Talked to Jason yesterday about doing an estimate today. He stated he would be by today and would call before coming over.

No call, no show. How do you expect to run a successful business this way? I will use someone else who appreciates their customers!

*Update* Jason called me and apologized after seeing my review. He legitimately seems to be a good guy and it's a shame we weren't able to do business. He explained a situation happened today and I am a very understanding person. That being said, you have to keep your agreements and if the company would have just called me, I would have been understanding of the situation.

This is the first landscaping service I am happy I do business with. I love my yard, but I travel a lot and spend too much time working these days to waste a Saturday a month in the yard. Rockwell has put my mind at ease for a reasonable price.

Overall, this company is everything a landscaper should be and at a very reasonable price.

Correspondence with Eli started off well, and I really wish I could have dealt with him only because I'm sure this would have never ended up where it did.

I was passed on to Heather to schedule an appointment and had initially asked for Thursday or Friday because I had more flexibility those days.

I received an email Monday asking advising they had availability 9am-11am and if I could do that. I responded and said it was going to be tight and needed to leave at 11am for an appointment. I nearly called off the visit for Tuesday all together because I didn't receive confirmation of the appointment until that morning (after what I went through I really wish I had). Heather advised me they could work with my regarding having to leave at 11am.

At around 11am Tuesday, I receive a call from George that he is going to be another 15 minutes and kept asking me to wait.. I explained I had to go to an appointment (and already told Heather this) and they charge me for no shows. I advised George it just wasn't going to work out and to not bother showing up because the whole point was to come up with a plan together. George insisted he was going to come by regardless (against my wishes I might add) and draft up a plan without me there? I'm sorry but that's pretty disturbing. George also wouldn't let me off the phone, I had to hang up on him because he wasn't getting the hint.

I found out later that day George did show up to my property - that is so not ok, I've honestly been fuming since this incident.

To add insult to injury, George texts me asking for my business saying he will give me a 15% discount, yet the special on Yelp was for 20% off.. so he thinks I wouldn't clue into this? The whole experience was just wrong all around.

Later that day I got another e-mail from Heather asking to reschedule for Thursday (of course, now they want to give me the day I asked for). But after my experience with George? Nope and nope.. I responded with my frustration and experience of the whole incident and no one ever got back to me with so much as a sorry.

Well, that was a clear sign this project just was not going to work out with AMS.

We were looking for someone to come out to clean up our property when the weeds got away from us. Troy came out immediately to walk the property with me and provided a quote during the walk through. Once we decided to proceed with them, they were at our house the next day and did an amazing job. Troy was very responsive and great to work with. Will definitely use them again for all our landscaping needs!

Troy and his team were so incredible! We recently moved into a new home and the landscaping left much to be desired. I requested a quote on Yelp around 9 PM and he was at our house giving us a bid by 10 AM the next morning.

Needless to say, It REALLY needed a cleanup! I'm talking 4 citrus stumps and a dead tree removed, orange trees trimmed and the bases painted white, weeds removed and treated in our rock area, mowing, the whole works! They were here from 9 AM - 3 PM and made it look SO fab. It was just what we needed. He also guarantees his weed treatment for 3 months. Yes, please!

We will absolutely have Troy and team back out the next time we need a cleanup and/or regular upkeep! Thank you for making our new home feel new!

Troy and his team removed the grass from my yard and replaced our irrigation line. They did excellent work. Troy was quick to respond when I had questions. He was also upfront about the costs.

On time and removed a very large 7x7 foot tree stump in less than an hour. Will be using service again in the future.

I needed a tree removed in my front yard and ended up going with AZ Tree Team. Noel and his team were extremely professional and easy to work with. They went out to my property and gave me an estimate on the same day I reached out to them. They followed up and communicated with me well through the entire process. They got me on their schedule and had the tree removed within a couple of days. If you're looking for an arborist, I highly recommend Noel and AZ Tree Team!

Completed a estimate request via Yelp and kept in touch with this business to confirm appt. They arrived as scheduled on a Sunday, no less, and three guys did the work. They were prompt, organized and cleaned up well. We had 2 seriously thick and needy Sissou trees that extended well past the peaks of our 2nd story roof and was spilling branches in to all 3 neighbors so it was a big job. They pruned it very well and I'm glad that we are able to book them easily and quickly. Thanks guys!

Hands down, the lowest quote I received.  Needed a quote on getting my neighbor's tree pruned back, as it was dropping leaves everywhere in my back yard and pool.  They came out at the time promised, and quoted the job within a minute.

Had to get my estimated date pushed back, because their team was still working on a job, but when Sam and crew showed up, it was quick and clean.  Very happy with the results :)

Sam and his crew showed up today to move two Palm trees that were too close to our patio and interfering with our awning and Solar panels! They moved them to the corner of our yard without any problems! It was evident from the start that they were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing! The new placement looks like they were there all along! Loved the job they did and would recommend them without hesitation!

I am so happy with the job they have done in our backyard.  Very professional, prompt, great communication.  We started just wanting plants, but he was able to install beautiful artificial grass, pavers and we will have a drp system installed.  I would highly recommend!!!

By far one of the best experiences I've had with service, responsiveness, cleanup and overall just excellent work.  I had a eucalyptus tree in my backyard that had started to split at the trunk after our last storm.  Two large branches had broken off at the time but I only noticed the trunk was splitting this weekend and it could have fallen into my neighbors yard or worse onto their house.  The only thing I was worried about was my little pepper plant, it's about 2 feet from the trunk of the 30 foot tree and they made sure it wasn't hurt!  Unbelievable care and service for sure.

I called 3 tree companies to get the tree down ASAP. Radleys was the first to get back to me, the least expensive, the fastest to answer my questions and they did a fabulous job. They offered to be out within 24 hours of my approval.  Thank you guys for the excellent work. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing tree services!

Alberto was super responsive and quick to resolve and projects I had for him. He finished in a timely manner and just kept to the work. Though I'm new to paying for landscaping I believe the price he gave me was fair.

The guys are always reliable and do a good job! We have them come every two weeks to do maintenance landscaping on our yard. They've been helping us out for over a year. Highly recommend!!

I would leave zero stars if I can. This guy does not return phone messages or text messages about new service. He is very unprofessional. I would never use him for the world. Find a professional out there that will respond to what you need in a timely fashion and manner. Good luck to you I wish you all the best for all the new clients out there that need a professional landscaper. Find one that is licensed and pays taxes so you don't get ripped off. :) After reading  his reviews on Google, it sounds like he's prejudiced!

Ivan was very prompt in his response, took the time to walk through the project with me & provided me with an excellent project timeline that perfectly fit my budgeting needs.

We recently had AMS out to quote our yard clean up.  Eli was very friendly and knowledgeable.  I got quotes from 4 area competitors and AMS gave us the best price.  AMS did such a great job on our yard.  We were so pleased.  If you're in the market for yard clean up give them a call.  I highly recommend them!
