After working with Guthrie I can see why they have been in business for so long. They have assembled the greatest team of architects, general contractors and subcontractors to design and build. They consistently build beautiful yet functional medical offices. Their communication and follow through are great and the attention to the detail sets them apart. I can't recommend them enough.

We called George at Contessa Stone to come give us a quote for a new fireplace mantle and overmantle. He came and looked at the fireplace we had and worked with us on a design that both my wife and I loved. He gave us a timeframe for the stone delivery and the installation and Mario who did the installation of the Stone was really great. He truly cared about the work and took his time to make sure it was done right. The whole process was really smooth and any small issues were resolved very quickly. I would definitely recommend George, Mario and Contessa Stone to anyone.

I've known Tim Mullooly for over 10 years. He built the patio I designed in the picture above for a good friend of mine. In 2009, Mullooly Construction remodeled our house inside while we lived here. He phased the work. Performed very well, and coordinated his subcontractors well. I recommended Tim to several other friends and he did a great job for them too. I even recommended him for a remodel of a rental house our church owns. A couple years ago I hired him to oversee the replacement of our old windows. Tim is honest, completely trustworthy and does quality work. My background was in commercial construction so I know quality when I see it.

How often do people have nice things to say about their contractor?  Luke at Vista General is amazing.  

This is the second time I've used his company in a major remodel and I'm just as happy as ever.  What's more, I've referred other people to hire Luke and they too sign his praises and, I'm told, are hiring him for more work.

It is rare that I take the time to acknowledge great service on social media but in this instance finding such an exceptional business is worth sharing.  I had my master bathroom completely remodeled in October which was a full tear out and rebuild.  After several quotes, what sealed the deal for me with Lollis was the incredible integrity, honesty and passion for their work.  They did plumbing, electrical, tile install, fixtures, etc.  What they delivered:  1. Ways to cut/reduce costs 2. Suggestions and great ideas. 3. Knowledge of products. 4. Craftsmanship 5. Attention to details. 6. Treats for my dogs!  When the job was done they did a thorough cleaning of my bedroom/bathroom and it was all move in ready.  Being under construction is usually a horrible mess to be in but I've never seen contractors So tidy!  Needless to say Lollis will be the only contractors I use for my home because they offer something that is very rare these days and that is TRUST WORTHINESS.

So far, Joel has done both my bathrooms and they are amazing! He and his team are always on time and the jobs were done quickly! Next up is my kitchen and I can't wait to see the end result. Joel even went with me to look at tile, etc, as I had no idea what I was doing. I highly recommend them!

I had spoken with 4 different companies to inspect and repair my house fire sprinkler system in Scottsdale.  I'm selling my house through corporate relocation and the relocation inspector had limited understanding of fire sprinklers.  Larry provided honest and practical advice that avoided unnecessary repairs.  I didn't receive the similar level of consult and advice from other companies.  Very much appreciate his honesty and top notch expertise/service.  Highly recommend and big thank you again!

We had a crack in our interior bedroom door which required the door to be replaced. After trying to replace ourselves, we called a professional to help. Stan was kind, professional, and managed expectations very well. Would definitely use his service again.

We had a grab bar installed and a wall repaired and repainted.  They did an excellent job and we would definitely use them again.

Rick and Barry did a fantastic job on two bathroom remodels for us. We had some last minute additions to the scope of work and they accommodated without any issues at all. I've been meaning to write this for a while. Chuck (William Ahl) is as good as they come. We had moved into our home last year and it had a large load bearing wall that we needed removed that was adjoining a sunken in living room. Chuck was the first contractor that was able to tell us right away what the scope of the project was going to be and how he would get it done. From the onset, he was always very professional. He kept good records, always showed up on time, and was very pleasant to be around (we had to live in our home during the construction). It was a big job but him and his right hand man Evan did a fantastic job and it turned out beautifully. A few more things I appreciated where Chuck took the extra step: 1. He always cleaned up after every day as much as he could. We were still living in our home and we appreciated that everything was kept as neat as possible especially since we have little kids. 2. He does not ever compromise safety. He will always do the job right the first time even if it means more work. We have peaked ceilings and he took the time to put up temporary supports while putting up the new beam. 3. He prides himself on his work. He won't cut corners. He has a high standard for himself and will make sure whatever project he's doing will be done right every time. In addition to our load bearing wall Chuck also made us a beautiful custom chimney cap, filled an old doggie door, and took out some really big columns. Our new great room is now complete and absolutely beautiful! I definitely hope to use Chuck again for future projects and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to start a small or large project. He is licensed and insured so he can do anything!

Excellent work. Now have a beautiful master bath. The whole company is very easy to work with and clean up each day. Kristina has great ideas and really picks up what colors and styles you like. Would highly recommend.

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. I highly recommend Aldana Renovation

Our old sink (15 years old since new build) literally became detached from underneath the granite countertop (It had been held on only with epoxy that dried out) and as a stop-gap, we used a 2x4 to keep it in place until calling the Granite Doctor.  We had decided against simply replacing the double sink, but the granite countertop had a bridge over the divide between the basins that would have to be removed to allow a single sink. We tried to work with the original granite countertop firm of the builder to see if they could do it, but they said that for liability reasons they wouldn't touch it.  We thought about just replacing the entire countertop, but didn't want to spend $5-10K to do that (and we like our existing granite which is in great shape).

We saw the advertisement for the Granite Doctor showing exactly what we were looking for. The Granite Doctor Team (Lionel, Chris and Sam) came to the rescue, and (in a little over a week later) in just a bit over two hours they finished cutting the granite in place... perfectly, and installed our new (larger overall) sink, which has really updated the whole kitchen.
They also polished out an unfinished rough spot elsewhere on the countertop at no extra charge for us too. We were very pleased with their professionalism and cleanliness throughout the whole process.  

Yes, they do charge a $50 fee to come out to see the issue (whether you use their services or not), but that eliminates non-serious folks. The $50 is credited if you do use their services anyway, so it is not a big deal if you need the work done like we did.

Maybe someone will promise to do it cheaper...I don't know, but I do know that the work done by the Granite Doctor was flawless and worth what I paid, particularly considering our alternatives that would have involved removal offsite (that might have damaged the countertop in the process) or full replacement of the countertop.
