We had a communication misunderstanding, and Billy didn't charge us for extra work they did, just to make it right! They've even come back multiple times after a yard instillation to fertilize and treat the grass. Awesome honest company! You won't be disappointed if you use Billy and his team!

Hernandez Landscaping earns a distinction on business wants--it is the most unreliable landscape service I have ever worked with. It started out well a couple of months ago. Raul Hernandez talks a good game and he comes across as so honest. He came over and he was friendly and cooperative, and within a couple of days his men had mowed my lawn. I thought this was going to be a great, long-term relationship, but then things fell apart. To make a long story short, I think that in the two months since, they have done my lawn maybe twice. They are supposed to come  automatically every two weeks, but instead they disappear on me. When I talk to Raul, he is very friendly and promises that his men will come on the day we agree on. Except they don't. At this point my lawn hasn't been mowed for a month and I have a huge problem due to my belief that Hernandez Landscaping had at least a shred of integrity and would finally come.

Stay away from Hernandez Landscaping. They will promise you everything you want in the most sincere of tones and then leave you in the lurch.

We were just serviced by Hernandez Landscaping. They were excellent to work with. We recieved a quote for our backyard quickly. The price was more than fair. They came out the very next day to save our overgrown backyard. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Walter was very responsive from the beginning. He communicated well and made it very easy to get everything done honestly. It wasn't your fancy over the top exaggerating type of company that I had to second guess if they were ripping me off. And I appreciated that beyond belief. My backyard was suffocating us with trees especially sissoo trees, which they took care of! I will continue working with them to finish my backyard and front yard. My husband worked mostly with him and he said Walter was extremely nice and offered important insight. They were fast and much more cleaner than most of the services I've used. Thank you Walter. Honest and simple!

Spring Landscaping was out within a week to trim some big branches from a tree in my backyard that were hanging over into my neighbors yard.   They did a excellent job and I would hire them again.

Still a great company!  I just messaged them on Sunday needing help with my sprinkler system and received a message back right away that they will be here the next morning. Quick service, very professional and knowledgeable.

I went back home to visit family for about a month, and when I returned my beautiful yard looked like an absolute jungle. Apparently it rained more days than it didn't when I was gone and I had weeds damn near up to my hip. I had a quarter acre of yard that was infested with these weeds. You couldn't put a ruler on the ground without touching a weed it was so bad. My bushes were over grown, my trees were overgrown and crowding into each other. My yard looked horrible and was honestly taking a big tole on my moral as I wanted to be proud of my yard.

I did my best to fix it on my own, and realized I was WAY out of my element. I called around and got a few quotes. BV Lawn Care wasn't the cheapest quote, but the moment I met Billy I knew who I was going to go with. I felt so confident that Billy and his team were going to deliver and boy did they!

My yard looks OUTSTANDING! It doesn't even look like the same yard anymore. Billy brought an army of guys who worked their butts off to do a great job! I couldn't be happier with the outcome and I couldn't recommend Billy and BV Lawn Care more!

My indoor only cat escaped and went missing very early Friday morning, and I spent 36 hours searching for him, only to discover him 30' up a palm tree on Saturday night, scared out of his mind. I called the fire department- they couldn't help.  I called AZ Humane society- they could help, but we were not a priority and it wouldn't be until the next afternoon at the earliest that they could come out.  Then I started calling tree trimmers.  First one told me to call Dave, but Dave said he was too old to do cat rescue anymore- so he told me to call Jesse with Arborvision.  I did, and boy was I relieved when he said he would help... but not until the next morning, and to call after 8:30am if my cat was still stuck. It was a REALLY tough 12 hours, wondering if he would die of thirst and/or fall out of the tree and onto the hard ground or brick wall beneath him- but at least I finally had some hope. So I went to bed, and slept for the first time all weekend. The next morning, I waited until 8:30am, and called Jesse.  No answer.  Left a message, and went over to my neighbor's house to wait. He never even called us back!  I mean, who does that? At least call us back and say you know what, I'm sorry- I can't make it- but maybe here's someone else you can try.  We would have been understanding- life happens. But nope- not even a courtesy text. We tried several other resources on our own, with no luck for hours- as my poor black cat roasted in the afternoon sun. Thankfully, we found a neighbor who happened to be an out of work tree trimmer to help out. He received a few hundred dollars from me, and he didn't even ask for it- he was a true hero.  I'll be recommending David for all our tree trimming and cat rescuing needs from now on.

Holy WOW! These guys came through. I talked to numerous landscapers to trim & skin one palm tree that needed it desperately and boy did these fellas help us in a pinch. Managed to squeeze me in day of. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future. Look at this before and after! Thanks Gabriel & Caesar!

Ryan and his team are awesome. They removed a bunch of oleanders along the block wall in my backyard and they did a great job - the wall wasn't harmed, they cleaned up everything beautifully, and they were nice as can be. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I had a great experience with this company. Joe provided a quote immediately through yelp. It was just for the trimming of two palms,
and the quote was much more reasonable than others I have received. He sent Froylan out the same day. The trimming was completed quickly and he cleaned up after very well, even grabbing the stray fronds in the pool. Much better experience than last year when I went with a much larger and more expensive company. I will call Joe next time I have tree needs.

Octavio and his team did great work cleaning up my front and back yards. They were littered with leaves and full of overgrown weeds. They responded quickly to my request, took care of everything, and sprayed the lawns with herbicide to keep it clean the next week. Good price, good response time, friendly guy.

However, I am only giving them 4 stars because of the way they handle scheduling. For the yard cleanup job, they kind of just came and went as they pleased at whatever times worked for them. But it worked out eventually. I tried to rehiring Jaguars to help get my neighbors' trees pruned. Debra completely ignored my request for a few days' notice to give me time to respond and communicate with my neighbors. I'm writing this review after she messaged me 4 times at 5am, and then Octavio showed up at my house All of this happened while I was asleep, so I didn't even have a chance to respond. Very pushy and unprofessional.

Great team! They are very accommodating and do good work.  Super easy to work with and reliable. I would definitely them for yard service.

These guys were friendly but used a weed whacker to cut weeds in my front yard, which is desert landscapes with rocks. This caused a rock to fly into the window of my parked car and shattered the window. Mistakes happen, I get it, but not one of the guys working on the yard stopped to tell me this happened. I spent $300 on yard cleanup to get a broken window & have a weed treatment on my yard that didn't work & I've got weeds in my yard after 1.5 months.

Sergio with Complete Landscape Management fixed several issues with my sprinkler system. Great communication throughout the process, very reasonable price. He completed the repairs fast and I haven't had any issues since then. I would definitely recommend Sergio.
