I am a landlord and a tenant moved out, leaving the apartment in need of a deep cleaning. Charlie came promptly and did a great job. I used him again on my next tenant move-out. Prices are fair and service is professional. Plus, he's a very friendly Vet. I highly recommend Desert Clover Cleaning.

Eli made our house look and smell brand new. She came over to take a look at the house before she gave me a quote. Her quote took into account that I would have a deep clean done before she started. Well the "deep clean" was very sub standard so I was already planning to bump up what I paid her. She showed up on time with all her own gear and immediately got started. When she was done she mentioned the fact that a "deep clean" had not been done - good eyes!! - so the cost went up $15.  Based on the shine and orderliness of everything, I gladly threw in another $35!! She is scheduled biweekly now.  Phew! I can have guests now!! Woo hoo!

I scheduled a deep clean because we are planning on listing our home soon and I wish I would have been paying them to come clean my house every week. I am so impressed by the work the girls did! They were communicative and walked me around the house afterwards to review what they did. I was asked 3 different times what I'd like them to focus on and they definitely delivered! I have used them 6-7 times over the last two years.  When I just need a deep cleaning, bathrooms, floors, mirrors, I call them.  The house is always sparkling clean and smells heavenly.  They even swept off my patio the last time.  Services cost a bit more than a regular maid but for convenience, reliability and quality I will gladly pay the extra 20-30$.  Every single time I have called them they were courteous, found my information quickly in their computer and have teams available the next day.  I have zero complaints and plan on always using them.

I have been talking back and forth with this company about coming to clean my house for awhile now. It was all set for them to come the day before a party I was having. I had asked if they can clean everything that was offered standard except the bedrooms. There was a misunderstanding and they thought they were only coming to clean the bathrooms and when I corrected it they asked to come the day of the party in the morning. I was fine with it as long as they were done by 2pm the latest. That's when they stopped messaging altogether and would only read my messages. I even called and got no answer. I didn't have enough time to look for someone else to come clean. This is the most unprofessional and very irresponsible thing to do as a company. If they would have responded to I probably could have found someone else to do the job.
