HISTORY

Jared is an Arizona native and Marine Corps veteran who began his work in the plumbing industry as a new career with a nationally renowned company. Since that time, he has made it his mission to learn everything he can about plumbing services, water filtration, and the troubles that both residential and commercial customers experience. He has extensive experience in the service industry and has mastered the plumbing skills necessary to ensure that every customer receives the highest quality service and that their expectations are exceeded.

Trident Plumbing is the BEST. They installed my new faucets in my primary bathroom and replaced my 22 year old water heater. From just the initial call, I was impressed with Trident Plumbing. Jared gave me prices over the phone for a water softener/RO system. I couldn't get another local and highly recommended company to even answer their phone, let alone return my call.

Trident came to the appointment on time, were professional, and appeared genuinely kind. We already have another appointment set to perform additional upgrades to replace the subpar builder plumbing choices, that we weren't comfortable with. They have gained our business for life.

Tyler from Trident Plumbing came out today to replace an exterior water faucet. Tyler quickly assessed the work and provided me with a reasonable quote. Tyler was communicative throughout the process and explained everything about the replacement/repair. Tyler's work was clean and expedient despite having to run out and get a part he did not have on hand. My experience with Trident and Tyler was great throughout, from my initial contact with Trident up through the completed work!! I highly recommend Trident Plumbing!! Thank you!!

I was in need of a warranty exchange for a water heater. Taylor was very pleasant and informative of the process. She had technician Devin out to the rescue within an hour. He and his partner had the new water heater installed up in running in a couple hours. It was an overall great experience and I will definitely contact them on any future plumbing needs and highly recommend Trident for your plumbing needs as well.

Needed cheap, deteriorating, builder grade internal toilet bowl components replaced. After researching numerous plumbing companies on line, I decided to have Trident come out and replace ALL internal components in a toilet. They were extremely responsive, professional, communicative, and the customer service was excellent. Best plumbing experience I have ever had. Great company, will use again.

Easy to set up an appointment and they answered the phone super fast on a weekend when I had questions. The plumber that came out was professional, polite and efficient. If you want amazing workmanship and amazing customer service these guys are the way to go! After moving in to a new house they went above and beyond to help add a water softener and a new water heater on the same day. The water heater was unexpected. We are remodeling a kitchen and came across a screw that was drilled into one of our pipes and was leaking. We called Trident Plumbing and they responded right away! Jared, a USMC Veteran, is the owner of Trident and he is very responsive, honest and knowledgeable. He serviced our water heater and helped us solve low water pressure problems. After that, we hired him to install a higher toilet and new faucets in our master. We finally have hot water coming to our kitchen and master bath sinks after over two years of believing we just had to live with low pressure. He was not the first plumber we hired to address the problem, but he will be our go to plumber from now on.

We just sold our home in Glendale and the inspector for our buyers found a moist spot in the dining room ceiling, directly below our master shower. Our realtor recommended Trident Plumbing for the fix and I could not be more grateful. I called around 7pm, left a message and assumed Id hear back the next day. Nope! Shelby called me less than an hour later and we had a plumber, Jimmy, out here by 2pm the very next day. When it was clear our fix would require some hefty drywall cutting, Jimmy arranged for Rocky Mountain Restoration to come out and assist the job. Long story short, this amazingly responsive team - including the owner! - tag teamed the project and a mere couple days later theyd found and fixed the leak, all while being fun, friendly, responsive and highly professional. Though I dont hope to have to, I would use them again in a heartbeat!!!

I contacted Trident Plumbing and Drain with a leaky bathtub faucet. I like to support local family owned businesses and Trident checked that box.

The technology for scheduling, reminders and notifications is great for a tech guy like me.

Jimmy showed up on time and I received notification in advance with a picture so I knew who was coming. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and efficient. Turns out, as we anticipated, we needed a new cartridge in the faucet. He completed the job efficiently and now it works great. Jimmy was very personable and certainly is a person I felt comfortable having in my home.

I hope to use Trident for a water softener in the future as I even discussed that with Jimmy and got a price also.

A+ customer service, great prices, prompt service and family owned and operated. Not sure there is anything that could have gone better.

Did not fix my sink drain issue. Pricing would not be given over the phone. After charging for a camera I was told my pipe had collapsed. Then he tried using a snake and pulled out roots. It was fixed for a day then backed up again. Over charged and still had an issue.
