American Solar & Roofing began in January of 2001 with a bold vision and a passion to radically change the way Arizonans thought about the energy they use and to give them the power of choice. Sean Seitz and Will Herndon founded the company and assembled a team of rock-star professionals who shared their passion and independence, and who were committed to delivering a first-class experience for customers at every step. Then in 2008, propelled by their success, the company expanded by adding roofing to its portfolio of services. It was a natural progression in an industry where a roof's integrity is vital to any successful solar installation. American Solar is alright, and although they haven't been perfect the overall experience has been good.

This is what it boils down to for me, and why I did it...

The entirety of my re-roof and solar system was financed at 2.99%. For what amounts to 83 dollars per month for 10 years I got a 4 kw system and a 30 year asphalt shingle roof. The company, Enerbank, which did the financing has been fantastic... seriously. The loan is very basic, and communication with them has been easy. The system is generating between 6 and 8 kw per day right now, which is actually an excess, so this month I expect to have no electricity bill. The system should generate, on average, about 70 dollars worth of electricity monthly, which basically makes the 83 dollar per month payment a wash.
In the interest of full disclosure, here is a list of things that haven't been perfectly awesome about them so far.

1.) After the first rain the roof they installed leaked a little. I heard drips above my kitchen ceiling. I sent a text to the project manager and she responded immediately, and was all apologies. She sent the roofing foreman out to the house and he did a thorough walkover while it was raining, and corrected what he believed to be the issue. He gave me his card with his personal cell to contact him if there were any further issues.

2.) The solar system was initially "hooked up wrong" and they had to come rewire the whole thing. I lost 3 days worth of power generation during that time. Dunno what was up with that.

During both fuck-ups their response was excellent, though, and so I'm confident that if I do have any other issues that they'll respond well.

So, if you're looking for solar, and/or you need a new roof, give Steve a call and at least let him do an estimate. They're zero pressure so it won't be awkward or uncomfortable. Tell them Tim Grossano referred you, and then tell me you called, so I can bug them about my gift card.

PS - Oh yeah, there is a big tax credit. My system was up and running by Dec 20th and Jenny is getting an extra 3900 dollars in her tax return this year. Bonus.

We are really pleased with the work done on our Roof project this summer in preparation for the solar installation.   Jesus Valtieraa and his team did great work  and Jesus was also keeping us informed of the progress at our house in Sun City West as we were away for the summer.

Some of the reviews about this company that we trust and have used in the past are disturbing and I may have thought twice not gone with them again if  were not for the great experience with them back in 2013. It seems they do have a personal turn over problem. But so do a lot of companies presently.

I chose them again because of the outstanding job on our Festival home. This time our install was delayed 45 days or so, and they were not really responsive at first. That's why I dinged them one star. But now that the install is done and Ben & Amen did a fantastic install job, as well and Jesus and the roofing crew, I can only hope that it all works the way it is intended as before.

The system was inspected today by Peoria and passed with flying colors. I am impressed with the layout design, the roof work, and even down to the tags on the equipment they installed. Although the roof is not yet finished looks great so far. Jose' our project manager is now communicating almost daily and is a great guy to work with.

I know some folks have had trouble according to the reviews, but not all customers have had issues. It seems to me they are trying to live up to everyone's expectations including their own. I can recommend American Solar and Roofing based on now two installs since 2013. I am sure they are striving every day to give all customers the best value for their money stand behind their work. These are trying times for all companies and I have confidence that they will continue to treat us right. Way to go ASAR !!

Most people write to complain if they are unhappy if they are satisfied they do nothing. I've had some concerns with American Solar.  However, there are some bright stars at the company that are dedicated to customer service.  Jesus the roofing coordinator has been wonderful in trying to accommodate my needs and resolving issues. He has gone above and beyond my expectations.

Adam has been great in terms of managing the whole process and Taneya in the back office has been most helpful in helping with the billing/payment aspects of the project.  They all have been responsive to my concerns- and have all worked hard to keep me apprised to what's happening with my project.

American installed our solar and we are very pleased. Recently I called to ask if there was a user tool so that I could monitor performance before something went really bad. They said there was but a tech would have to come to my house to set it up. The kicker is they want $250 for the a service call. I think that is crazy. $250 for a service call! I am in the wrong profession.

