Today, Lou came by. For some reason, my appointment was canceled?? Which i never did and I waited for someone to arrive 9-11 today. At 11, I called to find out my appointment was canceled (which I did not) but it's all good. They squeezed Lou in. He was amazing! He checked my sink/tub drain and seemed all good. He did listen to what I heard but he said it was nothing to worry about. He was friendly, personable, had a good conversation about water and I'm glad it all worked out in the end. This is the 3rd time they have come by for me. I feel trust with them. Thanks and please use them.

Jay showed up within an hour of contacting Rescue Plumbing and we could not be happier. We had water coming from the walls and ceilings as a result of an overflowing pipe. He diagnosed the root issue and got it cleaned up in no time and was so courteous, professional, masked, and best yet, kind and resourceful! Could not be happier!!

I am very pleased with the service  and cost from Scotty's Plumbing. He waited for me to get home from work without rescheduling. Went to  get additional connection hoses that would work for my kitchen faucet replacement, and fixed a pipe with a large hole, all for less than his initial estimate. Highly recommend. Will be my first  call for any other plumbing issues.

called rocket plumbing today for the first time based on their impressive yelp ratings.  i had gone into my basement, and noticed the toilet and shower literally gurgling, and a layer of sentiment and water on the shower floor.  placed the call at 9:50 am, and by 10:50 their technician donnie was at my door.  found him to be knowledgeable, experienced (30 years in this business), and affable.  diagnosed the problem as a clogged sewer line.  was able to clear the line and inspect it as well.  gave me tips for keeping the line open in the future, and assured me there was no need for expensive repairs.  could not be happier with my experience with this company!  (have owned several homes and used a multitude of plumbing companies in my lifetime).

I give them high marks for being thorough, very responsive, had a competitive quote, and I really appreciate the window they promised to arrive in was a 30-minute window, where most plumbers gave a 2-hour window.

I would use these folks next time I have a need for a plumber.

They never figured out my problem after 3-4 trips? Do right rooter figured out the valve was bad from the factory in about 10 or so minutes. So yeah I got that going for me which is nice. So I will not be calling Windy City plumbing anymore they couldn't fix my problem so I suggest calling someone who can!

We had new countertops installed, and a new sink along with it, and I was looking for a plumber to come in behind them to get our faucet (installed) and reconnected.  We also had a fixture we wanted changed out in the bathroom.  These guys were able to come out that same day and do everything I needed done.

They couldn't test the bathroom fixture and warned me about the leak that absolutely occurred because of the drain size.  I texted them, they came back out now that they could run the water, and got me all fixed up (again).  I really hope I'm not a regular customer, but I know I have great plumbers if I do.

Kevin fixed our plumbing problem however the reasons for my 3 star rating are the following:

1. he was almost an hour late and he told us he'll be late 5 mins before the scheduled time.
2. he ended up charging us way more than his initial quote. Granted that his initial diagnosis was wrong, we ended up not having a choice since he was already there. He said the parts were more expensive, etc.
3. we referred him to other people and I think since he felt we were already committed,  he wouldnt schedule an early appointment any more so my neighbors ended up waiting a week.
4. Our trusted plumber costs almost 100% less than him. The reason why we hired him was because it was an emergency and we wanted the job done ASAP and our plumber couldn't do it ASAP. As an example, our plumber charged us $80 to replace our toilet. When we asked Kevin, he quoted us $150 AND if there are any complications in changing the toilet, it might be more.
5. he didn't give us a receipt. He said he'll email it to us but he didn't even get our email address!!!

Quick, honest, and knowledgeable. What more could you ask for?

I would definitely reccomend to anyone with a backed up sewer like I had.

Adam was called to our condo to fix what the gas company was calling a leak in the line. He pressure tested the line and there was nothing in the line itself that was leaking.  The leak was traced back to the furnace. He came back over later that evening to replace the lines and re-seal everything in and around the furnace connectors. Would highly recommend; professional, courteous, and completed the job all within a day.

We needed two outdoor sconces replaced and Darrell was able to help us the same day!  He was very communicative and did a great job.  Great customer service and also wore a mask.
I would definitely recommend them for any services.

Our bathroom sink became completely clogged on a Saturday morning. It's the only upstairs bathroom in our home and needless to say - a nightmare when unusable. I called Hristo at ABV and he was able to come out and clear the drain in a matter of hours. He also repaired a leaky drain in another washroom. Price was very reasonable with excellent customer service. Highly recommend ABV!!

We were having ongoing sump pump issues and our neighbor recommended CJ Plumbing. Dmitry responded within minutes of my initial call and he came out the next day (on a Saturday) to check it out. He diagnosed the problem and explained it clearly so that I could understand. Within a day or two he quoted a few potential solutions with corresponding prices, we agreed to a plan, then his plumber arrived a few days after that. His plumber was friendly and considerate (shoes, mask etc.) and got right to work. The job was completed quickly and the work is much more solid and professional than other plumbers I have used in the past. Absolutely would use CJ Plumbing again in the future.

Believe the 5 star reviews, Mike is awesome! It's so nice to have a plumber in my contacts who I not only know will do great work, but is also fair and 100% trustworthy. Mike is also super responsive, dependable, and takes great pride in his work. And to top it all off, we actually had a really fun day together when he came by! Great guy + great work = no brainer on reaching out to him for your plumbing needs.

We had an issue turning on our pilot light in our hot water heater and A&Y came out that afternoon. It turned out that we were actually doing it wrong (whoops!) but they were super helpful and informative and walked me through the steps of turning it on correctly. I really appreciated how quick they were to come help out and they were incredibly prompt and kind. Thank you!

Noel was very professional and I would Highly recommend him to any homeowner.  He replaced drainlines for my kitchen sink.  He was also able to come out the same day that I called about the leak.  I will be using him again and recommend him to all my friends and family!
