I have a historic home in Downtown Phoenix and needed a major face-lift done to my old bathtub. I did my research and knew that reglazing/resurfacing was the way to go instead of installing a new tub. I was not sure what this type of project would cost, so I submitted an inquiry through Angie's List and had about 4 people call me...I ultimately chose Ardi. 1. He moved his schedule around to accommodate my requests since I had guests coming into town 2. He was one of the most affordable options ($450) and 3. He made me feel very confident in his work with before and after photos. He seemed to really know what he was doing.

He came as soon as that week and it took barely 2 days... he came one evening to lay down the stripping agent to leave over night and then came early the next morning around 8am to finish the job by noon. He left us extensive care paperwork as well as a warranty. AND he also polished our sink for no extra cost. Really fantastic.

I was amazed at how beautiful my tub looked... the pictures speak for themselves. I will recommend Ardi to friends, family...everyone! Thank you for making my tub dreams come true! :)

I contacted KC Krew to roof a new addition to my home and possibly re-roof my entire home.  I met with Karla and Alex and they were very professional, respectful and understanding of me as a homeowner who had a very bad experience with a general contractor.   They provided me with a great quote and I ended up hiring them.  Alex's crew showed up on time and did a significant amount of work the first day removing the old shingles and prepping for the new ones.  They finished the next day and I am very pleased with the quality of their work in addition to cleaning up all of the roofing debris.  Not that I will be needing a new roof anytime soon, but I'd call them back up in a heartbeat and I will recommend them to my friends.  Thank you Karla and Alex!

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Ruben will not rest until you are satisfied.  Hands down will work his ass off to make sure you are totally happy with the end result.  Had Ruben and his crew remodel a guest bathroom, update my patio (support beam an roof), and create for me a brand new pool gate for me.  At a very affordable price with finishes that look absolutely beautiful, Ruben will make sure he gets the job done to your satisfaction.  One night he worked until 11pm to get the project done!!!  Who does that?  Who goes above and beyond?  Well, that's Ruben for you.  Thanks Ruben and crew for all the hard work and professionalism!

Luke and his team were very professional and experienced with our bathroom remodels. I felt the price quoted was competitive and they were able to stay on schedule to the best of their ability. I've been using Eddy for the last few years and I highly recommend him.  He's worked on multiple projects big and small for me, with rental properties, selling a home and buying a new home that needed a lot of work, and I even flew him out to the east coast to work on a bathroom renovation at a vacation home.  He's very meticulous with his work and always makes sure you're happy with the results.  Very trustworthy and reasonable with his rates, much better than other handymen I have used before.

Jesus from JYK Construction did the job of removing loose, water damaged stucco from the street side of my garden wall, redid the stucco and repainted.
He was easy to communicate with in English, came promptly to view the job and gave me the estimate within a day. He was easier to work with than other, bigger companies.
Their estimate was reasonable and they offered a warranty so I gave them the job. They came exactly when stated, Jesus and his helper worked hard and did a good job.
I can recommend them. They are a very small company but they do competent work.

There is a reason there are several 1* reviews here. Jerry is full of excuses and does sub-par work. We hired him based on a reference he did for a friend's bathroom; they said he is very slow, but does good work. We had a larger job, a kitchen, family room and tile work. He assured us he could do the job, and the work on his website looked good. We should have checked more references. The reality is that Jerry may be ok at bathrooms, but he does none of the work himself. His two sons do the work at a snails pace, and Jerry runs around all day doing nothing except creating elaborate invoices for work and materials that he may or may not have provided, without providing full details of charges, and full or errors and smokescreens. When you ask him about the errors, that are obvious he becomes combative and asks if you think he is trying to rip you off, which is absolutely the case! He later admits to the errors with little apology, and does it again a week later. He brings sub-contractors on the job to do work without notice; you never see their invoices of course. You get no notice of who they are or ability to check them out and are stuck. We later found out a dustless tile removal company did not even offer that service. Another company was also a disaster; both left AWFUL messes in our home. Electrical work done by Jerry's crew was completed all wrong; they left outlets live and exposed. They could not figure out basic plumbing in a kitchen. At one point he said What the F*#! is a potfiller?  What kitchen remodel contractor does not know that?
In a short time we realized Jerry was in over his head, was not qualified, and was truly ripping us off, but we felt stuck. However, by the 3rd week when he presented his 5th updated invoice that was impossible to reconcile, Jerry got rude and belligerent with us on the phone and told us to find another contractor. We were happy to be rid of him and have spent months finding honest workers to finish our remodel. Unfortunately, he of course owes a refund on money paid to him for work he never did, and we have had to pay others to have work corrected and completed from his disastrous work. Stay away from Jerry, he is awful!