I am looking to put solar on a new home. Spend almost 1.5 hours on the phone with Sean S, very knowledgeable! He said he would put something together and let me know. I told him this was the start of looking for an  installer and LG were the panels I wanted. Told him I was going to be calling other installers for quotes (who wouldn't on such a large purchase) and to me he was questioning why I would do that but this is an obvious answer especially after seeing all the Yelp reviews and cost of course. I emailed him asking if made any progress on an estimate and never heard back. I emailed Taneya and told her never mind, I will NOT be  going with American Solar and Roofing. If the COO can't bother to respond to emails from a potential customer I hate to see how they treat current customers.

My neighbor let me know about a rebate offer concerning the failure of the type of existing solar panels I have on my home and recommended I go to this company to have my panels evaluated to take advantage of the rebate towards new panels if the current solar panels are failing to do what they are supposed to.  I went on a zoom call regarding the process and requested a free inspection from the person who conducted the zoom call.  I emailed several times and nobody EVER contacted me.  That was back in late fall of last year.  Today I finally received a voice message asking if I still wanted to move forward.  IF IT TAKES SIX MONTHS TO HAVE SOMEONE CALL OR EMAIL ME as a potential customer to buy new panels, I certainly don't want to find out how they treat you once they have sold you something.  Sorry, just can't get over the fact I asked multiple times months ago for the inspection and they couldn't bother responding.

Our experience with American Solar and Roofing was a nightmare. We have a fairly new home with solar panels that were poorly installed by American Solar and Roofing (ASAR), which later caused multiple roof leaks.

Last year, our ceiling started leaking right underneath the solar panels, in our bedroom. We called American Solar (Darcy), and the roofing supervisor came to check it out. Initially, Jesus (the roofing supervisor) and I were looking above the wrong area which made it seem like it wasn't under the solar panels. I then had multiple companies inspect it, and they ALL showed proof that it was under the solar panels and the damage was caused by the solar company.

(When ASAR installed the panels, they relocated the attic and bathroom vents and didn't seal them properly and they weren't up to code. There are also multiple saw cuts into the underlayment. These were all causes of the roof leaks that we've yet to get fixed.)

At that point, I called Darcy back and she sent Jesus back out, who then realized the problem is indeed underneath the solar panels and the leak was caused by the solar installation. He then had the solar supervisor come and they "fixed" the problem and told us it shouldn't leak anymore.

After a few weeks, it rained again and the ceiling underneath the panels leaked worse than ever. I called Darcy, who got in touch with Jesus, who called us and informed us he would come out when it's dried up and told us they would get it taken care of. Darcy later sent a rather surprising email letting us know they are not going to fix the damage and they weren't the cause.

Although multiple companies have showed us that the leak was caused by the solar panel installation, we are back at square one.

Now that we have to pursue this legally, we have found that there are multiple lawsuits against ASAR.

We had a serious leak and we had another company come out several times and they were unable to diagnose or fix the issue. Today we had American Solar and Roofing come out before the next big rainstorm and we were visited by the owner, Sean. He was able to diagnose the problem and we are so excited to finally get this leak fixed!!

Very disappointing experience. We first installed solar with this company in 2009 and were happy with the work and the company. We had to replace the roof in 2020 so called American Solar again. We should have checked their reviews first. The panels were supposed to be installed first week in Dec 2020, but they came with the wrong clips. Then we waited weeks without even getting a response which caused a lot of anxiety. The job was finally completed the 3rd week of March. They came many days but only were on site 5 or 5 1/2 hours. Then inverter and DC disconnect had to be replaced....more delays. I gave them a 2 because they did finally get everything installed and working after 3 months. Three employees we had contact with left the company during that time.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This company is NOT customer oriented and has not honored their warranty. We had American Solar and Roofing install a solar setup and complete Re roofing. We recently noted a leak with water damage on the ceiling in our garage. We repeatedly called and finally one of their people did come out and he did find the source of the leak. He determined that the roof was still under way and repaired the leak. He suggested that we wait until after our Arizona monsoon rainy season to be sure the leak was successfully repaired and have the company paint the garage ceiling if the leak was successfully repaired. The rainy season is now long over and I have been calling repeatedly to get the ceiling painted and the job done. I have called repeatedly but American Solar let's the phone ring off the hook without answering. On rare occasion I did get through to their answering machine but calls were never returned as promised. I finally did get through to a human who said that she'd have someone call to schedule the work but no one has called and it's been well over a week. Enough. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  Next stop, the Better Business Bureau and the Recorder of Contractors.

