Pat & his team at Drain-EEZ were responsive, on-time, no-nonsense and swift when identifying and resolving problems with both my faucet and garbage disposal. They were easy to work with, friendly, helpful and on-time. Highly recommended.

First of all, THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS. THE NUMBER POSTED IS MAC'S PERSONAL CELL NUMBER. THIS IS A FAKE ADDRESS! The address he lists is for Cram Fashions in boys town. There is no way to call and complain about Mac because the only phone number listed is his cell and he is not even listing a real business location. Long story short, he came to my house, yelled at me, my husband came downstairs, he addressed my husband and not me but kept yelling. I asked him to take it down a notch and he asked what I meant. I said I didn't like his tone. He said bye and walked out. What a disgusting human.

Javier and Alejandro very much came to our rescue! While I was trying to install a new showerhead, I dropped a piece and it landed on my tub faucet, revealing the pipe inside was completely rusted.its crazy it was still working prior to that. They came just a couple hours before I called, and were quickly able to replace the pipe without needing to remove tile or drywall. They installed a new faucet, and helped with that new showerhead, all done a little over an hour! It is such a relief to have our tub/shower again! I highly recommend Javier and Alejandro, with Rescue Plumbing-- they very much so rescued our tub!

There is a reason this guy doesn't have a review of less than 5 stars. He's good.  And dependable. Scott came out on a Monday after I messaged him late on Saturday. He saved us $3-4k.  We found our new go to plumber.

Rocket Plumbing are one in a million - Marlon came to our rescue today to install a new water heater after ours broke suddenly and leaked all the way into the unit below!  After being referred to another plumber who wasn't sure when he could make it, I called Rocket and within 30 minutes Marlon was installing a new hot water heater.  Brian who answered my call was super helpful and helped me through what kind of heater we needed, the brand and answered all my questions.  He also arranged for a heater asap, just as the shop was closing.  When Marlon arrived, he was super informative, talked me though everything he was doing and even called an electrician for me at the end for some extra work we needed doing to our heater.  I couldn't recommend this company high enough, they are professional, quick, affordable and reliable.  I will never contact any other plumber now and will refer all my neighbors to them -thank you Marlon and Brian!

We hired Windy City plumbing to do some minor bathroom repairs. The scheduling process was quick and easy.  They made themselves available by phone and text message.  
The plumber who came onsite was friendly, curious and knowledgeable.  He made sure I understood what was going on all throughout the process.  
I would recommend Windy City Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Communication by e-mail seemed to work best - it was quick and clear and left us knowing what to expect. Charges were exactly as quoted, the work was done correctly, and the plumber was able to speak with our home warranty company so the repair could be partially reimbursed. Appointments must be cancelled or re-scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Kevin is knowledgeable, hard working, and a nice guy. I have hired him for several jobs and will definitely use him in the future.

Diego came out this morning and completed the inspection of the building's main sewer line in an efficient manner while explaining everything he is doing and looking for. I will have no doubts about using J Sewer & Drain if I ever have plumbing issues. Communication and scheduling the appointment was spot on as well.

While I have never done a yelp review before, I was so unbelievably impressed with the level of service I received from Green Tech that I felt this was necessary. From the moment I called Kevin I knew I was in good hands. He was able to schedule me in for the next day, which was great. Dan arrived on time the following morning. He quickly fixed all of our issues for a reasonable price. When something else came up later in the day he came back to ensure everything was working properly. He explained what was wrong with our current plumbing situation and kept us informed of what he was doing to fix it. I could not have been more pleased with the level of service I received from Dan and Kevin. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Never calling another plumber. These guys were outstanding...an amazing crew from start to finish! Danny and his team were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. We called late Monday night because our basement drains were backing up. They were out the next afternoon and after diagnosing the issue walked us through our options and never made us feel pressured to go one way or another. Great communication from start to finish and they took us through every step as they were performing their work. True professionals! We've used some pretty crappy plumbers in the past and we've used some pretty average plumbers. We've found our forever plumbers! These guys are the best. Do yourself a favor and give them a call...unless of course you'd rather risk being dissatisfied?!? You da' man, Danny...thanks again!!!

I had a clogged sump pump that needed attention. I called one highly rated company who told me that it could not be repaired but that I would instead need a new $2700 Zolar pump job. I'm glad that I called Captain for a second opinion. Andrew came out and quickly assessed the situation, fixed the problem and only charged me $250!!! He was honest and never up sold me. Many companies take advantage of single women but Andrew did not. I will forever be a loyal customer as a result. Thanks Andrew, you're awesome!!

They came out with very limited notice and corrected repairs for me in a property I manage.  The used the lockbox and made it seamless.   Easy to communicate with.

Completely recommend ABV Plumbing! Very reasonably priced, extremely prompt to reply and flexible scheduling. I had a toilet job at my condo that when ABV came out determined the water shutoff valve was rusted so I needed to reschedule service after working with the association to shut off the water. They were flexible with the changes and also made other recommendations they noticed were wrong with the toilet. Very thorough in every aspect. I'll definitely use ABV again!

Lenny came out and replaced my kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet, shower head, and toilet. He encountered some challenges during the installs but had a good solution for everything, and I was certainly satisfied with the service. I recommend CJ Plumbing.

I did the Yelp thing where they send out requests for quotes to a few vendors and Mike replied right away, and once I had a chance to call him he was able to get to my place about an hour later and fix my kitchen water pressure and connect the water line to my refrigerator. Mike was cool and personable and obviously good at what he does, and the price was fair and in line with a couple other guesstimates I had looked at. A good experience overall and I will call him first next time I need a plumber.

I am writing this review for other first time home buyers (like me) who don't have much experience dealing with plumbers and contractors.
I recently bought a multi-level townhouse and after a few months of moving in noticed some water stains in living room ceiling due to some leakage in guest bathroom upstairs. I reached out to Noel after reading all good reviews here and sent him pictures after our phone conversation. I didn't hear from him for 2 days and then suddenly on Saturday when I am out shopping, he calls and wants to come over to diagnose the problem. Though it was short notice and very unprofessional, I allowed it. I asked him how much it would cost (a rough estimate range) but he didn't answer and said it could take 5 min or 2 hour based on what he finds and he charges $135/hr. Considering my handyman had already told me that most probably it was a drain pipe leak, I thought it will be an hour maximum.
He arrives on time (3PM) but I was running 5 min late due to traffic. I let him in around 3:08PM when he came with few tools and had to make a few more trips to his van to get more tools and ladder during the 2+ hrs he was there. He also made 2 big holes in living room ceiling and 1 in guest room den to tell me what my handyman told me without even touching anything. Noel did find some other minor issues with shower head. All the hole digging was done by 5PM but he was lounging around my home until 5:20PM and then gives me a bill for 2.25 hrs ($309). He also wanted to recommend someone who could cover the drywall and paint it. I was like WTF--you spend max 2 hrs and honestly what was done in 2 hrs could have been done in 1 hr or less if he had not insisted on me examining what he found and unnecessary chatting. He asks to pay me $300 as he worked his B*** off in this job (I was like isn't that the reason why you charge $135/hr). I work as an IT consultant but I never charged anyone for my inefficiency- I guess his previous Lawyer experience still guides him.
The next day he gave me an estimate of 3 hrs to fix but I rejected and told him the reason- I didn't like his work ethics. He sent me a refund check for 0.25 hrs and this is why he is getting 1 star from me. My handy man fixed the leak, covered the drywall and painted the following day for $250. Henceforth, I will stick with my handyman and reach out to others if he cannot do something.
Suggestion: Charge a flat rate for diagnosis and hourly for fixing.
