After working with Guthrie I can see why they have been in business for so long. They have assembled the greatest team of architects, general contractors and subcontractors to design and build. They consistently build beautiful yet functional medical offices. Their communication and follow through are great and the attention to the detail sets them apart. I can't recommend them enough.

We called George at Contessa Stone to come give us a quote for a new fireplace mantle and overmantle. He came and looked at the fireplace we had and worked with us on a design that both my wife and I loved. He gave us a timeframe for the stone delivery and the installation and Mario who did the installation of the Stone was really great. He truly cared about the work and took his time to make sure it was done right. The whole process was really smooth and any small issues were resolved very quickly. I would definitely recommend George, Mario and Contessa Stone to anyone.

I've known Tim Mullooly for over 10 years. He built the patio I designed in the picture above for a good friend of mine. In 2009, Mullooly Construction remodeled our house inside while we lived here. He phased the work. Performed very well, and coordinated his subcontractors well. I recommended Tim to several other friends and he did a great job for them too. I even recommended him for a remodel of a rental house our church owns. A couple years ago I hired him to oversee the replacement of our old windows. Tim is honest, completely trustworthy and does quality work. My background was in commercial construction so I know quality when I see it.

How often do people have nice things to say about their contractor?  Luke at Vista General is amazing.  

This is the second time I've used his company in a major remodel and I'm just as happy as ever.  What's more, I've referred other people to hire Luke and they too sign his praises and, I'm told, are hiring him for more work.

We recently purchased a custom home that was built during the housing boom in 2008 and was in dire need of some upgrades and TLC. We had solicited 4 bids for our initial housing remodel. We chose Lollis Custom Interiors. Their bid was not the lowest nor the highest we received but I knew after talking to them within the first 5 minutes these were the guys we wanted. Together Jerrod and Randy have well over 40 years in the construction business and they can do EVERYTHING, they are physically undertaking and standing by the quality of their work.  This was so important to us because my wife and I work odd shifts and have small children.  We did not want several different contractors coming and going into our house.  Jerrod and his dad Randy show up at your house bid the work that needs to be done and do all the work.
Their quality of work was always top notch, they were conscientious about following project specifications, and their work never needed improvements or revisions.  Throughout the project I was impressed with their time management and commitment to generating a top quality lasting product.  Jerrod and Randy gave us a bid and stuck with it throughout the remodel.  When situations arose where extra work needed to be done (because of hidden problems that were not apparent until work on the house had started) Jerrod either fixed the problem at no extra charge or if it was more extensive involved us in the decision making process for a reasonable outcome.  My wife and I were always informed of work schedules and completion dates for the different projects and they were both always available by phone, text or email.  they would promptly respond back even on Sundays.
Jerrod and Randy are professional, reliable, courteous and respectful.  They have an old school work ethic, exceptional work habits are safety oriented and emphasized getting the job done right rather than doing it fast.  Their pride in their work was evident from day one, they tidied up at the end of each work day and treated our home as if it was theirs they were working on.  They are trustworthy and my wife and I both felt very comfortable allowing them access inside our home.  We are very happy and satisfied with the work they have done and plan on using them in the future.

So far, Joel has done both my bathrooms and they are amazing! He and his team are always on time and the jobs were done quickly! Next up is my kitchen and I can't wait to see the end result. Joel even went with me to look at tile, etc, as I had no idea what I was doing. I highly recommend them!

These guys are awesome! They did a great job remodeling my office! I highly recommend them for everything!

Larry and Joe showed up precisely on time to replace 24 fire sprinkler heads that had been recalled over 20 years ago and not replaced by the previous owner. These two moved through deliberately, carefully and professionally.  After they left, you would never know they had been here except for the new sprinkler heads. They answered every question we had, cleaned as they went and kept us updated throughout. Cost was incredibly reasonable. I am not certain five stars is a high enough rating!

We had a grab bar installed and a wall repaired and repainted.  They did an excellent job and we would definitely use them again.