If I could leave less than one star I absolutely would. The only positive experience I've had with this company was when I was originally quoted (and lied to) by the co owner Sean Seitz. I have reached out several time per the warranty contract to get my issues resolved over the last year. My project remains unfinished after a full  year, I have birds living underneath my panels(you would think a roofing company could accommodate all kinds of roofs with their critter), my system is underperforming, and I paid for a product I never even received. Do not waste your time, energy, and effort on anything with these guys or you will have to find a lawyer like I have to get some answers. GO ELSEWHERE.

***Brittany I have been calling your office during business hours for over a year and I've been told that someone will call me back but here we are. Additionally I still have Unresponded to emails. A resolution for all outstanding issues is greatly appreciated. I talked to someone in March about the critter guard and neurio system and still waiting on an effective resolution

*** update, the company has again ghosted me. And my project remains incomplete, now after 18 months. Do not waste your time or energy on this joke of a company. They came and dropped off a useless tablet 4 months ago and I haven't heard from them since.

American Solar & Tile installed their solar system in June, 2019 & had been the only company on our roof. March, 2020 heavy rains came & noticed a  leak. Reached out several times to American Solar to repair. 2 installers came, claimed it wasn't their fault & refused (still under warranty) to replace broken tiles. Called 2 other companies to get bids & both companies agreed the broken tiles were from solar install, as attached pictures will confirm. Additional fees were required to have tiles replaced.

Update: It has now been 2.5 months. American Solar has broken their service and warranty contract and legal action is being taken against them.

Update: It has now been 2 MONTHS and they STILL haven't replaced the broken, warrantied converter! NO SOLAR POWER FOR TWO FRIGGIN' MONTHS. And, nobody answers or calls back! Time to get a lawyer involved!

If I could give this company zero stars that's where I would rate them. Their company provides zero customer service. They never follow up with any of their customers and when there is something malfunctioning prepare for a long wait (I'm not taking weeks, I'm talking months)We definitely will not be using this company for any future service needs either! The company reply to my review came two years after my review was written so their customer service team is about as fast as their service department. Take your money to a company who values and wants to keep their customers. You won't find that at American solar that's for sure!

My Wifi connecting the sunny portals system recently changed. American Solar had installed y system in early 2018. Contacted american solar so a tech could walk me through reconnecting but they said a tech needed to visit my home for a charge of $350.  Good news is manufacturer contacted me and walked me through the process. Disappointed with response from American solar service department

This is my second experience with American.  They installed a solar array for me 5 years ago and that was the best experience ever.  I went back to them for a new roof since they were able to manage the solar part as well.  Things got off to a rocky start because coordination between the solar side and the roofing group was wanting.  Then the roofing group was impacted by weather delays so the roof was an "on again/off again" job that took extra days because of waiting.  However, once the coast was clear the work moved on smoothly.  The team did an excellent job and each day did such a good job policing the grounds that you would never have known anyone was there.  That's one thing I like about American, they are very conscientious about keep the grounds free of debris, roofing nails and whatever.   I strongly recommend American Solar and Roofing.

We've finally gone live as of 15 February. The system is generating, but well below predicted values: for every day that it meets expectation, there are four days when it comes nowhere close. Whether it gets better as we move through spring and into pre-monsoon remains to be seen.

Our house was purchased new in 2004.  American Solar and Roofing (American Solar Electric) Installed our Solar electric system in 2010,  Since then the Solar-electric system has operated flawlessly. Because they had done such a fine job on our solar install, I asked them to come out and repair/re-install some roofing tiles that had come loose during last years monsoon season.  

The company representative was at my house around 9am and finished in about an hour or so with some small additional work to be done the next morning..They did a fine job and left no mess.  The representative was very professional.  Based on my experience, I have no hesitation in recommending them for solar installations and roofing repair.

I echo what Brad N. said. I had American Solar & Roofing install my solar panels this spring. The cost was a over $16,000. Originally, I was going to finance through GreenSky. Then I signed a change order to pay in cash to avoid the over $2000 in finance fees. I paid over $18k in full, and AS&R agreed in writing to cancel the loans and return GreenSky finance fees.  The problem is AS&R never refunded the loans.

