Responded within minutes of my Yelp inquiry and serviceman arrived within an hour. Quickly assessed the situation and gave me a reasonable estimate. I agreed to the work, they kept me updated as they worked. They solved the problem, including showing me a real time video inside my pipes, and gave me advice for future maintenance . They cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the service and we'll use them again for plumbing needs

Down hands the best company I have ever worked with, very punctual, best prices, Shannon cook came on a weekend fixed our problem, and even showed us what to do to save us money, I will never call another company and will refer to all my friends.

Great job, great guy.    Been struggling with problem drain on and off for years.  Paul rodded out the drain, reworked the drain pipes beneath the sink to have each side drain independently.  Drains better than it has in years. Honest,  good work.

Robert and his team are the best! Answers the phone when I call and they are really efficient and professional. These guys know their stuff. Also very reasonable with the prices.

Had a good experience with Rescue Plumbing. They answered when I called, were able to come out the next morning.
They were scheduled to come between 10-12 and I received a VM and text around 9:30 from Victor letting me know they were on their way.
Victor and Omar were punctual, wore masks and gave me a cost estimate prior to starting work. They worked quickly and fixed the issue with a good explanation of what they did.
It wasn't cheap but I really don't know market rate for plumbing.
Overall they did a great job and I would use them again!

Dominick was quick to get back to me and set up an appointment for Monday morning. He was right on time and had my old ejector pump removed with a new one installed in less than an hour. New pump looks and runs beautifully. I recommended him to my father who used used him a few weeks later to replace his faulty ejector pump as well.

They did a great job in explaining the issue and making the repair.  I will definitely use them again for any plumbing work.  Thanks guys!

We have been using Ray as our plumber for 15 years. He's gotten us through some nasty plumbing problems. He's quick to respond to calls. His work is dependable. His prices are reasonable. But today, he earned a permanent place in my heart: he hooked up an icemaker for me!! I love ice in my drinks and hate making it in ice trays. Now, I won't have to thanks to Ray.

They weren't cheap, but I believe they are worth it.

I called them Saturday morning and scheduled me for the afternoon. They called me and told me they were running late and gave me an updated time. I called back to see what was happening and they told me they guy was on the way. 5 minutes later a very professional plumber arrived,

He took a look at the problem and gave me the Best Solution and a less expensive solution. I chose the best and he finished up in about 1 1/2 hours.

I love the fact they wear the little booties to keep your floor clean. He gave me some advice about some other items will eventually need attention and told me how to get the city to address some of them.

Overall, I'd highly recommend them. I wish they were a bit less expensive, but I consider it good value for money. I'd give them five stars otherwise.

I would recommend to avoid at all cost. They made the situation worst in the bathroom and caused a flood. The technician walked into the house with his shoes on and was extremely rough with the toilet. He was definitely in a rush and honestly didn't seem very competent. The company said they would send someone back 5 days later. After 5 days later they did not send anyone or even follow up. I only used them due to American Home Shield (home insurance company).

After reading a few other disappointed reviews on yelp it seems obvious that the company has a trend of similar poor performance. I would recommend they own up to their inefficiencies and work on improving their services.

Ok these guys just left my house. Very friendly no nonsense and gave me straight answers and straight forward advice. I didn't feel I was getting nickel and dimed like this other company who's name I won't mention here. This other company would manage to shake me down for some extra cash every time they come out. I didn't feel that way with these guys. MD Plumbing was great. Thanks Greg!

Justin of Courtesy Plumbing came out today to install a reverse osmosis water filtration system under our kitchen sink to replace the existing system. From the point of entering the house till he left, Justin was very professional. He explained what he saw under the sink and what he would have to do to install the RO system and gave me the monetary estimate. Once I gave the approval, he went to work, and was very busy hooking up lines and installing different plumbing valves and other stuff. Once he was done, he showed me what he did and what the different lines were for and explained how the system works. I was very impressed with his knowledge and was pleased with the work and how he cleaned up the area and the materials. Courtesy Plumbing will certainly get more work from us in the future. Paid him $175 to clean sewer drain but they were still running slow after he was done.

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.

All in all I felt like they took good care of me.

Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.

They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

Mike was quick to respond to my need for an urgent plumbing situation where the bathroom tub faucet would not work so the water kept flowing.  We had to turn off all the water in the house.  He arrived promptly on time, wore a mask given COVID and discovered a faulty part of the valve that was not working. He replaced it quickly and efficiently, also being guiding us in turning back the water on and explaining what the problem was.  Mike is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. So grateful he came so quickly given the holiday week.  We were not inconvenienced for long.  I highly recommend him.

I had a horrible experience with this company. Here is a list of issues:

1. The salesman evaluated our utility closet and promised we could have a high efficient furnace. We paid for the high-efficiency furnace. Once the installer came and disassembled our old furnace cut a hole in my ceiling, they let us know that they couldn't install a high-efficiency furnace, and we had to go with 80%, which is what we originally had to begin with.

2. Damage to my walls.

3. We were promised by corporate that we would receive a $150 check to repair the damages, and we would receive $450 credit for the inconvenience. We were told multiple times the check was in the mail, and we still haven't received it. We were sent a disclosure letter, and they said that we wouldn't accept our refunds until we signed first. We did, and guess what, no money.

This is not a trustworthy company, and I would stay away!!!

Poor parts, poor workmanship and high cost.  One-star review is fitting.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
