After working with Guthrie I can see why they have been in business for so long. They have assembled the greatest team of architects, general contractors and subcontractors to design and build. They consistently build beautiful yet functional medical offices. Their communication and follow through are great and the attention to the detail sets them apart. I can't recommend them enough.

We called George at Contessa Stone to come give us a quote for a new fireplace mantle and overmantle. He came and looked at the fireplace we had and worked with us on a design that both my wife and I loved. He gave us a timeframe for the stone delivery and the installation and Mario who did the installation of the Stone was really great. He truly cared about the work and took his time to make sure it was done right. The whole process was really smooth and any small issues were resolved very quickly. I would definitely recommend George, Mario and Contessa Stone to anyone.

I've known Tim Mullooly for over 10 years. He built the patio I designed in the picture above for a good friend of mine. In 2009, Mullooly Construction remodeled our house inside while we lived here. He phased the work. Performed very well, and coordinated his subcontractors well. I recommended Tim to several other friends and he did a great job for them too. I even recommended him for a remodel of a rental house our church owns. A couple years ago I hired him to oversee the replacement of our old windows. Tim is honest, completely trustworthy and does quality work. My background was in commercial construction so I know quality when I see it.

How often do people have nice things to say about their contractor?  Luke at Vista General is amazing.  

This is the second time I've used his company in a major remodel and I'm just as happy as ever.  What's more, I've referred other people to hire Luke and they too sign his praises and, I'm told, are hiring him for more work.

I love my wood, it looks beautiful because of their workmanship.  They were always concerned that it looked the best it could while installing my wood.  Fair price and meticulous!

Joel and his son were extremely professional and friendly! They were also very accommodating with their time. They installed a new patio section for us, updated the current patio, did some crown molding and fireplace work as well. All of it came out fantastic! We will definitely be using them again. For any home projects - these are your guys!

Called this company late on a Friday. Al came out Monday. He kept in touch as to what time he'd be out to fix our fire sprinkler system. He gave us a quote over the phone and kept his word. He had to replace a valve. We were very impressed with his professionalism. He's knowledgeable and would definitely call again if we have any more problems with our fire system. Thank you very much!

We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

We reached out to level up to bid some work for us. They were incredibly responsive, professional, and kind. They treated our family with respect and took the time to explain to us how the logistics worked for paperwork. We were very pleased and impressed with the service they provided.

Rick and Barry did a fantastic job on two bathroom remodels for us. We had some last minute additions to the scope of work and they accommodated without any issues at all. Their professionalism and knowledge are definitely top notch.We really had an awesome experience. We highly recommend them for any project you may have.

I've been meaning to write this for a while. Chuck (William Ahl) is as good as they come. We had moved into our home last year and it had a large load bearing wall that we needed removed that was adjoining a sunken in living room. Chuck was the first contractor that was able to tell us right away what the scope of the project was going to be and how he would get it done. From the onset, he was always very professional. He kept good records, always showed up on time, and was very pleasant to be around (we had to live in our home during the construction). It was a big job but him and his right hand man Evan did a fantastic job and it turned out beautifully. A few more things I appreciated where Chuck took the extra step: 1. He always cleaned up after every day as much as he could. We were still living in our home and we appreciated that everything was kept as neat as possible especially since we have little kids. 2. He does not ever compromise safety. He will always do the job right the first time even if it means more work. We have peaked ceilings and he took the time to put up temporary supports while putting up the new beam. 3. He prides himself on his work. He won't cut corners. He has a high standard for himself and will make sure whatever project he's doing will be done right every time. In addition to our load bearing wall Chuck also made us a beautiful custom chimney cap, filled an old doggie door, and took out some really big columns. Our new great room is now complete and absolutely beautiful! I definitely hope to use Chuck again for future projects and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to start a small or large project. He is licensed and insured so he can do anything!

Five years ago we had MK remodeling come out and do our shower which was leaking. We ended up having them redo the floors the lighting and the walls (from wallpaper to texture and paint).  So when we decided to update all 2 1/2 of our bathrooms this spring, we used them again after getting an estimate from at least one other company. I'm impressed with Mike Gillis, Kristin Gillis, and James Gillis. Their estimate process and billing is very professional. Over a couple of days, the various crews who were very professional, did great work on each job, and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. They went above and beyond what was required more than once, bless their hearts! I goofed up a couple of things and they worked with me on getting it right. Because the beginning of the job coincided with my husband's total knee replacement, there were at least three days where we weren't home but the work went on with no problems! This is a company you can trust and use over the years for many things.

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. I highly recommend Aldana Renovation

The Capriotti brothers recently carried out my kitchen remodel. They proved first-rate; I'm very pleased with the outcome. They are great guys, honest, of absolute integrity, really hard-working, and easy to get along with. They gave useful advice on several issues. The work area was immaculately cleaned at the end of each workday, much appreciated. Their wish is to make sure you're 100% satisfied. Strongly recommended; I shall certainly ask them to come back when future work is needed.

I noticed a gap between my granite counter top and my under-mount cast iron sink and was concerned about it breaking loose and damaging the counter top above or the plumbing below. I called around to a couple different places and Lionel was the only one who was able to make it over the same day.  Everybody else had openings later on next week. He was onsite within an hour and had it fixed within 20 minutes. I'm glad I called and recommend his services.

I only let the best and talented people to work in my home. I needed new custom cabinets added to my new home. I contacted keith to do the job. If you want a perfect job then there is only one person to call. He will be my go to guy as long as I live. He is a gentleman snd a fantastic human being. He cares 100% about all his customers. You will never find a better contractor in the state of AZ. His work came out gorgeous and as soon as I can I've been sick, I'll post all the beautiful pictures of his work. KEITH WILL NEVER overcharge his customer. Hi prices are very fair. If you don't want any headaches or worry's and great work Keith is my go to man. If you are smart make him yours also. The best of the best. Orders cabinets straight from the manufacturer and measurements were perfect. If you want everything done the right way? Keith only knows one way! THE RIGHT WAY! Don't call anyone else unless you are not using your brain and you have money to through in the garbage. Best quality work, best prices, and best human being on the face of this earth. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!  BEWARE of this guy.  Our contractor hired him to install artificial turf in our front and back yard back in February.  He came out and did the install and we noticed the same day that a major portion of the grass in the backyard laid flat and looked defective.  We notified him immediately of the problem.  He tried to fix the problem with more infill.  Over the past 5 months he has continued to make excuses as to why he does not show up when he says he will, fill the grass with so much sand that if feels like concrete and point fingers at everyone but him.  My husband was sick of getting the run around so both him and our contractor ended up calling the manufacturer directly.  They told us that they had a replacement piece of the turf from the same die lot for us since the original install and that they were just waiting for Trond Matteson to come back and pick it up.  Since we still cannot get him to answer and he is continually blaming other people we have been dealing directly with the manufacturer who came out to look at the grass and deemed it defective.  Trond was told that since he did the install it was his responsibility to come back out to tear out and reinstall the yard.  He refuses to do it unless someone pays him for the labor.  His words exactly NO ONE CAN MAKE ME DO THE WORK.  Clearly he does not stand by his work.  He is NOT licensed, we found out that he asks to use the general contractors license who he is working for and will not do a job unless he can piggy back on someones license.  He will not warranty his work either so don't expect to hear from him once he is paid in full.  The manufacturer also confirmed that he is using the wrong sand and not enough (very inconsistent infill) and the wrong type of tape on the seams too.
Buyer beware of this guy! There are other great companies out there who stand by their work. We have had artificial turf installed in other properties we own and this was the first time we ever had an issue. I wish we would have used one of the previous companies we hired in the past.
