They replaced our carpet to vinyl and did an excellent job. In just about 5 hours everything was done nicely and they cleaned they finished. We are very happy with the work.

Rick changed a boring wall with a drab window into a beautiful back door with two smaller windows on either side, including a doggie door for my four-legged kids. The difference this has made in the way the room lights up, and the access to our backyard, is incredible. The design idea was his, we were just going to put in an arcadia door... BORING!! I used him again to replace our back patio cover and that combined with the new door/wall... I love my "new room".  His suggestions are creative and sensible and I am looking forward to using him to remodel my kitchen!

These guys are absolutely the best! They repaired my stucco fence walls and replaced fascia on the eaves of my house (even had to build a scaffolding over my pool to do so!). They were prompt, courteous, and professional in every way.

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. Awesome work on a difficult job replacing 50 year old steel frame windows set in brick. Joe and his team did it right the first time, they were able to save the original tile on the sills due to their care and diligence. Good people who take care to do high quality work, cleaned up everything well as they went.  We scored to have them do this job!

I meet Chris through a realtor's design person who recommended Chris Schott Development to spruce up our kitchen with new back splash and tiling of a fireplace.   He sent the best tile man I have ever seen hang tile.  It was perfectly done, neat, and not over the top expensive.  It looks beautiful and it made the whole room look fresh and updated.  

Then I wanted to remodel our bathroom.  Afraid of the cost for such a large remodel, I asked around and called some recommended contractors, two of which never showed up and one who came by but then never returned my calls or sent a bid to do the remodel.  

So, I called Chris. He and Aaron arrived in short order taking in all my ideas (some pretty silly I am sure) and we talked through all the possibilities.   Chris and Aaron paid so much attention to detail and took the extra time to explain how and why things needed to selected or installed in a certain manner in the bathroom.

Chris and his team helped me with this remodel during a very difficult family time and showed great compassion.  Chris's team instinctively understand my struggles with selecting colors, making decisions on lights, and tile yet they remained patient and understanding.  

They are an extremely professional and talented team of hard working honest man. They were prompt, very neat making sure everything was covered, and they went way beyond the scope of the job to make sure I was happy with the end results.  The bathroom turned out very elegant.  I am so proud to show it to very one. Of course, taking people into your master bath is a little strange I suppose.

Chris and Aaron often helped with extra items without any additional cost.  The Schott Development firm has a great deal of integrity and drive to severe their customers in a fair and cost efficient manner.

I would recommend them to anyone for any construction project.

Had them come out to my home, sat at my table, discussed the project, took measurements etc.  Said they'd have a quote in 3 days.  Coming onto almost two weeks and no responses to my follow ups.  I imagine how it would be if they had my money.  If you are the type of person who loves having their time wasted, these guys are for you.

Our ceiling fan broke. JNB picked up a replacement and efficiently replaced the fan.  Thank you so much.

We are redoing the floors in our home and putting cabinets in a spare bedroom to create an office/craft room. We expect to spend $20,000-30,0000  I had to call 3 times before I reached someone (no one returned my calls)  Then I was told they charged $75.00 to come and look at the job and give an estimate. I live 18 miles away. I have had lots of people to our home and this is the only one that charged to come "this far".  Very disappointing

ABA just completed two bathrooms in my home. The workmanship was quality but it took a long time to get some products. All workers that came to our home were pleasant and accommodating to our wishes. We recommend this company.

I'm a retired builder, and I know good work and good service when I see it. For every step of the way in my water damage repair project, Qualizona's attention to detail and customer satisfaction/communications  were exceptional. Keep up the good work, guys!
