This is a 5 star roofing Company.  My insurance company had given me a three week limit to repair my roof or they were not going to renew my policy. I called Alex and explained my situation.  He was supportive and understood my limited time line. He immediately came over. He quoted me a fair price and began the work within a week.
Alex and his crew are kind, clean, professional and very understanding. I was stressed that the insurance company was giving me such a short amount of time to repair the roof. Alex was our knight in shining Armor.
I highly recommend this company for any of your construction needs.

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Luke and his team were very professional and experienced with our bathroom remodels. I felt the price quoted was competitive and they were able to stay on schedule to the best of their ability. I have used The Scottsdale Handyman for years. When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem &  the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. From fixing irrigation to installing toilet & such, Eddie can do it all. I have found that there is no job too small or too large for The Scottsdale Handyman!

Jesus was great! Work was done on time and for the agreed amount. Couldn't ask for better. He even stuck it out through a bit of nonsense with the neighbor about the block wall/fence location. Would highly recommend!

August 24,2019 Signed SW Restoration contract and cut a sizable deposit check for a bathroom remodel project that Was to start 8 weeks later. With a completion date of November 8th (guaranteed with $500 credit if not completed on time-per contract)Not hearing form Jerry, I reached out to him shortly before agreed to start date. It was then I was informed Jerry was pushing back start date another 7 weeks. Waiting nearly 3 months to get a project started was too much for me to accept, so I let him know I needed to go with another contractor and needed my deposit returned. That was 2 1/2weeks ago and I'll I'm getting is excuses, about why I don't have my money. Horrible experience!

I'm pleased to report, Jerry came through on his promise to refund my deposit. I felt it important I update my previous post, with this new information. Jerry is a man of his word! Not something you can say about all contractors.

Hands down the BEST contractor we worked with in our home remodel. They installed quartz counters in our kitchen, three bathrooms and bar area. They also did the backsplash in our kitchen. The process was so seamless. They did exactly what they said they were going to do in the timeframe promised. We were up against some strict deadlines and they totally pulled through. I highly recommend them for your project.

Awesome service. They provided the most unique products on the market and really care about designing the space to make your dream kitchen a reality! I love the cabinets!!!

Contacted them initially by phone and they told me I had to submit a quote form to get an estimate, they wouldn't go over anything with me over the phone. So, I then submitted the generic quote form on their website, asking about having a couple different jobs estimated out for me. They responded by a short email saying simply and quite rudely that my price range would be a waste of their time. It forces you to select one of the offered price ranges on the quote form, so I selected one. I had meant the price range for one of the jobs, not for all of the jobs mentioned in the comments. Instead of asking me any more questions to get more specifics they simply responded to the quote form by saying I wouldn't be worth their time. NICE. Just some advice, pick the highest price range option on the quote form if you want them to actually respond to your inquiry.

Easy communication and reliable contractor. He did a remodel for me at one of my properties in Arizona. I am in Georgia and there was no problem communicating at all. Very affordable compared to other contractors quotes. Would work with them again. I highly recommend!

We have  a BEAUTIFUL new kitchen thanks to Bob at B&J Tile! He and his designer (I think her name was Sylvia) did an amazing job helping us  design and complete our dream kitchen under a very short timeline and within budget. Bob was great about getting problems solved, very knowledgeable in all areas including plumbing, electric and, of course, tiling :) ...
I ended up being home one of the days that Bob was working on the finishing touches and he was great company. While he tiled, I painted cabinets.
This is a small family owned business that he TRULEY takes pride in and it shows.

PS - keep your eye out on nwsource.com    we bought our Bob's tiling on one of their online auctions and got a SCREAMING deal!

The consultant started out very nice and then became very pushy with propaganda videos and would not give us a itemized breakdown of the renovations. When the quote did present it was over double our budget (which she didn't even ask about) and she immediately started pushing for a down payment and credit checks. When we asked for some time to go over numbers she became very nasty and dismissive with us and packed her stuff so quickly it was uncomfortable. There is no way it should cost over $20,000 for a fiberglass tub, vanity, and vinyl flooring.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
