I had leak under my sink. Found this company online, looked like a great company I would want to work on my issue.
I was wrong. They came out to our house and charged me 272.22 dollars for a replacement part but did not give me a break down on what I was paying for. I called the office and was told they would get back to me. After 12 or so hours I heard nothing. I called back a got a gentleman who I told him why I was calling, and he said we do not give break downs on what we charge. Well, if they were a reliable company and want repeat business, they would give their customers a break down on what they are paying for.  The only reason a company would not give a break down on what they are charging is due to overcharging and ripping a customer off.   My suggestion would be to 1. get the price break down before using their service. 2. go somewhere else. There are too many other companies is the area to use, that do give a break down on what they are charging.  Never again would I call this company, or suggestion then to friends or neighbors.
Bad news.

Thomas came out and gave me a quote on a Saturday (yes!) and came back to do the job today. We had new landscape put in and needed new drip lines, replaced old and leaky hose lines, new values and an updated and easy to use timing device! I am so pleased with the work that Thomas did! Very reasonably priced, superb work and I'm a very happy customer! Thank you Allegiance Water Services! Five star company with five star experts!!

I was in a panic. Clogged sink and a house full of childcare children is NOT a good mix! I spoke with both Shannon and Jessica, both were attentive, courteous, and professional. Derick preformed the service and was just as wonderful. Highly recommend!

Had Big J replace kitchen sink plumbing, R/O and disposal. Did a great job. Also replaced 4 bathroom faucets and water shutoffs. Good communication, on time, dependable, friendly. and easy to work with. Prices are fair. Jay and his son are hard workers and care about their business. We highly recommend Big J Plumbing.

These guys are awesome.  No one wants to need a plumber, but when you do, you need one fast and they better be good!  File this away for future reference because it is a golden number if you need a plumber!!  I called because they are my neighbor and wanted to support local business.  Turns out he is a great neighbor and awesome business to support.  They came out in a reasonable time frame, fixed the problem and another problem that was willed to them by a previous plumber and charged a very reasonable fee.  The technician was professional and courteous, cleaned up after himself.  Who could ask for more??  Actually given the age of our home, I was mentally preparing myself for a really big bill and VERY pleasantly surprised!  These days professionalism is kind of a crap shoot and you don't know what to expect.  Given all the great reviews, these guys are the real deal! Thank you so much!!!!

We've had a backed up shower drain for months! It's difficult for my fiancé and I to make appointments because our schedules are constantly changing, however, we were able to call Ron day of and he was over within a couple hours. He was very professional and got the job done in 30 minutes. We will continue to use him if we experience any other issues.

I recommend Pacman Plumbing because they're easy to work with, have fair pricing and they're professional.  They were quick, punctual, skilled and adapted to resolve a few issues during the job.  Truly appreciate their service and will be happy to work with them again in the future!

We have used Dobash plumbing twice and after experiences with other plumbers, I have to say Dobash is the very best. They are responsive, professional, competent and reasonable. We wouldn't even consider anyone else!

Today I realized both of my bathroom sinks were not draining adequately. I found Master Rooter on yelp and asked for a quote. Jason got back to me very quickly and gave me the information to call for an appointment. Mike was very pleasant and helped to to schedule my service ASAP today as I have a Christmas party tonight. Dillon, the technician, arrived earlier than expected and did a great job. He was knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. He also provided tips on what I can do in the future to avoid these issues. Dillon also made sure to clean up after his work which is always appreciated. Overall I am very pleased with my experience today and definitely will use the company again.
