Had a blocked drain in my patio and back stairs. Straight forward, job well done.  Quick response time, good availability, easy to work with. Prices a bit high, but you get what you pay for.

We needed a new hot water heater so I called Fastplumbing 24/7, they told me to take a picture of my old water heater and they would give me a quote.  Sent me a quote about an hour later, very reasonable with all details (brand, size, etc.), and they were able to come out the next day.  They arrived on time, got to work, and were done it about 2 hours, with all work exactly as quoted.  Honestly, this was the easiest appliance replacement I have ever had.  They were very easy to work with.

We recently had a dishwasher leak and had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing--everyone was very responsive and helpful and Vince is the best. We will definitely use them again. Thank you!

There is a reason this guy doesn't have a review of less than 5 stars. He's good.  And dependable. Scott came out on a Monday after I messaged him late on Saturday. He saved us $3-4k.  We found our new go to plumber.

Once onsite Danny was professional, honest, and proficient. He installed a disposal and the related plumbing and was great!

I had water backing up in my basement in Pilsen area and needed help quickly. I put a request on Yelp that sent to 7 different companies and these guys responded under 2 minutes it was crazy fast. David came out the next day and had to trouble shoot a few things because I have an odd setup in my basement. He figured it out fairly quickly after some conversation with his manager and they ended up having to hydrojet my pipes because we use too many flushable wipes. (Ladies and gentlemen learn from us those wipes are NOT flushable. Well they flush they just don't break up as easily as toilet paper) I really appreciated the fact that David took the time to explain that to us. We aren't plumbers and just go about our days. He sees this Sh!+ (pun intended) on a daily basis so to hear what caused the issue has already changed our bad habits. David fixed the issue and even came back the next day with his manager to make sure it was all good for us. I will use Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals again. Hopefully not too soon but will recommend to family and friends.

Another HuGE note here is I have had plumbing issues in the past because I had a bad contractor so had to have things rechecked and redone the right way. In the past I have always felt bamboozled or swindled by having to purchase something more or felt as though the issue was bigger then it really was and therefore cost more money then originally quoted. I can tell you I didn't feel taken advantage of Infact I felt the price was extremely fair here for how quickly they responded and had my issue rectified.

I've used these guys twice, which is the problem.  They come out promptly the guy curses alot, which isn't professional.  Overlooking that here is the problem, they charged $275 each time to rod my main sewer line.  The second time they said well, it's been more than 6 months so there is another charge.  Today I call, since it was done in early December, and I now have my sump pump backing up into my toilet every time it turns on, because the sewer line is clogged.  The line is blocked again, less than 2 months after they were out!  When I call they say they don't give a warranty of any sewer line work.  I've called 3 other places and they all say, we warranty our sewer line work, to call the original place!  So, I've wasted $550, only to have to hire a real professional in an emergency situation, who will offer a warranty and stand behind their work!  Please don't waste your money here, you'll just wind up needing to hire someone else in a short time.

Kevin and his team are awesome. I've used them twice now - once to snake a tricky drain and now to replace an old and broken shower diverter and faucet. Kevin is prompt to respond and does the work that is needed quickly. The quote was reasonable and the work excellent. His diagnosis of the issues are honest and transparent. I would use Sound Plumbing in the future.

Our bathtub drain was clogged.  The team came out within hours of my request.  We thought it was going to be a quick and easy fix but we were not that lucky.  We had a much bigger problem that was diagnosed and fixed the next morning.  The crew worked tirelessly to fix the issue which took longer than expected, but they did not charge more than was originally quoted.  Very reasonable, responsive and professional!

I have called on Green Tech a couple times...once for my sump pump replacement initially and lately my kitchen faucet replacement. Josh was super friendly, knowledgeable and gave great suggestions/feedback on water issues around my house. I have had no issues with either since. Green Tech is always quick to respond and has excellent customer service!

I had a clogged sump pump that needed attention. I called one highly rated company who told me that it could not be repaired but that I would instead need a new $2700 Zolar pump job. I'm glad that I called Captain for a second opinion. Andrew came out and quickly assessed the situation, fixed the problem and only charged me $250!!! He was honest and never up sold me. Many companies take advantage of single women but Andrew did not. I will forever be a loyal customer as a result. Thanks Andrew, you're awesome!!

I would highly recommend using Darrell and his company (Sims & Sons).   He got a hold of me within 15 minutes of sending him a message on Yelp and setup a prompt appointment to come view my project request in person. I worked in the electrical industry and had reached out to several others in the area but after the in home consultation I could tell that he was more knowledgeable and qualified than competitors. He actively communicated with me about materials, parts, and made sure he had the right equipment for the job. He even managed to schedule me in earlier than I had expected. When he got to our building he setup and got right to work installing the new breaker, running conduit, pulling new cable and installing a 240VAC outlet to a new garage heater. His costs were very competitive for the high quality of work he does. Definitely will use him again for any electrical work I need completed.

I can't say enough about the service I received from ABV!  My hot water heater went out - other plumbers were giving me dates a week or more away!  Not sure how we would have showered - it's 10° outside and I think our water was even colder!  Talked with them last night and they were out here by 8:30am!  Did great work and I am looking forward to a nice hot shower

Had an ejector pump go out on a Saturday morning during the epidemic lockdown. CJ plumbing was able to get here within an hour to replace the pump. The tech was respectful of social distancing, complete with mask and gloves. Neat and tidy, friendly and professional. Straight forward reasonable transaction with no issues.

Mike is awesome! What started out as a simple kitchen drain rodding, turned into an angioplasty of about an 18 section of drain pipe due to excessive amount of grease build up. Then, in spite of the drain pressure build-up exploding sludge all over him, he held his composure and cleaned everything up. Very professional with a great work ethic. Mike is now my new go-to plumber.
