Best Businesses in Arizona

Talked to Jason yesterday about doing an estimate today. He stated he would be by today and would call before coming over.

No call, no show. How do you expect to run a successful business this way? I will use someone else who appreciates their customers!

*Update* Jason called me and apologized after seeing my review. He legitimately seems to be a good guy and it's a shame we weren't able to do business. He explained a situation happened today and I am a very understanding person. That being said, you have to keep your agreements and if the company would have just called me, I would have been understanding of the situation.

My neighbor hired this company. One worker came into my yard ( without knocking on front door) and I have 2 dogs.  I watched him trim a few branches hanging in my yard looking at his saw( must have been dull)..checked where dogs were and locked them in. Next time I looked he was gone? Branches still hanging I went to neighbors house and asked them to come back and finish( tree hangs over pool equipment walkway..) I was informed they couldn't unless approved by neighbor? Hum? How did you walk into my gated yard earlier?  Called my neighbor, he called them to give approval to finish the trimming they started !! A couple of hours later they knocked on my door and was very sarcastic telling me his boss said for $150.00 they'd cut the rest of the branches!!! Are you joking!! It's about 10 branches!! He started laughing went to his truck and sarcastically laughed !! I called the company and talked with the owner? Explained this situation.. she was to get back to me? And informed me they would charge my neighbor!!! I immediately called my neighbor and told him not to pay them another dime! They were making this the biggest deal! It was really ridiculous!! I have lived in this house for almost 20 years!! I explained to owner we all just trim our trees in our own yards and in neighbors! .. usually with a knock on the door explaining...not once have we ever had a tree company act like they did!!! I will be calling our home owners association.. the board .. neighbors.. telling them this company is not welcomed in our neighborhood. I took a picture so we could all have a good laugh!!! They don't finish the job they started!!By the way...Trespassing is illegal!!  I also called them back and told them not to bother calling me back! I want nothing to do with them and would never hire them anyways..very ridiculous and rude people..

I used this company once in April and refrained from leaving this review because the actual guys who came out were wonderful and very kind. However, after using another company and seeing the quality of work for a comparative rate, I have to say I'm very disappointed in my experience with AMS landscaping. While the guys who came out were great, the work was subpar. Leaves were haphazardly blown into corners and never collected, bushes were trimmed unevenly, patches of grass growing in the gravel and around plants were left, weeds were only trimmed and they claimed they sprayed them but the weeds immediately came back. In a pinch this company was alright, but I can't say I will use them again. For almost $400 the quality should have been better.

Moe is money! Our incredible hulk of a Palo verde has branches come down every year in the monsoon and every year. And every year we have someone come out clean up and try. And every time these arborist say you'll be good for 2-3 years. Unfortunately they never take the tree back enough and it grows like the Incredible Hulk back to bigger than before. Well, Moe has done it. We have a canopy of 25-30 feet, no risk to our house or our neighbors and we really can wait 2-3 years!!!! Thanks Moe!

We were in desperate need of weed treatment for our yard and I reached out to several businesses. After having multiple negative experiences with other lawn services, we are very hesitant to hire anyone. However, Troy responded very quickly and came out to give us an estimate same day (Wednesday). He quoted us for just the weed treatment as well as a full yard clean-up + weed treatment. We decided to go with the full yard clean-up and we are so glad we did. They were at our house first thing Monday morning and our yard looks immaculate. We couldn't be more pleased. The weed treatment has a six month guarantee and Troy emphasized that we should not hesitate to call if we have any problems with weeds during that time. We will definitely use Urgent Care Tree & Lawn again.

Troy and his team removed the grass from my yard and replaced our irrigation line. They did excellent work. Troy was quick to respond when I had questions. He was also upfront about the costs.

On time and removed a very large 7x7 foot tree stump in less than an hour. Will be using service again in the future.

I hired Arizona Tree Team to remove 2 massive trees and ended up with a great price to remove 7 trees including stump removal.  
They were on time with super nice equipment and crew who completed the job in one day.  Upon completion they left my property completely clean and raked.  I would not hesitate to recommend their service.

The team did a fantastic job! Got an appointment within 24 hours, team showed up a half an hour early , and was done in less than an hour taking the tree down and grinding the stump. The clean-up job was amazing!

Price was very affordable-lowest bid we got. Worth every penny-and even more.

Sam and his crew showed up today to move two Palm trees that were too close to our patio and interfering with our awning and Solar panels! They moved them to the corner of our yard without any problems! It was evident from the start that they were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing! The new placement looks like they were there all along! Loved the job they did and would recommend them without hesitation!

Radley's walks the walk!!!  We bought a 1936 house with many old growth trees that had not received proper attention.  We interviewed 10+ separate tree companies and Sam stood out as more straightforward and knowledgeable than all the rest.  He knows his trees!  There was work others said needed to be done that Sam said was unnecessary.  Sam was always communicative and honest. Sam and his team were always on time and focused on the job. When they were done the results were better than we could have imagined.  (Strangers have stopped to compliment the house and trees!  This never happened before Radley's made it look awesome.) We've called them back time and time again as needed.  No more looking around... Radley's Tree Service is the best!

I would leave zero stars if I can. This guy does not return phone messages or text messages about new service. He is very unprofessional. I would never use him for the world. Find a professional out there that will respond to what you need in a timely fashion and manner. Good luck to you I wish you all the best for all the new clients out there that need a professional landscaper. Find one that is licensed and pays taxes so you don't get ripped off. :) After reading  his reviews on Google, it sounds like he's prejudiced!

They scheduled time for a quote, then they never showed up when they said they would. Didn't hear a word back about rescheduling either. Can't rate their work product as we didn't get that far.

I contacted AMS because of all the rave reviews on Yelp, and I must say I was pretty disappointed. I was mainly looking for someone to clean up all the pine needles, leaves, and other debris in the backyard. I expressed this in my initial quote request. Although they did respond quickly and showed up when promised, it was apparent that they paid very little attention to my request. Not only did they do a sloppy job clearing out the backyard, they also left a big pile of leaves at the side of the house. I had to contact them to come back to clean it up and to get rid of the pine needles and leaves as I had originally requested. The second time around they still did only a mediocre job, but at least they got rid of the pile of leaves. This wouldn't bother me as much if I wasn't paying them nearly $50 per man hour (I was charged $95 and two people came for about 50 minutes), but I'm pretty sure I could hire a high-schooler for $20/hr to do a better job.

Two weeks later I came home to a freshly mowed lawn that I did not order (I specifically requested a one-time clean up). I thought maybe they did it out of goodwill because they were trying to make up for the first time. But then I got the bill and they had charged me $55 extra for a 'bi-weekly service' (i.e. mowing my lawn). Ouch! No thanks.
