From start to end a great experience.  Steve came and spoke with me and answered all my questions during the estimate process.  He is very friendly and easy to talk to. Scheduling was a piece of cake and excellent follow through for confirmation.  The install were wonderful. Edgar, Angel, and Jesus.  They are polite, accommodating and very helpful with answering all my questions. Kyle the project Mngr kept me informed through it all and always called or texted back my many questions and any concerns I had.  Now that's service.  The warranty is amazing! I have the best yard in my whole neighborhood. Here are before and after.  No more weeds! (And no more HOA weed notices.)

We lost our backyard grass to many gopher families. Bobby at Always Green Turf provided an affordable quote to remove the existing lawn, place gopher screen down and install turf. Quite happy with the results.

Jaron came out and was very informative with the sales aspect. He was flexible with our schedule and understood our budget. He worked with us until we felt comfortable in this backyard investment. The crew was good and worked hard! It took 3 days of work because they ran into some irrigation issues. Once the crew was done we still struggled with some irrigation. I called Tom and he came right over the next day to help out. We are happy with the finished product! We replaced the grass in our yard with turf/rocks and overall would recommend this company.

We had an issue with all the product being dropped off before the project started. It was dropped of in the middle of our neighborhood street and no cones or anything were put around it. The police were called because it was a safety hazard. This was frustrating because there was no communication the supplies were just dropped off on the side of the house instead of in the backyard.

Wow - What a great result! The work was fast and clean. They added a new paver border to replace the old red brick border plus added a paver area for a future hot tub. That, coupled with the new turf, completely changed the outdoor beauty of our home. Everything was done within two weeks time from first site visit - actual work was done in only two days.

The company communicated and confirmed the date and time, they showed up on time and did an amazingly job with the artificial turf.  They were professional and cleaned up the mess from the work.  I also received a follow up visit to ensure the job was done well.

Let me start by saying my wife and I loved nearly everything about working with AGT. We had looked into a few different companies and AGT seemed to have the best product and process that made sense. They were very prompt and professional as soon as we requested a quote, Austin worked with our vision and Aaron made it happen. We requested a combination of pavers, rock inlay, and turf. They arranged the project a week or so later and got it done in a few days. They even gave advice to protect the turf from melting by getting sun screen shades installed on a couple windows facing the turf. We have a pretty big dog who was in need of his own space and he was happy with the finished project from day one. We loved how clean everything looked. It was also nice with the promos and deals they were able to save us a couple thousand dollars.

Now not even a few weeks in, we've started to notice a problem. There are weeds starting to grow through the turf and rock inlay. I contacted Aaron and he recommended spraying a weed killer will take care of current and future growth. He even gave me contact to a trusted weed specialist. Unfortunately, weeds growing after the project is not part of the 2 year repair/manufacture warranty or 10 year product/craftsmanship warranty. Looking on their website under 'our process' it states 'with some applications we recommend a weed barrier to protect your new lawn from weeds and wild vegetation.' I understand you cannot always predict which projects need it but we were not even offered this service. It would've been nicer to be proactive rather than reactive.

That being said, I still think their products are great, they are extremely friendly and accommodating, they worked very hard, and we definitely liked the initial finished project. It is unfortunate we now have to deal with the aftermath and fallout, but i guess if you have the extra time and elbow grease, it might get better.

Mike came out and was very pressured in sales routine.  He wanted to show us a presentation (who has time for that) so he left without measuring or without taking our email address. Very unprofessional. Do not use.

Working with this company was a breath of fresh. My boyfriend and I got 2 others quotes but this company was reasonable and we knew they would be quality. Austin was very professional and so helpful answering all our questions. Their warranty and craftsmanship are two huge bonuses of working with this company. They were able to come out a week later to put in our turf. The guys who did it were great, quick and cleaned up amazing. We are so thankful we went with this company and truly would recommend to our family and friends.

The weeds have gradually gotten worse and it's all from under the weed guard which proves they didn't prep/spray, which I paid for. Very disappointed. It's one thing if it was $5k but this is a $27k job and I went with you guys specifically for this reason.

I requested a quote, they asked for my number to reach out. All that is fine and normal. They called me and I missed it while dealing with my kids. They then sent me a video message and six additional text messages over the course of the next six hours. That's 8 separate outreach attempts in 6 hours. I'm in sales and I'm fine with people reaching out and doing follow up but give me some breathing room. AWAY too much!

Don't ask for a quote unless you want to get messaged to death.

