We needed some interior drywall repair work done and also utilized Arise Construction to help us finish installing our laminate flooring in our master bedroom.  THEY WERE FANTASTIC!  Marcos and all of the gentlemen we worked with at Arise Construction were amazing.  Communication was prompt and all phases of each portion of the job were completed in a timely manner at a fair price.  We are very pleased with the service provided.  We are looking forward to working with them again.

Good Contractor for Bathroom Remodels

We used Stein and Nordic Construction to remodel our master and guest bathrooms in June & July. He was very clear about our bid and he gave us allowances for tiles and fixtures.  We were able to choose items that were higher or lower than the allowances so we felt like we were in control of some of our costs.  
We appreciated Stein's construction experience in helping us choose materials and fixtures. Both bathrooms came out very nice and were done on schedule. Stein is very easy to work with and he stays on top of any concerns we had. We recommend him for your next bathroom remodel.

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

We hired Tyson to tear out the old counter tops and disconnect the plumbing in preparation for a new laminate counter top install by another company.  He was quick to respond to our request for quote, came out to the house and quoted a very reasonable price.  On the day before installation, he and his co-worker showed up on time and got the disconnect done in about 1 hour.  This was a rapid time considering that the counter top was held in place by some very inaccessible screws.  They handled the job masterfully.  The next day, the new counter tops were installed by the other company and Tyson showed up immediately when the job was done and reconnected the plumbing, touched up the spots where paint had chipped during the tear down and left the kitchen looking better and cleaner than when he started the job.  I can't say enough good things about Tyson and his company.  We will keep his card on our bulletin board for future jobs.

Jerry repaired drywall, installed baseboards and photosensor recently.  He responded my requests quickly and arrived to the site on time.  In addition, He completed repairs in a short period of time and did an excellent job!

Creative Spaces by KB is the best in designing home remodeling. Kris is very professional and know the business as well as anyone. She is friendly and professional and listens to the client to insure the end result is what the customer wants. We have used Creative Spaces by KB several times and our satisfaction is outstanding.

I reviewed this company a couple of months ago and wanted to come back and update the status.  The manager of the Florida office actually came to my home, which I found encouraging.  I thought that they cared about their customer service.  I was sorely mistaken, he had a horrible attitude and did nothing but make excuses.  Once we finally got our door installed the metal frame pieces were two different colors.  The only piece that was the correct color was the corner post.  The remainder was a shiny silver rather than the brushed nickel finish we ordered.  After several emails and several weeks go by it's agreed that the installer will come out and replace the one piece that doesn't match and I'll settle for having matching pieces even though it's not the color I wanted.  Lo and behold the installer shows up with another piece of metal in the exact same INCORRECT shade that's already there.  I asked him politely to get out of my house and left it at that.  Long story short, I have a mismatched shower door enclosure and I'll be replacing it as soon as I can.  Do not waste your time and money with these people.  For whatever reason the Florida office has abysmal customer service and shabby workmanship.
