we had a sewer issue that was very challenging to solve, they never quit. In my previous experience with other companies they never would have tried to solve the problem so diligently. They kept thinking and working for several days, and ultimately solved the problem, and at a very reasonable price. Christian and his manager Dave really treated my home as if it was their own These guys are great! They really made my day today !

We recently had a plumbing disaster right before a major family infestation was about to invade our house.  Shannon and crew, despite dealing with their own substantial work load, were able to juggle everything and get the work done just in the nick of time, and UNDER BUDGET!!!  I really can't thank these guys enough for giving us our family Easter back!  Would recommend performance pro to anyone.

Paul is the best hands down. He is honest and straightforward. He has helped me through numerous sumo pump issues and I highly recommend him.

These guys are legit. Today, amid a long stretch of sub-freezing temperatures, I had Carmen out to help with a burst pipe in a basement wall. He arrived only hours after I called, and he came with two other employees.

He was able to quickly identify the likely area of the break to a line that supplies the hose bib on the outside of the house.  He then found a shut-off valve for that line (I'm not washing cars or watering flowers in January!) in a non-obvious spot. That allowed me to turn the water back on to the rest of the house, and it allowed him to get to other emergencies today. He'll come back to repair the break when things let up.

During this visit, Carmen also spent some of his valuable time discussing options for addressing low water pressure, and for replacing an aged water heater.

No charge for today's visit. In the past, they've also installed a garbage disposal for me, and rodded out a bad clog near the grease trap.

Can't say enough good things about this company.  We have an unfortunate amount of plumbing needs recently, used them 3 times and they were amazing 3 times.  They changed a valve for our bathroom shower, and even came back and fixed it for free when the valve we purchased from the hardware store had a faulty piece.  They changed our kitchen faucet for a fair price.  Most recently they fixed a huge issue with our building which was causing sewage backup into our kitchen.  Joey the sewer specialist was so knowledgable.  He found a catch basin in our yard full of grease that other companies had missed, even with cameras.  As long as we are in Chicago we won't go anywhere else.

Dominick was quick to get back to me and set up an appointment for Monday morning. He was right on time and had my old ejector pump removed with a new one installed in less than an hour. New pump looks and runs beautifully. I recommended him to my father who used used him a few weeks later to replace his faulty ejector pump as well.

Pete was wonderful! Called him about a dishwasher installation before the holidays and he talked me through how to do it myself and what part I needed. He spent at least 30 minutes on the phone with me, responded to my texts with questions and followed up offering to stop by in the evening in case I needed help. He could not have been more helpful or generous with his time and knowledge. Dishwasher was up and running within 2 hours!

I will be using Burr Oak Plumbing exclusively from now on because of Pete!

We have been using Ray as our plumber for 15 years. He's gotten us through some nasty plumbing problems. He's quick to respond to calls. His work is dependable. His prices are reasonable. But today, he earned a permanent place in my heart: he hooked up an icemaker for me!! I love ice in my drinks and hate making it in ice trays. Now, I won't have to thanks to Ray.

I came home to a faulty pump in our basement and called advantage plumbing due to their stellar reviews online.

They did not disappoint! Ben the technician came by within the hour on a Friday night and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had to dig up the lid to our drainage area and clean out a whole bunch of sediment that was tampering with our measuring system causing a back up of drainage.

Our basement could have flooded, but luckily Ben caught the problem in time. Highly recommend Advantage, ask for Ben he's a pro!

I  Was thrilled with  my entire experience with this company. Not only was the service timely and professional but the price was surprisingly low. Drain and Plumbing Service will be my new go to plumbing company if and when I need them again. I highly recommend them and will be telling my friends about them.

Mark and his crew are fabulous as well as Kim in the office. We had our house re-piped with copper as having a cracked second floor main stack replaced all the way down, and they were just great. How often is a visit from the plumbers FUN? They do great work, very reasonably, and show up when they say. They will be at the top of our list if we ever need plumbing work.

Jason is great. Easy to talk to and explained everything. Confident with his assessment. Will definitely refer him to family and friends.

All in all I felt like they took good care of me.

Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.

They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

I've used these folks for 20 plus years and have always found them to be prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. My house has the usual and unusual array of plumbing issues and the problems we've had were sometimes simple and occasionally complex. Things were always explained thoroughly and the work done promptly and well! My neighbor referred me to them and told me she'd used a variety of companies over the years and found these folks to be reliable and consistent! I agree with her wholeheartedly! Replacing condensate pump cost $575 + service call of $85. Who doesn't take the service call off the repair cost!  I don't mind paying for a service but feel this fee was exorbitant for taking a replacement pump out of a box and attaching it to existing connections.  Seems more in line with a technician actually having to run the lines and connections.  When I asked the tech he said 'that's what comes up when I put it in'.  I am an idiot for agreeing to this, no goodwill created with this incident and will look for hvac who actually charges fees reasonable to the task.

Poor parts, poor workmanship and high cost.  One-star review is fitting.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
