This is a review on my experience with the company. 3 weeks ago my landlord scheduled the company to come to my apartment and correct peeling bath/ shower combo surfaces. I was out of town and unaware there would be paint being sprayed in my apartment. I came back to my belongings not just covered in dust from sanding but PAINT! I informed my landlord and they told me to educate the contractor on what the damages were. When Ardi came to my apartment he was very dismissive and repeatedly told me my belongings were covered in plastic. This may have been but obviously the plastic was loosely placed. All paint in air went under the plastic and coated our tables, chair, tv, sound bar, and a spot in carpet. The sound bar you can see appears to have had the plastic up against it so the paint dripped down and created this type of pattern. Ardi was able to remove the paint on my chair and carpet, while I had to scrub our wood tables and furniture for hours to remove the residue. We were UNABLE to remove the paint from our sound bar and tv. Nothing was done financially or otherwise to compensate for damages that could not be fixed. My suggestion to anyone thinking of using Chromatic Coatings is that you continuously watch the work being done, wear a mask or whatever you have to do to ensure your belongings are not damaged. Remove your property completely or ensure that they are covered in plastic and taped down with no air flow inside. This was very disappointing to come home to this mess after a summer vacation, when I had left my place very clean.

Very fast. Very friendly. Very honest. I feel certain if I'd called a large roofing company, I would've been talked into a new roof. Instead, I saved thousands by their doing a restoration, including 7 year warranty.

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

James is very personable & professional.  He does great work in a timely manner.

Stellar work. Ruben and his crew has preeettty much given our family's home almost a complete facelift. Total kitchen renovation, floor installation, paint, rebuilt our closet, installed lights, doorbell, floor trim, pergola (I'm sure there's more). We are having him redo our bathroom, fire place and a handful of other projects. Super good dude, solid family man and very busy. Glad to have Ruben on our side as home owners for sure.

Luke and his team were very professional and experienced with our bathroom remodels. I felt the price quoted was competitive and they were able to stay on schedule to the best of their ability. I was happy with our finished product and all aspects of my project were completed to my liking. I highly recommend Dwell House for your remodeling needs.

I have used The Scottsdale Handyman for years. When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem &  the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. From fixing irrigation to installing toilet & such, Eddie can do it all. I have found that there is no job too small or too large for The Scottsdale Handyman!

Jesus was great! Work was done on time and for the agreed amount. Couldn't ask for better. He even stuck it out through a bit of nonsense with the neighbor about the block wall/fence location. Would highly recommend!

August 24,2019 Signed SW Restoration contract and cut a sizable deposit check for a bathroom remodel project that Was to start 8 weeks later. With a completion date of November 8th (guaranteed with $500 credit if not completed on time-per contract)Not hearing form Jerry, I reached out to him shortly before agreed to start date. It was then I was informed Jerry was pushing back start date another 7 weeks. Waiting nearly 3 months to get a project started was too much for me to accept, so I let him know I needed to go with another contractor and needed my deposit returned. That was 2 1/2weeks ago and I'll I'm getting is excuses, about why I don't have my money. Horrible experience!

I'm pleased to report, Jerry came through on his promise to refund my deposit. I felt it important I update my previous post, with this new information. Jerry is a man of his word! Not something you can say about all contractors.

Said it would take 2 or 3 days. It took almost three months. These are not the people you want if a licensed contractor is your desire, I found no license. They wanted to be paid early when work was still incomplete. Countless repairs of punch list items did occur but over a long time. This is two guys and their dad...not as pro as website looks. Work was just ok and some aspects were just unprofessional. The shower door was warped and did not close properly. They flipped it around to make it work with the warped door still in place until I wanted it replaced. Professional corner cutters.

We have used them several times and are in the process of having them do our master bath.  Excellent work, would definitely recommend them.  Great staff and employees, very pleasant and they work neat.

Affordable bathrooms remodeled my bathrooms. They were very prompt, had great suggestions and a great price. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

****SLIMY, LYING, ZERO INTEGRITY**** DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
Joe, the GC/owner, lied repeatedly throughout the project. He does NOT ever accept any responsibility for his severe inability to communicate with his sub's, us, and his vendor's about the project details. Expect to foreman your own job if you want it done right. MY husband was the foreman from start to finish. Every single sub contractor that came over, every single time never had any direction or idea what to do.
Rather than having integrity and doing what's ethical when mistakes were made *THERE WERE ALOT* by taking responsibility for them, Joe instead placed the blame on me and my husband. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The project went 2.5 months over due date. He continued to give excuses from being too busy to handle the load, to having medical issues, to finally him blaming Covid for the delay.
The final outcome is acceptable, only because my husband spent the time during work giving direction to the sub contractor's and away from work to be home to QC the sub contracto'r work. It's concerning to think how bad it could've been because Joe doesn't have any method for managing his jobs, communicating effectively with anyone, and he doesn't utilize any quality guidelines.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I recently called and spoke to Bill about obtaining a quote for replacing two exterior doors on my home.  He told me it would be an expensive proposition and that I should go on their website and fill out the intake form.  I told him I had already done business with this company a couple of times before and shouldn't have to be put through the screening process again.  I found Bill to be rather off-putting and blunt in how he handled the matter.  Long story short, I wound up hiring a different company to do the work.

Exceptional response time, he came out right away and did an on site review. His pricing is really fair and there isn't any hidden fees. This company is very honest and works fast to get things done. Very happy with my barbecue grill, very up to date with modern styles!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I ordered tile my wife and finally agreed on, we were told by  the man working ( MIKE ) that it  was in stock and he would call when it was ready to be picked up from the store in a few days - after three weeks of calling off and on it was finally in and ready to be picked up! My wife went to get it and ..... it was the wrong tile???? he ended up telling her the factory sent the wrong stuff - to make a long story short Mike lied to us repeadedly trying to cover his mistakes. We still have not received our tile and have tried to just get our money refunded so we may go purchase new tile, but he said there would be a restocking fee - we didnt change our minds on the tile or try to return it for no good reason - he order the wrong tile and that was 8 weeks ago...... what horrible customer service by an arrogant employee!!

Just to let you know how incredibly frustrated I was with this rep Lani. I would give this a zero star if I could. Lani called only 20 minutes before the scheduled 2:00 PM appointment saying she will be late and asked to reschedule.  So I agreed to see her at 3pm instead.  At 3:11pm she called again saying she just finished her morning appointment and can she come now or reschedule.  I asked how soon she could be here and she said 17 minutes. So I agreed. Lani showed up at 3:30pm with more bad news. Now she wanted to reschedule because her iPad was at 1% and she couldn't do her presentation.  I was beyond frustrated and at that point I opened my front door and told her to leave immediately.  What professional would not even have a charger and cable with them?? On top of it she knew she was not going to have enough battery life left when she called me the very 1st time at 1:40pm. I am so appalled and will never deal with your company.  How disrespectful.. she completely wasted my Sunday.

BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