Despite the fact our dog died that day we still showed up for estimate and they played on our heart strings and tried to play us for a fool ever since that day... and here we continue with their circus act. They failed to repeatedly come out to attempt and rectify situations to our satisfaction and instead run to their attorney, like a BUNCH OF CROOKS, to send out a demand letter?!?  How disgustingly pitiful and utterly shameful of them and their attorneys!!! Don't worry guys I going to make a whole new story for you guys because now I'm dealing with my aging and ailing grandma too and you're taking my time and my energies away from her! You guys have nothing better to do than to sit there and harassing and bamboozle people! You don't want to do the work to their satisfaction as you stayed on your website do not pay until you are delighted with your work, which were still waiting for... HELLO! ..but you want to run to your attorney!!! How despicable of you!  Bring it on waste all the money that you want! You have absolutely no idea who you're messing with and that I have infinite wealth to fight this case till divine justice prevails my friend!  I am going to every social media plotform and media outlet and I will blast you guys and guess what, I will be your demise! LOOK OUT FOR THIS NEWS STORY IN THE MEDIA!!!  BUYER BEWARE..... do not even communicate with these lowlife people at Always Green Turf (AGT), cause all they see you for is green $$$.. They are truly a waste of your time and energies! oh and the attorneys they use are just as hopeless as them! Why would you even wanna represent them when they didn't do a job to their customers satisfaction and their website clearly states you don't pay until you are delighted with the work?!?! Obviously malarkey!!!!! Well, the bozos don't even know where they're sending letters, where they performed the work, even show up at the wrong house to give a quote, had the materials delivered at the complete wrong address just a bunch of jokers do a job that we didn't even want them to do not even come not even like what we wanted and then they want to take us to court I can't wait to see them in court. If you're shopping for turf, I believe your shopping experience should and will end here with Always Green Turf. Mike (the designer) was very professional and accommodating. I told him that naturally, I was shopping around. He did his best to keep the bid competitive. I trusted him and all the other positive reviews on here about the quality of the work, and I'm glad I did. I called AGT, Mike was at my house helping with design and estimates in a week, and the turf was installed about 2 weeks later. It was a 2 day job. I would definitely use always green turf again in the future hands down.

After the installation, Nathan came out to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. There were one or two little things that I wanted to touch up (moving the removed rock into places I still have rock so that it's level with the higher grounded turf), and Nathan said that wasn't a problem. I loved that AGT wanted me to be 100% satisfied and they had no problem adjusting one or two things so that I could feel great about my purchase, which is certainly do.

My only suggestion/feedback to AGT would be to have a sun screen installer/contractor on payroll. A one stop shop for all turf needs so to say. This would have made my turf buying experience a tad bit easier and I definitely would have gotten them from AGT instead of shopping around again. Nonetheless, I got the sun screens elsewhere so the turf doesn't melt.

An absolute delight working with AGT...from the first introduction call with Amanda until the installation complete check in with Nathan. Not one time did I feel that I was being sold on something...Jaren showed up, listened to what my vision was and created a draft and let me choose my options. Justin kept me informed of all the pre-Install movement and the team that came out did an EXCEPTIONAL job on a my backyard on my first home! Now they get to transform my front yard.

I had the pleasure of working with Bobby (sales) and Kyle (project manager) to redo all of my landscaping. The added turf, rocks and pavers. The team worked incredibly quickly and was able to finish everything in less than a week. I have been wanting to replace my grass with artificial turf for years and finally pulled the trigger with Always Green Turf. They were priced very competitive and Steve and Nathan both responded extremely quickly. I love the finished job. A seamless process the whole way through. We were pleasantly surprised with the cost and appreciated the friendly customer service. Steve is very attentive and really helped us when it came to designing the layout and picking out which materials best complimented our yard. We had an issue with our wall footing, but the PM Nathan quickly came up with a resolution that turned out looking even better than the original plan. The crew was prompt and hard working - it only took them two days to completely transform our yard. Overall very great experience. Thank you guys!!!

From the initial conversation to the final product, the whole process was incredibly easy. Tommy was really friendly and very knowledgeable about their products and the installation process.

After agreeing on a price, which by the way wasn't the cheapest, Aaron got us on the schedule for installation.  

The two man crew who showed up had the project knocked out in no time.

We are so happy with how the final product turned out.

As I had mentioned, these guys weren't the cheapest, but I feel the quality of work is far beyond the other guys and is well worth the price.

Always Green Turf provided a great experience from sales intake to performing the work. Addressing any issues and not seeking payment until we were completely satisfied. Ryan our sales person was informative and helpful. Nathan the PM was very responsive in addressing all the project work. The work foreman came with a full crew and completed the job in one day that was quoted two days. The foreman was also collaborative in addressing minor changes and on the fly adjustments. They even returned to fix a minor issue with our door opening post install and pavers coming lose. They always worked with us on pricing to be competitive and we're able to start our job 5-6 weeks in advance of of the other vendors. They also did an excellent job spreading the decorative rock around the yard and removing trees and vegetation. I would recommend Always Green Turf as a 5 star business.

