Highly, highly recommend this company. We have used them several times and every time they come to our home they are so helpful and solve the problem quickly and efficiently. We had used our property manager's plumbers for a leak for a year and a half and they were not able to find the cause of a leak. Zoom drain used a camera and found the leak in about an hour. This company is really great.

Only negative side is their answering service, definitely place a requests through yelp or their website and they will call you directly.

We called on a Sunday night, the owner returned our call within a few minutes and tried to talk us through the repair on our own.  When our rookie work didn't hold, they came out and got us all fixed up the same day.  The estimate was accurate, the work was fast, and they were great to work with.  Very satisfied, would use again.

Had a very good experience with Paul today.. he figured out an issue with an external spigot in minutes and instead of it needing to be replaced, Paul was able to fix the problem in under 10 minutes. I also double paid electronically by mistake and he refunded the extra payment immediately. All in all great experience. Would definitely use his service again!

After getting a quote for faucet repair from another company (which advertises on tv) I called forte for a competitive quote. Forte was one third the price and did not require me to join a club. The staff were pleasant and worked quickly. I will call them first if I need more work done.

Charged $499 for a simple shower cartridge replacement that took 1 hour. Shower cartridge is roughly $60 so they charged $439/hour. Pretty outrageous hourly rate. When I called initially to have them come out they would not give me a price for a shower cartridge replacement, otherwise I would've called someone else.

Will not call again.

With that said, they were responsive and came out within a few hours of calling. They did complete the job (although the technician had trouble returning the valve to the correct temperature operation). Nevertheless, I was disappointed that a local business would price gouge a nearby resident.

Dominick was quick to get back to me and set up an appointment for Monday morning. He was right on time and had my old ejector pump removed with a new one installed in less than an hour. New pump looks and runs beautifully. I recommended him to my father who used used him a few weeks later to replace his faulty ejector pump as well.

I called Pete today to take a look at our sump pump, humidifier, and hot water heater. I called this afternoon and he fit me in same day. He's courteous, professional, and gave us a quick diagnosis of our problems. He did not try to upsell us any products we did not need. He's local, which is important to my family. I will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs.

Positive experience, was able to call Ray during an emergency at 11pm (I live in Mokena) he came right out fixed the problem. Very nice and didn't charge a fortune. Will  definitely  use again.

Advantage Plumbing installed a new 2 stage furnace with humidifier and a new A/C unit in my house approximately 5 months ago. First I would like to mention that I have had multiple contractors tell me that the space in my house was too tight for a humidifier, but the guys from Advantage Plumbing got it done no problem. They did all the work in one day and left the place clean. I have ran the A/C unit for a few months and now the furnace, and they both function beautifully. My utility bills are lower, and I am very happy with the quote I received from Advantage Plumbing for the work. Overall great, professional, and quality work. Thanks to Josh and the rest of the staff! I would highly recommend these guys.

Great dealing with this company!  Our home warranty company referred us to them regarding our kitchen faucet.  When I explained the situation to Anna, she suggested to pick out a faucet ahead of time, and her technician will pick it up in case it needs to be replaced.  Sure enough, it did...so only one visit was needed and we have a great new faucet installed in a very short amount of time.  Johnny did a great job, and was very polite.

Mark & his crew were life savers when our water heater went kaput at the start of the cold season!  A friend of a friend recommended him when I was looking for a plumber to install an already purchased water heater (was just waiting for the old one to stop working and when it did, we were not prepared to install the new one). After calling several plumbers in the area, most of whom were obviously put off that I would not also be purchasing the water heater from them and claimed that the project would take too long to fit into their schedule, Mark was more than willing to come by and complete the 2 hour install.  I was very happy with his rate and perhaps more importantly, the workmanship.  It's such a relief to finally find that go-to person in town for plumbing!

These guys were amazing. So professional so quick and affordable. Frank was so kind and he cleaned up after. I was so impressed by there professionalism. Highly recommend. We will definitely be calling these guys again.

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.

All in all I felt like they took good care of me.

Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.

They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

We had a gas leak that was found by Nicor and we were able to get an appointment the next morning with RMO Plumbing. Ralph came out to fix the gas leak in addition to leaks from our water heater. He was on time and knowledgeable. After he left, we realized the gas was still leaking. We called Mike back and Ralph came out within a few hours to fix the issue. Despite the small problem, we would use them again. Friendly and fair priced.

