Just call them. Seriously. Look at the before and after pictures of my backyard. Less than two months of work! They did the front yard too! Replaced every sprinkler and moved the entire sprinkler system up two feet before installing the 18 inch gravel border I asked them to. Cut down my 30+ foot tree and removed the stump. Disposed of everything themselves and worked multiple 12 hour days. Call them.

My wife and I live adjecent to the National Forest so we're always concerned about the spread of fire around our house.  We called Supertree to give us an estimate to Firewise our house.  Larry came promptly and walked the 2.5 acres with us and gave us a quote and timeline.  It was a lot of work including tree felling, brush clearing and removing ladder fuel.  His crew (up to 5 depending on the day and type of work) was professional and worked quite hard.  It was a big, multi-week job.
One of our concerns with fire was if a large firetruck could even get up our tree-guarded driveway.  Larry went so far as to have the local FD drive their big truck right up to our house after the tree work had been done.  Awesome service.
Larry and his crew did excellent work and came in right on budget.  I highly recommend Supertree.

We hired Cipres Landscaping to remove the trunk and stump of an old citrus tree. They were prompt, friendly, and accomplished the work quickly and cost effectively.

We had some irrigation valve work done the same day as the bid. Price was fair and they showed up on time, but they didn't have the necessary parts to finish the job. They came back the next day, but a few hours beyond the time we agreed upon. Within 24 hrs the new valve broke and flooded; they came back the following day to repair. However, again arrived much later than they told us they would come. Valve was fixed and no issues since.

We also asked about a drip system leak under our concrete in which they dug up our grass and identified the issue. Was explained it was an easy fix and they committed to come next day for a nominal fee. Two days passed no show no communication back. We needed this done asap because we didn't want our concrete to get ruined. Ended up having to hire another business to complete the work and fix the abandoned grass.

They are very kind but unreliable. Hopefully, they can rectify the poor communication and learn to be a bit more accountable.

I really appreciate companies that communicate well and respect customer time. Had an early morning appointment, earliest I've ever been offered, and Jacob texted  when he was 20 minutes out and then called  when he arrived. He even was fastidious enough to read my sign that asks that the doorbell not be rung, and honored it. He made very strong efforts to repair my system enough to have a stop gap since I needed some time before putting in a whole new system. His answers to questions were solid and he made the effort to demonstrate and point things out.

Will be taking this step by step and getting a quote and likely proceeding with a new system soon. Will need to do my due diligence but they left things better than when they came, came when they said they would, and so far, things are on a positive trajectory.

We called Sprinkler Repair to complete some irrigation work in our yard, they completed that promptly and exactly what they quoted. After that we had them complete some landscaping with pavers in the backyard. We are extremely happy with the work and the crew was great!! I would recommend them highly for irrigation or landscaping.

AJ and Dakota both came to fix a sprinkler issue for us we've been dealing with for months. Both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly but professional and educated on their line of work. Jacob arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He quickly resolved my control box issue and was up and running in about 10 minutes with NO CHARGE!!! He said that it was within the 30 minute free estimate timeframe so no charge. I will definitely use this company in the future!!!

I used their service four years ago when I had a broken sprinkler valve. Recently I had an issue where one station wouldn't come on and another would cycle on and off repeatedly. I was assisted by Tim, who showed up on time and inspected the system and fixed some wiring issues. He wasn't able to replicate the issue with the on/off issue, but recommended that perhaps the water pressure was too high (seeing that the sprinklers were running off the house water supply) and to adjust it using the existing supply valve, and that if I experienced that issue again to replace the solenoid and the diaphragm within the sprinkler valve. He quoted me for that it said it was something I'd be able to do myself if I wanted.

I recommend them if you have any sprinkler or irrigation issues.

Our front yard had constant irrigation leaks and after a leak under my concrete slab we decided to use sprinkler repair to replace entire front yard with pvc pipe. They arrived as expected at 0500 and went straight to work. I even added to their scope by requesting wired spot lights that morning. Showed up, early for the Estimate and on the Day of the Repair. Gave a Reasonable Estimate, Noel came and fixed it really fast and came in under the Estimate. These are the Guys I'm calling from now on.

I called and left a message about several irritation issues on our system that is getting old. In addition to the repairs we wanted rock and plants where we used to have grass. David called me back 25 hours later and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He added in conclusion that it was a minimum of $75 for the first half-hour even though we hadn't really gone over the scope of the work. I was confused how they were coming to charge me when they hadn't gone over what they were going to do. I called back and asked if they do landscaping he said they do clean up but not maintenance. I'm not sure how you can set up the irrigation without doing landscaping to install plants and planters dirst. I'm fine if they don't do landscaping just don't advertise that you do if you only do yard clean-up.

Mark has over 20 years of experience in the valley with trees and cactus. I was glad I found him to come out and remove my dying saguaro  at s very reasonable cost. When I got the free quote he offered to come back in a few hours to remove cactus. He was very professional and friendly as was his son who helped him.
