In addition to the prompt and friendly service (two major pluses in my book), Pat at Drain-EEZ gave me tips about how I could save money by doing some easy home repairs myself on some of my plumbing issues. He showed me exactly what the problems were and how to avoid future plumbing issues. I also had to switch times at the last minute--no problem. The warm and friendly service I received with Pat was the same I received by the women who answered my call, whom I later found out to be his wife. If you need a local, knowledgeable and no-nonsense plumber, Pat is your guy.

Thankful for these folks! They gave a good estimate to diagnose the issue and offered quick (and fair) pricing to replace our aging/malfunctioning water heater. Called at 9:30pm and they were here/installing the unit the next day at 9am. No worries or hassle on my end and everything is working great :)

Spectacular service. Pete & Noah were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently on the job. They responded to a small leak under our kitchen sink and recognized that the pipes had rusted from the inside. The pipes were replaced on the spot and for a reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend.

It's not easy finding a good plumber but super glad we had a good experience with Scotty. The gentlemen is knowledgeable, inquisitive, listens, and gets to work. He is able to anticipate the problem, explain it directly, and offer suggestions and tips for maintenance.

I am so thankful I called Rocket Plumbing for a second opinion.  The first plumber I called said that he was unable to cam my sewer and that it would cost $8,500- $10,000 just to be able to get a camera in and see if anything was wrong.  

My realtor suggested I call Rocket Plumber for a second opinion.  They had better technology and better employees than the first company.  The guys who came out (Mike and Tyler) did an awesome job.  With a little creativity, they discovered that the pipe leading in to my sewer was not broken, it was just at an odd angle because it was an old pipe.  

They found that there was a break in the line by the street.  Rocket Plumbing set up a PDP inspection and got the City out here in about a week to confirm that the sewer needed to be repaired (and that the City would pay for the repair).  I was glad I did not have to do that paperwork or negotiate with City inspectors myself.  

I am so glad I called Rocket Plumbing!  Calling them saved me at least $8500.   I am so glad I called them and will be calling them for all my future plumbing and sewer needs.

Put simply, they were great. The tech didn't have the replacement parts on his truck. He kept me informed as to when he would be back. He was in constant communication with me. Overall, good experience.

This winter some of our pipes froze when it dipped below zero outside. On a day where this was probably very common, Windy City came out that afternoon and thawed the pipes. They came early enough that no pipes burst, and their fee was reasonable. It was $250 per frozen pipe for two plumbers. We had three pipes *soft cries* We would use them again for any plumbing problems. It took the dudes probably 2.5 hours and this included cutting into drywall (non exposed pipes)

These guys came and fixed a leaky pipe for me. They did a great job. I would recommend giving these guys a try for your plumbing needs. Good communication, fast and precise work.

During the cold weather we had a pipe burst. While they were very busy due to the high volume of pipe bursts in the city, they were extremely late in making our appointment. We weren't given an estimate to fix the issue and instead were sent a $400 bill to stop the leak. What we late learned was that the plumber didn't even re attach the pipes so that we could use our washer and dryer. Net net, we had a late plumber, a $400 charge to stop a leak and not even fix it.

Not recommended until your issue is not urgent and you receive a firm quote beforehand.

They are the BEST!  Quick response, competent work, courteous and friendly staff, and reasonable prices.  Who could ask for more?

We had a problem with a clogged toilet, and Diego quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it (it wasn't an easy one, but with patience and hard work he was able to get it resolved).  We also asked him to check a problem with our garbage disposal unit, and he located a disconnected wire and promptly made the repair.

I highly recommend J Sewer and Drain Plumbing Plumbing Inc.  If you're like me, you worry about finding someone who truly knows what they're doing and is good to work with.  These guys are the real deal.  You won't be disappointed.

Very fast response time. They came out and immediately started diagnosing the issues. They told me what was wrong and fixed the problem in a timely fashion. Sims and Sons exemplifies excellence and Darrell is the man. We had an urgent issue today and they came out within two hours. It was sort of like 1-800-WE GOT YOU! A circuit breaker was tripping and we'd lost power in multiple spots in the house. They were able to find the problem and fix it within 90 minutes and also did a thorough explanation, without upselling, of what other work is needed to get the house up to code. We know we are facing a series of problems if we don't do the work and today was just a small sample of what awaits us. We will use them for our other jobs, no questions asked. Also, for an emergency the cost was very fair.

Our bathroom sink became completely clogged on a Saturday morning. It's the only upstairs bathroom in our home and needless to say - a nightmare when unusable. I called Hristo at ABV and he was able to come out and clear the drain in a matter of hours. He also repaired a leaky drain in another washroom. Price was very reasonable with excellent customer service. Highly recommend ABV!!

Dmitri was responsive, friendly and detail oriented. He is prompt to provide updates and information, which I really appreciate. He solved my faucet problems at my condo within an hour. Would definitely work with him again.

I had a rocky toilet that was supposedly fixed by Chicagoland Handyman in June of 2022, but five months later the rocking was back. I searched for a plumber to fix this unsteady toilet once and for all. I called Mike the Plumber. He was able to come out the next day and was able to to stabilize my toilet. Mike the Plumber was very nice as he explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it. He said if the rocking comes back (which it won't) he will tend to it. I will definitely call Mike the Plumber for any future plumbing issues in my old building. Thank you Mike!

Juan is great! I've used A&Y twice, once to replace a toilet and once to fix a faucet leak. Both times Juan was able to come out and take a look within the next day. The prices are extremely fair and the quality of service is fantastic. I will continue to call A&Y Plumbing for all my plumbing needs!

Had an old bypass valve that was busted and had to shut off water to the entire house. Noel came out within a couple hours when he was probably swamped with frozen pipe calls. We had water flowing again by noon. Thanks!
