We had 2 Clawfoot tubs re-glazed by Chromatic Coatings last week and they look Amazing!  Ardi came and looked at all 5 of our tubs, we own Starlight Pines Bed and Breakfast in Flagstaff, and we decided only 2 needed to be re-glazed.  He gave us a fair price and we scheduled the work to be done during a week we closed for some remodeling.  He showed up on time and stripped both tubs, came back the next day and glazed them.  His work is impeccable!  He removed everything from both bathrooms, taped and covered anything that could have been damaged by the process AND cleaned up completely.  As I mentioned at the top, the tubs look FANTASTIC!  We are so glad to have found Ardi and Chromatic Coatings.  I was worried that this was a lost art and the tubs would never look new again!  Thank you so much for a wonderful job!

As an interior designer, I'm extremely particular on the trade professionals I work with. I've used Karla on 3 different remodel projects. She and her team are absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about how professional she is. She is extremely knowledgeable, has a high attention to detail, her prices are extremely competitive, and is reliable and trustworthy. She goes above and beyond every time. I wouldn't hesitate to use Karla and KC Krew for my next project!!

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

James is very personable & professional.  He does great work in a timely manner.

We were in need of handyman service to replace the ceiling on our patio and checked Yelp as always. After reading the history and learning they were a family-run business, we called B4 and After. Ruben returned our call promptly and scheduled a time to come look over the project. We weren't sure what to do with the ceiling but we needn't have worried. Ruben came up with a great idea and his quote was very reasonable. Work began the following week and was completed in time for a cookout we had scheduled. In fact, Ruben worked into the evening the night before to be sure the project was done in time. His workmanship was excellent and instead of being an embarrassment the ceiling is now a source of pride. We would highly recommend B4 and After!

Luke and his team were very professional and experienced with our bathroom remodels. I felt the price quoted was competitive and they were able to stay on schedule to the best of their ability. I was happy with our finished product and all aspects of my project were completed to my liking. I highly recommend Dwell House for your remodeling needs.

I have used The Scottsdale Handyman for years. When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem &  the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. From fixing irrigation to installing toilet & such, Eddie can do it all. I have found that there is no job too small or too large for The Scottsdale Handyman!

My older home needed some cosmetic and structural updates, and Jesus was able to provide what I was looking for, while also providing helpful suggestions and direction for the project. He and his crew did excellent work at an affordable price. I will 100% be using them for my next project.

We hired Jerry to redo our guest shower, fireplace and master shower and tub. After he did our master shower and tub we decided to go with a different company for our fireplace and guest bath. A job that should take 2 weeks top took him over 1 month to complete. Even still there are touch up items he didn't even finish. He was full of excuses through our the entire job. He had 2 months between hiring him and starting the job and when he started he didn't have any supplies for the job. I would have thought he would have been prepared. Instead he demoed our bathroom left it for a week and after a week came back and started doing some of the job.  We were disappointed he did not work on our job everyday. Everything he ordered was wrong or wasn't even ordered. We were delayed because he never ordered the tile for our shower. He blamed the tile shop saying they never processed the order. He blamed all the wrong ordered items on the company he ordered from...build.com. If build.com sent the wrong items on 3 separate orders I wouldn't be using build.com anymore and if it is a pattern for build.com to send the wrong items I'm sure they wouldn't be in business anymore. He also ordered the wrong size glass for the shower...again blamed the glass company. All of his mistakes delayed the job usually by a week. Our final product was nice but not great. We hired a different company for our guest bath and fireplace and wow their tile job was better, they were timely and I was thankful they fixed a few tile pieces and finish work from Jerry's guys. Jerry is a nice guy but I would not recommend him to do any construction work for you.

Excellent service all the way around with phenomenal results. The Owner, John, listened attentively to our dream and developed a plan to make it come true. His crew followed that plan methodically and meticulously from beginning to end. The originally estimated a five day deconstruct to construct time frame which morphed into eight days. We did not mind the extended time frame because it was evident that the workers wanted to do the job right, rather than fast. They also willingly did call backs to fix minor construction problems without issue. Kudos to John, Mike, Shane, Cecelia, and Roberto for making our dream come true.

