Hernandez Landscaping earns a distinction on business wants--it is the most unreliable landscape service I have ever worked with. It started out well a couple of months ago. Raul Hernandez talks a good game and he comes across as so honest. He came over and he was friendly and cooperative, and within a couple of days his men had mowed my lawn. I thought this was going to be a great, long-term relationship, but then things fell apart. To make a long story short, I think that in the two months since, they have done my lawn maybe twice. They are supposed to come  automatically every two weeks, but instead they disappear on me. When I talk to Raul, he is very friendly and promises that his men will come on the day we agree on. Except they don't. At this point my lawn hasn't been mowed for a month and I have a huge problem due to my belief that Hernandez Landscaping had at least a shred of integrity and would finally come.

Stay away from Hernandez Landscaping. They will promise you everything you want in the most sincere of tones and then leave you in the lurch.

They did a great job on short notice cleaning up my property (tree trimming, blowing leaves and weeding).I really appreciated them showing up and getting to work quickly. They even fixed some irrigation problems (replaced pipe, leaky valves etc) All In all very good value.

Walter was very responsive from the beginning. He communicated well and made it very easy to get everything done honestly. It wasn't your fancy over the top exaggerating type of company that I had to second guess if they were ripping me off. And I appreciated that beyond belief. My backyard was suffocating us with trees especially sissoo trees, which they took care of! I will continue working with them to finish my backyard and front yard. My husband worked mostly with him and he said Walter was extremely nice and offered important insight. They were fast and much more cleaner than most of the services I've used. Thank you Walter. Honest and simple!

We had a 30 ft Magnolia tree that we had to remove and this was by far the beat maintenance experience we've had from hiring off Yelp.  These people were responsive, showed up same day to quote, very reasonable and within a few days the tree and stump were gone, as if it never existed.  He would have done it sooner but we weren't in any hurry and it was better for both our schedules to postpone to early the next week.  

This was an awesome experience and I highly recommended spring Landscaping!!

Loved this companies service. They were very professional and very responsive to any concerns we had. They cut down two big trees that needed to come down and trimmed up all our other trees. I would definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer.

These guys did a great job. My front landscaping had not been addressed in over a year and everything had grown into itself and you couldn't tell where one piece started and another ended. Within a week they had two guys come out to get me taken care of.

The guys asked me what I wanted to see and I pointed out a few areas I wanted to put attention to but told them they do this all the time so just make it look good. One hour later it was a new house!

Very happy and we will be using these guys going forward on a more regular basis.

I needed a huge tree to be cut down and trimmed in my backyard that was getting out of control. Looked around a few places, but Billy was the only one who got back to me right away with a response and a clear estimate. He was engaged in wanting my business, everything was straight forward, no hassle. Sent him a few pics of what needed to be done and he was out within two days to work on the job, no delays. Tree looks great, no mess or debris left behind. Billy was very professional in his work. I highly recommend BV Lawn Care for any landscaping or tree cutting projects!

I contacted Cesar at Gabriel's landscaping on a Monday to get a quote on general clean up of my front and back yards including tree trimming and bougainvillea trimming. He and Gabriel came out on that Tuesday and provided me with an estimate. I decided to hire them on Wednesday and they were able to complete the job by Thursday! They were friendly and on time and did such a thorough job. I decided to hire them for monthly ongoing landscaping maintenance. I would definitely recommend them.

I don't think we have ever been as pleased with a contractor as we were with Ryan and his crew. We had a huge oleander removal project that included close to 100 very old large oleanders. We had been given several jaw dropping outlandish expensive quotes before we found Ryan. He is so experienced and has just the right equipment to get the job done quickly and efficiently. They came on time every day and finished the job exactly when they said. Five days and it was done, hauled and cleaned. Such a complete job removing massive root balls. (Others had said it would take 3 weeks! Their quoted prices reflected that length.)  Now we have the money left to do some wonderful landscaping. Ryan had to work around a neighbor's wall. No problem. He runs his equipment with such precision you would have thought he had tweezers! It was fun just to watch. It was an absolute pleasure working with Ryan.

I had Joe trim up four of my trees that needed a lot of work. He and Chris were super thorough on the first three of them, and it look longer than they thought it would, and my mulberry tree was really heavy, he said. They removed 6000 pounds of stuff - 3 tons, that's a lot. The last one still has some dead undergrowth that I want to get cleaned up. Today, Joe said he only quoted me on elevating the tree and separating it from the other tree and the house and the wires. He did all of that really well. Getting rid of the dead sticks was not part of the work. So, if you're like me, and you want all the dead sticks and branches removed when your tree is trimmed, make sure you let Joe know that and he'll include it in the price.

I wish the communication had been better. The job also included getting compost added to the yard. It didn't happen when the trees were trimmed, which was what I was expecting. So then I was texting about when the compost would happen and I asked several times about the dead undergrowth, but that aspect was never acknowledged (today, I found out that Joe was planning on bringing a saw along with the compost, so it's nice to know that now). The compost job was attempted one week later, but it didn't work out because the City of Tempe ran out of compost. Joe told me he heard there would be compost in the next week or two. I called Tempe the next morning, and they told me it would be 4-6 weeks. I can't wait that long, so I'll just have to buy bags of compost and top soil and hope for the best. Since the compost job wouldn't happen, I texted Joe about that undergrowth, and ten hours later, Joe replied that he would do it in a week. This was yesterday. I'm not going to wait a week, though, because I need to plant my grass seed this weekend. I'll attempt to remove those dead branches tomorrow with my crappy ladder and pole saw. Joe and Chris do great work, but we faced some unfortunate circumstances--my job was more difficult than he expected; I had wrong expectations that all the dead branches/sticks would be removed; the compost job was delayed and then canceled; and communication was less than ideal. The work they did was great, and they cleaned up really well too.

I had a great experience with this company. Joe provided a quote immediately through yelp. It was just for the trimming of two palms,
and the quote was much more reasonable than others I have received. He sent Froylan out the same day. The trimming was completed quickly and he cleaned up after very well, even grabbing the stray fronds in the pool. Much better experience than last year when I went with a much larger and more expensive company. I will call Joe next time I have tree needs.

Would like to acknowledge the outstanding work this company accomplished at my resident. Joe and the young guy working with him waisted no time. Joe made a reasonable estaminet on Saturday and I informed him he won the bid on Monday. He informed me Monday he could do the job on Tuesday. He arrived early and got right at the job. Not an easy job eather. Would like  to post before and after pictures but don't know how.  Bob R

Octavio and his team did great work cleaning up my front and back yards. They were littered with leaves and full of overgrown weeds. They responded quickly to my request, took care of everything, and sprayed the lawns with herbicide to keep it clean the next week. Good price, good response time, friendly guy.

However, I am only giving them 4 stars because of the way they handle scheduling. For the yard cleanup job, they kind of just came and went as they pleased at whatever times worked for them. But it worked out eventually. I tried to rehiring Jaguars to help get my neighbors' trees pruned. Debra completely ignored my request for a few days' notice to give me time to respond and communicate with my neighbors. I'm writing this review after she messaged me 4 times at 5am, and then Octavio showed up at my house All of this happened while I was asleep, so I didn't even have a chance to respond. Very pushy and unprofessional.

Great team! They are very accommodating and do good work.  Super easy to work with and reliable. I would definitely them for yard service.

Jaguar is fantastic.  We've been using them for months and are so happy with their service and quality.  I definitely recommend them!

Sergio with Complete Landscape Management fixed several issues with my sprinkler system. Great communication throughout the process, very reasonable price. He completed the repairs fast and I haven't had any issues since then. I would definitely recommend Sergio.
