We were going to use these guys for the first time today to hang some pictures. They were scheduled to arrive between 10:30a-11:30 a. We waited and waited and they never showed up. I ended up calling at 11:50, there was no answer, so I left a message explaining the appointment and they shouldnt come if they were still planning on it. A good, customer service oriented business would still call back to apologize and reschedule. But they didn't. UNACCEPTABLE!! Do NOT use these guys. Handymen are a dime a dozen. Use someone who values you as a customer.

Good guys they installed a connection to an instahot water heater, Everything worked as planned.

If you want to know what customer service should be like, call John, he gets it!  After talking with several solar shops at the local home show and checking reviews on line, I stumbled across Black Platinum on a small solar review site that showed they had the top reviews although they were one of the smallest guys on the list.  Did my homework and researched several companies in this space.  Checked reviews on Yelp, the BBB, Registrar of Contractors and their websites to check for complaints, feedback and professionalism. Narrowed my list down and started making phone calls.  John (owner) answered the phone and answered all my questions with patience.  He was extremely personable and likes to throw in a little humor when you speak with him.  Told him my predicament since I just moved into the house and didn't have any usage details.  He provided me his professional recommendations and was extremely knowledge about the entire process from application to final inspection.  He didn't try to upsell me on anything and didn't bad mouth the other guys. I've been working with him and his wife directly through the process, which they make EXTREMELY easy.  They communicate exceptionally well for a small operation and I never felt I was out-of-the-loop on what was happening.  I even get emails from John at 9p at night and 4a in the morning, letting me know what's happening.  They even got my panels installed way ahead of schedule.  I didn't even meet John until they showed up at my house to start the install.  The crew did a phenomenal job with all the work, cleaned things up nicely, professional installation that was clean.  In the end, I got a much bigger system with the latest technology at a cheaper price then some of the other guys.  I wish every business was this good!

I needed to install a Nema 14-50 outlet for EV charging station at my garage.  My garage is at the opposite side of the house from the electric panel, thus around 100 feet of wire need to be guided from the panel to the garage.  After getting multiple quotes with different proposals of getting the wire to the garage, I decided to have Rabago Electric do the job, due to the straight forward proposal for the wiring, competitive quote and the use of high quality parts.  Jaime and JJ came in on time and get everything done as expected in a reasonable time.  Highly recommended!

I've always known exercise isn't all it's cracked up to be! When my treadmill stopped (while I was on it) I took that as a sign to have coffee instead. When the guilt kicked in and I got back on, I heard a pop, the machine shut off and the fan above me was shooting sparks. I called Jenco because the owner lives in the neighborhood and Nextdoor residents had positive comments. Wes arrived on time, fixed the issue, noticed an additional wiring problem and corrected it,  then cleaned up after himself. Prices were reasonable and I now feel safe that i don't have to worry about a potential fire.. I haven't decided if I will go back on the treadmill yet or continue using it as a clothing depository.

Selling my home and the buyer requested repairs, one of them concerning HVAC. After talking to I don't know how many contractors and feeling frustrated I found Apache Dee's. From the moment they answered the phone to the completion of repairs I got nothing but honesty, courtesy and thankfully affordability. They knew exactly what the inspector was talking about on report and were able to give me a quote for repairs over the phone. The technician they sent out was quick and straight to the point. Great service from ECO Electric added 220 line to operate our new SPA, Daniel was very professional, price was good, installation was excellent. This was about a 65 foot line from the box to the backyard and it looks great. Highly recommend ECO Electric

These guys are great. We have used them for a number of very complicated electrica problems yet they seem to make it very simple. Honest with integrity. You will not regret working with these guys. Kent and Michael operate as owners and they are an amazing team.

I recently needed an electrician to swap out 3 or 4 dimmer switches in my home. To my surprise, they provided a quote of $1,000 for the labor alone, while three other licensed electricians estimated the job at a range of $250 to $300.

I'm uncertain if this company is legitimate or if someone is posing as a business. I had noticed that there were no reviews on Yelp until I brought it up to them. Strangely enough, a generic review appeared on the same day.

Called Mike after seeing multiple positive reviews in Nextdoor. Was not disappointed.

I needed a light fan combo replaced in my front room. He was able to fit me in the same day I called as he was in the area already..   very happy with the job he completed.   He explained what was happening as he was doing it and also identified a possible problem that a non-electrician might not have been able to identify.   Problem was corrected, and cost was as originally quoted.  

Would absolutely recommend!
