I sent an inquiry on yelp and Pat immediately called me. He took the time to ask me questions and had me send pictures so he could properly diagnose the problem.  Though he doesn't work on my particular issue, he still patiently walked me through the problem and let me know the type of service I needed. I would not hesitate to call Drain-EEZ Plumbing in the future for my plumbing needs.

Incredibly unprofessional.  We called to have our water heater inspected.  He said that it needed to be replaced.  He said he could do it right then and quoted us a number.

He was very pushy about just getting it done.  We pulled up a few water heaters online to further understand what we were buying (this is our first water heater replacement!) and he was not interested in helping us understand the product he would be installing.  

We asked for 20 minute to read water heater reviews ( he only uses one type) and make sure we were getting the best deal.  He said this was fine and he would be back in an hour.  After about 15 minutes we called him back to go forward and he didn't get back to us for 45 minutes.  He then told us it was too late and he could no longer install the heater today.  Overall it was a really strange experience and I would not recommend their service.

Dex saved the day AGAIN! We have called on Rescue Plumbing and Dex many, many times now, and he will always be my go to. He fixed frozen pipes over the holidays, routed the sewer, undertook major sewer repair work in a very fast turnaround, and has cleared drain backups. We have done both small and large plumbing projects with him, and he is always responsive, fast, and more than fair in pricing. We have scheduled same day service with them multiple times and could not be happier with their reliability, responsiveness, and workmanship. Absolutely recommend Dex and the team at Rescue Plumbing!

Scotty is definitely our new go-to plumber.  He's thorough, careful, knowledgable, and dependable.  He showed up smack on time, knew exactly what he was doing, passed muster with our building engineer, and did fantastic work.  What impressed me even more, though, is how careful he was with the work.  He knew about the unique problems presented by high-rise buildings.  He made sure that the fixtures we were buying were going to be safe to use with our water pressure.  He insisted on seeing the spec sheets and brought with him all the valves, hoses, and supplies that were correctly rated for our building.  In short, he prevented me from making a mess of things.  I can not recommend him too highly.

I'm not sure how they are when it comes to the quality of their work but will say they are over priced. We had them come down for a price estimate for rodding our sewer, which cost us $15 for the visit. They quoted us $359 and told us we would have to hire a separate person to clean the catch basin. We had a second opinion by another plumber the next day, they charged us $150 for rodding and cleaned our catch basin. Our second guy seemed to understand how the the sewage lines worked in my old building vs. the Rocket guy who was unsure about everything. Also Rocket was an hour late for the appointment.

Quick to respond via yelp and helped diagnose the issue via chat. Had someone here the next day on time (even a little early). David and his team were here and diagnosed the issue quickly, provided and quote and completed the work in about an hour. Would highly recommend and very knowledgeable!

I hired Windy City Plumbing to install a new kitchen faucet and am very happy with their service. The plumbers were prompt, courteous and very respectful of my home. I plan to hire them again for future plumbing jobs and also refer them to others.

I can only say wonderful things about Eugene and George!  Our hot water heater started leaking (with nothing to drain it) on Friday night.  I messaged Eugene through Yelp around 10pm and he responded an hour later that he could likely help me on Saturday.  Eugene and George were at our house on Saturday by 1pm to fix our unit and installed quickly.  They even suggested a tray and pvc tubing to drain the tank should we have leaking again.

I would suggest these guys to anyone!  I would also use them for any future plumbing needs.

Mid-kitchen remodel, I realized I needed the gas line to my stove moved about a foot to accommodate new cabinets. I contacted four different plumbers who quoted me a minimum of $400 to do what I knew would be less than an hour's worth of work. When I contacted Sound Plumbing, Debbie told me they charge by the hour, and the job I was asking for would be two hours max. All in all, it took an hour and a half, and they prorated the half hour on my invoice. The work was top notch. Now I know who I'll go to if I need any other plumbing done.

The team went above and beyond to find a solution to my problem. Will definitely be calling them again next time I run into an issue

There's a reason they have 5 stars. I reached out through Yelp and explained my situation. Kevin replied quickly with suggestions on things to trouble shoot before scheduling someone to come out. When those ideas didn't work, it was easy to set up a time to have someone come out. I was prepared to take a full day off of work, but was shocked when they arrived on time, and were in and out in less than 10 minutes. It was an easy fix, no upselling or gimmicks. Even told me to call back if I started having the same problem again and let me know what next steps would be.

It's such a relief when you find a company that's reliable and honest. I went in to work relieved that the issue had been addressed and that I know who to contact with any plumbing issues.

Side note: so respectful of my home. Wore a mask and booties, didn't leave a mess, and greeted my pup.

Our sink was clogged so we called four season's plumbing and they charged us over 400 dollars and couldn't get the sink unclogged because they didn't have the right equipment. We called Midwest Hydro Jetting and they came over and unclogged the sink very quickly. Danny was very professional and an expert in plumbing.

I called this morning around 7:30 to service a leaky toilet that was making
a mess, and Adam Avizius showed up by 9:30 to fix it. He and his teammate Andy were in and out in under 30 minutes. They were professional and clean and fast. What more can you ask for!? It wasn't the cheapest, but I didn't have time to get a bunch more quotes and I doubt other companies would have been much cheaper.

This guys were really good they came right away. Took care of plumbing and electrical work.

Requested quotes through Yelp for a toilet install on Sunday night. ABV was the first to respond and had the best price. They showed up at 10 am the next morning and professionally installed the toilet and took away the old one. Couldn't be happier!

Ride the no-stress express.  Called them on a weekend eve (no emergency) for an upcoming install.  Surprised to get a call back same evening from Demitri (owner).  

He came out the next day for a quick estimate on installing a gas line for new gas stove. Set up a date and time quickly, even came early on the install day.  

Professional, personable, explained the process, clean and efficient. Done.  Thumbs up.

Noticed our garbage disposal was leaking on a Sunday and sent Mike a text. An hour later, he was at my place installing the new unit. Fast, super friendly and got the job done without any issues. Quality experience across the board!

Responded promptly, identified and repaired  the issue with my tenant's water heater and the job was done within 3 hours of my first phone call. I called late in the afternoon and still got same-day service which was helpful because two plumbers cancelled on me and if someone didn't come that day, my tenant would have been without hot water for over 24hrs.

Really nice staff, unfortunately they were unavailable but gave us info on another plumber who was actually quite wonderful. Honest and caring business.
