We were so impressed with the job, customer service and fair price! They responded quickly, gave us a free quote and handled a big job really quick. We had three giant eucalyptus trees cut down and the stumps grinded. It literally looks like the trees were never there! One of our neighbors was not happy about the noise (which obviously occurs when cutting down trees) she was having a pretty bad morning and took it out on the guys that were working on the trees. They didn't miss a beat and kept working through the screaming and yelling. I can only imagine some of the things they heard,  it they were super professional and respectful to her.....although they were getting screamed at. If we ever need tree work.again, we will be contacting them and we've already recommended them to family. Thanks for the hard work and quick removal! You guys are awesome!

I've had Cutting Edge come over twice to do tree and cactus removals at the old home I recently bought.  The first time, they removed a bunch of dead ocotillo, a fan palm and a large ficus tree.  They showed up just about the time I was heading to work, walked me through everything, and by the time I got home... it looked like they were never there and the trees were gone.  Great cleanup job!  After my first experiance, I called Tom back up to come remove a 30' saguro (regretably... end of life) and a massive ocotillio next to it to start my landscape remodel.  Just as amazing of an experiance the second time as the first.  

In addition, Tom helped me find an amazing landscape designer for my property and I'll probably be using the landscaper he recomended for clearing all the gravel/grass off the property.  Definitely helps when youre new in town and trying to find good services!  If I had any tree's left on my property... I'd 100% be using Cutting Edge again.

Ed came over with his daughter and cut our two palm trees! They did an awesome job! The prices were fair. He also gave us some tips for another tree issue we were having. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The cleanup was great as well. He also was recruited to cut our neighbors palm tree! I would recommend this tree service!

We had some irrigation valve work done the same day as the bid. Price was fair and they showed up on time, but they didn't have the necessary parts to finish the job. They came back the next day, but a few hours beyond the time we agreed upon. Within 24 hrs the new valve broke and flooded; they came back the following day to repair. However, again arrived much later than they told us they would come. Valve was fixed and no issues since.

We also asked about a drip system leak under our concrete in which they dug up our grass and identified the issue. Was explained it was an easy fix and they committed to come next day for a nominal fee. Two days passed no show no communication back. We needed this done asap because we didn't want our concrete to get ruined. Ended up having to hire another business to complete the work and fix the abandoned grass.

They are very kind but unreliable. Hopefully, they can rectify the poor communication and learn to be a bit more accountable.

I had some old concrete pavers that were sinking in due to water buildup and slightly uneven initial paver installation. Angel gave me an estimated time frame for project completion. Unfortunately because of some material shortage I had to wait a little longer but I totally understood. Almost everything is backed up and taking longer when it comes to home projects.
The day of installation he came out with his crew and they removed old pavers. I had some last minute request that they were able to fulfill! I asked if they were able and willing to install the travertine using different cuts. I also thought if I had a small garden my life would be complete. I love how they were not only able to but WILLING to make my patio dream come true! They were so thoughtful that they even added a small irrigation line (with a timer!) from hose bibb/outside faucet- going below pavers to the now succulent garden. My little space is now more vibrant and sunny! Family and friends love it! Even my dog does! He can't stop digging up my garden

We called Sprinkler Repair to complete some irrigation work in our yard, they completed that promptly and exactly what they quoted. After that we had them complete some landscaping with pavers in the backyard. We are extremely happy with the work and the crew was great!! I would recommend them highly for irrigation or landscaping.

AJ and Dakota both came to fix a sprinkler issue for us we've been dealing with for months. Both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly but professional and educated on their line of work. They fixed our issue and explained to me what was going on to help prevent it happening again. Highly recommend this company!

My 15 year old sprinkler box began working intermittently. Every day was a surprise whether or not it was going to work. Normally I like surprises, but my landscaping did not.
Aj and Dakota arrived promptly at the exact time that was promised and checked the sprinkler box out. I expected them to tell me that I needed to replace the sprinkler box due to its age. Instead, Aj explained to me that a simple repair to the circuit board was all that was needed and it would work just fine. He was right. This saved me hundreds of dollars in the cost of replacing a sprinkler box. So if honesty is important to you, as well as excellent and efficient work, you might want to give them a call for your sprinkler repair needs.

