I called to have somebody come look at my garbage disposal, which would turn on but would not actually work. Drain-EEZ diagnosed the problem over the phone and walked me through how to fix the issue myself. Very helpful!

Mac answered my call immediately even though it was 9pm and helped me troubleshoot my water heater issue over the phone in a matter of minutes. Will definitely be using Fastplumbing247 in the future!!

I had a variety of plumbing issues on a condo I purchased. Scott was great, he was quickly able to diagnose the problems. After he knew what components were needed, he quickly ran to the local hardware store, came back with what he needed. He was thorough in addressing the problems and didn't leave until he was satisfied things were working properly. I highly recommend him, and will absolutely use him for any future issues.

If you need a plumber, look no further than Rocket Plumbing.  I had a maddening issue at my condo, where the drain connected to my air conditioning unit kept backing up.  This was very problematic as we were unable to use the air conditioner without closely monitoring the water levels.

I had a plumber from another company come out who was unable to fix the problem.  He ran 25' of rodding into the pipe, but the problem persisted.  He felt it was a building issue (for my association to handle).  So, I had my building association look into the matter.  They brought out their own plumber who couldn't run the rod more than 5' into the pipe, so he declared it a unit issue that I would need to fix.  He recommended drilling through concrete to find/fix the problem.

After discussing this with my building's management, we decided to get a third opinion...and that is when we called Rocket.  Obviously, we should have called them FIRST, but now we know.  

At any rate, Ben came out and assessed the situation.  He ran 35' of rodding into the pipe, but the problem with the drain persisted.  I asked him if this was a building issue...and he told me there was no question that it was (therefore, I did not have to pay out of pocket to fix it).  After much investigation, it was determined that the problem was located in the unit below me.

Ben and his team had to access the unit below me, and then knock out a portion of the wall in order to access the pipe.  As soon as they did, the backup was immediately fixed.  This was a huge relief for me.

I can't say enough about Ben's work ethic and professionalism.  He took the time to explain to me (as well as my building's manager) what the problem was and what it would take to fix it.  It was particularly helpful in my case, as Ben was able to clearly explain to my building's manager why the liability for the cost for repairs lied with the building, instead of me.  

I will not hesitate to use Rocket Plumbing, and particularly Ben, for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

We had a great experience with First Chicago. We were having a pest problem with our sump and ejector pumps, but, being new homeowners, really had no idea what to do. I didn't even know what an ejector pump was! First Chicago was informative and responsive. I particularly appreciate their ability to answer questions over email, if it's difficult to talk on the phone during the day. They took the time to understand the problem and recommended a great course of action. They were also the lowest quote we got for these services. Highly recommend!

Sound Plumbing did a great job fixing my leaking and broken toilet. True professionals through and through, they explained every portion of the repair as they went through it and then told me how I can maintain quality of my pipes after they left. Excellent A+ service.

Honest, prompt, ready for emergencies, skilled, everything we've needed. We've worked with J Sewer several times now.

The first time we had water coming through our unit ceiling. Other companies tried to charge us quadruple the price and change the whole system. J Sewer found the root of the problem, was honest and said we didn't need to change the whole thing, and fixed our pipe quickly and we haven't had a leak since!!

The second time we needed a sink unclogged on a short notice. J Sewer came out, unclogged the sink extremely quickly and are an absolute pleasure to work with (they worked with my parents here while I was away and my parents love them).

Finally we had what we thought was a serious clog in our basement sink and we were out of town so they came on short notice and got in via our lockbox instructions. I feel bad for wasting their time, but because they're absolutely 150% honest great people they told us it was simply the drain stopper at the bottom of the clogged sink blocking the passage of the water.....I feel dumb but I'm grateful these guys are so nice to come out and address it!

Long story short, whether it's a bigger job like a pipe being busted, or a simple sink clog, these are our go to plumbers, amazing work and great honest people. I highly recommend them to everyone for your plumbing needs!

