Great experience over all.  Requested information via Yelp and heard back inside of an hour.  Had an appointment scheduled for same week.  

Antonio and his associate just came out and pulled multiple small toys out of  our drain and was able to get our bathtub drain (which had virtually zero drainage abilities) draining as if it were brand new - despite the roadblocks as snaking our drain is not an option because we live in a home built in the 1940s with a drum trap.  

Pricing was fair and presented up front with an explanation of the services to be provided before any actual work was done.

Would highly recommend!

Fantastic people and work. Had a drain installed into my basement floor. Responded quick, quick appraisal, quick appointment, worked quick, very friendly, great pricing. Felt like a person and not just a dollar sign.

Paul installed our water heater on Dec 9th .  I called more than one plumber in the area.  He sent a quote after asking the proper questions.    

Let me first tell you that another plumbing outfit did not seem to care that our heater was not broke, but was on its way out.  They would not install a unit on a Saturday - saying they save those for emergencies.   The management commented that one of the employees has his good moods and bad moods.    Didnt really need to hear this as an excuse why they missed the appt time to give a quote  

Paul the Plumber was prompt on Dec 9.  His price was in the ballpark. Like other reviews he explained everything!  Very polite .   He even followed up after a few hours to make sure all was working fine- saying he called a junk guy to get the old unit picked up.

My friend/neighbor just called him yesterday when their water heater stopped.     Great job there as well!

Called to get a sewer cleaned out. They cancelled the first appointment and rescheduled for after the 4th of July which I was all good with. Then, on July 5th I received zero calls from them so I called in inquiring where they were. Talked to the owner and he tried to tell me next week and claimed it was a preventative measure that could keep being put off. I called another plumbing company and they are heading over as we speak and came in at a cheaper price! Do you research before you commit with a plumbing company!

Our sump pump broke down, and we noticed a small leak in our basement.  We called on Sunday Morning and Dominick was available and able to show up within two hours.  He replaced our system quickly at a very reasonable price and was very helpful.  Will definitely be using Dominick for any future issues and recommending to all of our friends and family.

We purchased a fixer upper and just when we thought we were good, water came in.  We needed a plumber ASAP and he showed up!  Plumbing is just I e thing you never think about and just want to work all the time.  They came in and did what plumbers do and had us up and running in no time.  There isn't enough nice plumbers either.  Peter was great at explaining things and my husband and I understood the cost before the job began.  It's great to have the pipes in working order again.

I hired Red's Plumbing and Drain Service to dig out a blocked drain tile and replace it.  I received three bids and Red's was the lowest.  I can't imagine any other firm doing a better job.  Red's crew showed up exactly on time and did the work as promised.   They left my building only after thoroughly clearing the area.  I highly recommend Red's Service.   Tom Simms,  Andersonville

The first time I called because of water in basement.  Mark came out and established that it was a water heater leak and that I could actually put a temporary fix on it that would cost me nothing but that eventually I would have to have it drained and sealed.  I loved the fact that I was given a low cost temp fix.  I called MD plumbing another time because of extensive water under foundation of house due to what I thought was a main water break.  They researched the problem and determined that it was a side foundational leak and again very low bill but had to call a sub pump contractor.  Very impressed with I could have been given a high estimate and big fix and twice no cost but the call which was short and cheap.  I trust them.

We reported a faucet flexible pipe leak along with garbage disposal leak/failure.  The leak was identified/new copper pipe extension was installed and the new garbage disposal (Home Depot purchased) was installed.  Jason from Courtesy Plumbing was on time, polite and completed the job to our satisfaction.

We had a small job and no other plumber wanted to touch it. One other plumber gave us a ridiculous price of $800. The Sewer Guy charged us $100, $50 for the part. Greg came out and did an excellent job! I will definitely use them again.

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

My toilet was leaking last week after a long 12 hour shift in the ER and I was so over it. I reached out to MIKE at RMO plumbing and he was able to give me a quote over the phone, and we scheduled a date for him to come out asap which I really appreciated. Mike came out and installed my new toilet and saved me some money by getting his hands dirty. Being a new home owner I was so worried but Mike made sure to take care of my needs and at a fair price. RMO plumbing definitely gained a forever customer.

So I just had a plumber over to the house to look at the garbage disposal.  He looked at it for 5 mins and told me it was bad and I had to replace it.  He then tried to upcharge me by trying to sell me one for $150 or a better one for $300.  Since I told him they were overpriced and that I was going to buy one myself, he tried to charge me $136 for him coming to my house for 5 mins.  Couldn't believe it. He stated that was there hourly fee and they had to charge me for 1 hour.  Obviously I didn't pay it.  First they try to overcharge me significantly for the garbage disposal and then they want to charge me for an hour of work at $136 an hour!!  I would go elsewhere with your plumbing needs. Perhaps someone who is more trustworthy.

Our furnace went out on a Tuesday night, we called Four Seasons right away and they had representative Charles Lomeli out Wednesday morning at 9:00am sharp. We've never had to purchase a furnace before so we were not educated on brands/warranty's etc. Charles was super informative as well as extremely professional.

Cost of course is always a topic on big ticket items and Charles was BEYOND helpful with getting us the product we wanted while staying within our budget. The icing on the cake was that he arranged to have the furnace installed that same day!

Installation went smooth, the technicians were tidy and efficient.

Highly recommend Four Seasons.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, for anything!!!  Charges $125 to walk in your door, whether you hire him or not.  Was told on phone when I made the appointment, if I hired them the $125. would be waived.  I assumed that meant deducted from bill.  NO... it did not!!!   I found Ed the Plumber information in our church bulletin and expected them to be trustworthy, honest and reasonable.  Quote was $498.00 to replace my kitchen faucet (which I purchased separately).  Since I choose NOT to hire them I had to pay the $125. !!  

Next day I hired someone else and paid $175.00 TOTAL for this simple job.

This guy is a thief and using the church bulletin to rake in the $$$. I had to ask about the parishioner discount and then ask for senior discount, which only reduce the quote to $438.00.  Ridiculous, definitely out for the bucks and not to earn a good reputation.

Where to even begin.....

We hired Tim Shey, the owner, to do some plumbing work. Initially he came off as being a normal tradesmen... His bedside manor was a little abrasive but not so bad that I didn't think to not use him.

Well, I wish I would have cut ties the moment I picked up on that abrasiveness b/c my experience with him turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My experience with him was absolutely abusive and for no reason. For a long time i asked myself what I did to deserve him being so rude and disrespectful and then I finally realized that I did nothing at all to deserve the treatment bestowed upon us.

On top of the abuse, here I am, months later and i've had issue after issue with the plumbing. Very basic things were missed. Most recently, we had to hire a plumber to come out to fix one of the toilets he installed. Lord knows how long it's been leaking but I happed to notice one day that water was leaking out the back every time the toilet was flushed. It turns out that he didn't install it correctly as the top wasn't tighten to the base. The damage this has caused ....... I wonder if he did it purposely? I really do.... We also have had issues with every faucet he installed. Every single one had to be reinstalled. Additionally, one of the shower heads was leaking . That was another plumber visit. I keep going on and on with the issues but I'm sure you get the point.

This was not my personal experience but I spoke to another person who hired him who needed an additional week to pay him for his services and instead of waiting, he went to her home, pushed himself through her door and ripped out all of her plumbing so that she couldn't access any water! Who does that!

Please note that this was my personal experience with Tim. I'll never understand why I didn't just ask him to leave my condo the minute he was disrespectful.
