Best Businesses in Arizona

Talked to Jason yesterday about doing an estimate today. He stated he would be by today and would call before coming over.

No call, no show. How do you expect to run a successful business this way? I will use someone else who appreciates their customers!

*Update* Jason called me and apologized after seeing my review. He legitimately seems to be a good guy and it's a shame we weren't able to do business. He explained a situation happened today and I am a very understanding person. That being said, you have to keep your agreements and if the company would have just called me, I would have been understanding of the situation.

I had an Argentine Mesquite in my front yard that needed to be removed as it was over growing my yard. Not to mention the thorns on the branches were out of control! Not only did Top Leaf have the lowest bid but they did a phenomenal job, within 3 hours the tree was completely down and they proceeded to grind the stump out 6 inches below ground. Area was completely cleaned up to where you couldn't even tell the tree was there. Very impressed with the work from the original quote with the gentleman that came out up till the crew that came out to take the tree out. The guy that gave me the quote even gave me free advice on what to do with my other trees and watering patterns and acted like he wasn't in a hurry to get out of there. I would highly recommend this company!!

AMS is the worst landscaping business we've ever had. Leaves  & weeds were left in the yard after the service. The hedges were poorly trimmed. Two bushes were damaged as a result of poor trimming.

I asked AMS to schedule a do over service. They scheduled the do-over and when they showed up to correct what had not been done or had been done poorly, I talked with Pedro about the areas that we were concerned about. After a brief conversation with Pedro, he said I was disrespectful and left.

The yard is a mess.

I have known Rey and his crew for a while now.  They are fantastic (and I should say I never write reviews).  This company is professional, knowledgeable and will work until you are happy with the job.  Rey, the owner is, is all about pleasing the customer and doing the best job possible.  Can't say enough nice things except call them.  They are exceptional.

As my time as a homeowner finding a reliable landscape company that was good at communication and providing amazing service was so hard to find but now that I have Urgent Care Tree and Lawn I won't need to find a new law care company!

I called Troy mid morning and he was at my property only a couple hours later providing me a quote for all the work I showed him! Then less than 24 hours later my yard has never looked better.

If you're looking for any type of lawn care urgent or not this is your guy! Not only is Troy the company owner, he's working right alongside the other workers. He's the definitition of an amazing small business!

I really don't have the words to thank UCT&L. As a realtor, it's imperative that I have professionals that are reliable and shine at what they do. Troy and his crew were able to work wonders for my client on very short notice at a fair price. It's so refreshing to do business with people who are honest and excellent at what they do! I felt so comfortable and confident using UCT&L that I can't wait to use them for more listings! 5 star service!

Troy and his team removed the grass from my yard and replaced our irrigation line. They did excellent work. Troy was quick to respond when I had questions. He was also upfront about the costs.

We contacted Troy after another company ghosted us. The estimate to job completion were done within a week. The yard was cleaned and crushed gravel was added. He also put us in touch with another contractor to help with our home remodel. We will be using Troy to do the landscaping once our home remodel is near completion. Very nice guys! Highly recommend.

On time and removed a very large 7x7 foot tree stump in less than an hour. Will be using service again in the future.

I hired Arizona Tree Team to remove 2 massive trees and ended up with a great price to remove 7 trees including stump removal.  
They were on time with super nice equipment and crew who completed the job in one day.  Upon completion they left my property completely clean and raked.  I would not hesitate to recommend their service.

I wish I got a before photo because these guys are as good as it gets - they showed up promptly this morning & we had an issue with one trees - they were supposed to do a whole job but ended up just being able to do our palms. Not only we're they super accommodating but they did the palms beautifully and cleaned out our pool of any and all additional debris (our pool sits right below the palms & it gets covered) and kept the mess from going in our neighbors yard. I've truly never felt more taken care of & could not express my deep gratitude to Noel & the AZ trimming team. Will 100% be using them again in the future!

Aispuros Landscaping was great! I reached out through Yelp and they responded within an hour even though it was a Friday afternoon. I was able to schedule time to get a quote from them for the following Monday. The process was quick and easy!

We scheduled the work and the team delivered. Our yard looks great and the prices were competitive. We worked with Joanna on the pricing and scheduling and she was great.

We will be using them moving forward when our yard needs a little sprucing up!

Set up 2 appointments to review property and landscaping needs. No call, no email, no show to both. Not worth a 3rd disappointment.

I had some leaks in my irrigation that came up in my home inspection. Sam came out and gave me a bid which was very reasonable. When he worked on the project he went above and beyond what I was expecting. Instead of patching pieces together, he replace what needed to be replaced. He cleaned up the work area very nicely. He did not go outside the quote he gave me. He arrived the day he scheduled and was done within a couple hours. I am thrilled with the service he provided. I would highly recommend this company to do any repairs you need!!!

What an amazing job Sam and his crew did climbing up and cleaning up a couple of my Pinetree's. Not only did they clean up everything they came by the next day and finished picking up all the leftover branches and debris. Very friendly and professional I would recommend Radley's tree service to friends and family

Awesome work! Alberto was quick to respond, punctual and very thoroughly got rid of our large and overgrown weeds in our yard!

The guys are always reliable and do a good job! We have them come every two weeks to do maintenance landscaping on our yard. They've been helping us out for over a year. Highly recommend!!

I would leave zero stars if I can. This guy does not return phone messages or text messages about new service. He is very unprofessional. I would never use him for the world. Find a professional out there that will respond to what you need in a timely fashion and manner. Good luck to you I wish you all the best for all the new clients out there that need a professional landscaper. Find one that is licensed and pays taxes so you don't get ripped off. :) After reading  his reviews on Google, it sounds like he's prejudiced!

Ivan of Century West Landscaping was very professional and arrived exactly when he said he would. When the job was complete, I couldn't even believe that it was the same yard. Ivan very patiently listened to my concerns and knew exactly what was needed. It was an unbelievable transformation. I highly recommend Ivan of Century West Landscaping.

Very strange -- I can't reconcile all the positive reviews with my own personal experience. Called them up due to the overwhelmingly positive feedback on Yelp.

I had a few sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced/repaired/adjusted before I overseeded. Eli got back to me quickly and set an appointment on a day when I'd be at work, which was fine. On the day of the appointment, I got a call from the service tech telling me that my sprinklers were fine but my controller was broken, and it would be $385 to replace. I told him that the controller isn't broken -- one of the buttons is sticky, but the system is fine. On the other hand, the sprinklers are not fine, that's why I called. He told me the system was old and should be replaced. I gently told him that I would consider that, but I wasn't going to authorize a $385 replacement without getting a competitive bid, but in the meantime, would he please run and repair the sprinkler heads as I requested -- I mentioned the specific ones I had concerns about. He barked at me, but agreed to do so. I still haven't seen any paperwork or notice regarding what he did.

Maybe the service tech was just having a bad day, but I can't recommend these guys.

Appreciate that at least the owner posts productive and rational responses to reviews that show opportunities to improve. Nice to know that someone might be listening.
