This is a review on my experience with the company. 3 weeks ago my landlord scheduled the company to come to my apartment and correct peeling bath/ shower combo surfaces. I was out of town and unaware there would be paint being sprayed in my apartment. I came back to my belongings not just covered in dust from sanding but PAINT! I informed my landlord and they told me to educate the contractor on what the damages were. When Ardi came to my apartment he was very dismissive and repeatedly told me my belongings were covered in plastic. This may have been but obviously the plastic was loosely placed. All paint in air went under the plastic and coated our tables, chair, tv, sound bar, and a spot in carpet. The sound bar you can see appears to have had the plastic up against it so the paint dripped down and created this type of pattern. Ardi was able to remove the paint on my chair and carpet, while I had to scrub our wood tables and furniture for hours to remove the residue. We were UNABLE to remove the paint from our sound bar and tv. Nothing was done financially or otherwise to compensate for damages that could not be fixed. My suggestion to anyone thinking of using Chromatic Coatings is that you continuously watch the work being done, wear a mask or whatever you have to do to ensure your belongings are not damaged. Remove your property completely or ensure that they are covered in plastic and taped down with no air flow inside. This was very disappointing to come home to this mess after a summer vacation, when I had left my place very clean.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Karla and her crew made it happen for my family. We got a carport enclosure and they ended up helping us with so many other things in our project, like countertops, insulation, and more. They made the experience SO smooth, fast and efficient. I am so appreciative for this locally ran business. EASILY 5 stars!

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

James is very personable & professional.  He does great work in a timely manner.

Luke and his team were very professional and experienced with our bathroom remodels. I felt the price quoted was competitive and they were able to stay on schedule to the best of their ability. I was happy with our finished product and all aspects of my project were completed to my liking. I highly recommend Dwell House for your remodeling needs.

I've been using Eddy for the last few years and I highly recommend him.  He's worked on multiple projects big and small for me, with rental properties, selling a home and buying a new home that needed a lot of work, and I even flew him out to the east coast to work on a bathroom renovation at a vacation home.  He's very meticulous with his work and always makes sure you're happy with the results.  Very trustworthy and reasonable with his rates, much better than other handymen I have used before.

Jesus was great! Work was done on time and for the agreed amount. Couldn't ask for better. He even stuck it out through a bit of nonsense with the neighbor about the block wall/fence location. Would highly recommend!

We have hired this same contractor for our master bathroom shower and for our kitchen remodel. We have been nothing but pleased with the work completed, and I cannot think of a contractor who has more integrity than Jerry! Jerry and his crew are honest, hardworking and fair. If anything is wrong, he/they will fix it and make it right. We have more projects coming up and will be hiring them again! Our kitchen turned out beautiful!

Two no show appointments. First scheduled consultation was not communicated to the actual consulting personal and was missed. Second scheduled appointment no show and no contact.

We are so happy with our beautiful quartz bathroom countertops and shelf.  It looks amazing.  Tintas did a wonderful job in installing the stone and also in coordinating directly with the other contractors for plumbing and mirror removal.  Colton was our primary contact throughout the process, and he is the BEST!  We also want to thank Junior, Jose, Johnny, Chris and Daniel!  I would definitely purchase again from Tintas, and I also highly recommend them.

We just got our master bath remodeled and the results turned out great. This is the second bathroom we had affordable remodel. We changed from the contractor aluminum and glass panels and cultured marble to frameless glass and beautiful acrylic panels. We had a challenge of how to finish the seat which was the edge of the existing  bathtub. Chris and Matthew came up with a great idea to use a leftover piece of the wall panel and created a cap with a 2 inch bent over lip to cover the edge. We were deleted with their attention to detail and craftsmanship.

And I now have the handles that I ordered. Vanity looks so much better and David did a great job, cleaned up any mess from drilling new holes . I'm now happy and thank David and Joe for completing the job as ordered.

I wish I had more to say about BBG but apparently they are doing so well they do not need new customers.

I had seen their truck around town and found their card in a local paint store. Called or emailed them several months ago for the first time and got no response. Someone handed me their card again several months later and I called again and left a message - this time they called back and scheduled an appointment and Jason came out - on time - to discuss the work I wanted.

I THOUGHT that was a good sign, but apparently not, He said he would be back in touch in a few days, that was over one week ago. I am not in a rush to have the work done, but it would be nice to know if they are ever going to come back to me (guessing not).

All it takes is a simple phone call or email to say hey, we are swamped right now, are you in a rush? We have not forgotten about you and will get back to you. Instead, complete silence. I like to support local companies but I guess this one is doing so well, they do not need my business.

Exceptional response time, he came out right away and did an on site review. His pricing is really fair and there isn't any hidden fees. This company is very honest and works fast to get things done. Very happy with my barbecue grill, very up to date with modern styles!

We have  a BEAUTIFUL new kitchen thanks to Bob at B&J Tile! He and his designer (I think her name was Sylvia) did an amazing job helping us  design and complete our dream kitchen under a very short timeline and within budget. Bob was great about getting problems solved, very knowledgeable in all areas including plumbing, electric and, of course, tiling :) ...
I ended up being home one of the days that Bob was working on the finishing touches and he was great company. While he tiled, I painted cabinets.
This is a small family owned business that he TRULEY takes pride in and it shows.

PS - keep your eye out on nwsource.com    we bought our Bob's tiling on one of their online auctions and got a SCREAMING deal!

The consultant started out very nice and then became very pushy with propaganda videos and would not give us a itemized breakdown of the renovations. When the quote did present it was over double our budget (which she didn't even ask about) and she immediately started pushing for a down payment and credit checks. When we asked for some time to go over numbers she became very nasty and dismissive with us and packed her stuff so quickly it was uncomfortable. There is no way it should cost over $20,000 for a fiberglass tub, vanity, and vinyl flooring.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
