From start to finish, we had such a wonderful experience with this company. They are highly knowledgeable with all their materials, recommended the best floor type for our family, needs, and lifestyle, while helping us get the best pricing. They have a great eye for design, and did such a clean, seamless job on the flooring throughout our home. I love how everything turned out. Amazing team! Do not go anywhere else!

Rick and Barry did a fantastic job on two bathroom remodels for us. We had some last minute additions to the scope of work and they accommodated without any issues at all. Their professionalism and knowledge are definitely top notch.We really had an awesome experience. We highly recommend them for any project you may have.

First of all, I will say that we are not yet finished with our Carefree, AZ remodel. Completion will be in early October and I will follow up with more then, but I think my experience so far is important to publish.

I contacted Mike George at the recommendation of another professional in the Phoenix area. I asked him to come and walk a property that I was buying that needed some updating here and there. Well, a little updating has come all the way to a full kitchen remodel (down to the studs and bare cement), new flooring in a few rooms, paint on every wall, walls were taken down, fireplaces completed remodeled, etc. It's BIG job in anyone's book! I will also tell you that this is not my first remodel. I've redone about a dozen homes, so I have a fair amount of experience, good and bad, with general contractors.

So, what can I say about Mike George and George Construction? He is the consummate professional. He commits and delivers. He is a man of few words. He listens to his client and doesn't always say yes. That's important because, in a remodel, the worse outcome is tearing something out and then realizing that it shouldn't have been torn out at all because the vision cannot be realized. He is not always the cheapest route but you can trust that if he says it will happen, it will.

For me, time is part of the spec! Sadly, on this project, I'VE been the one delaying the project, not George Construction. They work quickly, they keep the job site tidy, and when you walk in during a work day, you are likely to see 10+ people working in various rooms at the same time. That's a pretty tough challenge - directing multiple projects in one space so that the work gets done without interruption. I am not sure how he keeps the subcontractors so well organized but it works!

I highly recommend working with George Construction. More to come when we finish our super not-so-tiny (!) project!!

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

I think its fair to say that a large percentage of remodeling projects end with either a desire for divorce, to torch your contractors truck and office, or both. Not so with our most recent significant remodel,

Working with our contractor, Jerry Nowell, his office and the highly skilled and good natured subs he employed, resulted in an experience and outcome that surpassed our expectations. Jerry is a standup guy who was always keeping us updated on all aspects of the project including the good, the bad and, on occasional, ugly. If there were hold ups he was very quick to let us know why and what he had done to address the related issue.. No surprises. When we found ourselves questioning how we wanted to proceed on some aspect of the project, his experience and good eye proved invaluable in the decision process. On many occasions he helped steer us clear of making unnecessarily expensive decisions ,often showing greater concern for our stated budget than we.

Jerry has the unique gift of bringing calm to even the most hectic and potentially stressful aspects of the process. In short we can't recommend him highly enough and or begin to express our true gratitude for his professionalism, honesty and patience throughout the process. Jerry, Yvonne and all the subs, sincerest thanks.

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. My window job was small, (4 windows) but I am very pleased with  the quality, professional workmanship, and overall install experience.  Joseph and his crew were polite, knowledgeable, neat inside and outside my home. They were conscientious on all issues. I recommend this contractor!

A Very forthright and honest Contractor!  I was lucky enough to meet with Chris Schott regarding multiple business matters. He was prompt, courteous and always ready to be helpful. Additionally he will give you an honest assessment of your situation, and not deliberately hide anything for later. (a situation I experienced with a lesser company)

Very unprofessional they tricked me into getting work done that was not covered by my insurance... thus sticking me with the bill months later after they told me that it was indeed covered, taking advantage of me.  This must be there business model during a pandemic.

Our ceiling fan broke. JNB picked up a replacement and efficiently replaced the fan.  Thank you so much.

We are redoing the floors in our home and putting cabinets in a spare bedroom to create an office/craft room. We expect to spend $20,000-30,0000  I had to call 3 times before I reached someone (no one returned my calls)  Then I was told they charged $75.00 to come and look at the job and give an estimate. I live 18 miles away. I have had lots of people to our home and this is the only one that charged to come "this far".  Very disappointing

This review is for the estimate process only. Amanda came to my house and measured, listened to what I wanted for my remodel, and did what no one else did, which was to bring in some sample vanity doors and shower flooring samples. She responded to my emails quickly, was detailed in the estimate, and followed up in a phone call, showing that she really cared about my business. No other remodeler did that. While I wound up signing with another firm, I would definitely keep ABA in mind as an alternative for future work.

Qualizona... Haha they are hands down the absolute WORST contractor company in AZ (perhaps all of the USA!)

I could not agree more with your assessment of Qualizona - they are the definition of a SHAM (due to Mike).

HIGHLY encourage anyone seeking contractor support for any project, any project at all, to make sure to NOT select Qualizona. Don't even think about it - they will do EXACTLY what Cee T said - steal your deposit, if Mike's involved, lies upon lies upon lies will be the hallmark of your communication through out your full engagement (until you just suck it up as a potential customer and realize Mike does not & will not perform work at all - then walk away realizing a fiscal & time loss, feeling beyond very dissatisfied).

With Qualizona, the only work done if Mike is involved at all, will be Mike working to test your patience & most definitely 'work' on more lies to tell customers, as well as his ability to not add any value to any project he had committed to.

Mike - Please, please, please - reevaluate what you are doing to people's lives and their homes, as well as how you significantly contribute to the public's general distrust of contractors. We don't need any more negativity when we are searching for contractors to help fix problems that occur in our home's. You are the source of the problem, Mike.

Maybe find an entry level job (i.e. a janitor, where your work will be reviewed by a manager & not let the crap you pull continually slide).

Hassan - maybe you should do what Edge Restoration did & let Mike move on to something he is more suited for (entry level for sure & something which does not allow him to lie & victimize the public). Hopefully he hasn't yet done the inevitable & ruined your business!