We were looking to replace our grass in both our front and backyard.  I made an inquiry on yelp and within hours, Always Green Turf was the first to reach out and fastest to schedule our free consultation.  
Tommy listened to our wants and drafted a plan.  We were impressed and committed the same day.  In our meeting we expressed our tight timeframe expectations and Tommy was able to make it happen.  Initial plan was to be completed just shy of 3 weeks from consultation.  To our surprise, Justin called to communicate our Project Manager assigned and let us know they were able to get us bumped up a week.  
Aaron our Project Manager was great in communicating expectations of how the process would work and when his team would arrive.  
The team arrived as plan and worked hard to complete our job in 2 1/2 days.  We experienced one minor miscommunication with our sprinkler system, but Aaron was extremely responsive and had his team out the next morning to rectify the issue.  Additionally, since Aaron was across town his partner Nate came to our house to ensure the sprinklers were fix and complete our final walkthrough.  Nate's calm demeanor, ability to listen and ask appropriate questions and through explanations was quite impressive.
Overall, we would highly recommend Always Green Turf for your turf needs.  From start to finish our job was completed in 2 weeks and 1 day which exceeded our expectation.

From the second I reached out to Always Green Turf, I was met with quick responses and felt like I was in good hands. The process of getting an estimate scheduled was very easy and straight forward and was able to accept the job estimate right on the spot. Five stars all around! Consultation was easy and no pushy sales. We put our order in and the turf was installed 3 days later. The installation crew was quick and extremely efficient. They also capped all the sprinkler system so we didn't need to have the landscaper do it. Complete backyard makeover in 4 hours!! All I can say is, I wish we would have done this years ago! I just recently had turf installed by them and let me educate you since they failed to educate me. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE WINDOW SHADES before installation and cover all areas of grass if you do not have them. Your grass will burn within 2 days of installation.

Everything started off pretty well with this company somebody came to my home on a Saturday and we signed that day. He casually mentioned you're going to want to get window shades That was the end of the conversation now keep in mind we discussed all kinds of things while he was here and work that would be done to our backyard not done by this company so his casual mention of window shades did not click that it would ruin my grass. I took as another suggestion for what we should do in the backyard. During this meeting we were told installation would probably be done in 2-3 weeks.

I get a call on Monday stating they can begin installation on Wednesday and complete by Thursday. Again no mention of window shades. When they complete the work Thursday I ask the manager overseeing my project why they nailed down a tarp I had in the backyard over an area of grass. It was at this time I was finally told because the window can actually cause the grass to burn.

The manager Aaron pushed for a finalization meeting to collect payment on Friday although that didn't really work for my schedule I eventually agreed because he stated that if I found anything wrong over the next few days he'd be out ASAP to fix anything. We'll come Sunday areas that weren't covered by the tarp were burnt.
Why was I not instructed to cover these areas? NO CLUE. I should've told to cover the other areas until window shades could be installed.

Now I'm being told there is nothing they can do and luckily it's just a small portion of my grass
I didn't even get to enjoy my grass for a week and it's already ruined.

Had I been instructed to cover the other area of grass I would've done so. But I wasn't. If they would've told me to cover it and I failed to do so I would agree that this situation would be my fault and not theirs but because they failed to educate me I feel as if they should fix this situation. For a company who has been doing this for so many years why isn't client education a key important factor?

SOO happy with the work they did. I bought my house about 8 months ago. The back yard needed a lot of work. There was a ton of patch jobs and old rockery. During the quote and consultation process, Bobby gave great advice and was knowledgeable of the materials and landscaping process. He made sure he understood what I wanted and sought clarifying questions. In doing so, I was confident that what I was looking for would be provided to the T.

When Bobby came over for the quote he provided me with samples of turf that I could feel and compare, pictures of the materials, as well as a write up of the plans.

Sion, the project manager, oversaw the project. He reached out right away and was on top of everything.

Bobby and Sion helped me visualize the plans, walked me through exactly what was happening, and were always a phone call away for any concerns

I felt comfortable the whole way through. AGT is responsive, quick on the job, and very good at what they do.

So so happy with the end results and would 100% recommend them to any future customers.

Super pleased with the outcome of our brand new turf to our backyard. First, met with Michael, obtained a reasonable quote. Next, scheduled the install for about 10 days later and bam! It's done. Aaron was our project manager and he was very polite, friendly, professional and responsive. But I must admit, all PROPS go to the installation crew! Wow! What an awesome installation job! My husband said they did an OUTSTANDING job! And I agree! AGT installation crew was top notch, on time, professional and they cleaned up everything. Super impressed! The yard looks fantastic and our dogs love it! Thanks AGT! Highly recommended!

Had a gentleman come out to offer a quote. He was professional and seemed knowledgeable. However, I feel the company is taking advantage of the market. Which is their right to do so. The quote was $15 per square foot. I have had quotes from several companies, ranging from $5 to $8 per square foot for 70-80 ounce turf. I acknowledge there are difference in qualities from one brand to the other for sure, but there cannot be that much of a difference to warrant a near double in cost. I am also Leary about trusting the reviews, they offer a 2 percent discount for each positive review on various social media platforms and google reviews. I recommend doing research before you book this company. It is possible I am wrong and their extremely high price is a good value, I just find it hard to believe.
I will change my review if through my research I learn different.

