This is a review on my experience with the company. 3 weeks ago my landlord scheduled the company to come to my apartment and correct peeling bath/ shower combo surfaces. I was out of town and unaware there would be paint being sprayed in my apartment. I came back to my belongings not just covered in dust from sanding but PAINT! I informed my landlord and they told me to educate the contractor on what the damages were. When Ardi came to my apartment he was very dismissive and repeatedly told me my belongings were covered in plastic. This may have been but obviously the plastic was loosely placed. All paint in air went under the plastic and coated our tables, chair, tv, sound bar, and a spot in carpet. The sound bar you can see appears to have had the plastic up against it so the paint dripped down and created this type of pattern. Ardi was able to remove the paint on my chair and carpet, while I had to scrub our wood tables and furniture for hours to remove the residue. We were UNABLE to remove the paint from our sound bar and tv. Nothing was done financially or otherwise to compensate for damages that could not be fixed. My suggestion to anyone thinking of using Chromatic Coatings is that you continuously watch the work being done, wear a mask or whatever you have to do to ensure your belongings are not damaged. Remove your property completely or ensure that they are covered in plastic and taped down with no air flow inside. This was very disappointing to come home to this mess after a summer vacation, when I had left my place very clean.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Karla and her crew made it happen for my family. We got a carport enclosure and they ended up helping us with so many other things in our project, like countertops, insulation, and more. They made the experience SO smooth, fast and efficient. I am so appreciative for this locally ran business. EASILY 5 stars!

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

James is very personable & professional.  He does great work in a timely manner.

It's very hard to find reliable people for what many may refer to as a small job. Finally I found a company that does a great job for large and small jobs around the house. I would highly recommend Ruben and B4 and After Home Repair for home projects or repairs.

Luke and his team were very professional and experienced with our bathroom remodels. I felt the price quoted was competitive and they were able to stay on schedule to the best of their ability. I was happy with our finished product and all aspects of my project were completed to my liking. I highly recommend Dwell House for your remodeling needs.

Have known the owner for a while, but this was the first time I've actually used his business for handyman services.  The project was a dishwasher installation (remove old, install new).  It was completed without a hitch!  Eddie was on time, did an excellent job, verified everything was OK, and cleaned up afterward.

Please do not hesitate to use this company!

My older home needed some cosmetic and structural updates, and Jesus was able to provide what I was looking for, while also providing helpful suggestions and direction for the project. He and his crew did excellent work at an affordable price. I will 100% be using them for my next project.

Jerry is golden. He delivered and installed a beautiful shower door when previous contractors couldn't even get the door made. The entire process took approximately 1 week. Would hire him anytime and will.

Excellent service all the way around with phenomenal results. The Owner, John, listened attentively to our dream and developed a plan to make it come true. His crew followed that plan methodically and meticulously from beginning to end. The originally estimated a five day deconstruct to construct time frame which morphed into eight days. We did not mind the extended time frame because it was evident that the workers wanted to do the job right, rather than fast. They also willingly did call backs to fix minor construction problems without issue. Kudos to John, Mike, Shane, Cecelia, and Roberto for making our dream come true.

When we were looking for 2 slabs of granite this summer for our outdoor  patio island redesign, we went to The Yard...and did find lovely slabs at reasonable prices.   However, the names of the fabricators we got were not helpful.   Guess they are so busy we couldn't even get them to come all the way to Surprise for a look see at our project.    So thankfully after going to a couple of others Granite stores who just show us small samples....we went to Tintas Granite... where they also have a large  selection as you stroll through their property and pick out the slabs you like.   The sales rep, Fernando, we worked with was very patient, no pressure, okay to comeback when it was cooler, etc.   he also would point out how slabs with designs should be able to match up from end to end.  Our redesign only needed 1.5 slabs, which is okay to buy from them, the guy who came out to create the pattern was fabulous.   The owner took us on a tour of their fabrication area to show us the quality machinery they use and how they take a pattern and turn it into our island!    We cannot say enough good things about Tintas... and they are local... and we love supporting our local businesses when they are this good!

The craftsmen were fantastic, such beautiful work and very pleasant to work with. But the fact that it took 3 months to get two small bathrooms done(vanity and tile showers) was rediculous! Communication with the management was poor. But I must say the finished project is beautiful .

****SLIMY, LYING, ZERO INTEGRITY**** DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
Joe, the GC/owner, lied repeatedly throughout the project. He does NOT ever accept any responsibility for his severe inability to communicate with his sub's, us, and his vendor's about the project details. Expect to foreman your own job if you want it done right. MY husband was the foreman from start to finish. Every single sub contractor that came over, every single time never had any direction or idea what to do.
Rather than having integrity and doing what's ethical when mistakes were made *THERE WERE ALOT* by taking responsibility for them, Joe instead placed the blame on me and my husband. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The project went 2.5 months over due date. He continued to give excuses from being too busy to handle the load, to having medical issues, to finally him blaming Covid for the delay.
The final outcome is acceptable, only because my husband spent the time during work giving direction to the sub contractor's and away from work to be home to QC the sub contracto'r work. It's concerning to think how bad it could've been because Joe doesn't have any method for managing his jobs, communicating effectively with anyone, and he doesn't utilize any quality guidelines.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

These guys did a great job on our kitchen remodel.  They did a great follow up after the job was done to make sure we were happy.

Exceptional response time, he came out right away and did an on site review. His pricing is really fair and there isn't any hidden fees. This company is very honest and works fast to get things done. Very happy with my barbecue grill, very up to date with modern styles!

We have  a BEAUTIFUL new kitchen thanks to Bob at B&J Tile! He and his designer (I think her name was Sylvia) did an amazing job helping us  design and complete our dream kitchen under a very short timeline and within budget. Bob was great about getting problems solved, very knowledgeable in all areas including plumbing, electric and, of course, tiling :) ...
I ended up being home one of the days that Bob was working on the finishing touches and he was great company. While he tiled, I painted cabinets.
This is a small family owned business that he TRULEY takes pride in and it shows.

PS - keep your eye out on nwsource.com    we bought our Bob's tiling on one of their online auctions and got a SCREAMING deal!

The consultant was polite, however not amazingly helpful. We told her several times we needed insight for design and she just basically kept showing us everything they offer. Not to mention the price was completely obtuse. I did gain a slight amount of insight into our potential design based upon samples. If you happen to be able to afford beyond super expensive, then this may be the place for you. After 4.5 hours, totally disappointed in the experience the company so boldly emphasizes. I can get an amazing g experience for 1/3 of the quote and still have a luxury bathroom per two other reputable companies.

BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
