Pat was quick to respond, flexible when I had to postpone due to a meeting and easy to work with when he arrived.

Called Mac for a hot water heater repair. He responded quickly and told me that the ancient water heater I had was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Since my old one was leaking everywhere, he was able to stop the leaking for the night and quickly came out the next morning to replace the water heater. The replacement was challenging due to a poor design from whoever built my building. Mac pulled through and was able to get the heater out and install a new one. He and his crew were neat in their work and cleaned up all the mess. He was reasonable in price as well. Will definitely call him again for any future plumbing issues!

Had flooding in the basement yesterday and called rescue from their yelp reviews.  They were at my house within 2 hours. Ended up being a broken ejector pump that they replaced on the spot and kept everything very clean.  Great guys, prompt and clearly very experienced.  Will definitely use them again and recommend.

I've dealt with plumbers who are good at their work, but bad at communicating, and others that communicate well but don't do the job very effectively.  Scott is the best of both worlds.  He sent me several texts over the course of 24 hours updating his status and ETA.  That's a real comfort when you need the plumber there right away.  Highly recommended.

Rocket Plumbing is THE BEST!  I called about a leaking toilet tank, not only did they schedule a plumber to come out the same day, my guy (Tony) showed up early.  He was great, diagnosed the problem right away, fixed the problem and was on his way to his next appointment in about 6min.  
Problem solved and it didn't cost me an arm & a leg.

Courteous, responsive, timely and quick. They cleared a persistent clog in the kitchen. They rodded deep through the pipe and had it perfectly flowing in a short time. Cost was fair to have my kitchen back in order. If you want to get your issue repaired fast call these guys!

One of our kids flushed a foreign object and clogged the toilet. The other plumbers that I called either had high prices or just didn't show up. Windy City Plumbing not only arrived early, but they worked quickly to get the job done. They removed my toilet, fixed the clog, and reinstalled the toilet all in under 30 minutes. They also had reasonable prices and the estimate they gave was accurate. Their communication is awesome - if there are any changes to the scheduled meeting time, they will contact you, unlike the other plumbers/handymen who either come late or don't show up and don't have the courtesy to at least give you a heads up.

My wife and I now have our go-to plumbing service. Windy City Plumbing is the real deal!

It was a pleasure working with First Chicago Plumbing. From the beginning, they had such great communication. The plumbers that came out were very friendly and nice. I HIGHLY recommend using them and I will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

Had a great experience with Sound Plumbing today - after trying to fix a clogged sink all week, we finally gave in and called in the professionals.  They were on time, very nice, kept the space clean (& even folded the towels we had laid down on the floor earlier in the week when the sink was leaking!) and affordable.  I'll definitely be calling Sound Plumbing for our any future repairs we may need.

J Sewer responded immediately and came out early Monday morning. I had a handyman fix a dripping bathtub faucet (big mistake). A month later is was worse than it ever was! Well the handyman refused to return my calls (I'm guessing he knew he did a bad job!) and J Sewer to the rescue! And at a fourth the price of the rip-off handyman. The moral of the story: hire an expert to do the job and J Sewer is an expert!

Dan was fantastic.  Incredibly competent and nice, took the time to show my husband and I the mechanism that was causing the issue in our drain. We both would highly recommend this company and Dan.

couldn't even get this guy to commit to go out there. he suggested i contact the original installer......duh, i did which is why i contacted them.  No one wants to work these days.

I was supposed to write this review yesterday, but I was way too busy enjoying my hot water and full pressure shower thanks to Adam A. at Captain Rooter. Adam was nothing but professional, courteous and friendly. He was able to come the same day that I called and pinpoint the issue, and even let me know that he felt we needed a larger tank based on the usage in the house, which I was grateful for.

My kids thought he was cool, and I basically wanted to marry him after he fixed our hot water tank that had been out for 2 days (but I'm sure that's was just the toxic smells coming off of us making me talk crazy).

The only thing I was disappointed in was the lack of butt crack. I mean... plumbers, amirite?

Anel and the guys at Sims and Sons are GREAT! I had a wall of outlets out in my condo. They came out quickly (within the next day) and had the problem fixed. Darrell was responsive, provided an accurate and reasonable up front quote (I am one to contact multiple vendors for price comparisons and this was very reasonable with much less wait time than others), and sent an efficient, personable team, led by Anel, out to solve the issue. It was a complicated job and they were done within a few hours. When I discovered another outlet out after they left - Darrell had Anel out within the hour and the issue was fixed. Anel walked me through every step - clearly a knowledgable and skilled technician. I've added them to my condo building referral list and will defintely use them for any electrical issues (and plumbing too!) in the future.

Awesome customer service and the technician really knew what he was doing. Even made recommendations on what to look out for to maintain a heathy plumbing in the house.

The best, most efficient plumber I have ever used. We had several longstanding issues we had fixed while disconnecting our plumbing for a foundation repair. We decided to kill many birds with one stone and we're extremely happy we did, the work these guys do is immaculate. The coordination and timing was very helpful with our particular situation as someone was coming home in the middle of all of this from a prescheduled chemotherapy treatment, great customer service all around. As a side note I would never trust someone that my dog didn't like and our dog wanted to leave with Dmitry....like we weren't even here.

I am very happy that I called Mike the Plumber! I had a clogged bathtub, and Mike fixed my bathtub problem quickly with same-day service.  I moved into my vintage condo recently, and Mike answered my questions and explained how the plumbing in my older unit works.  He is coming back to fix a radiator next week. Mike is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and takes a lot of care in his work. I highly recommend Mike and will hire him again!

Juan is the consummate professional. He was the quickest to respond to my request for a plumber to fix my leaky / noisy toilet that I had tried everything under the sun to fix myself. Alas, he was able to diagnose the issue via text with some photos and truly went out of his way to source the parts needed from a specific dealer before arriving. He is friendly, clear about cost, and timely - and gets the job done efficiently and with the utmost professionalism. Noel is my go-to for any plumbing needs.  He is easy to communicate with,  quickly responds and is always on time.  He is diligent and is good at explaining things to me so I understand.  Highly recommend!
