Ardi and his guys did such a nice job!  Had him do 2 full bathrooms for a client's older home that I was about to sell. Really gave the 1979 home the update it needed to sell in 2 days!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Karla and her crew made it happen for my family. We got a carport enclosure and they ended up helping us with so many other things in our project, like countertops, insulation, and more. They made the experience SO smooth, fast and efficient. Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

We were in need of handyman service to replace the ceiling on our patio and checked Yelp as always. After reading the history and learning they were a family-run business, we called B4 and After. Ruben returned our call promptly and scheduled a time to come look over the project. We weren't sure what to do with the ceiling but we needn't have worried. Ruben came up with a great idea and his quote was very reasonable. Work began the following week and was completed in time for a cookout we had scheduled. In fact, Ruben worked into the evening the night before to be sure the project was done in time. His workmanship was excellent and instead of being an embarrassment the ceiling is now a source of pride. We would highly recommend B4 and After!

Luke and his team were very professional and experienced with our bathroom remodels. I felt the price quoted was competitive and they were able to stay on schedule to the best of their ability. I have used The Scottsdale Handyman for years. When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem &  the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. From fixing irrigation to installing toilet & such, Eddie can do it all. I have found that there is no job too small or too large for The Scottsdale Handyman!

My older home needed some cosmetic and structural updates, and Jesus was able to provide what I was looking for, while also providing helpful suggestions and direction for the project. He and his crew did excellent work at an affordable price. I will 100% be using them for my next project.

We have hired this same contractor for our master bathroom shower and for our kitchen remodel. We have been nothing but pleased with the work completed, and I cannot think of a contractor who has more integrity than Jerry! Jerry and his crew are honest, hardworking and fair. If anything is wrong, he/they will fix it and make it right. We have more projects coming up and will be hiring them again! Our kitchen turned out beautiful!

Excellent service all the way around with phenomenal results. The Owner, John, listened attentively to our dream and developed a plan to make it come true. His crew followed that plan methodically and meticulously from beginning to end. The originally estimated a five day deconstruct to construct time frame which morphed into eight days. We did not mind the extended time frame because it was evident that the workers wanted to do the job right, rather than fast. They also willingly did call backs to fix minor construction problems without issue. Kudos to John, Mike, Shane, Cecelia, and Roberto for making our dream come true.

I became aware of this business when I decided I needed a walk-in shower for safety reasons installed in my guest bathroom. They had an ad in a community magazine delivered to my house monthly. I called, they sent Rob out to do a presentation, he gave me a price which was better then others I'd received plus his product was stylish compared to others I'd reviewed. I signed the deal in early December.  Joe came out to do the final measurements and take pictures about a week later. Start date was to be late December to early January.  Job started on time with one hitch. The pictures Joe showed Chris, the installer, were of someone else's bathroom, not mine. Mine was much more complicated to tear out then what Chris had prepared for. Chris arranged for the office to send out 3 guys to take out my old tub and shower. Only one showed up. In any case the old was torn out, and Chris got started on the installation. He was a master craftsman. Marvelous work. Only one other hitch occurred. The shower door company put the wrong color trim in the box. That took a couple of days to get the right trim to my place. The end result is absolutely beautiful. I'm so proud of that shower, and it has so much utility I'm happy to write this review. Wish I would've done it sooner.

Bob is a true craftsman and takes pride in his work. His tiling work was of great quality, with a quick turnaround, and a reasonable price. His knowledge and experience easily surpassed the others we considered. Call Bob, you won't be disappointed.

The consultant started out very nice and then became very pushy with propaganda videos and would not give us a itemized breakdown of the renovations. When the quote did present it was over double our budget (which she didn't even ask about) and she immediately started pushing for a down payment and credit checks. When we asked for some time to go over numbers she became very nasty and dismissive with us and packed her stuff so quickly it was uncomfortable. There is no way it should cost over $20,000 for a fiberglass tub, vanity, and vinyl flooring.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