From the beginning to the end result, this team is truly awesome! We met Mike and he thoroughly explained how they will take out the grass and how it is treated for turf. He was friendly, professional and stayed in touch throughout until completed. I am so glad that I went with Always Green Turf, best quality, service and price!! We started a journey to transform our rock bed front yard to artificial turf with a rock river flowing thru it. We expected this to be a painful, long, arduous experience full of disappointment and exorbitant costs. Thanks to Always Green Turf, this was not the case. They put all our worries at ease and gave us exactly what we wanted. The cost was extremely reasonable and we got such high quality in return. Amanda, Nathan, and Bobby were always so friendly and accommodating. Even on their days off they responded to calls and texts and never once were they discourteous or short with us. Even when we requested changes be made during the project, they happily accommodated us and were on a mission to make sure we were truly happy with our finished project. The crews that worked on our property were very hardworking and respectful of our home and neighbors. Never once did we hear foul language or disparaging speech of any kind. They did amazing job cleaning up each day. We have never had a crew clean up so well after working on our property. My only regret with Always Green Turf is that I didn't hire them sooner. If I ever had a need for landscaping design again, they would be my first and only call. Thank you Always Green Turf for making this such a pleasant experience and for delivering on your promise.

From our first onsite estimate to installation completion we couldn't be more satisfied. The design, convenient scheduling, and quality materials were all what we were looking for and the available financing options were the closer. The follow through for scheduling and installation was timely and efficient. The day of installation went smoothly: from the previous day's delivery of materials to the final cleanup the crew was friendly, courteous, and proficient. All through the process there was consistent communication and service that made us feel we were doing business with people who cared. We had bids from other vendors and even though AGT wasn't the lowest they offered the most for the cost. We're quite pleased with our choice and give our full and unqualified recommendation.

I cannot express enough how happy I am that we hired this company! From the beginning, it has been great to work with them. Austin came out and did my quote and he was so nice and personable and gave great suggestions on what to do with our yard. Our yard is pretty small and we wanted to make the most out of it with turf since we have 2 big dogs. I would've never thought to do the L shape grass it it weren't for Austin. We had another company come out and give us a quote the same day and Austin had set the bar way too high, so it was a no brained and we signed with Always Green Turf within the hour. We moved in Sunday night and they were here Monday morning to get the pavers started so we could get our hot tub delivered on Tuesday. We are very happy with our turf, pavers, and cement that Always Green put in for us! The wait time for our project was longer than expected due to some hiccups, but the end product was worth the wait. We wanted concrete extended on our patio and it took about a month to get someone out to complete that step which needed to be done before anything else. Steve and Aaron were responsive and helpful through the process!

I Called 3 places and always green was the only one that showed up for the job. They called right away and scheduled a meeting for the next day. Came on time and responded quicklywith any questions I had. Hoa approved the work without an issue. Grass and pavers they put in are beautiful and I am very happy.
Only issue I had was some paperwork went missing at first but it was given to me in the end. Overall great company though.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A JOKE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! FOUR TIMES they have had to come out to spray for weeds popping through with the promise of it won't happening again or this weed killer is stronger than the last and will take care of the problem. It's almost impossible to get a hold of someone and you have to threaten them to even do anything. Let me also say that when they say we'll have someone come out to look at the problem they don't show up at the scheduled time and you have to call again and again. There's always some excuse as to why they don't get back to you in a timely manner. Oh we have new leadership or We have new managers...BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH. Our patio is now flooding too when it rains when we NEVER had that problem before. Had no problem taking 12K from us. At this point we have asked them to just come and pull their product so we can either re-plant real grass or find someone who can do the job right! But SHOCKER no one has called back. RUN RUN RUN!!!! And before you so say Sommer we don't have a contract under that name...it's under my husband WILLIAM/MARK WALTER!!!! This is the current state of our yard...they sprayed last Friday with the promise that they'd be back in 3 days....that was almost a week ago. I have two children with autism who love to play outside and haven't been able to multiple times because of all the issues. Even their guy who comes and sprays (who is so incredibly nice) said this last time that it is not healthy for our family to be constantly exposed to these strong chemicals! SHOCKER WEEDS ARE ALREADY REGROWING BACK! DO THE RIGHT THING ALWAYS GREEN TURF AND REFUND US OUR MONEY AND COME GET YOUR PRODUCT. And please Amanda stop sending us emails about referring people! That's just NOT going to happen!

Always green turf just finish doing my yard.  They did a wonderful job.  When they contacted me to schedule the appointment, they were at my house the date and time they said that they be there.  Tommy, the rep that measure my yard was very accommodating.  He even brought samples of the different turf to show me.  I knew right away what I'm getting.  I told him exactly what I wanted.  He measured my yard and he gave me an estimate and he filled out what I needed to finance the job.  Tommy told me exactly what they are going to do.  Then Aaron contacted me right away to schedule the job.  Aaron got the ball rolling and he had his crew at my house to start working on the job.  His crew worked very hard to finished the job since they were late starting because of the weather.  They still finished a day early.  They told me they will be done Thursday, 7 April, instead they finished on Wednesday.  The crew are very efficient.  When the job was completed Aaron came by to make sure I was satisfied with the job, I really appreciated that.  I am very with Always Green Turf.  I highly recommend them.  Their financing is quick also.  Did not have any problem at all.

