From the moment I got in touch with Cesar to discuss our bathroom cabinet project he was professional and incredibly responsive. I had some rough ideas but him and his team helped us design something that met what we were looking for and exceeded it by a mile. I was in the trades for a long time and I can honestly say that I've rarely, if ever, met a company who is so dedicated to a quality job and customer service. Cesar opened his shop on a weekend for us to come down and see the work they do, review our design, work on colors, and put together a detailed plan. He came by and worked with us on aspects of our project that would help us tie everything together and give a beautiful end result. They built us a custom frame for the mirror that matched the cabinetry work and helped us acquire the glass for a unique custom look. He provided us contacts and secured us counter tops that exceeded anything I was able to find on my own. You just don't see this level of personal engagement with companies out there these guys are one of a kind and a mile ahead of anyone else I've worked with. You will be incredibly happy with the work that they perform I can't say enough about how happy we are with Arrowhead custom cabinets. This is a family business that honestly makes you feel like you are part of the family and that your project is just as important as anything they would do for their own family. Give them a call you will be forever grateful that you did.

Once again Penny, Nancy, and their team did a tremendous job on our shower project after we had them redo our kitchen cabinets, counter tops, & flooring project last year. They are amazing to work with and prices are better than anyone's out there. I highly recommend them if you are thinking of doing any type of remodeling.

I worked with Tony on a full kitchen remodel. Tony went above and beyond to make sure my cabinets worked in our space. Tony recommend we go with taller upper cabinets and it worked really well.
Tony followed up when the cabinets were delivered and again after the installation.
Tony was great to work with and I highly recommend Cabinets 4 Less in Scottsdale.
The price was right and delivery was fast. We were so pleased we ordered an additional cabinet for above our fridge.

Dawn created a built in bookshelf/entertainment unit for my master bedroom a while back. It came out amazingly well crafted and stunning to look at. Her team was dependable, professional, and nice. I get a ton of compliments on this bookcase. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone and would certainly use her services again.

Alfredo and his wife Rosa did a wonderful job repainting my metal driveway gate. And replacing all the wood and bolts in my yard gates. They also painted them. They communicated well, were very honest, we're super nice, and did a great job. I will be hiring him for some other work. Highly recommend!

I ordered over $1000 in shelving and installation accessories on 8/6/11. When the shipment arrived two of the shelves were damaged. One of them had minor damage (a separated joint which I repaired) while the other was cracked and I didn't feel I could repair it. I called Slide Out Shelves and they voluntarily shipped me a replacement shelf. The replacement arrived on 8/19/11 and also had damage. I contacted Slide Out Shelves concerning the damaged replacement shelf and sent them photographs of the damage. The representative stated the following via email:
Thank you for the pictures, the box doesn't look THAT bad except it is very obvious that they dropped it directly on its edge hard enough for the wood to crack, and it looks cracked on the bottom which can be re-glued and placed as the rear which would not render the shelf unusable or cosmetically undesirable, we will send out another Monday.
Slide Out Shelves also requested that I send the damaged replacement shelf back to them and they provided me a UPS shipping label to do so. The email I received from the Slide Out Shelves representative stated:
UPS decided not to do an inspection on the first shelf so that one can be disposed of. This recent shelf does not seem to have significant damage to ask UPS to warrant a claim, but we are sending you a replacement shelf and will be asking UPS to pick this recent shelf up from you and send it back to us. We will send out a replacement on Monday and ask that you repackage this recent shelf and make it available on your doorstep etc for the UPS driver to pick up also on Monday.
The second replacement arrived without issue and the first replacement went back to Slide Out Shelves.
During this time I placed a second order for over $200 of additional shelves and accessories on 8/21/11. All items that were in the second order arrived without problems.
On 2/05/12 I placed a third order for two shelves and accessories. I initially received an order invoice via email but then received another email on the same day stating that the order had been cancelled. I received an additional email stating the following:
Hello Mr Nichols
Based upon our previous experience shipping product to this address and inspecting product that was not acceptable, we feel that it is not possible to fill this order
Thank you
Rick
I emailed Slide Out Shelves on 2/6/12 to ask that they reconsider this decision and received no response. I then called on 2/07/12 and spoke with Rick and was told that Slide Out Shelves didn't feel that the damage to the shelf which was returned to them warranted replacement and therefore would not do business with me.

Signed up through Costco to have my kitchen cabinets refaced. Salesman came over, set up a schedule and everything has gone accordingly. Ryan Gilligan and his crew, Austin and Tristen finished the work today and we are totally happy. Great workmanship, efficient, and did an excellent clean-up. Highly recommended.

