Pablo is super reliable, honest and goes the extra mile for his customer. He has helped us to realize our vision in our yard and is fair on pricing.

This was the first time we used Pablo but he came by way of recommendation from a friend. For the estimate, Pablo showed up on time and he was reasonably priced. We agreed to trim a variety trees and palms at different heights and states of overgrowth. Day of the work, Pablo was again on time and well prepared. For tree trimming he was diligent and safe. I noticed that he used all the proper safety equipment, dropped branches with a safety line plus used ladders to trim the palms (as opposed to climbing with spikes). Once the work was complete, they were also just as considerate in proper cleanup. On time, safe and reasonably priced! Pablo has earned all of our tree business...

Not a big reviewer but I also know how hard it is to find a reliable landscaper. Pristine Green has been amazing for several years now. I never wonder if they'll show and am always impressed with their quality. Its been a long time since I've had to give my landscaping a thought!

We used this company and was not impressed.

They were suppose to trim our bushes but instead cut them so far down they all died.

They also have a work truck which leaked oil all over our driveway.

The owner never actually does or supervises the work- he just sends crews out that have trouble communicating and understanding direction. The only time we saw this owner was the initial quote.

I don't recommend this company

Recommends Pristine Green LLC - We've had them do our bi-weekly yard maintenance for a while now, and they are great!! They respond quickly to issues, like sprinkler leaks, and are fairly priced. Recently, many of my neighbors were complaining about receiving notices from the HOA for weeds after recent rain. We didn't get a single notice!! In addition, they have done some landscaping work at my mom's place that is just beautiful. Great job guys!!

have been using Pristine Green for our yard cleanup/palm tree trimming for years. They've always done an amazing job but they really exceeded my expectations recently! Our irrigation pipe busted and the off valve was connected to the piece of PVC pipe that broke. The city had to come shut off our water to the property until we could get it fixed. Brandon responded quickly and had Rhane at our home within 20 minutes!! What a knowledgeable, polite and pleasant man to work with. I can't say enough positive things about how Rhane handled our emergency so efficiently! Our off valve is now connected to the copper piece of pipe so that I never have to worry about being unable to shut off the water in the event of another busted irrigation pipe. I really can't recommend these guys enough. Professional in every area of the company.

Update: Wish I could give this team ten stars. Decided to move forward with my backyard overhaul and the team did an incredible job. I. Love. It. I have been saving for over two years to get this done, so i was a bit of a wreck. This has been by far the best contractor experience I have had in all my renovations, and I will be hiring them for all future jobs.

Two key folks to shout out:

-Dallon is amazing. He was not only patient with all my plan changes, but also always went the extra mile such as taking the time to meet me at Monteray Tile to pick out my stone and providing great recommendations every step of the way. He has been a fantastic communicator and eased any nerves I had. Just a stellar human all around.  
-Also couldn't have asked for a better project manager than Nick. Every chance he could he went above and beyond. Whenever I had a decision to make he was graciously patient when explaining all my choices, and he made the entire process completely stress-free. From start to finish I felt like I was in very good hands.

So to summarize: If you want exceptional work done by incredible people, hire them :)

HIGHLY recommend Brandon and his team at Pristine Green!!

Our old landscaper was slacking; his cousin would come and trim, but he'd only do the front yard (what the landscaper owner would see when he drove by). The backyard had weeds and overgrown plants, and looked awful!

We called Brandon, and he had us take pictures of our front and backyard. He was VERY responsive, despite our text conversations being less than committal due to our busy schedules. But we're SO glad we pressed forward with firing our old guy and bringing on Brandon's team.

They showed up exactly when they said they would, and took pictures for us when they were finished so my parents (who own the house) could see what they'd done, even from across the country! They listened when I walked them through what I wanted, and when I got home, I was SO pleased with the results. Most impressive? They completely cut back our primrose behind the pool--which grows out of control a few times a year--and somehow didn't get debris in the pool!! Just a few leaves at the bottom, but the water is still pristine! VERY impressed!!

Also, we're pretty sure they picked up our dogs' poop? I meant to do it before they came, but forgot, and somehow it's all gone now... Talk about service! XD

In the end, VERY much recommend you reach out to Pristine Green! You won't regret it! Pics below!!

I requested quotes from a few companies to have some mature palms and red yucca removed from our front yard, along with a whole yard front/back clean-up.

