Very prompt and pleasant. Called in the morning had someone there by 1 pm. Had an unexpected appointment while he was working. He was very agreeable to leaving and coming back. My issue was a Ethernet outlet which was dead.  Opened up the wall unit and it was a tangled mess, plus our outlet itself was wired incorrectly.

Got it working.

Chance was fantastic! He installed a large sail shade cloth over our driveway for us. Our previous two were too small and kept sagging. Holes were filled in from old hardware and he didn't leave a mess. Great value, very responsive and reliable. I will be using him in the future for other handyman needs. Highly recommend! Jim is very honest and sincere. He will tell you the truth, even if you do not want to hear it. (lol)
His work is precise, and he cleans up after he is finished. He also looks around to see if
there is something else you forgot to tell him about. He will stay to  fix whatever you need.
Jim is very knowledgeable, and can determine the problem, and has always fixed our
electrical challenges. He does offer information for preventative maintenance as well.
Jim is always our choice for electrical issues and we have referred him to several friends who were also happy with his work.

Amazing customer service and very friendly technicians. On time. Very knowledgeable, affordable and trustworthy. Will definitely use again and I would recommend them to anyone. I had a short in my wiring from a rain storm and they would not give up trying to find it. All is fixed and I will have them out again soon to do several other jobs.

Tommy was great to work. Exceptional communication, before the job (while planning) as well as throughout. Their work was very detailed. Installing recessed lights in stucco can be tricky, but they took great care and the finished product looked amazing!

These guys have been around forever, they care about the long-term relationship.  My first experience with Qualtire was almost 30 years ago (They have been at the same location since the 1960's)  when my father needed some sewer line work.  It was going to be expensive, but they worked with him to make it affordable by showing him exactly where to dig so he could to the digging himself.  Once the digging was done they came back and did the plumbing part. That saved my Dad a lot of money.

Whenever I need plumbing thy are the only people I call.

RES did a great job on a full electrical job on an older home I was remodeling. It was my first time doing a remodel and they stuck with me throughout the process. I didn't know it but they also offer plumbing services and I would definitely use them for that too in the future. I remodeled an older home and they worked through all the issues it presented. They were very responsive + accountable to get it done. Super happy that I found a great electrician!! They have a team of techs who are all very knowledgeable. Christian one of their techs did a really great job for us!

I was referred to this company by my pool guy. I needed wiring done and they had to dig in my yard in order to place the conduit. My backyard is turf and white rock. They clearly have no experience with turf and how to properly remove the rock. My backyard has to be redone where they dug the trench. It will cost more money that I don't have. If they were to disclose that they would trash the yard I would have hired a professional to have it done properly. I'm so upset about how they left my yard. I got an apology from the company but this could have been avoided. Now I have to remove my white rock. Get new weed barrier because they removed it. Rinse off all the rock. Get the turf company out and pay them to repair the damage. All added expense that was never expected. Make sure you know what you're going Into. I even had other quotes and went with this company based off the guy telling me 30 years experience. In that 30 years they must not ever have come across turf before otherwise they should have told me to get my landscaper to help to do this the right way. They could have worked together to make this a smoother transaction.

They were very thorough during the quoting process (many of their competitors left out significant components). The quoted price was fair and was what I actually paid. The work was done as described and appears to be of high quality. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Joe is fantastic always reliable and reasonably priced. He does fantastic work and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a good professional electrician.

Dan's the rudest guy! Not saying he's bad at his job, he just is a jerk to deal with. He talked down to me every time (may be because I am a young female, but that should not matter!).
