Super fast response time, awesome rates, friendly and quick workers, and great communication! We had a communication misunderstanding, and Billy didn't charge us for extra work they did, just to make it right! They've even come back multiple times after a yard instillation to fertilize and treat the grass. Awesome honest company! You won't be disappointed if you use Billy and his team!

I requested an estimate to have two large palm trees trimmed, and even though it was the weekend, he super responsive! We scheduled a time as soon as he had availability. He and his team came first thing Monday morning. They did a great job! Very fairly priced, very responsive, thorough, quick and clean - I would highly recommend.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY.

We wrote a check to Miguel and he deposited the check for 6x the amount written. It took multiple hours on the phone with our bank to sort out this issue, along with all the bank fees we were charged as he drained our account negative. Miguel laughed on the phone and blamed the overcharge on the ATM. He offered no resolutions or apologies to over-charging us THOUSANDS of dollars and we were left hanging, dealing with the aftermath.

This business lacks integrity.

We were just serviced by Hernandez Landscaping. They were excellent to work with. We recieved a quote for our backyard quickly. The price was more than fair. They came out the very next day to save our overgrown backyard. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

They quoted me a price to remove a mesquite tree (based on pictures) and then nearly doubled it when they showed up to do the work and saw the tree. They were supposed to be at my house at 6:00am to do the work. At 6:00am, they told me it would actually be 9:00am. Then they showed up around 7:45am while I was dropping off my daughter. When I got home they were already it my backyard. This could have been very bad. I had not locked my dogs in the house, because I though I had another hour. The price they adjusted to was not dissimilar to other companies' quotes, but I had them leave because I didn't like the way they did business.

Miguel and his team did an outstanding job with our front yard. He was very responsive and completed the job in a timely manner. He has fair prices and great ideas! I trusted him with most of the designing and it looks great. Once we are ready for our backyard we will be using them again. Thank you!

Needed to get my backyard cleaned up. Reached out to Marvin's landscaping for a quote and they were super quick to respond. Came the same morning and did a great job.

Loved this companies service. They were very professional and very responsive to any concerns we had. They cut down two big trees that needed to come down and trimmed up all our other trees. I would definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer.

This is an amendment to my earlier review of one star.
Billy immediately reached out to me after posting the below review explaining that our appointment got lost among many others and as a business owner myself, I can surely understand how that can happen. I had a feeling it was something simple as our previous communication was spot on. Billy came to my home within 20 minutes of calling me and went over all of my needs and answered all questions I had. His company will now be servicing my home on a bi-weekly basis for landscaping as well as doing a couple of other projects. He is personable and made sure to make the slight error right! Thank you Billy!

Great service! I needed a large brunch cut out of my extremely large Aleppo pine....Jesse roped himself up there like it was nothing, cut my damaged branch piece by piece while tying each section off and lowering it to the ground, safely and well controlled. He's got some skills, for sure, and possible some Tarzan blood running through him...he even accommodated me on the weekend, so I could be witness to his awesomeness! Good rate and great work!

I contacted Cesar at Gabriel's landscaping on a Monday to get a quote on general clean up of my front and back yards including tree trimming and bougainvillea trimming. He and Gabriel came out on that Tuesday and provided me with an estimate. I decided to hire them on Wednesday and they were able to complete the job by Thursday! They were friendly and on time and did such a thorough job. I decided to hire them for monthly ongoing landscaping maintenance. I would definitely recommend them.

Cesar and Gabriel are great landscapers.  I needed several large oleanders and privet plants that needed to be cut back.  They provided a very reasonable estimate for the work and scheduled a day to come back.  They showed up when expected and knocked out the work in a few hours.  They did an incredible job trimming and cleaned up nicely.  I would definitely recommend these guys for any type of landscape work, large or small.

Found Joe on Yelp.  I was a customer in 2021.   I would not use Joe's Palm Tree Trimming Service again following my personal experience.

I had a great experience with this company. Joe provided a quote immediately through yelp. It was just for the trimming of two palms,
and the quote was much more reasonable than others I have received. He sent Froylan out the same day. The trimming was completed quickly and he cleaned up after very well, even grabbing the stray fronds in the pool. Much better experience than last year when I went with a much larger and more expensive company. I will call Joe next time I have tree needs.

Joe has done great work at my home, time and time again. Joe is a true professional and he is trustworthy. The first job involved the removal of a very massive tree from our backyard in central Phoenix; that was about four years ago. Joe handled this very large undertaking professionally and with great care to our property. I have since also hired Joe to take care of our date palms and he has done an exceptional job, each and every time.  Joe is very responsive and his pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

I needed three trees trimmed as they were getting unruly. I reached out for quotes and Jaguars Landscaping was significantly more affordable than others (one quoted me at $750, another at $500, and JL at $350). They came the next day and did the work. Additionally, they blew my leaves and left my property looking very clean.  I'm considering hiring them for routine maintenance, and additional aesthetic improvements like pavers, rocks, etc. Very pleased with the quality of work, price, and timeliness.

I scheduled a yard clean up for September 9th at 630 in the morning. Crew never showed up. Octavio came by that afternoon at 430p to give me an estimate for the yard clean up and a few others projects. By end of day I still did not have my yard cleaned up. We agreed they would take care of everything on September 24th.

I scheduled ANOTHER  yard clean up and other projects for Thursday September 24th. No one ever got to back to me with an estimate or what time they would be arriving. Keep in mind I had a lengthy conversation with Octavio on the 9th reference this project. And yet again NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED ME.

Don't use this company! It's apparent they can't keep a schedule and pick and choose which projects they want. Too bad as I had cold hard cash to spend $$$.

I have attached screenshots of the correspondence with Debra during this time period. I reached out numerous times and was brushed off.

Sergio with Complete Landscape Management fixed several issues with my sprinkler system. Great communication throughout the process, very reasonable price. He completed the repairs fast and I haven't had any issues since then. I would definitely recommend Sergio.
