I wanted to get my entire home repiped with copper piping.  I got three other quotes that were all almost twice the amount I was quoted from Hannah's Plumbing.  I kept trying to figure out what the catch was.  There was no catch.  They did everything the other guys promised to do at a fraction of the price.  The two day job lasted two days.  They were on time each day. Did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The price they quoted was the price I paid.  They didn't try to add anything on.  

Overall, I was very pleased and would recommend them to a friend.

Quality and HONESTY - wow - Had them replace a sink in my old house and I did much of the prep work myself, they did the plumbing work and went well beyond what we discussed to have the job done properly but kept to their original estimate.

Murphy Plumbing came to my home for a clogged sink. They were a referral as I didn't have a plumber to call.  They will now be the first call for plumbing services.
They came out quickly and on time. Matt was quick, courteous and helpful. He even fixed a secondary problem with my faucet. He cleaned up well and billed us fairly. Highly recommend!

We had an issue with out water heater and needed it replaced ASAP. I called Hansen Heating Plumbing Company and was able to schedule an appointment immediately to have a technician to come to the house.  The phone receptionist was very friendly and willing to help with my request. Customer service is top notch, the technician was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Hansen Heating Plumbing for your services, you will not be disappointed.

Joe is reliable, courteous and does a very thorough job. He follows through and makes sure the job is complete. I have used Joe a number of times on a purchase we did on a foreclosure. I have been impressed with him on every job he has done for us.

Came by and fixed my nasty clogged toilet super quick, and it was after a 5 on a Friday. Would call back again for sure (hopefully I don't have to but good to know I can get a problem fixed quick)!

My basement began backing up with sewage with even a small amount of rain. The smell was rancid, and after Shopvacing it up twice in ONE week we Yelped for plumbers in the area. We originally had someone from Oak Park come out and tell us it wasn't the pipes, that we had to install a back water valve which would run us at least $3000. I called Terry's on Mother's Day night at 9pm, and he answered the phone. He would have come out that night, but I insisted we would live through the weekend. He said he'd come by on Monday. He was prompt and came with help. They rodded out the pipes, and sewer, pulling out a beer bottle, and huge tree roots! They worked tirelessly for 4 hours, and stayed at the quoted price (very reasonable). I would recommend these guys to anyone! And will be keeping his number in my phone for future plumbing needs. I've now used Lincoln for two major plumbing/sewerage projects (at 2 different locations) and wanted to update my first review to say I am still thrilled with their service and work and wouldn't trust anyone else with these types of issues.

I have a new home - but still vintage like my prior home - that they worked on recently. It is 3 stories with a bathroom on every floor. I had water that was starting to pool and collect in my first floor tub whenever I used the second floor tub/toilet, suggesting a clog. I called another plumber at first thinking it was just a simple unclogging/rotor service that was needed. Well, after 6 hours and hundreds of dollars with this plumber, it became clear that the issue was much more serious. At this point I called Lincoln because I don't trust anyone else with serious issues like this. Phil, the owner, came out and spent half a day with his guys just trying to diagnose the issue and a solution. I paid a pretty small charge for this - which was primarily a charge for various attempts they made to unclog my pipes and locate the point of the clog. The clog ended up being in my pipes below my house (eek!!!), but luckily the clog point was under my concrete driveway versus my house so they didn't have to rip into my basement floor. It still sounded pretty scary and no one wants any part of their home ripped up - and frankly, there is never a 100 percent guarantee that what they propose will resolve the issue. But what else could I do? So I said let's do it and 36 hours later they were back to perform the work.

Im happy to report that they were right and their fix worked! They cut into the concrete, removed the pipe that was clogged, removed a ton of debris (a mature tree roots caused much of the issue), replaced the pipe, and re-cemented the driveway. I haven't had any issues over the past couple of months since the work was performed.

Again, these guys know what they are doing. Phil has been doing this work forever. Sewage and plumbing issues are terrifying (I think) because of the massive damage they can do to your home. I trust Lincoln to respond promptly, give me honest and accurate advice, quote me a fair price for the work, and to execute skillfully.

Very easy to schedule and work with - appreciated the quick responses! Will definitely hire again if I need a plumber.

After having dealt with a number of plumbers from both large and small companies, having used those from warranty companies also, I am happy to have found Jireh plumbing. Brandon was honest, thorough, respectful and punctual. Although he was called out to rod my sewer line, he addressed ALL of my plumbing problems and fixed a couple of minor issues without charging me. I won't call anyone else for my plumbing needs. Oh how I wish, more contractors were like him.

Called Grant and his team Saturday afternoon at like 4:30PM after another plumbing company stood us up 2 days in a row.
Grant and his partner showed up within an hour (seriously, on a Saturday afternoon)!! I was ecstatic.
They diagnosed the issue quickly and were ready to repair the issue right away, but we wouldn't be home for the whole time they needed to fix the issue. But they're coming back Monday to fix the issue for us!
I'll update again once the work is complete, but I'm seriously so impressed with their responsiveness and transparency of the issue.

We had a broken sewer main that was leaking, I contacted H20 and Todd called back quickly and set up time to look at, arrived on time, diagnosed and pointed out the sewer main had broken.  Showed where the break had occurred.  He provided price and said he could fix the next day.  His team was on time and worked very hard and completed the job that day and completed finishing touches next day.  All around great team and trustworthy.  Would highly recommend!

Reached out on Friday night after our 20+ year old water heater went out. I sent a couple of photos via text and got an estimate right away. Magic Men was able to source a replacement for install the next morning. They showed up right on time, and we had hot water in a few hours. Not having hot water is a pain, but getting our heater replaced with Magic Men was painless. Highly recommend!

I called because the first level toilet was not flushing. We have a disabled person in our home that cannot go upstairs constantly during the day to use the toilet. They came within the hour and cleared the blockage which we were not able to do with a normal plunger. I highly recommend American Sewer and Drain. He was very professional and came quickly. I highly recommend and will use them again if we have another plumbing issue.

I had a broken city sewer line. I was told they would do all the work to get this fixed as soon possible. I was the one who had to contact the city to insure the issue was fixed in a timely manner. I was not contacted when service appointments where made. My contact info was not updated after multiple requests. After canceling an appointment due to a funeral via the text message which indicated I could reply to. They showed up anyway. When I told the technician they where not to be on the property because I was not home. They still went ahead and worked on the property. They did not fill the hole correctly and laid cement when it was too cold to do so. The hole was caved in and cement cracked by the next morning. When they where done the technician then called me to demand payment after being told he was not to work on the property. He was told
To just finish the job regardless by his management. When setting up appointment to correct the issue, and having to cancel due to rain and freezing temperatures I was given a hard time and they tired to tell me I could not reschedule the appointment for work on my property. On the day of the appointment it was once again raining they went ahead and laid concrete. Due to the rain the top layer washed off which means it's going to eventually collapse again. And I will have to fix the patch.

I would never use this company again. It was a pain, and they have horrible customer service.

Edit: I forgot to add they showed multiple unprepared for the appointment. Lacking the correct equipment. Or not knowing what was to be done on that day.
