I have to say, the best experience I have had dealing with any service company.  From start to finish, Mac was awesome.  Was able to give me price information on the phone and was not only reasonable but efficient.  The problem was with our radiant heat tank, it was done!  Mac and his team were here at the assigned time, knowledgeable, professional and very nice!  I sincerely hope our other water heater does not go out but have all the confidence in the world that if if should, Mac is the man.  Can't praise enough.

Had a phenomenal experience working with Francisco today. I was in a same-day time crunch and he was able to get out to my home quickly and went above and beyond answering all of my questions.

Before he left, he also took time to address several of my plumbing questions/concerns that were unrelated to the task at hand and give me helpful suggestions.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

I am going against the grain on this review as I have not actually used this outfit.  However, my customer service experience was so good that I had to write a review.  I went into my basement this am to find water backing up from my shower drain- which is tied into my ejector pit.  It appears as though the pump in the pit has worn out and simply needs to be replaced.  I couldn't reach my normal plumber who completely re-piped my basement (incl the bathroom) which is why I needed a back up plan.

As a result, I checked out the Yelp reviews for Rocket Plumbing and called them.  The office rep was SO warm and easy to communicate with.  She said there is no charge to check out the problem and they work on a flat rate, not an hourly rate.  In my opinion, this was an awesome start and it made me feel at ease that I will know exactly how much it would cost to fix the problem.  If I wasn't happy with the price then I could send them on their way with no strings attached.  In addition, she set up a time for a plumber to come out later today (also great news!).  I set up a time with them.  

Coincidentally, my regular plumber finally called back so I called her back and cancelled.  My thinking is that my regular plumber knows the exact layout of where my check valve is located, where the pipes where laid before we put in the floor, the design of the pit, etc.  The office contact couldn't have been more understanding and did not give me a hard time.  I would absolutely recommend this place based on this experience.  You can just tell that they know how to run a business which is great for a change!

Dan was fantastic and professional. They gave me an estimate on paper, explained what they meant, came in very competitively priced and were an absolute Breeze to work with. They also gave me a real appointment time, not a window, and showed up right on time.

I have trouble understanding voices on the phone, so being able to do business almost entirely in text online was fantastic. Cheers to the office person I was working with through Yelp.

There is a miracle worker and his name is Jose. It was really easy to schedule an appointment, he showed up on time, and his office was great at communicating. He went in, solved the problem, and was out soon after. Highly recommended. I'll be referring him to all my friends.

We hired AP Construction for a faucet repair and they were right on time and they completed the work much quicker than I expected. They even let us know of a few other minor fixes they made, and confirmed that there was no leaking or water damage where our replacement faucet was installed. We couldn't be happier with the service provided.

Great service! They came out the same day I called and got to work right away. We had some major roots to clear out, but they knew how to handle it and got the job done. Price was better than I expected. I highly recommend J Sewer & Drain!!

Kevin and his team at green tech have done multiple jobs for us at our house that was recently gut renovated.  They were able to troubleshoot a leak that we had received the run around on from another company.  They have also upgraded our sump pump and installed our battery backup as well.  They are honest, quick to respond, and fairly priced.  I'd highly recommend for any plumbing work!

What you NEED to know is in the last paragraph. TL;DR: This is the best home services experience I've ever had in my life.

We had a clogged toilet at 3 a.m. after hosting a  New Year's Eve party at our new home. Not the ideal way to kick off 2020. Using a plunger, we were able to get the water to flush very slowly and figured we got rid of the clog.

2 days later, the toilet still wasn't working. I requested a quote on Yelp, and Mike responded within minutes. Not only was the price competitive, but Mike offered to give me free advice on how to fix the problem myself in the event that it could save me time and money.

After trying all the conventional methods (plunger, auger) to no avail, I called Mike again to schedule service. He sent Danny who was at the house within 15 minutes. Danny was incredibly polite and thorough moving from auger to removing the toilet. Having tried all standard methods, Danny let us know that he would have to bring in the power rodder and that Mike was on his way to help out. Danny laid tarp along house to wheel in the huge machine, and Mike tried to think of other ways to solve this not-so-typical issue.

They ended up going to our crawlspace and rodding the pipes through there. I'll spare the details, but after a couple hours, the problem was fixed. Danny and Mike cleaned up the bathroom and closet with crawlspace access. And the toilet flushes like new.

I can't speak highly enough of this experience. We couldn't have asked for better service and, quite frankly, didn't know home services of this caliber existed. I would never hesitate to recommend giving these gentlemen a call, even for free advice. They'll be my go-to for any future plumbing issues (knock on wood), as well as if anyone ever asks if we know a good plumber. Mike giving us a discount for finding them through Yelp was a much-appreciated bonus.

The effort was put in but the issue still persists after spending a $1000. Our issue is still not resolved

When searching for a handyman/ electrician it can be very overwhelming as there are so many out there! After doing lots of research I finally landing on Sims and sons. They were able to get me in that week to do an estimate with Darrell after the estimate they told me they needed more time and that another electrician would come out the next week.
The next week Nel came out and he was very helpful explaining to me what was wrong and finished within an hour. Being a young female owning my first condo apartment it can be very frustrating when electrical issues come about because I have no ideas what to do! ha Having an electrician like Sims and sons that are are reliable and good prices makes all the difference!
Will definitely be calling again!

Great experience with this company. Our garbage disposal (we thought) created a clog somewhere, which we thought we had resolved until water started dripping through the basement ceiling. I wanted to get this fixed fast so we could use our kitchen sink and dishwasher again (also I was terrified of the leaking!). I called the first well reviewed company on Yelp.

I am so happy with that decision. Alex at C & J came out within an hour, investigated the issue and called back within an hour with pricing for fixes. He pointed out a problem with the piping between our dishwasher and disposal (previously  raised in our home inspection) and we agreed it should be fixed while working on the original issue. I expected we might see someone in a few days, but they had a guy out within another hour! He went to work methodically until he ran into an issue trying to unclog the pipes. The clog was trapped deep and they couldn't reach it. He talked me through what he was going to try - when that didn't work, he called Alex up (for a more experienced perspective, as I understood it) and Alex came back out to take a look. They talked me through the new plan, which involved cutting out some pieces of pipe. After it was done, they showed me the pipe - it was totally (disgustingly) clogged! They created a new access point for the pipe, so if it gets clogged again, it will be easier to clean.

In summary, C & J was super fast, polite, clear in their explanations and successful. I can't comment on prices bc I didn't call any others to compare, but I was comfortable with what I paid. And Alex even called up the next day to make sure everything was working. Knock on wood, everything looking great so far.

Great, fast service from Mike the Plumber. He came on short notice to remove then reinstall my kitchen sink plumbing after I had some new counter tops installed. He even fixed my bathroom toilet (slow to fill up) and unclogged my bathroom sink.  The price was very reasonable and he performed everything very quickly. If I ever have any plumbing issues I will be sure to call Mike.

Awesome service, called him answered right away, I had called others no answer. Explained the problem said he would be here later in the day called me back moved his schedule around to accommodate us sooner very much appreciated.  Unclogged the outside connection and showed us everything he did step by step, first time home owners so appreciate the time he took with us. I called based on the Yelp reviews.  Noel returned my call promptly.  While my project scope is larger than Noel takes on, he sent me a text with the contact information for a firm that handles projects like mine.  Noel gets taking care of the customer, even if it does not generate revenue today!
