Professional, kind and integrity are my impression of Shannon. He was recommended by a friend of my wife and I really thank God for him. I called him to fix the broken hot water faucet connecting to washing machine. My dryer was broken and I ordered a set of washer and dryer. I did not know that I got a broken faucet until I disconnect everything in preparing for the new washer but the installers did not want to do anything with the washer because of it and just left. I tried to connect myself but can not get it work. Called Shannon to fix the faucet for me so that I can have the service people in again to install the washer for me. Because of the ages of my house, the new faucet does not fit. Thanks God that Shannon fixed them all for me so quick and clean and connect the washer for me and have everything ready for me as courtesy. I also asked him to fix the broken valve that controls the incoming water pipe in the basement, which I knew about a couple years ago. He fixed it so quick and clean and the cost was very reasonable. Even better than what the handyman quoted me years ago. I am so glad that I don't need to worry about who to call for the plumbing related works anymore. I enjoy his whistling too. I think he is gifted in that and it really smooth my troubling heart ( days without washer and dryers and dirty cloths piled up ... ). If you worry about the cost of a professional plumber and thinking of getting a handy man but worry whether he/she can do a good job or not, you don't need to anymore. Just call Shannon.

We were doing some drywall patching due to a stain on our ceiling that we THOUGHT was from a window we had replaced. Turned out, the stain was from a leaky drain, and the drywall guy was going to hold off until we found a plumber to fix the leak. We were on a tight project deadline, too.

Paul came out on super short notice, and was able to quickly assess and repair the leak. He provided fair pricing upfront. Friendly guy, too!

After getting a quote for faucet repair from another company (which advertises on tv) I called forte for a competitive quote. Forte was one third the price and did not require me to join a club. The staff were pleasant and worked quickly. I will call them first if I need more work done.

One star only because they did come to our home fast! But of course they would knowing they would take advantage of new homeowners. Rescue plumbing? Not one bit. They charged almost $2000 for rodding. A service that ABC plumbing/ cooling etc did for $93.
We had to call again due to the issue not being resolved after this company came to fix our problem.
We called and spoke to owner on why it was so expensive and he quickly came to the rescue of his own workers KNOWING we were gouged. He refunded a small amount back but they were not very nice and will never call again.
I hope no one gets taken advantage of by them.

I called to schedule a service.  When I told him what was involved, he never called back.  I was not important enough to service.

I needed a couple of water heaters replaced and piping changed to be more practical. Advantage showed up when they said they would, were better priced than the apples to apples competition, and provided great service. How many contractors would actually move your things and then place them  back the same way it was? I haven't found many if any. These guys pay attention to detail and left the basement cleaner than it was.  A+++ would use again.

Martin and Anna are the best! Moved into a new home that didn't have a back up sump pump. It was installed with ease, lots of explanation and care from the technician, and peace of mind for us.

We've used MD plumbing a number of minor issues, ranging from repairing a frozen pipe, replacing a spigot, fixing a leaking toilet, routing a sewer drain and leak detection at a shower pan. They've been reliable and on time every time so far. The frozen pipe was an emergency, as it was a radiator heat line and we were losing heat fast.. risking further pipe freezes. They helped us out and didn't give us any sort of rush pricing hassle.

Bottom line, these guys are a good operation and I'll keep using them for our plumbing needs.

Anthony Pasderetz installed a 1 piece toilet and ensured it meets handicap-accessible laws, summarized the job with a detailed report, gave me the quoted price with potential for adds in cost of the job was more complex than anticipated (ahead of time) so no surprises, found an issue I would never have caught that would have cost me time and $ in the future ... resolved everything in a short amount of time ... after 3 previous plumbers (excellent by the way) were not able ... maybe not state of the art tools, anyway Courtesy is a DEFINITE recommend)!

We had a small job and no other plumber wanted to touch it. One other plumber gave us a ridiculous price of $800. The Sewer Guy charged us $100, $50 for the part. Greg came out and did an excellent job! I will definitely use them again.

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

Derrick was very professional, listen to problem and worked out solution.... need new faucet, water lines ok. He will return to install faucet for a reasonable charge.

Yesterday we received a call from Dave Musial, the owner of Four Seasons. He offered an apology for the situation and a refund to compensate for the humidifier that wasn't provided. We really appreciate the call, the apology, and the fact that in the end Four Seasons corrected this. At the same time, that doesn't take away the distress we've gone through these past weeks... and the troubling fact that we were only listened to when the reputation of Four Seasons was on the line. After weeks of being dismissed over the phone, within 1 hour of reporting them to BBB and publishing this review, we received multiple calls from customer service offering to make it right.

I am so upset with Ed the Plumber. They charged a ridiculous amount of money to show up for a simple job. When I tried to discuss this with them, I got the same sorry, there is nothing I can do speech, and if I refused the service, they were going to charge a $125 fee for showing up. The woman who answers the phone hung up on me when were discussing her unscrupulous pricing tactics. We had used Ed the Plumber in the past, but I will NEVER use them again, and I encourage anyone else NOT to use them as well.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
