Pathmaker Plumbing

I was completely satisfied with the service I received.  Plumbers that serviced my issues was very knowledgeable, punctual and informative.  I will definitely use Pathmaker Plumbing for my future needs.

I called John as a referral from an electrician I hired. I had a leak in my kitchen sink. This turned out to be an insurance claim and a major renovation. He was a bit off putting but was professional and I chalked it up to his personality. He did provide several recommendations, one for the mitigation and one for the counter top. He also said the countertop person can recommend the rest of the contractors I will need to do the full renovation.

So I did that. I called the mitigation company and they came for the water damage. While my space was drying I got on the ball and called the countertop guy named Steve, whom was very helpful. He informed me he is not able to do turn key, but told me he would make calls around to turn key contractors he trusts. He then provided me with a contractor that has been really amazing.

This project is taking time. Mostly because of things on order and various issues like that. At week 10, I needed to shut my water off and realized the shut off valve was no longer working. So I reached out to John because he told me I could call him and I trusted him.

This is where it gets weird. He was very rude in speaking to me. What he said was since I am not using the mitigation company to rebuild my kitchen I shut the door on him for all future plumbing repairs. I have never even heard of this. Plus I did use his recommendations. But he is not over my home, nor knows what's best for my living situation. I felt it best to remodel the entire kitchen rather than a part of it. There are several reasons I didn't choose the mitigation company to put the kitchen back, but it's also non of his business. I also wasn't asking for plumbing work to the kitchen, I needed a repair for the shut off valve for the home.

John seems to have a really big ego, no feeling, and was very off putting and rude. It was actually abusive the way he spoke to me I had to hang up. Very traumatizing to be spoken to like that. He also nickel and dimes and doesn't show on time. It's just not worth the verbal and mental abuse.

John was more than helpful when installing a new toilet in our home. He is professional, clean, quick, and informative. A surprising treat when facing a plumbing problem!

John was very helpful. I have an older home and old pipping. Both my kitchen sink and bathroom sink were clogged and leaking. He fixed each issue!  I would recommend  Pathmaker Plumbing to anyone in need of all things plumbing! Thank you!

I had a new sink installed with our new countertops and the plumbing had to be completely reconfigured to fit the new sink and faucet.  John was great--he even gave me options of how the pipes would work under the cabinet to maximize the space, and made sure everything worked perfectly. I was very impressed with his dedication to detail, and his willingness to do a good job for me.  I would recommend him to anyone who needs a reputable, honest plumber.

John responded to my initial request on Thumbtack almost immediately, which was really impressive. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything when he came out for the estimate, and the work was completed the following week. He showed me the quality of the replacement parts and did a really excellent job (and cleaned everything when he was finished!). I cannot say enough good things about my experience with John and with Pathmaker Plumbing. I will only use him for any plumbing work I need going forward. Great guy; great service!!
