Had Paul out over the summer to fix a clogged drain. Super professional, prompt, and overall a great guy. He takes pride in his work and really does treat it as if it was his own house. There's a reason this guy doesn't have to advertise, his work ethic and the quality of work speak for themselves.

Yesterday (Sunday) morning we noticed that we had no hot water. Opened the basement door and could see water on the floor, I called Paul right away. He walked me through the steps to turn off the water supply and drain the tank to avoid a bigger mess. He didn't want to have to charge me for a Sunday call so he moved his schedule around so that he could come first thing Monday morning. A few minutes later he called and said that he lived 5 minutes away and would come over to make sure everything was shut off and hook up the hose to drain the tank. The man stopped by on his way to church at no charge! He pointed out how the previous water heater was not properly installed and fixed the copper and PVC pipes accordingly. He is as clean as he is thorough and went above and beyond as he did the first time I used him. I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone I know in need of a plumber. I hope I never see him again (haha) but should I ever be in need of a plumber, there's no question as to who I would call....

Keith came out from Forte Plumbing to replace our old sump pump and replaced the broken valve as well. He did a good job and would highly recommend this company if you have any problems with your sump pumps.

Get 2nd and 3rd opinions for your issue!  Exaggerated several of my issues and did not fix all of my problems.  I still have major issues!  They fixed the easy stuff at a high price.

I wish I could give Dominick ten stars! 2am and the sump pump alarm is going crazy and pouring rain outside. I frantically call two contractors I have dealt with and four other ones trying to find somebody and then happen on Sump Pump Doctor as Dominick picks up the phone and shows up within the hour. He replaced both my sump pumps (the other had not been working for quite a while), explained that the previous guy put in a Zolar and to stay away from that brand. He also put in a different check valve that doesn't sound like a mini thunderclap every time the pump discharges. And the emergency price was $750 with the pump, install, radon pipe modifications which is less than most would charge during non-emergency hours. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and responsiveness of Dominick. He also does injector pumps (which I wish I knew when mine went down last month and I got a good soaking not only from the water in the basement but from the guy who changed it). Thanks Dominick! You are a life saver!!!!

Positive experience, was able to call Ray during an emergency at 11pm (I live in Mokena) he came right out fixed the problem. Very nice and didn't charge a fortune. Will  definitely  use again.

Furnace went out and spoke first to Jay who  reassured me that he was heading to office and Jennifer would call me to get info. Jennifers kind voice and words that  they will  send out help to get heat restored. It was Saturday at 3:00 PM and we had an issue.  Since earlier in the morning we had been trying to get our drains unplugged using conventional methods such as drain cleaners and plungers.  Pour in the chemicals and wait for the allotted time and pour hot water... nothing was working.  Called the plumber we had used to replace our water heater and they said since it was a Saturday this would be an emergency call which would be an extra $200 to come out and look at the situation and they did not have anyone available for 4 hours.  I told them I would call back in a few minutes while I talked it over with my wife and if we thought we could make due Monday morning.  We decided it needed to be done and called back.  Luckily the phone rang and no one answered which forced me to go and find someone else.

I really liked that Drain & Plumbing Services listed their pricing schedule on their website.  I could see their pricing and that while a Saturday afternoon was not the cheapest call time, it was not an extra $200 surcharge. I called and they told me someone could be there in an hour.  They sent me a text message and much like Uber, I could see where Sergio was now and when he started to come to my house I could get an idea of when he was leaving the other call.

Are these the people that come in and take off their boots at the front door or wear coverings on their shoes? No.  Did they need some extra paper towels to sop up some water that I supplied? Yes  Was there a little communications challenge because I do not speak Ukrainian? Yes

They came on a Saturday evening, did the job we asked for a fair price and did it competently.  I was charged exactly what I was told with no surprises and he got a big tip too.

Yes, I would call them again when I need assistance with my plumbing.

I had Sean and Paul out to my salon today to address issues with my pedicure stations. They listened to my concerns and formulated a plan and started working right away. Due to needing to order parts some issues couldn't be resolved. However,Sean even offered to research finding the part for my out dated pedicure station. How nice is that! So if your looking for professional,prompt, and knowledgable plumbing service these are the guys for you.

I've seen the trucks all over the area for years,  the only thing was I didn't need a plumber at the time.   When I needed a plumber I knew who to call.  I did read the reviews and it was clear unlike a clogged line to the sewer, to call Courtesy Plumbing.   Prompt and professional and very clear on how pricing works, I would not at all hesitate to highly recommend them.   I'll need them to come out again and rod and I have confidence in their ability to do the job and do it well.

Everything everyone else said is true!  Mom's sewer was chock full of roots, causing a terrible backup in her bathroom.  He arrived within a half hour and had the problem resolved quickly for a more than fair price.  Why is it the people you don't want to have to deal with are always the kind of people you want to deal with all the time?!?  Thanks, Greg!

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.

All in all I felt like they took good care of me.

Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.

They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

Very responsive, prompt, on time and did a neat job of piping up shower valve and diverter.

Always good service and fair prices.  But then again, we have been customers for only about 30 years.  ; )

I will use anyone other than Four Seasons. I have given them 3 chances and they have consistently let me down. I had them come out a couple of years ago when my condenser went out and they tried to sell me a whole new Condenser/Compressor for $4000. I paid their visit fee and told them thanks but no thanks. I had an independent contractor come replace the compressor for $1200.

Next, my thermostat went out and I had them come out. They tried to sell me a whole new furnace. Again, I told them thanks but no thanks. I had a different independent contractor come out and replace the thermostat for $200.

Finally, the pressure switch went out last winter, I had Four Seasons come out and they again tried to sell me a new furnace for $4500. They sited water damage to the pressure switch. To repair they quoted me $1000-$1200 so I might as well replace the whole unit. Again, I told them thanks but no thanks. I had a third independent contract come out and replace the switch for $200.

Four Season's idea of repair is to replace the entire unit. Don't walk away, run.

Poor parts, poor workmanship and high cost.  One-star review is fitting.

Where to even begin.....

We hired Tim Shey, the owner, to do some plumbing work. Initially he came off as being a normal tradesmen... His bedside manor was a little abrasive but not so bad that I didn't think to not use him.

Well, I wish I would have cut ties the moment I picked up on that abrasiveness b/c my experience with him turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My experience with him was absolutely abusive and for no reason. For a long time i asked myself what I did to deserve him being so rude and disrespectful and then I finally realized that I did nothing at all to deserve the treatment bestowed upon us.

On top of the abuse, here I am, months later and i've had issue after issue with the plumbing. Very basic things were missed. Most recently, we had to hire a plumber to come out to fix one of the toilets he installed. Lord knows how long it's been leaking but I happed to notice one day that water was leaking out the back every time the toilet was flushed. It turns out that he didn't install it correctly as the top wasn't tighten to the base. The damage this has caused ....... I wonder if he did it purposely? I really do.... We also have had issues with every faucet he installed. Every single one had to be reinstalled. Additionally, one of the shower heads was leaking . That was another plumber visit. I keep going on and on with the issues but I'm sure you get the point.

This was not my personal experience but I spoke to another person who hired him who needed an additional week to pay him for his services and instead of waiting, he went to her home, pushed himself through her door and ripped out all of her plumbing so that she couldn't access any water! Who does that!

Please note that this was my personal experience with Tim. I'll never understand why I didn't just ask him to leave my condo the minute he was disrespectful.
