After working with Guthrie I can see why they have been in business for so long. They have assembled the greatest team of architects, general contractors and subcontractors to design and build. They consistently build beautiful yet functional medical offices. Their communication and follow through are great and the attention to the detail sets them apart. I can't recommend them enough.

We called George at Contessa Stone to come give us a quote for a new fireplace mantle and overmantle. He came and looked at the fireplace we had and worked with us on a design that both my wife and I loved. He gave us a timeframe for the stone delivery and the installation and Mario who did the installation of the Stone was really great. He truly cared about the work and took his time to make sure it was done right. The whole process was really smooth and any small issues were resolved very quickly. I would definitely recommend George, Mario and Contessa Stone to anyone.

I've known Tim Mullooly for over 10 years. He built the patio I designed in the picture above for a good friend of mine. In 2009, Mullooly Construction remodeled our house inside while we lived here. He phased the work. Performed very well, and coordinated his subcontractors well. I recommended Tim to several other friends and he did a great job for them too. I even recommended him for a remodel of a rental house our church owns. A couple years ago I hired him to oversee the replacement of our old windows. Tim is honest, completely trustworthy and does quality work. My background was in commercial construction so I know quality when I see it.

How often do people have nice things to say about their contractor?  Luke at Vista General is amazing.  

This is the second time I've used his company in a major remodel and I'm just as happy as ever.  What's more, I've referred other people to hire Luke and they too sign his praises and, I'm told, are hiring him for more work.

Lollis Custom Interiors is fantastic!  This business is a full service residential and commercial contractor.  Randy and Jerrod are wonderful to work with.  My home was damaged by another local contractor when a patio was attached incorrectly to my home.  This caused a water penetration in four rooms.  Randy and Jerrod and their sub contractors not only put my home back in pre-damage condition, they went above and beyond to give me additional items.  They do not cut corners.  All of my rooms are beautiful.  All materials used were top notch.  

Lollis Custom Interiors is a professional organization to deal with in every way, from initial contact, to design, to follow up and communication. Discovering them was my best find in years of dealing with contractors. This is a company that sets the standard in not only the product and service that they offer, but also how they are focused on the customer and ultimate satisfaction.

Lollis Custom Interiors took whatever time necessary to discuss all possible options with me for my project.   Their promptness and cleanliness were second to none, and I could not fault them for anything. They were so respectful of my time, budget, and house.

I needed a quick repair to a home I was listing, the garage ceiling sheet rock had fallen off.  Joel Stark was suggested, my seller called him and he was out that day.  They had the repairs, garage and a settlement crack, completed quickly, and absolutely perfectly!  You could never tell they were there, even the ceiling paint matched perfectly.
In my opinion, you can tell a true craftsman by the small jobs, where every detail counts.

Called this company late on a Friday. Al came out Monday. He kept in touch as to what time he'd be out to fix our fire sprinkler system. He gave us a quote over the phone and kept his word. He had to replace a valve. We were very impressed with his professionalism. He's knowledgeable and would definitely call again if we have any more problems with our fire system. Thank you very much!

Stan did a great job with putting up our Courtyard lights. Had a great sense of what we wanted he was knowledgeable and professional. I'll hire for anything I need done home improvement wise.

Let me just start at the top because that is what they did. First Don the owner of the company came out and spoke to my wife and I. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He also has a great inviting personality. He offered lots of great ideas while listening to all input of what my wife and I wanted.

Next the real boss Lori who is Dons wife came out. She followed up with making sure all the T's were crossed and all the I's were dotted as they say. She is great at communicating and coordinating everything . She also has a great inviting personality.

Heather who was the field manager and direct contact person for us did an excellent job of keeping things on track. If things did not go the way my wife and I wanted she was right there to make sure things were taken care of to the satisfaction of my wife and I. We were always able to reach out to both Lori and Heather and they get right back to us.

We also like that they are open to suggestions and want to know if there are any areas of concern so that they can address the employees to make sure moving forward that the area of concern is not something that will happen again. They truly aim to please.

Now as far as the craftsmanship. All we can say is WOW, WOW, WOW!

We would highly recommend Levelup to anyone who is looking to have any kind of remodeling or contracting work done! And we would definitely not hesitate to use them again on any project we may have in the future!

If I could give Rick and his crew more than five stars, I would. Two men in his crew, Mike and Carey were personable, professional, and very thorough. I hired this crew through Lowe's to have two bathrooms renovated completely with new appliances and replacing one trashed shower and installing a new shower where a bathtub used to be. They first ensured all of the materials were available to finish the job and then they went to work tearing out the old, including an old linoleum floor in both bathrooms and they fabricated the walls out of a very expensive material that I had purchased. As they worked each day they apprised me of their progress and were very courteous. They used drop cloths liberally on every stick of furniture near the renovation and covered the floors thoroughly. Upon completion each day they cleaned their areas as much as possible. The completed job was amazing and beautiful! As soon as I acquire some more money by next year I will hire these guys for my kitchen renovation. They are professionals in every sense of the term!!

I hired W. C. Ahl to improve my kitchen lighting. They advised me on my options to get the best result for my project and provided very helpful suggestions. They already had kitchen lights much better than what I had found on my own. They came when they said and cleaned up afterward. They did a beautiful job, which comes with a lifetime guarantee. I am very pleased with the results. Even though this was a small project for a general contractor, they gave it their full attention. They came very highly recommended and now I would very highly recommend them as well.

Total remodel of two story home (which included removing and laying new tile and hardwood stairs on both floors, added additional lighting throughout house, removed and added new doors throughout house, removed old wall paper and repainted every room (including ceilings), extended patio deck and handled all permitting through the city, installed new ceiling fans, prewired electrical for new TV's and bar area.

Most important, this was a very honest and trustworthy family to work with, which was our primary criteria for selecting them in the beginning, they were outstanding!

I used Aldana Renovations to do some repairs to my subfloor that had water damage. Andoni came out and did an awesome job of repairing the flooring as reinstalling the laminate above it. His prices were more than fair, he was on time, and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend him.

Dave & Mario are true craftsmen that know their trade very well! They are completely reliable and trustworthy. They have done 2 major home remodels for us consisting of kitchen, bath, tile, flooring, general structural work, plumbing, electrical, heating and air duct work. We are thrilled with the finished products! They have been in this business for decades and have great working relationships with many sources that were very beneficial to completing our projects.  They were able to advise and guide us along the way. They were completely reliable to do everything they said, in the timeframe stated, at competitive prices. They worked hard to get each task completed with quality craftsmanship. Through both of the remodels they handled themselves professionally and cheerfully. I would like to add photos, of the most amazing job these men did ! They were outstanding. I had a split sink that was an under mount in expensive granite, I did not think it could be done, but they assured me it would be fine. They removed the bad sink, picked up a new one, cut the granite, and replaced it. It looks like it was always there! Since they were here, I asked about my dull granite, if they could do anything about that? They polished it and sealed it! What a wonderful surprise! I highly recommend them....LOL I had both of my neighbors stop by to see the job it was so good! They will be calling them. I heard about them at a plumbing store, a lady said, oh I have the granite dr coming out....I would of never know.

I only let the best and talented people to work in my home. I needed new custom cabinets added to my new home. I contacted keith to do the job. If you want a perfect job then there is only one person to call. He will be my go to guy as long as I live. He is a gentleman snd a fantastic human being. He cares 100% about all his customers. You will never find a better contractor in the state of AZ. His work came out gorgeous and as soon as I can I've been sick, I'll post all the beautiful pictures of his work.
