That awful moment when you notice the water start to build up in the bathtub.  You think to yourself, It will start draining again, no worries.  But the worries do come and the tub does begin to fill with more and more water until your showers are now a bath for your feet and ankles.  Of course, everyone you talk to is a plumber.  Try a hanger. Try drain-o Try using an auger and a plunger.  We tried all of this remedies to no avail, only furthering our plight by filling up our bathtub with black ooze from the depths of hell.  I got off work tonight at 4:30.  I called Pat the plumber hoping a professional plumber who is well versed in the intricate cruelties of plumbing could save us.  By 6 pm our sink and tub were flowing better than ever.  

Thanks to Pat and Jeff, I can shed this stench that has plagued my body for the past few days(having the tub clog up on Christmas Eve was impeccable timing) and shower my body in delightful goodness.  Stop trying to do the plumbing yourself and get Pat the Plumber.  Guy is honest, fast and efficient with over 30 years of experience!

I worked with Rocket Plumbing this week to replace two faucets, address a drain clog and replace a garbage disposal. They were extremely easy to work with--from the initial scheduling to provide a quote, all the way through the installation. My home inspector had flagged a few other potential issues that I asked Jimmy from Rocket Plumbing to review, and I felt like he was really open and honest about what was actually an issue, and what my options were, which in a few cases helped me save some money. I will definitely be calling them the next time I have a plumbing issue, and would highly recommend Jimmy to anyone else in need of a plumber.

Had a clogged kitchen drain and we needed a plumber. Although we had a recommendation for another plumber, came onto Yelp and saw the rave reviews for Windy City. Jose came a few days later and was fantastic. He and his assistant were early for the appointment, completed the job in an hour and cleaned up after the work was complete. Not only was he timely, he was pleasant and courteous. He was professional and reasonably priced. You really can't ask for much more! Thanks Jose and Windy City Plumbing.

Amazing service - super prompt and reliable and I would highly recommend them for your plumbling needs. I really felt they were trustworthy and they did a great job of installing a new hot water heater for me quickly and for a good price. Fixing my friends shower diverter valve and could not get the but off using shower socket tools. This was at 10pm on Saturday. Who answer he phone so late to tell me what I need and what to do in the mean time until they can come and fix it.

Called them up and texted them a picture. Within minutes they got back to me told me the price and what kind of system I had.

Straight up and gave me the name of the unit with the price of the part which we only $5 to $10 more than online price. For a business that understands the customer that can go elsewhere, they believe in informing the customer and letting them make the choice.

Overall, it's hard to find an honest plumber that informs the customer and let them make a choice. Will definitely be calling them again. Not just for my property at Chicago/rosemont but other properties that I maintain. Thank you.

The toilet handle broke & the flusher needs to be replaced. Adam Avizius was great， showed up on-time & was very friendly. Explained to me what was needed & the cost of repairs. Had one part wasn't in stock, he was kind enough to ran to the store to get the part & installed everything. Loved the service. Price was very fair. Highly recommend Adam.

I really can't say enough good things about Darrel and his crew! My association decided to update multiple exterior light posts which also included a repair to a non working post. Our sump pump failed at night and I reached out to ABV on Yelp and they responded even after hours to address my concern.  They came the next morning and changed my existing sump pump and even showed me exactly what was wrong with the first one.  Ivo was very friendly and helpful.  I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing service.

We love Mike The Plumber and highly recommend him.  He just assisted us with two small plumbing problems at our new house in Rogers Park.  He was so pleasant to work with, fixed the issues quickly, fixed a few other issues in the process, recommended some changes, and was so reasonable in his price.   He also loves dogs, and took time to pet and play with our two pups in the back yard.  Mike is now our go to plumber, and I suspect our pups will be trying to clog our pipes so that Mike gets a call to come back.

Juan is the only plumber provided the estimate of the water heater model that I wanted.  He arrived on schedule and performed the installation.  The unit was defective, not Juan's fault, where he called Rheem to expedite the part.  The part arrived the next day and Juan came the following day and got my new water heater resolved.

Noel and Five Plumbing I would recommend to anyone.  Last summer he solved a leak in the unit above mine that previous plumbers could not diagnose.  Then this month I had water backup everywhere overnight and he came first thing in the morning and laid out everything that needed to be done.  He was direct and honest the entire time about the issues and the the potential costs involved.  That's what I call a great plumber.  Thanks Noel and Five Plumbing, i will definitely call you again when I have an issue.
