Met Butch at the Home Show and he walked me through their aluminum sheds.  I stopped by their brick and mortar location on Indian School Road and see more of their products.  Rich was easy to work with and got my shed specifications and set up an install date.  Nice a friendly people.  Juan showed up at my house early in the morning and banged out the install.  He did a great job, paid attention to details and was very friendly as well.  Very happy with the shed quality and service side of United Aluminum.  I recommend them to anyone looking for a storage shed.

They installed a pavers patio, turf, and built in grill for me. It's still a bit hot outside but I've used the outdoor grill a few times and it is absolutely my favorite part of my new yard.

Russ recently repaired a wooden windowsill for us, and the wooden gate that leads to our backyard. Both jobs were impeccable. We're requesting additional work: window screen replacement, the installation of a porch light, and additional outdoor electrical and lighting.

Block More Masonry is a small business with professional Masons. If you need a wall built or repaired these are the right people for the job. They will help you pick out your design and materials. Todd the Mason wants everything done right. He really went beyond the call of duty when it came to finishing details. My walls and stucco are perfect.

Alex is amazing! Found him on facebook and his communication was amazing. One of the nicest guys I've dealt with! He was patient with us when one of our wheel Barrows broke. FantAstic service! Thank Fusion and Alex!

We bought a house in Peoria that really needed some updated and refined landscaping .... We wanted a company with experience, credentials, imagination, ability/skills, affordability, personal attention and follow up ... and, we got it when we contracted with Borders & Beyond Landscaping. Erik is a working owner and supervises every step of the job from start to finish. His crew is hard working and committed. The end result is beautiful.
It has been several months since our work was completed and all that was planted, installed and set up is growing and working wonderfully.

Juan and Alex came out to provide an estimate. They were communicative, punctual and upfront about their schedule (was few weeks out). Unlike other contractors that I met earlier, Juan and Alex listened to what we wanted, understood the requirements, provided an estimate which was the best I got and we were scheduled.

Throughout the project, Juan, Marcelo and rest of the crew were punctual, professional and showed a great work ethic. After the block fence was installed, we noticed cracks in several blocks purchased from HD. Without a thought, they demolished the wall, returned those blocks to HD and installed the fence again with new blocks from a different store. This dragged their timeline by a day or two yet they kept up their professionalism and work ethic. Juan was open to feedback/input in every aspect and suggested the right way to do things. It's hard to find people like him who derive satisfaction from the quality & outcome of their work, you will know this while working with him.

The block fence, pavers and drain for irrigation came out excellent, much better than I had imagined. Will give 10 stars and hire them again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for masonry work in the Phoenix area!

After consulting with 3 landscapers on renovating our yard, we chose Nick at Scape Tech because he was willing to listen to our needs. When the original price was too high for us, he came up with other ideas to meet our price range. He was honest from the start, reliable and as I hired others to renovate areas of our yard, everyone I came in contact with had high praises for Nick. Now the backyard is finished and the quality of work is outstanding! They finished in 2 days. He really knows his stuff about materials and is really creative with design!

This place has everything you need to build an amazing backyard. We all had such a great time looking around. The staff is very knowledgeable about all sorts of things. The selection of vegetation is immense and almost overwhelming. All the plants inside looked happy and healthy. I'm not an experienced plant person but I was not overwhelmed because they were there to help.

Juan is responsive and did a good job on my yard without any direction from me in person.  We only exchanged photos and texts.  He completed work on time for a fair price in this market.

Luis and his crew were amazing! They worked quickly and now as a result we have a beautiful yard. We went from having a dusty barren landscape to a luscious green yard in no time. Luis is very thorough and works hard to make sure his customers are happy. I am thrilled with the results. Thank you so much for creating our very own oasis.

I found Arizona Foundation Works through Yelp due to the many great reviews.

I filled out the form and Rick contacted me a day later, 9/25. He was very courteous and told me that he was very busy and the earliest he had available was 10/7 at noon. The appointment came and went, Rick didn't show! I called his phone and he told me that his office must have messed up the appointment since he was just leaving a client named Kent (my name is Ken). I asked if we could reschedule and he said he was very busy, but because he missed the appointment, he would try to accommodate me before he was leaving town for some work he had to do. I appreciated this!

He texted me that night and told me that he usually doesn't work on Sundays but could come by at 9am Sunday morning, since he wanted to make it right. Again, I appreciated this!

Sunday 9am came and went. I texted him if he was still coming. At 10:30am he texted me back that his equipment failed the day before and that he was finishing up some other work and that he would let me know whenever he was en route. I responded saying that I was sorry that his equipment failed, but I would have appreciated a heads up before our 9am meeting, not 1.5 hours after the appointment.

At this point I had lost my trust and told him he didn't have to come anymore.

I am cautious of people whose words don't match their actions.

I realize that my experience may not be the norm, especially reading all the other positive reviews. I just want to point out that my personal experience with Arizona Foundation Works has not been very good and hopefully it will help the company to improve their scheduling and communication, because we too have to sometimes make arrangements to be available at the scheduled time!