If I could give no stars I would. This company posted a sale of shaker cabinets for $135 each. I came up to the office the next day and purchased four of them. When I got home I noticed they charged me $150 per cabinet, which was my mistake by me not checking the price at the moment. Once I noticed that, I contacted the seller and asked why I was charged $150 vs the sale price of $135. The sales person said it was a weekend sale, which she was wrong. I sent her a screen shot of the picture I messaged her with stating when I messaged her it was posted for $135. She said she would talk to her boss. Her boss called me two days later and said they were ready for pickup. I arrive today ready to pay and pickup with the expectation that they would reimburse me the cost from what the original ad stated. Well I was wrong. I spoke to the manager and he stated it was a mistake and could not honor the difference. He didn't even try to negotiate with me. He said he would gladly refund me my money with a crap attitude. He tried to give me an excuse about helping a friend out and that the cabinets didn't even belong to him. Needless to say, they refunded me my money and left me remodeling my home with no cabinets to install. This is piss poor customer service from the top. I would not recommend doing business here at all.

George is an amazing person, very honest & man of his words. Very pleasant person to talk to.
He resurfaced our bathroom washbasin for a very reasonable price with one year warranty. After that we had problems twice with the basin in warranty period, but George took care of it each time without giving any hassle. He made sure we are satisfied with the work & honored the warranty at no additional cost. Now our basin is pretty again.
I will certainly do business with George again & recommend to others.

My wife and I had been wanting to remodel our kitchen for years. We had saved and budgeted for such a grand expense. Thanks to the stimulus checks, we finally felt that we could take on the financial burden of a kitchen remodel, but we wanted to do it right. We decided that the more estimates, the better.
We got estimates from about 10 different Cabinet & Countertop contractors. The majority of them were fairly pricey. The last estimate we received was from Rudy, the owner of AZ Cabinets and Home Solutions. I had planned on telling Rudy the same thing as we had told all of the other contractors: Thanks for your time, we will get back to you. However, to our surprise, the home visit with Rudy was unlike any of the other estimates we had received. He gave us new ideas we had not thought of for the remodel. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us the different types of stone for the countertops and wood for the cabinets. On top of it all, Rudy was very personable and likeable, and made the process very easy.
Based on how well the estimate was going, I thought his quote was going to be on the higher side of the spectrum. He let my wife and I browse samples he had brought, while he measured and crunched numbers. When he was done, he showed us the tablet with the itemized price breakdown, and we were shocked to see that his estimate was the lowest that we had been presented with! At that moment, we knew that we had found our contractor.
We gave Rudy a down payment. The understanding was that we would pay a third to solidify the contract, a third upon delivery of cabinets, and the final third upon completion of the project. We set a begin construction date for the following Friday.
The following Friday, as promised, Rudy's crew showed up bright and early and completed the demolition that same day.
We had selected Maple Cabinets and Quartz Countertops. Rudy had the Cabinets delivered and installed early the following week. The following day, the Quartz was delivered and installed as well. As they were finishing the install, my wife decided that she wanted to extend the countertop about 12 inches further than we had originally planned. I contacted Rudy to ask about this, but I feared that it couldn't be done, or that it would add significant cost. Rudy however, was completely understanding; he told me that he would change out the slab for free, he explained to me that customer satisfaction and word of mouth was how he made his money, and for that reason he was happy to make the modification free of charge.
As of yesterday, our kitchen remodel is complete. We had a great experience with AZ Cabinets and Home Solutions, but most importantly, we absolutely love our new kitchen!

This contractor claimed to have extensive experience in kitchens and custom cabinets. He is in fact very much lacking in the ability to build and finish cabinets. His commitment to finish the work in September, 2017 turned in to months of excuses with delay after delay. It was January 2018 before he finally finished- an additional hefty 4 months of grief. The quality was poor, the stains were uneven due to poor workmanship, and he would not finish the work until I got the Registrar of Contractors and BBB involved. Only then did he reluctantly complete the work under threat of action by the ROC. Stay away from this contractor and save yourself from sleepless nights and grief.

Zero stars. My 6 months of hell won't be over for at least another 3 months. I ordered kitchen cabinets in early September and was promised delivery by Christmas. Based on this timeframe I went ahead and gutted my kitchen so I could install new flooring and plumbing before the install. (Big mistake on my part). The original design had wrong measurements for the island because they did not measure correctly. I caught the error, they did not! The redesign delayed my order, and they installed in February. When it arrived, it was the wrong wood color! I accepted it because I had been without a kitchen for 3 months. They offered to have their installer re-stain the wood. Really? Not only that but the drawer under the sink did not fit with the plumbing, and the corner cabinet was a complete waste of space. I had ordered my appliances before they designed the kitchen so that they could make them all fit correctly. When the appliances arrived, the refrigerator did not fit, and the cooktop did not fit. They had to cut into the base cabinets to make the cooktop fit. I had to reorder a different refrigerator which will be delivered in April. They had to reorder refrigerator panels which will take 3 months (June delivery). Meanwhile I still do not have the under cabinet lighting or the shelving units. The headache I went through to talk to them and have them correct errors was exhausting. I accepted a refund, which was less than 15% of the total cost of the cabinets. This is not near enough compensation. I am not optimistic that this will end well, if ever!
