I have had the pleasure of working with Jacqueline for a number of years. Jacqueline was the Interior designer for our latest project, a home remodel in Ramona, CA. Jacqueline was able to assemble a team that completed the project within the aggressive time frame without sacrificing style or quality, Her understanding of the clients needs, coupled with a keen design sense, make to whole remodeling process simple for all involved. Gilbert, from Royal Construction Services, was great to work with. He helped me replace 3 wood porch and carport posts at my older home.  Unlike the old posts, the new posts have been installed on post bases, which should help keep them dry and secure for years to come. Gilbert was fast, flexible and affordable.

We hired Crosspoint Contracting to remodel our kitchen and utility room.  We are very pleased with the job that was done.  We had a few minor setbacks with flooring and ceiling fans being on backorder.  But as soon as the materials were in Cliff had his crew out here getting things installed.  I would recommend Crosspoint for any of your construction needs.

Waed and his team are outstanding! I learned about him after he did a fantastic job remodeling my neighbor's place. He did some work in my kitchen and completely remodeled my wife's old place that she still owns and now rents out. We couldn't be happier with his work. I highly recommend him.

Lumby Concrete did an absolute amazing job on the project I needed done. From the first time I spoke with Travis, I knew his company would be hired. He was straightforward, honest, knowledgeable and fairly priced. I had Travis, his father and partner pour my extended driveway and RV parking pad. He explained to me every step, how they would do it and why they would do it that way. He educated me on the entire process. Everyone worked their ass off and got this project done. I am more than happy with the way things turned out. The extended driveway was particularly difficult due to the grade of my lot. Travis and his dad brought in extra fill dirt and got it done right. Its not very often anymore you find a family run business that works to protect a well known reputation. It's also hard to find this level of customer service. Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

I used Elvis, King of Sheetrock, to remove a large living room lath and plaster ceiling.  Elvis reframed the ceiling, added some additional support that the ceiling needed, then sheetrocked and textured the new ceiling.  He was very easy to work with and did a great job.  I would use him again for future sheetrock work.

We began working with the Patterson Homes group in late March 2018 after our home had a fire in December.  Their bid was the most practical with the least out of pocket expenses for us.  In fact they came in on budget.  More importantly they agreed to do a down to the studs rebuild of a 4 bedroom home with 2000 sq. ft. including an attached workshop on a 5 week timeline which they met.  This timeline included time to get permits, order materials, schedule the inspector's, handling abatement and debris removal, and deal with the insurance company.  Other bids were 5-6 months for the rebuild which would have put a great deal of stress on the family.  We were making the mortgage payments all during this time so the shortened timeline was outstanding.
From the first day they arrived, they were professional, timely, fully staffed, knowledgeable about all the procedures, and code upgrades.  The upgrades could have been extensive since the original home was built in the 1970s.  Within the first two weeks, their designer met with us to choose colors of paint, flooring, counter tops, shelving and more.  She came back in once the flooring was complete to make sure the choice of paint for the walls was appropriate and complimentary.   To our surprise and appreciation, they made upgrades in materials that we didn't request.  The owner, Ryan, told me it was the right thing to do.  Their attention to detail was a gift.
While on vacation, Ryan called me with an update of where they were in the project.  My passenger was a real estate business woman.  She told Ryan that in her 12 years of business she had never had a contractor call her to give information about her home remodel
As we walked through the house, we found things that needed to be changed.  There was never an argument.  Sometimes there was a discussion, and sometimes we paid for a change.  This company provides a two year warranty on their work.  As we move back into the house, we feel it is a brand new home.
We highly recommend this company for home rebuilds.  You will not go wrong choosing this company to do your new home or a restoration.

TERRIBLE AND UNSCRUPULOUS.  Never started our project, won't communicate, having to sue him for our unused money back, name-calling, and overall terrible experience.  RUN FAST AND FAR!  Filing suit in Maricopa if you want to search records for more details.

Shady business practices! They take two months to get an estimate to the client and then blame everyone else. It took 30 days just to submit an original estimate which was never sent to me just the insurance. They lie and try and push you off by saying they are waiting on the insurance company to approve the claim, meanwhile they cashed the check from the insurance. Then they refuse service if you question their shady practices!
Hopefully these professionals can figure out how to send a check back to the insurance for work they failed to do!

What is the point in riding the a55 of other cars in traffic? Do you really believe you're going faster? Switching 3 lanes at once in a very large commercial truck, that makes all the difference....hey you should just rename yourself to monster trash!
