We had a communication misunderstanding, and Billy didn't charge us for extra work they did, just to make it right! They've even come back multiple times after a yard instillation to fertilize and treat the grass. Awesome honest company! You won't be disappointed if you use Billy and his team!

They did a wonderful job on our yard, our yard was completely overgrown with weeds and it was embarrassing having people over with how bad it was. Hernandez landscaping came out the next day after I contacted them and cleaned everything up for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be recommending them as well as reaching out for any other landscaping needs.

Walter was very responsive from the beginning. He communicated well and made it very easy to get everything done honestly. It wasn't your fancy over the top exaggerating type of company that I had to second guess if they were ripping me off. And I appreciated that beyond belief. My backyard was suffocating us with trees especially sissoo trees, which they took care of! I will continue working with them to finish my backyard and front yard. My husband worked mostly with him and he said Walter was extremely nice and offered important insight. They were fast and much more cleaner than most of the services I've used. Thank you Walter. Billy immediately reached out to me after posting the below review explaining that our appointment got lost among many others and as a business owner myself, I can surely understand how that can happen. I had a feeling it was something simple as our previous communication was spot on. Billy came to my home within 20 minutes of calling me and went over all of my needs and answered all questions I had. His company will now be servicing my home on a bi-weekly basis for landscaping as well as doing a couple of other projects. He is personable and made sure to make the slight error right! So happy with my experience with BV Lawncare. Put in my request for my quote and got such a quick response and they got me on their schedule faster than I expected. Not only does my backyard look fantastic but the employees are great as well! Specifically Rob he communicated exactly what would be happening and was a perfect gentleman answering all my questions. Gabriel and Caesar are great to work with. I found them on Yelp and asked them to come by for an estimate. They were in the area and came by that very same day with a reasonable quote. They came back the following day to do the work and did a great job. We decided to use them on an ongoing basis to trim and clean up our yard every other month. I'm also now using them for another house we have in Tempe. So glad I found them! And, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ryan's Removals was highly recommended to us for a landscape boulder removal project in our yard.  Ryan responded to our request for a proposal promptly and clearly, and offered a great price.  Turns out the landscaper for our HOA was able to do the job for us so we didn't engage Ryan's Removals.  However, based on his responsiveness, his price, and other reviews, we will keep Ryan's Removals in our contact list for future projects.  Thank you, Ryan!

I had Joe trim up four of my trees that needed a lot of work. He and Chris were super thorough on the first three of them, and it look longer than they thought it would, and my mulberry tree was really heavy, he said. They removed 6000 pounds of stuff - 3 tons, that's a lot. The last one still has some dead undergrowth that I want to get cleaned up. Today, Joe said he only quoted me on elevating the tree and separating it from the other tree and the house and the wires. He did all of that really well. Getting rid of the dead sticks was not part of the work. So, if you're like me, and you want all the dead sticks and branches removed when your tree is trimmed, make sure you let Joe know that and he'll include it in the price.

I wish the communication had been better. The job also included getting compost added to the yard. It didn't happen when the trees were trimmed, which was what I was expecting. So then I was texting about when the compost would happen and I asked several times about the dead undergrowth, but that aspect was never acknowledged (today, I found out that Joe was planning on bringing a saw along with the compost, so it's nice to know that now). The compost job was attempted one week later, but it didn't work out because the City of Tempe ran out of compost. Joe told me he heard there would be compost in the next week or two. I called Tempe the next morning, and they told me it would be 4-6 weeks. I can't wait that long, so I'll just have to buy bags of compost and top soil and hope for the best. Since the compost job wouldn't happen, I texted Joe about that undergrowth, and ten hours later, Joe replied that he would do it in a week. This was yesterday. I'm not going to wait a week, though, because I need to plant my grass seed this weekend. I'll attempt to remove those dead branches tomorrow with my crappy ladder and pole saw. Joe and Chris do great work, but we faced some unfortunate circumstances--my job was more difficult than he expected; I had wrong expectations that all the dead branches/sticks would be removed; the compost job was delayed and then canceled; and communication was less than ideal. The work they did was great, and they cleaned up really well too.

I had a great experience with this company. Joe provided a quote immediately through yelp. It was just for the trimming of two palms,
and the quote was much more reasonable than others I have received. He sent Froylan out the same day. The trimming was completed quickly and he cleaned up after very well, even grabbing the stray fronds in the pool. Much better experience than last year when I went with a much larger and more expensive company. I will call Joe next time I have tree needs.

I messaged Joe late in the afternoon, and he was out at my house the very next day!  He came equipped with some really great equipment, and he took care of my old palm tree stump within minutes.  He took it completely below grade, then filled in the hole with some of the sawdust.  You would never be able to tell there was a tree there before.

I would highly recommend using this company for your landscaping needs.  Joe was responsive, kept me updated, did a great job, did it quickly, and all for a very fair price.  This task could not have gone any smoother!  Thank you Joe!

PHENOMINAL service!  Octavio does amazing work.  He services many homes in my neighborhood and does beautiful work.  He may be difficult to contact, but if you text him and follow up, he will show up, and when he does, you can see the wheels in his head turning.....it's not about charging you more, but actually doing extra stuff.  He not only sprayed my weeds but took out some offshoots of weeds and totally cleaned up my side yard.  AMAZING WORK!

Sergio with Complete Landscape Management fixed several issues with my sprinkler system. Great communication throughout the process, very reasonable price. He completed the repairs fast and I haven't had any issues since then. I would definitely recommend Sergio.
