Pat is great!!  Responsive, friendly, honest company.  We were on vacation and a friend was staying at our house.  Water starter presenting itself in the basement in a bathroom and utility room.  We needed a new injector pump.  Pat came out and replaced it.

Got this recommendation from Drain EEEZ. Called on a Friday after 6. We noticed our water heater was leaking and scrambled to find a plumber. Matt was very responsive. We sent him a few photos of our water heater and he quoted us a price and said he would be at our house between 7:30 and 8am on Saturday. He was at our house by 7:45am and texted us 15 minutes before he arrived that he was on his way. New water heater up and running. Very nice demeanor! Would definitely recommend him to others. Whistles while he works! Nice touch.

We had the worst experience with this company. The actual plumber that came out was great! He arrived early, was quick and helpful. Once we started talking to the admin staff to get everything in order due to our HOA specifications, it was a nightmare. There was zero organization, information kept getting lost and on the 4th day of trying to get things done, I got an email asking who I was and when they came out and got yelled at by a man over the phone.

Would not recommend. Other than the actual plumber, this company was awful.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

Highly recommend. I had an issue with a drain that needed a creative solution. Thomas was the only plumber / contractor that understood my problem and found a way to fix it. He and his crew rerouted a drain from going inside my house to the storm drain. The project involved demo, new pipe, and new concrete. All the work was of high quality and Thomas communicated effectively throughout the process.

I hired AP Construction  to install a brand new full bathroom in my basement. We received several bids from others, but AP Construction was the lowest price and could work around our schedules. The father/son team of Atanas and Eugene were great to work with. They were punctual every morning, coming from the city and arriving in Plainfield by 7:30 am each morning. It only took them 1.5 weeks to complete the full bathroom installation, which included all new piping (underground and above ground), an ejector pit, framing, drywall, and shower installation. These guys are very hard workers and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing needs and complete bathroom installation.

Kevin rocked our world. Our slow drain in the bathroom crawled to a stop and he was there the next day in a snow storm to make it all better. Kevin returned my phone calls and texts immediately, charged us appropriately for the work and was simply a kind, affable guy throughout the process. I will not only use him in the future but will happily recommend him to friends.

The city informed me that our water meter in our house was running continuously, which implies there's a leak, but my spouse and I couldn't find one one anywhere. I called Jesus at 9 am, and by 11 am he was at my house. He checked the meter, and then the first place we looked -- the basement toilet -- was the leaking culprit! Jesus turned off the water to the toilet, and the meter stopped spinning. I'm thankful for Jesus's quick and professional work, and he didn't charge us anything! He was very friendly and knows what he's doing. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Connected with Mike to try to get quotes for our HOA. Sent a video of the issue, but he would not provide quotes for issues without coming in person and charged a fee to come for a quote. It is possible that he was frustrated by some of the text messages I was saying and that our HOA would not pay for him to come for a quote, which is his company's usual protocol. When I asked for referrals to another plumber when he would not provide any additional quotes, he would not supply any additional plumber company contacts. I was very disappointed with his communication and will never reach out to this company again.

I have an old building.  I noticed the basement dirt ground seemed moist but did not pay much attention.  Then few months back, things got a lot worse.  First, the ground was sinking fast, then the sewer water started gushing out whenever I use water.

I contacted two 5-star popular plumbing services on Yelp.  They looked at the situation and told me that they need to dig down at 3 spots and replaced sewer lines there, but it will take at least 2 days to finish the job, and they cannot start until next week.  They also tried to rot and jet, neither cleared the line.  Frustrated, I searched again on Yelp and found Capitan rooter, and it turned out to be the best choice I made.

Joel was able to provide a quote over the phone based on problem described.  A detailed proposal was sent shortly.  The very next day, Oscar and the crew stopped by and started on the job.  The crew were the most efficient plumbers I met. Oscar immediately identified the main spot of problem, which was different than the spot identified by the other two companies.  I am so glad he made the right call because the other spot did not have the sewer line under the ground at all, which meant if I were to hire those companies, they would have been digging all over my basement.  

Once the crew rotted line clear, camera to locate the issues, each started digging and replacing the broken pieces. They were very careful handling my sewer line as those were made of clay; they replaced the broken pieces with SCH40 and made significant improvements.  They installed a new opening for rotting.  Oscar also replaced an incorrectly installed kitchen drain line.  By the time he reached the broken line, the replacement line was far more than the initial quote covered, but he completed the job anyway because he wanted to be sure that I could have a functioning line on the same day.  After the job was completed, they installed new cement and even cleaned up all the broken pipes, cements, and dust.  I cannot thank the crew enough for their outstanding work, professionalism, care for the customer and their property.  It was a very pleasant experience.

They also gave 5 year warranty on their work, but I am sure it will last much longer than that.  In addition, they also offered 2 free follow-up maintenance rotting.  The company also offer 18-month financing for those who need it.  Did I mention their pricing was better than the 2 other companies I noted?

Overall, I would highly recommend Capitan rooter to anyone with sewerage problems.  They offer the best combination of quality, value, efficiency, and reliability.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. During the weekend our Air Conditioner went out and after having it replaced, the breakers blew overnight on Monday. It was a miracle it didn't cause a fire to our home.

Given that I have two young children at home, we needed a quick solution. The owner of Sims and Sons called me immediately, diagnosed the issue and was able to come the next day to completely replace the circuit board, breakers, wiring and AC connection. It turns out the inspector completely missed that the panel / breakers were non-compliant and this was a huge risk.

The electricians were professional, thoughtful and quick to act for our family. And they explained things every step of the way.

Our kitchen sink got clogged again I called Chris my go to person. He is able to schedule me within 2 days not right away but no big deal we just need to figure out how to function with clogged sink. Ivo his associates came and tried everything but without a success. Recommend to replace the pipes (just the kitchen). I agreed and able to schedule it the following day. Ivo ( not sure if I  spelled his name correctly) did a wonderful job. I felt sorry for him because of the time and effort he made. Our pipes are fully clogged with you don't want to know,
it's completely blocked. Very nice person. I am just hoping that I will not see him again for good reason. Anybody who has plumbing issues please call them... Thanks a lot Ivo....

I had a really bad clog in my bathtub and contacted CJ Plumbing on a Monday evening. The next morning I spoke to Dmitry and within two hours Lenny came to the rescue.  Lenny knew exactly what to do and used everything in his toolbox to eventually clear the drain, it wasn't an easy one.  He was also very professional, friendly and was a good sport about my dogs barking at him.  I appreciated the very quick turnaround and while the cost was within budget, I wish I had gotten a rough estimate from Dmitry up-front. I should have known to ask ahead of time, but had forgotten.  
I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues!

This company should be called Heaven Sent! They were such a blessing to me and my family. I am so thankful to Juan and his partner for their assistance with finding the orgin of leaking pipe that was the cause a lot of problems and repairing it at a fair and reasonable price! Although, they are a small independent business, they out perform the larger plumbing companies that will come up when you do a Google search! They are polite,  professional and knowledgeable. After having the other major plumbing companies come out and not find the orgin of a leaking pipe, Juan had it pinpointed in about an hour! Him and his partner then repaired the problem in about 2 hours (with no breaks.)  They left all work areas spotless and were very considerate about Covid precautions.  I wish I would have found them sooner!

We had a clogged sink and could not get the water in either basin to drain. Noel was at our place with in 45 minutes and it took care of our problem in no time.  Very helpful and a nice person.  If we need services again, Noel will be getting the call.
