I highly recommeend this company.  From my first interaction Katrina i could tell this was a company I wanted to give my buisness to. Lou was also amazing.  He went out of his way to explain to me in layman's terms what the problems are, why they occurred and how they can be fixed.  If anything comes up in the future they will definitely be my first call.

I had a great experience with Fast Plumbing. Jim was extremely responsive and was able to get me a quote same day. Jim and John came and installed my new water heater the next morning! They were fast, reliable and explained everything they were doing in detail. Would definitely recommend working with them for any plumbing need!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

I was referred by a friend who has an old building with lots of problems and emergencies and not a lot of money to fix all of them at once.  Scott has always been able to come through for her to fix the problem correctly and at a fair price so I called him to help me move my drain and prepare for a new vanity to be installed.

I have had a similar and positive experience as well.  He quoted the hourly up front, but doesn't pad it charging your for every dang second and then rounding up as he takes 20 minutes to write an invoice. ( I've used many great plumbing services who gouge so much in this way, even though they are good at what they do I avoid using them when I can because I am always left feeling a bit like I just got mugged in an alley). I don't get that with Scott:  He's upfront, responsive, on time, efficient, friendly, fair and knows what he's doing. How rare is that?  He doesn't cut corners either.   I want the problem corrected, not patched.

He's coming back tomorrow to finish up and I'll post an update and maybe even a photo....stay tuned.....

I've had 2 plumbing experiences with Rocket Plumbing. The first one was good, the second one was not.

The first time I called Rocket Plumbing, it was due to a garbage disposal that would not work. The plumber arrived on time, was polite, replaced my garbage disposal and was on his way. It was a little expensive but his efficiency and friendliness won me over.

I called Rocket Plumbing a second time a few months later due to a tankless toilet that would not stop flushing. The plumber was again prompt and friendly, fixed the problem in literally 5 minutes by replacing a defective diaphragm. The total charge was $230. (I later googled the part number. It is sold at Home Depot for $19.99). Seems a little overpriced to me for 5 minutes of work.

After replacing the diaphragm, the toilet was making a strange groaning noise after flushing. The plumber stated the noise would eventually go away. Five days later, the groaning had gotten so loud that my neighbors were complaining! I called Rocket back and was told they would send the plumber back out to take a look.

The same plumber arrived on time but this time had a bit of an attitude. He stated that I claim the toilet never made this noise before but he doesn't know that, blatantly accusing me of lying. He replaced the part again and the toilet miraculously stopped groaning! He left and I thought the toilet debacle was over.

Two days later, the toilet starts to groan again. This time, I called Sloan (the manufacturer of the toilet and of the replacement part used by Rocket Plumbing). Sloan stated the diaphragm Rocket used was the low end version and the moaning is common in older toilets when using the low end diaphragm. Sloan recommended a slightly more expensive version of said diaphragm which should fix the groaning problem.

Thankfully, I paid attention when the plumber was here and I will order the new diaphragm myself and replace it myself, thus fixing the problem created by Rocket Plumbing.

What a headache!

Thomas came out to handle a last-minute issue in a rental of mine. He arrived early, was efficient, did the diagnostic work quickly and began work immediately. His price was competitive and overall it was a really good experience, which is very important when one calls an emergency plumber! I will definitely use Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals again!

They gave me a quote via Yelp, and were very responsive to questions. They arrived on the scheduled day on time, did the work (replacing a sewage ejector pump), were professional, and had a much better price than the other 2 quotes I received. I will use them again.

Our experience with First Chicago Plumbing was excellent, and we'll be using them for future projects. We were remodeling out bathroom and needed a new tub installed. Eugene quickly responded to my request for a quote and was able to provide his quote using photos and product specs which made the process easier during a pandemic. During demo, we were surprised to find some unexpected pipes in a wall that needed to be moved to fit our new tub. Eugene was responsive and discussed the issue with us over the phone on the weekend which we incredibly appreciated. He and his team came prepared the next day for both the installation and the adjustment of the pipe issue. They got our new tub up to the third floor safely, installed it perfectly, gave us helpful advice and moved the pipes as expected to make our new tub fit. Everything has worked smoothly since their installation and we're thankful to them for making this process easy.

Kevin is great! We have hired him for several plumbing jobs inside and outside of our house. He does not cut corners, but is very reasonable. I would highly recommend him and his crew.

I had an issue with my sump pump and I emailed 4 different plumbers for a quote.  3 of them offered to come out and fix it for $X...Kevin wrote me back immediately and said call me on my cell, you can fix that yourself no problem...and he was right.  He walked me through what was a simple 5 minute repair when he could easily have charged me to come do it himself.

Needless to say when I needed another (albeit more complicated) fix about a week later he was the first person I called.

Kyle came out and was professional, courteous, and did an awesome job.  There's a reason these guys have a perfect rating on Yelp!  Use them, you will not be disappointed!!!

My highest possible recommendation. Mike, the owner, Is incredibly responsive. For the second time in two years, our basement flooded because of old plumbing (on Memorial Day when no one was working). Last year, Danny came out to the house and, with careful and skilled analysis, was able to diagnose the issue. Fast forward a year later... the same problem. Mike and Danny fit us in right away, working late, and were able to resolve our issue. Danny took the time to explain the issue, provide recommendations for mitigation, and on routine maintenance. On top of all that, Danny could resolve our issue without damaging our basement floor, which would have been an easy way out. Danny could have also oversold us unnecessarily add-ons but was mindful of our emergency and treated us like neighbors. It saved us time and money and helped out when we needed it. These are good people! I have no affiliation with Midwest Hydro, but as long as Danny and Mike are there, I'll be a Midwest Hydro fan and loyal customer.

Great job by Patrick Kulach the service tech who took care of our emergency.  Within 2.5 hours of his initial call he came out and the problem was solved.  Will definitely use this company again if the need arises.

Daryl showed up on time, assessed the problem promptly, and had our porch light working in about 20 minutes.

Really great work. Quickly installed a new outdoor faucet. Very happy with the results.

Great service, quality and price! We had an emergency sewer back up and needed to replace 8ft of cracked clay pipe. Called CJ Plumbing late on Tuesday, the week of Thanksgiving,  and he had Tylers Underground come out the next morning and replace everything for a great price. He checked in throughout the day to make sure things were going well and I was happy. Then on top of all of that he had a plumber come out within 15 minutes to help us with a completely separate issue. Highly recommend CJ Plumbing.

Mike is awesome! What started out as a simple kitchen drain rodding, turned into an angioplasty of about an 18 section of drain pipe due to excessive amount of grease build up. Then, in spite of the drain pressure build-up exploding sludge all over him, he held his composure and cleaned everything up. Very professional with a great work ethic. Mike is now my new go-to plumber.

I have had Juan come out twice to look at 2 issues. He used his camera scope to diagnose a drain issue and also installed a new sump pump for me.

All around one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. He was helpful in sharing his knowledge. He didn't take on work where he felt it was outside his expertise. When he did the sump pump install, it was very detailed and the price was very fair.

Really nice staff, unfortunately they were unavailable but gave us info on another plumber who was actually quite wonderful. Honest and caring business.
