He instantly provided us with options and ideas to enhance our kitchen space and make it look more spacious and modern.  Follow up communications from his staff is exceptional with quick email and phone services giving us a good foundation to move forward with.

Wow!! I just got my countertops done by Syles Brothers and I am astonished! They came out exactly how I wanted. Michele and her husband were prompt with their appointment to measure the tops, they were also extremely professional and personable. Rosalie, one of the owners, was able to answer any questions I had about the process. I am just beyond excited about the look, they are amazing! The crew arrived promptly and worked diligently to finish the job. I love them!! My new counters make my kitchen look brand new!! Thank you so much, Styles Brothers!!

Jackie at JK Cabinets was recommended by our contractor.  We gutted our home and started over.  Jackie learned our taste and the result is more than we could imagine.  We are in love with our home.  Jackie was professional, friendly, accessible and hands on.  She was available to answer the trades questions with cabinet, floor, tile installs.  The results are showroom worthy.  I recommend Jackie to the world.  She is amazing.

We had a flood in our garage which damaged the cabinets we had.  Found Neil's online and as promised, they set up[ an appointment, arrived on time, took measurements and 5 days later they new cabinets were installed.  Couldn't be happier with the result - the cabinets are almost too nice for the garage.  They look like good furniture.  So happy with them that we discussed using them for a closet as well as other projects.  Very professional and easy to deal with.  Highly recommend them!

I had just started my second major home remodel when I contacted Authentic Custom Cabinetry with some questions about cabinet refacing/resurfacing.  Mary patiently talked me through my options, filling in the gaps in my understanding along the way.  She told me if I was looking for refacing/resurfacing, they probably were not the company for me, however, she told me that, if I was interested, she would send out Eric to take a look at my project and, if nothing else, give me some guidance on how to proceed.  
Eric came out a couple days later and completely blew my mind.  He asked me several questions regarding my plan for the remodel and patiently listened to my poorly thought out plan.  He pointed out pros and cons with my plan and then asked if I was interested in hearing his vision for the remodel.  I eagerly said 'yes, please'.  Eric then proceeded to walk through my entire house, room by room, excitedly sharing his thoughts on what could be done to increase resale value, and how he could hep me achieve my goals.  This was all before any talk about cabinets.  
I could go on and on really, but I won't.  Bottom line is, along with receiving quality, affordable, great looking cabinets, Eric with Authentic Custom Cabinetry has made himself available at a moments notice to provide me with resources for every other aspect of my remodel.  
Do yourself a favor and please call Authentic Custom Cabinetry before making any decisions with your remodel. You will not be disappointed.

Caleb is the best! When I first reached out to him, he was super responsive and invited me to his place of work. We discussed what I wanted and he made it happen! I asked for a card box, photo frames, and a welcome sign for our wedding, and he thought of details to ask that I hadn't even thought about. He also kept us in the loop along the way through text. We picked up our stuff a couple months later and we thought it was gorgeous! His work is really professional and beautiful. This guy really knows his way around wood. If you need anything made with wood, go to Caleb!

PLEASE SEE THE PHOTOS!!!  Possibly one of the worst experiences we have ever had with a company during a remodel.  JM Granite was on the list of recommended fabricators from The Yard.  We chose them due to a couple of good reviews and because they were quickly available.  They weren't the most inexpensive, but were right around the middle.  Jaime was very friendly, but that didn't translate into the work that his company did.  

First off, our master bathroom.  They had many chips from their cutting of our white quartz and used a yellow-colored filler in those spots.  They also left a ring-shaped gash near the faucet, which forced us to replace the fixture to cover up the poor workmanship (we were planning to re-use our fixtures).  A handyman who we had hired for a different job saw the ring and told me that shouldn't have happened and it's probably because they chose not to change their cutting blades when they get dull.  In another bathroom, they used a yellow caulk around the edges that looked terrible.  When they left, we noticed A LOT of places where caulking wasn't even applied!  I called Jaime to express my disappointment and he got his crew back out to fix the caulking issue, but they still left a couple of areas untreated!  I am in Peoria and happened to be in the area of his workshop in Phoenix and asked if I could swing by to get some clear caulk to finish the job his company didn't do.  His reply?  They sell it at Home Depot, you can get it there.  Great customer service.  Ha!  A couple of months later, I looked underneath our cabinet and found a dried glob of caulk that was left from one of his workers!  Save yourself the hassle and find another fabricator.  We wish we could reverse our decision.  This is no knock on The Yard because they were great, but I strongly advise they remove JM Granite from their list of recommendations.

These guys worked magic in my kitchen, converting an outdated bench and window into a huge wine cabinet.  Fantastic work

The closet people have installed closet systems in 4 homes for me and they are always so quick and clean and they deliver a high quality product.  I tried another brand in my last house and had such regrets...I just used them again and they were wonderful.

Tiana and Glen stole $18950.00 of my money as a deposit on a large cabinet order for a new build of my home. they stalled and stalled and in the end would not produce the cabinets or a refund of my money. Cannot trust them to give you what you payed for. please contact the ROC regarding their reputation and they are not licensed contractors.

Please be very careful contracting this company. They have very aggressive sales people that tell you that the company runs one special a year on cabinetry. The sales person (Karen) told me that if I gave a deposit the sale price would  be held. My project was very extensive and I was not going to be ready for cabinetry for a long time. I told this to Karen as I was not sure I would do anything other then the kitchen.  She proceeded to give me an estimate on the entire house and asked for over $26,000.00 for a deposit.  When I told he I didn't know if I would do all the cabinetry, she said I could put the money towards whatever part I did.  Over the next few months she was very difficult to get a hold of and cancelled or showed up late to appointments.  It was clear she didn't have time for my job.  I confirmed with Woodmode (the cabinet company) that she never put the cabinet order in. Karen informed me that the cabinets went up and she couldn't honor my contract.  I then asked for my deposit back.  They refused to give me my deposit back and refused to honor the original contract. Eventually I ordered cabinets from a reputable company as the cabinets were delaying the progression of my house.  They now say that the $26,000.00 was a design fee. So be careful, apparently they charge $26,000.00 design fee on a $58,000.00 job. I have contacted the owner, Kevin, and he is not willing to do anything.
THEY KEPT THE DEPOSIT, AND NEVER DELIVERED THE CABINETS!

HACK!!!!!! The most unprofessional unreliable and untrustworthy person I have ever met !!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