We wanted to fix up our backyard for the summer pool season. We found Always Green Turf on yelp and saw they had happy customers.  Their prices were reasonable, the sales rep Ryan was professional and thorough in his explanation of the process. We had pavers and synthetic grass put in. The installation team was able to get everything done in 2 days. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up everything after they were finished. It was a very efficient and easy process along with the finished product being top notch. We highly recommend this company.

Amazing service and care. We bid our yard 3x and Ben was the only person who spent the most time measuring, asking questions and truly listening to our needs. Ben also mentioned areas we needed a darker window screen material to prevent turf burn. This info was new to us and were so happy we knew about it prior to our install.

We were so impressed by his knowledge and care that we approved our bid right then and there. We did not have to wait almost a week to know how much our project will cost or keep calling to request it like the competitors.

We were scheduled and completed within 3 weeks. The materials were dropped off the night before neatly near our yard entrance and rock followed the next day. The install crew was efficient, neat and friendly.

We paid our bill a few days following as the Bobby the project manager wanted to have time to review their work and discuss how we properly maintain the artificial turf and rock from here on out. Bobby spent time informing us of info we would benefit from to ensure  life long product.

We absolutely love this company, service, ethics and valued their care and knowledge.

We worked with Tommy, he was very informative and helpful throughout the process from the beginning of consultation to final walk through. They have a great team of people, his project manager Nathan was also very helpful. Their work turn around is fast, if there were no shortage of pavers, the 2 weeks would've been just 2-3 days. It was easy to get a hold of Tommy and Nathan, they were both prompt to answer my text messages and phone calls. Smooth process start to finish. Asked for a quote and heard back from Amanda in the office the next day. They had someone out within the next week, Tommy - he helped us create a vision for our yard and made some suggestions as to what would work best.

The crew team showed up about a week after we signed our agreement - a week! What!? So fast. And the guys were awesome - had the yard prepped and turf laid down in one day. They left my yard cleaner than when they started.

Would definitely recommend this company if you are looking into getting turf put in your yard. Our yard is so low maintenance now and the kids are loving spending time on the new turf.

Our experience with Always Green Turf AZ was so much better than we could have even hoped for! When we came to them, our yard was a completely bare dirt lot, spare some pergolas that had been put in by the original owners. With a little one on the way and two (extremely) active dogs we knew we wanted something beautiful that would improve our daily life by being low-maintenance, long-lasting and useful.

Our original assessment with Arielle went extremely smoothly, she was so helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. We were so confident in their service that we signed same-day! Just 3 days after the scheduled install start-date we were able to have coffee outside in our amazing new yard. Not only did Always Green Turf AZ exceed our expectations when it came to quality and timing, but their customer service was so exceptional as well. I LOVE my new turf! Walking out into my backyard now provides a sense of calm and relaxation, as opposed to the why does the grass look terrible? frustration I experienced previous. Austin, Nathan and all of the crew were great. The install was completed in one day, and once I committed, they were ready to go within a week. I went with the Everglade Fescue Light series with a pet infill. The pups love it, too and had no issue running around on it, basking in the sun, etc. It looks pretty natural to me. Found this company through a friend who had their back yard redone. Extremely happy with how our project turned out. They responded very quickly to our request. The sales rep was very knowledgeable. We scheduled our project date which only took a few weeks to start. Everything came on time as quoted, the project did run an extra two days but the attention to detail made it worth it. Love my new backyard!  Always Green Turf was great to work with from the start,  Austin our sales guy was knowledgeable and showed up on time and wearing a mask!  Once we decided to pull the trigger he came back out and finalized the deal and scheduled his crew for the next week.  Communication with the office was spot on detailing the process and coordinating the installation.   The team that arrived to install the turf were polite and courteous, did a fantastic job installing the turf and cleaning up afterwards!

Our yard was just a small patch of concrete and a whole lot of dirt that our puppy tracked in endlessly and honestly was just depressing to look at. We decided to go with Always Green Turf because they were able to give us the look we wanted for a comparable price to other quotes we received. Our designer Mike was open to a change we decided on prior to installation and came out to redraw a new plan. Nathan and his crew were punctual and did their best to keep things clean as they had to come through the house to deliver materials. The work was done in one day and we could not be happier. We spend so much more time outside now and our puppy is enjoying it too! I would definitely use them again for any other landscaping needs I may have in the future.

Always Green Turf did a great job with our backyard. We did a paver walkway and patio plus turf with rock covering the rest of the yard. It was exactly what we wanted and looks great! The crew was respectful, clean, quick, and did a really nice job. The quote for the project was also very competitive! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I had to spend time with the crew explaining the plans to ensure it was done according to the plans that were discussed with the sales rep. There were a few times I had caught some things that were incorrect and needed to be redone. That should have been done by a project manager, not me. But luckily I was there to catch the mistakes before it was too late! Overall, when considering workmanship, price, and professionalism with those I interacted with, 4 stars.

