Highly, highly recommend this company. We have used them several times and every time they come to our home they are so helpful and solve the problem quickly and efficiently. We had used our property manager's plumbers for a leak for a year and a half and they were not able to find the cause of a leak. Zoom drain used a camera and found the leak in about an hour. This company is really great.

Only negative side is their answering service, definitely place a requests through yelp or their website and they will call you directly.

LOVE PPP! Shannon and Ann Marie make a great team. The first time i called, Shannon came out, same day and fixed our disposal right away. The second time I called (regarding potential frozen pipes and our washing machine now working)-- didn't even require a visit as they advised me on ways to fix it myself... which saved me the time and money of having them come out. I will ALWAYS use these guys!!

Sump pump was first, then came the water heater followed by a leak from the sink in the master bathroom.  Thankfully I found Paul with the first issue and was able to count on him for the subsequent issues.  Paul was extremely knowledgeable and provided options for me to choose from.  I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.  The quality of service and the reasonable costs are second to none.  If you find yourself in need of a plumber you should call Paul, you will not be disappointed.

I hired forte plumbing to install a new kitchen sink and faucet  and to repair the leaky pipe under it. Robert forte came with a woman who was to do the work. she started work on the sink and pipes 3 hours later she was finished.   in the bathroom she installed the pipes and faucet , then realized the faucet didn't fit. she left , came back with another faucet and installed that one.   six hours later Robert forte came back with another plumber and said the kitchen sink was not right. they removed the kitchen sink and reinstalled it.  I paid them.   four days later I am still removing caulk that is oozing from the kitchen sink  I went to put back the toiletries under my vanity and the door fell off. I called the office and the woman said that the door was probably broken before.  I asked if someone could come and fix the door. no one called me back.       VERY DISAPPOINTED INEXPERIENCED PLUMBER SLOPPY JOB  FROM  A COMPANY THAT I TRUSTED            .

The work was done quickly and professionally, and with short notice. There was an issue that I brought up with the price, and this was completely resolved by costumer service.  I appreciate that they care enough to reach out to customers and fully resolve issues.

I wish I could give Dominick ten stars! 2am and the sump pump alarm is going crazy and pouring rain outside. I frantically call two contractors I have dealt with and four other ones trying to find somebody and then happen on Sump Pump Doctor as Dominick picks up the phone and shows up within the hour. He replaced both my sump pumps (the other had not been working for quite a while), explained that the previous guy put in a Zolar and to stay away from that brand. He also put in a different check valve that doesn't sound like a mini thunderclap every time the pump discharges. And the emergency price was $750 with the pump, install, radon pipe modifications which is less than most would charge during non-emergency hours. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and responsiveness of Dominick. He also does injector pumps (which I wish I knew when mine went down last month and I got a good soaking not only from the water in the basement but from the guy who changed it). Thanks Dominick! You are a life saver!!!!

This review is regarding customer service: He called me back asap regarding the problem we were having in our sink. We didn't use his service because my house was under warranty and the contracted plumber came and fixed it. In the future, we will be using Burr Oak Plumbing. Thank you for calling us back.

I called to schedule a service.  When I told him what was involved, he never called back.  I was not important enough to service.

I woke up to a cold shower.  Advantage responded quickly and provided the best price.  The technician came in and gave no flack for having to wear a mask.  I highly recommend Advantage for your plumbing needs

It was Saturday at 3:00 PM and we had an issue.  Since earlier in the morning we had been trying to get our drains unplugged using conventional methods such as drain cleaners and plungers.  Pour in the chemicals and wait for the allotted time and pour hot water... nothing was working.  Called the plumber we had used to replace our water heater and they said since it was a Saturday this would be an emergency call which would be an extra $200 to come out and look at the situation and they did not have anyone available for 4 hours.  I told them I would call back in a few minutes while I talked it over with my wife and if we thought we could make due Monday morning.  We decided it needed to be done and called back.  Luckily the phone rang and no one answered which forced me to go and find someone else.

I really liked that Drain & Plumbing Services listed their pricing schedule on their website.  I could see their pricing and that while a Saturday afternoon was not the cheapest call time, it was not an extra $200 surcharge. I called and they told me someone could be there in an hour.  They sent me a text message and much like Uber, I could see where Sergio was now and when he started to come to my house I could get an idea of when he was leaving the other call.

Are these the people that come in and take off their boots at the front door or wear coverings on their shoes? No.  Did they need some extra paper towels to sop up some water that I supplied? Yes  Was there a little communications challenge because I do not speak Ukrainian? Yes

They came on a Saturday evening, did the job we asked for a fair price and did it competently.  I was charged exactly what I was told with no surprises and he got a big tip too.

Yes, I would call them again when I need assistance with my plumbing.

Not sure what the hype is about this company. They came late outside of the promised time, no heads up, no phone call whatsoever. And the guy wasn't friendly to us. Price is not cheap either. 5 star? Hell NO!!

Courtesy sent out a plumber who explained what he thought was the problem & let me know upfront how much the price of rooting out my sewer line would be. Most certainly courteous and professional. I look forward to using them in the future and I highly recommend them.

We had a small job and no other plumber wanted to touch it. One other plumber gave us a ridiculous price of $800. The Sewer Guy charged us $100, $50 for the part. Greg came out and did an excellent job! I will definitely use them again.

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.

All in all I felt like they took good care of me.

Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.

They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

I contacted RMO plumbing yesterday afternoon inquiring about the installation of a new toilet and today - not even more than 25 hours later - the new toilet is installed & working & the old one has been hauled away. They were responsive, helpful & professional. The original plan wasn't 24 hour service but we were both flexible and since they had an earlier opening, we got it done sooner.

Called Four Seasons 'cause our A/C died last year and we were relying on window units through last years torturous spring/summer. Bought a new central unit from Ken at a decent price. The unit was installed next day.
Also had the ductwork cleaned out for the first time in 20 years, now we're good to go for at least 15 years.
Four Seasons was fair and reasonable with nice people to deal with and I was totally confident in their honesty.

Found Ed the Plumber in our church's bulletin. A service call to our building was $125. We had three issues in our unit that needed to be addressed, each issue that we were quoted at $500 per each, or $1,500. This quote was going to cost me more than double the amount I donate to my church every year. I ended up paying the $125, and then had another plumber come in and complete the job for only $200 all together.

If you want to pay high prices, then go to Ed the Plumber. Otherwise I'd just move on.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
