Brad has done 2 projects for us, he built a Casita on our residential property.  We had been working with another contractor that had drug their feet and Brad and his team came in and got the job done quickly, during the beginning of the COVID issue.  He really came through for us.
The second was a commercial project, he remodeled our office, at our business in Chandler.  We had a quick deadline to get it done and they did an amazing job, excellent price and it was done on time.

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.

Three months later, the remodel was complete and it exceeded all of our expectations. A friend had subsequently recommended William Chuck Ahl and my expectations of contractors were forever changed. From the first day he met with us, he was upfront and honest about the potential for our project as well as the challenges that might be faced along the way. His price quote was less than the other contractors yet his vision for the project exceeded anything the other contractors had to offer. We hired VAM Construction and Remodeling to close in a drywall entertainment.  Their estimate was 42% lower than the highest bid.  The project included closing in the entertainment center, removing an old TV from a different wall, patching and painting that wall, installing an electric fireplace, and hanging a Frame TV.  VAM arrived as scheduled.  They began work on the Monday before Thanksgiving (11/21/22) and it was completed on Tuesday, 11/30/22.  VAM employees were friendly, competent, and asked questions to ensure the project met expectations. The wall looks better than I imagined. I'm so happy I chose VAM and will call them for our next project.  THANK YOU!

Diamond granite recently replaced my granite with white quartz.  It was a large job, full kitchen & 3 baths.  They were professional, fast and full service.  As they are a contractor I didn't have to coordinate plumbing, purchase of new sinks, they do it all.  And they removed and replaced on the same day.  I'm in Tucson and was leery of getting a co. out of Phoenix.  No need, they were all terrific.  Highly recommend!

Does not service casa grande area although it is advertised on the range on Yelp. Only the valley.

They didn't show up after we agreed on the date and time. I didn't find out until I asked my Tennant if the issues were addressed. He said he didn't even call or text to let him know he wouldn't show. He also had my number and didn't call or text.
