Did the job right the first time and didn't cut corners

The power went out on our kitchen wall, rendering our fridge, coffee maker, and microwave without power. I called Hector and he said he was able to come over within a few hours on a weekend and said he should be able to repair the issue within an hour.

Not only did he show up earlier, he repaired our circuit breaker, three light switches and a power problem to our security light all within an hour. He also gave us excellent advise on what would make our house safer and how to go about replacing the older switches in our house.

He is a fantastic guy, very professional and exceptionally helpful. I would give this company 10 stars if it was possible.

I called County Electric with a problem with my outlet and breaker Ketter came out the next day and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. While here he found another problem and fixed it as well and educated us about how breakers work and can over heat causing issues. They honor their warranties and service. I will contact them for all my electrical problems. I  highly recommend them.

Fantastic service and quick availability! I found myself in a bind and hired J Ryan Electric based on a referal. The techs were on time, went the extra mile and when I got my bill I was relieved they were fair with their pricing and didn't add on silly and absorbent fees. Once again, going local pays off. Half my power went out last night, including my AC.  Wet clothes in the washer and dryer too.  I spent a warm, restless night waiting for morning so I could call someone in to fix it.

Not realizing how early it was, I called at 6:45am (before office hours) this morning and the woman who answered was just waking up.  She was very kind and forgiving and had someone to my house at 9:30am.

Kevin quickly found the source of the problem and replaced a bad breaker at the pedestal outside.  By 10:30am I had my power back.  

Reasonable cost and very prompt service earned Efficient Electric 5-stars and my future business!

I grew up with electric, even memorized our state's electrical code as a young kid when I helped my dad install electric in a new summer home.  So I tend to do everything by myself.

But over the past 25 years or so I've had to resort to using someone else due to work travel. First two were horrible, I had to fix their poor work. We got lucky with Trinity around 2000 and have used them ever since.

Honest, very knowledgeable throughout the company and they are friendly while being very cost effective.

AJ just left my house and He was excellent! He was punctual, nice, clean, and fast! I had AJ install an outlet in my bathroom. I figured it would be messy and difficult to come off of one outlet to make another one but AJ made it look easy! My wife and ai are super happy with the job that was performed. I am keeping AJ's information for future jobs. Thank you AJ! You rock.

Kurt is super polite, responsive, and does a great job! I hired him to mount a tv, fix a closet rack, install a new electrical outlet, and partially paint my bathroom. Everything was completed neatly and efficiently, with minimal disruption. I found his pricing to be fair and affordable.

From the first time I contacted Kurt, I felt like he really wanted to earn my trust. He patiently answered my questions and asked me questions that others didn't - which showed me he cared about getting it right. I've already asked him to come back for additional work, so I think that says it all.

Mauser was great to work with. They had an incredibly competitive offer, clear communication, and great at providing ongoing updates about getting ready for the project. They replaced a panel for me, and got the job done well. They communicate well via text - which is incredibly helpful.

I have referred this company to a few of our clients that have solar.  They do both roof repair and solar which is what our clients needed.  They have been professional and done great work.

Worst company i have ever dealt with... pack out group - couldn't clean clothes in a timely fashion when we had to get out of our house I was told sort out 2 weeks of clothing and we will process them and get them back to you asap.  - Took call after call to get first delivery - wait for it 10 boxes of towels but no clothes.   Then it took several more calls for clothes to be delivered.

Damaged articles when moved back to the house - lost articles when moved back to the house.  - Now they want me to sign saying I will pay the difference they have not billed the insurance for delivering the product back to me 3K - they didn't unpack or put away it was all in the garage or spare room.  -

Thankfully we didn't use them for the construction - PM was not willing to write his own estimate was to lazy was only going to use what the insurance company provided.   When we wanted to change the scope of work they were going to do they wanted 20% of the amount of what they were not going to work on.  

Clearly not everything was cleaned as I am sure they wouldn't match my socks up but that is the way they came back to me.  

Nothing but excuses on why they couldn't get something done - everyone quit, manager was fired, blah blah blah.

This is the second time I have used Bluewave Electrical for some work at my condo. Both times, the technicians were on time, courteous, and did exceptional work. I got a reminder text the day before my appointment and, after the work was done, the administrative staff reached out to ask if I was satisfied. Most recently, Scott came to install some light switches and new smoke detectors in my home. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to finish what I needed done and even helped me fix a sliding door with a broken track. I wasn't exactly sure what I needed and Scott helped me decide what would work best in my space. I will defiantly be using Bluewave for all my future projects, I am very impressed with this company overall.
