Loved the job these ladies did! They showed up in masks, went straight to work, and the prices are unbeatable! Highly recommend them.

I just had them clean my home. Not even kidding, they did an exceptional job. That same day they reported with pictures of how things looked. I really loved that. It made me feel reassured. The customer service was exceptional. Torey is the gal I worked with and she was super friendly and I felt very comfortable with her from the get go. I will be having them back and will refer them out over and over again.

June, 2022. We have now been clients for 4 years and it has been great. The old husband has had a few surgeries so her team is more valuable than ever.    I love Lori's Cleaning Service team, they are the best.

I have been really busy and finally have the chance to write a review. My place needed some touch up cleaning. The staff was amazing, friendly, energetic, and were focused on the task at hand.

The quality of service exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone who needed their services.

They do do this don't do that, do do this don't do that, if you want to pay a flat fee for lots of do do this don't do that. This is the place to call. The owner brought a young lady with her, she was excellent, I could use her cant get her number from A 2 Z. They don't do internal kitchen appliances in the basic, regular clean. However, my toilet sparkles. $120 they were here for less than two hours. Don't bother complaining, the cleaners husband is the guy on the other end of the phone.

Booked a terminal clean for 1pm. I appreciated the quick response on yelp to booking the date and time I needed. Team of three arrived on day of service at 1:15pm, Yohana as the leader was very friendly and explained what would be cleaned. They worked as a team on each room. One team member was heard sighing constantly, we ignored it as perhaps they were having a bad day. On walk thru at end of job, residue still present in showers, dust bunnies in the high corners of the ceilings, and their mop left dust bunnies on the floor. Feedback provided to Yohana, she stated she would take care of it and recommended draino for the showers and let another team member know about the dust bunnies to fix. The next day, we opened the bathroom drawers and found a large amount of water inside which came pouring out into the bottom cabinet and onto the floors. The other drawer was not cleaned at all (see attached pictures). Water was also found underneath the kitchen sink and left the impression this was done intentionally perhaps by the person who was sighing constantly and seemed annoyed to be there. There were minimal items at the house given it was a terminal clean, making it difficult to clean up the water in a fast manner. I thought the refrigerator was to be cleaned since it was a terminal clean but this did not occur - this could have been a miscommunication. I contacted Yohana immediately to verbalize my frustration as now the drawer was warped from the water being present all night. She apologized profusely, stated she was training team members during my visit and she would provide the feedback as well as issued a partial refund of my money. I appreciated her willingness to take the feedback and issue a partial refund but will not use her services again.

not reliable spoke w/Tiffany yesterday around 11am she said she would come give me an estimate within 2 hours.  It is now the next day and she never showed up or even call back to reschedule.  She said it was her and her mother doing the service but I expect they won't be in business long if they can't even bother showing up.

Unreliable cleaners. First cleaner begged me for over a half an hour to give a good review. He said if he didn't get a good review he'd be homeless. Second cleaner cancelled at the last min. Third cleaner only cleaned kitchen for two hours(I have a tiny kitchen). She didn't mop. Fourth cleaner cancelled and rescheduled appt for following Sat ( today). Supposed to arrive at 9am. It is now after 11 and no text. She is obviously a no show. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They may offer cheap prices but you don't even get what you pay for. On top of that you cannot just cancel at any time. If you do, you will be charged $177. For what? I have no clue. Their scheduling software and text reminders are bad too. I have answered several messages about a cleaning I never received on Oct 1. I have changed the service schedule 3 times to reflect the cancellations and it still shows dates that I do not want someone coming. Highly frustrating and almost infuriating. Normally I am patient and understanding, but it's as if they don't care about what they've put me through. If you are smart, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

They have no clue how to clean a home.  Horrible job.  Came with paper towels, wet wipes, small vacuum cleaner.  Did not dust furniture but, did clean my wood dining room table with Clorox wipe!!!  Do not hire them!
