Jake was awesome!!! I called on thanksgiving expecting to get voicemail, but Jake answered in the first three rings!!! He came out promptly the next morning and had the water up and running before noon!!!! Best experience I have ever had with any home repairs. The service was awesome and Jake was very friendly. He answered all my questions. I'm truly impressed with the service. Call Jake you won't regret it.

Martin went above and beyond for a minor repair, he not only answered my call and gave me a same-day appointment (without upcharging like some do), he also arrived, looked at my bathroom hose, realized it needed replacement and not fixing, and that the company that provided my bathroom sink/hose also provides a lifetime warranty. He even offered to place the service call for me. But then he realized it might take a week to get it replaced by the company, and given it is the only bathroom I have, he said he will see if there are alternatives. 10 min later he calls me and tells me he went out to BestBuy he found the needed part and asks if it's ok to come back and replace. Now tell me if you ever had a handyman who also cares, well now you do. Thanks Martin!

This is a long-overdue review of an excellent business!  I've had them come for two jobs at my house: redoing closets and refinishing a cracked and peeling ceiling in the kitchen.  Both jobs were done flawlessly by workmen who were professional and friendly.  Compared to many conrators that take your money and do bad work, or take your money and leave a project half-finished (I've experienced both), these folks are conscientious, careful, and make sure that you're happy with the product. I will definitely come back with more work for them!

Sent out a request for a plumber to fix an exterior hose connection and by noon the next day Emergency Plumbing had fixed the issue. They were very easy to communicate with and gave a quote through Yelp (rather than making you pay a $50 service call to give an estimate like most other plumbers). The fix was quick and easy and payment was a breeze as well. I would recommend this business and use them again if necessary (but hopefully not necessary!)

Not an emergency, but noticed water was draining slowly in shower. Called Ace and had the guys out within 2 hours. Bobby called me and told me when they were on their way and there they were to save the day. Turned out to be some nasty hair clogs (my fault) but Mike and Mitch (I hope I remember the names right) took care of it all super fast, cleaned up after, and even made me feel better about the whole situation with some lighthearted jokes. Not everyone's experience would need/warrant that last part, but for me it made me feel better about clogging my pipes with chunks of hair and what not. Bobby called later to follow up, much appreciated.  
Bottom line, was it cheap? No, but plumbing hardly ever is and they are experts for a reason. We couldn't and wouldn't want to do it ourselves.
Was the crew responsive, effective, and fast? Absolutely.

As landlord out of town with a burst pipe in my tenants unit, I can say I was bit stressed.  Even though they were very busy- pipes bursting all over the city- the first walked my tenants through turning off the water to minimize the flooding.  Later the day they came and fixed it up at a very reasonable price.  The entire time they were exceptionally friendly and professional.  Though I hope I will not need to call them again, if I do, I will not hesitate.

These guys are the best!  When they say they'll be there at 9am, they are there at 9am.  They work quickly, efficiently, and will let you know how to bring the cost down on any job.  I've been using them for about the last 12 years or more and never been disappointed.

Body Plumbing did  our City of Chicago Backflow Device testing for our house (we have a home sprinkler system).  He came in about half the price of a few other places we called.  He was on time, very nice and professional and did all the paperwork.  Highly recommended, great experience.

Needed to find a new Backflow inspection company for our home - as our previous vendor chose to shoot up prices beyond our budget.
I was very pleased to have discovered Chicago Backflow.
People I dealt with like Nick, Tiffany, Jessica - and our technician Alan are all superb.  I get the sense this company must be managed very well, because everyone has a very nice attitude and exudes warmth.
Alan showed up right on time at 7am (even with snow falling) and was efficient and had a very kind demeanor.
Price was appropriate.

I was in need of a plumber to disconnect and reconnect a hot water heater and searched for one here, Yelp recommended more plumbers and gave me the option to message them as well, and this company was one of the ones to pop up. The guy Jon S, messaged me back, simply Address?
No thanks for contacting us etc didnt ask for more info about the nature of issue, but I obliged and NEVER got a reply back.

the company who WANTED my business did an amazing job, were professional and courteous and were paid promptly and I gave 3 referrals, 2 of which have been scheduled.

Our darling money pit of a house had a few sewer/pipe related issues (not a shock when it was built in the 50's and had never had any pipe work done). Eric came out to diagnose our issue (drain in basement was backing up) and offered us two solutions: one, to have our main pipe rodded out from the interior going OUT, or to have it rodded out from the exterior going IN. The first option was quite reasonable, and the second, while expensive, was way under what even our contractor estimated it would likely cost.

Ultimately we went the more expensive route - which proved to be the right choice. Eric csme out and used a camera to see that roots had completely overtaken our pipe - not uncommon here in Tree City, Winnetka. So the next day he sent his wife to collect our contract and pull permits from the City. The day after that they were hard at work digging up our yard but it was amazing to me just how careful and neatly they did the work, considering they had a mini-excavator in our front yard. The pipe broke in the process (again, this was not a surprise, it happens a lot) so they just fixed it. It was an all-day job but they were fantastic.

So we think our problems are over but we are still getting a back up in our basement. We place a call to Eric and he comes the next day, ready to fix it. It turns out it was a few different problems meshed together, but after clearing pipes downstairs and doing a MAJOR unclogging job upstairs, (this whole thing took about 3 hours), problems have been solved and HE DID NOT CHARGE US A DIME. That's right - he came back to fix it and didn't charge extra.

I will tell you this - it is hard to find quality work and integrity, and Eric and his crew are the real deal. Timely, polite, smart, hard-working. We are so grateful to him and his team, and we would not hesitate for one second to refer him to anyone else in the area (yes, Winnetkans, you live in a flood plain, so take Eric's number down, you will likely need it at some point!).

As new home owners something typically goes wrong.  In our case, a sewer backup.  I looked on the Yelp reviews and found All Suburban Plumbing. We were so fortunate to find them!

ASP is very responsive and came out quickly!  Daniel was fantastic and quickly figured out the problem and gave lots of great tips.  I HIGHKY recommend ASP!

The water pressure in my mother's bath tub faucet was down to a trickle, I was very concerned that the 55 year old pipes needed to be replaced.  Jose the plumber recommended the Pressure Pro to me.  Jay showed up on time and within 30 minutes had the water gushing out like new construction plumbing!  Jay told me to make sure to call him back in case there was a problem as his work is fully guaranteed.  For incredible work at a very reasonable price, I uneqivocally recommend Pressure Pro!

Very frustrated with my experience with this company. I set up an appointment for a 3 hour window. Then an emergency came up before my appointment and they never called or showed up. Then tell me they do not service my type of ac unit.
