Lou with Drain-EEZ is fantastic.  In addition, the staff with whom I spoke with to set the appointment were also wonderful, helpful, and put me as ease.  As new condo owner I really didn't know where to begin in terms of finding a plumber.  I ended up reading a ton of reviews and settled on Drain-EEZ.  The receptionist assured me that Lou knew what he was doing and that he would do a very good job walking me through any issues.  We ended up needing our toilet reset and Lou was great!  I'm glad that I now can check mark having a go to plumber off my list.  Thanks, Lou!

I called Mac on a Saturday afternoon, when my tenants finally informed me about not having hot water. After sending him some pictures of the tank, he came out to my building and assessed the situation, telling me what I assumed was the problem to begin with: the tank is too old and needs to be replaced. He and assistant switched out the tank right then and there. Only took an hour.  I highly recommend Fastplumbing247 and will be calling again when my other water heater bites the dust!

Scotty is a true professional. Setting up an appointment was easy. Scotty called and confirmed two days prior to our scheduled appointment. He arrived promptly on the day of our appointment and got right to work. Scotty got the job done  in a timely manner and work he did wasn't easy. I will definitely be calling him again for any more plumbing issues I might have.

Brian and his team really came through for me on this one. Last Saturday they came out to fix our water heater.  Knowing that the parts stores were closed on Sundays they made quick work of fixing my water heater at what I thought was a very fair price.  I would highly recommend them to him.

I found Chicago Sewer And Drain Professionals from a Yelp search. My neighbor had water leaking into her unit, and I needed help identifying what was causing the leak and fast service. I loved this company because they were highly professional and quick to respond. The owner had excellent phone etiquette and answered my call right away. I called around 6 am, and the company came out around 9 am the same day. I wasn't 100% if the company did plumbing in bathrooms because the page is marketing as sewers; however, they did. The company identified that my bathroom faucet needed to be replaced, and they would not find the exact model I already had. The faucet was replaced, and I was delighted with the service.

I'm removing a star because the price was not competitive, and I believe I was overcharged. For the level of service and quick turnaround, the control should demand a competitive price, but I was charged ~$350 for the service and $417 with parts. The company did not overcharge me on the pieces because I went to Home Depot the next day and saw comparable prices. The average cost to replace a faucet in Illinois ranges from $150-$350, and I was charged on the higher end of the estimate. Also, I was told I had two bad water valves, which would be an additional $600. I opted not to change the valves by Chicago Sewer And Drain Professionals and had another plumber come out the next day. The second company informed me that I only needed one value replaced and charged me $50. That is a dramatic price difference. Also, the second plumber told me that he could use the old knobs from my previous faucet so I wouldn't have to change the double faucet to match. I wish  Chicago Sewer And Drain Professionals would have shared that option because I discarded the old parts out.

I would recommend quick, professional service, but be aware  of their pricing model.

Our building is very old (over 125 yrs) and my aunt was having issues with a leaky faucet in her bathroom.  I found First Chicago Plumbing's reviews convincing to give them a call to help with this situation.  I spoke with Eugene and he asked for a photo to see the style faucet so he could make sure he had the proper parts when he came to see the job.  The next day he was there with the correct parts in hand and had the job done in no time.  He was very kind and courteous and the prices cannot be beat.  If you have any plumbing related problems these guys are a definite YES when it comes to reliability and professionalism.  I highly recommend them!

My kitchen sink's hot water lacked pressure. I was informed by Jonathan over the phone that it was a free estimate. However when the plumber Chew showed up he said it was $200 for him to bring his tools in to diagnose. Any repair would be additional. That was quite a surprise!

That's playing with words a free estimate normally and customarily should come after a diagnosis! Their business practices seemed highly irregular!

Like other plumbers they should have included a fee for a diagnosis in order to provide an estimate upfront. A lot of them reduce the final price by the initial charge for the diagnosis and the estimate.

I even called Jonathan at their office back to confirm he had informed me yesterday that it was free estimate and that I wouldn't be charged unless the plumber does the repair. This morning Jonathan still insisted that it was a free estimate , however, added the plumber who comes can charge whatever he wants! Hirer beware!

By far the best plumbers in the business! We were leaving out of town and our basement backed up and they were able to send someone out same day. They never disappoint, are so friendly, knowledgeable and get the job done. Kevin and how crew are the best! We will never go elsewhere, thank you Green Tech!!

Highly recommend Mike and his team! The sewer main in my building was backed up and we had to get the main pumped and hydrojetted. On top of doing good work, the customer service exceeded expectations. Mike was incredibly responsive in the initial discussions, quoting, and scheduling process and was able to get his team out quickly to get the project started. Everybody was knowledgeable, capable, and friendly. Would definitely hire them again for big and smaller plumbing needs!

They're great! Saturday night I noticed a substantial leak in my hot water tank. I called for a plumber and Joel got back with me in less than 20 minutes.  This was a big problem. I had no hot water bc the tank was flooded. Joel came out Sunday morning, further assessed the situ, went and got a tank and installed in about an hour. Nicely done Captain Rooter! I slept well Sunday night!

Two days in a row of NO SHOW appointments, even with confirmed texts and speaking directly to the owner.

Our kitchen sink got clogged again I called Chris my go to person. He is able to schedule me within 2 days not right away but no big deal we just need to figure out how to function with clogged sink. Ivo his associates came and tried everything but without a success. Recommend to replace the pipes (just the kitchen). I agreed and able to schedule it the following day. Ivo ( not sure if I  spelled his name correctly) did a wonderful job. I felt sorry for him because of the time and effort he made. Our pipes are fully clogged with you don't want to know,
it's completely blocked. Very nice person. I am just hoping that I will not see him again for good reason. Anybody who has plumbing issues please call them... Thanks a lot Ivo....

Toilet was leaking in my en suite and I wanted to take care of it ASAP before it caused damage downstairs. I reached out to CJ Plumbing and they got back to me within 10 minutes. We scheduled a date and the plumber whose name I didn't catch came in masked up and put shoe covers on which I really appreciated. He replaced the wax seal and I swear he left my bathroom cleaner then he found it. Everything looked so sparkly lol. Will definitely use this company again should I need the wax seal replaced in my other bathroom. Thank you!
