They came out, looked at everything.  Did video of the septic line.  They found the blockage, cleared the line and ran the line a second time.  Stayed to verify that there were no issues.  They ran the washer and turned on every faucet for 10 minutes to verify the issue was fixed.  

I had hired a previous company that did absolutely nothing  but take my money.  This company was very professional and told me everything they were doing the whole time.  

Job well done and they will be my first call if I have any issues in the future.   I highly recommend this company.

When we had a plumbing problem the first time in our new house I didn't know who to call, was lucky enough to call Performance Pro Plumbers...they were fantastic- affordable and honest about repairs.
SO when we had a second problem, with a leaking toilet- we knew who to call.
Shannon was out NEXT day at no extra cost- was honest about damages, efficient and as always friendly. The leak was taken care of immediately, everything was cleaned up, as if nothing ever happened.
We live in a historic house and I have no doubt we will have future problems, but I have no doubt who to call when we do. Thank you !

Paul was friendly, knowledgeable and installs quality products.  Pricing is fair and he was responsive.  I particularly like he's from the western suburbs, as I always try to support local businesses.

I needed to satisfy the village code of Elmwood Park because I sold my house. I already had a membership with Larry's Plumbing, so I called for their approximate rates.  When I was told the cost would be around $800 (with the member 20% discount, mind you) at the minimum, I immediately started asking around.  Our handyman told us to call Forte Plumbing.  They're local, have a great relationship with the surrounding villages, and they couldn't be nicer people to deal with.  Best of all, they told me they could do the work for $250! When they came to do the work, it took them 4 hours.  STILL only charged me $250, even though it was certainly more work than expected.  I would have happily paid more.  I wish Forte serviced the far western suburbs -- when you find a good plumber, you should never let them go!  Thank you Carmen and Michael!

It was very easy to schedule an appointment and the girl who helped me schedule was very helpful. They fixed a leak at the base of my toilet, and everything is working great now!

Our sump pump broke down, and we noticed a small leak in our basement.  We called on Sunday Morning and Dominick was available and able to show up within two hours.  He replaced our system quickly at a very reasonable price and was very helpful.  Will definitely be using Dominick for any future issues and recommending to all of our friends and family.

My husband and I were out of town and our 18 and 20 year old were home alone and called to let us know water was dripping from our ceiling through our kitchen light fixture.  Pete, the owner, was recommended to me by a neighbor.  He was at our house within 2 hours, was very reassuring on the phone, diagnosed the issue quickly, was very polite to our teenage son and explained everything in detail.  He followed up with text pictures of the issue (since we were not home) and did not even charge me his trip fee!  Highly recommend.

We have been using Ray as our plumber for 15 years. He's gotten us through some nasty plumbing problems. He's quick to respond to calls. His work is dependable. His prices are reasonable. But today, he earned a permanent place in my heart: he hooked up an icemaker for me!! I love ice in my drinks and hate making it in ice trays. Now, I won't have to thanks to Ray.

It was so easy to get an appointment via Yelp quotes and they were able to get me in the next day. Scott called ahead and arrived on time and did an excellent job fixing my toilet clog. Highly recommend!!!

These guys are lifesavers! They are professional and prompt. Responsive and attentive. They saved the day quickly when first our toilets were clogged, and later our disposal. (The kids now know to keep away!)

Your search for a plumber stops here. I got a call only a few minutes after I sent a request through Yelp. Kim was super nice and worked with me to have someone come out to our place as soon as possible, and called me back literally not two minutes later to let me know Marc was already on his way out to assess our situation. They were both so courteous! Marc took a look and figured out what was causing our leak right away. It took only about an hour from when he first called, to go get the kit he needed, and make the repairs. He legitimately left our bathroom cleaner than it was when he got there! I am so glad to have found a great respectable place to handle any future plumbing issues we might have, and at a completely reasonable rate. FIVE STARS, MD PLUMBING! Great work.

The best service I've ever received from a company! My husband & I have been clients for years & the service continues to be excellent! Each plumber has been so kind & respectful, hence the name Courtesy Plumbing.  As a women I don't always feel safe w/ repairmen in my home. However, the plumbers at Courtesy Plumbing never make me feel uncomfortable! It's like your friend is helping you! The plumbers are just good people who do great work!

Everything everyone else said is true!  Mom's sewer was chock full of roots, causing a terrible backup in her bathroom.  He arrived within a half hour and had the problem resolved quickly for a more than fair price.  Why is it the people you don't want to have to deal with are always the kind of people you want to deal with all the time?!?  Thanks, Greg!

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

Had my kitchen sink back up, I did all the work in an attempt to get it unclogged myself but nope! Called Miguel at RMO, I explained it all to him and he gave me a price before he even came over, which I liked. He was courteous, on time and very professional.

The job was done quickly, and no mess. I'm sure I would've of saved a few bucks somewhere else but, it's nice you speak to someone right away, even at night, and can get it done when you need it. I would recommend!

Always good service and fair prices.  But then again, we have been customers for only about 30 years.  ; )

Four Seasons just came out to my house to clean my air duct vents and conduct their 30 point furnace check.  The gentleman who did the furnace check couldn't have been any nicer and professional.  He went out of his way to re-wire my furnace because he advised that the company I used before was not properly maintaining it (and it really did look sloppy before he fixed it).  He also gave me recommendations on air filters that best work with my furnace and home life.  

The guys who cleaned my air ducts did a great job by taking off my vent covers and installing them back on.  They did a thorough job cleaning up after themselves and disposing of all the dirt that was collect through my vents.  My house is less dusty and the air quality is better.

I am very happy with the services I received and would recommend them to a friend and I will be using them for future services.

I am so upset with Ed the Plumber. They charged a ridiculous amount of money to show up for a simple job. When I tried to discuss this with them, I got the same sorry, there is nothing I can do speech, and if I refused the service, they were going to charge a $125 fee for showing up. The woman who answers the phone hung up on me when were discussing her unscrupulous pricing tactics. We had used Ed the Plumber in the past, but I will NEVER use them again, and I encourage anyone else NOT to use them as well.

Where to even begin.....

We hired Tim Shey, the owner, to do some plumbing work. Initially he came off as being a normal tradesmen... His bedside manor was a little abrasive but not so bad that I didn't think to not use him.

Well, I wish I would have cut ties the moment I picked up on that abrasiveness b/c my experience with him turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My experience with him was absolutely abusive and for no reason. For a long time i asked myself what I did to deserve him being so rude and disrespectful and then I finally realized that I did nothing at all to deserve the treatment bestowed upon us.

On top of the abuse, here I am, months later and i've had issue after issue with the plumbing. Very basic things were missed. Most recently, we had to hire a plumber to come out to fix one of the toilets he installed. Lord knows how long it's been leaking but I happed to notice one day that water was leaking out the back every time the toilet was flushed. It turns out that he didn't install it correctly as the top wasn't tighten to the base. The damage this has caused ....... I wonder if he did it purposely? I really do.... We also have had issues with every faucet he installed. Every single one had to be reinstalled. Additionally, one of the shower heads was leaking . That was another plumber visit. I keep going on and on with the issues but I'm sure you get the point.

This was not my personal experience but I spoke to another person who hired him who needed an additional week to pay him for his services and instead of waiting, he went to her home, pushed himself through her door and ripped out all of her plumbing so that she couldn't access any water! Who does that!

Please note that this was my personal experience with Tim. I'll never understand why I didn't just ask him to leave my condo the minute he was disrespectful.
