After working with Guthrie I can see why they have been in business for so long. They have assembled the greatest team of architects, general contractors and subcontractors to design and build. They consistently build beautiful yet functional medical offices. Their communication and follow through are great and the attention to the detail sets them apart. I can't recommend them enough.

We called George at Contessa Stone to come give us a quote for a new fireplace mantle and overmantle. He came and looked at the fireplace we had and worked with us on a design that both my wife and I loved. He gave us a timeframe for the stone delivery and the installation and Mario who did the installation of the Stone was really great. He truly cared about the work and took his time to make sure it was done right. The whole process was really smooth and any small issues were resolved very quickly. I would definitely recommend George, Mario and Contessa Stone to anyone.

I've known Tim Mullooly for over 10 years. He built the patio I designed in the picture above for a good friend of mine. In 2009, Mullooly Construction remodeled our house inside while we lived here. He phased the work. Performed very well, and coordinated his subcontractors well. I recommended Tim to several other friends and he did a great job for them too. I even recommended him for a remodel of a rental house our church owns. A couple years ago I hired him to oversee the replacement of our old windows. Tim is honest, completely trustworthy and does quality work. My background was in commercial construction so I know quality when I see it.

How often do people have nice things to say about their contractor?  Luke at Vista General is amazing.  

This is the second time I've used his company in a major remodel and I'm just as happy as ever.  What's more, I've referred other people to hire Luke and they too sign his praises and, I'm told, are hiring him for more work.

It is rare that I take the time to acknowledge great service on social media but in this instance finding such an exceptional business is worth sharing.  I had my master bathroom completely remodeled in October which was a full tear out and rebuild.  After several quotes, what sealed the deal for me with Lollis was the incredible integrity, honesty and passion for their work.  They did plumbing, electrical, tile install, fixtures, etc.  What they delivered:  1. Ways to cut/reduce costs 2. Suggestions and great ideas. 3. Knowledge of products. 4. Craftsmanship 5. Attention to details. 6. Treats for my dogs!  When the job was done they did a thorough cleaning of my bedroom/bathroom and it was all move in ready.  Being under construction is usually a horrible mess to be in but I've never seen contractors So tidy!  Needless to say Lollis will be the only contractors I use for my home because they offer something that is very rare these days and that is TRUST WORTHINESS.

Joel and his son came to the rescue! We moved in to our new home in January and while I'm in love with pretty much everything about it, the uneven roof lining along the peak of our house had bothered me since day 1. The seller denied fixing it in our inspection period, so it was on my *lengthy* list of move-in to-dos.

I found AZ Studs, Carpentry, and Remodeling on Yelp and gave them a call! Joel called me back within an hour, willing to come over and take a look that day. Now friends, this is a very minor job compared to their full remodels but he was willing to help put my type A mind at ease. He installed a wooden piece along the base of the peak to make it nice and straight. Yayyyy!! I'm so happy. It has literally bothered me every day since move-in ( I AM CRAZY) and I'm so grateful that he was willing to take the time out of his *very busy* schedule to do this super tiny, 45 minute job for me.

I will definitely be calling Joel and his son (love the father/son team) back when we do future projects on our home. Can't thank them enough!

These guys are awesome! They did a great job remodeling my office! I highly recommend them for everything!

Larry and Joe showed up precisely on time to replace 24 fire sprinkler heads that had been recalled over 20 years ago and not replaced by the previous owner. These two moved through deliberately, carefully and professionally.  After they left, you would never know they had been here except for the new sprinkler heads. They answered every question we had, cleaned as they went and kept us updated throughout. Cost was incredibly reasonable. I am not certain five stars is a high enough rating!

Very timely, reasonable price and excellent work.  What more could you ask for.  Stan came out and installed a new smart sprinkler timer I got at an SRP seminar.  Would highly recommend

Rick and his team were amazing. They were highly skilled in any job that was given to them. The attention to detail was above any other contractor I have used. They listened to what I wanted and produced exactly as I detailed.  The final  example of their commitment to customer satisfaction was how clean they left the job each and every day. I would rate them 15 out of 10.   I have complete confidence in recommending them to anyone for any job. I will also be using them for additional work in the future

