Best Businesses in Arizona

Talked to Jason yesterday about doing an estimate today. He stated he would be by today and would call before coming over.

No call, no show. How do you expect to run a successful business this way? I will use someone else who appreciates their customers!

*Update* Jason called me and apologized after seeing my review. He legitimately seems to be a good guy and it's a shame we weren't able to do business. He explained a situation happened today and I am a very understanding person. That being said, you have to keep your agreements and if the company would have just called me, I would have been understanding of the situation.

Top Leaf was recommended to me by a co-worker.  I called them and left a message.  Burt responded quicker than I expected as I called him on a day when storms had rolled thru the day before and I knew that they were busy.  I was off to a good start.  I set up a meeting to review my proposed job - 4 large Sisso trees trimmed form the top to the bottom.  They were on time and professional and I had the quote the same day as the visit.  The price was reasonable and what I was expecting.  I signed up.  They showed up and did the work.  They cleaned up and left the yard as they found it.  The trees look great and since I had the work done we have had 2 more hard wind storms and the trees survived in top condition.  I would use Top Leaf again in the future for similar work.

If you want your yard done right the first time, or the second time USE SOMEONE ELSE.

Browsed through Yelp for lawn care companies and came across AMS Landscaping. Their process was pretty simple, you get a thorough quote but don't expect everything you got quoted to be done the first time around. Everything is online and you have to have a debit or credit card on file.

I had scheduled for lawn service that consisted of things such as mowing and edging, trimming of plants/bushes, and of course the property was to be blown to remove debris.

SO WHAT HAD HAPPENED WAS, the lawn was mowed but it was in every other direction and shape and size! It was not a clean even cut!? Edging was so messed up I think they did it with their eyes closed. And with the blowing away of the debris, oh yeah all the debris from the front yard was blown into my backyard so guess who had to clean up that mess? I DID!!!

I contacted them back via email several times because they never pick up the phone and the lady replied to me back via email and says she will have someone come back and 'fix it', well of course you can't fix everything that's been broken right.

So, two young guys come to the house to try to 'fix' the damage. They were gonna start on the yard as soon as they got there but I went out there to tell them what I disliked and what wasn't done right. One of them snickered and I already knew this was gonna be another unprofessional job. I just went back inside. They mowed the yard and left. Again; no trimming was done and I was still the one to clean up the mess that was left in the back yard.

In conclusion, I paid them for a shitty job.

We've used Rey's Tree Service several times over the last couple of years and I would highly recommend them! Rey is very pleasant to work with, is prompt, and communicates when they will be here. They've always done a great job with our palm trees and bushes, and always clean up after themselves.

As my time as a homeowner finding a reliable landscape company that was good at communication and providing amazing service was so hard to find but now that I have Urgent Care Tree and Lawn I won't need to find a new law care company!

I called Troy mid morning and he was at my property only a couple hours later providing me a quote for all the work I showed him! Then less than 24 hours later my yard has never looked better.

If you're looking for any type of lawn care urgent or not this is your guy! Not only is Troy the company owner, he's working right alongside the other workers. He's the definitition of an amazing small business!

Troy and his team were so incredible! We recently moved into a new home and the landscaping left much to be desired. I requested a quote on Yelp around 9 PM and he was at our house giving us a bid by 10 AM the next morning.

Needless to say, It REALLY needed a cleanup! I'm talking 4 citrus stumps and a dead tree removed, orange trees trimmed and the bases painted white, weeds removed and treated in our rock area, mowing, the whole works! They were here from 9 AM - 3 PM and made it look SO fab. It was just what we needed. He also guarantees his weed treatment for 3 months. Yes, please!

We will absolutely have Troy and team back out the next time we need a cleanup and/or regular upkeep! Thank you for making our new home feel new!

Troy and his team removed the grass from my yard and replaced our irrigation line. They did excellent work. Troy was quick to respond when I had questions. He was also upfront about the costs.

Just had these folks do tree trimming for me. Everything about this company and their service is top of the line. On time to do a bid, did bid in writing, on time to do the service and left the property in better condition then they found it and the trees are trimmed beautifully. I had the same tree trimmer for 29 years but this is my new service provider. I would give them 10 stars if you let me. They will be the service I use from this point forward.

On time and removed a very large 7x7 foot tree stump in less than an hour. Will be using service again in the future.

I hired Arizona Tree Team to remove 2 massive trees and ended up with a great price to remove 7 trees including stump removal.  
They were on time with super nice equipment and crew who completed the job in one day.  Upon completion they left my property completely clean and raked.  I would not hesitate to recommend their service.

Noel and his team are professionals! They service our commercial properties as well as our personal residence. They show up on time and are very attentive to details. His team does not quit until the job is done and they make sure to clean up after their work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service. They make sure to go above and beyond their scope of work and make sure that the customer is very satisfied.

Nowadays it's hard to find somebody that takes pride in their work, I'm grateful I was able to find them.  They've done a great job keeping my yard looking clean and have the best customer service.

Set up 2 appointments to review property and landscaping needs. No call, no email, no show to both. Not worth a 3rd disappointment.

After multiple messages back and forth we scheduled an appt for an estimate. Unfortunately, Sam was a no- show. No call, no follow up, nothing. Luckily I did not take off work to be here but cannot possibly recommend a business that treats a potential customer with so little regard. Glad I found out before I committed to any type of work being done

Can't say enough great things about these guys. I'd had 3 other services out to quote the project and wasn't happy with the pricing, scheduling, or plan to remove the tree. It was a 30+ft Ficus in my neighbors yard, 50% of which was hanging over my yard and roof. Sam came out on a Monday afternoon, quoted an unreal price, and said his crew could come out first thing in the morning. I assumed it would be an all day job based on what the other companies told me, but he brought a large boom truck and 2 other guys. They had the entire thing down and cleaned up in 90 minutes. To say that I was shocked would be an understatement. If you don't use these guys you'll regret it, plain and simple.

Our experience with Alberto and his team was excellent. They provided a very competitive quote and were able to do the work on the same day. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

The guys are always reliable and do a good job! We have them come every two weeks to do maintenance landscaping on our yard. They've been helping us out for over a year. Highly recommend!!

We wake up early to reseed our lawn and of course the sprinklers decide to stop working. We reached out to several landscaping companies and Ivan from Century West Landscaping responded quickly despite it being a Saturday. Ivan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the problem. The problem was fixed promptly and we were able to reseed by that night. Thank you Ivan and we will be using Century West Landscaping for all our future needs!

10/10 would recommend Ivan and his team. His crew was always here on time (usually early) and stayed late to get the project done. They were attentive to detail, executed our plans perfectly, had great communication, and were fair priced. Ivan went above and provided great customer service through the entire process. We can't wait to hire him again to do more landscaping in the future.

I understand that there has been some apparent issues with your prior office manager; however, making that your customer's problem is bad business practice.

Apparently I was never billed for January and June. That is so long ago and now I have to pay those invoices and what we expected to be a monthly service apparently is an every 4 weeks service so I was charged twice in September. That wouldn't have been so bad if these sudden other invoices didn't suddenly come up as well making the amount due way too much.

We've been a customer for 2 years and even moved and recommended you to the buyers of our old house and kept you with this one. From the below reviews it seems that quite a few customers have been lost, including us, to the errors. I hope other customers situations are handled better. It really stinks because the actual service performed was great. Absolutely no complaints and we had a beautiful lawn.