I contacted Always Green Turf originally to have turf installed .
After careful consideration Amanda did let me know they also did pavers and Austin would go over there services during our appointment.
Austin did show up and he was on time and that's something I look for in an individual and a company that I'm looking to do business with.
During Austin visit we went over all my choices and of all the companies I obtained estimate from he put me at ease and gave me my quotes to either pay cash or finance .
By the time Austin left and get the quote emailed to me I called and advised him I had chosen his company.
What also impressed me was that Always Green Turf was not requiring I pay half up front to begin the job and with so much uncertainty going on right now he sold me on his company.
As promised Zion called within 24 hrs and scheduled my installation and from meeting Austin to  scheduling with Zion , my pavers were installed within 8 days.
I was totally impressed with Zion when he did the final walk thru with me to ensure I was happy .
I had  a small area that was not paved and I asked Zion to measure so I could go to Home Depot to get small section of grass turf, and Zion went above and beyond and advised he had some turf in his truck and out of no where he said let me cut a piece of turf for you for that area.
He gave it to me for free , I offered to pay and he said no as it was such a small area.
I have since recommended and shared Austin's number with three friends.
So in closing if you are wanting pavers, turf etc please call Always Green Turf, they ROCK and you won't be disappointed

I wish I had 10 stars to give this company! Aaron and Jeron were amazing to work with. They responded quickly to my request for a quote and even came out on a Saturday morning to make it more convenient for me. Jeron spent time going through my options, brainstorming the design, and coming up with some innovative solutions for some challenges I was having with my yard. I was thrilled with the quote I received which was about $6000 less than a quote I had received from another company. They were able to get the work started within about a week and I am blown away by the finished product. We even had a glitch in the installation and Aaron very quickly remedied the situation. I sincerely cannot recommend this company strongly enough. As a single woman home owner it is often that I receive questionable quotes and poor service. This company provides beyond excellent customer service, clear communication, and exceptional work.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE;  I was interested in getting a quote for fake grass. Their ad popped up, advertising a free quote. Submitted information on the weekend.  Monday morning, Amanda, from their company called. I was busy at work, so unable to take her call, she left a message. She texted 3 time throughout Monday. Not a big deal since it's a business wanting to lock in new business. First thing Tuesday morning, Amanda calls, I was already at work. We ended up talking by text on Tuesday, May 17th.  I gave her,some dates and my address so she could see who is available. She provided May 25th at 1:00 which I confirmed would work. She then texted wanting to know if the homeowner will be home so that whoever provides the estimate doesn't have to come back out with high gas prices and all. I told her yes. Later in the day, she texts, asking what areas I was looking to have done and a rough estimate of the size of,the area I was wanting to be done, stating it has to be a minimum of 250 sq ft.  I told her what I was looking at doing, but also would take input from whoever provides the estimate and at what cost. I told her I did not know the sq footage (hence the request for an estimate).  Conversation continues via text, she asks again about the sq footage. I tell her I already told her I did not know and if Always Green Turf did not want to provide a free estimate, please let me know. Amanda then calls me, explaining about the sq foot again and I tell her again that was why I was seeking professional input to give me ideas. She stated she would google my property and then I told her the areas I was wanting an estimate for. It sounded like she was working from home, because right after this there was a bad connection, call was lost. Amanda didn't call back, she texted 'sorry about the connection'.  I figured since we had already confirmed the appointment for May 25th  at 1:00 AND she googled my property to look at my yard, we were good to go. May 25th, I left work early to be home by 1:00. No one ever showed up, no one ever called, no one ever cancelled the appoint,ent that was scheduled. I wasted my time and took time away from work to be home for this free estimate that caused nothing but aggravation.  If they didn't think my initial request would meet their minimum sq footage, then tell me upfront or come out look at the yard, offer your professional analysis on what you think should be done and then go from there. Don't stand a potential customer up. It's plain rude and disrespectful of my time.  If you don't want business, don't off a free estimate.

The crew and product were great and we are happy with the result. It was more stressful than it needed to be due to poor service from management. We were told day prior the project manager would call to review plans, and day of I could walk through in person with him to confirm. No call came the day prior, and day of no project manager to be found. I reviewed plans with the crew but not sure they understood. That night I checked on progress and discovered the wrong paver color was installed. Simple mistake and they corrected it the next day with a new order, but would have been so easy to prevent had they followed through with the communication they promised. Later on I asked to speak to a supervisor at the company to ask what happened and was told they would call me back, but no call ever came. Poor communication seems to be the culture of management here. Other estimates I got for the work were lower so I was hoping for better service.

Things started out really well with Always Green Turf. Steve, the salesman was very professional and thorough and explained exactly what he was quoting for and all the promotional offers they had available.
We opted for concrete patio extension and quite a lot of turf.
Then the project manager said the job would take two days which we found hard to believe as the concrete would need to dry before they could install the turf.
The installation took four days during which time they broke a screen on one of the windows, damaged a young tree and worst of all forgot to cap an existing sprinkler system. We had another landscaper to work on our flower beds and upgrade an existing sprinkler system. The grass all lifted up with the force of the water as they hadn't capped the other system.
We let Always Green Turf know about these problems but they won't return our calls.
The yard looks really good but the hassle wasn't worth it.

