Pat, the owner of Drain-EEZ, was a fantastic help with my garbage disposal problem. First, he tried to help me fix it on my own to save some money. When it  became clear a replacement was needed, he and an associate came out on a Sunday to accommodate my busy schedule.

Service was very professional and quick, they even took care to be as quiet as possible as my daughter was napping at the time. Highly recommend Drain-EEZ!

Installed faucet which was not easy old one very rusted out. Did install for price quoted. Considerably less the Home Depot install contractor. Working well.

Faucet extremely loose now. Loosened in less then a month.

We had the worst experience with this company. The actual plumber that came out was great! He arrived early, was quick and helpful. Once we started talking to the admin staff to get everything in order due to our HOA specifications, it was a nightmare. There was zero organization, information kept getting lost and on the 4th day of trying to get things done, I got an email asking who I was and when they came out and got yelled at by a man over the phone.

Would not recommend. Other than the actual plumber, this company was awful.

I needed to replace a garbage disposal and a couple connecting pipes under my sink in the kitchen.  Great experience with Scott across the board:  high quality, careful and very quick service (e.g., took probably only an hour all-in because Scott was efficient), competitive pricing, great responsiveness and easy communication via texts, flexible scheduling, efficient and accurate estimate with a breakdown of input costs, proper safety precautions during the pandemic (e.g., mask, social distancing), cleanliness (cleaning during and after the project being done).  Scott was a good professional when discussing repair options (e.g., he shared his professional opinion but wasn't pushing a particular solution) and very detail oriented (e.g., Scott even installed the new pipes so that they consume less space under the sink than before).

Highly recommended.  I will reach out to Scott for any plumbing issues going forward.

We had a fantastic experience with Marlon from Rocket Plumbing. Our sink was backed up and something that smelled like death was coming from it. We called  Rocket Plumbing that night and they were very helpful on the phone and we scheduled an appointment for the following day. Marlon came, explained everything he was doing, gave suggestions on how to keep the problem away and left me very satisfied!

We will be using this service from now on for all of our plumbing, kitchen and bathroom needs.

Dan Molina showed up on time.  We took some time to figure out where the leak was coming from. When he cut out a piece of pipe that a previous plumber put some putty on, the water was still leaking. We found that directly above that pipe was the actual leak. He fixed that one and another one near it. He did great work, and has a good attitude. A consummate professional. I would recommend him to anyone, and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again in the future.

After such a great repair experience myself today, I fully understand why their reviews are so detailed and praiseworthy--Jose and his company, without a doubt, deserve all the business they can get!

I called Windy City Plumbing for an appointment on a Tuesday morning after reading the raving recent reviews on Yelp. We quickly and efficiently set up an appointment for the next morning.

Jose called before he arrived and I should note he was even 15 minutes early! He is incredibly friendly on top of clearly being a very experienced plumber in the Chicagoland area. (He even gave me a great Oak Park-area restaurant recommendation!)

This is the first repair we've had to do in our first home so obviously I was really nervous about finding a trustworthy plumber in the area. NO MORE! He not only carefully and meticulously repaired the wax seal that was causing our toilet to leak into our neighbor's condo unit downstairs, but he explained what he was doing and took the time to double and triple test that everything was working properly and that the bolts were tightened the appropriate amount. As already noted by other reviewers, he also carefully cleaned up everything without any extra thought or effort, like it was just part of the job.

Like its website says, Windy City Plumbing charges $80 an hour. Also, Jose said that the repair was guaranteed for the next year. We can call him if it's ever a problem again and he will come out and repair it--NO CHARGE. Incredibly amazing and refreshing?! I am aware.

We will definitely be giving Windy City Plumbing a call again when we take care of some other deferred home maintenance projects later this year and possibly even to redo our second bathroom in the more-distant future.

Just finished my appointment with First Chicago Plumbing, and after the disasters I have been dealing with from other contractors I've used, I felt compelled to leave this review on a business that does things right. Eugene was quick to respond and very professional over email. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they were able to make it out the same week.

Jorge and Sergio (I believe that was his name) were the ones on site. They were nice and explained everything to me. There was some work that was up in the air on whether it needed to be done, and ultimately they were able to get the job done without the additional work.

