Zoom Drain responded very quickly to my inquiry early on a Monday morning, and showed up to inspect and perform the work as promised. Abe and Antonio were punctual and professional, and walked me through their plan to rod out my sewer line and install a stand pipe, keeping me apprised of their progress as they went along. Great customer experience, and I would absolutely recommend them.

Performance Pro Plumbing I believe is a top notch full service plumbing company. I recommend Shannon (Company President)  to everyone I know. I've known Shannon for many years. When ever I come across any plumbing project that requires an expert, I know Shannon is the person for the job. Shannon has always been completely honest and fair. Thank you Shannon for providing our community with a plumber they can count on and trust.

First, Paul answered his phone on the first ring at 6:30PM.  Then he gave me a firm quote for replacing 2 water heaters.  The price was competitive, a little more than my neighbor paid a handyman to do it; but Paul is a real plumber.  Third, Paul re-arranged his schedule because one of my water heaters was already leaking all over the floor.  He arrived on time at 8:45AM the next morning, started draining my existing units, and the went to another appointment.

I had to leave for the airport at 2P.  He returned at 10:30AM with the new water heaters that were an EXACT match, size-wise, to the old ones.  So there wasn't any re-piping to have to pay for.  

All of the work was done by the promised noon time.  Paul's work was excellent.  I plan on using him for the next plumbing need I have.

Great service!! I called the office and they were at my home in less than a half hour. The entire toilet repair was completed in less than an hour!! I love this company and all of their employees!!

I wish I could give Dominick ten stars! 2am and the sump pump alarm is going crazy and pouring rain outside. I frantically call two contractors I have dealt with and four other ones trying to find somebody and then happen on Sump Pump Doctor as Dominick picks up the phone and shows up within the hour. He replaced both my sump pumps (the other had not been working for quite a while), explained that the previous guy put in a Zolar and to stay away from that brand. He also put in a different check valve that doesn't sound like a mini thunderclap every time the pump discharges. And the emergency price was $750 with the pump, install, radon pipe modifications which is less than most would charge during non-emergency hours. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and responsiveness of Dominick. He also does injector pumps (which I wish I knew when mine went down last month and I got a good soaking not only from the water in the basement but from the guy who changed it). Thanks Dominick! You are a life saver!!!!

This review is regarding customer service: He called me back asap regarding the problem we were having in our sink. We didn't use his service because my house was under warranty and the contracted plumber came and fixed it. In the future, we will be using Burr Oak Plumbing. Thank you for calling us back.

I called to schedule a service.  When I told him what was involved, he never called back.  I was not important enough to service.

I recently called Advantage Plumbing to come out and check a leak we had in our garage. I called because of all the great reviews on Yelp. Brian and Josh both came out and were very thorough and kept me informed throughout the process. They also brought to my attention a couple of other issues we had and fixed those as well. I will be definitely be calling them again if we have any problems in the future.

DPS was assigned to my home by American home shield. Martin the plumber came and seemed SUPER nice. Told me everything was going to be taken care of, left and I thought, wow, that was nice and easy. Boy was I wrong! He reported physical damage to my faucet and when the insurance company called me a few hours later and told me it was broken due to excessive force, I was shocked! I said, what do you mean? There is just a small drip and he said it just needed a cartridge. He said no, there is also a crack in the housing. I assured there was not and when he came. In short they work for the insurance company, get barely any money from them for the service call, so they HAVE to find ways to upcharge the client. Use someone else if you can

We have used MD Plumbing several times since we moved into our home four years ago.  They have come for emergencies (exploded sewer in basement, frozen pipe) as well as for regular maintenance (rodding out sewer). We have had service calls from a few different plumbers that work for this company and they have all been extremely competent and sympathetic (which is especially nice when sewers are backing up into basements). They go the extra mile, they take a fair-minded approach to everything they do, and they stand by their work.  Highly recommended (obviously).

Everything everyone else said is true!  Mom's sewer was chock full of roots, causing a terrible backup in her bathroom.  He arrived within a half hour and had the problem resolved quickly for a more than fair price.  Why is it the people you don't want to have to deal with are always the kind of people you want to deal with all the time?!?  Thanks, Greg!

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

Needed someone to install a new kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. Mikey was very professional and knowledgeable. You can tell he pays attention to detail and wants the customer to be happy with his work! Extremely satisfied how it turned out.  Highly recommend.

Always good service and fair prices.  But then again, we have been customers for only about 30 years.  ; )

I had really hoped I'd found a dependable and honest company, but I guess my search continues. I contacted Four Seasons for a furnace clean and check. The tech calls me down to my furnace to tell me the Limit switch is bad and that it's unsafe to continue using. Of course I don't want to have an unsafe part in my furnace and asked how much it cost. He says they are pretty expensive and then tells me the part itself is $515. Of course I paid it, but later that evening I looked up the part and it goes for about $35-$50 bucks. I mean I understand a restocking fee, but Jesus Christ a 1000 percent mark-up.

Long story short is that I feel like I was taken advantage of and really hope others don't fall into their up-charging practices

Please beware they will charge you a arm and two legs!!!  My husband found Ed the Plumber information in our  church bulletin and expected them to be trustworthy, honest and resonable or simply industry service rate  ( which does not mean cheap), but no they are absolutely the worst wanted to  replace a toliet, they quoted me over 1,750.00!!   I asked what type of  toliet costs that much... he said a Gerber so I wanted to research it  I asked for a model number and was told I DON'T KNOW, the most expensive one I found was 389.99 so are they charging 1300.00 to install, hypothetically even if the toliet costed 750.00 are they charging 1000.00 to install??  Then he said if you purchase the toliet we will install for approximately 700.00!!! I also was going to get my tub caulked since they would already be here they quoted 385.00 for just around the tub!!! This company is the absolute worst type of ripoffs ever, they prey on parishioners seeing  their advertisement in the church bulletin and believe they are contacting a honest business, but the truth is Ed the Plumber is   just using a cheap form of advertisement with a very large potential customer base with a lot of word of mouth. I really wish I could give them a  -0 for a rating!!!

Where to even begin.....

We hired Tim Shey, the owner, to do some plumbing work. Initially he came off as being a normal tradesmen... His bedside manor was a little abrasive but not so bad that I didn't think to not use him.

Well, I wish I would have cut ties the moment I picked up on that abrasiveness b/c my experience with him turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My experience with him was absolutely abusive and for no reason. For a long time i asked myself what I did to deserve him being so rude and disrespectful and then I finally realized that I did nothing at all to deserve the treatment bestowed upon us.

On top of the abuse, here I am, months later and i've had issue after issue with the plumbing. Very basic things were missed. Most recently, we had to hire a plumber to come out to fix one of the toilets he installed. Lord knows how long it's been leaking but I happed to notice one day that water was leaking out the back every time the toilet was flushed. It turns out that he didn't install it correctly as the top wasn't tighten to the base. The damage this has caused ....... I wonder if he did it purposely? I really do.... We also have had issues with every faucet he installed. Every single one had to be reinstalled. Additionally, one of the shower heads was leaking . That was another plumber visit. I keep going on and on with the issues but I'm sure you get the point.

This was not my personal experience but I spoke to another person who hired him who needed an additional week to pay him for his services and instead of waiting, he went to her home, pushed himself through her door and ripped out all of her plumbing so that she couldn't access any water! Who does that!

Please note that this was my personal experience with Tim. I'll never understand why I didn't just ask him to leave my condo the minute he was disrespectful.
