Used his site to book at appointment.  Wrote me he can't make it but maybe later that day.  Didn't show up and never wrote back.

The service from Abdul was great!  Very responsive and professional.   Added 2 light switch timers for me and was very quick and and knowledgeable about the work.  Will be using him again for more projects.  Thanks Abdul for coming on a holiday and appreciate your work.

Will did work for us moving & adding fixtures in our house. He is sensible and communicates well. Explaining the pros & cons of doing a job with multiple options. Reasonable pricing and I would call him first for any work in the future. He did a great job.

Amazing service! Hector not only showed up 2 hours early, but got everything done really fast and it looks/functions perfectly. He installed 5 gfci outlets, rewired my breaker box and checked a few other things (as a courtesy since i was unsure about how electricity works lol). I will only hire this company to handle my electrical needs. His price was great too in my opinion. He made sure he answered all my questions before he left as well. Awesome company!

They were prompt at responding and were able to come out and complete my job quickly.  My only issue was the cost of $250 to change out a gfci plug.

Sergio is great. We had a blown circuit breaker that we didn't know about. I cackled Sergio and he came in less than 10 mins while he was on the way to another appointment. He fixed the issue instantly and also explained everything. He got a customer for life here! Highly recommend him to anyone without any hesitation.

The techs were on time, went the extra mile and when I got my bill I was relieved they were fair with their pricing and didn't add on silly and absorbent fees. Once again, going local pays off. I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

I am a new Efficient customer, but a happy one all the same. I had some wiring issues with an addition. (Kept blowing the breaker.) . The tech was able to come out, diagnose my issues and repair them in short order. He said wiring problems are common in older places like mine. He is such a pro! He was fast, friendly, and fair. He gave me a quote on some lighting I've been thinking about having done, too, and it was way more reasonable than I would have guessed.

I grew up with electric, even memorized our state's electrical code as a young kid when I helped my dad install electric in a new summer home.  So I tend to do everything by myself.

But over the past 25 years or so I've had to resort to using someone else due to work travel. First two were horrible, I had to fix their poor work. We got lucky with Trinity around 2000 and have used them ever since.

Honest, very knowledgeable throughout the company and they are friendly while being very cost effective.

I had them out to install electricity for my garage door, not only was the job done professionally it was done cleanly and efficiently. I posted the pictures of before and after. I am extremely happy with the work. AND it was done for a very fair price!!!

Kurt is great to work with. He's punctual, has good communication skills and is a great problem solver for whatever handyman challenges you throw at him. I would definitely recommend him for your next project!

We had a variety of electrical items we needed done. Light instillation, new outlets, video flood light etc. I met with Lloyd, he explained the process and provided a quote. We elected to have several items completed and scheduled the following week. Lloyd was professional, friendly and did a great job completing the work. I have a home business in a room with very little lighting. I'm so happy I found Mauser Electric! I called and spoke with the manager who was friendly and knowledgeable ( I learned they are a locally owned business)  and they did not disappoint. The owner gave me options based on his expertise. Within days I was scheduled and project completed! I swear my room was cleaner after they left than when they arrived. They are affordable, friendly and I absolutely recommend Mauser Electric for any and all Electric needs.

The electricians that work for this company do crappy work and butcher hack garbage junk that should never be allowed on any job. I cant say how I really feel about them, but they should be avoided if you want anything that looks decent and works.
You will always find better work elsewhere, and never find it more costly.

NEVER allow them to do any work that is exposed to view. Inept is a complete understatment.

These are the most caring awesome people. This is a family run business that cares about YOUR family not just money as other companies do. They want to take care of you and your loved ones belongs and home with care and up most respect.

I wouldn't give them a 1-star .... but had no choice.  
Their work was faulty.  They do not stand by their work.   Do not return calls.  Their technician took a ceiling fan down to check the electrical.   It had be hanging just fine for 7 years.  He RE-installed it and it fell off the ceiling 3 weeks later and hit floor narrowly missing our dog, damaged the floor and footboard on the bed ...... and .....   they said it was NOT their fault.   It was ours.  
Think twice before calling this company.
