Just call them. Seriously. Look at the before and after pictures of my backyard. Less than two months of work! They did the front yard too! Replaced every sprinkler and moved the entire sprinkler system up two feet before installing the 18 inch gravel border I asked them to. Cut down my 30+ foot tree and removed the stump. Disposed of everything themselves and worked multiple 12 hour days. Call them.

Ed came over with his daughter and cut our two palm trees! They did an awesome job! The prices were fair. He also gave us some tips for another tree issue we were having. He is very knowledgeable and professional. The cleanup was great as well. He also was recruited to cut our neighbors palm tree! I would recommend this tree service!

We had some irrigation valve work done the same day as the bid. Price was fair and they showed up on time, but they didn't have the necessary parts to finish the job. They came back the next day, but a few hours beyond the time we agreed upon. Within 24 hrs the new valve broke and flooded; they came back the following day to repair. However, again arrived much later than they told us they would come. Valve was fixed and no issues since.

We also asked about a drip system leak under our concrete in which they dug up our grass and identified the issue. Was explained it was an easy fix and they committed to come next day for a nominal fee. Two days passed no show no communication back. We needed this done asap because we didn't want our concrete to get ruined. Ended up having to hire another business to complete the work and fix the abandoned grass.

They are very kind but unreliable. Hopefully, they can rectify the poor communication and learn to be a bit more accountable.

So far so good. The service hasn't been completed yet but Jonothan was fantastic to talk to when he visited and assessed what I need done. I set up a service with him and I look forward to get my sprinkler up and running.

We called Sprinkler Repair to complete some irrigation work in our yard, they completed that promptly and exactly what they quoted. After that we had them complete some landscaping with pavers in the backyard. We are extremely happy with the work and the crew was great!! I would recommend them highly for irrigation or landscaping.

These are the hardest working guys you'll ever meet.  I brought them in mid-project, explained what I was doing (without any drawn plans) and they nailed it.  New sprinkler system, LED lighting, and sod... absolutely perfect (and fast).

Our irrigation system was struggling and needed some immediate attention and potential rework. Our previous service provider (who also does landscaping) didn't have our trees set up correctly, so we had Sprinkler Repair come out and check everything.

Within a couple hours Sprinkler Repair had reworked and set up new emitters according to our watering needs at all locations in question. They evaluated our water programing and made some tune-ups at the timer box which they took the time to explain to us in detail. We feel better about the new set up knowing that it was thoughtfully and knowledgably installed and programmed.

Worth sharing on larger trees and shrubs, is the importance of getting the irrigation distributed into the plant's root zone, near the foliage drip line. From there, the correct amount of water for each plant type, (by size) must be established and adjusted accordingly. This is where the previous company didn't quite have things correct. Sprinkler Repair noted that in addition to mixing and matching some components that were causing literal geysers upon failure, not getting the water right at these high demand locations, in addition to leaving things turned off (like our landscaper did) can really do some damage. I feel Sprinkler Repair set us on the right path moving forward.

Upon collection of payment, their lead installer mentioned that they went over their not to exceed price.  In my book, this defeats the purpose of walking the job the day before and giving a not to exceed number, which generally includes some level of built-in contingency by nature.  Before starting work, we discussed that if they ran into anything major, they would get my approval ahead of time. When they asked for 30% over their original quote (without preauthorization) all it took was a raised eyebrow on my part and a reminder of what we had discussed.  I'm giving the benefit of the doubt here and not knocking-stars-off because the team lead was reasonable when I also pointed out that they saved labor by coming in under the timetable they had originally estimated.  At that point there was a genuine realization and acknowledgment of my perspective, and they honored their quote. I'm chalking this up to the team working daily on multiple jobs, using round numbers, and trying to remember what was discussed with each client. That said, this is something to watch for so that both parties are crystal-clear on the scope of work, price, and materials being used... and this applies to any company honestly; it really needs to be fair for both parties.

All told, we are happy with Sprinkler Repair for the work they did on this project. I plan to have them out twice yearly for seasonal changes and for system health checks, which they offered to perform at a reasonable price when I inquired about follow-up services.  There was no pressure in any of our interactions with both field and office, and their payment methods are modern and convenient.

Jonathan & Dakota did a great job of replacing a non-working drip system and adding drip lines to new plantings. Called for an estimate, they came the next day & provided written est, the following day the job was done. Hardworking, honest and likeable young men.  Will definitely use Sprinkler Repair for all future watering needs.

Our front yard had constant irrigation leaks and after a leak under my concrete slab we decided to use sprinkler repair to replace entire front yard with pvc pipe. They arrived as expected at 0500 and went straight to work. I even added to their scope by requesting wired spot lights that morning. Sprinkler repair team did an awesome job communicating with me throughout the day and made adjustments when requested. Had sprinkler system repaired and new timer system put in. Also had winter seed put down. These guys were very professional and did a great job. Original quote was done by Jonathan. Interestingly, we did not have a sprinkler issue - we discovered that AZ Sprinkler Repair offers landscaping service, which is what we needed. We have a 1/2 acre property that needed gravel replenishment and some paving work, and David worked with us for weeks as we continually refined our plan and came up with a solution that was within our budget. He was incredibly patient during that process. His crew arrived on the appointed day right on time (imagine that!); they were friendly and professional. Going forward, we will use his company again for another project in the front yard. A+!

Excellent service! We had a overgrown palm tree and the HOA gave us this weekend to get it trimmed. Every where else said well we can do it Monday. Which was not going to work for us. Mr. J-Rock himself came on a Saturday to trim it! Stayed in contact with us the entire time to let us know if they were going to be late or not and the price was the best in the valley... honestly I am head over hills with this company and I highly recommend them. Hard working, fast, nice, and honest!

Had 3 palm trees and 4 stumps removed. Showed up on time, Donna from the office was very quick to respond, Professional, efficient. Left yard looking perfect, you would never know the trees were here or that work was done. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Living in a HOA ruled neighborhood, I needed a stump removed a.s.a.p. to avoid the wrath of the HOA police.  I called several companies, some from their websites, some referrals, some from ads.  Before resorting to doing it myself I called Laura.  She returned my call...quickly.  I got a free estimate by the company owner (who by the way is a master gardener).  The price was better than right.  I then said I needed a new tree to replace it.  Jason and I talked about what would work best and he said he would get it and deliver and install.  Laura contacted me that afternoon and had the price for everything.  I had checked with 2 major nurseries in town and thier price was a good 3 times higher plus I still would have had to have someone come out and pull the stump.  While there to install tree (the next day) the two gentlemeaen doing the dirty work said they would fix my drip timer before they left.  Well when it was turned on it had a huge leak.  Soooo, they fixed the leak, installed 3 drip lines around the new tree and ended up having to not only pull the one stump, but the lazy person before us had actually planted the dead tree on top of another dead tree.  NO EXTRA CHARGE!!!!!!!!  I am horribly hard on businesses that are bad or that screw you everytime you turn around, but I believe a good business, doing honest work should be praised!!!  So give them a call or email [email protected] or [email protected]
