We had our kitchen done a few years ago and decided it was time to do the bathroom.  Retro Pro did a great job on the kitchen, so, it was an easy choice to choose them for the bathroom.  Another excellent job, from helping with the design to the choice of materials.  Eric, Steve, Angela, and of course, Omar and his crew are the best. We would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone else.

Strangely, my wife's review was in the non-recommended area.  In any case, I've posted our bathroom photos, the workmanship speaks for itself.  

Mike and his partner did all the tile work, plumbing, electrical and some touchup painting themselves, no subcontractors - with the exception of the glass shower wall/doors, which everyone subcontracts.  Overall, we are VERY pleased with the outcome.

They were on time every single day and completed the project in just under the estimated time of two weeks.  Would have finished even sooner, had the shower door people not needed about a week and a half after measuring (pretty standard - we had a different contractor do our other bathroom and it was a two week wait as well).  
As said, a great job and we plan to call him about our kitchen, hopefully late this year, finances permitting.

Amazing customer service! I was having trouble installing a ceiling fan on my own, and I called them up to have them come out for service. Instead the man I spoke with recognized that I was very close to finishing and just talked me through the rest of the install over the phone. I was very surprised. This type of service is hard to find and very appreciated. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again on any future home renovations.

Do not call this company! I'm a Realtor and asked for a quote on a pool crack repair for my client this past Friday and they said sure no problem. So I proceeded to send them pictures of the issues we wanted a bid on and they said they would contact me to set it up. Several days passed and no one had called to arrange it. When I followed up the following Monday the admin girl said she had given the info to the owner, but would follow up with him again to make sure he contacted me. I let her know we were in a rush and asked if he could meet us at the home on Tuesday morning. Tuesday rolled around and no surprise I still hadn't been contacted. So again I followed up to see if they were going to show Tuesday or at least just call me back. The girl (not the owner) called back and said sorry about not contacting me back, but they are going to be booked up until later next week! It would have been nice to have been told this at the outset and not 5 days later! What a waste of time with these guys. Save your time and energy and look elsewhere for a more attentive company that cares about new business.

Excellent communication and attention to detail. We hired M2 to fix our previous contractor nightmare and they are top notch. Everything was done with premium materials and quality craftsmanship. Use them for all your renovations!

These guys did the floor, backsplash, and shower surround for our bathroom remodel.  Excellent work, clean, and very professional.  Could not be happier with their service.   Immediate response and friendly service over the phone a year later when I called back to have them come do some repairs in another part of the house.   Top notch!

We have been very pleased with the professionalism of Brent Pemberton of McLintock Builders.  Since at least 2016, he has been involved with over six different residential home remodeling projects and he is a true industry professional.  For anyone wondering, yes, he is licensed, bonded and insured.

Brent shows up when he says he will be there and is very prompt at returning both calls and emails, something not every General Contractor does.  I really can't say enough great things about him.  

As a side note to you Brent, Maryanne and Jack wanted to also say thank you as well, for always having the homes ready before our crews arrive to start the flooring demolition, it really makes everything go easier for us!  We are looking forward to many more years together.

Nice guy, fairly good at communication, did a good job with cleaning out our messy front fountains and the drainage systems. Reliable with his appointments once time is set. Continues to communicate even after job completed, which is really appreciated.

Bryce at HBO Construction was great! He was responsive, on time, and did great work on our bathroom shower.

After several estimates, we knew Bryce was the guy for the job. He was fair and knowledgeable without giving us a crazy dollar amount to do the job.

10/10 will be recommending him to our friends and family!

Tatum and Ray were highly recommended. I got several bids and their's was comprehensive and fairly priced. This was a unique project where we retained the flooring, fixtures and some of the walls. But the plumbing, sinks, counters, tile, some cabinets, mirrors, shower wall and glass are all new. There were many challenges since this was not a rip and replace. During the five week project, Tatum kept everything moving, came up with creative solutions, and kept his commitment to deliver the bathroom we wanted. I highly recommend Ouellette General Contracting.

Screens Unlimited, LLC
We found Screens Unlimited using a website search. Like most companies that manufacture solar screens, they can make them on site or in their shop. The ones that were installed recently in our home to replace the solar screens we bought 11 years ago when we moved in as well as to replace  several of the builder's original window (insect) screens are terrific. They are made using heavier-duty frames and with metal corner inserts, not the cheap plastic corner inserts on the screens we purchased years ago. Those old screens with the plastic corner inserts got brittle with the sun and caused the screens to rack (lose their rectangular shape) and become worthless. Screens Unlimited is a pleasure to work with.  Mike came out to do precise measurements of the several windows for which I needed new insect and/or solar screens. A week or so later, he was back to install the small ones that were made at their shop and manufacture the larger ones (6'x7') that were made on site. They all fit perfectly. He even replaced (at no charge) any old clips that hold the solar screens in place because he felt they were not adequate. Their billing is all done on-line using a secure website. Their office person, Nadya, is prompt, polite and efficient and their workmanship seems excellent.

Used Infinity Pro Services for a 1st floor indoor tile job.

Extremely reliable company, stayed true to every promise which was most important. And on top of that their prices were the most reasonable from the 5 other companies I was quoted from. Would highly recommend!

We've used Affordable Home Improvements twice for a patio & garage light installation and then for flooring to be replaced from termite damage.  Both times communication & service were excellent with extremely reasonable pricing.

Will continue to use them in the future for all our home improvements!

Contacted AZ Dreamscapes to come out and give us a quote on our backyard. We were looking to have grass w sprinklers and curbing done along with an area of pavers. Scott did contact us and set up a time to come out. He viewed the yard and we gave him a rough sketch of what we wanted. He stated he'd have a quote for us in around 48 hours. This was on April 8th. After about a week or so of not hearing anything, both my spouse and I reached out in two separate emails to see if a quote was ready yet from main website and stated that we had not heard anything since Scott came out. Never received a call back, email response, nor quote. Very disappointed with lack of communication and not following through. Better to just state you're too busy to take on a job or aren't interested...why even bother coming out and wasting everyone's time

I found G's Hone Services on Yelp, requested a quote, he got back to me within 20mins of my request & quoted me a fair price. I hired him for the job & he nailed it. Great service, great work, I highly recommend.

Ken was a true professional. He was prompt, called before he showed and was prepared for the job.  He brought ideas to the table I had not considered, which in turn made the outcome that much more impressive.  He is incredibly skilled at his work.  He takes his time, is thoughtful, and above all, takes pride in his work.  We were extremely happy with the work he did and continue to hire him for additional jobs.  We will of course refer him to everyone we know as well!  Thanks Ken!!!

I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out to see the project space. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He left me with a very positive impression. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.