The biggest part of my work was correcting a disposal hook up my contractor horribly botched during my kitchen renovation. They were able to correct everything and hook it up correctly. It looks SO much better (see before and after pictures attached).

Everything was cleaned up and then tested in front of me to make sure it worked.

I thought the price was fair and very close to the quote I received. It's the city, so if you want good work you can't cheap out (as I've learned the hard way). Ultimately I was just happy to have actual licensed professionals who knew what they were doing.

I'll definitely use these guys again and keep them on my speed-dial for any future plumbing needs!

Jesus was great! I got a quote from them and they came out a half an hour later. I had a kitchen sink that would not drain so they rotted out the pipes to clear the clog. My P-trap pipe was cracked and leaking so he replaced that pipe for me, and cleaned everything up! The price was very reasonable, the communication was great and they were very friendly! I will be using them again in the future :)

My husband and I woke up this morning to a hot water pressure drop followed by no hot water.  I immediately yelped highly rated companies in the area and saw Green Tech had an outstanding reputation.  I sent a quote at close to 6:30 am, even before the office was open.  Not more than 5 minutes later, I received an email reply from Kevin, who asked for more details and we quickly emailed back and forth through some initial understanding of the issue.  After just having gone through a polar vortex, the Chicago area has been in significant plumbing distress, and despite the very busy schedule already in place, Kevin made sure to call me back with potential availability in appointments.  Right on time, he assured me that someone could come by in the afternoon.  Erik was extremely professional and friendly.  He walked me through my tankless water heater flush and helped me learn more about the unit itself and what caused the issue. He also provided useful suggestions for follow-up maintenance of our flood control system and I will definitely be calling Green Tech for a follow-up visit in the spring.  I could not have been happier with the expediency and quality of service from Green Tech Plumbing Co.  Thank you again Kevin and Erik.  You are the best!

I own a small business and we had an issue that needed to be dealt with right away. I looked around Yelp and saw the great reviews for Sims and Sons and decided to give them a call. Darrell was very helpful and let me know everything up front. I had a client at 9 and needed to have my problem fixed before then. Darrell had arranged his time so that I could still run my business by 9 AM - He told me he would be at my business at 8:30. He got here at 8:20. So right away I knew this guy was professional and that he wanted to make sure I was fully functional for my work. He worked efficiently, answered all my questions, and fixed every issue that I had. He literally finished at 8:58, just enough time before my client came in. He even looked at other problems that I had and fixed those as well. I was very satisfied with the service and he explained everything he did. Prices are very reasonable and he already let me know how much everything was going to cost before he came in, so I was prepared and was not bombarded with hidden or extraneous fees that other people try to cheat you with. They followed all the COVID guidelines, Darrell even wiped his feet outside before entering my building because he had walked through some dirt. Very considerate! I've had other people not care and just walk through my business and make my floors dirty. Because of this I can tell he truly cares about his customers. I will continue to hire these guys for any future problems. They deserve all of the praise that you see here!

I like i got a Quote on Yelp instead of being told they cant give a price without someone coming to the house and then you are potentially wasting days and then you get a too high quote but feel pressured to go with them, so when i got a quote from ABV and thought it fair i made a appointment and they came the next day.

I highly recommend CJ Plumbing. They are extremely responsive, thorough and attentive.  I recently had a sump pump replaced by them and I could not have asked for better workmanship, care and follow up. I will be using CJ Plumbing for ALL plumbing needs, moving forward.

Believe the 5 star reviews, Mike is awesome! It's so nice to have a plumber in my contacts who I not only know will do great work, but is also fair and 100% trustworthy. Mike is also super responsive, dependable, and takes great pride in his work. And to top it all off, we actually had a really fun day together when he came by! I had an issue with a wiggly, leaky toilet. They responded quickly to the call. While here, they communicated the problem and gave a fair quote. Every step was communicated. They completed the task and was so kind. I'm so grateful!

Had a leaking toilet, causing problem to the neighbor below. Called late morning and he was here at 1:30. Worked on the problem right away and fixed it same day! He is very professional and knowledgeable of his craft. Would highly recommend.
