Asked about getting a quote for my landscaping project. He set up a date and didn't show. Told me after he could go the next day. The next day came I asked what time was good he said a time and of course didn't show again. No message or anything. I'm just saying if getting a quote is so hard and unprofessional from this guy I recommend looking elsewhere

Found them on yelp and so glad I did! Garnicas landscaping came out and gave us a quote and arrived the next day to clean up our front and backyard! Very quick and professional! And you can't beat the price! Will be using them again!

GARNICAS' guys are the best. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry and did not hesitate to give me a quote and ask for my preferred service date. They notified me 1/2 before arrival, arrived on time and politely and professionally verified what was expected. They worked together well, were fast, efficient and thorough. Have decided to keep them coming back regularl. I.would happily recommend them to anyone seeking premium service at a very reasonable price.

I had an appointment scheduled with this company and they failed to show up.  They didn't even bother to call me. Very unprofessional and unreliable.  Hopefully, this doesn't happen to you.

Baudelio is a great landscaper and very fair, honest and communicates when he will be there and what will be getting done.  Handles the irrigation and even getting ready to start adding more plants.  Its great to get someone that takes the job serious and gives the customer service.  Garnicas Landscaping I would very much recommend!!

I contacted Garnicas Landscaping to clean up our yard on May 5, they responded they could be here in the afternoon or the next day.  I said either day would work, they choose the next day which would have been May 6.  They never showed.  Contacted them that evening, they said they could be there on May 7, I said that would be OK if it was before noon.  They never showed.  I had given them my contact phone number and ask them to please call if they can not make it.  Didn't hear a word from them.  I told them my yard was not that big, I can understand if they did not want to do a small job, but at least tell me.   I would give them a minus rating if I could, the least they could do is contact the customer and tell them they would not be able to do the job.  Very bad way to conduct a business.

Randy is a certified arborist.  He did an excellent job pruning our overgrown mesquite tree.  He explained everything very well.  He is reliable and his work is very reasonably priced.   Highly recommend him.

We highly recommend Shady Deal Tree Service! We had them remove a large tree in the front yard, another tree that died and trim everything up properly. My yard looks amazing and now the trees are growing right (up, not out). After trying this myself for years, I had Shady Deal come out and I should have had them do the tree trimming all along. The crew was very efficient, trimmed the trees expertly, and cleaned up really well. Thank you for such awesome service!

Tony's crew was great. They were able to do the job very quickly and everything looks perfect. I will be using them again.

i put an inquiry on Yelp to several landscaping companies.  Yavapai Landscaping and one other company responded.  i set up an initial meeting with both companies.  the other company was no call-no show.

Justice with Yavapai called several times.  she set up an appt with me and Nathaniel came to my property.  Nathaniel was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.   Nathaniel made some recommendations to improve my properties landscaping and gave me a reasonable price to get the work done.  

I was really happy with Yavapai Landscaping and have hired them a second time and recommended their service to friends.  I would highly recommend Yavapai Landscaping!

We recently completed our landscape project with Yavapai Landscaping after considering several companies to do the work.  Ted who was our contact for the project listened to what we wanted to create and helped us fine tune all of the details we wanted included.  Hugo and his crew were TOP TIER Artists and their workmanship was 2nd to NONE!!!  I have done many landscape projects over the years and by far this was the most satisfying and finely executed one I have ever done.  I would not hesitate to recommend Ted and his team to anyone looking for PERFECTION!!!  Thank you Team Yavapai!!! :)

We are so happy!!

Just moved to a new build in Chino Valley and needed our entire acre landscaped to help with the quicksand mud that was present. When calling around to get quotes, Nathan got right back to us and was able to come out a couple of days later to discuss the project. He was able to give us a preliminary quote on the spot along with providing a visual of the design via drone photos which was so helpful!

As we are new to the area and had a blank slate to work with, we were a little overwhelmed about what should happen first, how we should prioritize, which plants/trees would thrive, best material options, etc. Once we had our design, he brought out various samples for us to choose from along with the education on differences between products and allowed us to choose pressure free. He really listened and incorporated our wants and we are super happy with the outcome.

