Best Businesses in Arizona

Talked to Jason yesterday about doing an estimate today. He stated he would be by today and would call before coming over.

No call, no show. How do you expect to run a successful business this way? I will use someone else who appreciates their customers!

*Update* Jason called me and apologized after seeing my review. He legitimately seems to be a good guy and it's a shame we weren't able to do business. He explained a situation happened today and I am a very understanding person. That being said, you have to keep your agreements and if the company would have just called me, I would have been understanding of the situation.

We will be using Top Leaf Tree Service for all of our tree and hedge needs! We were getting the home prepped for house being power washed and fascia painting so needed plant foliage removed (ivy and other) and trees pruned. Additionally, our honey locust trees had a large amount of deadwood to be taken off; 3 large and old pyracantha tree limbs needed to be removed. We also have a lengthy Oleander hedge that had not been properly pruned in years, as well as honeysuckle vine that needed pruning. Lastly, dead wood was removed from two 35+ year old citrus trees.

From the beginning of the process to the end we were well-satisfied. I used Yelp reviews to call 3 tree services. While Top Leaf was not inexpensive, they are well-worth the money if you want your yard looking like the yard you imagine. Our backyard has often been called shangri-la and Top Leaf has helped it remain as such. Michelle-office person I spoke with a couple of times-was always helpful with taking my initial call and then making the final scheduling. Bert, a certified arborist, came out to do the quote- personable and professional. I was impressed that he came by this morning to see progress while the crew was working.

I can't say enough about Ryan, the lead crewman. He knows what he is doing!!! When he and crew arrived (a bit earlier than the 6:00am scheduled time), Ryan went over all the orders with me, and then checked with me a couple of times throughout the work to make sure that Oleanders were cut to the appropriate height and width, and that I understood the ramifications of cutting back the deadwood on the old citrus trees. He and his crew worked tirelessly the 5-6 hours at our home, and we have never had such a spot-on clean-up by a tree service as Top Leaf performed.

Chance got our yard in shape this past spring and has kept it looking great ever since!  

He offers the full service (lawn mowing, shrub trimming, weeding, fertilizing and setting the sprinkler schedule) for a better price and higher quality than the other companies we have tried.  

We especially like that he's very responsive via email or text (even when we have lots of questions!) and never misses a scheduled day.

I connected with American Tree & Landscape via a community facebook page when I was looking for some sprinkler repairs.  Communication with them was timely and professional via both text and phone.  They arrived to provide the quote and do the work on the days and times they promised.  The job was done efficiently and professionally and within the set budget. I look forward to having them back in the future as needs arise.

i was watching my mothers house while she was on vacation and needed a quick turn around on some monsoon damage to a tree in her front yard. I spoke with Troy and not only did he come out that same day to provide a quote, he got the job done 48 hours later! He provided fair, honest pricing, kept me in the loop every step of the way (i was working in the office the day he was on-site). he was absolutely amazing! i highly recommend hiring Troy and his crew if you are looking for an arborist or lawn care company in the Phoenix area.

Troy was extremely responsive! I couldn't get anyone to return my calls even in the current market. He was responsive, professional, and delivered exactly as promised. Very reasonably priced as well. I'll happily use his services again!

Troy and his team removed the grass from my yard and replaced our irrigation line. They did excellent work. Troy was quick to respond when I had questions. He was also upfront about the costs.

Someone came and looked at project and I never heard a word back. They said they would send me quote but never did.

Set up 2 appointments to review property and landscaping needs. No call, no email, no show to both. Not worth a 3rd disappointment.

We hired Daniel and his dad, Cat, to build a wall and install a concrete pad.  Our plans for the concrete pad changed to pavers and a larger area.  They showed up when they said they would, worked hard and finished the job in just a few days!  We are so happy with final results, that we recommend them for any of your yard needs!

What an amazing job Sam and his crew did climbing up and cleaning up a couple of my Pinetree's. Not only did they clean up everything they came by the next day and finished picking up all the leftover branches and debris. Very friendly and professional I would recommend Radley's tree service to friends and family

The guys are always reliable and do a good job! We have them come every two weeks to do maintenance landscaping on our yard. They've been helping us out for over a year. Highly recommend!!
