After working with Guthrie I can see why they have been in business for so long. They have assembled the greatest team of architects, general contractors and subcontractors to design and build. They consistently build beautiful yet functional medical offices. Their communication and follow through are great and the attention to the detail sets them apart. I can't recommend them enough.

We called George at Contessa Stone to come give us a quote for a new fireplace mantle and overmantle. He came and looked at the fireplace we had and worked with us on a design that both my wife and I loved. He gave us a timeframe for the stone delivery and the installation and Mario who did the installation of the Stone was really great. He truly cared about the work and took his time to make sure it was done right. The whole process was really smooth and any small issues were resolved very quickly. I would definitely recommend George, Mario and Contessa Stone to anyone.

I've known Tim Mullooly for over 10 years. He built the patio I designed in the picture above for a good friend of mine. In 2009, Mullooly Construction remodeled our house inside while we lived here. He phased the work. Performed very well, and coordinated his subcontractors well. I recommended Tim to several other friends and he did a great job for them too. I even recommended him for a remodel of a rental house our church owns. A couple years ago I hired him to oversee the replacement of our old windows. Tim is honest, completely trustworthy and does quality work. My background was in commercial construction so I know quality when I see it.

How often do people have nice things to say about their contractor?  Luke at Vista General is amazing.  

This is the second time I've used his company in a major remodel and I'm just as happy as ever.  What's more, I've referred other people to hire Luke and they too sign his praises and, I'm told, are hiring him for more work.

I love my wood, it looks beautiful because of their workmanship.  They were always concerned that it looked the best it could while installing my wood.  Fair price and meticulous!

Joel and his son were extremely professional and friendly! They were also very accommodating with their time. They installed a new patio section for us, updated the current patio, did some crown molding and fireplace work as well. All of it came out fantastic! We will definitely be using them again. Called this company late on a Friday. Al came out Monday. He kept in touch as to what time he'd be out to fix our fire sprinkler system. He gave us a quote over the phone and kept his word. He had to replace a valve. We were very impressed with his professionalism. He's knowledgeable and would definitely call again if we have any more problems with our fire system. Thank you very much!

We had a crack in our interior bedroom door which required the door to be replaced. After trying to replace ourselves, we called a professional to help. Stan was kind, professional, and managed expectations very well. Would definitely use his service again.

Honest. Reliable. Professional. Reasonable. And his workmanship is of the highest quality. My wife and I, after meeting with, and getting quotes from, a half dozen contractors, pretty much gave up on the idea of remodeling our house. Three months later, the remodel was complete and it exceeded all of our expectations. A friend had subsequently recommended William Chuck Ahl and my expectations of contractors were forever changed. From the first day he met with us, he was upfront and honest about the potential for our project as well as the challenges that might be faced along the way. His price quote was less than the other contractors yet his vision for the project exceeded anything the other contractors had to offer. Work was done in two parts:
Initially raised ceiling in kitchen, moved washer and dryer to garage from kitchen, installed new lighting, and painted.
Second part involved total kitchen remodel with removing walls to create open space; new cabinets, granite, lighting.
MK remodeling did a beautiful job remodeling my kitchen. I had my kitchen gutted and completely redone. They are very professional; they completed the kitchen in a timely manner and went out of their way to make me happy. Kristina designed my kitchen; she has a natural talent for understanding what you want (and has excellent taste). Mike is wonderful to work with and will always go out of his way to make sure things are done to your satisfaction.They made a big project easy by handling everything.
This honestly was not an inexpensive endeavor, but I am a believer in you get what you pay for.  This is the third time I have used MK remodeling and would absolutely use them again for any future project  that I may have.

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. I highly recommend Aldana Renovation

This contractor has done many projects at my house. They renovated my master bathroom, kitchen, back yard patio, doggie door, new arcadia door and painted the interior. They are reliable, trustworthy and stay on budget. Their vision and designs turned my house into a beautiful palace, where I now enjoy entertaining.  I was very comfortable having them do the projects at my house while I was at work. American General are easy to work with and I recommended them to others.

Beware!  Owner Trond Matteson is unreliable and undependable.  I first used him to do artificial turf on my front yard a year ago on reference from friends.  Although the job was completed there were issues that he promised to fix several times but never did.  I recently decided to do my back yard and decided to give him a second chance since we have so many mutual friends, yet this recent experience with him has been horrible.  I asked him to come look at my yard and give me a quote, and he said he would come by the next day.  2 days later without coming to see my yard, he asked me to measure the yard and send him the dimensions.  Once I did that he agreed to do the job and said he would be here Thursday to do it.  After not showing up on Thursday I contacted him that afternoon to ask where he was and he said he had a funeral to go to and couldn't make it.  He promised he would be here on Friday.  He never showed up on Friday and no word from him until Saturday morning when he texted and said he would be at my home in an hour.  He never showed again!  Later that day at 3pm he called and said he couldn't come until Monday.  I told him to forget it and said I couldn't ever trust that he would show up after letting me down 3 days in a row.  He pleaded with me to reconsider and swore he would be here personally Monday morning before the sun came up to do the job and promised I would be happy.  Big surprise....he never showed up again!  4 days in a row he said he would be here to do the job and never showed up.  Do not believe anything he says and don't use this company!  I was hoping to have my yard done for Mother's Day but guess that won't happen!