Now over 3 months after payment in full, AS&R, specifically VP Sean Seitz, has bounced two checks for $17k to rectify the issue.

AS&R has taken and spent my cash payment ($18k) and I still have outstanding loans with GreenSky for over $17k. So for $16k in solar panels, I have paid $18k in cash and have $17k in loans.

I have never dealt with a more corrupt contractor.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We had our solar installed last year and so far we had a bad inverter that took a month to remedy. And it has since stopped working again. I had them come back to check it out and haven't heard from Laurie in service since the visit. We were not home at the time of the service so we couldn't speak with the tech at that time to see what the next steps are to fix it. . I've called and left multiple messages for her. No call back. We are still without working solar and there seems to be no end in sight. We paid $25,0000 cash for our system and have no power to show for it. I would not reccomend this company.

Contacted AS&R for a quote for solar roof install and they came back with lowest price and highest output.  Sounds good but I need to do some research.

I read their reviews on indeed and glassdoor... yikes!  Not paying employees on time (no direct deposit because money isn't being managed well), very high turnover, company focused on profits over customers, etc.

Read some of the other yelp reviews, poor customer service.  I just had one of their sales agents call me, I asked him to hold on while I pull up the quote, maybe 2 minutes later he just hangs up on me.

Not a company worth dropping $15k+ into.  STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.  Looks like you get what you pay for, the lowest bidder is rarely the best.

When I think about American Solar, I think about a company that did everything they promised when it came to installing our solar panels, and they did it in a timely fashion.  They kept us informed throughout the entire process, and were quick to get back to us with any subsequent questions. Best of all, our solar panels are producing about 20% more power than what we were quoted, so our system is expected to actually produce more energy than we consume throughout a given year! We're extremely satisfied with the work of American Solar and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone interested in solar energy.

Update: A year after installation, these panels did produce just under 20% MORE THAN what we were guaranteed, and we're more than satisfied with how the whole process played out. Solar power is a GREAT investment in cleaner energy, and for your wallet as well. Thank You, American Solar!

I called in with a service issue on 9/3 and the customer service rep was friendly enough BUT was unable to provide me an answer as to when a service person could come out.  Each time I was promised a phone call back within 24 hrs and each time I had to call.  After 3 calls I asked to speak to the customer service manager - the front desk told me that person left the company and they don't have a replacement yet.  She also told me that a manager would call me back - no call.  It is now 9/11 and I contacted the manufacturer of the converter who was able to help me over the phone and provide another solar contractor.   Will not use American Solar again.  So sad - all it would have taken was a phone call to provide status......

After posting the previous review, I was contacted by Brittney, who said she was new with the company.  She was most-responsive to my grievance and promised a resolution.  She worked hard to get my referral fee through the company red tape.  Although it took her a few months, she paid my referral fee to me with apologies.  Excellent service recovery on her part!  I am almost 4 years with my solar system and I am very happy with the system.  My electric bills are about 20 bucks a month in fees and taxes.  Most pleased with the solar generation and the sizing of the system was brilliant!

I emailed in from the website and received a call from Cory later that afternoon.  He updated me on the current metering plans SRP has and the ways the industry is trying to get away from their heavy handed approach to keep people from saving themselves money.  I look forward to exploring more solar options once the battery technology is available.

At the end of the day, we are glad we chose American Solar for the quality of their work, the professionalism and execution of the roofing and panel installers and the price of the installation.

There were some areas where we felt the organization could improve. We needed both roofing work and solar installation and while they present as one company doing the work, the bid process and the cross-functional knowledge of the teams was not evident on several occasions.

We spent a lot more time going back and forth with the office staff than we would have liked.  Also, we had to deal with various different people on the project who were not coordinated, we were misinformed as to the extent of the project and the billing department issued us several incorrect bills, then changed the way they applied a discount, which ultimately negatively impacted our overall tax deduction.

All in all - the outcome was that we have an aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound installation that was very competitively priced, although we paid more than we originally anticipated.  We wish there had been fewer headaches to get to the outcome, but the product delivered was sound and delivered on time.  I would recommend a friend to them if they were in the market but with those caveats.

