I have a historic home in Downtown Phoenix and needed a major face-lift done to my old bathtub. I did my research and knew that reglazing/resurfacing was the way to go instead of installing a new tub. I was not sure what this type of project would cost, so I submitted an inquiry through Angie's List and had about 4 people call me...I ultimately chose Ardi. 1. He moved his schedule around to accommodate my requests since I had guests coming into town 2. He was one of the most affordable options ($450) and 3. He made me feel very confident in his work with before and after photos. He seemed to really know what he was doing.

He came as soon as that week and it took barely 2 days... he came one evening to lay down the stripping agent to leave over night and then came early the next morning around 8am to finish the job by noon. He left us extensive care paperwork as well as a warranty. AND he also polished our sink for no extra cost. Really fantastic.

I was amazed at how beautiful my tub looked... the pictures speak for themselves. I will recommend Ardi to friends, family...everyone! Thank you for making my tub dreams come true! :)

This is a 5 star roofing Company.  My insurance company had given me a three week limit to repair my roof or they were not going to renew my policy. I called Alex and explained my situation.  He was supportive and understood my limited time line. He immediately came over. He quoted me a fair price and began the work within a week.
Alex and his crew are kind, clean, professional and very understanding. I was stressed that the insurance company was giving me such a short amount of time to repair the roof. Alex was our knight in shining Armor.

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

James is very personable & professional.  He does great work in a timely manner.

Ruben the owner himself came out to my house and installed a doggie door, he is the most professional person you will ever meet. He was fast and neat, if you need anything done around your house I highly recommend B4 and After home repair.

I've been using Eddy for the last few years and I highly recommend him.  He's worked on multiple projects big and small for me, with rental properties, selling a home and buying a new home that needed a lot of work, and I even flew him out to the east coast to work on a bathroom renovation at a vacation home.  He's very meticulous with his work and always makes sure you're happy with the results.  Very trustworthy and reasonable with his rates, much better than other handymen I have used before.

My older home needed some cosmetic and structural updates, and Jesus was able to provide what I was looking for, while also providing helpful suggestions and direction for the project. He and his crew did excellent work at an affordable price. I will 100% be using them for my next project.

We have hired this same contractor for our master bathroom shower and for our kitchen remodel. We have been nothing but pleased with the work completed, and I cannot think of a contractor who has more integrity than Jerry! Jerry and his crew are honest, hardworking and fair. If anything is wrong, he/they will fix it and make it right. We have more projects coming up and will be hiring them again! Our kitchen turned out beautiful!

Our service at Tintas was amazing.  Not knowing what we were really doing or buying, was thoroughly explained to us.  We purchased two matching slabs for countertops in our kitchen, master bathroom and at final signing even added our guest bathroom to fill the rest of the slabs. They offer such an amazing amount of slabs at very reasonable prices too. We were in contact with many of the staff members between measuring, final measuring and seeing our final pattern displayed for final cut approval. We highly recommend you check out this professional, honest and reputable business. They deserve an AWARD! I have already recommended this company to many of my neighbors.  You can't go wrong and will be very pleased!

****SLIMY, LYING, ZERO INTEGRITY**** DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
Joe, the GC/owner, lied repeatedly throughout the project. He does NOT ever accept any responsibility for his severe inability to communicate with his sub's, us, and his vendor's about the project details. Expect to foreman your own job if you want it done right. MY husband was the foreman from start to finish. Every single sub contractor that came over, every single time never had any direction or idea what to do.
Rather than having integrity and doing what's ethical when mistakes were made *THERE WERE ALOT* by taking responsibility for them, Joe instead placed the blame on me and my husband. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The project went 2.5 months over due date. He continued to give excuses from being too busy to handle the load, to having medical issues, to finally him blaming Covid for the delay.
The final outcome is acceptable, only because my husband spent the time during work giving direction to the sub contractor's and away from work to be home to QC the sub contracto'r work. It's concerning to think how bad it could've been because Joe doesn't have any method for managing his jobs, communicating effectively with anyone, and he doesn't utilize any quality guidelines.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I had Jason Schumacher (owner) come in and give my kitchen an update. I made initial contact and he arranged to come by the house on my schedule for him to assess the remodel we had in mind. Very professional and insightful. He even saved me money by telling me he didn't think I needed to redo my cabinets which would've been more in his pocket at the end of the day. We did granite countertops and island as well as a full backsplash in granite. He needed to fabricate one of the cabinets to attach a microwave I didn't have there previously. He was done in a day and it was the most seamless project I have ever witnessed. I will be recommending him to anyone who is looking for a remodel. I can't wait for him to come back and do my next project.

You just get the strong feeling he is just trying to run a business built on honesty and the idea that helping the client will get him more business in the end and it's working because I've already referred a few friends to them.

Easy communication and reliable contractor. He did a remodel for me at one of my properties in Arizona. I am in Georgia and there was no problem communicating at all. Very affordable compared to other contractors quotes. Would work with them again. I highly recommend!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I ordered tile my wife and finally agreed on, we were told by  the man working ( MIKE ) that it  was in stock and he would call when it was ready to be picked up from the store in a few days - after three weeks of calling off and on it was finally in and ready to be picked up! My wife went to get it and ..... it was the wrong tile???? he ended up telling her the factory sent the wrong stuff - to make a long story short Mike lied to us repeadedly trying to cover his mistakes. We still have not received our tile and have tried to just get our money refunded so we may go purchase new tile, but he said there would be a restocking fee - we didnt change our minds on the tile or try to return it for no good reason - he order the wrong tile and that was 8 weeks ago...... what horrible customer service by an arrogant employee!!

The consultant was polite, however not amazingly helpful. We told her several times we needed insight for design and she just basically kept showing us everything they offer. Not to mention the price was completely obtuse. I did gain a slight amount of insight into our potential design based upon samples. If you happen to be able to afford beyond super expensive, then this may be the place for you. After 4.5 hours, totally disappointed in the experience the company so boldly emphasizes. I can get an amazing g experience for 1/3 of the quote and still have a luxury bathroom per two other reputable companies.

BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
