They are good with regular house cleaning and charge a very fair price. However we tried to use them for a short term rental and it's clearly not their forte, even though they claim they are doing another STR but clearly does not know what it entails. Basically, don't use them for a STR but house cleaning is ok.

I just had them clean my home. Not even kidding, they did an exceptional job. That same day they reported with pictures of how things looked. I really loved that. It made me feel reassured. The customer service was exceptional. Torey is the gal I worked with and she was super friendly and I felt very comfortable with her from the get go. I will be having them back and will refer them out over and over again.

June, 2022. We have now been clients for 4 years and it has been great. The old husband has had a few surgeries so her team is more valuable than ever.    I love Lori's Cleaning Service team, they are the best.

I have been really busy and finally have the chance to write a review. My place needed some touch up cleaning. The staff was amazing, friendly, energetic, and were focused on the task at hand.

The quality of service exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone who needed their services.

Very nice people. But I've literally never had such a terrible cleaning job. Used a spray bottle and dirty mop for floors? Did not move one piece of furniture. I had a full dustpan after I swept the kitchen alone after they left.

not reliable spoke w/Tiffany yesterday around 11am she said she would come give me an estimate within 2 hours.  It is now the next day and she never showed up or even call back to reschedule.  She said it was her and her mother doing the service but I expect they won't be in business long if they can't even bother showing up.

They stayed maybe an hour, maybe an hour and a half or so, barely cleaned anything, and acted very eager to leave.  Unfortunately, it wasn't until after they left that we discovered my fathers brand new prescription pain pills had been stolen.

They have no clue how to clean a home.  Horrible job.  Came with paper towels, wet wipes, small vacuum cleaner.  Did not dust furniture but, did clean my wood dining room table with Clorox wipe!!!  Do not hire them!
