I was on a tight budget and needed about $3000 worth of major cleanup in my yard.  Just bought 2 acres and a house in Chino Valley in June 2017.  The yard had been neglected for over 15 years.   Cottonwood trees overgrown with suckers as high as the main trunk.  Ugly black plastic erupting from the layer of rocks and looking really bad.  I hate black plastic and wanted the weeds and grass to grow freely.  A weed is only a weed if it grows where you do not want it to.  I do not like anything linear and defining so the lava rock rings around the 4 willow trees had to go and the whole yard needed some love.  I had 4 landscape companies come out for an estimate and all 4 gave the the mantra of your project is not doable because of your small budget.  What? Just because I am a small potato does not mean I do not qualify for your workers.  They wanted a budget of over $10,000 AND THAT WAS NOT GONNA HAPPEN.
Grrr.  I knew what I wanted done but was open to ideas but not more money.  So looking thru the weekly shopper I found Yavapai Landscaping and called them.  I told them I was small potatoes and would they give me an estimate for my desired aesthetics.  Nathan was so comforting and assured me they will work with me and take my direction as to what I wanted.  It is often hard for men to listen to a woman and get the same picture in their head that I had in my mind.  But Nathan and Devon were very professional and understood that I wanted a free flowing rock scape and plastic removed and no other weed control used.  A natural vibe - serene and undefined.  I hired them and am so happy with the work they did.  I could hear my overgrown yard breathe a huge sigh of relief as they methodically trimmed trees, pulled plastic, hauled trash to their dumpster.  The bobcat work was so expertly done by Louis that I asked if they could level my back yard and how much would that cost.  The gopher farm in the back was a tripping hazard for me and too uneven to risk a fall.  So I now have no more gopher holes and a smoother yard.  BTW: That bobcat work was a free-bee.
The work crews were very polite, respectful of this retired USAF woman who knew the vision she wanted (me), and best of all no Spanish was spoken - that is professional in my ethics book.  All-in-all when they finished the initial cleanup job and I charged it to my credit card I am a very happy camper.
rd art About 2 weeks later I called Nathan back and negotiated the price of putting in a 6ftx20ft paver sidewalk from the drivewayto the front porch.  The estimate was within my credit limits and I not only got the beautiful paver sidewalk but also splurged and got a slice of heaven in the front ard.  I now have a 10 x 15 foot green scape of high quality astro turf right out my front door.  It is lined with the same pavers and is very sturdy with the wind and rain storms.  I planted a plastic pink flamingo on my lawn (it is not a putting green) and sun bleached flamingos and other yard art (turtles, gnomes, lizards, etc) that no one wants.  My Flying Flamingo Refuge  accepts donations of your unwanted and outdated yard art.

These guys are great, quick response to my call, came out and did a quick bid, and they were very clean and professional. Highly recommend them!

Wow! I had a large Australian bottle brush tree that had never been cut back- we wanted to get it done before monsoon season kicks in . I called , made the appt , was quoted an EXCELLENT price & they came out today and handled it ! They were here about an hour 1/2 - watching them was pretty cool  too! They cut back all of the dead limbs and also cleaned up all the mess with a blower ! Britney in the office was amazing and answered all of my questions. If you need a great company call these guys ! Seriously!!!!

So on the phone was told 80 bucks to come from Prescott, he repaired one rubber membrane, after digging everything up within the boxed in cover, he had others and the one he replaced, to me showed no signs of wear, so he put a new one in, it's about the size of a mayonnaise jar cover.  On the phone I had to repeat several times where I live, was supposed to be here in the Am showed up around noon, he doesn't listen, he;\'s too busy telling you how great he is.  He then said I had a problem with one sprayer, which I usually just twist it back on , but he said it was leaking. In the end he told me he get 80 bucks an hour, cost 240...when he originally stated a little over 150 total. At least I watched and learned how simple it all was. 240 bucks ya gotta be kidding, paid and done, never again, the Trump Sticker on the truck should have told me something, also a suspected racist from the way he reffered to people of color, good fkg riddance to this mental midget

Don't waste your time and money like I have - keep looking around for a lawn company that respects its customers and doesn't lie and threaten them.

Update (reply):  looks like you don't understand what it means to bear false witness against someone and then submit false documents on their behalf.  You will be held accountable for that evil should you act on it!  Careful.

I had a dead tree and an overgrown olive tree in my front yard. I contacted 3 companies via Yelp to obtain quotes. COTOB's response was within a couple of hours and they were able to send someone out the next day to provide an estimate.

The gentleman who came out was friendly and professional and only took a few minutes to provide the cost estimate for the tree removal, stump grind and tree trim. He was also able to schedule me the next business day to complete the work.

The crew was also friendly and professional. I couldn't believe how clean they left the yard. There were no remnants of dead tree, wood chips or tree branch debris left about the yard.

The cost came in between the other 2 companies I contacted. Although not the cheapest, my initial interaction with the company gave me a very good feeling and the cost was still reasonable ($100 lower than the highest quote). They also had good review last here in Yelp. I would highly recommend them!!

I had a Massive tree in my front yard removed. The Tree Guy helped me, step-by-step, insuring that once the stump, Tree, were removed, that no sapplings, after growth, seedlings, would appear after the Tree was gone.
The Tree Guy is incredibly helpful and patient. Nice to work with people who are not only professional but genuinely Cool, too.
