Eli made our house look and smell brand new. She came over to take a look at the house before she gave me a quote. Her quote took into account that I would have a deep clean done before she started. Well the "deep clean" was very sub standard so I was already planning to bump up what I paid her. She showed up on time with all her own gear and immediately got started. When she was done she mentioned the fact that a "deep clean" had not been done - good eyes!! - so the cost went up $15.  Based on the shine and orderliness of everything, I gladly threw in another $35!! She is scheduled biweekly now.  Phew! I can have guests now!! Woo hoo!

Very impressed with the entire operation:) Roseline was great coordinating everything, and I appreciated all the details and follow-ups.

Julianna, Corina, and Melissa were an awesome crew...thorough and efficient. Within a few hours, they had the house looking as clean as I've ever seen it, and they actually seemed to enjoy their job!!

I think Brennan kind of found the sweet spot where they're not too big (and only focused on volume and billing), but big enough to have a well-managed system and turn around short-notice requests.

I'll be using them again in the future for other rental properties (and personal), and I'll also be recommending them to other Realtors.

Jalen was in yesterday to clean our screens and windows and did an amazing job.  He was pleasant and efficient, no wasted time at all.  This is the second time I have used this service for my windows and I will certainly be using them again, my windows are SO CLEAN and shiny.  Thank you, thank you.

We had them do a move-out clean on a specific date and they were able to accommodate the request. They cleaned the entire house and it looks fantastic. They cleaned in the cabinets, the floors, bathrooms - everything. 100% recommended Happy Maids! I would absolutely use them again for any cleaning project.
