HISTORY

Established in 1947.
We are a third generation water well and pump service company. Licensed, Bonded and Insured. Our professional staff have over 75 years of experience and have worked very hard to stand on the same values that our grandfather who started the business operated on. Jacob Crabtree, Owner, has drilled hundreds of wells in the State of Ohio and has expanded a division of the business to reach to several surrounding states. Certified by the National Ground Water Association his experience is hard to duplicate.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Jacob is a third generation well driller with a passion for clean water around the world. He has not only devoted his entire life to clean water in Ohio and the surrounding states but has also been active in clean water resolutions for third world countries. Recently meeting with the UN to discuss clean water measures in Haiti. He has been drilling water wells in Haiti as a nonprofit since 2003. Jacob holds close to his core values that his grandfather established his water well drilling business on and that is Integrity, Excellence, Balance, Results, and Safety.

It was Saturday morning at 8am and when I turned the water on nothing came out. I did some basic checks and found the pressure switch engaged. Tripped it and the pump just let out a short hum. I knew the well pump had gone bad. I did a on line search and called a few companies and got voice mail. Eaton was the first to call back and by noon the same day we had a new pump and water again. The service experience was great and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

Had two floods in 5.5 years in our basement, both due to power outages. Have had approximately five floods down there within the past few months. The change was a failure on old equipment and the replacement pumps being wholly inadequate to do the same job the previous equipment had no problem with until they died.
