If I could give Pat and his crew 10 gold stars I would.
They have worked in both my houses and done incredible work every time.
Pat is one of the most ethical and honest men I have ever met. He knows how to run a business and knows about customer service.
And he is a gentleman. He has helped me so much and always has good advice. Definitely old school and takes pride in everything he does.
For me, hands down this is the best plumbing group in the Chicago area.

Last year, my then Fiancé's water heater died and went to water heater heaven... leaking through some walls on its way. We looked up installers and found Mac and his team. Impressed by great reviews, Mac did not disappoint! He responded quickly and he and his son got a new water heater installed by the end of the day. The new heater works great, has a higher capacity, and was a good value! Thanks Mac!

Bob and Tom were great.  They didn't charge us a service fee for coming out even though we had agreed to one.  There was a leak into unit below.  Another company put a toilet it's still under warranty so hopefully they fix it or we will call rescue back

Scotty is great! He's always arrived on time and is very communicative. I was making some updates to my kitchen and needed him to install a new sink. He even advised on the size of the sink (he was familiar with my kitchen from a previous visit) and suggested a company to purchase the sink from since I was having trouble finding what I wanted at Home Depot and Lowes.

Ok soooo - discovered my garbage disposal was not installed to code, was 12 years old, and needed all new P piping. I now know more about disposal cleaning/ maintenance then ever before. If anyone ever needs excellent plumbing services I highly recommend ROCKET PLUMBING.

What a complete professional, honest, accurate and very reasonable price conscious company! I was frustrated as I had sewer water coming up trough a drain in an apartment that I rent out so I had tenants that were anxious and it was below zero out. The response I got came in less than 2 minutes, they were there and accurately discovered the pipe issue.  Thomas both explained to me and my tenant Matt where the issue was, I got a video of them traveling through the pipe with a camera and 15 still pictures sent to me so I could be aware of the progress and what was happening. Thomas and his crew, fixed the issue, was honest about what could also be another issue, which it wasn't after they completed the job. Showed to another plumber who was very impressed with the video, agreed with the issue and was also very impressed with the price we were told and exactly where the job landed when all was said and done. I'm so happy I found them, can't express enough how complete on all levels our experience was. When done, cleaned everything up too!

I contacted them, along with several other well reviewed plumbers, about a rodding job. I specified my needs in the email - single family home, typical Chicago lot. Main line sewer rodding. And asked for some quotes. Of the 5, 1 didn't do rodding. 2 asked me to call them to obtain the quote. Only two responded with some straightforward replies and shared their costs for typical rodding jobs. I phoned the other 2 for good measure but of the 4, Windy City was the most economical, responded to my inquiry with some actual $$'s  and had great response time and reviews, so I booked them. They came out the same day. They got the job done quick, despite running into a problem accessing the line. But they offered a solution and got it done. I recommend them.

We had a great experience with First Chicago. We were having a pest problem with our sump and ejector pumps, but, being new homeowners, really had no idea what to do. I didn't even know what an ejector pump was! First Chicago was informative and responsive. I particularly appreciate their ability to answer questions over email, if it's difficult to talk on the phone during the day. They took the time to understand the problem and recommended a great course of action. They were also the lowest quote we got for these services. Highly recommend!

Kevin and his team are awesome. I've used them twice now - once to snake a tricky drain and now to replace an old and broken shower diverter and faucet. Kevin is prompt to respond and does the work that is needed quickly. The quote was reasonable and the work excellent. His diagnosis of the issues are honest and transparent. I would use Sound Plumbing in the future.

Found this company on yelp. I needed someone immediately. They came out the exact time I needed them. They found a simply overlooked mishap and fixed it with no charge. They fixed my other problem quickly and professionally. I highly recommend these guys. I've already giving their information to my neighbors as a great reference.

Very professional, Came on time,  explained what they were doing , good covid precautions with masks and shoe covers, and even came back to finish a job properly before charging us the final bill.  One less star only because it was a little hard coordinating the first visit with them, with 1-2 missed initial visits.

Andrew came out to look at our plumbing issue ASAP and was extremely helpful and kind. Absolutely recommend!

We struggled to get an electrician to respond to us but Darrell at Sims responded immediately and was able to have one of his staff come hang our light fixture in the next few days. Ennis was very professional and effective and did a great job. We'd hide them again in a heartbeat the next time we need electrical work done.

Very responsive and pleasant to discuss business with. Respectful too and very comparable prices.

Poor communication also. Dimitri said he'd think about it, when I proposed a resolution where they paid for part and I'd pay for part of it. Then ghosted me. Also was very aggressive and mocking on the phone. Not someone you want to do business with.

Spoke with Mike over the phone and he gave me some DIY advice on some of the trouble I had with my old faucet. Though, I didn't feel comfortable changing the faucet myself as the pipes I had were old, I decided to have him come over and do it. During the process, I was able to watch and he answered all the questions I had about what he was doing and he answered all the general plumbing questions I had. I would highly recommend him as he's very knowledgable and patient.

We began calling multiple companies as we had limited time in Chicago with my 95 year old aunt before heading back to Florida. Juan was quick to respond and come to give us an estimate. We showed him 3 areas on her 90 year old pipes that had leaks and he gave us a price. During the repair he found the leak was way inside the wall. He said he'd try to reach it through an access hole already in the wall but may need to go by the actual tile/tub side. Oh no we thought. He did repair using the access side. Every step of the way he explained what he needed to do. We also threw in a possible kitchen sink and cabinet replacement which he was ready to tackle with his teenage son and my husband but we decided not to do it in the end. He had already cut a hole in the counter top which was perfect and we are holding onto it for future use. His son Eddie, was a great laborer and very polite. We will never use anyone else for our plumbing needs in Chicago. No one could beat his prices for the amount of time he spent with us. Thank you so much Juan and Eddie.

Noel and Five Plumbing I would recommend to anyone.  Last summer he solved a leak in the unit above mine that previous plumbers could not diagnose.  Then this month I had water backup everywhere overnight and he came first thing in the morning and laid out everything that needed to be done.  He was direct and honest the entire time about the issues and the the potential costs involved.  That's what I call a great plumber.  Thanks Noel and Five Plumbing, i will definitely call you again when I have an issue.
