I have a historic home in Downtown Phoenix and needed a major face-lift done to my old bathtub. I did my research and knew that reglazing/resurfacing was the way to go instead of installing a new tub. I was not sure what this type of project would cost, so I submitted an inquiry through Angie's List and had about 4 people call me...I ultimately chose Ardi. 1. He moved his schedule around to accommodate my requests since I had guests coming into town 2. He was one of the most affordable options ($450) and 3. He made me feel very confident in his work with before and after photos. He seemed to really know what he was doing.

He came as soon as that week and it took barely 2 days... he came one evening to lay down the stripping agent to leave over night and then came early the next morning around 8am to finish the job by noon. He left us extensive care paperwork as well as a warranty. AND he also polished our sink for no extra cost. Really fantastic.

I was amazed at how beautiful my tub looked... the pictures speak for themselves. I will recommend Ardi to friends, family...everyone! Thank you for making my tub dreams come true! :)

As an interior designer, I'm extremely particular on the trade professionals I work with. I've used Karla on 3 different remodel projects. She and her team are absolutely amazing! Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

James is very personable & professional.  He does great work in a timely manner.

Ruben will not rest until you are satisfied.  Hands down will work his ass off to make sure you are totally happy with the end result.  Had Ruben and his crew remodel a guest bathroom, update my patio (support beam an roof), and create for me a brand new pool gate for me.  At a very affordable price with finishes that look absolutely beautiful, Ruben will make sure he gets the job done to your satisfaction.  One night he worked until 11pm to get the project done!!!  Who does that?  Who goes above and beyond?  Well, that's Ruben for you.  Thanks Ruben and crew for all the hard work and professionalism!

Luke and his team were very professional and experienced with our bathroom remodels. I felt the price quoted was competitive and they were able to stay on schedule to the best of their ability. I've been using Eddy for the last few years and I highly recommend him.  He's worked on multiple projects big and small for me, with rental properties, selling a home and buying a new home that needed a lot of work, and I even flew him out to the east coast to work on a bathroom renovation at a vacation home.  He's very meticulous with his work and always makes sure you're happy with the results.  Very trustworthy and reasonable with his rates, much better than other handymen I have used before.

Jesus was great! Work was done on time and for the agreed amount. Couldn't ask for better. He even stuck it out through a bit of nonsense with the neighbor about the block wall/fence location. Would highly recommend!

We have hired this same contractor for our master bathroom shower and for our kitchen remodel. We have been nothing but pleased with the work completed, and I cannot think of a contractor who has more integrity than Jerry! Jerry and his crew are honest, hardworking and fair. If anything is wrong, he/they will fix it and make it right. We have more projects coming up and will be hiring them again! Our kitchen turned out beautiful!

We renovated both of our bathrooms. John, the owner, was professional all the way even though things took a little longer due to Covid-19. Our bathrooms look amazing and the work done by Allure has increased the value of our home tremendously and has added to the comfort we feel living in our home. I am submitting this review on behalf of my parents, Jack & Sherry P. who don't have a Yelp account.

We recently purchased and had installed granite counter tops and glass backsplashes from your company, which had been highly recommended to us.  The whole experience was incredible.  We started out with Colton and Christine with help from Bill, the owner.  These guys were incredibly patient; wanting to make sure we got just the right look. Colton came out to our home to measure the counter area and next came George, the template maker who measured and laid out a template that proved to be right on the money.  Johnny and Ben came next as the tear out crew and did a great job tearing out the previous tile counter tops, a really ugly job, with virtually no damage to the walls or counter.  Christopher and Jose installed the granite counter tops, new sink and two granite back splashes.  Elicio came next as the touch up guy to make sure everything was smooth, shiny and flawless. Daniel, the plumber, connected all the plumbing, as well as the new sink fixtures.

The 2 remaining glass backsplashes proved problematic, since my wife wanted a particular look.  Colton and Christine were most patient with her and my wife's choice proved remarkably beautiful and complimentary to the granite counter tops.  Finally Santo came in to install the gorgeous glass tile back splashes and his craftsmanship was remarkable.

The whole process went well and all of the guys who worked on the various parts of the install were NOT installers BUT detailed CRAFTSMEN who took enormous pride in their work and the finished product.  Both Sherry and I were very impressed with the whole process and very pleased with the results.  We couldn't recommend this company more highly.

We had their sales/estimator come out to give a quote. He didn't seem terribly knowledgeable, understand professional boundaries, or have listening skills. I had to endure long personal stories that veered way off the path. The quote came back quick which was understandable since there wasn't much detail. I emailed back for additional info but never heard back. It's probably just as well.

****SLIMY, LYING, ZERO INTEGRITY**** DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
Joe, the GC/owner, lied repeatedly throughout the project. He does NOT ever accept any responsibility for his severe inability to communicate with his sub's, us, and his vendor's about the project details. Expect to foreman your own job if you want it done right. MY husband was the foreman from start to finish. Every single sub contractor that came over, every single time never had any direction or idea what to do.
Rather than having integrity and doing what's ethical when mistakes were made *THERE WERE ALOT* by taking responsibility for them, Joe instead placed the blame on me and my husband. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The project went 2.5 months over due date. He continued to give excuses from being too busy to handle the load, to having medical issues, to finally him blaming Covid for the delay.
The final outcome is acceptable, only because my husband spent the time during work giving direction to the sub contractor's and away from work to be home to QC the sub contracto'r work. It's concerning to think how bad it could've been because Joe doesn't have any method for managing his jobs, communicating effectively with anyone, and he doesn't utilize any quality guidelines.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I received a To Fixit brochure where I found 2 handyman businesses listed that were close to home. I checked that they were both BBB certified and bonded/licensed, and requested a quote from each from the BBB website. Lisa from Built by Grace was the only one who responded, and responded promptly by email as requested. An estimated quote was given (handymen work by the hour with a 2 hour minimum). Lisa worked with me over several days in which to schedule a convenient time for Bill, the handyman to come. Bill arrived right on time. He tightened a loose kitchen faucet, and then repaired a bifold door that had been damaged at the bottom when taken off by a contractor who laid flooring. He showed me how to take off a light globe from a ceiling fan for when I would need to replace the bulbs, and provided helpful information on GCFI outlets and cover plates for when I am ready to change out the outlets in kitchen and baths, as well as replacing a photo cell for an outdoor light sensor. All work was done exceptionally well. I am so glad to find a company that I can trust. I will certainly call them again for other handyman type jobs around the house. Built by Grace also does more extensive work such as remodels and room additions.

I strongly recommend to hire the services of Elidas Residential Contracting.  I am impressed with their prompt answer, punctuality and the quality of their services.  I am very please with the work floor done, it looks beautiful!  Thanks!!!!

The consultant was polite, however not amazingly helpful. We told her several times we needed insight for design and she just basically kept showing us everything they offer. Not to mention the price was completely obtuse. I did gain a slight amount of insight into our potential design based upon samples. If you happen to be able to afford beyond super expensive, then this may be the place for you. After 4.5 hours, totally disappointed in the experience the company so boldly emphasizes. I can get an amazing g experience for 1/3 of the quote and still have a luxury bathroom per two other reputable companies.

BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
