There was some issues at the beginning of trimming.. but when all said and done, they did a good job of trimming all the bushes and trees. And good job cleaning up.

Fantastic service from start to finish!  Very reasonable quote and they were flexible enough to do so using a photo.  The crew arrived on time and  were very friendly and professional.  They did a beautiful job on three trees and cleaned up when they were done.  A top notch company and I will use them and happily refer them again.

Heartwood Tree removed two sisso trees for us this past week.   They were right on time, got the job done quickly and neatly, and were extremely professional.  They took great care when cutting down these tall trees that were so close to my house (and my neighbors house).  He explained everything that he was going to do and even offered to cut up the tree trunks so we could keep for firewood.  Price was very reasonable and I was able to get an accurate quote just by sending pictures.   They were very easy to work with throughout the entire process.  I have two other trees I need trimmed and thinned out and will definitely call them again to take care of.

The monsoon damaged our palo verde. We had two big limbs down. I also wanted to have the tree thinned out before the next storm. I requested a quote from Green Earth Trees on Yelp. Jon got back to me right away. He offered the lowest estimate and even more importantly could get the job done in the next week. He texted the morning of the appointment to confirm and give me an arrival time. His team showed up on time and trimmed the  tree.  It looks great and I won't worry about it falling on the house in the next storm. I was also really impressed with how well they cleaned up, even blowing the sidewalk clean. I asked for a quote on palm tree trimming while Jon and his team were here and found it the most reasonable we've gotten. Green Earth Trees is insured so if something does go wrong you have peace of mind too. We had a great experience and will definitely use Green Earth Trees again.

Made an appointment last week to have someone come out to give me an estimate today. I was given a timeframe of 8-11. No call and no show. Pretty disappointed in this company. The phone call itself to schedule the appointment was less than stellar. The lady I spoke to put me on hold for over a minute and was very eager to schedule me this weekend only to be stood up.

I have 18 Palo Verde trees, he did a wonderful job of pruning them for monsoon season.
