Best Electricians in Arizona

Reliable and kind family business. Chad helped us install an ionizer on our HVAC - it was an unfamiliar and difficult job but he was up for the task. Customer for life!

I recently had Mason Mechanical install 2 new HVAC systems in my home. From sales to install and follow up the team was great. All staff were knowledgeable, friendly and went out of their way to explain what they were doing and how the system worked. All members (on all visits) showed up exactly on time and always kept a clean work space as well.  Out of the seven companies I looked at I am glad I chose Mason Mechanical!

Unfortunately we had an awful experience with these guys August of 2018 and I definitely would not recommend them. It began very well with them seeming to understand everything we needed but the delivery was sloppy and thrown together. We had to deal with them for 4 months for a small project, and things just went from bad to worse.

The end result was an awful sloppy job on our small bathroom that we still have to deal with on a daily basis. The initial work had to be redone and the second time around was still badly done. Our shower still pools and does not drain properly. Some of the work was left unfinished because it took them 4 months (I was originally quoted 2 weeks). I desperately wanted them out to my home at this point. Yes, I was angry and extremely frustrated with them (and I'm not the type of person to complain much). This brief review doesn't begin to cover the nightmare experience we went though in dealing with this contractor.

I'll leave it at that, listing all of our issues would result in several pages of text. Although it is several months later, I wanted to do my duty and leave a review as a warning to others.

Anyway, all I wanted is to leave a review of my experience with this contractor. My experience with them did turn into a nightmare, and yes, I remain frustrated and unhappy with the results.

I'm not saying that Vetsbuilt has NEVER done any great work, they have excellent reviews from other yelpers, so I know they have many other happy customers. All I'm saying is that our specific project was a catastrophic failure. Numerous things went wrong and Vetsbuilt was not to blame for ALL of it. Vetsbuilt did try to appease in the beginning, but as the problems progressed, the seemed to give up and not care about our project. Their major mistake was bringing in an onside unlicensed contractor to do the work. This contractor messed up everything he touched. Vetsbuilt did try to salvage our project by having some other folks they trusted to redo the work. Some of their team did deliver on a professional level (Thank you Ben!), and others did not. The folks that didn't quite deliver were rushed and seemed overworked and spread a bit thin. They were also unresponsive and did not show up at the agreed time. When work was completed, it wasn't inspected as will as the first inspection IMO. There was a brief apology on the last day that I wish had come sooner. It honestly would have made things better. I tried to communicate as best as I could, however I couldn't take any more time away from work and just wanted to get through the project. I won't continue to list additional issues we had, since I don't think it will help alleviate anything.

A final open note to this business:
Please don't take this review to heart or as a personal attack! I'm not saying you are bad people! As a matter of fact, you were personable in the beginning and very responsive. The outside contractor you brought in was the one that made the mistakes. You tried to fix it. Toward the end things went from bad to worse because trust was lost on all sides. Everyone (including myself) were getting burned out. If you need to express your frustrations that is okay. You are entitled to it, and Yelp provides a platform for both business and client to do so. I had to give myself some time before writing this review because I was so furious, stressed, and heartbroken when everything was unfolding. I didn't want to leave a nasty rant, rather, I wanted to provide feedback in hopes of offering some constructive criticism. We all have room to improve; I once broke out in tears in the middle of the project from all of the stress (which was probably frustrating to deal with) and next time I'll make sure to gather myself and calm my emotions before discussing the issues. For this, I do apologize. I am glad however, we never had a yelling match, or let temper get the best of us, or exchanged any snarky remarks in person. Someone did raise their voice a couple times but it wasn't directed at me, it was due to frustrations from the nature of this project. We remained relatively professional throughout the whole ordeal I definitely wanted to reach out and say thank you for your professionalism on that aspect. I don't want to continue a back and forth dialogue with an online argument, so I'll just sign off with a last note and wish you luck on your endeavors too.

Wade & Bill were very informative.  They did first quality work!  All the appointments were on time. They did excellent work and responsive.  Couldn't ask for anything better!  Great work and customer service. Thanks Guys!

I just had a meeting with Johnson Power, they identified my needs, brought up potential issues with my underground landscaping power wires and lights. Finally the electrician found and addressed a safety issue on the spot!

I received Mark's name and the All Amps contact information thru a request for an electrician on a neighborhood app and I'm so glad I did!  Mark is extremely thorough, professional and courteous.  He came onsite and provided an itemized quote to wire and install 2 ceiling fans.  His quote was very reasonable and competitive.  He was also communicative and kept me in the loop regarding the scheduling of my job.
On the day of installation, Mark and his assistant arrived at my house exactly when expected.  They assembled both fans, completed the wiring of the switch and had them installed and running in less than 90 minutes.  
I could not be happier with Mark and the outstanding service provided by All Amps.  I will never use another electrician and you shouldn't either :)

I was referred this company from the person I bought some LED bulbs from so I didn't bother to ask the cost to install the new LEDs.  I had 9 lights converted over to LED and they charged me $550.  The person I purchased the LEDs agreed that was too much to pay.  The guy installing the lights spoke to me (owner of the business) in a very condescending manner, and seemed to be bothered that he had to install the lights.  I feel like I got ripped off and spoken to in a disrespectful manner.  I will not use them again.  I already let the person who referred me to Desert Mountain Electric, and they will no longer be referring this company as well.

