Met with owner John this morning and his associate Maria. They showed up on time, and even communicated when they would arrive. They are a new business in the valley but they did well with my house deep clean. A few things missed here and there but overall good job. John wanted me to walk through before they left and before they were paid to check for anything missing, that was a nice touch. Thanks john!

I'm an out of town owner and I asked for a flat rate quote for a move-out cleaning job in short order.
Many cleaning services were reluctant to quote a flat rate, and Mayra was the most responsive and reasonable among those that quoted a flat rate, and she demonstrated a can-do attitude.

In the end she and her crew did an excellent job, and she meticulously sent me photos of before and after on the work that she did as I requested, and was kind enough to clean things that were out of the original flat rate scope, but she cleaned them anyhow seeing the dirt.  She definitely went above and beyond on the work and she left the place spotless!

Mayra did an excellent job and was responsive, professional, and dependable.  I highly recommend them for any cleaning services!

We engaged Minor to Major Cleaning to do a move-in cleaning of newly purchased home in Anthem AZ. The process went well from initial contact through the cleaning day. Juanita got us on the schedule and Molly, Annette and Dawn did a wonderful job getting a dusty, stale house sparkling and smelling great!  We'll definitely keep them in mind as soon as we get settled into our new home for future regular cleaning! After the great job on the windows, I have scheduled house cleaning with him. Quiet, nice and on time. Add that to a great job done and I will be recommending him to all my friends.

My mother, who is elderly, was unable to clean her house and I was worried about her health with all the dust that has settled over the years. I live in California and wanted to be there while the house was cleaned. Ryan, his wife, and 2 employees came out the Saturday of Memorial Weekend to accommodate my schedule. They did a tremendous job organizing as they cleaned. The house had not been cleaned in years so it was a big undertaking. Tidy & Clean are a professional mother/daughter business. I inquired about a quote and they got back to me that very same day! my house smells amazing! They got all the black stuff off of my oven, deep cleaned my windows, vacuumed my stairs, cleaned every room, and it looks like a brand new place!

Julia and Keshia came out to clean my home for a deep clean before the holidays. These two ladies did such an excellent job. Everything shines. They are honest, polite, hard working, and kind women. I will be coming back to them again and again. I seriously can't rave enough about these ladies! They literally cleaned my home from top to bottom and they even cleaned my little girls tablet.

Really disappointed in the services we received for a move in. I made sure to communicate multiple times that we wanted them to concentrate on the cabinets and drawers and they were horribly dirty when we arrived at the house. They also raised the price we agreed on saying that there were more than normal amount of windows... well they did a horrible job on those also. They only did what they could reach standing and the upper parts of the windows were not done. Very disappointed considering they didn't even have to do the floors, would not recommend them.
