After working with Guthrie I can see why they have been in business for so long. They have assembled the greatest team of architects, general contractors and subcontractors to design and build. They consistently build beautiful yet functional medical offices. Their communication and follow through are great and the attention to the detail sets them apart. I can't recommend them enough.

We called George at Contessa Stone to come give us a quote for a new fireplace mantle and overmantle. He came and looked at the fireplace we had and worked with us on a design that both my wife and I loved. He gave us a timeframe for the stone delivery and the installation and Mario who did the installation of the Stone was really great. He truly cared about the work and took his time to make sure it was done right. The whole process was really smooth and any small issues were resolved very quickly. I would definitely recommend George, Mario and Contessa Stone to anyone.

I've known Tim Mullooly for over 10 years. He built the patio I designed in the picture above for a good friend of mine. In 2009, Mullooly Construction remodeled our house inside while we lived here. He phased the work. Performed very well, and coordinated his subcontractors well. I recommended Tim to several other friends and he did a great job for them too. I even recommended him for a remodel of a rental house our church owns. A couple years ago I hired him to oversee the replacement of our old windows. Tim is honest, completely trustworthy and does quality work. My background was in commercial construction so I know quality when I see it.

How often do people have nice things to say about their contractor?  Luke at Vista General is amazing.  

This is the second time I've used his company in a major remodel and I'm just as happy as ever.  What's more, I've referred other people to hire Luke and they too sign his praises and, I'm told, are hiring him for more work.

I love my wood, it looks beautiful because of their workmanship.  They were always concerned that it looked the best it could while installing my wood.  Fair price and meticulous!

Finding a contractor to manage a major remodel is harder than finding a life partner. At least, that's how it felt before I found Arizona Studs. I talked to contractors who were dismissive, some who were not responsive, and still others with less-than-stellar recommendations. But from the start, Joel at Arizona Studs was easy to work with and instilled a true sense of confidence. This was our guy! Joel managed a complete renovation of our 1956 original kitchen and living room, giving us a beautiful, open-concept living space with new floors, paint, doors, and of course ... a knock-down gorgeous kitchen. Joel was not only easy to work with, he was true to his word, showed up on time and when he said he would, and saw the project through from start to finish in just over a month. We were also really impressed with the sub-contractors Joel brought in, as all seemed to have the same work ethic and demeanor.

These guys are awesome! They did a great job remodeling my office! I highly recommend them for everything!

Larry and Joe showed up precisely on time to replace 24 fire sprinkler heads that had been recalled over 20 years ago and not replaced by the previous owner. These two moved through deliberately, carefully and professionally.  After they left, you would never know they had been here except for the new sprinkler heads. They answered every question we had, cleaned as they went and kept us updated throughout. Cost was incredibly reasonable. I am not certain five stars is a high enough rating!

We needed some damaged roof tiles replaced, and Stan did a great job. Just from a picture, he noticed two other tiles that were damaged which I hadn't even noticed before then. Keen eye for detail, which I really liked. Very reasonable, thoughtful, and patient with all my questions.

Levelup is truly a level above. They don't just focus on getting the job done they focus on getting it done right.   They were always tyimely, friendly and very responsive to any question or need. Their follow-up was fantastic.

If I could give Rick and his crew more than five stars, I would. Two men in his crew, Mike and Carey were personable, professional, and very thorough. I hired this crew through Lowe's to have two bathrooms renovated completely with new appliances and replacing one trashed shower and installing a new shower where a bathtub used to be. They first ensured all of the materials were available to finish the job and then they went to work tearing out the old, including an old linoleum floor in both bathrooms and they fabricated the walls out of a very expensive material that I had purchased. As they worked each day they apprised me of their progress and were very courteous. They used drop cloths liberally on every stick of furniture near the renovation and covered the floors thoroughly. Upon completion each day they cleaned their areas as much as possible. The completed job was amazing and beautiful! As soon as I acquire some more money by next year I will hire these guys for my kitchen renovation. They are professionals in every sense of the term!!

I hired W. C. Ahl to improve my kitchen lighting. They advised me on my options to get the best result for my project and provided very helpful suggestions. They already had kitchen lights much better than what I had found on my own. They came when they said and cleaned up afterward. They did a beautiful job, which comes with a lifetime guarantee. I am very pleased with the results. Even though this was a small project for a general contractor, they gave it their full attention. They came very highly recommended and now I would very highly recommend them as well.

Had them install a Sollid Cabinetry pantry. Throughout the process, communication was great, cost was very competitive (based on several estimates) and the installer was very professional. Was very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them based on our experience.

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. After finding myself in a horrible situation with my kitchen sink, one phone call to Granite Doctor and my problem was solved.... SAME DAY! There's no question that Lionel knows his stuff, and offered suggestions and recommendations to fix my problem. It was clear that he cared deeply about my situation, and even called his guys from lunch to help. If you need service with your granite, there's no better company to call than Granite Doctor, and when many companies wouldn't even call me back, he went above and beyond the call of duty, without gouging me financially. I only let the best and talented people to work in my home. I needed new custom cabinets added to my new home. I contacted keith to do the job. If you want a perfect job then there is only one person to call. He will be my go to guy as long as I live. He is a gentleman snd a fantastic human being. He cares 100% about all his customers. You will never find a better contractor in the state of AZ. His work came out gorgeous and as soon as I can I've been sick, I'll post all the beautiful pictures of his work. KEITH WILL NEVER overcharge his customer. Hi prices are very fair. If you don't want any headaches or worry's and great work Keith is my go to man. If you are smart make him yours also. Do NOT conduct business with Trond Matteson. As this point will be taking next steps to move to legal proceedings to recover my deposit that he has refused to give back to me. As other review states, broken promises and more. Very unethical business person. Has broken the documented contract he gave me. He has stolen my money and refuses to give it back. Again I would never recommend anyone ever do business with Trond Matteson ever.
