After working with Guthrie I can see why they have been in business for so long. They have assembled the greatest team of architects, general contractors and subcontractors to design and build. They consistently build beautiful yet functional medical offices. Their communication and follow through are great and the attention to the detail sets them apart. I can't recommend them enough.

We called George at Contessa Stone to come give us a quote for a new fireplace mantle and overmantle. He came and looked at the fireplace we had and worked with us on a design that both my wife and I loved. He gave us a timeframe for the stone delivery and the installation and Mario who did the installation of the Stone was really great. He truly cared about the work and took his time to make sure it was done right. The whole process was really smooth and any small issues were resolved very quickly. I would definitely recommend George, Mario and Contessa Stone to anyone.

I've known Tim Mullooly for over 10 years. He built the patio I designed in the picture above for a good friend of mine. In 2009, Mullooly Construction remodeled our house inside while we lived here. He phased the work. Performed very well, and coordinated his subcontractors well. I recommended Tim to several other friends and he did a great job for them too. I even recommended him for a remodel of a rental house our church owns. A couple years ago I hired him to oversee the replacement of our old windows. Tim is honest, completely trustworthy and does quality work. My background was in commercial construction so I know quality when I see it.

How often do people have nice things to say about their contractor?  Luke at Vista General is amazing.  

This is the second time I've used his company in a major remodel and I'm just as happy as ever.  What's more, I've referred other people to hire Luke and they too sign his praises and, I'm told, are hiring him for more work.

Lollis Custom Interiors is fantastic!  This business is a full service residential and commercial contractor.  Randy and Jerrod are wonderful to work with.  My home was damaged by another local contractor when a patio was attached incorrectly to my home.  This caused a water penetration in four rooms.  Randy and Jerrod and their sub contractors not only put my home back in pre-damage condition, they went above and beyond to give me additional items.  They do not cut corners.  All of my rooms are beautiful.  All materials used were top notch.  

Lollis Custom Interiors is a professional organization to deal with in every way, from initial contact, to design, to follow up and communication. Discovering them was my best find in years of dealing with contractors. This is a company that sets the standard in not only the product and service that they offer, but also how they are focused on the customer and ultimate satisfaction.

Joel and his team absolutely blew away all of our expectations! We had AZ Studs knock down walls, enclose our patio, add even more square footage, and that was just the first time we used them for a job. I also have to add that he came in at much more affordable than the other two quotes we received, and I would be willing to bet the workmanship was better than anyone else could have done! Since then I have called Joel for numerous handy man tasks, and he has come through for me on all of them. If you have a big job or a little job, Call AZ Studs!

These guys are awesome! They did a great job remodeling my office! I highly recommend them for everything!

Larry and Joe showed up precisely on time to replace 24 fire sprinkler heads that had been recalled over 20 years ago and not replaced by the previous owner. These two moved through deliberately, carefully and professionally.  After they left, you would never know they had been here except for the new sprinkler heads. They answered every question we had, cleaned as they went and kept us updated throughout. Cost was incredibly reasonable. I am not certain five stars is a high enough rating!

We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

Levelup is truly a level above. They don't just focus on getting the job done they focus on getting it done right.   They were always tyimely, friendly and very responsive to any question or need. Their follow-up was fantastic.

Rick and his team (Mike and Kerry) were very professional and made my cabinet installation a breeze. Everyone knows remodeling can be very stressful, but these guys really work hard to mitigate issues and have the skill to handle complex installations. I would highly recommend Gaio contracting to anyone looking for a worry-free installation from a company that is trustworthy and qualified.

I hired W. C. Ahl to improve my kitchen lighting. They advised me on my options to get the best result for my project and provided very helpful suggestions. They already had kitchen lights much better than what I had found on my own. They came when they said and cleaned up afterward. They did a beautiful job, which comes with a lifetime guarantee. I am very pleased with the results. Even though this was a small project for a general contractor, they gave it their full attention. They came very highly recommended and now I would very highly recommend them as well.

Had them install a Sollid Cabinetry pantry. Throughout the process, communication was great, cost was very competitive (based on several estimates) and the installer was very professional. Was very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them based on our experience.

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. Dave and Mario recently completed a project for me, adding an exterior door to a room so I could have a home office.  They worked incredibly hard and completed it beautifully in a short time.  They are reliable and skilled.  Reliable, reliable, reliable!  Very important in an industry that is unfortunately not always to be depended upon.  I hired them on a recommendation from a family member who used their services a couple years ago and was very satisfied.  I would easily recommend them and would use them again.  Good job guys!

I am extremely pleased with the granite repair services performed by Granite Doctor.  On the phone they were polite, professional and informative.  The technician was a real artist in the repair of our counter top which had cracked in three places.  The repair is invisible to the casual observer.  It appears that there are relatively few technicians with the skill to repair cracked countertops.  I highly recommend the Granite Doctor

I only let the best and talented people to work in my home. I needed new custom cabinets added to my new home. I contacted keith to do the job. If you want a perfect job then there is only one person to call. He will be my go to guy as long as I live. He is a gentleman snd a fantastic human being. He cares 100% about all his customers. You will never find a better contractor in the state of AZ. His work came out gorgeous and as soon as I can I've been sick, I'll post all the beautiful pictures of his work. Do NOT conduct business with Trond Matteson. As this point will be taking next steps to move to legal proceedings to recover my deposit that he has refused to give back to me. As other review states, broken promises and more. Very unethical business person. Has broken the documented contract he gave me. He has stolen my money and refuses to give it back. Again I would never recommend anyone ever do business with Trond Matteson ever.
