However; they ran a camera and we noted my line collapsed

I asked for an estimate to repair the collapsed sewer line and never got an estimate back

I followed up with the company and they still didn't get back to me

I assume they didn't want the work given the heavy lift (it would require breaking the driveway and digging out the line)

I wouldn't really consider these guys a full service plumber but did a good job cleaning the line but that's all they could do - I just don't really understand why they left me hanging with no estimate and said on multiple occasions they'd get back to me

Awesome service and great prices. I recently had water in the basement and didn't know why. Suspected that it was the sump pump. I called a few places and found out that it's probably cheaper and easier to purchase a bar of gold. Finally I got ahold of Shannon at performance pro. He quoted me half the price of everyone else and personally showed up to my house two hours later. You could tell he was good at what he did because he was so meticulous but at the same time he knocked out the job in no time at all. Would recommend to anyone!

Have used Paul twice.  Super responsive, clean and professional.  He installed a backup sump system which ended up saving our basement as our primary sump pump went out three years later.

Recently had the water heater go out.  I sent Paul a text and got a response within minutes.  He was willing to come out the next day to replace it.  Again, very clean & professional and I know it was done properly.  Always gives you an estimate and is fair priced.  After installing the water heater, he sent a text 2 hours later making sure everything the water was hot.  I wish there were more professionals like Paul.

I have used Forte for several issues at my house and they never disappoint.  Everything is installed as promised, on schedule, and for very reasonable rates.  They plumbed our kitchen, fix a drain issue, and fixed our boozie valve that I had given up hope on long ago.  We have had several plumbers, as well as Carmen and Robert, and no matter who we get they know their stuff.  I will be happy to recommend them to all of my family and friends and know that they are in great hands.

Pete and Noah deserve a shoutout and great review. Pete explained everything that was going wrong and my options for repairs. I do the same in my industry and know good service when I see it. Dominik was amazing.  He was extremely responsive and got us our back up system within a day.  He also takes the time to answer questions and help you from a preventative stand point so you are prepared in case of emergency.  He will be our go to for all sump pump and ejector pump related questions and services.

Pete was very responsive to my late-night online inquiry about my plumbing problem and since I had the water off in the house he actually responded by email in the middle of the night AND called me first thing in the morning to follow up.  We shared some photos and he was at my house by 9 and done before within the hour.  I would not hesitate to call Burr Oak again.
Pete also had a discussion about antiques with my wife which made them both excited. : )

I called Advantage to help with a kitchen leak and broken disposal in my condo.   They worked to set up a time that was convenient, showed up on time as promised and completed the work in a friendly manner.   I've never had to call on a plumber before, as I usually do my own repairs, but Advantage did a great job and I'd highly recommend them.

I  Was thrilled with  my entire experience with this company. Not only was the service timely and professional but the price was surprisingly low. Drain and Plumbing Service will be my new go to plumbing company if and when I need them again. I highly recommend them and will be telling my friends about them.

Have used Mark and his guys for multiple jobs (big and small) and very happy each time.  They do not charge you just to charge you.  They have earned my trust as they will try and help you fix your issue yourself before coming over.  They also always attempt to squeeze you into the schedule to get to you same or next day.  They are quick, clean, and respectful of your home.  I can't really say enough good things about them except that I will continue to use them solely for any plumbing issues I have.

Good team!  They answered the phone, gave me time when Joe would be there.  Showed up on time and was friendly.  He explained everything in free estimate and gave me accurate time and cost estimates.  They did great work.  Happy customer:).

We had a small job and no other plumber wanted to touch it. One other plumber gave us a ridiculous price of $800. The Sewer Guy charged us $100, $50 for the part. Greg came out and did an excellent job! I will definitely use them again.

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

My toilet was leaking last week after a long 12 hour shift in the ER and I was so over it. I reached out to MIKE at RMO plumbing and he was able to give me a quote over the phone, and we scheduled a date for him to come out asap which I really appreciated. Mike came out and installed my new toilet and saved me some money by getting his hands dirty. Being a new home owner I was so worried but Mike made sure to take care of my needs and at a fair price. RMO plumbing definitely gained a forever customer.

Always good service and fair prices.  But then again, we have been customers for only about 30 years.  ; )

I would not use this company.  PLEASE get quotes from other places.  The salesman who came to my house was not truthful!  After he told me my options and I picked an option, he told me that the payment would be due once the install was finished.  I told him I would be using a Wells Fargo Home Projects card to pay for it as I saw on Four Seasons' website that this is one method of financing they use.  Once the install was done on Saturday evening, the technician (Francisco - AWESOME - very knowledgeable and professional!!!) asked for payment and I gave him the card.  Unbeknownst to myself or Francisco, this card is not a regular credit card and could not be swiped.  I told Francisco to have their Finance Department call me on Monday morning.  Prior to Monday morning, the salesman called me twice - Sunday morning at 8:30 and again on Monday morning.  His message on Monday stop just short of accusing me of not paying for the installation.  He then called me at work and told me the credit card could not be used and that the price he gave me was a cash price - as opposed to what??? I called the Finance Department and spoke with Joe, who politely took care of the situation.  He was very helpful!  Wes, the salesman, only wanted to make the sale. If he did not know the card could be used, he should not have said anything! While Francisco and Joe were awesome, if I had it to do over again, I would NOT use Four Seasons.  They do not care about customers ... only payment!

Please beware they will charge you a arm and two legs!!!  My husband found Ed the Plumber information in our  church bulletin and expected them to be trustworthy, honest and resonable or simply industry service rate  ( which does not mean cheap), but no they are absolutely the worst wanted to  replace a toliet, they quoted me over 1,750.00!!   I asked what type of  toliet costs that much... he said a Gerber so I wanted to research it  I asked for a model number and was told I DON'T KNOW, the most expensive one I found was 389.99 so are they charging 1300.00 to install, hypothetically even if the toliet costed 750.00 are they charging 1000.00 to install??  Then he said if you purchase the toliet we will install for approximately 700.00!!! I also was going to get my tub caulked since they would already be here they quoted 385.00 for just around the tub!!! This company is the absolute worst type of ripoffs ever, they prey on parishioners seeing  their advertisement in the church bulletin and believe they are contacting a honest business, but the truth is Ed the Plumber is   just using a cheap form of advertisement with a very large potential customer base with a lot of word of mouth. I really wish I could give them a  -0 for a rating!!!

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
