Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Even when there were minor issues, they were resolved immediately. I would absolutely use them again. You wont go wrong using Southwest. Thanks for everything Sigi!

This is a family owned business. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. Their showroom has lots of tiles and flooring to look through. They did a great draw up of a bathroom remodel for us. They did not pressure us to go outside of our budget. They were honest.

We have used Qualtire a few times now for plumbing repairs at our office. The scheduling has always been easy and the service has been great! Plumbing issues are never fun, but it is great to have a quality company that we can trust when something goes wrong.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

We couldn't be happier with our new beautiful shower and bathroom. Ross and his team were professional and courteous. They kept us apprised of their progress throughout the project. The attention to detail was excellent in every way. We will definitely call on them for any future remodeling projects.

DC is a master in his field. He has done several revisions / remodels to our backyard including the pool/spa trees, pavers, lighting etc.  I highly recommend and encourage you to give him a call.

Jeff, JDR CONTRACTING, has did several remodels for our home in the past. This time he did a Ledger Stone wall with bookcases, and to say it is beautiful. Is not saying enough! He quoted us a time and $ amount and he came in right on schedule Great job. Jeff!

My rental house was burned in a fire.  The Other Brothers came out and restored it quickly.  I was able to re-rent it and my new tenants are very happy with how it looks.  I couldn't be more pleased.

Clay's work, expertise, and responsiveness are unparalleled! He assisted me with the on-site building of custom oak floor-to-ceiling book cases as part of a complete living room re-design.  He advised on the best structure, and did some of the most precise building and assembly work I've ever seen.  The units were later stained by a carpenter, but even before they were finished, the raw install looked so beautiful it was as if it was already done.  Clay was on time, worked efficiently, and was respectful of my home.  His pricing is fair and there are no surprises.  Beyond that, he threw in for free fixing a nuisance entry door that needed to be trimmed down and a new threshold installed, and he is helping me scope out the cost for a few more renovation projects I hope to accomplish down the road.  I would unreservedly recommend Gusto Construction and Clay to anyone - you'd be lucky to have him work on your project.

Truly a terrible human beaing and business owner.  I worked my butt off to get the job done for him that he asked me to do.  He paid me as he was contracted to, then when he realized I was on the other side of the country, He stopped payment on my check.  Me and 4 of my guys that worked on this deal for Rick Koberna are out of pocket and were forced to work as slaves for him.  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RICK KOBERNA AND CBE GENERAL. Arrowhead Painting did a wonderful job on the exterior of my home.  They were always on time and Mark always returned my calls promptly.  They also did a great clean up after the painting was finished.  It is a perfect paint job.   It is hard to find any contractor; in any trade; in the Peoria, AZ area that puts forth the effort to do their job right and in the best interest of the customer.  Arrowhead Painting is very fairly priced, also.   I finally found a great contractor!  I will always use Arrowhead Painting, Inc.  I know they get booked quickly, but the wait is worth the job done.

The one star is solely for the installer Adrian Ruiz Flores. He did a great job and was thorough and professional. The sales person I worked with was rude and unprofessional.  The high pressure sales person refused to leave my house at consultation until I gave him the business.  I was uncomfortable and unsure and wanted to think it over but he keep on and on about what does he have to do to earn my business TODAY!  Finally agreed to get him out of my house. I was never contacted by phone or email to schedule the install, I called to schedule. No one called or emailed that the installer was going to be 5 hours late, I had to reach out.  I emailed my frustration and the response was they are busy and basically I should understand. I reached out to the President regarding all of the issues and am still waiting for her response 8 days later.  Do yourself a favor and hire someone else that will treat you with respect.

I referred some friends to Reliable who recently moved to Scottsdale.  Dustin was prompt in his response to their concerns and he was very thorough in his inspection of the pool equipment.  

It's always a nice thing to deal with the owner of a small business.  They seem to have a passion to help you out while the larger companies push profits over you.  This was especially true when Dustin figured out a warranty issue around the existing pool pump.  

I recommend Reliable Pool Care.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They sub out all their work and even their subs do no trust them. 3 of their subs told us that during our build, so the feeling is consistent on both sides when dealing with Pegasus. Once they have cut corners and increased price on change orders, they will collect their last check and be gone. They treat every one of their issues as annoyances and take zero responsibility. No cheap bid should ever get them a job, as their quality and customer service are HORRIBLE. You will thank me for going in another direction.

Not sure anyone should do business with someone that threatens people on social media. People he doesn't even know. Dangerous!!!!
