Ardi and his guys did such a nice job!  Had him do 2 full bathrooms for a client's older home that I was about to sell. Really gave the 1979 home the update it needed to sell in 2 days!

Although I ultimately didn't go with KC, they were professional, on time and keep me in the loop. I went with a company I used in the past but if I didn't, they were my next choice. Very knowledgeable and very competitive in Pricing. Thanks!!

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

It's very hard to find reliable people for what many may refer to as a small job. Finally I found a company that does a great job for large and small jobs around the house. I would highly recommend Ruben and B4 and After Home Repair for home projects or repairs.

Luke and his team were very professional and experienced with our bathroom remodels. I felt the price quoted was competitive and they were able to stay on schedule to the best of their ability. I was happy with our finished product and all aspects of my project were completed to my liking. I highly recommend Dwell House for your remodeling needs.

Have known the owner for a while, but this was the first time I've actually used his business for handyman services.  The project was a dishwasher installation (remove old, install new).  It was completed without a hitch!  Eddie was on time, did an excellent job, verified everything was OK, and cleaned up afterward.

My older home needed some cosmetic and structural updates, and Jesus was able to provide what I was looking for, while also providing helpful suggestions and direction for the project. He and his crew did excellent work at an affordable price. I will 100% be using them for my next project.

Jerry is golden. He delivered and installed a beautiful shower door when previous contractors couldn't even get the door made. The entire process took approximately 1 week. Would hire him anytime and will.

Said it would take 2 or 3 days. It took almost three months. These are not the people you want if a licensed contractor is your desire, I found no license. They wanted to be paid early when work was still incomplete. Countless repairs of punch list items did occur but over a long time. This is two guys and their dad...not as pro as website looks. Work was just ok and some aspects were just unprofessional. The shower door was warped and did not close properly. They flipped it around to make it work with the warped door still in place until I wanted it replaced. Professional corner cutters.

Tintas Granite & Flooring performed a superb job in our master bedroom, along with a few other areas in our house.  They have the absolute best inventory of marble, granite and quartzite in their slab yard that we have seen in the greater Phoenix area.  Bill Tintas (owner) took us through the slab yard and explained each type of stone and brought out each slab we liked so that we could carefully inspect them before making a decision.  It would have been so much easier (cooler) in January rather than August, but that was our choosing.  We chose Quartzite -Fascination.

Alisseo and David fabricated and installed the quartzite slabs in our large shower, master bath vanities and tub area.  They are master fabricators!  One of the slabs in our shower area must have weighed 700-800 lbs!  These slabs were carefully delivered and perfectly installed.  

Joe did a fantastic job in preparing the shower floor, beveling it so the drain now works perfectly.  Tibby installed the natural stone on the shower floor and it looks beautiful.  We purchased all the plumbing from Central Arizona Supply.  They have a sizable showroom and Bryan Gover spent a good deal of time going through all the fixtures and best options.  Daniel is the plumbing master who installed everything and we can't say enough about his expertise.

Bill actively supervised the construction to our satisfaction and takes a great deal of pride in his company and employees.  Kat was our office coordinator, is super sweet on the phone, very accommodating and very prompt at returning our calls.

We had a very positive experience with Affordable Bathrooms in remodeling our two bathrooms. The work crews were polite, did great work and cleaned up after themselves. Jamie was great as the office contact--answering our questions and making the needed changes. Matt was a great detail man who made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. The product itself Forza Stone and Onyx is great--everything we wanted.

And I now have the handles that I ordered. Vanity looks so much better and David did a great job, cleaned up any mess from drilling new holes . I'm now happy and thank David and Joe for completing the job as ordered.

Contacted them initially by phone and they told me I had to submit a quote form to get an estimate, they wouldn't go over anything with me over the phone. So, I then submitted the generic quote form on their website, asking about having a couple different jobs estimated out for me. They responded by a short email saying simply and quite rudely that my price range would be a waste of their time. It forces you to select one of the offered price ranges on the quote form, so I selected one. I had meant the price range for one of the jobs, not for all of the jobs mentioned in the comments. Instead of asking me any more questions to get more specifics they simply responded to the quote form by saying I wouldn't be worth their time. NICE. Just some advice, pick the highest price range option on the quote form if you want them to actually respond to your inquiry.

I strongly recommend to hire the services of Elidas Residential Contracting.  I am impressed with their prompt answer, punctuality and the quality of their services.  I am very please with the work floor done, it looks beautiful!  Thanks!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I ordered tile my wife and finally agreed on, we were told by  the man working ( MIKE ) that it  was in stock and he would call when it was ready to be picked up from the store in a few days - after three weeks of calling off and on it was finally in and ready to be picked up! My wife went to get it and ..... it was the wrong tile???? he ended up telling her the factory sent the wrong stuff - to make a long story short Mike lied to us repeadedly trying to cover his mistakes. We still have not received our tile and have tried to just get our money refunded so we may go purchase new tile, but he said there would be a restocking fee - we didnt change our minds on the tile or try to return it for no good reason - he order the wrong tile and that was 8 weeks ago...... what horrible customer service by an arrogant employee!!

The consultant started out very nice and then became very pushy with propaganda videos and would not give us a itemized breakdown of the renovations. When the quote did present it was over double our budget (which she didn't even ask about) and she immediately started pushing for a down payment and credit checks. When we asked for some time to go over numbers she became very nasty and dismissive with us and packed her stuff so quickly it was uncomfortable. There is no way it should cost over $20,000 for a fiberglass tub, vanity, and vinyl flooring.

BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