I've been meaning to write this for a while. Chuck (William Ahl) is as good as they come. We had moved into our home last year and it had a large load bearing wall that we needed removed that was adjoining a sunken in living room. Chuck was the first contractor that was able to tell us right away what the scope of the project was going to be and how he would get it done. From the onset, he was always very professional. He kept good records, always showed up on time, and was very pleasant to be around (we had to live in our home during the construction). It was a big job but him and his right hand man Evan did a fantastic job and it turned out beautifully. A few more things I appreciated where Chuck took the extra step: 1. He always cleaned up after every day as much as he could. We were still living in our home and we appreciated that everything was kept as neat as possible especially since we have little kids. 2. He does not ever compromise safety. He will always do the job right the first time even if it means more work. We have peaked ceilings and he took the time to put up temporary supports while putting up the new beam. 3. He prides himself on his work. He won't cut corners. He has a high standard for himself and will make sure whatever project he's doing will be done right every time. In addition to our load bearing wall Chuck also made us a beautiful custom chimney cap, filled an old doggie door, and took out some really big columns. Our new great room is now complete and absolutely beautiful! I definitely hope to use Chuck again for future projects and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to start a small or large project. He is licensed and insured so he can do anything!

Had them install a Sollid Cabinetry pantry. Throughout the process, communication was great, cost was very competitive (based on several estimates) and the installer was very professional. Was very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them based on our experience.

I used Aldana Renovations to do some repairs to my subfloor that had water damage. Andoni came out and did an awesome job of repairing the flooring as reinstalling the laminate above it. His prices were more than fair, he was on time, and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend him.

The Capriotti brothers recently carried out my kitchen remodel. They proved first-rate; I'm very pleased with the outcome. They are great guys, honest, of absolute integrity, really hard-working, and easy to get along with. They gave useful advice on several issues. The work area was immaculately cleaned at the end of each workday, much appreciated. Their wish is to make sure you're 100% satisfied. Strongly recommended; I shall certainly ask them to come back when future work is needed.

I found them in the local magazine mailed to homeowners.   The cost of the estimate was reasonable and deducted from the final expense.   Lionel explained every step and option thoroughly.   His crew came in and did an amazing job.   I am very pleased with the results and would recommend them.

I only let the best and talented people to work in my home. I needed new custom cabinets added to my new home. I contacted keith to do the job. If you want a perfect job then there is only one person to call. He will be my go to guy as long as I live. He is a gentleman snd a fantastic human being. He cares 100% about all his customers. You will never find a better contractor in the state of AZ. His work came out gorgeous and as soon as I can I've been sick, I'll post all the beautiful pictures of his work. KEITH WILL NEVER overcharge his customer. Hi prices are very fair. If you don't want any headaches or worry's and great work Keith is my go to man. If you are smart make him yours also. The best of the best. Orders cabinets straight from the manufacturer and measurements were perfect. If you want everything done the right way? Keith only knows one way! THE RIGHT WAY! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!  BEWARE of this guy.  Our contractor hired him to install artificial turf in our front and back yard back in February.  He came out and did the install and we noticed the same day that a major portion of the grass in the backyard laid flat and looked defective.  We notified him immediately of the problem.  He tried to fix the problem with more infill.  Over the past 5 months he has continued to make excuses as to why he does not show up when he says he will, fill the grass with so much sand that if feels like concrete and point fingers at everyone but him.  My husband was sick of getting the run around so both him and our contractor ended up calling the manufacturer directly.  They told us that they had a replacement piece of the turf from the same die lot for us since the original install and that they were just waiting for Trond Matteson to come back and pick it up.  Since we still cannot get him to answer and he is continually blaming other people we have been dealing directly with the manufacturer who came out to look at the grass and deemed it defective.  Trond was told that since he did the install it was his responsibility to come back out to tear out and reinstall the yard.  He refuses to do it unless someone pays him for the labor.  His words exactly NO ONE CAN MAKE ME DO THE WORK.  Clearly he does not stand by his work.  He is NOT licensed, we found out that he asks to use the general contractors license who he is working for and will not do a job unless he can piggy back on someones license.  He will not warranty his work either so don't expect to hear from him once he is paid in full.  The manufacturer also confirmed that he is using the wrong sand and not enough (very inconsistent infill) and the wrong type of tape on the seams too.
Buyer beware of this guy! There are other great companies out there who stand by their work. We have had artificial turf installed in other properties we own and this was the first time we ever had an issue. I wish we would have used one of the previous companies we hired in the past.
