When we had a plumbing problem the first time in our new house I didn't know who to call, was lucky enough to call Performance Pro Plumbers...they were fantastic- affordable and honest about repairs.
SO when we had a second problem, with a leaking toilet- we knew who to call.
Shannon was out NEXT day at no extra cost- was honest about damages, efficient and as always friendly. The leak was taken care of immediately, everything was cleaned up, as if nothing ever happened.
We live in a historic house and I have no doubt we will have future problems, but I have no doubt who to call when we do. Thank you !

Wow. Such a nice and professional guy! My husband called him about replacing a sump pump and also a leaky outdoor faucet we've had issues with since we moved in a few years ago. He was available via phone/text and very responsive. He returned our initial call quickly, and also let us know he was on his way about 10-15 minutes before he arrived. Paul got the job done efficiently and uses quality products. Reasonable pricing too. We will definitely be calling him again soon for some other things we've been putting off.

After getting a quote for faucet repair from another company (which advertises on tv) I called forte for a competitive quote. Forte was one third the price and did not require me to join a club. The staff were pleasant and worked quickly. I will call them first if I need more work done.

Dominick was quick to get back to me and set up an appointment for Monday morning. He was right on time and had my old ejector pump removed with a new one installed in less than an hour. New pump looks and runs beautifully. I recommended him to my father who used used him a few weeks later to replace his faulty ejector pump as well.

My husband and I were out of town and our 18 and 20 year old were home alone and called to let us know water was dripping from our ceiling through our kitchen light fixture.  Pete, the owner, was recommended to me by a neighbor.  He was at our house within 2 hours, was very reassuring on the phone, diagnosed the issue quickly, was very polite to our teenage son and explained everything in detail.  He followed up with text pictures of the issue (since we were not home) and did not even charge me his trip fee!  Highly recommend.

We have been using Ray as our plumber for 15 years. He's gotten us through some nasty plumbing problems. He's quick to respond to calls. His work is dependable. His prices are reasonable. But today, he earned a permanent place in my heart: he hooked up an icemaker for me!! I love ice in my drinks and hate making it in ice trays. Now, I won't have to thanks to Ray.

Advantage Plumbing's 5 stars on yelp is the reason I called them in the first place.  I called last night regarding some plumbing issues I have on my first home. I told the very kind gentleman on the phone that I work M-F so it would have to either be after hours or Saturday. He scheduled me at 5:30 the following day. Josh came to look through my issues, gave me a diagnosis and solution options. Aside from the repairs you get with any other company, Josh asked if I knew basic things about my home. When I told him no, he took the time to show me the main water switch, the hot water switch, and the gas shut off. This was after he fixed my issue so it wasn't even a sales technique. I have never felt more comfortable with a company than I do this one. When I had complimented his company, Josh raved about how it is a great place to work and how much he enjoys his employer. This made me love the company even more!

Stay away from this company. Don't trust them. They came to my house on July 9, 2019 and said my pipe is frozen lol it it's 90 degrees outside how can my pipe be frozen and currently working? They don't know what they are doing. Stay away.

I have been using Mark for 2 years now. I should have written a review by now. Mark is old school plumbing and he is not a fancy guy with a fancy truck with a $40,000 truck with a $2000 logo painted on the side. Needless to say you pay for his services and not his bills that he has incurred.
Mark is fair, courteous, and fast. He will tell you what you need done quickly without trying to charge you by the minute.

We have relied on Courtesy Plumbing a couple of times and have been 100% satisfied with their service. They are knowledgeable and don't over-sell. They do quality work, and it has been easy to get appointments quickly as well.

I called several plumbers on a Saturday due to a clogged sewer line. Few even called me back. Greg called right away and was over within a half hour. Greg couldn't have been nicer. Great job. Reasonable price.

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.

All in all I felt like they took good care of me.

Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.

They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

Mike was the first to respond and quote my job. Estimate was fair - not the most expensive / not the least expensive.  Work was completed on time and well - they were super considerate of the house - drop cloths everywhere, booties on and off as they came and went. Overall, Mike and Jr we're a pleasure to work with and handled my last minute audibles with ease!  Definitely will use RMO again!

We live in an older home built in the forties. There are few people familiar with some of the older homes in Hinsdale and the piping. We reached out to Soltwich and they were responsive, affordable and helpful. We definitely recommend their services.

Four Seasons came out to tune up my furnace. I waited a month for an appointment. When the tech was here, he offered to check the water heater as well. It was only a year old, and working perfectly, but I agreed because I wanted to make sure it would last a long time.
One week later, the water heater started to make an engine- like noise, and suddenly I lost water pressure and hot water throughout my house. I called Four Seasons and they said they would send a tech out to check late in the day. I waited all day. In the meantime I contacted another company I have done business with.
Turns out the Four Seasons tech left the  water heater temperature on the maximum, and after a week the pipes under my house burst. The sump pump shorted out, and I had 4 feet of water in my crawl space!
It took over 2 days to pump the water out.
I had to install a new sump pump, and there will be fans on to eliminate moisture from the crawl space for 1-2 weeks. The bill so far is $1000. And I have no idea what my electric bill will be after running the pumps and fans.
I finally got through to customer service, and they said they will review the service I received. I am not sure what resolution they will offer. I will update my review when their review is complete.

Update:  A Four Seasons tech just came to photograph my crawl space. It has been 10 days since the flood, and I already paid someone else to clean up their mess. He said there is no evidence to support my claim. I am so upset!
  I plan to file complaints with the Illinois Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau.  I am posting my review on several Internet sites.
  DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH FOUR SEASONS HEATING AND AC! They have some negligent people working for them, and they take no responsibility for the consequences!

Found Ed the Plumber in our church's bulletin. A service call to our building was $125. We had three issues in our unit that needed to be addressed, each issue that we were quoted at $500 per each, or $1,500. This quote was going to cost me more than double the amount I donate to my church every year. I ended up paying the $125, and then had another plumber come in and complete the job for only $200 all together.

If you want to pay high prices, then go to Ed the Plumber. Otherwise I'd just move on.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
