Pete was really good and knowledgeable. I found a leak Ofer the weekend, not an emergency so I decided to email on a Sunday morning, hoping that the next day I'll get a call back. I was surprised to hear back from Pete shortly after my email. He listened to my description of the issues and was there the next day. After evaluating the issue he discovered the problem was something else. Much cheaper to fix too. He worked around my busy Monday to get the plumbing issue fix right away at a reasonable price.  Once the work was completed he took the time to explain what was done. I even had a question after he left the site and he answered promptly and very cordial. Definitely the number it's now on my contact list for any other future plumbing work. Thank you!

We usually use Four Seasons as they are a 24-hr. service and for whatever reason, God seems to send us HVAC & plumbing problems after 6 p.m. or on weekends. Not sure what we did to piss him off, but--Anyway, around 7:30 p.m. on a Tuesday, I heard the sump pump running almost continuously--and it's winter. It'll do that when we get a downpour, but when it's 25 degrees out? Went to check it out & you can just hear the water pouring into the pit. A leak? Broken pump? Obviously not a good thing, regardless. We called Four Seasons and got a guy who tried to call about three techs, none of whom wanted to come out until the next morning. Nope, sorry, you lose. Went onto Yelp for a 24 hr. plumber and found Advantage. Jay came right out, diagnosed the problem (pump needed replacing, which we figured) and gave us five options, from a cheap band-aid fix of the old one to a Rolls-Royce replacement. We opted for the Ford Explorer replacement as we figured we'd only be in the house for another three years. Jay returned the next morning at 7:15 and took care of business. We're back in business with a better sump pump, no tracked dirt and a friendly guy to add to our great service people list. Will definitely call when the water heater explodes next Dec. 25 at midnight.

Was very happy with the service. Martin was the person who came out for the estimate and he was very knowledgeable plus helpful. Answers all our question, most likely we will go with them to replace our water heater.  Would recommend to anyone.

I am very happy with MD plumbing and sewer today! When I called a few days ago they were very professional and scheduled me in quickly. Mark called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Since moving into another old house neither outdoor water supplys worked correctly.  One leaking into our laundry room and the other just trickling water. Mark arrived and first impression was wonderful. He was very pleasant and got right to work. He diagonosed the problem and had to run out to get a part which didn't take long. Total took about 1.5 hrs start to finish. I am so happy to have an outdoor water supply. Thank you Mark for saving my arms from lugging gallons of water from inside to water my plants! It was very affordable and I would definitely use him again.

Anthony Pasderetz installed a 1 piece toilet and ensured it meets handicap-accessible laws, summarized the job with a detailed report, gave me the quoted price with potential for adds in cost of the job was more complex than anticipated (ahead of time) so no surprises, found an issue I would never have caught that would have cost me time and $ in the future ... resolved everything in a short amount of time ... after 3 previous plumbers (excellent by the way) were not able ... maybe not state of the art tools, anyway Courtesy is a DEFINITE recommend)!

I called several plumbers on a Saturday due to a clogged sewer line. Few even called me back. Greg called right away and was over within a half hour. Greg couldn't have been nicer. Great job. Reasonable price.

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

Needed someone to install a new kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. Mikey was very professional and knowledgeable. You can tell he pays attention to detail and wants the customer to be happy with his work! Extremely satisfied how it turned out.  Highly recommend.

Spring maintenance on A/C.  Tech asked for a garbage bag so he could dispose of dirty filter

I am so upset with Ed the Plumber. They charged a ridiculous amount of money to show up for a simple job. When I tried to discuss this with them, I got the same sorry, there is nothing I can do speech, and if I refused the service, they were going to charge a $125 fee for showing up. The woman who answers the phone hung up on me when were discussing her unscrupulous pricing tactics. We had used Ed the Plumber in the past, but I will NEVER use them again, and I encourage anyone else NOT to use them as well.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
