We called on a Sunday night, the owner returned our call within a few minutes and tried to talk us through the repair on our own. When our rookie work didn't hold, they came out and got us all fixed up the same day. The estimate was accurate, the work was fast, and they were great to work with. Very satisfied, would use again.

Quick, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. Paul fixed our kitchen sink on short notice and the price was less than expected. We would use his services again! Definitely recommend.

I called to schedule a service. When I told him what was involved, he never called back. I was not important enough to service.

I called Advantage after hours and received a call back first thing the next morning. Ben K came out that day to replace the leaking pipes under the kitchen sink & install a new faucet.
He also observed an outdated valve with potential to fail on our main shutoff. Working with the city's utility dept, Ben resolved that issue as well.
Ben is an experienced, personable, & respectful professional who performed quality work for us at the quoted price. We won't hesitate to call him / Advantage again when future plumbing issues arise.

Prompt, professional, fair, and knowledgeable. Martin specifically was by far the best and most knowledgeable professional plumber I've had the pleasure of working with. Tina was great and very responsive to my request. Martin was so kind and you could tell immediately he took pride in his work. Would absolutely recommend and will use them again moving forward. MARTIN WAS EXCEPTIONAL!!!

I'm stingy with 5 star reviews (not everybody can be the best or it wouldn't mean anything), but MD Plumbing deserves every one of the five. Based on my experience with them, they are honest, efficient, and responsive, charging very reasonable rates.
Marc came when he said, and did not waste time, He realized he needed a specialty part, which turned out to be very expensive, so I decided to just buy a new faucet. Marc came on time and efficiently installed the faucet. He also made a repair to my bathroom pipes, but explained that I would eventually need to get the whole thing replaced.
I want to mention Kim, too; she's so nice. My life is a little complicated right now, so I needed some extra attention. Kim was very helpful and so patient with me and my many calls. She even returned calls when she said she would, which is rare these days.

I spend days searching for a good honest plumber for our sewer problem. I decided on Courtesy Plumbing and glad I did. I gave them a call and someone answered the phone which a step in the right direction. She said someone will be out tomorrow.
Mike arrived and looked over our problem and informed us to start with our city as the ground on the parkway was starting to cave in over the water main.
I will be calling them back if needed and I highly recommend them!
Thank you Courtesy Plumbing as you will be our plumber for all our plumbing needs.

I called several plumbers on a Saturday due to a clogged sewer line. Few even called me back. Greg called right away and was over within a half hour. Greg couldn't have been nicer. Great job. Reasonable price.

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.
All in all I felt like they took good care of me.
Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.
They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

My kitchen faucet started leaking and we have a plumber friend who had his hands full and couldn't come out that day. So, I went on Yelp and noticed ROM's ratings were very high. Also noticed that they had put in several faucets in the past. Spoke with Mike who is a really nice guy and very professional. I knew I needed the faucet replaced, so I ran out to purchase a new one and he actually sent someone out THE SAME DAY with no extra charge! Very accommodating.
His worker John, came out and installed the faucet in under an hour. Also a nice young man who was very thorough. Job well done!
I would definitely call them again.

Always good service and fair prices. But then again, we have been customers for only about 30 years. ; )

We have spent tens of thousands with this company over the last 8 years (new roof, heating/air units, boiler) and have had no real issues except for three. Number 3 is forcing me to drop my rating to one star.
1) For maintenance on our Mitsubishi heating/cooling units, there was never a mention - verbally or in writing - that if you miss the 'maintenance appointment' in December (let's say you call them in January to schedule it), that your warranty is void. What? Tell me where is states that? We had to battle with them and they relented.
2) A power outage blew out the motherboard of the rooftop unit. Four Seasons said this would be covered and it was $1300 for the part, plus the labor to install it. We called Mitsubishi direct and they said it is absolutely covered and sent us the part for NOTHING. When we questioned why they would state that (or at least offer for us to go direct), they said they'd get back to us. Nothing.
3) Lastly - and this is really the kicker: We needed a new bladder on our boiler. We called them and they could order the part and it would be $975 for parts and labor. We went ahead with the order, however, in speaking to some neighbors, they said that is an easy repair and you can buy the part ourselves, so we looked into it and were able to find the part for less than $100 and it's a simple fix. We immediately called Four Seasons to cancel, but they said the part was already ordered and, since it was a special order, we would have to pay a 25% restocking fee. Ok - got it - and we reluctantly agreed and asked for the price of the part and what the restocking fee would be, etc. They then stated we would owe $250. Huh? They then stated we had to pay 25% of the totally bill (parts and labor) of $975. What?! Of course, there is no 'restocking fee' on labor that they never did, so we escalated and they would not budge - even after going to management. They had our credit card so the only recourse we had was to call the credit card company block any charges. Now they'll get nothing. No business, no restocking fee, and this wonderful review for current or future customers.
Bye bye Four Seasons.

Poor parts, poor workmanship and high cost. One-star review is fitting.

Where to even begin.....
We hired Tim Shey, the owner, to do some plumbing work. Initially he came off as being a normal tradesmen... His bedside manor was a little abrasive but not so bad that I didn't think to not use him.
Well, I wish I would have cut ties the moment I picked up on that abrasiveness b/c my experience with him turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My experience with him was absolutely abusive and for no reason. For a long time i asked myself what I did to deserve him being so rude and disrespectful and then I finally realized that I did nothing at all to deserve the treatment bestowed upon us.
On top of the abuse, here I am, months later and i've had issue after issue with the plumbing. Very basic things were missed. Most recently, we had to hire a plumber to come out to fix one of the toilets he installed. Lord knows how long it's been leaking but I happed to notice one day that water was leaking out the back every time the toilet was flushed. It turns out that he didn't install it correctly as the top wasn't tighten to the base. The damage this has caused ....... I wonder if he did it purposely? I really do.... We also have had issues with every faucet he installed. Every single one had to be reinstalled. Additionally, one of the shower heads was leaking . That was another plumber visit. I keep going on and on with the issues but I'm sure you get the point.
This was not my personal experience but I spoke to another person who hired him who needed an additional week to pay him for his services and instead of waiting, he went to her home, pushed himself through her door and ripped out all of her plumbing so that she couldn't access any water! Who does that!
Please note that this was my personal experience with Tim. I'll never understand why I didn't just ask him to leave my condo the minute he was disrespectful.
