Eleete Plumbing

Steve is a rockstar.  My sump pump had been running much more than usual for this time of year, so I contacted the Village utilities and they came out to my house to check on things.  After doing some minor evaluation, they came to the conclusion that I had a leak in my main water lateral.  I would be responsible for the cost.  I contacted Steve and he immediately began troubleshooting things over the phone.  He then came out to my house in a very timely fashion and ran EXTENSIVE testing including a pressure test on the entire system with very sophisticated equipment.  He discovered the problem was actually in the street and I am not responsible for it.   Steve was kind, direct, knowledgeable and professional.  He saved me tons and I am extremely grateful.  I would recommend Steve with enthusiasm.  Thank you Steve!

Our home in Brookfield needed to be connected to City water in April 2016. We obtained numerous bids. Most bidders needed to sub out the excavation work. Eleete was full service, able to do everything from bid to conclusion and successful hook up. We hired them.

Eleete is a hands on operation. The owner is on the job every day. He also answers his phone promptly. We also had Eleete install a new sewer pipe line. The price was right, the job was perfect, the attention to detail and customer communication was tops. Good job!

Back in 2015 our Brookfield neighborhood had city water installed.  We didn't have to hook up to it right way so that gave us some time to plan when we wanted to have it done.  At the time, Eleete came through and provided everyone with estimates for connecting the residence to the city water.  I didn't jump right away since I knew I had some good years left in the ol' well pump.

A month or so ago Eleete was back in the neighborhood doing some hookups for some houses down the street.  We talked it over and decided to ask them to give us an estimate that was reasonable so we pulled the trigger.

Couldn't be happier with the turn out.  While the yard did get torn up I think they did a better job than at preserving the grass than some of the other contractors I've seen.  It was a simple job, straight up the front yard but the best part was the hookup in the basement.  All copper pipe and fittings with all the amenities you could ask for: pressure regulator, pressure gauge on the home side, a tank to absorb any over pressurization of the plumbing.  Even the city inspector recognized the completeness of the work done by Eleete.

I would recommend Eleete for water main hookups and just about any type of plumbing work you might need -- based on what I saw in my own home.