BEWARE, these guys are not honest! I think they are about to go broke. We used American Solar to install our solar several years ago and were happy with the experience. They offer a referral fee of $350 and have referred a couple of people over the years and been paid quickly. Our friends used American Solar about a year ago. American Solar acknowledged that they would pay us the referral fee. We followed up several times in the past year about the check and finally received it a couple weeks ago. One problem, IT BOUNCED! What kind of company bounces $350 checks to good customers? Now we are out the fee plus $35 not to mention that we already send half the check amount to our friends.  Sean Seitz  is the CFO/part owner and he will not take or return our calls. THIS IS NOT NORMAL BEHAVIOR FOR A QUALITY COMPANY.

I chose this company based on a neighbor's recommendation. Although he seems to like to overpay from what I can see with other projects. Not that that really really matters, except maybe he doesn't do much research.
Anyways, about American:
Daren was my salesman's name, he happens to not be there as of this writing and last week was his last week. Interestingly enough.
He was great, very helpful, very knowledgeable and very transparent.

On to the scheduling and real issues here at hand. I scheduled the roof reinstall with regards to timing that would work well for my family. They show up early and make a lot of noise obviously. So I asked that it be started Monday 10-12-2015.

They showed up last Friday 10-09-2015, at 630am or so, waking up my whole house. Ringing the doorbell, where we have a sign that says "don't ring doorbell, babies sleeping". I have two young kids and don't need my kids woken by salesmen etc.
Strike one.

Then they turned off my solar panels, against my agreement. My wife saw them and asked what they were doing and they told her. She came back and told me.
I then received a phone call from their new project manager, orig one left company too,  (another sign?) , two guys leaving the company so soon into my contract, hmm?
He says yea we need to take off your solar panels today and they will come back on Monday and start your roof. This was never agreed upon.
Strike 2

So they expected me to have my panels sitting on the ground for 3 days losing energy production and costing me money.

I told project manager it wasn't acceptable. They called back and all a sudden they turned my power back on and left.
I never heard back until after 5pm that night, Friday. Their director of Ops emailed saying they will look into it basically.

Monday 10-12 they were obviously supposed to be here, and no one showed up, no one called, NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible service.
Again my family planned AROUND this for weeks. This is a major disturbance to have a $16,000 roof re-done. And no one shows up, no one calls, no communications.

Now I finally get an email at 4pm today and the director of ops, doesn't answer his emails, numerous phone calls until now. He cancels the contract, with NO EXPLANATION.
I have now called him many times, and his manager , who is the owner as well.

Emails, calls to accounts payable, director of OPS, and the CEO fell on deaf ears for days.
Finally she calls the cops, and doesn't get me my refund in a reasonable amount of time.
They had no problem running my credit card very quickly, but a refund, "oh that has to go thru a process". BS, refund the CC, takes 20 seconds. Stalling and keeping my money in bad faith.

They aren't interested in customer service, cancelled my contract in BAD FAITH, with NO communication and for what reason? None given.

I believe they probably overbooked, and didn't need my business. Mind you I signed the contract in JUNE!!!!!!!!

One very unhappy customer who will find another company who I am sure will be happy to take my $$!

A little more expensive but went with company because of the time the salesman spent with us and explained things. Roof was done poorly since my husband was a roofer years ago and knew what to look at and didnt let the salesman get away with his "why" it was done that way answers. I bet if it was just me-a woman who knows nothing about roofing- would have gotten taken advantage of. The company did however tear the whole roof off and redid it in a timely manner. Would not use again since trust was lost. Had high hopes-loved the salesman.

I have been a customer for over 4 years now. When I got my quote for installation, it was very competitive. In fact, it was the best, so was nervous at first. After four years of service, I can say without reservation, this is one of the best out there! They sell good parts, they install them correctly the first time, and they stand behind their products!!!!

I just had an inverter go bad. One call is all it took. Someone came out promptly, determined the problem. The inverter was replaced as soon as it came in. Done! No muss no fuss. I feel bad that I didn't rate them sooner. I HIGHLY recommend them if you are thinking of solar.

