Best Plumbing Services in Illinois
My hot water kept dripping in my bathtub, called a couple of places and was told $800 on up to repair, got hold of Pat and he came over started the work, only fixed the hot water faucet, since the cold water was not leaking. Cost me a quarter of what the other guys wanted and was done in no time. Drain-EEZ is on my contact list, will call, if needed.

I just saw reviews for the first time and I couldn't believe my eyes. How can anyone have a good experience with Mac?? I had the most horrible experience with Mac. He was the worst plumber, my husband does a better job with no plumbing experience.
But I can only speak for my self. I guess he can do a good job and I just happened to have a bad experience? Maybe....
So, he installed our toilet, vanity and part of the tiles in the bathroom. For the tile work, he himself did do a good job but his worker did a poor job.
Plumbing wise, everything he did was not professional.
1. He was not punctual. I understand that he wants to take as much as work he can. But I expect him to be punctual when we needed to stop the water for the whole building. (8 unit condo building) The first time we schedule to stop the water which we informed every unit in the building, he didn't make it in time, even though we had 2 hour time frame. I asked him to be punctual for this one time, and he said he needs 4 hour window. We schedule the second time with 4 hour time frame, he barely made it 30 mins before the time window and exceeded the time window for over an hour. No apologies. We had to apologize twice to all the other residence in the building for not keeping the time frame.
2. He couldn't install the vanity correctly. When he installed the vanity, after he left, we noticed the water was leaking from the pipe, we asked him to fix it, after he adjusted the pipe, the water was still leaking. He had to come back again to fix it. I mean, how hard is it to check if the water is leaking after you do your job? If he carefully checked it the first time, he could have avoided this. FYI. There was no apologies from him.
3. He didn't install the toilet correctly. The toilet got clogged frequently which never happen before with the exact same toilet and water started leaking from the bottom of the toilet 6 months later. My husband ended up reinstalling it, because we didn't want to ask him to come back.
4. Him and his worker damaged our home. They are very rough on everything, Mac will pretty much through everything on the floor leaving dents and scratches, his worker scratched my dry wall. I once saw him through a metal tool on my hard wood floor, which I was stunned and made me speech less. Absolutely no apologies for anything they damaged even the place he was aware of. He clearly does not handle things carefully which made me go crazy.
What more can I say? This was the worst experience with a plumber, which to be honest was my first plumber. But I don't think it can get any worse than this.
Not only is his work quality extremely low, his work ethic is. He doesn't even have a decency to apologize when he does something wrong.
I would not want him at my place ever.
Be wise when you chose your plumber.

Rick and Eric were fantastic! Extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. When our issue was bigger than initially thought, they were quick to reschedule to come back out the next day to make sure everything was fixed, and showed us how to prevent the problem from happening again. Couldn't be more pleased with service!

I wanted to update my review to based on the fantastic customer service I received. I used rocket plumbing because it was recommended to me by a friend. I was happy with the quick and friendly scheduling. But, I was not happy with the appointment experience and I felt over charged. The owner was very kind and called me to explain, apologize and refund my money. I could tell that he really cared about his business and customers. I am willing to give it another try. I understand that not everything is perfect with businesses. I do appreciate very much that the owner was trying rectify the issue.

My T&P valve needed to be replaced on my water heater and because of this water was leaking something crazy from the discharge pipe! But Windy Plumbing came and did a wonderful job! No more water on the floor.. They were also the cheapest I could find!

Communication by e-mail seemed to work best - it was quick and clear and left us knowing what to expect. Charges were exactly as quoted, the work was done correctly, and the plumber was able to speak with our home warranty company so the repair could be partially reimbursed. Appointments must be cancelled or re-scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

We had a lot of plumber-related work to be done on our place.
We bought a bank-owned home, so we weren't really sure what we were going to get. As he was opening up some walls, our carpenter noticed some strange plumbing things going on. We knew that would probably happen, so I hired Kevin based on about five interviews with other plumbers.
Kevin did the following work: ran gas lines to install a gas stove/range and also for a fireplace; ran gas line outside for a grill; re-pitched our sink drain running from the kitched (which was a problem he had another house in the neighborhood); installed new showerhead, new temperature guage, and three independant shut-off valves in master shower; ran 3/4 pipe to master shower; resolved cold/hot water issues and other water pressure problems throughout; he expanded the drain mouth in same master shower; fixed gas-capture elbow joint in same master shower drain.
I'm sure he did more things than those listed, but this was the bulk of it (or what I can remember). In fact, he came back to fix something extra I didn't even know was wrong, and he did it free of charge. Overall, I think Kevin's work ethic is what separated him from others. He never ceased until he was satsified that the job was done perfectly. He genuinely seemed to care that he fix the problems in our place and cared that he did them properly and to a high level quality satisfaction. His charges seemed fair, but then again, I don't really have a lot to compare them with. But,
I would definitely hire Kevin in the future. In fact, I have to call him soon to fix yet another plumbing issue.

Jesus was one of the first to contact us back after sending out a few messages on yelp in the early morning about getting our water heater replaced ASAP. He was able to see us that day and had a water heater available. Although it was a bit complicated getting our old one out and the new one installed due to the way it was originally installed and the available space in our unit, Jesus was very professional and did an excellent job. We will definitely call him in the future and highly recommend him!

Amazing professional and friendly service. Eric came out and took care of our shower valve issue, as well as fixing a couple things in the other bathroom. Very neat and clean service, did not leave a mess at all. Even took his shoes off right away and played with our excited puppy. This is a company you can trust.

Great service, and really good people! They squeezed me in due to a heavy schedule and took amazing care in replacing my leaky faucet.

Came over quick via secondary dispatch and $353$$$ for non emergency clogged drain.
Are u kidding me. Well when he came over I decided to go and get my own rotter out.
There is a point In life when fraud is so evident.
Terrible keep away.

This is the kind of experience you wish for when you're hiring an unknown on Yelp. I requested a quote. Darrell, the owner, quickly responded. He gave me an estimate after I described a new outlet addition I wanted. He sent Anel over to check out the place. Anel surmised the job wasn't as straightforward as I had hoped. He briefed Darrell and he stuck by the original quote even though there was more to it than I had originally described. He sent Christian, Graham and Ramiro over the same day to do the actual work. They did a great job and cleaned up when it was finished. I couldn't ask for more.

The plumber was on time, he was courteous and even covered his boots with booties so as not to track into our house. He took pictures of the work and showed it to me when the job was finished. The internet said the job would take a few hours, he was done in 40 minutes. He cleaned up nicely. You wouldn't even know he had been there.
So far, the repair of our toilet has held up and I expect it will. Should we need a plumber again, ABV will be our first call.

These guys were great. Followed all appropriate COVID protocol. Easily diagnosed my shower problem and sought out an effective fix for it rather than just replacing a bunch of parts. I called in the morning and everything was fixed same day. I like these guys. They're my new go-to guys for plumbing.

This was the second time we have used A&Y plumbing and we couldn't be happier. After the first time my husband saved his contact info so when our sub pump went out we knew who to contact. Both times Juan had a very quick response response time. He is always incredibly efficient, and professional. Prices are fair and honest. Cannot say enough great things about Juan!

Noel came on short notice and was friendly, prompt, efficient and did a great job resolving my old building's drain issue. One of the best plumbers I've ever had to use for an emergency repair.
