I just moved my mom out of her house and it needed a good deep clean so we can sell it. They responded right away to every request for a quote, information, every question, whatever I needed they responded within an hour. Met up with Russell and Miguel today and they did an outstanding job cleaning everything, shampooing carpets, deep cleaning floors. I couldn't be happier or recommend them more. They were awesome.

I'm an out of town owner and I asked for a flat rate quote for a move-out cleaning job in short order.
Many cleaning services were reluctant to quote a flat rate, and Mayra was the most responsive and reasonable among those that quoted a flat rate, and she demonstrated a can-do attitude.

In the end she and her crew did an excellent job, and she meticulously sent me photos of before and after on the work that she did as I requested, and was kind enough to clean things that were out of the original flat rate scope, but she cleaned them anyhow seeing the dirt.  She definitely went above and beyond on the work and she left the place spotless!

Mayra did an excellent job and was responsive, professional, and dependable.  I highly recommend them for any cleaning services!

On 7/9 I had Molly and Leti at my condo for my first service.  To say that I am pleased is a vast understatement. I have never been so overwhelmed with the attention to detail these ladies brought. My condo never looked so good. Everything they touched sparkled! They were kind, courteous, professional and just a joy to have in my home. I highly recommend Minor to Major cleaning. If I could give more than five stars I would. I am planning on service every three weeks. The price is well worth all that was done. I can't recommend this crew enough! I wanted to get my mom a birthday present that would make her life easier - so I decided I would get her house cleaned. I was so impressed with the care and efficiency of this team. They were friendly, easy to work with, and did a phenomenal job. Going GreenHouse responded immediately and was able to send someone out to give an estimate and then complete the cleaning within 24 hours. It was a very thorough cleaning too. Julia and Keshia came out to clean my home for a deep clean before the holidays. These two ladies did such an excellent job. Everything shines. They are honest, polite, hard working, and kind women. Jerry and Sandra did a fantastic post move-out cleaning job of a trashed rental home for me. They removed a wallpaper border that was bleeding purple into the walls, cleaned greasy, filthy walls and baseboards, windows (including the tracks) and filthy, caked on dust blinds as well as the usual cleaning jobs of kitchen and bathrooms. In the kitchen, they pulled out the stove and cleaned the sides as well as the top and front which had years of built up grease, sink, microwave and fridge.  Not cheap but fair price for what needed to be done.  Will definitely call again for my next vacant rental.
