This is a review on my experience with the company. 3 weeks ago my landlord scheduled the company to come to my apartment and correct peeling bath/ shower combo surfaces. I was out of town and unaware there would be paint being sprayed in my apartment. I came back to my belongings not just covered in dust from sanding but PAINT! I informed my landlord and they told me to educate the contractor on what the damages were. When Ardi came to my apartment he was very dismissive and repeatedly told me my belongings were covered in plastic. This may have been but obviously the plastic was loosely placed. All paint in air went under the plastic and coated our tables, chair, tv, sound bar, and a spot in carpet. The sound bar you can see appears to have had the plastic up against it so the paint dripped down and created this type of pattern. Ardi was able to remove the paint on my chair and carpet, while I had to scrub our wood tables and furniture for hours to remove the residue. We were UNABLE to remove the paint from our sound bar and tv. Nothing was done financially or otherwise to compensate for damages that could not be fixed. My suggestion to anyone thinking of using Chromatic Coatings is that you continuously watch the work being done, wear a mask or whatever you have to do to ensure your belongings are not damaged. Remove your property completely or ensure that they are covered in plastic and taped down with no air flow inside. This was very disappointing to come home to this mess after a summer vacation, when I had left my place very clean.

My experience with KC Krew LLC is nothing more than shit work. A 10 year old could have done a better job.

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

James is very personable & professional.  He does great work in a timely manner.

Ruben the owner himself came out to my house and installed a doggie door, he is the most professional person you will ever meet. He was fast and neat, if you need anything done around your house I highly recommend B4 and After home repair.

Luke and his team were very professional and experienced with our bathroom remodels. I felt the price quoted was competitive and they were able to stay on schedule to the best of their ability. I was happy with our finished product and all aspects of my project were completed to my liking. I highly recommend Dwell House for your remodeling needs.

Have known the owner for a while, but this was the first time I've actually used his business for handyman services.  The project was a dishwasher installation (remove old, install new).  It was completed without a hitch!  Eddie was on time, did an excellent job, verified everything was OK, and cleaned up afterward.

Please do not hesitate to use this company!

Jesus was great! Work was done on time and for the agreed amount. Couldn't ask for better. He even stuck it out through a bit of nonsense with the neighbor about the block wall/fence location. Would highly recommend!

There is a reason there are several 1* reviews here. Jerry is full of excuses and does sub-par work. We hired him based on a reference he did for a friend's bathroom; they said he is very slow, but does good work. We had a larger job, a kitchen, family room and tile work. He assured us he could do the job, and the work on his website looked good. We should have checked more references. The reality is that Jerry may be ok at bathrooms, but he does none of the work himself. His two sons do the work at a snails pace, and Jerry runs around all day doing nothing except creating elaborate invoices for work and materials that he may or may not have provided, without providing full details of charges, and full or errors and smokescreens. When you ask him about the errors, that are obvious he becomes combative and asks if you think he is trying to rip you off, which is absolutely the case! He later admits to the errors with little apology, and does it again a week later. He brings sub-contractors on the job to do work without notice; you never see their invoices of course. You get no notice of who they are or ability to check them out and are stuck. We later found out a dustless tile removal company did not even offer that service. Another company was also a disaster; both left AWFUL messes in our home. Electrical work done by Jerry's crew was completed all wrong; they left outlets live and exposed. They could not figure out basic plumbing in a kitchen. At one point he said What the F*#! is a potfiller?  What kitchen remodel contractor does not know that?
In a short time we realized Jerry was in over his head, was not qualified, and was truly ripping us off, but we felt stuck. However, by the 3rd week when he presented his 5th updated invoice that was impossible to reconcile, Jerry got rude and belligerent with us on the phone and told us to find another contractor. We were happy to be rid of him and have spent months finding honest workers to finish our remodel. Unfortunately, he of course owes a refund on money paid to him for work he never did, and we have had to pay others to have work corrected and completed from his disastrous work. Stay away from Jerry, he is awful!

Tintas just finished installing granite counter tops and back splashes in our kitchen. The entire experience was exceptional. They were so thorough & did their absolute best to accommodate our needs. I recommend using them & look forward to their working for us in the future.

Affordable bathrooms remodeled my bathrooms. They were very prompt, had great suggestions and a great price. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

ABA just completed two bathrooms in my home. The workmanship was quality but it took a long time to get some products. All workers that came to our home were pleasant and accommodating to our wishes. We recommend this company.

Just needed what I thought was a simple replacement but apparently it couldn't be done in the budget I entered on my quote request. Instead of asking for more details about exactly what was needed, was asked if my budget was flexible because they didn't want to waste time. Seems like I wasn't worth getting a little more info from. Luckily I found another company that asked more questions and provided more options instead of just asking me to be flexible with my budget.

Exceptional response time, he came out right away and did an on site review. His pricing is really fair and there isn't any hidden fees. This company is very honest and works fast to get things done. Very happy with my barbecue grill, very up to date with modern styles!

Just to let you know how incredibly frustrated I was with this rep Lani. I would give this a zero star if I could. Lani called only 20 minutes before the scheduled 2:00 PM appointment saying she will be late and asked to reschedule.  So I agreed to see her at 3pm instead.  At 3:11pm she called again saying she just finished her morning appointment and can she come now or reschedule.  I asked how soon she could be here and she said 17 minutes. So I agreed. Lani showed up at 3:30pm with more bad news. Now she wanted to reschedule because her iPad was at 1% and she couldn't do her presentation.  I was beyond frustrated and at that point I opened my front door and told her to leave immediately.  What professional would not even have a charger and cable with them?? On top of it she knew she was not going to have enough battery life left when she called me the very 1st time at 1:40pm. I am so appalled and will never deal with your company.  How disrespectful.. she completely wasted my Sunday.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
