I reached out to Zoom Drain on Yelp (along with a few other plumbers) after our kitchen sink backed up and we couldn't find the clog in the accessible pipes. Zoom responded (overnight) very quickly and was able to send someone out that afternoon. Christian was extremely professional. He wore booties in the house and explained everything he was doing and the pricing before he did it. The clog required three times through with the pipe snake but he persisted until the drain was running like normal. I'd highly recommend for both prompt and professional service.

We called on a Sunday night, the owner returned our call within a few minutes and tried to talk us through the repair on our own.  When our rookie work didn't hold, they came out and got us all fixed up the same day.  The estimate was accurate, the work was fast, and they were great to work with.  Very satisfied, would use again.

Paul was great. Knowledgeable , professional, and offers competitive pricing. He came on time to both scheduled appointments and fixed my problems in a timely manner. He also offered options on how to handle each situation so that I had a choice on how big to make the project or how much I was able/willing to spend (basic vs upgrade). As I just moved into my house in the last year, I am slowly building up my Rolodex of service professionals and Paul will be my go-to plumber for all my future needs.

I hired forte plumbing to install a new kitchen sink and faucet  and to repair the leaky pipe under it. Robert forte came with a woman who was to do the work. she started work on the sink and pipes 3 hours later she was finished.   in the bathroom she installed the pipes and faucet , then realized the faucet didn't fit. she left , came back with another faucet and installed that one.   six hours later Robert forte came back with another plumber and said the kitchen sink was not right. they removed the kitchen sink and reinstalled it.  I paid them.   four days later I am still removing caulk that is oozing from the kitchen sink  I went to put back the toiletries under my vanity and the door fell off. I called the office and the woman said that the door was probably broken before.  I asked if someone could come and fix the door. no one called me back.       VERY DISAPPOINTED INEXPERIENCED PLUMBER SLOPPY JOB  FROM  A COMPANY THAT I TRUSTED            .

Punctual, polite and productive. Rick & Eric were very nice, respectful & efficient. They finished the job quickly, showed great knowledge and delivered on great quality. I'll definitely call Rescue Plumbing for future projects and needs. Thanks guys!

I wish I could give Dominick ten stars! 2am and the sump pump alarm is going crazy and pouring rain outside. I frantically call two contractors I have dealt with and four other ones trying to find somebody and then happen on Sump Pump Doctor as Dominick picks up the phone and shows up within the hour. He replaced both my sump pumps (the other had not been working for quite a while), explained that the previous guy put in a Zolar and to stay away from that brand. He also put in a different check valve that doesn't sound like a mini thunderclap every time the pump discharges. And the emergency price was $750 with the pump, install, radon pipe modifications which is less than most would charge during non-emergency hours. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and responsiveness of Dominick. He also does injector pumps (which I wish I knew when mine went down last month and I got a good soaking not only from the water in the basement but from the guy who changed it). Thanks Dominick! You are a life saver!!!!

Peter was so great. We have a ridiculously small access beneath our kitchen sink but he made it work and got our new kitchen faucet installed like a champ

We have been using Ray as our plumber for 15 years. He's gotten us through some nasty plumbing problems. He's quick to respond to calls. His work is dependable. His prices are reasonable. But today, he earned a permanent place in my heart: he hooked up an icemaker for me!! I love ice in my drinks and hate making it in ice trays. Now, I won't have to thanks to Ray.

Ben K. was our service technician who came to our aid when our basement floor started having puddles of water. He was very thorough in inspecting the gutters around the house and checking both the sump pump and the backup sump pump. Ben was able to accurately diagnose the cause of the issue and performed the work professionally and quickly to prevent water from entering the basement in the future. Highly recommend!

We had slow drain of bathtub problem. And I called them up. The lady who took my call was nice and friendly. And the plumber came out to fix the clog issue. I really appreciated.  But the water leaking started after the fixing. And the leakage went down to first floor aparment ceiling. Now we have to spend extra to fixing ceiling downstairs for the neighbour am not sure if plumber did some to cause the leaking, or another new problem. But it didn't happen until plumber came for the clog issue. So I have to call them again to come out find out what cause the leakage. Hope it is not their fault. The plumber will come today which is Thursday. And I will keep post the real cause of leaking. That is my experience with this company. This is my first time experience with them. I can give rating now. I have to wait to see the real cause of leaking , and then I can rate.

We have used MD Plumbing several times since we moved into our home four years ago.  They have come for emergencies (exploded sewer in basement, frozen pipe) as well as for regular maintenance (rodding out sewer). We have had service calls from a few different plumbers that work for this company and they have all been extremely competent and sympathetic (which is especially nice when sewers are backing up into basements). They go the extra mile, they take a fair-minded approach to everything they do, and they stand by their work.  Highly recommended (obviously).

Updating my previous review. The gentlemen who came to our house was strongly affirming we did not have a plumbing issue. Turns out after doing some additional investigation, as curious homeowners, not certified plumbers, we DO in fact have plumbing issues.

So after spending a few hundred dollars fixing our roof, since we trusted this plumbers assessment that it was NOT a plumbing issue, we were still experiencing a leak. It turns out that the vents for the sink and toilet are not properly connected, or fitted. This is NOT the work of courtesy plumbing mind you, but they failed to identify this issue, given 2 opportunities. I would also have to give some benefit of the doubt to the gentleman who came out, as this construction should have never passed inspection, and I'm sure is fairly uncommon.

Paid him $175 to clean sewer drain but they were still running slow after he was done.

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.

All in all I felt like they took good care of me.

Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.

They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

I contacted RMO plumbing yesterday afternoon inquiring about the installation of a new toilet and today - not even more than 25 hours later - the new toilet is installed & working & the old one has been hauled away. They were responsive, helpful & professional. The original plan wasn't 24 hour service but we were both flexible and since they had an earlier opening, we got it done sooner.

They send what is supposedly a licensed union plumber who should know what he's doing.  He installs a new hot water heater and vents it only to the chimney, not to the liner in the chimney.  That's mistake #1.  Plus the flue slope is incorrect and can lead to gases not exiting properly (mistake #2).  I'll throw both these into Mistake #3:  He told me he cannot see well. (Thanks for sendinig over a plumber with vision issues, that instills confidence!). And, rather than putting his tools down on the painted basement floor, he drops them, which left a number of scratch marks on the floor.  Will never call them again. Their hold music should be Send in the Clowns.

They were very punctual.  Kept us informed of when they would be coming and last update 30 minutes before.  

Took time to do great job and explained how to address our issue.  The technician was very knowledgeable and cleaned the filter for humidifier.

Please beware they will charge you a arm and two legs!!!  My husband found Ed the Plumber information in our  church bulletin and expected them to be trustworthy, honest and resonable or simply industry service rate  ( which does not mean cheap), but no they are absolutely the worst wanted to  replace a toliet, they quoted me over 1,750.00!!   I asked what type of  toliet costs that much... he said a Gerber so I wanted to research it  I asked for a model number and was told I DON'T KNOW, the most expensive one I found was 389.99 so are they charging 1300.00 to install, hypothetically even if the toliet costed 750.00 are they charging 1000.00 to install??  Then he said if you purchase the toliet we will install for approximately 700.00!!! I also was going to get my tub caulked since they would already be here they quoted 385.00 for just around the tub!!! This company is the absolute worst type of ripoffs ever, they prey on parishioners seeing  their advertisement in the church bulletin and believe they are contacting a honest business, but the truth is Ed the Plumber is   just using a cheap form of advertisement with a very large potential customer base with a lot of word of mouth. I really wish I could give them a  -0 for a rating!!!

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
