After working with Guthrie I can see why they have been in business for so long. They have assembled the greatest team of architects, general contractors and subcontractors to design and build. They consistently build beautiful yet functional medical offices. Their communication and follow through are great and the attention to the detail sets them apart. I can't recommend them enough.

We called George at Contessa Stone to come give us a quote for a new fireplace mantle and overmantle. He came and looked at the fireplace we had and worked with us on a design that both my wife and I loved. He gave us a timeframe for the stone delivery and the installation and Mario who did the installation of the Stone was really great. He truly cared about the work and took his time to make sure it was done right. The whole process was really smooth and any small issues were resolved very quickly. I would definitely recommend George, Mario and Contessa Stone to anyone.

I've known Tim Mullooly for over 10 years. He built the patio I designed in the picture above for a good friend of mine. In 2009, Mullooly Construction remodeled our house inside while we lived here. He phased the work. Performed very well, and coordinated his subcontractors well. I recommended Tim to several other friends and he did a great job for them too. I even recommended him for a remodel of a rental house our church owns. A couple years ago I hired him to oversee the replacement of our old windows. Tim is honest, completely trustworthy and does quality work. My background was in commercial construction so I know quality when I see it.

How often do people have nice things to say about their contractor?  Luke at Vista General is amazing.  

This is the second time I've used his company in a major remodel and I'm just as happy as ever.  What's more, I've referred other people to hire Luke and they too sign his praises and, I'm told, are hiring him for more work.

Lollis Custom Interiors, LLC  are Licensed, Bonded and Insured Contractors. I had a leak in the drain pipes in my master bathroom. After exchanging a few emails with Elizabeth from Lollis, we setup a time for them to come look at the issue and provide an estimate. Randy and his son, Jared, true gentlemen, personable, polite and extremely professional duo, arrived on time. They looked at the problem, asked me a few questions and gave me an estimate. I found the estimate to be very reasonable and agreed to have the repairs done. Jared followed up with a written contract in a email. I agreed to the description of the repair and the terms listed in the contract. Two days after our initial contact, they had a slot open to do the repairs. Randy and Jared showed up on time and completed the job in 5.5 hours including a trip to home depot. They removed the top, the cabinets, disconnected drain and water supply, cut the sheet rock, chiseled away the concrete and replaced the cracked drain pipes and fittings with new pipes and fittings. The pipes and fittings were cracked because the builder incorrectly poured concrete over them. The recent tremors we felt in Arizona and constant expansion and contraction over the years cracked the pipes and the fittings. With Randy's experience and Jared's skills, my bathroom does not at all looks like it has been worked on. They did a meticulous job doing the repairs. Randy even went above and beyond the contracted work and cleaned the aerators, hard to turn faucets and glued the loose back splash on the tub.
I am extremely impressed with their workmanship but more importantly with their honesty to their profession and the dedication with which they completed the repairs. I did not see them cutting any corners. They worked on it like they were doing repairs in their own house.

Joel and his team absolutely blew away all of our expectations! We had AZ Studs knock down walls, enclose our patio, add even more square footage, and that was just the first time we used them for a job. I also have to add that he came in at much more affordable than the other two quotes we received, and I would be willing to bet the workmanship was better than anyone else could have done! Since then I have called Joel for numerous handy man tasks, and he has come through for me on all of them. If you have a big job or a little job, Call AZ Studs!

Called this company late on a Friday. Al came out Monday. He kept in touch as to what time he'd be out to fix our fire sprinkler system. He gave us a quote over the phone and kept his word. He had to replace a valve. We were very impressed with his professionalism. He's knowledgeable and would definitely call again if we have any more problems with our fire system. Thank you very much!

Gaio contracting is one of a kind. In today's world it is hard to find good people let alone good contractors. Well, I am hear to tell you this company is the best company I have every worked with, they have unbelievable compassion for the homeowner. Rick went above and beyond to try and help us get the best price for our countertops after he was done installing our cabinets. He also was more than happy to ensure that the sink would fit in the frame that was installed before we ordered it on Amazon. He was very polite and he cleaned up after himself everyday. If you do not choose Gaio contracting for your next kitchen or bathroom project you have flat out lost your mind. Great experience.

