This is a review on my experience with the company. 3 weeks ago my landlord scheduled the company to come to my apartment and correct peeling bath/ shower combo surfaces. I was out of town and unaware there would be paint being sprayed in my apartment. I came back to my belongings not just covered in dust from sanding but PAINT! I informed my landlord and they told me to educate the contractor on what the damages were. When Ardi came to my apartment he was very dismissive and repeatedly told me my belongings were covered in plastic. This may have been but obviously the plastic was loosely placed. All paint in air went under the plastic and coated our tables, chair, tv, sound bar, and a spot in carpet. The sound bar you can see appears to have had the plastic up against it so the paint dripped down and created this type of pattern. Ardi was able to remove the paint on my chair and carpet, while I had to scrub our wood tables and furniture for hours to remove the residue. We were UNABLE to remove the paint from our sound bar and tv. Nothing was done financially or otherwise to compensate for damages that could not be fixed. My suggestion to anyone thinking of using Chromatic Coatings is that you continuously watch the work being done, wear a mask or whatever you have to do to ensure your belongings are not damaged. Remove your property completely or ensure that they are covered in plastic and taped down with no air flow inside. This was very disappointing to come home to this mess after a summer vacation, when I had left my place very clean.

This is a 5 star roofing Company.  My insurance company had given me a three week limit to repair my roof or they were not going to renew my policy. I called Alex and explained my situation.  He was supportive and understood my limited time line. He immediately came over. He quoted me a fair price and began the work within a week.
Alex and his crew are kind, clean, professional and very understanding. I was stressed that the insurance company was giving me such a short amount of time to repair the roof. Alex was our knight in shining Armor.
I highly recommend this company for any of your construction needs.

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

James is very personable & professional.  He does great work in a timely manner.

Luke and his team were very professional and experienced with our bathroom remodels. I felt the price quoted was competitive and they were able to stay on schedule to the best of their ability. I was happy with our finished product and all aspects of my project were completed to my liking. I highly recommend Dwell House for your remodeling needs.

I've been using Eddy for the last few years and I highly recommend him.  He's worked on multiple projects big and small for me, with rental properties, selling a home and buying a new home that needed a lot of work, and I even flew him out to the east coast to work on a bathroom renovation at a vacation home.  He's very meticulous with his work and always makes sure you're happy with the results.  Very trustworthy and reasonable with his rates, much better than other handymen I have used before.

Called Jerry to replace ceramic tiles on ledge in front of window that had been replaced.  He directed the job to Darren.  Darren found that the job was more extensive than previously thought - he showed me all sub areas that had to be replaced.  Darren was courteous and efficient.  He left the area perfectly clean.  One minor problem surfaced after a few weeks.  It was repaired properly at no additional cost.  Throughout this job, Jerry has always promptly returned my calls or texts.  He stands behind his work.   Will use him again.

Total professionals!  Beautiful workmanship and timely work schedule.  10 stars.  Friendly staff, courteous and Fernando did great helping select our slabs.

We had their sales/estimator come out to give a quote. He didn't seem terribly knowledgeable, understand professional boundaries, or have listening skills. I had to endure long personal stories that veered way off the path. The quote came back quick which was understandable since there wasn't much detail. I emailed back for additional info but never heard back. It's probably just as well.

We wanted to do a kitchen remodel in our townhouse that involved removing two walls. In addition to the kitchen remodel we had a atrium removed, enlarged the utility room, added shelves and tile all floors. We also had the bathtub removed in the guest bathroom and they built us a beautiful tiled walk in shower like they did in our master bath.
Janson the owner of BBG worked direct with us and had so many suggestions which helped us very much when we didn't know what would be best.
This was a very positive experience from start to finish. When they left each night they totally cleaned the work area. (Better then I would have done myself). They were polite, prompt, kept us informed of the schedule and any changes that needed to be made.
We found their work to be outstanding so much that we had them remodel our master bath recently.
Lisa in the office was a joy to work with and always answered our questions and relayed information to us almost daily.

We recently had Re-Bath do a partial remodel of our guest bathroom.    We were so impressed with their thoroughness and quality of the finished project that we didn't want to miss out on leaving a review.  

While the quote was higher than we expected initially, we can't say enough about how Blaine showed up every day and worked each day, all day, until the project was done.   If anyone has had work done to their home lately, you know this is very unusual.   Needless to say, we were impressed.  

We love our new guest bathroom!   Thank you!

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