Do not use this company.  They installed our Solar and our Roofing. We have leaks in our roof. I have a signed contract and gave them a deposit to have the roof fixed in October of 2018. They ignore most of  my emails and calls. Extremely unprofessional and on the brink of declaring bankruptcy.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! On 09/18/2018 I committed to these crooks. My schedule for a roof to be installed was for the first week of November per our contract. I have been bumped on the schedule twice without any consideration of my time and needs for this to be done. Originally scheduled for the first week of November, I had zero communication from the company as to the exact date work was going to be started... On Thursday November 1st, I called the sales person (Kirk Hettesheimer) and kindly asked what the schedule looked like for my project. He was confused as to why I hadn't been scheduled too. He promised to have someone reach out to me that day... This begins my frustration as I was only looking to have my scheduled appointment for which we jointly committed to a month and a half prior by charging me $4523.32 confirmed. I received no call all day... Friday 11/02/2018 I called Debbie at the "customer service" number to inform them that I wish to cancel my contract as I clearly was not an important client for them. On Monday 11/05 I did receive a message from both Kirk and someone in the scheduling department stating that I was on the schedule for November 19th.(Clearly not the first week of November) Content with that, I did not proceed with my cancel request. I wait the two more weeks and on Friday November 16th, "Esther" calls me from the company telling me that I'm now scheduled for December 29th... Really???? I told Esther that I wanted to cancel and to not schedule this time. She said that she would send an email to the owners and they would call me back. I still never heard from the owners or anyone else. I have spoken to Debbie a few times on the phone expressing my dissatisfaction to her. She keeps telling me that she is also going to have the owner call me. On 11/19/2018 Debbie and I had this conversation and again she told me someone was going to call me. I'm still waiting for this call... I have made and re-made arrangement for this project to be completed to avoid disturbing my family. It is now January 2nd, 2019 and I have once again left a message for "John" in accounting and spoke to Debbie again... To only get the runaround some more saying she will "pass on my message"... Meanwhile they still have my deposit...

I left a service message on Thursday and did not receive a response until I CALLED back and pushed a little hard.  After I heard back from them the solar system went back on and the service mgr told me to call back and gave me the direct line if the system failed again.  Two hours later I went out to check on the system and it was back down and when I called the DIRECT LINE number given me all I got was answering machine.  I tried to reach the service person through the main number and still no call.  My solar system is down and no one to help.  Terrible customer service both response and contacting looking for help.  The excuse I received "they had to fire someone that didn't work out."  It is not the customers problem that they had to fire someone and leave customers high and dry.

Great company for roofing. I also assume for solar because they were recommended by a neighbor they did solar for. Ultimately we got quotes from 5 companies for a new roof and picked these guys mostly because our neighbor recommended them and to us, they seemed the most honest, which is a big deal. They also had the most knowledge and selection of new materials to reduce our electric bills. They weren't the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. Also, we didn't trust the cheaper bids at all. Our last roof leaked because the builder's roofer took short cuts, which of course they argued with us about. These guys were very professional and made sure it was done right and on-time. Our new roof looks very high-end and "classy" like my wife says. And in the first 3 months (summer months) we've already seen a $280 reduction in our utility bill over the same time period last year. So although we don't have solar and didn't use them for solar, it definitely pay off going with a roofing company that also does solar. They knew a lot about reducing the electric bills. We have already recommended them and will keep doing it.

Very happy with the job American Solar did installing my system.  I went with a "inset array" which looks really great, and does not require critter guards.  Staff that installed the system was very professional, and they cleaned up after themselves each work day.  I can't say anything negative, the project went that well.

I am somewhat satisfied with the solar work they did for me, but I found them very difficult to deal with, and it took forever (12 weeks) to complete. The work was left partially complete for quite sometime and didn't bother to tell me when they would be back to complete with work. Then one day the crew just showed up while we were away. The solar system works great, but I think that has more to do with the equipment rather than the installation. I regret having chosen them for my solar work and would recommend to others that they do more due diligence and shop around more before settling with this company.

Very poor customer service and follow through! If you have a problem with a repair DO NOT expect them to get back to you! They ignore phone calls once they know your number and you will never get anywhere. Promises, promises. Don't expect much from this company! We were charged for work that was not done, waited countless hours and no one showed up to fix the issues they never addressed the first time. The most frustrating experience we've ever had , Ridiculous!  They have put us in a very stressful situation as we will have to hire someone else to fix the problem. This has been going on since JUNE!!  We should get get our money back!
