Great company!!! My garbage disposal wasn't working and I called and spoke to Pat to set up an appointment.  Rather than charging me to come out (over $100) he gave me a quick recommendation on how to fix it and I was able to handle it on my own!  THAT is service and integrity!  Definitely calling them for any of my other needs.

Needed two water heaters. They were superbly well installed the next day. Incredibly profession. One man completed job quickly, cleaned, and left. The best!

Highly recommend Pete and Noah. Our condo association has worked with them for some time now and you can always count on friendly, dependable service. We had a small leak in the basement that wasn't continuing, but we thought it best to have them come out and ensure we weren't ignoring the warning sign of a bigger problem. Pete and Noah did a thorough drain check for all three floors and concluded there was no leak, but rather it was likely a one-time issue of a tub overflowing / showering with the curtain not tucked in or something. Appreciate their professionalism!

I found Rocket Plumbing on yelp last week when my I discovered that my kitchen drain was blocked up.  Not knowing where to turn I hit yelp to see if I could find a plumber with good reviews.  I saw Rocket Plumbing listed on top of the page so I gave them a call to see if they could help.  The owner (Brian) answered the phone on the first ring and he was a very friendly guy.

I told him of my drain problem and he quickly diagnosed the issue and sent a plumber out to my house.  The plumber got to my door about 2 hours later, and once he got to my place he got straight to work.  He was very knowledgeable and he did a very professional job.  He unclogged my kitchen sink in less than an hour.

He even offered to help clean up after he was done and I really appreciated that.  The price seemed reasonable for the work he did and he offered me a $47 off discount for the job.  All in all I had a very good experience with this company and I would suggest them to anyone who is looking for a good plumbing company in Chicago.

We had a persistent sewer gas issue in our house for a long period over the winter. It was an awful experience that leaked raw sewer smells into the basement, which was subsequently vented into the whole house through the central air system. We were unable to escape outside due to covid and cold, and it led to a miserable wintertime. I would not wish that on anybody.

We had multiple other companies out to try and address the issue, and nobody seemed to offer much help.

We had Eugene and his team out many times to try and address the root cause, and found a whole host of issues, probably caused by the interior drain tile installation (Reliable Basement).

Eugene and team were professional, on-time, patient, and dogged about trying to find the root case. We ultimately found issues with cracked pipes along the drain tile system, a crack in the floor drain, as well as a collapsed pipe on the city side. All of which was difficult to diagnose due to our house being quite old.

I cannot speak highly enough about First Chicago Plumbing, and would never hesitate to get their assistance.

Very impressed with the high level of professionalism and the end product. Both Kevin and Moe were willing to work during the middle of the night to get the job done. Kevin also maintained an open line of communication with the flooring guy who also was sharing the work on the project. The cliché that its hard to find good help is notwithstanding with Sound Plumbing - my staff & I are delighted with the high quality and craftsmanship.

I have submitted a request for a quote from 5 plumbing companies on Yelp for unclugging Toilet and checking water pressure in the toilet for my tenants.  Jesus came out to be the most reasonable for the job. I got a message from my tenant saying Jesus came out the next morning and checked everything and said there is no clog and has tested the toilet and water pressure seemed ok.  He did not charge a penny. Said I didnt really do anything.  I am sure any other company would have charge a minimum fee to just come out.  He has got to be the most honest plumber I have ever met. I will definitely contact him again for any future plumbing needs.  THANK YOU JESUS.

Another service call, another 5 stars. To anyone reading this wondering if all the positive reviews are real, they most definitely are. I was skeptical too, especially given how many lackluster plumbers I've had and the horror stories.

Yesterday, our kitchen sink clogged. On New Years Day of all! Kevin was very fast to answer the phone this morning and told me he could squeeze me in. Terrific. I asked for a call about 30 minutes before so I could get home and be there to unlock. Right on schedule, Kyle called me and let me know he'd be arriving and what time. Excellent communication. When he got to my place, he quickly got his equipment and went to work. Within a short time the clog was cleared, but he wanted to make absolutely sure it was unclogged, so he tested it a few times, ended up running the equipment once more and did some more testing. Very thorough and not rushed, which I appreciated. This marks the second 5-star experience I've had with Kevin and his team. My compliments on a terrific business- trustworthy honest plumbers. Highly recommend Mike and his team! The sewer main in my building was backed up and we had to get the main pumped and hydrojetted. On top of doing good work, the customer service exceeded expectations. Mike was incredibly responsive in the initial discussions, quoting, and scheduling process and was able to get his team out quickly to get the project started. Everybody was knowledgeable, capable, and friendly. Would definitely hire them again for big and smaller plumbing needs!

We were having a hard time opening the inlet valve after trying to clean the air filter ourselves. It was hard to open, we had another company come and they were unable to open. We called captain rooter and they right away responded. They ended up sending Adam in less than an hour. It was a tougher and it took all his sweat but he was able to finally turn the valve and make our water heater operational in no time. We have a small baby and without heated water, we were really struggling. So, Adam was our savior for the day!

They were able to come out with a few days notice which I really appreciated (and needed). Christian was awesome. Arrived on time and worked efficiently to replace a closet ceiling light bulb with a 3-prong outlet so I can install and plug in a stackable W/D in the closet. Would definitely use Sims & Sons again and would ask for Christian!

Hristo was great! He responded so quickly. He gave a competitive price. He even had to go to his store and come back for a specific part to fix our weird sink problem. He also wore a mask and booties the whole time. Will definitely use ABV plumbing in the future!

Good experience overall. Reached out on a Saturday, connected with Dmitri and received two quotes that were dependent on the root cause of the issue (slow draining water) and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday.

Lenny showed up and provided more details on the quotes and was off to work. Within a half hour he called me from my office and walked me through what he did, and showed me the draining issue had been fixed. Quick, reasonable and solid work all around.

Mike is awesome! What started out as a simple kitchen drain rodding, turned into an angioplasty of about an 18 section of drain pipe due to excessive amount of grease build up. Then, in spite of the drain pressure build-up exploding sludge all over him, he held his composure and cleaned everything up. Very professional with a great work ethic. Mike is now my new go-to plumber.

Noel came through for this first time homeowner! My water heater broke and began leaking at 10am on a Saturday and I texted Noel. He immediately responded even though he was in route to a job and continued to communicate with me all day to help. With a combination of my willpower to get a new unit myself that day, with his ability to squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon, I had a new water heater up and running within 10 hours of it breaking.  Additionally, he showed me how to use features on the new unit and explained what is most important in an emergency scenario. He also was nice enough to remind me to register the product in case something went wrong. Noel went above and beyond what I would have expected and helped me remain sane in an emergency situation.  I will absolutely keep him on speed dial. There's a reason this conpany has 5 stars on yelp!