Jacob arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly resolved my control box issue and was up and running in about 10 minutes with NO CHARGE!!! He said that it was within the 30 minute free estimate timeframe so no charge. I will definitely use this company in the future!!!

I had other people come in to fix sprinklers, paid out 1200.00 for nothing, I called sprinkler world as to fed up with run around. Gentlemen gave me the phone number to sprinkler repair llc, spoke with Jackie and set up for review of my sprinklers. Jonothan came out on time and was very understanding to my needs. Figured out the problem and all is very well. I will never call anyone else but this company. I can't thank them enough.

Our front yard had constant irrigation leaks and after a leak under my concrete slab we decided to use sprinkler repair to replace entire front yard with pvc pipe. They arrived as expected at 0500 and went straight to work. I even added to their scope by requesting wired spot lights that morning. Sprinkler repair team did an awesome job communicating with me throughout the day and made adjustments when requested. Tim solved our issue in a matter of minutes!!! Very professional and knowledgeable. I thought we had a major issue, but this company is the best and put our minds at ease.  This is the second time we've used Sprinkler Repair LLC and it definitely won't be the last.

Had sprinkler system repaired and new timer system put in. Also had winter seed put down. These guys were very professional and did a great job. Original quote was done by Jonathan. He explained everything so I knew exactly what I would be paying for and what needed to be done. There were no surprises. The entire crew were professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. Highly recommend.  Any future yard needs I will be calling them! No doubt!

The team is very friendly and AJ does great work. There was a bit of a mix up with my initial appointment but the manager (owner?) called a reassured me that it would not happen again.

Jeremiah came out to my house and gave me the lowest price for the removal of tree debris. I was very shocked at his price and asked him if he was absolutely sure. He confirmed that was his price. I asked him cut down a tree and include that in a new price.

He was not able to finish the job in a timely manner. He would show up extremely late on the days he was supposed to come and finish the job. On the last day, he told me he could honor his price because he did not think there would be this much work. I told him to just finish up a portion of the yard and we can call it a day. To my surprise, I found a large portion on the debris left in front of my garage and Jeremiah was gone. I tried calling him and was not able to get a hold of him.

I then have a email from him stating that he left to get water and that I shorted him money on the job. I paid him exactly what we discussed for the removal of the debris plus a tree. He is a in experienced who has no business ethics or common curiosity. I highly do not recommend Jeremiah to anyone.

I am delighted to whole heartedly recommend RPM Services Extreme. In my case I had an orange tree that was boiled in the 2020 summer heat, and I had to let it go. Rod came over for the estimate and took the extra time to explain a lot about our trees. We moved to Glendale, AZ in February 2020 and are still learning about our landscaping. I sincerely appreciated the education. When they arrived to grind the stump he and his crew showed up on time. They have an impressive amount of equipment to perform the task quickly and efficiently. They were probably here 10 to 15 minutes and had the stump ground down, the crushed rock landscaping back in place and cleaned up the debris. I am very impressed with the quality of the work, and his prices are very competitive. Going forward, if I need my palm trees trimmed or my ash tree fixed I am calling him, and will recommend him to anyone asking about tree trimming and removal.

Larry and his crew have been pruning my overly mature and abused mulberry tree for the past 6 years. Larry and his crew are timely, and professional and do great work. Larry explains to me what the tree needs it was topped many years ago, which causes it to sprout and weakens the branches. Larry keeps up-to-date on new techniques and attends professional development classes. Larry's big plus is that he is a master at handling my toxic and demanding backyard neighbors with courteous charm. I will always use SuperTree to keep my trees healthy!

I had a monster Palo Verde taking over my yard that needed removal. After checking with a local gardner and a couple of others, I called RPM. They answered promptly and I explained that I had a large pergola under the tree and care was needed in the tree removal. Rodney said no problem and gave me a reasonable ballpark estimate over the phone, but wanted to come out and take a look. He came by within a few days and revised his estimate, which was very fair considering the precarious job. Rodney and his crew came as scheduled with a large telescopic basket truck and removed the tree, which included stump removal and clean-up. The job was excellent, crew very professional, and the price was right. I would not hesitate to call them for any job.
