WinSupply has unmatched customer service and is a locally owned business. I had a bathroom emergency (broken pipe under the foundation) and only one bathroom in the house. I needed a few items right away. They let me know what they had in stock and I got estimates and shipping times quickly for items not in stock. Some items were delivered to my house next day. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Their prices are competitive and lower than some of the other supply companies in town. Sometimes it's hard as a woman to shop for materials for the house. Not only did I not have any issues at WinSupply, they treated me with respect and worked with me to make sure I was getting what I needed. Thank you to David and your co-workers at WinSupply for a providing positive experience in a stressful situation!

We were referred to Trevor and his crew by our realtor. These guys (Trevor, Jay and Jeff) did a fantastic job! They completely remodeled our kitchen, master bath and redid our fire place. These men are a group of professionals that are skilled in all aspects of construction. We trusted (and I am a former cop) these group of men during the many times we were out of the house. They are not only professional but they are personable and go beyond to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied. Sam and Anthony came out to replaced my LP hot water heater, installed a faucet and repaired some faucets etc.  They were on time, meticulous, professional and did good work.  The price was reasonable and this is the only company that gave me a straight up reasonable price up front.  I think I have found my go to plumber!

Al followed up to make sure everything went well and he knew exactly what they had done and all the details.

I still have a few items that need a plumber and I will be calling them for sure!

If you want amazing workmanship and amazing customer service these guys are the way to go! After moving in to a new house they went above and beyond to help add a water softener and a new water heater on the same day. The water heater was unexpected. Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. Today Orestes, the owner, came out to fix the leak under my kitchen sink.  We have a 2-10 home warranty, which I filed a claim with them and they gave us United Plumbing & Draining Services, LLC.  I called within a couple minutes of getting the 2-10 work order and called.  Orestes answered.

I explained the problem and he asked when I would like him out.  I asked if he could come out today and he had availability in the afternoon (it was the morning when I called).  It turned out to not be the cold water valve rather a quick connect fitting from our reverse osmosis that the person that installed that system didn't do a great job of putting the fitting on.

Orestes wasn't sure if the kitchen faucet would be damaged in the removal of the quick connect fitting.  It turns out he was able to get this part out (with a lot of work) without damaging our faucet's plumbing.  He had to go out to buy the part and returned and got the leak all taken care of.  No more leaking.

I had also asked him if he does work on hot water heaters and he said he does.  I asked him if he would show my husband and I how to make sure to properly drain our hot water heater.  He went through the steps with us, telling me I should write the steps down, the order in which he did things, and the timing.  He explained why the order and timing, which was super helpful.  Our hot water heater isn't too old, 2.5 yrs old, but we had never done the yearly draining I thought we were supposed to.

Anyway, aside from the 2-10 warranty fee payable to him, I gave him a little extra for being so kind to explain and show us how to drain our hot water heater.  At first he refused the money, but my husband and I thought it was only fair he get some money by empowering us to help keep our hot water heater healthier for longer.

We are very appreciative of the good work Orestes did as well as him being such a decent person by making sure our leak was taken care (the root cause) and we were good to go.  So if you're in search of someone to do a good job, honest, give Orestes a call for your plumbing needs.

Curtis was outstanding, very professional and personable, arriving right on time to replace a leaking outdoor faucet of which he did a great job. I would highly recommend him!

I had a leak in my master bathroom upstairs and I wasn't sure what was going on. I needed someone fast so that I could have use of that bathroom again.  Orlando was able to come that night and make an accurate and swift diagnosis of the problem. He came back the next day and had it all fixed. He was polite, knowledgeable, and was able to explain it to me so I could understand. Thank you Orlando!

How they stay in business I don't know. Call Tuesday morning wanting them to unclog kitchen sink. Set up appointment for Wednesday between noon and 4. They didn't show up, didn't call. I called them, they said plumber was running late but would be there.  Plumber did not show up nor did he call. Called them Thursday morning . They said someone would be there between noon and 2. Plumber showed up at 11, did not have right equipment, said a different plumber was on the way.  Did not show up, did not call. Called Friday morning was told I should call a different plumbing company. I will never call them again.
Very disappointing experience.

Mike at Best Way Plumbing was recommended to me by my handyman who said one of his clients raved about Mike the Plumber.  I have since used Mike for several small projects and found him to be both prompt, personable, and honest.  His work is excellent and fairly priced.  Most important, he guarantees his work for one year, no questions asked.  If there was a rating of 6 stars above, that's what I would give him.

Checked A/C system; filled 2 pounds of refrigerant; figured out reason system was not coming on was because breaker was tripped.  i used $49 promotion from angieslist.com.   went fine; frank was professional and did the required work quickly.  i would use them again. i have had problems with others who wanted to do a whole bunch of expensive testing and bill me for it before topping of refrigerant but did not have that problem with this vendor.

BUYER BEWARE: I chose Ron P Enterprises for a few projects around my house, based on the reviews found here on Next Door.
BIG mistake. The projects were: Install a kitchen sink. Install 2 exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Remove a pony wall in the master bath and install faucets in there. Build a small portico. Not ONE task was done correctly the first time, not even painting or patching. Though he accepted the task of installing my exhaust fans, it turned out it was a task they could not do. After watching them ATTEMPT to, I told him I need a REAL electrician.  He said he could find one and would take care of it. Aside from breaking my toilet, breaking my sink, breaking my granite backsplash and hammering drywall screws through to the exterior of my house...he smashed the granite vanity top to remove the sink, in my BEDROOM, with no drop cloth or protection...the kitchen faucet was installed 90 degrees off, my portico uprights were not parallel to each other and two different tiles were used for the portico roof. As a reminder of the chaos I experienced with him, he left behind a huge oil stain on my driveway and welding burns on my entrance wall. Out of the 75ish days he and his 'people' were here, they were on time ONCE. I spent MANY hours waiting for somebody to show up, even after repeated texts and calls to him, in which he said we'll be there shortly. During this time, I watched as he responded to others in this forum, saying he could help them, when he told me and proved to me he was overextended and underachieving. Though advertised as 'licensed and insured', though my research, I have found zero evidence of any licensure in Pima County, though he signs his contracts as the 'contractor'. The balance that was due him ($1500) when all was said and barely done, was evaporated by the balance due us, from replacing all the things he and his crew broke. In a thinly-veiled attempt at quid pro quo, he sent me this in an email : I would like you to keep the remaining $1500 since it is the least I can do to make up for the way that this situation has enfolded. Followed by this: I do have 1 request, I ask that if you don't have anything good/nice to say about my company, that you please do not say anything at all. You & I both know how important online reviews are, especially on Nextdoor. Then I  sought out legal advice and sent HIM an invoice for monies he owed us. There is much more to this story. I have MANY more photos/videos/texts and emails to back up all of my claims. Caveat Emptor.
