Abe and Antonio were punctual and professional, and walked me through their plan to rod out my sewer line and install a stand pipe, keeping me apprised of their progress as they went along. Great customer experience, and I would absolutely recommend them.

Called Paul on super bowl Sunday when hot water heater broke. After a few pics of our unit , he got back to me wirh an estimate and availability the very next morning. Was timely and professional and explained everything we needed to know. Would definitely recommend !

Keith came out from Forte Plumbing to replace our old sump pump and replaced the broken valve as well. He did a good job and would highly recommend this company if you have any problems with your sump pumps.

I wish I could give Dominick ten stars! 2am and the sump pump alarm is going crazy and pouring rain outside. I frantically call two contractors I have dealt with and four other ones trying to find somebody and then happen on Sump Pump Doctor as Dominick picks up the phone and shows up within the hour. He replaced both my sump pumps (the other had not been working for quite a while), explained that the previous guy put in a Zolar and to stay away from that brand. He also put in a different check valve that doesn't sound like a mini thunderclap every time the pump discharges. And the emergency price was $750 with the pump, install, radon pipe modifications which is less than most would charge during non-emergency hours. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and responsiveness of Dominick. He also does injector pumps (which I wish I knew when mine went down last month and I got a good soaking not only from the water in the basement but from the guy who changed it). Thanks Dominick! You are a life saver!!!!

Pete was great!  He was confronted with quite a challenge with very limited space to work in and some clean-up needed from the installers that put in our counters.  He was so professional and did an amazing job installing our kitchen sink with a drain reconfiguration that was needed.  Would recommend him for any plumbing job you may have!

Positive experience, was able to call Ray during an emergency at 11pm (I live in Mokena) he came right out fixed the problem. Very nice and didn't charge a fortune. Will  definitely  use again.

I have used Advantage for a few different issues in our house. Mark comes out quickly and takes care of the issues. He never tries to take advantage of my plumbing ignorance.

This company was recommended by my home warranty company and they were fantastic. They were easy to reach, called me if there were any changes in the schedule, showed up on time and repaired the issue quickly. I would highly recommend them.

I'm stingy with 5 star reviews (not everybody can be the best or it wouldn't mean anything), but MD Plumbing deserves every one of the five. Based on my experience with them, they are honest, efficient, and responsive, charging very reasonable rates.

Marc came when he said, and did not waste time, He realized he needed a specialty part, which turned out to be very expensive, so I decided to just buy a new faucet. Marc came on time and efficiently installed the faucet. He also made a repair to my bathroom pipes, but explained that I would eventually need to get the whole thing replaced.

I want to mention Kim, too; she's so nice. My life is a little complicated right now, so I needed some extra attention. Kim was very helpful and so patient with me and my many calls. She even returned calls when she said she would, which is rare these days.

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

I recently purchased a slide in stove for my kitchen remodel. It wouldn't slide all the way in because the gas line was in the way. Derek from RMO came out and was able to move it without any problems. The work was affordable and Derek cleaned up his work area really well. I will definitely call them back for any plumbing needs in the future!

They send what is supposedly a licensed union plumber who should know what he's doing.  He installs a new hot water heater and vents it only to the chimney, not to the liner in the chimney.  That's mistake #1.  Plus the flue slope is incorrect and can lead to gases not exiting properly (mistake #2).  I'll throw both these into Mistake #3:  He told me he cannot see well. (Thanks for sendinig over a plumber with vision issues, that instills confidence!). And, rather than putting his tools down on the painted basement floor, he drops them, which left a number of scratch marks on the floor.  Will never call them again. Their hold music should be Send in the Clowns.

I called four seasons to take a look at my broken air conditioning unit. They came out and the repair man identified that the issue was a broken capacitor in about three minutes time. He went to his truck brought a new capacitor over and hooked up the three wires and the unit started running. The charge for a new capacitor and his two minute installation was $330 and keep in mind this part can easily be bought for $25 online at many retailers. The repair then turned into a sales call and he tried to fix everything under the sun, at first telling me my unit was extremely clean for being such an old unit and then later on offering to clean the unit for $80. He then said I needed Freon so I agreed to adding Freon, the cost was $120 per pound and an $80 calibration fee. All of these fees are in addition to an $85 trip charge. The very next day the AC unit was used I had issues with the fan and ultimately my unit is going to have to be replaced, therefore I ended up paying $580 for a half a days worth of air conditioning usage. I called customer service to explain my concerns and all they did was read the corporate line about how they stand behind their work and their prices are a national average and that you're paying for a qualified technician to repair your air-conditioning unit, etc. Do yourself a favor and find a local company that will give you honest repair quotes and will not try to sell you on many overpriced services that you don't really need.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, for anything!!!  Charges $125 to walk in your door, whether you hire him or not.  Was told on phone when I made the appointment, if I hired them the $125. would be waived.  I assumed that meant deducted from bill.  NO... it did not!!!   I found Ed the Plumber information in our church bulletin and expected them to be trustworthy, honest and reasonable.  Quote was $498.00 to replace my kitchen faucet (which I purchased separately).  Since I choose NOT to hire them I had to pay the $125. !!  

Next day I hired someone else and paid $175.00 TOTAL for this simple job.

This guy is a thief and using the church bulletin to rake in the $$$. I had to ask about the parishioner discount and then ask for senior discount, which only reduce the quote to $438.00.  Ridiculous, definitely out for the bucks and not to earn a good reputation.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
