The owner of Desert Clover Cleaning, Amy, really cares.  Every job she books she makes sure that the work is completed at a very high standard so that not only is her customer happy, but she is happy with the result.  My wife and I have just started using Desert Clover and thus far, we couldn't be more pleased.  Amy made sure everything was clean and well taken care of.  We have already booked our next cleaning and look forward to working with Amy for a long time to come.  Thank you!!

Eli made our house look and smell brand new. She came over to take a look at the house before she gave me a quote. Her quote took into account that I would have a deep clean done before she started. Well the "deep clean" was very sub standard so I was already planning to bump up what I paid her. She showed up on time with all her own gear and immediately got started. When she was done she mentioned the fact that a "deep clean" had not been done - good eyes!! - so the cost went up $15.  Based on the shine and orderliness of everything, I gladly threw in another $35!! She is scheduled biweekly now.  Phew! I can have guests now!! Woo hoo!

Great work!  I have never used a cleaning company before, we moved out of our rental house and needed it cleaned for the landlord to inspect. I called Kris, and left a message. She called me back and we set up the appointment to clean the house.

I was in the process of still packing up the house and she was very encouraging. We had a really nice conversation and I could tell that I liked her right away.

On the day of the cleaning, three women came to the house and I let them in. It took about three hours for them to clean, but it was a rather large house, and we really hadn't been keeping up on cleaning that well. The team did an excellent job!

In fact, while they were cleaning the landlord showed up and was very pleased.

I have been talking back and forth with this company about coming to clean my house for awhile now. It was all set for them to come the day before a party I was having. I had asked if they can clean everything that was offered standard except the bedrooms. There was a misunderstanding and they thought they were only coming to clean the bathrooms and when I corrected it they asked to come the day of the party in the morning. I was fine with it as long as they were done by 2pm the latest. That's when they stopped messaging altogether and would only read my messages. I even called and got no answer. I didn't have enough time to look for someone else to come clean. This is the most unprofessional and very irresponsible thing to do as a company. If they would have responded to I probably could have found someone else to do the job.
