Best Businesses in Arizona

Talked to Jason yesterday about doing an estimate today. He stated he would be by today and would call before coming over.

No call, no show. How do you expect to run a successful business this way? I will use someone else who appreciates their customers!

*Update* Jason called me and apologized after seeing my review. He legitimately seems to be a good guy and it's a shame we weren't able to do business. He explained a situation happened today and I am a very understanding person. That being said, you have to keep your agreements and if the company would have just called me, I would have been understanding of the situation.

We have a large tree in our front yard that broke when the AZ monsoons rolled through last month. Pain in the butt, unexpected, and just needed it all cleaned up fast! Top Leaf took good care of us and had our front yard looking great fast! The crew was professional and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend them to everyone.

Correspondence with Eli started off well, and I really wish I could have dealt with him only because I'm sure this would have never ended up where it did.

I was passed on to Heather to schedule an appointment and had initially asked for Thursday or Friday because I had more flexibility those days.

I received an email Monday asking advising they had availability 9am-11am and if I could do that. I responded and said it was going to be tight and needed to leave at 11am for an appointment. I nearly called off the visit for Tuesday all together because I didn't receive confirmation of the appointment until that morning (after what I went through I really wish I had). Heather advised me they could work with my regarding having to leave at 11am.

At around 11am Tuesday, I receive a call from George that he is going to be another 15 minutes and kept asking me to wait.. I explained I had to go to an appointment (and already told Heather this) and they charge me for no shows. I advised George it just wasn't going to work out and to not bother showing up because the whole point was to come up with a plan together. George insisted he was going to come by regardless (against my wishes I might add) and draft up a plan without me there? I'm sorry but that's pretty disturbing. George also wouldn't let me off the phone, I had to hang up on him because he wasn't getting the hint.

I found out later that day George did show up to my property - that is so not ok, I've honestly been fuming since this incident.

To add insult to injury, George texts me asking for my business saying he will give me a 15% discount, yet the special on Yelp was for 20% off.. so he thinks I wouldn't clue into this? The whole experience was just wrong all around.

Later that day I got another e-mail from Heather asking to reschedule for Thursday (of course, now they want to give me the day I asked for). But after my experience with George? Nope and nope.. I responded with my frustration and experience of the whole incident and no one ever got back to me with so much as a sorry.

Well, that was a clear sign this project just was not going to work out with AMS.

I have known Rey and his crew for a while now.  They are fantastic (and I should say I never write reviews).  This company is professional, knowledgeable and will work until you are happy with the job.  Rey, the owner is, is all about pleasing the customer and doing the best job possible.  Can't say enough nice things except call them.  They are exceptional.

My backyard was sad and desolate (literally just dirt and weeds) before, but it's only been a week and a half since their visit and my yard is already full of grass! I only wanted grass for my dogs, so it has their full stamp of approval!

Troy and his team were so incredible! We recently moved into a new home and the landscaping left much to be desired. I requested a quote on Yelp around 9 PM and he was at our house giving us a bid by 10 AM the next morning.

Needless to say, It REALLY needed a cleanup! I'm talking 4 citrus stumps and a dead tree removed, orange trees trimmed and the bases painted white, weeds removed and treated in our rock area, mowing, the whole works! They were here from 9 AM - 3 PM and made it look SO fab. It was just what we needed. He also guarantees his weed treatment for 3 months. Yes, please!

We will absolutely have Troy and team back out the next time we need a cleanup and/or regular upkeep! Thank you for making our new home feel new!

Troy and his team removed the grass from my yard and replaced our irrigation line. They did excellent work. Troy was quick to respond when I had questions. He was also upfront about the costs.

What can I say Noelle and the team he brought were amazing! I don't have the best back in the world so them helping me today really was a blessing.

No bs no time waisted he took a quick look at my tree and he said the amount we agreed shoot hands. We had been wanting to cut the tree and thin it out because of the bees we get every year.

Him and his team came in next couple days had a trimming truck and a chipper to cut up pieces.

It was knocked out in 1 hour and the tree looked brand new, Noelle was climbing the tree getting all the hard branches his other twi great co workers were cutting and helping with the branches.

On time and removed a very large 7x7 foot tree stump in less than an hour. Will be using service again in the future.

I needed a tree removed in my front yard and ended up going with AZ Tree Team. Noel and his team were extremely professional and easy to work with. They went out to my property and gave me an estimate on the same day I reached out to them. They followed up and communicated with me well through the entire process. They got me on their schedule and had the tree removed within a couple of days. If you're looking for an arborist, I highly recommend Noel and AZ Tree Team!

They were very quick to respond and come out for a free estimate same day. They were then able to schedule the job for the next morning. I had a pretty large job (7 total removals) and their team took care of it very quickly. They cleaned up all debris and trash when they left. They also guaranteed to return if I had any issues. I highly recommend this company.

My experience with Joanna was not good!  She wasted a lot of my time just because of lack of communication.  Not returning messages and not taking the time to keep me posted when she was running VERY LATE, which is just a lack of common courtesy and kindness.  When she did finally get here for a bid, she started out very defensive.  When she finally de-stressed, I explained that I had one more bid to get and then I would let her know either way [common courtesy shown to her].  I did so, but I had to follow up a 2nd time, asking her to call me to set up a time to get started, but NO PHONE CALL.  I guess her company doesn't need the business.  Hope the owner agrees with her.  I just can't believe people anymore!  But, better I know up front what she is all about.

Set up 2 appointments to review property and landscaping needs. No call, no email, no show to both. Not worth a 3rd disappointment.

Daniel came once to service my yard and told me I needed service every 4 weeks. He never showed up again, all the new plants and flowers he installed died and weeds are overgrown everywhere.
I called after 5 weeks and he said he would come the following week. We set a day and time to which he blew off 3
times after repeated texts saying he eas on the way.
This company is unreliable. Do not hire.

Radley's walks the walk!!!  We bought a 1936 house with many old growth trees that had not received proper attention.  We interviewed 10+ separate tree companies and Sam stood out as more straightforward and knowledgeable than all the rest.  He knows his trees!  There was work others said needed to be done that Sam said was unnecessary.  Sam was always communicative and honest. Sam and his team were always on time and focused on the job. When they were done the results were better than we could have imagined.  (Strangers have stopped to compliment the house and trees!  This never happened before Radley's made it look awesome.) We've called them back time and time again as needed.  No more looking around... Radley's Tree Service is the best!

The guys are always reliable and do a good job! We have them come every two weeks to do maintenance landscaping on our yard. They've been helping us out for over a year. Highly recommend!!

Alex and his team are honest and did a great job for my Mom's irrigation.  My Mom is an elderly woman living on her own.  She had problems with her drip system leaking and had called another local landscaping company which told her the valves were leaking and told her a large portion of the system needed to be replaced running $600-$800.  Alex came out assessed the situation and revealed the valves were not leaking, didn't need to be replaced and completed the repair for $85. I'm glad we called Alex's service because they are honest, reasonably priced, courteous and professional.  Thanks for taking care of my Mom!!!

They scheduled time for a quote, then they never showed up when they said they would. Didn't hear a word back about rescheduling either. Can't rate their work product as we didn't get that far.

We had AMS come out for a Clean up project at our school cutting back weeds and cleaning the parking lot. WOW they did an excellent job. Crew was polite and checked in with me and asked what I wanted done. Work was done right and quickly. Payment was easily done directly with the owner over the phone. They are going to set me up with online payment to make it even more convenient. I highly recommend AMS for any landscaping or clean up needs.
