees were here or that work was done. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Larry and his crew have been pruning my overly mature and abused mulberry tree for the past 6 years. Larry and his crew are timely, and professional and do great work. Larry explains to me what the tree needs it was topped many years ago, which causes it to sprout and weakens the branches. Larry keeps up-to-date on new techniques and attends professional development classes. Larry's big plus is that he is a master at handling my toxic and demanding backyard neighbors with courteous charm. I will always use SuperTree to keep my trees healthy!

Great customer service, prompt response, and great work. They did exactly what was agreed upon and showed up when promised. My tree was cut nicely and the area was cleaned up afterwards. I definitely recommend using them for your landscaping needs.
