We found Mark via the cabinet manufacturer. Mark was right on with his suggestions and delivered our order on time.

We were so happy with the work Kent and his team did for us in 2018 we decided to have him come back and redo all the tile on both our Fireplace & Patio. In addition, I had him rip out all the carpet and his team installed 1,200 square feet of beautiful White Oak Engineered Hardwood and all new baseboards. We basically have a new home now thanks to Kent and we couldn't be happier.

Marcus is the type of professional who takes pride in his work. He framed, tiled, and electrically wired the entire bathroom of our older Phoenix home, no easy task. For someone like me who has little to no experience remodeling- Marcus went through step by step the process and answered any questions we had. He's a great listener and definitely knowledgeable. When we even had a question after the job was complete, he came back immediately. Would trust him again with another project.

Edit: These guys are super strange. And I'm not sure as to the ethics behind sharing emails. He also negated to share the final email I. Which I assured him that at no point did I think his disorganization and lack of communication stemmed from malice. However, being disorganized and uncommunicative is noteworthy, and thusly why the review was posted.

We recently used them for a kitchen and bathroom remodeling project. They were wonderful to work with - vey detail oriented and responsive. I highly recommend them.

Shower & Bath Connection has done four major remodeling projects for us between 2011 and 2020.  That includes complete (down to the studs) remodels of the kitchen, two bathrooms, and the exterior of our house, as well as the addition of a new large en suite.  In the process we had ceilings raised, new floors put in throughout, walls removed (and added), and what could only be described as a complete overhaul and upgrade of the entire house, inside and out.  
We've heard contractor-related horror stories from friends, but we we had no such thing with S&B.  Lon and his crew, including subcontractors, were exceptional every time.  Indeed, Lon is amazing!  Quality and customer satisfaction always came first, and the end result turned our rather average 1950's house into the crown jewel showcase of our neighborhood (and beyond).  We can't say enough about how easy Lon was to work with, how professional and courteous he and his crew were, and how excellent the results were.  He even got everything done ON TIME, every time.  I've met few business people with as much honesty and integrity as Lon.  
We highly recommend Shower & Bath Connection.  We gladly give it 5 stars -- If we could give more, we would!

Kitchen countertop project: I put together a general scope of work for my project. Every contractor that bid this was working from the same set of requirements. CustomCreative was the only contractor who both understood and improved the SoW before making their proposal. Their bid was realistic and extremely competitive. Terms were fair. Praveen (owner) also indulged my desire to clarify the final contract with more details. This was a very good sign. Their office is in Scottsdale, my home is in Sun City West....no problem - they're happy to do business with far west metro customers. All of their craftsmen are terrific; skilled and easy to work with. Project communication was top notch and I could not be happier with the final results. We recently decided to upgrade and remodel portions of our home including replacement of most of the floor.  Kitchen & Bath Remodeling was recommended to us by Joey at A World of Tile on Speedway in Tucson.  Tyson from Kitchen & Bath Remodeling called us right away to schedule an initial meeting and plan the project.  The project required removing approximately 1600 square feet of old tile and underlying thinset which took about a week of very nasty and dusty work.  But Diego and Lester were up to the task and did a great job of removing the old tile.  Then for the next two weeks Diego and Lester laid the new wood-look planks of porcelain tile.  Tyson and his crew of Diego and Lester were very professional and highly skilled.  We are very happy with their work and the new floor is beautiful !  Needless to say we highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Remodeling...an excellent company.

He did a decent job. Nothing stellar. He was more than an hour late every day. He gave me a quote for the work then did half the job and then changed the price on me to more than double the original quote and hand cuffed me into having to have him finish. Just all around pathetically embarrassing professionalism.

My Husband and I are so happy with the quartz countertops that we purchased from Pelleco it has inspired us to continue updating our house. Sam and his staff are very helpful and friendly and their prices can't be beat!!

Our experience with VETSBuilt was nothing short of excellent. Bob, our contractor, stayed right on top of things and was responsive to our concerns as well as keeping us informed as to issues, and schedules. We are experienced remodelers ourselves so appreciated the level of skill demonstrated by the crews and the attention to detail. The lead carpenter, Craig, was nothing short of amazing.

This was, unfortunately, not a typically remodel.  We started with fixing the floor that was an inch higher than the rest of the house, along with enlarging a window, ripping out a closet and adding cabinets. When we started with the floor the persons who had remodeled the room before caused us to have to remove everything they had previously done and start all over again. We wanted it done correctly. But even though we started from scratch Bob, kept the job running smoothly.

The subcontractors he hired were amazing.  We had to pour a new cement floor.  The cement masons were excellent. Roger the tile guy, did everything we asked him to do. The cabinet maker was very concern about what we wanted, again the cabinets are beautiful. The room we call an office/craft room is everything we wanted. They did an excellent job. We will hire them again if we ever need help again.

Andrew and his team are professional and punctual, willing to provide budget-conscious design insight to make a project successful . You can tell they take pride in their work and the attention to detail is evident. We have been happy to hire them for a few projects with our kitchen and bath.

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

We used Handyman Connection to take care of our kitchen backsplash. They came up and gave us a great estimate so we had them start immediately. the job was finished in a day and 1/2. I could not be more pleased of the work and craftsmanship they provided us. We will be using them for every job on our house as we have no need calling anyone else. Excellent work.

Dion and his team did an excellent job tearing down my old deck and building a new one.  I was impressed by the professionalism and skill of Dion and his team.  The new deck is beautiful!  I would highly recommend D&D construction!

In February Better Bath Remodeling did a total remodel of our master bath. The tub and glass shower were removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. New tile floor and quartz countertops were also installed.

Michael was great on the Sales side, Martin and Alan were equally great on the construction side. Once the job was started, they worked on it every day until completion. Each day we were advised what they were going to work on that day and their progress was reviewed at the end of the day. Their quality of work is impeccable.

All parties were very professional and we couldn't be happier with the end result.

We couldn't be happier with our bathroom remodel from Retro Pro. From the initial consultation all the way through the construction, the whole experience was very positive. We were particularly impressed with the workmanship. Quality work through and through. Omar and his crew were always here on time and worked very hard to keep the the construction mess to a minimum. He kept us informed of the progress and what to expect each day. He was a pleasure to work with. The finished project was outstanding and we'd highly recommend them!

Spicegirls are the best! I found them through Yelp, and they were quick to help me. I wanted a full bathroom remodel. We met virtual then i went into their showroom to pick the final choices. Rosa is an absolute delight. She worked with me to stay within my budget. She even came to my house the next day just to put the samples in the bathroom to see if it would look good in person. Her communication was excellent. I always knew what was going on & when. She also sent pictures while i was out of town. They have great taste & did an excellent job with my bathroom, highly recommend!
