After working with Guthrie I can see why they have been in business for so long. They have assembled the greatest team of architects, general contractors and subcontractors to design and build. They consistently build beautiful yet functional medical offices. Their communication and follow through are great and the attention to the detail sets them apart. I can't recommend them enough.

We called George at Contessa Stone to come give us a quote for a new fireplace mantle and overmantle. He came and looked at the fireplace we had and worked with us on a design that both my wife and I loved. He gave us a timeframe for the stone delivery and the installation and Mario who did the installation of the Stone was really great. He truly cared about the work and took his time to make sure it was done right. The whole process was really smooth and any small issues were resolved very quickly. I would definitely recommend George, Mario and Contessa Stone to anyone.

I've known Tim Mullooly for over 10 years. He built the patio I designed in the picture above for a good friend of mine. In 2009, Mullooly Construction remodeled our house inside while we lived here. He phased the work. Performed very well, and coordinated his subcontractors well. I recommended Tim to several other friends and he did a great job for them too. I even recommended him for a remodel of a rental house our church owns. A couple years ago I hired him to oversee the replacement of our old windows. Tim is honest, completely trustworthy and does quality work. My background was in commercial construction so I know quality when I see it.

How often do people have nice things to say about their contractor?  Luke at Vista General is amazing.  

This is the second time I've used his company in a major remodel and I'm just as happy as ever.  What's more, I've referred other people to hire Luke and they too sign his praises and, I'm told, are hiring him for more work.

We had Lollis add some custom doors onto our office/den. They were great to work with. Very friendly and professional and did just what we wanted. I highly recommend them for most any work you need done in your home!

I needed a quick repair to a home I was listing, the garage ceiling sheet rock had fallen off.  Joel Stark was suggested, my seller called him and he was out that day.  They had the repairs, garage and a settlement crack, completed quickly, and absolutely perfectly!  You could never tell they were there, even the ceiling paint matched perfectly.
In my opinion, you can tell a true craftsman by the small jobs, where every detail counts.

We had a grab bar installed and a wall repaired and repainted.  They did an excellent job and we would definitely use them again.

Gaio contracting is one of a kind. In today's world it is hard to find good people let alone good contractors. Well, I am hear to tell you this company is the best company I have every worked with, they have unbelievable compassion for the homeowner. Rick went above and beyond to try and help us get the best price for our countertops after he was done installing our cabinets. He also was more than happy to ensure that the sink would fit in the frame that was installed before we ordered it on Amazon. He was very polite and he cleaned up after himself everyday. If you do not choose Gaio contracting for your next kitchen or bathroom project you have flat out lost your mind. Great experience.

I hired W. C. Ahl to improve my kitchen lighting. They advised me on my options to get the best result for my project and provided very helpful suggestions. They already had kitchen lights much better than what I had found on my own. They came when they said and cleaned up afterward. They did a beautiful job, which comes with a lifetime guarantee. I am very pleased with the results. Even though this was a small project for a general contractor, they gave it their full attention. They came very highly recommended and now I would very highly recommend them as well.

I used Aldana Renovations to do some repairs to my subfloor that had water damage. Andoni came out and did an awesome job of repairing the flooring as reinstalling the laminate above it. His prices were more than fair, he was on time, and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend him.

Mario and his brother were very professional and worked around my schedule to get the job finished. Quality craftsmanship and competitive pricing.

Called this company numerous times. Very hard to get a reply...keep calling finally I get an appointment.  In fairness then I had to cancel as I had no one to meet him at my home but after waiting 3 weeks!!.  DON'T LET ANY CONTRACTOR IN TO REPAIR WHILE YOU ARE NOT HOME.  Seems logical but I know it happens.  Anyway, gave these guys 24 hrs notice for cancelation and asked for another appointment.  I get a text that says very busy can't take on any more work
What reputable company sends a stupid text like that?  Why be in business with an attitude like that?  I'd stay clear of these folks.  If they are too busy to see you they are too busy to do quality work.  There are plenty of other guys that do granite work in the valley.

I only let the best and talented people to work in my home. I needed new custom cabinets added to my new home. I contacted keith to do the job. If you want a perfect job then there is only one person to call. He will be my go to guy as long as I live. He is a gentleman snd a fantastic human being. He cares 100% about all his customers. You will never find a better contractor in the state of AZ. His work came out gorgeous and as soon as I can I've been sick, I'll post all the beautiful pictures of his work. KEITH WILL NEVER overcharge his customer. Hi prices are very fair. If you don't want any headaches or worry's and great work Keith is my go to man. If you are smart make him yours also. The best of the best. Orders cabinets straight from the manufacturer and measurements were perfect. If you want everything done the right way? Keith only knows one way! THE RIGHT WAY! Beware!  Owner Trond Matteson is unreliable and undependable.  I first used him to do artificial turf on my front yard a year ago on reference from friends.  Although the job was completed there were issues that he promised to fix several times but never did.  I recently decided to do my back yard and decided to give him a second chance since we have so many mutual friends, yet this recent experience with him has been horrible.  I asked him to come look at my yard and give me a quote, and he said he would come by the next day.  2 days later without coming to see my yard, he asked me to measure the yard and send him the dimensions.  Once I did that he agreed to do the job and said he would be here Thursday to do it.  After not showing up on Thursday I contacted him that afternoon to ask where he was and he said he had a funeral to go to and couldn't make it.  He promised he would be here on Friday.  He never showed up on Friday and no word from him until Saturday morning when he texted and said he would be at my home in an hour.  He never showed again!  Later that day at 3pm he called and said he couldn't come until Monday.  I told him to forget it and said I couldn't ever trust that he would show up after letting me down 3 days in a row.  He pleaded with me to reconsider and swore he would be here personally Monday morning before the sun came up to do the job and promised I would be happy.  Big surprise....he never showed up again!  4 days in a row he said he would be here to do the job and never showed up.  Do not believe anything he says and don't use this company!  I was hoping to have my yard done for Mother's Day but guess that won't happen!
