Best Businesses in Arizona

Talked to Jason yesterday about doing an estimate today. He stated he would be by today and would call before coming over.

No call, no show. How do you expect to run a successful business this way? I will use someone else who appreciates their customers!

*Update* Jason called me and apologized after seeing my review. He legitimately seems to be a good guy and it's a shame we weren't able to do business. He explained a situation happened today and I am a very understanding person. That being said, you have to keep your agreements and if the company would have just called me, I would have been understanding of the situation.

Let me preface by saying we live in Gold Canyon, 20 miles from the Top Leaf Tree office.  I called for a quote to trim and shape two young Queen Palo Verde trees.  These are only three year old, and had never been trimmed.  One was in full blossom, the other not.  I told our neighbor that Top Tree was come to do our trees and he asked if they could remove his 35ft tall Shoestring Acacia l and do some pruning in his backyard.  I made the arrangements for both jobs to be done at the same time.

I called and there was message saying they would return my call,  My call was returned and I scheduled and appointment to have the arborist come to give me a quote.  He arrived on the scheduled time and assessed the trees.  He said that there was minimum dollar amount per tree plus a travel charge for coming to Gold Canyon. He assessed my neighbors tree and quoted it.

The crew arrived on time and had the jobs done quickly. The crew are artists and took the time to evaluate their work as they were working. Both my neighbor and I appreciate their attention to detail.

Though I felt the charge for trimming my young trees was high and the travel charge excessive, I wanted the work done by professional abortionists. Top Leaf did what they were contracted to do in a timely and professional manner.

We have been fans of Chance/Rockwell from the moment they started taking care of our yard.  Chance does a great job keeping our yard looking it's best, is always consistent about showing up, and is very reasonably priced.  If you ever need extra work, he finds a way to get it done.  Chance is great about keeping us up to date on what needs to be done, and keeping our yard in tip top shape!

Quick, fast and efficient. They say they prefer cash. Filled out their online form and a response within hours. Price was reasonable. Only downfall on their part was I asked for a window of time on when to expect them as this was a one off job and was not given a time.

As my time as a homeowner finding a reliable landscape company that was good at communication and providing amazing service was so hard to find but now that I have Urgent Care Tree and Lawn I won't need to find a new law care company!

I called Troy mid morning and he was at my property only a couple hours later providing me a quote for all the work I showed him! Then less than 24 hours later my yard has never looked better.

If you're looking for any type of lawn care urgent or not this is your guy! Not only is Troy the company owner, he's working right alongside the other workers. He's the definitition of an amazing small business!

Troy and his team removed the grass from my yard and replaced our irrigation line. They did excellent work. Troy was quick to respond when I had questions. He was also upfront about the costs.

I hired Arizona Tree Team to remove 2 massive trees and ended up with a great price to remove 7 trees including stump removal.  
They were on time with super nice equipment and crew who completed the job in one day.  Upon completion they left my property completely clean and raked.  I would not hesitate to recommend their service.

Saw another post on social media (Nextdoor) for AZ Tree Team, LLC, so I called them.  Another neighbor had used them, and was happy with their services.  

Abraham (602) 461-5498 came out within the hour on a Sunday Holiday and gave me an estimate.    They came out this morning (another HOLIDAY) and took care of business (big stump removal) like professionals.  Clean-up was great.    

I would recommend these guys 100%, and plan to use them whenever I need tree trimming done!

Someone was quick to respond to my request, and someone came out to measure for my landscaping needs. However, that was the last I heard from anyone. Ghosted. I believe their skills are probably limited to mowing and raking. My project was a little more in depth. Rather than admit that it's outside of their skill level, they just ghost me.

Sam and his crew did a wonderful job taking our side yard from a sandbox to a little oasis. He responds quickly and got the job done in a day. The prices are fair and the work was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent communication and an expert team who really know trees. Sam is a great guy who is also very environmentally conscious, making sure trees get a second life as local artwork or responsibly sourced lumber, rather than ending up in a landfill as wood chips. Would definitely recommend him and his team for any tree trimming and removal needs.

The guys are always reliable and do a good job! We have them come every two weeks to do maintenance landscaping on our yard. They've been helping us out for over a year. Highly recommend!!

Ivan and his crew did a complete overhaul on our backyard at the end of November. He was prompt, incredibly professional, and we have been enjoying the nice weather and our backyard since. The grass looks amazing and we are so happy to have functional space for our family to enjoy after putting it off for so long. He was incredibly communicative during construction and kept us updated on the progress daily. He went above and beyond to make sure the project exceeded our expectations. We plan on using Century West again for our frony yard as well. Thank you!

They scheduled time for a quote, then they never showed up when they said they would. Didn't hear a word back about rescheduling either. Can't rate their work product as we didn't get that far.

AMS Landscaping did a terrific job. From the woman that answered the phone to the two men that completed the job we were very impressed with their professionalism! I called AMS and was told that an estimate would be done on Wednesday, and sure enough, Eli from AMS Landscape completed his estimate on Wednesday. He emailed me pictures of the job and his pricing. When I emailed him back about a specific question, he responded within just a few minutes which was very impressive. We agreed on a price and scheduled the service to be completed. We were very happy with the work done (trimming bushes, cleaning up weeds, raking rocks and they even moved some river rocks for us from what side of the house to another!) Overall, I am very impressed with AMS Landscaping and would use them again as well as refer them to friends and family.