We renovated both of our bathrooms. John, the owner, was professional all the way even though things took a little longer due to Covid-19. Our bathrooms look amazing and the work done by Allure has increased the value of our home tremendously and has added to the comfort we feel living in our home. If you're thinking about remodeling reach out to John you won't regret it.

After many years in our home, we decided to pull the trigger and shop for granite counter tops to replace the Corian in our kitchen.  We initially shopped at the big box stores.  Friends of ours used one of the big box stores for their granite and were not pleased with the process.  (Our friends actually felt like the contractor because they had to coordinate with all the sub-contractors).  At first glance the big box stores seem to have decent prices, however, when you sit down and look at the details, there is an up charge for almost everything, including the edge cut on the granite, plumbing, demolition, and haul away.

We saw an advertisement for Tintas Granite & Flooring in the West Valley Star magazine and decided to check them out.  After walking through their doors we felt like we were a valued customer and were given all the time we needed.  Colton took the time to show us all their granite and was very knowledgeable about their products.  It was an easy decision to select Tintas for our kitchen remodel.

Our experience with Tintas exceeded our expectations of what working with a contractor should be.  We had a single contact that checked in with us during each step of the process.  The cost of our project was at least 20% less than the big box stores, no up charges and there is no doubt the quality of the work was superior.  Throughout the process Tintas insured that all work was done correctly and made any adjustments to insure we were completely satisfied with the final outcome.  They stood behind their work and product and we will not hesitate to go to them again for our next project.  We would easily recommend them to anyone for any home improvement project.

Affordable bathrooms remodeled my bathrooms. They were very prompt, had great suggestions and a great price. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

This review is for the estimate process only. Amanda came to my house and measured, listened to what I wanted for my remodel, and did what no one else did, which was to bring in some sample vanity doors and shower flooring samples. She responded to my emails quickly, was detailed in the estimate, and followed up in a phone call, showing that she really cared about my business. No other remodeler did that. While I wound up signing with another firm, I would definitely keep ABA in mind as an alternative for future work.

I filled out the online quote request for a large remodeling job at our house. It included enlarging a bedroom, or potentially adding one, and converting our carport into a garage. I missed a call from Jason the next day. He sounded nice enough. I called back and left a message with Bill. No return call. I called the next day. Again Bill answered and said he'd relay the message to Jason. No return call. I called one last time and still couldn't get through. Then I realized if I were hiring these guys I would really want them to be more accessible and willing to talk to me. It was horrible business practice and first impression. I would have probably have used these guys for the house we are trying to sell and the next one that we are soon buying if they had been reliable.

I strongly recommend to hire the services of Elidas Residential Contracting.  I am impressed with their prompt answer, punctuality and the quality of their services.  I am very please with the work floor done, it looks beautiful!  Thanks!!!!

The consultant was polite, however not amazingly helpful. We told her several times we needed insight for design and she just basically kept showing us everything they offer. Not to mention the price was completely obtuse. I did gain a slight amount of insight into our potential design based upon samples. If you happen to be able to afford beyond super expensive, then this may be the place for you. After 4.5 hours, totally disappointed in the experience the company so boldly emphasizes. I can get an amazing g experience for 1/3 of the quote and still have a luxury bathroom per two other reputable companies.

BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
