I reached out to Zoom Drain on Yelp (along with a few other plumbers) after our kitchen sink backed up and we couldn't find the clog in the accessible pipes. Zoom responded (overnight) very quickly and was able to send someone out that afternoon. Christian was extremely professional. He wore booties in the house and explained everything he was doing and the pricing before he did it. The clog required three times through with the pipe snake but he persisted until the drain was running like normal. I'd highly recommend for both prompt and professional service.

Fantastic people and work. Had a drain installed into my basement floor. Responded quick, quick appraisal, quick appointment, worked quick, very friendly, great pricing. Felt like a person and not just a dollar sign.

He is everything the reviews state and more! We needed our hot water heater replaced. Mind you it was replaced 2014 without any problems. Not this time. We had two other plumbers who said too hard to do and costly. I decided to start goggling. I came across Paul. It was the best thing ever. He was prompt, courteous and got the job done (without any issues). We highly recommend him. We also will use him in the future. Thank you much Paul for a job well done.

Keith came out from Forte Plumbing to replace our old sump pump and replaced the broken valve as well. He did a good job and would highly recommend this company if you have any problems with your sump pumps.

My bathtub faucet broke while i was giving my daughter a bath and the water wouldn't stop coming out. I called Rescue Plumbing and within 15 minutes, Dax got back to me and told me he would be on his way. A short time later he arrived and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem by replacing the cartridge and repairing the faucet. I really appreciated the amazing responsiveness and efficiency during a stressful time.

Dominick was quick to get back to me and set up an appointment for Monday morning. He was right on time and had my old ejector pump removed with a new one installed in less than an hour. New pump looks and runs beautifully. I recommended him to my father who used used him a few weeks later to replace his faulty ejector pump as well.

Got the chance to work with Burr Oak Plumbing again! We bought a 5 stage whole house water filter system from Pentair, and needed help removing our simple water softener and replacing it with the more robust whole house system.

Peter did a great job! He communicated clearly with everything that he needed to do, helped explain what things were, how he was going to set it up, helped me configure the electronics so I knew how to maintain it myself, and did some tests to ensure everything worked smoothly including ensuring our water pressured was still good!

It's been setup for a few weeks now and it's works amazing! Super grateful for his wisdom and his time and will definitely reach out if I have anything else that I need!

Positive experience, was able to call Ray during an emergency at 11pm (I live in Mokena) he came right out fixed the problem. Very nice and didn't charge a fortune. Will  definitely  use again.

Don't go with this company. Overpriced, didn't find all the problems the first time, and couldn't fix the problem after the new problem was found.
Charged me, $159 to cut a hole in the sealing, then charged $1600 for replacing tub faucet and replacing a drainage pipe. Spent about 4 hours total and had to bring another worker. After the job was done, they filled the tub and found out there was a different and bigger leak. Then a different specialist had to come and inspect it and claim he needed a compound to order and after weeks they couldn't order it. Painful experience.

I found another plumber and he said I was ripped off for what I paid.

I would like to highly recommend this company. I needed someone to help moving a gas line in a kitchen remodel and also help find and fix a leak in our home. From the first call you are treated with courtesy and from there on the process is very transparent. Mark was easy to talk to and send two great guys to work in my home. Very respectful gentleman, after they were done they left the area clean and neat. Very reasonable priced too. They are on my speed dial now!

My ejector pump failed.  Got lucky that I was cleaning out the basement and noticed the ejector well starting to overflow. The prongs on the plug were burnt black!  

Called Courtesy plumbing, on a Saturday at 4:45 pm and they had someone out by 6.  Replaced the pump within an hour and had me back up.  

During these scary times, these are the unsung heroes and I very much appreciate their work!  

I am very satisfied and will keep them in mind for any future work.

Had water backup into the basement and needed a plumber quickly.  Looked online for a good plumber as I don't have a regular plumber.  Saw reviews for Greg, the sewer guy, quick response, fixed the problem and was a nice person to deal with so that's who I chose to call.  He did return my call immediately, gave me a two hour arrival time, he immediately identified the problem and fixed it.  The outside catch basin needed rodding out. He even rinsed down the basement.  Would call him again and highly recommend him.

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

I had a leaking valve by the water meter. Mike was the first to respond to my request, and based on my pictures of the problem gave a quote. In two days, Derrick came and replaced the valve. He was personable and skilled.  I was impressed with Mile's responsiveness and Derrick's efficiency. Since I only got one quote, i don't know how competitive is the pricing. Overall I am very satisfied.

They send what is supposedly a licensed union plumber who should know what he's doing.  He installs a new hot water heater and vents it only to the chimney, not to the liner in the chimney.  That's mistake #1.  Plus the flue slope is incorrect and can lead to gases not exiting properly (mistake #2).  I'll throw both these into Mistake #3:  He told me he cannot see well. (Thanks for sendinig over a plumber with vision issues, that instills confidence!). And, rather than putting his tools down on the painted basement floor, he drops them, which left a number of scratch marks on the floor.  Will never call them again. Their hold music should be Send in the Clowns.

Just an update. Not even a response from Dave to his horrid service.

Found Ed the Plumber in our church's bulletin. A service call to our building was $125. We had three issues in our unit that needed to be addressed, each issue that we were quoted at $500 per each, or $1,500. This quote was going to cost me more than double the amount I donate to my church every year. I ended up paying the $125, and then had another plumber come in and complete the job for only $200 all together.

If you want to pay high prices, then go to Ed the Plumber. Otherwise I'd just move on.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