A couple panel change jobs. More to come. Jason and company is ready for the job. Will not disappoint.

Summary: Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and very helpful. I'll call them again when I need electrical help, even if it's not through the home warranty.
  We discovered MK electric through our home warranty service. Put in a service order at 2pm. MK called less than 2 hours later and set up an appointment for the next afternoon. They kept me informed: emailed an appointment confirmation and then texted me the next day when he was on his way. Jake & his colleague arrived at the very beginning of the 3-hour window we had agreed upon. It's the age of Covid so both gentlemen had masks & were distancing (as best we could in the work area), and were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. He found the problem with our recessed lighting fixtures that had started flickering & 3 that simply stopped working. A little research quickly revealed the main problem, plus he discovered there was some overheating due to insulation having been piled on the can lights when the previous owners had extra insulation blown into the attic.  
Everything was working perfectly in under an hour. And on a whim, as long as they were here, I asked about a ceiling fan on which the light worked, but not the fan. (Some electricians won't even look at anything that's not on the original work order.) Took him all of 30 seconds to determine that the problem was the fan direction slide switch on the motor housing. It had been bumped (probably while cleaning) into a half-way position, disconnecting the fan. A flick of the switch and we were back in business. He said it was the first thing he checked because I've seen this before when people use a long wand duster to clean the fan.  
I'll call them again when I need electrical help, even if it's not through the home warranty.

Alen was fantastic. He responded to my message immediately. I explained what the issues were with my range. He was very responsive. He told me his price to come check it out and told me he could be there within the hour, and he was. He listened to me and was attentive to what I needed to happen. He got to work and found the issue almost immediately. The circuit breaker needed to be replaced. He fixed it and charged a fair price. He showed me that the issue was resolved and triple checked the range to make sure it worked. He also alerted me to an issue I knew existed but hoped I had more time to fix. He explained what was happening and what could happen in the near future, but did not pressure me to make a decision. He even suggested I get other quotes if I wanted. He quoted me a very good price compared to the estimates I received before. I will be working with Alan again, and will definitely refer his company moving forward.

We just bought a house that needed quite a lot of electrical work. Byler Electric was recommended to me. Dan is super nice and I totally recommend his company, and his crew they were awesome. This company,and Dan for sure, will be my go to electrician.

I need a outlet put in my garage. I called Micor and Ronnie called me back a little while later. He came to give me an estimate very quickly and were reasonable. After my esitimate, he did the work immediately. If you mention yelp, you get a little discount. I would highly recommend this company.

I have had winn electric here at my home several times. I have had them replace ceiling fans both inside and out.  Have also had them put in new electrical outlets in the garage and also in the house. They did an excellent job, were very professional, cleaned up everything and hauled away old parts. All my questions were answered in a friendly manner and they were ON TIME.   I would highly recommend them for any and all electrical problems.  Several of my friends have used them and were also pleased with their work.

Contacted CastleGate to install a 100 amp wall connector charger for my Tesla. Within 24 hours the owner came to estimate. Price was reasonable and I approved, job was scheduled, installer showed up on time and was one of the best we've ever worked with. Walked through work before and after completion to make sure I was satisfied. Install looks fantastic and tech not only cleaned up after himself but swept out the entire garage!! Quality work with quality office and field staff, great experience and would definitely hire again for next project.

I can't think of nicer, friendlier and more professional people than this company! They were awesome to work with from beginning to end, including great communication, and ease of scheduling! Leah on the phone was a pure pleasure to work with and Jake the technician was just terrific, and also super knowledgeable and patient ! We had a handyman out to our home to hang some patio lights. In the process, something happened where we could not get any electricity. I called Hope, and they came out the very same day. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem easily. They worked very neatly and efficiently. I will be using Hope from here on out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

If you need to ask 'how much does it cost?', you can't afford George Brazil for simple plumbing work.  All work is 'fixed price' so there are no surprises, other than the ridiculously high estimate, about 300% higher than from a licensed plumber.  In my case, I needed very simple plumbing work done.  When I balked at the estimate, I was shown the 'bible' where all estimates are carved in stone, down to the penny!

I told the George Brazil rep that his prices were high.  He assured me that their prices were competitive and that prices in Connecticut were higher (yeah, right!) and that prices in California were double his.   I told him I had a much better price.  He said they would not price match any 'handyman' price, only that of one competitor, another air conditioning/heating firm.

Oh I forgot to mention, these were their preferred prices.  The list prices are
even higher. You may save enough money for a Hawaiian vacation by using the Better Business Bureau to find a good licensed plumber instead.