We are so thrilled with the results of our gorgeous patio. We had a huge job that started with of a pile of dirt in a flood zone. Drainage was a huge concern and this massive backyard needed help to get us out of a mud bog so our house would not wash away during a heavy rain. The affordable price...speed of completion, professionalism and conscientiousness to detail by the hardest working crew in town was bar none. We love our comfortable and engaging patio and turfed areas for yard games and can't wait to start the parties once we can end our social distancing. We were looking for an easy solution for artificial turf and came across Always Green Turf on Facebook. The initial visit by Chris was very smooth and easy. He showed us the products they had available and even some of the competitor's products and pros and cons. We were even more delighted to find that the product that we selected is made here in the United States. He was also very easy to talk to and explained our options.

We expected to wait a couple of weeks for installation but they called us and let us know that there was an opening in the schedule and they finished the installation in one day. The turf looks great, and better than we expected. The staff were efficient and respectful of our property too.

We would do business with them again and recommend them to others.

I got a bid in November and called over the holidays for an install. After a couple of calls and emails I finally got an email back saying they would be with me the week after New Year's, and I haven't heard anything since. And I was a sure thing. They must not need my money.

I can not say enough about Always Green. So easy to work with. From setting up a consultation appointment, to the final walk-thru every part was made easy. Every employee we came in contact with wore a mask. They were fast efficient and provided a beautiful backyard. If you're looking for the best congrats you found them!

My husband and I have been wanting to upgrade our backyard for the past year. We did our research and kept coming back to Always Green Turf. The quote process was super easy. Bobby was our rep, he was on time and very professional. He showed us samples and was able to get a fair deal. They were able to schedule us less than 2 weeks out and completed the work in 3 days!! The crew did an amazing job and we now have the backyard we envisioned for our first home! Sion was our project manager. He communicated very well and was quick to address any our issues right away. We would highly recommend Always Green Turf. If you are in the market for a new backyard just make that call!

Great experience working with this company from start to end . . . From the time Ben came in to measure to give us an estimate, make a design for us on paper, answer all of our questions that day and the following days . . . To when they started working the following week, finished by the time they had promised! Had no problems at all throughout the process and were extremely happy with our finished and now beautiful backyard!!! :) Thank you all for everything!!!

Totally transformed the yard. Our son has a grass allergy, so this was a way for us to have a yard without the itchiness! Gady did an awesome job with the estimate and spent plenty of time drawing out the plans so we could see it all payed out. Bobby has been more than helpful and very communicative during the process of the job. The workers cleaned up their mess, didn't leave any trash, were very respectful, and did an amazing job.

We just had Always Green Team install turf in our front and back yard.  They were amazing.  We mapped out our ideas and Ben drew out the plans to confirm it would look great.  Their team arrived, we walked through the install and they worked all day until the job was complete!  The team stayed until the install was totally complete, even though it went past 5 pm.  They all paid close to the small details throughout the install.  They were fast, efficient and concerned that they were meeting my expectations.  Bobby came by and checked in and also called close to the end of the job.  He made sure I has his number to call if I had a concern or question.  We could not be more pleased with the entire process from sales presentation with Ben Hudson.  They reminded us of the install date and confirmed we were ready.
We checked out many different Turf companies and got the best deal for the right price.  Shop no further, Always Green Turf will do it right, on time and just the way you want it.

Bobby did great making sure the install process went smoothly.

The workers were polite, efficient and everything was thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed.

This company is a nightmare. We had them scheduled to come start on our backyard and they didn't call or show up. They had the excuse to idk where the crew is. So we said fine we agreed on them starting tomorrow. So tomorrow comes and of course no one calls. So we waited and called them at 9am. No one answers out of the three numbers we have to contact them on. So we decided hey let's call from a phone number we never used and guess what Sion answered, imagine that and he apologized from not answering my husbands call even though we never said that we had called him from that number. Don't worry it gets better. So they talk and Sion then says sorry the crew won't be ready yet because they dropped off your pavers at a different clients house. Like what I'm paying over $9000 for you to drop off our materials to a different house!!! So the crew finally shows up at 11:20am without getting a phone call. So the crew arrives with only 2 guys. Mind you they don't have our pavers still. The guys then ask my husband okay what are we doing? So the workers don't even know anything. When my husband told them pavers and the turf they just looked at him confused and started speaking Spanish. Well that's just great because we don't speak Spanish. So we showed him the sketch that Bobby the guys project manager drew up when he sold us the thought of our backyard is finally going to be done. Oh no we were so wrong. So the crew nodded their heads and then proceeded to call their boss, that I can imagine and see what was really the project. I then decided to text Bobby, the project manager and tell him all about today about the crew, and the pavers still being missing/gone. I still haven't heard anything from Bobby. So far this all happened within two days. I highly suggest you don't use Always Green Turf. Here is their card. Also the 1 star is really a 0 star. Very inconvenient company.

