I've had a few plumbers, Lou from drain-ez has been the best one.  Kind, courteous, and fast; I would recommend drain-ez to everyone.

We had a leak on-and-off all week in utility closet. Checking with neighbors, having our air con unit checked and neighbors turns theirs off, the leak got worse Friday night and finally got my husband to cave on Saturday morning to call a plumber in--

We called a half a dozen companies with top reviews, half didn't call us back, and the other said wed-Thursday for next availability. Running 0-6, we were pleasantly surprised to reach a person when calling Fastplumbing247. Mac was very accommodating and advised us to secure access to neighboring unit above us prior to booking to avoid a unproductive consultation. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive.

After reaching our neighbors and confirming accessibility, Mac was able to come out within 2 hours, extremely fast visit and fix the issue. We were very appreciative of the service and accommodation, especially on a Saturday. We would definitely use him in the future and recommend him to our friends and family.

Pete and Victor came out to diagnose a building plumbing issue and were very informative and helpful!  Would totally call them again.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. Scotty's Plumbing must be on your go to list for plumbing service.  You will receive professional, friendly service with a contractor that actively communication with you.  Our issues were relatively minor.  A few photos shared with Scotty before his appointment allowed him to pre-diagnose the issue.  Pricing is more than fair.  Highly recommend Scotty!

Rocket Plumbing is the best. They are the only plumber we use. They installed a new hot water heater in our home. They installed a new ice machine and they helped clear a clogged drain line. They are responsive. On time. Courteous and professional. Today I called and was able to get same day service from their sewer line specialist Mike who was so great to work with! We highly recommend Rocket!!

Had a repair done a few weeks ago where the old pipe was corroded. They came out on time and got a tough repair done, as the plumbing hardware is extremely old (100 yr old bldg).

Jose and his team are awesome! Our new (but old) house was having problems with drainage, so we tried Windy City Plumbing.  They were able to come to our house right away, and took care of 30 years of grease build up (rodded, cameraed and jetted pipes).  Jose was able to diagnose and solve our problem quickly.  He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and also affordable.  Highly recommend!

Jesus and his son are the best , they came out to my home the same day I called with everything needed to complete the job!  After dealing with a dozen sewer no shows and the 2 that did show up lied too me, Jesus was completely honest and did a fantastic job. I would never use anyone but J Sewer!

I had the best experience with this company! I'm new to home ownership and had a big wonky project to complete in an old wonky house and Andrew really showed up for the job. He was informative and personable, really went above and beyond. Can I tell you -- I was actually kinda sad when the project was over, it was nice having such an expert and team player in the house!! Don't hesitate, no need to shop around, this is your guy!

Darrell is awesome! He totally saved the day when we were having trouble wiring and hanging a fan. He installed it in about 15 minutes and fixed a couple of broken outlets while he was at it. He took the time to explain to us our options and made sure we understood what he was telling us. We will absolutely call Darrell again next time we need an electrician!

I am very happy that I called Mike the Plumber! I had a clogged bathtub, and Mike fixed my bathtub problem quickly with same-day service.  I moved into my vintage condo recently, and Mike answered my questions and explained how the plumbing in my older unit works.  He is coming back to fix a radiator next week. Mike is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and takes a lot of care in his work. I highly recommend Mike and will hire him again!

I had an issue with leaking under my sink, and Juan reached out and fixed the issue within a day. Pretty awesome experience. I called yesterday to get a quote for replacing a garbage disposal that quit working. Since it was so old, I wanted to replace it rather than repair it. Noel asked me to send pictures of the existing disposal and when he received them he communicated that there might be an issue. We agreed that he'd come out and take a look at either replacing it or repairing the existing disposal if the issue really was a problem. Surprisingly, he was able to schedule me for today which is less than 24-hours from when I called him. This was no emergency but I really appreciated that he was so responsive. He quoted a time to arrive and kept me posted on his progress within the time range quoted. He took a look at my disposal and was able to replace it and without a problem. Two things I want to share. First, Noel was professional. He was quite fast and very thorough. He made sure to test the unit and showed me a couple of things that I might need to watch out for with my existing pipes. Second, his prices are incredibly competitive and more than fair. All good here and I'll call him again if I need a solid plumber.