Rick and Barry did a fantastic job on two bathroom remodels for us. We had some last minute additions to the scope of work and they accommodated without any issues at all. Their professionalism and knowledge are definitely top notch.We really had an awesome experience. We highly recommend them for any project you may have.

I've been meaning to write this for a while. Chuck (William Ahl) is as good as they come. We had moved into our home last year and it had a large load bearing wall that we needed removed that was adjoining a sunken in living room. Chuck was the first contractor that was able to tell us right away what the scope of the project was going to be and how he would get it done. From the onset, he was always very professional. He kept good records, always showed up on time, and was very pleasant to be around (we had to live in our home during the construction). It was a big job but him and his right hand man Evan did a fantastic job and it turned out beautifully. A few more things I appreciated where Chuck took the extra step: 1. He always cleaned up after every day as much as he could. We were still living in our home and we appreciated that everything was kept as neat as possible especially since we have little kids. 2. He does not ever compromise safety. He will always do the job right the first time even if it means more work. We have peaked ceilings and he took the time to put up temporary supports while putting up the new beam. 3. He prides himself on his work. He won't cut corners. He has a high standard for himself and will make sure whatever project he's doing will be done right every time. In addition to our load bearing wall Chuck also made us a beautiful custom chimney cap, filled an old doggie door, and took out some really big columns. Our new great room is now complete and absolutely beautiful! I definitely hope to use Chuck again for future projects and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to start a small or large project. He is licensed and insured so he can do anything!

Five years ago we had MK remodeling come out and do our shower which was leaking. We ended up having them redo the floors the lighting and the walls (from wallpaper to texture and paint).  So when we decided to update all 2 1/2 of our bathrooms this spring, we used them again after getting an estimate from at least one other company. I'm impressed with Mike Gillis, Kristin Gillis, and James Gillis. Their estimate process and billing is very professional. Over a couple of days, the various crews who were very professional, did great work on each job, and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. They went above and beyond what was required more than once, bless their hearts! I goofed up a couple of things and they worked with me on getting it right. Because the beginning of the job coincided with my husband's total knee replacement, there were at least three days where we weren't home but the work went on with no problems! This is a company you can trust and use over the years for many things.

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. The Capriotti brothers recently carried out my kitchen remodel. They proved first-rate; I'm very pleased with the outcome. They are great guys, honest, of absolute integrity, really hard-working, and easy to get along with. They gave useful advice on several issues. The work area was immaculately cleaned at the end of each workday, much appreciated. Their wish is to make sure you're 100% satisfied. Strongly recommended; I shall certainly ask them to come back when future work is needed.

We had an old cast iron kitchen sink that needed replacing. After almost spending thousands of dollars re-doing all our granite countertops, I stumbled upon their ad.  So happy we went with these folks.

From my initial outreach through install - completely seamless.  Great communication, professional and on time.

They had to cut into the granite to get the sink out, and I was shocked that they left behind no mess.

I only let the best and talented people to work in my home. I needed new custom cabinets added to my new home. I contacted keith to do the job. If you want a perfect job then there is only one person to call. He will be my go to guy as long as I live. He is a gentleman snd a fantastic human being. He cares 100% about all his customers. You will never find a better contractor in the state of AZ. His work came out gorgeous and as soon as I can I've been sick, I'll post all the beautiful pictures of his work. KEITH WILL NEVER overcharge his customer. Hi prices are very fair. If you don't want any headaches or worry's and great work Keith is my go to man. If you are smart make him yours also. The best of the best. Orders cabinets straight from the manufacturer and measurements were perfect. If you want everything done the right way? Keith only knows one way! THE RIGHT WAY! Do NOT conduct business with Trond Matteson. As this point will be taking next steps to move to legal proceedings to recover my deposit that he has refused to give back to me. As other review states, broken promises and more. Very unethical business person. Has broken the documented contract he gave me. He has stolen my money and refuses to give it back. Again I would never recommend anyone ever do business with Trond Matteson ever.
