Great work!  Alex came out quickly and gave a reasonable estimate for some tile repair on our roof.  His guys came out a few days later and did a great job.  Timely.  No surprise charges.  Wearing masks.  Even secured a few tiles that we did not discuss, just to make sure the job was done.  This company is my first call.

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Stellar work. Ruben and his crew has preeettty much given our family's home almost a complete facelift. Total kitchen renovation, floor installation, paint, rebuilt our closet, installed lights, doorbell, floor trim, pergola (I'm sure there's more). We are having him redo our bathroom, fire place and a handful of other projects. Super good dude, solid family man and very busy. Glad to have Ruben on our side as home owners for sure.

Luke and his team were very professional and experienced with our bathroom remodels. I felt the price quoted was competitive and they were able to stay on schedule to the best of their ability. I was happy with our finished product and all aspects of my project were completed to my liking. I highly recommend Dwell House for your remodeling needs.

Have known the owner for a while, but this was the first time I've actually used his business for handyman services.  The project was a dishwasher installation (remove old, install new).  It was completed without a hitch!  Eddie was on time, did an excellent job, verified everything was OK, and cleaned up afterward.

Please do not hesitate to use this company!

There is a reason there are several 1* reviews here. Jerry is full of excuses and does sub-par work. We hired him based on a reference he did for a friend's bathroom; they said he is very slow, but does good work. We had a larger job, a kitchen, family room and tile work. He assured us he could do the job, and the work on his website looked good. We should have checked more references. The reality is that Jerry may be ok at bathrooms, but he does none of the work himself. His two sons do the work at a snails pace, and Jerry runs around all day doing nothing except creating elaborate invoices for work and materials that he may or may not have provided, without providing full details of charges, and full or errors and smokescreens. When you ask him about the errors, that are obvious he becomes combative and asks if you think he is trying to rip you off, which is absolutely the case! He later admits to the errors with little apology, and does it again a week later. He brings sub-contractors on the job to do work without notice; you never see their invoices of course. You get no notice of who they are or ability to check them out and are stuck. We later found out a dustless tile removal company did not even offer that service. Another company was also a disaster; both left AWFUL messes in our home. Electrical work done by Jerry's crew was completed all wrong; they left outlets live and exposed. They could not figure out basic plumbing in a kitchen. At one point he said What the F*#! is a potfiller?  What kitchen remodel contractor does not know that?
In a short time we realized Jerry was in over his head, was not qualified, and was truly ripping us off, but we felt stuck. However, by the 3rd week when he presented his 5th updated invoice that was impossible to reconcile, Jerry got rude and belligerent with us on the phone and told us to find another contractor. We were happy to be rid of him and have spent months finding honest workers to finish our remodel. Unfortunately, he of course owes a refund on money paid to him for work he never did, and we have had to pay others to have work corrected and completed from his disastrous work. Stay away from Jerry, he is awful!

Said it would take 2 or 3 days. It took almost three months. These are not the people you want if a licensed contractor is your desire, I found no license. They wanted to be paid early when work was still incomplete. Countless repairs of punch list items did occur but over a long time. This is two guys and their dad...not as pro as website looks. Work was just ok and some aspects were just unprofessional. The shower door was warped and did not close properly. They flipped it around to make it work with the warped door still in place until I wanted it replaced. Professional corner cutters.

We are extremely happy with the work Bill & his entire crew did installing our travertine flooring throughout our entire home. They had incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail. We will definitely use Tintas Granite & Flooring in the future again!

I became aware of this business when I decided I needed a walk-in shower for safety reasons installed in my guest bathroom. They had an ad in a community magazine delivered to my house monthly. I called, they sent Rob out to do a presentation, he gave me a price which was better then others I'd received plus his product was stylish compared to others I'd reviewed. I signed the deal in early December.  Joe came out to do the final measurements and take pictures about a week later. Start date was to be late December to early January.  Job started on time with one hitch. The pictures Joe showed Chris, the installer, were of someone else's bathroom, not mine. Mine was much more complicated to tear out then what Chris had prepared for. Chris arranged for the office to send out 3 guys to take out my old tub and shower. Only one showed up. In any case the old was torn out, and Chris got started on the installation. He was a master craftsman. Marvelous work. Only one other hitch occurred. The shower door company put the wrong color trim in the box. That took a couple of days to get the right trim to my place. The end result is absolutely beautiful. I'm so proud of that shower, and it has so much utility I'm happy to write this review. Wish I would've done it sooner.

I had a really wonderful experience with BBG for my kitchen remodel.   They were very attentive and willing to answer any questions I had.  

I'd requested bids from a few other places and I felt like I was being pushed into the same cookie cutter design choices for nearly twice the cost.  Jason understood my ideas and helped me find ways to acheive the look I wanted that fit within my budget.  This kind of personalized professionalism is rare these days and I am so happy I found Built By Grace.  

When they were in my home they were respectful, clean and trustworthy.  They arrived on time and the project was completed on schedule.  Don't know how else to say it, but I was more than impressed through and through.

Needless to say, when I am ready to tackle my master bathroom I will definitely be calling them again.

There were a couple very positive things that came out of this.

Enrique responded rapidly and was able to help me upon short notice. The work he did exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied with the physical nature of the work he did.

However, his payment structure and lack of payment system is quite bothersome. There was no clarity as to how I should structure payment so I had to be the one to suggest how to proceed with payment. He suggested I pay through Western Union which is something I've yet to be asked.

After completing the job, he then proceeded to pester me for payments even though I was busy completing my own work during the weekend. Without even letting 24 hours pass, he was contacting my friend, who was helping me, trying to follow up for payment. I thought I had made a payment within that time frame, but in my business, the transaction was not confirmed via PayPal.

Within 36 hours of the completion of the job, he sent me a lien notice stating that he would charge an extra $400 on the job. Note that this all took place over the weekend when most people are not conducting financial transactions.

The lack of professionalism and the ambiguity of the contract services need to remedied. I am a specific situation since I am remote and not located physically in Arizona. Those who choose to contract in person will likely not have to deal with such circumstances. However, those not located physically in Arizona need to be aware. My intention had never been to not pay for services and to be treated as such within less than 36 hours is completely unprofessional

Bob is a true craftsman and takes pride in his work. His tiling work was of great quality, with a quick turnaround, and a reasonable price. His knowledge and experience easily surpassed the others we considered. Call Bob, you won't be disappointed.

The consultant started out very nice and then became very pushy with propaganda videos and would not give us a itemized breakdown of the renovations. When the quote did present it was over double our budget (which she didn't even ask about) and she immediately started pushing for a down payment and credit checks. When we asked for some time to go over numbers she became very nasty and dismissive with us and packed her stuff so quickly it was uncomfortable. There is no way it should cost over $20,000 for a fiberglass tub, vanity, and vinyl flooring.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