Did a great job on our turf! We had three different companies come out for quotes and they were by far the best. Ryan was very knowledgeable and friendly and he knew all the answers to our questions. Installation only took 5 hours for front and back and they even ran a drip line to our tree in the front which the other companies declined to do. The installers were very respectful, quick and efficient and did the job beautifully. We've already had a couple neighbors ask us about which company installed it because it looks so good! Highly Recommend them

Our yard has been a work in progress for the past 30 years or so until last week. We met with designer and layed out a great plan and about 3 weeks later the crew of installers showed up and got right to work. Lots of prep work took place and then the grass started going down over 3.5 days of extremely warm weather. I would look out and see the guys down on their hands and knees trimming around the stepping stones with a pair of scissors like a barber would trim hair. Great work and then they finished up by moving all the patio furniture and pots with cacti back right when we wanted them. The yard looks Great.

My yard looks beautiful! Simple but nice! People are friendly! I had a makeover in one day! There was a ton of guys at work all day!! I'm so excited that my daughter gets to come out & play now & I can have my coffee in my backyard on my rocking chair! Scheduled consult with Ben who arrived early but text me to let me know. He was very professional and explained the whole process start to finish. We signed the estimate and were called the next day to schedule. We pushed off the install until our pool was done. There was a small miscommunication on the scheduling but our project manager Justin made sure they got started only a couple days after the original date for the install. All the rain in AZ slowed them down by a day, but they had everything in and done in one day. The crew worked over 12 hours to complete my yard but when they were done it looked great. The took extra time to clean up both the front and back yards. I couldn't be happier with the out come. I fully recommend Always Green Turf AZ.

Just had our front yard done by Always Green Turf. After years of battling the Arizona heat, we finally decided to replace our real grass with artificial and am so thankful we went with AGT. It has been a pleasure working with everyone at AFT. From the moment Amanda set up the appointment to Sion purring together a proposal to the crew comiNg out and getting things done before noon. The turf looks amazing. My parents have turf in the front yard and are thinking about getting theirs re-done by AGT.

I have been hesitant to have artificial grass installed but when you see the before and after pictures I wish I had done it sooner. I would highly recommend Always Green Turf. I have another project in my front to be fine and I will be calling them back. I was completely impressed with the entire staff. From my initial email estimate which I received within less than 24 hrs from Bobby who also called to ask me to see if I had any questions on the quote to the wonderful crew who came out  to do the job. They were punctual, cheerful (even as it was 113 out), respectful and extremely careful. The staff understood I was nervous and listened to my questions and answered them. They even took photos when the job was completed.  I explained I had many bad experiences in the past from other companies who did poor jobs, answered me with we'll do it just as you want and then to finish up, leave not doing I asked and leaving a big mess for me to clean.

We had compared and shopped around with local turf companies and always green was the last company to come out and their representative Ben really was who sold the deal. He spent a large chunk of time going over the options, extremely thorough; was the only company to sketch out the layout and dimensions on graft paper. He knew every answer to all our questions and he sold us! Great salesman, treated us like humans not dollar signs. Quickly booked and our backyard looks beautiful.

Everything was amazing, even from the start. Firstly, Nick is a great employee and anyone would be lucky to have him! He took his time measuring our yard, and we had SEVERAL people come out to give us estimates and Nick was the only person wearing a face mask, showed up on time, had several turf samples to show us, and answered any and every question we had. Their pricing is very reasonable; you definitely get what you pay for... AND MORE. Always Green Turf treated us like family which goes to show how well they treat their customers. Nick was more than happy to re-design our backyard any way we wanted and was very understanding of our budget, and even gave us great recommendations to stay within the budget as well. After talking to a total of 8 different turf companies coming out to give us an estimate, Always Green stuck out to us most and we knew we wanted to hire them immediately. Also major kudos to Sion, the general manager, he answered any and every question we had and always kept us up to date on our backyard. They made our backyard look absolutely beautiful and my fiancé and I are SO happy we went with Always Green Turf. The backyard looks phenomenal and we are super excited to have friends and family come over and check it out. So much stress has been relieved! Thank you again, Always Green Turf! Horrible experience without even having the ability to have them come over and view the area. My wife found their information on Facebook and inputted my contact information. I received several calls and texts from Amanda asking me to give them a call. Unfortunately I did. I spoke with Amanda and she asked for my name. She completely changed her tone after I mentioned my name was Manuel. She asked when I wanted to schedule everything for and I asked if I can get information first and see how it works. I asked if it would be a free estimate and her response was it is a free estimate, but we work with the higher end of things. We don't do any jobs less than $2,500 so we're probably not the company for you. I never once mentioned a budget or anything else. I simply asked if it was a free estimate and her response was 100% based on zero information provided other than my name and a question. No thank you. I would gladly even pay more money somewhere else than be spoken to in that manner.