So I just had a plumber over to the house to look at the garbage disposal.  He looked at it for 5 mins and told me it was bad and I had to replace it.  He then tried to upcharge me by trying to sell me one for $150 or a better one for $300.  Since I told him they were overpriced and that I was going to buy one myself, he tried to charge me $136 for him coming to my house for 5 mins.  Couldn't believe it. He stated that was there hourly fee and they had to charge me for 1 hour.  Obviously I didn't pay it.  First they try to overcharge me significantly for the garbage disposal and then they want to charge me for an hour of work at $136 an hour!!  I would go elsewhere with your plumbing needs. Perhaps someone who is more trustworthy.

Recently, July 3rd, my AC went out....during the hottest days in recent history and before a holiday.  Panicked, I remembered meeting Toby M. months ago during a jury duty day at criminal court.  We had plenty of time to talk and when I asked what he did he explained that he worked at Four Seasons and how much he loved working there.  He told me how he had been given a break and was making the most of the opportunity he had been given.  He felt respected at his job and believed he was with a trusted organization with great business ethics.   I asked him for his business card because you never know when you will need help with your AC or furnace!

Well this week I did and I called him.  He called me back immediately and said that while he was in sales, he would go into the office and get a service call set up for me.  Within an hour I was back on the phone with him and he told me someone would be out that afternoon.

Later that day, as promised, Ricardo M. made the service call.  He carefully inspected the unit and he gave me three different scenarios.  One was relatively inexpensive and two were pricey and probably couldn't be fixed immediately.  He said he would try the first option.  It worked!!  The unit is 14 years old and we agreed I would need a new one but now I have time to budget for it.  He was so good natured and polite and I felt very comfortable that he was giving me the straight story.  That is hard to find these days.

So now I am in air conditioned comfort and can still plan to take a vacation this year!  I can't tell you how happy I was with Toby helping me out and Ricardo being such an expert in this area.  I know a new unit is in my future and I plan to get it from Four Seasons.  I will also certainly refer my friends to Four Seasons.

It is so rare these days to find such excellent customer service.  I believe it is usually generated from a business ethic that is expected company wide.  These two gentlemen are clear examples of that.  My sincerest thanks.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, for anything!!!  Charges $125 to walk in your door, whether you hire him or not.  Was told on phone when I made the appointment, if I hired them the $125. would be waived.  I assumed that meant deducted from bill.  NO... it did not!!!   I found Ed the Plumber information in our church bulletin and expected them to be trustworthy, honest and reasonable.  Quote was $498.00 to replace my kitchen faucet (which I purchased separately).  Since I choose NOT to hire them I had to pay the $125. !!  

Next day I hired someone else and paid $175.00 TOTAL for this simple job.

This guy is a thief and using the church bulletin to rake in the $$$. I had to ask about the parishioner discount and then ask for senior discount, which only reduce the quote to $438.00.  Ridiculous, definitely out for the bucks and not to earn a good reputation.

Where to even begin.....

We hired Tim Shey, the owner, to do some plumbing work. Initially he came off as being a normal tradesmen... His bedside manor was a little abrasive but not so bad that I didn't think to not use him.

Well, I wish I would have cut ties the moment I picked up on that abrasiveness b/c my experience with him turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My experience with him was absolutely abusive and for no reason. For a long time i asked myself what I did to deserve him being so rude and disrespectful and then I finally realized that I did nothing at all to deserve the treatment bestowed upon us.

On top of the abuse, here I am, months later and i've had issue after issue with the plumbing. Very basic things were missed. Most recently, we had to hire a plumber to come out to fix one of the toilets he installed. Lord knows how long it's been leaking but I happed to notice one day that water was leaking out the back every time the toilet was flushed. It turns out that he didn't install it correctly as the top wasn't tighten to the base. The damage this has caused ....... I wonder if he did it purposely? I really do.... We also have had issues with every faucet he installed. Every single one had to be reinstalled. Additionally, one of the shower heads was leaking . That was another plumber visit. I keep going on and on with the issues but I'm sure you get the point.

This was not my personal experience but I spoke to another person who hired him who needed an additional week to pay him for his services and instead of waiting, he went to her home, pushed himself through her door and ripped out all of her plumbing so that she couldn't access any water! Who does that!

Please note that this was my personal experience with Tim. I'll never understand why I didn't just ask him to leave my condo the minute he was disrespectful.
