Working with Karie is a joy, she is knowledgeable, courteous, and a great front person in the business.  Zac and Danny arrived exactly on schedule and proceeded to complete the project within an hour and a half. The job required them go from my utility box on the side of my home, up and through my attic, then down to my garage. The city inspector took all of a minute to approve the work which to me is an indication of the quality of their work.

Great job, highly recommend and we will use again. Ryan came out to the house and we walked around where plugs were needed in the garage. Ryan made suggestions I had not thought of (Xmas light plug) and others configurations on how to save $. Very professional. Electricians arrived early and were even able to add an extra outdoor plug we realized we needed prior to the appointment. Overall excellent service and will be using them again after the holidays to put in extra lights in the house.

I was in a pinch - needing some outdoor lighting installed ASAP...due to break-ins in our neighborhood - and I called Rick. He was able to come out same-day, and he came out at the end of the day to make sure I was taken care of.

On Sunday night, one of my ceiling light fixtures began spewing major sparks - scary!  I called Elan Electric on Monday morning and Robert came out within an hour.  After a quick analysis, he determined the light fixture was bad and removed it.  Great service at a reasonable price and I'll definitely call them back to install the new fixture once I buy it.  They are licensed, bonded and insured.  Highly recommended.

Was having electrical problems with fluctuating electrical power coming into house.  The house was built in 1956 and needs upgrades desperately for safety.  Called out Robert with AMERICAN ELECTRIC SOLUTIONS.  He came out same day at specified time and evaluated the situation.  was quick to identify the problem and explained the options to resolve the issue.  very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained the process and cost of the options available.   I feel confident in his ability and integrity and believe he will be fair on the estimate.  Was very impressed and highly recommend this company.

Gustavo installed a exterior door on our house and fixed broken curtain rod supports.  He is professional and easy to work with.  We plan to hire him for future projects.

Eldon is great. He is fast, fairly priced and communicates well. He is also a very likable guy and felt i could trust him quickly.  He moved my electrical panel and did some handyman stuff around here. What a lifesaver! I will be hiring him again!

Len was quick to respond, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the same day. This was for my rental house that is a fair distance away. I appreciate he performed the work then billed me through email, and payment was easy via Pay Pal.

Set up appointment via Yelp with Christian (owner).  When they failed to show, I sent them 2 messages via Yelp and left 2 voicemails.  I have yet to get a response to any of those.  I am sure their work is good, however, like several other reviewers I will never find out because they simply never showed up. Most frustratingly, they didn't even bother to communicate if there was an issue.

They guys really know their stuff. Problems that have plagued my little home for sometime were easy fixes for the skilled technicians at Arizona Electrical Solutions. Too bad I didn't know about them sooner.

Have reached out a few times for various projects. Just get canned automated responses. When I tried to clarify the response or offer to work to accommodate, I was met with other canned automated responses. I would recommend updating services, service area, and availability to avoid creating frustration and an unfavorable impression.

Just wanted to update.  I had another electrical issue at my house.  Mike came over and help diagnose the problem.  Explained with the issue was. We then went to the electrical box outside my house and reviewed the condition of the panel and made some suggestions.

I hired Super Electric to install a ceiling fan. Super Electric advised ceiling fan installs start at $183. I sent the fan webpage and installation manual approximately a week before the install. The spot was wired for a fan and had a mount. Shortly after arriving I was initially quoted $600, plus a $99 membership that would give me 10% off. After advising how outlandish the charge was when compared to the initial quote of $183, I was told the fan had special wiring because it was a smart fan, and larger. The fan is not some massive 90 fan: it was 62, so ten inches larger than a standard fan. I have also installed three smart fans myself, there is absolutely ZERO extra wiring involved. That is a complete lie.
I recognized that the fan is a bit larger, so I told the installer to leave my property and call his owner, because I would pay no more than $250, which is still more than $70 more than the initial quote, give the increased size and weight of the fan. I also told him I would absolutely not pay a service call fee, which was not even mentioned in the chat. After about five minutes, Super Electric agreed to install it for $250. After installing it, the fan made a loud knocking sound, which the installer could have probably heard if he removed his headphones and turned the fan on to full speed.
After one day of use at a low speed, the knocking sound returned. I got up on a ladder, something I was trying to avoid by hiring them, and noticed that 4-5 screws were not even remotely flush. I contacted the manufacturer with pictures, who confirmed the mistakes. Total waste of $250.
I contacted Super Electric on 5/10 via email and will give them a business day to remedy the mistake, or I will be forced to charge back via my credit card. Do not trust a single quote you get from them.