Brandon responded the most quickly, looked through a lot of pictures and gave me an excellent quote same day. While the other companies responded in a still reasonable timeframe, I just felt that the interaction with Brandon was the most professional (thorough, patient and open to me waiting to make a decision).

I made the right choice when I went with this company-- the crew showed up in the timeframe decided on, completed the work quickly and cleaned up everything. The team also pointed out a leak in our irrigation system, which we appreciated.

I would gladly hire them again. Thanks guys!

Great response time from Brandon. Our old landscaper decided to close their business and put us in a bind, saw on Yelp Brandon had great reviews and reached out for a quote. He responded within a couple of hours on a weekend and we were able to set up an appt right away.  His team took pictures after servicing our yard and he also gave us an update about the condition of our yard which was really help. It really helped that he gave us details about what's going on with our yard.

My mom who is elderly can't go out and water as she used to she called and they came out to inspect the sprinkler system she paid them what they asked for, the sprinkler to date has not come on she called them to come back out and recheck it and they haven't returned

Fantastic service!  James was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about all types of trees.  He not only did a great job trimming my Acacia tree, but gave me some very helpful advice about other plants in my yard.

Branko and his crew are absolutely the best! Great service and totally committed to bringing our long-neglected yard back to its prime. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

I spoke with a friendly, live person to schedule the at home estimate. The person came out as promised and in a timely manner. After the estimate, I scheduled the landscape clean up which also occurred as promised and in a timely manner. All work was completed and looked great! In the estimate, there were no hidden fees or unexpected expenses. The estimate was accurate and on point! Communication has been professional and courteous. This company is recommended and I will use them again!

Absolutely wonderful experience.  They went above and beyond with our yard.  They trimmed our bougainvilleas perfectly, and my wife felt safe with them around working on the house.  They really take pride in their work and do a good job.  I was very impressed and happy with how they've done our yard, and they even took care of doing our winter rye grass.  To be clear they are landscapers...they not only trim the grass, but they pull weeds and clean up small things around the yard and truly make it look great.

Pablo has taken care of our property for 5 years.  His services have been outstanding.  Not only does he take care of the lawn and tree trimming, he also has taken care of additional needs of our yard.  He has added a gated fence to separate our citrus trees, taken down a short wall and built an incredible fire pit.  When problems occur, Pablo is very attentive to our needs from water leaks to down trees.  I highly recommend Pablo's Landscape and Tree services. Pablo Gutierrez is honest, fair priced and very reliable year in and year out.  Our lawn and trees look great every week!

I can not recommend Dallon and Pristine Green highly enough. My wife and I recently had our backyard designed and installed and we are delighted with the results. We have a big backyard by AZ standards so we are having to remodel in stages. Stage 1 included gutting our old patio and landscaping as the previous owners had left it in a very poor state. New travertine was laid and new sod installed. Dallon was a pleasure to work with and had many great ideas on how we should remodel whilst always planning for when we start stage 2. Dallon and his team were hardworking, polite and a real credit to the company. It is hard to find honest reliable workers during these strange time but Pristine Green knocked it out the park. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking at a backyard remodel. 5 stars all the way!!!

Excellent work by sergios crew. Had them come out this morning to clean my backyard which was in really bad shape.  They made my backyard look great. Definitely recommend this company.

DO NOT USE THEM! They aren't BBB accredited so they don't care about complaints.  The pool service is contracted out to another company but their website says they are one bundle.  They recommend a family member that started his own business.  The quoted landscaping cleaning was $250 for 926 sq ft home, in which say they will buy weed and grass spray from lowes for $80 a piece which will take two containers to kill the yard and back to rocks.  I canceled after the pool guy from Pool Daddy comes and charged me $150 for cleaning leaves off the bottom and surface of pool, 5 chlorine tablets where put in floater and he cleaned the pump filter using my hose and my water ($30), along with telling me I needed a brand new filter bc mine was broken.  An hour after he left I pulled the filter out to clean, it looks exactly like my old, not broken, and a rock the size of my fist was in the bottom.  Before he left he wanted to charge another $175 for just chemicals.  I use the shocker I had after he left and its clearing up as I write this.  I called both him and the owner and they made me feel like I was dumb and confused and everything they did was normal.  I lost $145 (I was short $5 in cash so he gave me the tablets) in cash and my day away from my family because of their shady dealings.  And they only take cash or check, which put emphasis on cash.  Also, the business name says & Pools which you would like they do both... No he recommends a shady service and claims he has nothing to do with the business.