My wife and I, after meeting with, and getting quotes from, a half dozen contractors, pretty much gave up on the idea of remodeling our house. Three months later, the remodel was complete and it exceeded all of our expectations. A friend had subsequently recommended William Chuck Ahl and my expectations of contractors were forever changed. From the first day he met with us, he was upfront and honest about the potential for our project as well as the challenges that might be faced along the way. His price quote was less than the other contractors yet his vision for the project exceeded anything the other contractors had to offer. One of the best things about working with Chuck was his flexibility and his willingness to make adjustments when it was in the best interest of the project. Along the way he was able to make adjustments to save us money, in other areas he came up with ideas that substantially improved the overall project. When Chuck said he would be at our house on a given day, he was there. When he came across issues in the project, he was honest about the situation, and professional in presenting us with options. Not only was his work of the highest quality, but his prices were fair and reasonable. He kept us updated throughout the project of where things stood with payments and adjustments, and to this day I marvel at the work he did at the price we paid, especially in light of the quotes we were given by other contractors. You can trust Chuck. He's a good man and an honest man. And he does amazing work.

I had my kitchen remodeled, along with leveling my living room floor to match rest of the house, new tile throughout the house and a wall removed. From beginning to end, the process was easier than I experienced with previous contractors. Everyone was on time, polite, and the house was clean at the end of the day. Mike was responsive to answering my questions which I appreciated. Everything was on time, except for one day delay which did not put the overall process behind schedule. I love the end project and would not have been able to design the floor plan, pick out the tile, countertops or cabinets without the help of Kristin. It was well worth the cost! I highly recommend Mike and staff to complete any remodel.

Tony his team literally saved me from a nightmare.  I hired someone who was getting their company up and going to make my brick wall higher in my backyard.  It was originally only 5ft tall and everyone could see in my backyard. This new company completely botched the wall and was not unstained it correctly.  I had to fire them on the spot but they've already created such a mess.  I contacted Tony to come check out the horrible job to see if he could provide me a estimate. He came out the next day and let me know what all needed to be done to correct the issue and finish the job.  The estimate was a fairly priced for the work ahead.  I agreed and he came back the next day with his team.  They had my wall done within hours which included reinforcing and correcting the problem from the first company.  He was super professional,  cleaned up their mess ALONG with the previous company mess  and the communication was great. The Capriotti brothers recently carried out my kitchen remodel. They proved first-rate; I'm very pleased with the outcome. They are great guys, honest, of absolute integrity, really hard-working, and easy to get along with. They gave useful advice on several issues. The work area was immaculately cleaned at the end of each workday, much appreciated. Their wish is to make sure you're 100% satisfied. Strongly recommended; I shall certainly ask them to come back when future work is needed.

I am extremely pleased with the granite repair services performed by Granite Doctor.  On the phone they were polite, professional and informative.  The technician was a real artist in the repair of our counter top which had cracked in three places.  The repair is invisible to the casual observer.  It appears that there are relatively few technicians with the skill to repair cracked countertops.  I highly recommend the Granite Doctor

I only let the best and talented people to work in my home. I needed new custom cabinets added to my new home. I contacted keith to do the job. If you want a perfect job then there is only one person to call. He will be my go to guy as long as I live. He is a gentleman snd a fantastic human being. He cares 100% about all his customers. You will never find a better contractor in the state of AZ. His work came out gorgeous and as soon as I can I've been sick, I'll post all the beautiful pictures of his work. Beware!  Owner Trond Matteson is unreliable and undependable.  I first used him to do artificial turf on my front yard a year ago on reference from friends.  Although the job was completed there were issues that he promised to fix several times but never did.  I recently decided to do my back yard and decided to give him a second chance since we have so many mutual friends, yet this recent experience with him has been horrible.  I asked him to come look at my yard and give me a quote, and he said he would come by the next day.  2 days later without coming to see my yard, he asked me to measure the yard and send him the dimensions.  Once I did that he agreed to do the job and said he would be here Thursday to do it.  After not showing up on Thursday I contacted him that afternoon to ask where he was and he said he had a funeral to go to and couldn't make it.  He promised he would be here on Friday.  He never showed up on Friday and no word from him until Saturday morning when he texted and said he would be at my home in an hour.  He never showed again!  Later that day at 3pm he called and said he couldn't come until Monday.  I told him to forget it and said I couldn't ever trust that he would show up after letting me down 3 days in a row.  He pleaded with me to reconsider and swore he would be here personally Monday morning before the sun came up to do the job and promised I would be happy.  Big surprise....he never showed up again!  4 days in a row he said he would be here to do the job and never showed up.  Do not believe anything he says and don't use this company!  I was hoping to have my yard done for Mother's Day but guess that won't happen!
