They came out, looked at everything.  Did video of the septic line.  They found the blockage, cleared the line and ran the line a second time.  Stayed to verify that there were no issues.  They ran the washer and turned on every faucet for 10 minutes to verify the issue was fixed.  

I had hired a previous company that did absolutely nothing  but take my money.  This company was very professional and told me everything they were doing the whole time.  

Job well done and they will be my first call if I have any issues in the future.   I highly recommend this company.

LOVE PPP! Shannon and Ann Marie make a great team. The first time i called, Shannon came out, same day and fixed our disposal right away. The second time I called (regarding potential frozen pipes and our washing machine now working)-- didn't even require a visit as they advised me on ways to fix it myself... which saved me the time and money of having them come out. I will ALWAYS use these guys!!

Paul was great.  Very respectful, responsive and reasonably priced.  We had a leaking master bath toilet with was installed incorrectly by previous owner.  Over time became a hidden problem.  Paul not only fixed it quickly but went as far as trimming the tile around the toilet so everything fit and looked perfect.  Felt he went above and beyond and was looking out for us.  Really appreciated what he did.  Highly recommend.

Robert and his team are the best! Answers the phone when I call and they are really efficient and professional. These guys know their stuff. Also very reasonable with the prices.

We had a garbage disposal that went out and a Bidet that needed to be installed. The person on the phone was very nice and it was easy to schedule and appointment.  They scheduled a free estimate, arrived on time, and were very professional.  Logan and his partner Dennis inspected the items I had called and provided what I thought was a quick and fair estimate.  I decided to have them do the work and they started immediately.  They wrapped up the jobs quickly, professionally, and with no mess.  Overall it was a very easy experience thanks to Logan's clear and professional explanation and execution of the work required.

One of the first people to respond to me when we realized our basement was beginning to flood... despite having a system that worked, we felt that replacing the 20 year old system full of little issues would be the smart thing to do.

Dominick was friendly, professional, informative, and communicative. We are happy with how everything looks, the quality of the products installed, and having peace of mind knowing that it was done right this time.

I must say that after I submitted my project request in Yelp, Peter contacted me within 15 minutes and scheduled same day plumbing work with me.  1-1/2 hours later, he said he can stop by now if I like, of which I said of course.  Very personable, reliable and easy to talk.  After he finished installing my faucet and garbage disposal unit, he showed me how to use them.  You think it's easy to understand how they work but with so many new innovations going on in this world, he wanted to make sure I understand how they work.

I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs and I will be using him next Spring to install my tankless water heater.

Wow!! I had an plumbing and sewer emergency about a month ago, a main line of the sewer was backing up into my laundry and furnace room. As a somewhat newer home owner I was at a loss and in a panic and just called around until I found someone that could help me sooner rather than later.

Well, Advantage Plumbing and Sewer came to my rescue. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job at my house, they were nothing but helpful, punctual, and offered five star customer service.

Ben was the gentleman that was sent to help me. Let me tell you, Ben is simply amazing. From the start he put my mind at ease that everything would be okay, he was beyond friendly, his experience spoke volumes, and you better believe that if I need any plumbing help in the future, I'm calling and asking for Ben! Thank you for making a crappy situation a little less crappy. Five stars all around!

Martin's and the DPS team have been out to my house on a few occasions and have been helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as they help fix my issues. They are my go-to plumbers!

I spend days searching for a good honest plumber for our sewer problem. I decided on Courtesy Plumbing and glad I did. I gave them a call and someone answered the phone which a step in the right direction. She said someone will be out tomorrow.
Mike arrived and looked over our problem and informed us to start with our city as the ground on the parkway was starting to cave in over the water main.

We had a small job and no other plumber wanted to touch it. One other plumber gave us a ridiculous price of $800. The Sewer Guy charged us $100, $50 for the part. Greg came out and did an excellent job! I will definitely use them again.

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

Although we didn't get service with them, they were amazing at reaching out and explaining what may need to be done. Thank you for your promptness and patience.

I've used these folks for 20 plus years and have always found them to be prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. My house has the usual and unusual array of plumbing issues and the problems we've had were sometimes simple and occasionally complex. Things were always explained thoroughly and the work done promptly and well! My neighbor referred me to them and told me she'd used a variety of companies over the years and found these folks to be reliable and consistent! I agree with her wholeheartedly! Please beware they will charge you a arm and two legs!!!  My husband found Ed the Plumber information in our  church bulletin and expected them to be trustworthy, honest and resonable or simply industry service rate  ( which does not mean cheap), but no they are absolutely the worst wanted to  replace a toliet, they quoted me over 1,750.00!!   I asked what type of  toliet costs that much... he said a Gerber so I wanted to research it  I asked for a model number and was told I DON'T KNOW, the most expensive one I found was 389.99 so are they charging 1300.00 to install, hypothetically even if the toliet costed 750.00 are they charging 1000.00 to install??  Then he said if you purchase the toliet we will install for approximately 700.00!!! I also was going to get my tub caulked since they would already be here they quoted 385.00 for just around the tub!!! This company is the absolute worst type of ripoffs ever, they prey on parishioners seeing  their advertisement in the church bulletin and believe they are contacting a honest business, but the truth is Ed the Plumber is   just using a cheap form of advertisement with a very large potential customer base with a lot of word of mouth. I really wish I could give them a  -0 for a rating!!!

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