Walter and the team were phenomenal! Their #1 priority was to make sure we were happy by having us review the work at various steps. They ALWAYS had smiles on their face and were so pleasant. We implemented a specialty item that was thought about halfway through the project and they took our changes in stride. They asked if it was ok to work from sunup to sundown, (we gave our permission of course) and they were never in our way or bothersome which was much appreciated. I have never seen a team work as hard as they did AND enjoy themselves while doing it!

When missteps happened, which almost always do in projects, either Nathan or the team would bring it up to us before we had a chance to notice and would let us know what they were going to do to remedy the issue. Very trustworthy and accountable.  

It was very important to us to bring in the right trees and plants that would thrive in our area, have diversity and bring in pollinators. Cheyenne took the challenge head on and brought out a plethora of options. After educating me about each plant, she didn't bat an eye when I said no to certain ones or pushed me to accept others.  

We are actually going to miss seeing the guys now that the project is over!

If there were minus stars I would check those. The owner Nathaniel is an arrogant man who does not keep his word. Last June, his crew was sent out and did an unprofessional job without knowledge of proper pruning techniques. They also chopped off 5' Lilac bushes that were beautiful and ones my mother had planted many years ago. When I called to make him aware of that and many other unfinished issues, he said he would have new Lilac bushes planted. He failed to do that and when I recently confronted him regarding that, he said he wouldn't follow through. Can't trust this company or their expertise or lack of. I spent $4600 on the job and am terribly dissatisfied.

Wish we'd paid more attention to this company's reviews on Yelp regarding poor customer service. Called them, an estimator came out and spent almost an hour reviewing our landscaping needs, including water management, which we figured would cost more than $12k. When casually asked when we would see a quote, he replied By the time you wake up tomorrow. Wow.

It's now several weeks later. We never received a quote or any other contact from Yavapai Landscaping, despite two follow-up phone calls answered by a woman who told us she would let the estimator know we had called. A simple Thank you for your interest but we've decided not to quote would have been fine. Once we realized we had been stiffed, we contacted another landscape company (better rated on both Google and Yelp), received a quote and engaged their services. Suggest anyone interested in good service do the same.

We recently had our backyard landscaping done by Yavapai Landscaping.  Simply Awesome!! ... We could NOT be more pleased.  It came out even better than we had anticipated.  Ted Ferris provided outstanding guidance and suggestions throughout the process.  Yavapai did all of the coordination to obtain HOA approval for the design.  Made it so easy.

After our initial plan had been worked in the backyard, we were so satisfied, that we decided to include some add-ons in the front yard.  We have to say that Ted Ferris' crew, led by Hugo, is the hardest working landscaping crew that we have ever seen ... working sunrise to sunset.  Dustin was exceptional in coordinating the gas line upgrade work (with UniSource and also City inspectors), plus handling a few other project tasks.

Several of our neighbors were so impressed with Yavapai Landscaping's work that they also chose Yavapai Landscaping.  If you are in the market for any landscaping project, we highly recommend Yavapai.  In our experience, it gets NO better!!

First hired Randy a couple years ago to trim the trees on my lot for general health purposes.  I've had him back every year and it has really paid off.  This summer's monsoons took down or damaged over 500 trees in our community, including several from my immediate neighbors.  However, due to Randy's professional expertise in trimming our trees, we suffered no damage to our property and all of our trees went unscathed.  I can't think of a greater testament to his work after seeing the destruction around our home and no damage to our trees.  Randy knows what he is doing and I trust him.

Garnicas landscaping was wonderful to work with! They came for the estimate promptly and complete the job with a fair price.  They did a great job! I would recommend them to everyone needing the removal of a tree.

Very disappointing. Did a great job at first, but then stopped showing up. They were supposed to come out 3 weeks ago and no showed me. I messaged 4x through Yelp and no response. After multiple times of calling, I finally reached them. I received no apology or offer to make it right, just that they'd show up the coming Monday, but guess what? They didn't show! So I called again and they said Thursday, and once again, THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP. Extremely unprofessional.