We have bought granite counters for a few properties now and are never disappointed! The quality of the work is great and the customer service is wonderful! You can see design ideas in their beautiful show room and pick out the counters that work best for your project. They take their time with their customers, are very courteous and always deliver beautiful work. They were able to do slabs in lengths other companies said were impossible. The prices are great and very competitive to the market but the quality and service make them an over the top company. Will always be a Tintas customer!!

We hired Affordable bathrooms to remodel 2 small bathrooms on January 10, 2017. We told the salesman, Billy, that we needed this completed by March 9th because of our commitments. They didn't even contact me to START the job until 4 weeks later and I called them. (We went by the company address and it was a vacant building, the other address had no signs) They finished on March 27th. They wouldn't show up for days at a time with no contact. Texts, emails and phone calls went unreturned. We fired them once, but relented when they gave us an end date and then they went past that too. We were held hostage in our home waiting for someone to call or show up to work. The silver lining was that the workers, Matt and the tile crew did a good job, (hence the 2 stars)but the project manager, Joe Metry, who said he would be there, actually showed up 3 times in 9 weeks,and that was because we would call with a problem. I would suggest spending a bit more and hiring a company that communicates and tells the truth about expectations. I do not recommend this company for anyone who values customer service and an honest communication. The end result was definitely not worth the headache.

This review is for the estimate process only. Amanda came to my house and measured, listened to what I wanted for my remodel, and did what no one else did, which was to bring in some sample vanity doors and shower flooring samples. She responded to my emails quickly, was detailed in the estimate, and followed up in a phone call, showing that she really cared about my business. No other remodeler did that. While I wound up signing with another firm, I would definitely keep ABA in mind as an alternative for future work.

I recently called and spoke to Bill about obtaining a quote for replacing two exterior doors on my home.  He told me it would be an expensive proposition and that I should go on their website and fill out the intake form.  I told him I had already done business with this company a couple of times before and shouldn't have to be put through the screening process again.  I found Bill to be rather off-putting and blunt in how he handled the matter.  Long story short, I wound up hiring a different company to do the work.

There were a couple very positive things that came out of this.

Enrique responded rapidly and was able to help me upon short notice. The work he did exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied with the physical nature of the work he did.

However, his payment structure and lack of payment system is quite bothersome. There was no clarity as to how I should structure payment so I had to be the one to suggest how to proceed with payment. He suggested I pay through Western Union which is something I've yet to be asked.

After completing the job, he then proceeded to pester me for payments even though I was busy completing my own work during the weekend. Without even letting 24 hours pass, he was contacting my friend, who was helping me, trying to follow up for payment. I thought I had made a payment within that time frame, but in my business, the transaction was not confirmed via PayPal.

Within 36 hours of the completion of the job, he sent me a lien notice stating that he would charge an extra $400 on the job. Note that this all took place over the weekend when most people are not conducting financial transactions.

The lack of professionalism and the ambiguity of the contract services need to remedied. I am a specific situation since I am remote and not located physically in Arizona. Those who choose to contract in person will likely not have to deal with such circumstances. However, those not located physically in Arizona need to be aware. My intention had never been to not pay for services and to be treated as such within less than 36 hours is completely unprofessional

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I ordered tile my wife and finally agreed on, we were told by  the man working ( MIKE ) that it  was in stock and he would call when it was ready to be picked up from the store in a few days - after three weeks of calling off and on it was finally in and ready to be picked up! My wife went to get it and ..... it was the wrong tile???? he ended up telling her the factory sent the wrong stuff - to make a long story short Mike lied to us repeadedly trying to cover his mistakes. We still have not received our tile and have tried to just get our money refunded so we may go purchase new tile, but he said there would be a restocking fee - we didnt change our minds on the tile or try to return it for no good reason - he order the wrong tile and that was 8 weeks ago...... what horrible customer service by an arrogant employee!!

The consultant was polite, however not amazingly helpful. We told her several times we needed insight for design and she just basically kept showing us everything they offer. Not to mention the price was completely obtuse. I did gain a slight amount of insight into our potential design based upon samples. If you happen to be able to afford beyond super expensive, then this may be the place for you. After 4.5 hours, totally disappointed in the experience the company so boldly emphasizes. I can get an amazing g experience for 1/3 of the quote and still have a luxury bathroom per two other reputable companies.

BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
