CAUTION!  if you are expecting  QUALITY WORKMANSHIP...look elsewhere  Quick response time, pleasant to do business with, however, sorry to say skill level for something as basic as installing laminate flooring is not acceptable

Will did work for us moving & adding fixtures in our house. He is sensible and communicates well. Explaining the pros & cons of doing a job with multiple options. Reasonable pricing and I would call him first for any work in the future. He did a great job.

Power went out in one of the rooms. The issue was caused by work someone did during a remodel process. Sharp Electric quickly fixed it. Very reasonable prices and super professional. They are my new go-to electricians.

Sergio is great. We had a blown circuit breaker that we didn't know about. I cackled Sergio and he came in less than 10 mins while he was on the way to another appointment. He fixed the issue instantly and also explained everything. He got a customer for life here! Highly recommend him to anyone without any hesitation.

We just scheduled electrical work with County Electric. This will be the fourth time we have had the do a project for us. As in the past, their estimate was fair and reasonable.  We recommend them with the highest degree. Their work is top quality and we are confident that we will be happy with this new project.

Fantastic service and quick availability! I found myself in a bind and hired J Ryan Electric based on a referal. The techs were on time, went the extra mile and when I got my bill I was relieved they were fair with their pricing and didn't add on silly and absorbent fees. Once again, going local pays off. I grew up with electric, even memorized our state's electrical code as a young kid when I helped my dad install electric in a new summer home.  So I tend to do everything by myself.

But over the past 25 years or so I've had to resort to using someone else due to work travel. First two were horrible, I had to fix their poor work. We got lucky with Trinity around 2000 and have used them ever since.

Honest, very knowledgeable throughout the company and they are friendly while being very cost effective.

Very responsive and knowledgeable! After the storms we lost power to several outlets.  We called Wahlborg After hours and left a message. Wasn't expecting a call back until the next business day however we got a callback that evening with a message explaining some troubleshooting we could do.  AJ was able to make time to come by the next day to assess and was able to figure out the problem within minutes and didn't gouge me with a trip charge.  Awesome service and we would recommend him to all our friends and neighbors!

I had a unique, time-sensitive, and potentially complex repair that needed to be done in my kitchen. Kurt responded quickly when I reached out for help, took the time to ask for pictures and communicate about the issue before he came to the house, and then was able to come out as soon as needed and quickly fix the problem. He is responsive, communicative, fast, courteous, very professional, and does excellent work! Highly recommend. I will definitely be calling him again when I have another project.

We needed electric work done ASAP for a listing and Fox Valley Electric got us on the schedule immediately. Gilbert Torres met me on time, gave a reasonable bid and did exceptional work and didn't leave a trace behind. Great speed to schedule + quality work + great price. I will be using them again.

Mauser was great to work with. They had an incredibly competitive offer, clear communication, and great at providing ongoing updates about getting ready for the project. They replaced a panel for me, and got the job done well. They communicate well via text - which is incredibly helpful.

I have referred this company to a few of our clients that have solar.  They do both roof repair and solar which is what our clients needed.  They have been professional and done great work.

It's been a year and our home is still not completed. They made promises and said they would return it to what it had been before the crash. It is a two-bedroom repair. While the account executive was awesome, the project manager was inexperienced and he would take weeks to get back to us. He also fought us on what was/wasn't covered through our insurance and at the end of the day the one thing we wanted and he said no to, had been covered by the insurance the whole time. He also told us any money that wasn't used, would be a financial gain for the company. That's insurance fraud. I would NEVER recommend them. It was a long, stressful year trying to get them to finish the job. Their workers would say they would show up on one day and then they wouldn't. It was the worst experience and beyond frustrating. To this day the house is still not done. The fence wasn't installed correctly; the house isn't painted and we had to pay out of pocket for a/c repairs since the house was poorly boarded up in the summer and our a/c unit was overworking. The a/c contractor said it was because of the fact the windows were not properly boarded up during the peak summer heat. We also got termites. This had never been an issue but the termite contractor said the house had been exposed to the outdoor elements for a long period. They wanted to charge $10,000 for the house to get painted. It's a 1,200 sq ft home. That seemed absurd. So, we chose to just leave things unfinished and will pay someone out of our pockets to finish the job in a manner that doesn't take weeks to get scheduled and then have them confuse us with all these extra costs. I will add, I called our insurance carrier and they let me know more than once that we had great coverage and everything should be put back together as it was because it was covered 100%.
Also, we were told we would get credit for work that wasn't done and they played the confuse the consumer game, and what we thought would be a nice chunk, turned out to be a joke. I would've fought back legally, but they consumed a year of my life that I will never get back. We chose them because of the positive reviews but were sadly disappointed by the disregard shown to my family.

This is the second time I have used Bluewave Electrical for some work at my condo. Both times, the technicians were on time, courteous, and did exceptional work. I got a reminder text the day before my appointment and, after the work was done, the administrative staff reached out to ask if I was satisfied. Most recently, Scott came to install some light switches and new smoke detectors in my home. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to finish what I needed done and even helped me fix a sliding door with a broken track. I wasn't exactly sure what I needed and Scott helped me decide what would work best in my space. I will defiantly be using Bluewave for all my future projects, I am very impressed with this company overall.
