Owners, so didn't know much about the plumbing. Christian came out to give us an estimate to address our problem. He was very thorough and informative.  We will definitely be using Zoom Drain again for any future plumbing needs.

We recently had a plumbing disaster right before a major family infestation was about to invade our house.  Shannon and crew, despite dealing with their own substantial work load, were able to juggle everything and get the work done just in the nick of time, and UNDER BUDGET!!!  I really can't thank these guys enough for giving us our family Easter back!  Would recommend performance pro to anyone.

We woke up in the early hours to the sound of running water...but had no clue where all the water was going....terrifying.  So we reached out to Paul...based on a recommendation.  Thoroughly impressed with his honesty and advice.  Definitely going to keep him in mind for any future needs!

I needed to satisfy the village code of Elmwood Park because I sold my house. I already had a membership with Larry's Plumbing, so I called for their approximate rates.  When I was told the cost would be around $800 (with the member 20% discount, mind you) at the minimum, I immediately started asking around.  Our handyman told us to call Forte Plumbing.  They're local, have a great relationship with the surrounding villages, and they couldn't be nicer people to deal with.  Best of all, they told me they could do the work for $250! When they came to do the work, it took them 4 hours.  STILL only charged me $250, even though it was certainly more work than expected.  I would have happily paid more.  I wish Forte serviced the far western suburbs -- when you find a good plumber, you should never let them go!  Thank you Carmen and Michael!

The service was great. I had a busted pipe and they came the same day, with all necessary equipment and was out within 20 minutes. I was able to pay via card on the spot. The plumber and his apprentice we're super professional.

Dominick was quick to get back to me and set up an appointment for Monday morning. He was right on time and had my old ejector pump removed with a new one installed in less than an hour. New pump looks and runs beautifully. I recommended him to my father who used used him a few weeks later to replace his faulty ejector pump as well.

Peter was courteous and professional. He took care of my faucet replacement efficiently, and helped me answer several other questions. The cost was reasonable as well. I highly recommend him and Burr Oak Plumbing, and will be hiring the company again for future work as needed.

We have been using Ray as our plumber for 15 years. He's gotten us through some nasty plumbing problems. He's quick to respond to calls. His work is dependable. His prices are reasonable. But today, he earned a permanent place in my heart: he hooked up an icemaker for me!! I love ice in my drinks and hate making it in ice trays. Now, I won't have to thanks to Ray.

Our HVAC has not been blowing cold air. It was too hot over the weekend and we tried to look for someone who can fix it right away. Through Yelp, I found Advantage Plumbing... I spoke with Jennifer yesterday afternoon and I was delighted that they can come over to our home the following day in the morning. I also mentioned to her that I have a coupon which printing out as 2013 on top of the 2016 date. She gladly said that she will take a note on the discount and will automatically deduct it on the service the following day.

Jay was very pleasant especially to my puppy. I left the house for work and explained to my husband that there should be a discounted price. Jay did a good job on refilling the Freon but uncertain if there is a leak somewhere. We were charged in full and I learned about it after I was charged. I asked my husband why and how and told me that he thought that it was already the discounted price. He called the office and was told that they were not aware that we had the coupon and we should've presented the coupon.

I was just disappointed with the fact that after talking to Jennifer yesterday, she still did not grant us with the discount. If they will look for the copy of the coupon, I would happily present it to her.

Jay did a good job but both he and Jennifer represents the same company. I could have given a 5 star for Jay. I felt like I was presented a false advertisement.

In spite of this, I would still recommend Advantage's Jay. =)

**AVOID THIS COMPANY**
Dishonest company.  They'll tell you they don't have availability almost a week later, but then all of a sudden have an availability the next day if you're willing to pay them out of pocket rather than going through a warranty company.  Apparently they have warranty plumbers and non-warranty plumbers per Anna (one of the office staff or the owner?).

So on today, Tuesday, they send out Martin, a plumber, for a diagnostic visit.  It was going to take them few days to order the parts and to have the same guy back I was suppose to wait until next week.  Irene, office staff I suppose, advised he's first availability will be next Monday.  I agreed to it and she said she'll confirm and call back in 30min.  She calls back and all of a sudden this guy who was booked full till Monday is all of a sudden on vacation for two days and probably won't be available until next Thursday, but can't confirm until Monday.  She also could not advise what's on their own schedule, thus could not give next availability of any of their plumbers.  How convenient!  

If working with a warranty company does not make them enough money, they should not sign a contract with them.  People pay premium and charge to request service call and the vendors do get paid by the warranty company whether they think it's enough or not.  But it's something they should deal with the warranty company, but not disservice customers.  I am not happy with the home warranty company and am ready to hire my own plumber after all.  But guess who I will never hire and make sure to let everyone else know of their practice?

Chris came over to fix my bathroom sink after my botched attempt to change out the stopper for the sink. He fully changed out the pipes and made sure the stopper i installed was not leaking.

Our water heater went out and Nick was able to come out the same day and replace it... great service, good price and excellent communication. They also advocated on my behalf with the manufacturer on the possibility of a credit for the old WH. Several weeks later I had a question about the WH and they came right out, answered my questions and didn't charge a service fee.  They've been wonderful to work with and are highly recommended.

I called several plumbers on a Saturday due to a clogged sewer line. Few even called me back. Greg called right away and was over within a half hour. Greg couldn't have been nicer. Great job. Reasonable price.

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.

All in all I felt like they took good care of me.

Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.

They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

My kitchen faucet started leaking and we have a plumber friend who had his hands full and couldn't come out that day.   So, I went on Yelp and noticed ROM's ratings were very high. Also noticed that they had put in several faucets in the past. Spoke with Mike who is a really nice guy and very professional. I knew I needed the faucet replaced, so I ran out to purchase a new one and he actually sent someone out THE SAME DAY with no extra charge! Very accommodating.

His worker John, came out and installed the faucet in under an hour. Also a nice young man who was very thorough. Job well done!

I would definitely call them again.

I was skeptical to call this company because of all the bad reviews but we were in dire need at the time. It has not even been a year and the new motor Four Seasons installed in our AC unit last summer was already failing. After being overpriced by them on the motor, I did not want to call them again. I went with someone else, Joel's Heating and Cooling in Plainfield, IL. Joel is professional, reasonably priced, and willing to go above and beyond. He came all the way out to my home to fix our AC unit, after hours. Turns out the new motor from Four Seasons was intentionally installed wrong and it burnt out the capacitor. I was shocked and disturbed now realizing that the tech from Four Seasons was trying to sell us a new capacitor at the time, we declined and he had mentioned well, you'll need one soon. Wow, I have never witnessed corrupt behavior until now. I have two small children at home and I was trying to keep them cool and hydrated all day until Joel came to the rescue and undid the damage done by Four Seasons. I will be reporting Four Seasons to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). This company should not be in business doing unethical things just to make a quick buck. Reviews are here for a reason. I urge everyone to stay away.

Found Ed the Plumber in our church's bulletin. A service call to our building was $125. We had three issues in our unit that needed to be addressed, each issue that we were quoted at $500 per each, or $1,500. This quote was going to cost me more than double the amount I donate to my church every year. I ended up paying the $125, and then had another plumber come in and complete the job for only $200 all together.

If you want to pay high prices, then go to Ed the Plumber. Otherwise I'd just move on.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
