I had a crack in my porcelain sink, and after repair, you cannot see any signs of the crack, beautiful work!!!

I contacted KC Krew to roof a new addition to my home and possibly re-roof my entire home.  I met with Karla and Alex and they were very professional, respectful and understanding of me as a homeowner who had a very bad experience with a general contractor.   They provided me with a great quote and I ended up hiring them.  Alex's crew showed up on time and did a significant amount of work the first day removing the old shingles and prepping for the new ones.  They finished the next day and I am very pleased with the quality of their work in addition to cleaning up all of the roofing debris.  Not that I will be needing a new roof anytime soon, but I'd call them back up in a heartbeat and I will recommend them to my friends.  Thank you Karla and Alex!

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Luke and his team were very professional and experienced with our bathroom remodels. I felt the price quoted was competitive and they were able to stay on schedule to the best of their ability. I have used The Scottsdale Handyman for years. When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem &  the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. From fixing irrigation to installing toilet & such, Eddie can do it all. I have found that there is no job too small or too large for The Scottsdale Handyman!

Called Jerry to replace ceramic tiles on ledge in front of window that had been replaced.  He directed the job to Darren.  Darren found that the job was more extensive than previously thought - he showed me all sub areas that had to be replaced.  Darren was courteous and efficient.  He left the area perfectly clean.  One minor problem surfaced after a few weeks.  It was repaired properly at no additional cost.  Throughout this job, Jerry has always promptly returned my calls or texts.  He stands behind his work.   Will use him again.

Excellent service all the way around with phenomenal results. The Owner, John, listened attentively to our dream and developed a plan to make it come true. His crew followed that plan methodically and meticulously from beginning to end. The originally estimated a five day deconstruct to construct time frame which morphed into eight days. We did not mind the extended time frame because it was evident that the workers wanted to do the job right, rather than fast. They also willingly did call backs to fix minor construction problems without issue. Kudos to John, Mike, Shane, Cecelia, and Roberto for making our dream come true.

Great work and very professional. I have a property in Sedona and asked if they were willing to tackle my granite project. The owner responded quickly and went for measurements the next day! I was able to look thru their huge stock of granite at their showroom and found the slab I wanted.  They even have a great sink collection for that flawless finish.  For anyone looking for granite don't hesitate to call you won't be disappointed.

The craftsmen were fantastic, such beautiful work and very pleasant to work with. But the fact that it took 3 months to get two small bathrooms done(vanity and tile showers) was rediculous! Communication with the management was poor. But I must say the finished project is beautiful .

This review is for the estimate process only. Amanda came to my house and measured, listened to what I wanted for my remodel, and did what no one else did, which was to bring in some sample vanity doors and shower flooring samples. She responded to my emails quickly, was detailed in the estimate, and followed up in a phone call, showing that she really cared about my business. No other remodeler did that. While I wound up signing with another firm, I would definitely keep ABA in mind as an alternative for future work.

I wish I had more to say about BBG but apparently they are doing so well they do not need new customers.

I had seen their truck around town and found their card in a local paint store. Called or emailed them several months ago for the first time and got no response. Someone handed me their card again several months later and I called again and left a message - this time they called back and scheduled an appointment and Jason came out - on time - to discuss the work I wanted.

I THOUGHT that was a good sign, but apparently not, He said he would be back in touch in a few days, that was over one week ago. I am not in a rush to have the work done, but it would be nice to know if they are ever going to come back to me (guessing not).

All it takes is a simple phone call or email to say hey, we are swamped right now, are you in a rush? We have not forgotten about you and will get back to you. Instead, complete silence. I like to support local companies but I guess this one is doing so well, they do not need my business.

Exceptional response time, he came out right away and did an on site review. His pricing is really fair and there isn't any hidden fees. This company is very honest and works fast to get things done. Very happy with my barbecue grill, very up to date with modern styles!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I ordered tile my wife and finally agreed on, we were told by  the man working ( MIKE ) that it  was in stock and he would call when it was ready to be picked up from the store in a few days - after three weeks of calling off and on it was finally in and ready to be picked up! My wife went to get it and ..... it was the wrong tile???? he ended up telling her the factory sent the wrong stuff - to make a long story short Mike lied to us repeadedly trying to cover his mistakes. We still have not received our tile and have tried to just get our money refunded so we may go purchase new tile, but he said there would be a restocking fee - we didnt change our minds on the tile or try to return it for no good reason - he order the wrong tile and that was 8 weeks ago...... what horrible customer service by an arrogant employee!!

The consultant started out very nice and then became very pushy with propaganda videos and would not give us a itemized breakdown of the renovations. When the quote did present it was over double our budget (which she didn't even ask about) and she immediately started pushing for a down payment and credit checks. When we asked for some time to go over numbers she became very nasty and dismissive with us and packed her stuff so quickly it was uncomfortable. There is no way it should cost over $20,000 for a fiberglass tub, vanity, and vinyl flooring.

BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
