Professional, kind and integrity are my impression of Shannon. He was recommended by a friend of my wife and I really thank God for him. I called him to fix the broken hot water faucet connecting to washing machine. My dryer was broken and I ordered a set of washer and dryer. I did not know that I got a broken faucet until I disconnect everything in preparing for the new washer but the installers did not want to do anything with the washer because of it and just left. I tried to connect myself but can not get it work. Called Shannon to fix the faucet for me so that I can have the service people in again to install the washer for me. Because of the ages of my house, the new faucet does not fit. Thanks God that Shannon fixed them all for me so quick and clean and connect the washer for me and have everything ready for me as courtesy. I also asked him to fix the broken valve that controls the incoming water pipe in the basement, which I knew about a couple years ago. He fixed it so quick and clean and the cost was very reasonable. Even better than what the handyman quoted me years ago. I am so glad that I don't need to worry about who to call for the plumbing related works anymore. I enjoy his whistling too. I think he is gifted in that and it really smooth my troubling heart ( days without washer and dryers and dirty cloths piled up ... ). If you worry about the cost of a professional plumber and thinking of getting a handy man but worry whether he/she can do a good job or not, you don't need to anymore. Just call Shannon.

Believe the reviews. Paul the Plumber is knowledgeable, honest, communicative and fair priced. I have called him to fix a few jobs already from toilet problems to a backed up shower drain and the latest, a leaking pipe which has caused water damage in my ceiling. I have used a couple plumbers in the past, but I really like the service that Paul provides and I will only call him from now on. He may not be able to get to you right away, but he does prioritize his customers and will help you as soon as he can.

We had to replace our flood control system and the process went very smoothly.

I woke up with no hot water in my kitchen sino, but hot water in the rest of the house. I attempted to fix it my self....to no avail. Called Rescue plumbers and within a few hours, Logan and Jenkins were at my door!  They found the problem and fixed it right away. Super kind, knowledgable, clean and talked me through everything they did. I would HIGHLY recommend them and will for sure use them if there is another issue.

I was really happy with their work. We had an outside spigot that broke and we were forced to turn off the water to our home. Next morning the guy was at our home at 8 AM and replaced the spigot, added a shut off valve for the spigot and ended up replacing our master shutoff valve (ours failed to stop the water completely).

It wasn't cheap but EXCELLENT work; the guy didn't have an additional shut off valve but said next time he was in the area he would honor the lower price. Less than one week later he came back and replaced that additional shut off valve.

Again, it was expensive but cheaper than Black Diamond and the work was timely and top quality.

My sump pump broke in the middle of the night.  Anna gave me guidance on what to look for in getting service, even though they didn't have availability for me.  Very kind.  Then Anna called back in 1/2 hour to say they had a cancellation and I was able to get my flooding problem addressed.  Mike came and was great.  Efficient.  And explained things to me.  Also gave me guidance on what to watch for and certain things to do going forward.  I am so appreciative of both Anna and Mike.   And lucky I found them by chance.  Thank you.

Have used Mark and his guys for multiple jobs (big and small) and very happy each time.  They do not charge you just to charge you.  They have earned my trust as they will try and help you fix your issue yourself before coming over.  They also always attempt to squeeze you into the schedule to get to you same or next day.  They are quick, clean, and respectful of your home.  I can't really say enough good things about them except that I will continue to use them solely for any plumbing issues I have.

Justin came out for a major leak. We had no idea where it was coming from.. He did some incredible detective work and solved the problem.. I am not sure how he did it but I was impressed. He was a gentleman and explained the solution in terms that were easy to understand.. WE will use this company again, I hope they are all like Justin.  2/4/2019

Oh what fun it is to wake up sick on your day off and discover your sewer line is backed up.  Fabulous!  My husband frantically started calling plumbers in the area and worried where we would take the children to use a washroom when the call for nature arose.  Yet, I immediately turned to the best resource out there.  Yelp.  

The Sewer Guy is located in Lyons, which is in close proximity to us here in Brookfield.  I gave Greg a call and he was very personable and professional.  You can tell a lot about a person from a phone call.  It got even better when he said he would be here in 15 minutes.  What???  Yes, please.

Greg did a great job rodding out our sewer and was very affordable.  The whole process took under an hour and it was nice chatting with Greg for the duration.  We will definitely call The Sewer Guy again if we are in need of any of his services.  Recommend!

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

I had a leaking valve by the water meter. Mike was the first to respond to my request, and based on my pictures of the problem gave a quote. In two days, Derrick came and replaced the valve. He was personable and skilled.  I was impressed with Mile's responsiveness and Derrick's efficiency. Since I only got one quote, i don't know how competitive is the pricing. Overall I am very satisfied.

So I just had a plumber over to the house to look at the garbage disposal.  He looked at it for 5 mins and told me it was bad and I had to replace it.  He then tried to upcharge me by trying to sell me one for $150 or a better one for $300.  Since I told him they were overpriced and that I was going to buy one myself, he tried to charge me $136 for him coming to my house for 5 mins.  Couldn't believe it. He stated that was there hourly fee and they had to charge me for 1 hour.  Obviously I didn't pay it.  First they try to overcharge me significantly for the garbage disposal and then they want to charge me for an hour of work at $136 an hour!!  I would go elsewhere with your plumbing needs. Perhaps someone who is more trustworthy.

Contacted the company to give them another chance. My voicemail was ignored, they called and bothered my wife and not the number I left explicit instructions to call, when I did speak to someone she was rude, kept repeating I understand instead of addressing my issue and was more interested in me changing my yelp review. Said they would call me back, never did, but I am now getting junk mail from them as well!

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this company.

Found Ed the Plumber in our church's bulletin. A service call to our building was $125. We had three issues in our unit that needed to be addressed, each issue that we were quoted at $500 per each, or $1,500. This quote was going to cost me more than double the amount I donate to my church every year. I ended up paying the $125, and then had another plumber come in and complete the job for only $200 all together.

If you want to pay high prices, then go to Ed the Plumber. Otherwise I'd just move on.

Where to even begin.....

We hired Tim Shey, the owner, to do some plumbing work. Initially he came off as being a normal tradesmen... His bedside manor was a little abrasive but not so bad that I didn't think to not use him.

Well, I wish I would have cut ties the moment I picked up on that abrasiveness b/c my experience with him turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My experience with him was absolutely abusive and for no reason. For a long time i asked myself what I did to deserve him being so rude and disrespectful and then I finally realized that I did nothing at all to deserve the treatment bestowed upon us.

On top of the abuse, here I am, months later and i've had issue after issue with the plumbing. Very basic things were missed. Most recently, we had to hire a plumber to come out to fix one of the toilets he installed. Lord knows how long it's been leaking but I happed to notice one day that water was leaking out the back every time the toilet was flushed. It turns out that he didn't install it correctly as the top wasn't tighten to the base. The damage this has caused ....... I wonder if he did it purposely? I really do.... We also have had issues with every faucet he installed. Every single one had to be reinstalled. Additionally, one of the shower heads was leaking . That was another plumber visit. I keep going on and on with the issues but I'm sure you get the point.

This was not my personal experience but I spoke to another person who hired him who needed an additional week to pay him for his services and instead of waiting, he went to her home, pushed himself through her door and ripped out all of her plumbing so that she couldn't access any water! Who does that!

Please note that this was my personal experience with Tim. I'll never understand why I didn't just ask him to leave my condo the minute he was disrespectful.