Right off the bat...this plumber is the real deal. We haven't officially hired him YET, but even if we dont hire him, he deserves a praise for AMAZING customer service. I've met with and talked to a few plumbers this past month, and Kevin with Green Tech Plumbing is by far the best in terms of his knowledge, communicating with the customer and honest about what needs to be done. I had a good feeling about him over the phone, after we met with him in person the next day, we knew he was the one. Our situation is a HOT MESS. We hired someone to work on our new home, his work was horrible, not up to code, blah blah blah. Now we need to hire a new plumber to redo what the A-hole started, and after meeting with a handful of plumbers, Kevin with Green Tech Plumbing made us feel the most comfortable and  renewed our faith in plumbers, well kind of. We're still a little scarred.

We will know more tomorrow and I'm hoping we will go with Green Tech. I will update after the repair is done. Stand by......

I am way past due writing this review, but came back to Yelp because these guys 100% deserve 5 stars.  Long story short, my kitchen sink clogged and started leaking on Thanksgiving.  After another plumber failed to get the sink unclogged and whose next step was intense (read: expensive), I decided to get another plumber out to see if they could resolve the clog.  Enter Midwest Hydro Jetting, who sent two wonderful guys out that not only unclogged my sink in a matter of minutes (and this was 4 months ago and we're still going strong), they also corrected the hookup to my dishwasher to make it run better, and they stuck around to make sure the everything was working properly.  Everyone was super friendly and professional, from start to finish.

Googled for an emergency Plummer and these guys came up. I had a leaking kitchen faucet. Adam and Dave arrived in less than 2 hours. It needed a part, they had to go to two stores to find it. Once back they made  the repairs fast.
Would recommend and use again.

These guys are great. I called in the middle of the night and they came out right away. They were at my house in less than 30 minutes of when I called. The serviceman came with a fully stocked van and was ready to tackle anything that could have been wrong. I am really glad I chose this company. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I recently purchase a new toilet. Although, I have installed dozens of toilets in my lifetime, I recently met my match, with this new purchase. It was heavier than most other models and the bolt holes are hidden from view.  I called ABV plumbing after several attempts at installing it myself. My level of frustration, prior to calling, was off the charts.

The gentlemen from ABV was able to come out within hours.  He took a look at the toilet and my current plumbing. He then immediately went to work. He was courteous and was vigilant about any covid concerns. He even donned protective shoe covers.

He needed to sweat some copper fittings and add a new valve. This was done in under 10 minutes. He then prepared the toilet for install. His associate came and together they lifted the 118 pound toilet onto the bolts in one shot. I would have been jealous if not for the fact that I was so relieved to see this done so swiftly.

The toilet and surrounding area were then wiped clean. I took 59 minutes from start to finish. This would be impressive for even the simplest toilet installs.

I found ABV by using Yelp. I seriously expected him to say the job was too difficult. I am very happy to say I am wrong.

Toilet was leaking in my en suite and I wanted to take care of it ASAP before it caused damage downstairs. I reached out to CJ Plumbing and they got back to me within 10 minutes. We scheduled a date and the plumber whose name I didn't catch came in masked up and put shoe covers on which I really appreciated. He replaced the wax seal and I swear he left my bathroom cleaner then he found it. Everything looked so sparkly lol. Will definitely use this company again should I need the wax seal replaced in my other bathroom. Thank you!

I have a tenant in Rogers Park and needed someone who would be able to go to the tenant and take care of a clogged sink. (I do not live near enough to be able to head over on short notice myself.) Mike responded to my request almost immediately, we talked on the phone and I provided him with all the information I thought would be helpful. He gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to schedule an appointment with my tenant and handle everything that needed to be done. The job was not too small for him! So grateful that he was able to come out and handle this for me and quickly! My tenant said that Mike was an awesome dude and everything is now running smoothly. We both greatly appreciate his service!

Juan and his team are top notch.  After promptly responding to my request for a quote, he came over the next day to inspect our broken faucet, drain issues, and shower leaks.

He described why the problems were happening, and explained the fixes in plain language.  This helped me understand what was behind the costs he was quoting.

We were so impressed, that we had him fix the broken faucet on the spot.  He charged us the right price, and no more.

We plan on having A&Y back again for our other needs.

Contacted Noel on the weekend to see if he can replace two faucets on Monday and he come over a did a fantastic job.  We will call him again.  Thank you Noel!
