Honest, responsive, excellent service, very fair prices.  I had an unusual leaking problem under my kitchen sink.  Although it took a while, they fixed it quickly and were very helpful.  I highly recommend.

If you're looking for a local plumber, these are the guys to go to. Reasonably priced, very honest, good workmanship. I was able to call them to install our water heater and the next day they were at our house, and after a couple hours, all done! These guys are definitely in my contacts for future work!

I looked into several different plumbers. Some charge to just come to your house and then they also charge for a 'diagnosis'. Murphy's does not do either. Very knowledgeable and honest. Did two different jobs for me and I am very happy with both. I wanted to find someone in Roselle as that is where I live and I like to support my community. We had them out twice for our bathroom.  The first time was when my wife broke the shower handle off while the water was running and we could not get it turned off.  They came out on an emergency call and fixed the problem.  We then had them back out when the bathroom project proceeded.  I have no complaints and would not hesitate to have them back out.  They are true professionals.

Joe is punctual and arrived on time. He's professional yet easy to talked to and able to answer our questions. We had a very bad blockage in our kitchen drain pipe and Joe worked on it nonstop till it was unclogged. Highly recommended to all my family and friends.

Came by and fixed my nasty clogged toilet super quick, and it was after a 5 on a Friday. Would call back again for sure (hopefully I don't have to but good to know I can get a problem fixed quick)!

I had dropped my keys down a manhole. Terry and the guys came out and manually drained the water enough for Justin to get my keys. I am so happy I called them!

I gave 3 but maybe more 2 star is needed? Serv ice was fast and fairly cheaper than competition. But, when they unassembled my pipes to clear clogged drain, there was minor leaking. I told them and they returned and put tape on it to solve issue. I mean if ur gonna unscrew pipes then screw it back so no leaks occur. Think u can do better than that. Have to tighten pipes myself to fix issue. 125 bucks for half hr...worth it? Main issue was fixed so relieved bout that. Where's the Mario Bros when u need them?

My kitchen faucet lost an extreme amount of cold water pressure and I was at a tiny trickle. Thinking it was the faucet itself, tried to fix that and still had no pressure. I made several calls to local plumbers and one attempted to diagnose the problem without actually coming to my home to see, another promised to come out after I made an appointment and they completely flaked, and another declined to come out due to their schedule.

I made one last effort to get someone and found Adalberto's Chicago Plumbing listing. I was a little apprehensive given he only had two previous reviews, but they were at least 5 stars. Gave him a call and he came out RIGHT AWAY. He worked so hard to clear what was apparently a sediment blockage in my water pipe. The first two times, nothing was able to clear, and he decided the best course would be to locate the blockage and replace the affected section.

He was in and out with his colleague in about 2 hours. They found the issue very fast, got the work done wonderfully, and closed up the wall for us.

His pricing was very reasonable and I am just SO EXTREMELY thankful for his help. Imagine trying to wash pots and pans in a trickle of cool water without scalding yourself with the better hot water pressure.

The work was completed and he showed me how great the pressure is now. I'm in homemaking heaven. I can finally get back to washing normally.

I highly recommend Adalberto and his team. His pricing was so fair, his knowledge and work impressive, and he is licensed, bonded and insured.

I cannot begin to express how happy I am with the service I received from this company. They were on time, professional and thorough. I'm always concerned repair people will take financial advantage because they can. That's not this company at all. They were honest to the point that my estimate went down not up. Can not say more about the fantastic service I received from Grant with Preferred Professional Plumbing!  They were incredibly prompt and fit me in when I really needed service quick. Grant and his guys were on time, professional and very kind and patient with my concerns and questions. HIGHLY recommend this company for any sort of plumbing issues you may have!

We've used H2O for two projects recently, one huge and one small. We were very happy with their work.

The big project was a broken service line, which needed to be fully replaced right before everything shut down for Christmas. We put out bids, and H2O was the lowest. They also had a more sensible plan than some of the other bidders, who intended to tear out my bushes. We took a chance and were glad that we did. Like any big project, there were hiccups, including trouble getting the go-ahead from the city (Evanston). John kept us fully informed by text as we rolled with the delays over the holiday. The team, led by John and Todd, was incredibly professional. Communication was the key.

We called them again when a pipe burst after the polar vortex. They fit us in to a jam packed schedule, and fixed it within 20 minutes of arrival.

We're satisfied customers and we'll keep using them.

I had an issue with a jet tub and they were the only firm out of 5 that were willing to check it out. They were also the first to respond to the request. He showed up on time and was able to fix the tub ridiculously fast. I would highly recommend their services.

A 10/10 service, from professionalism, work ethics, customer service, punctuality, trust to literally every aspect that makes a business successful. These guys are the best. I cant imagine calling anyone else ever, these guys are fab!

Kyle R is the worst customer service agent they possibly have. He was rude and had no idea what he was talking about. I had service for about 25 minutes and he claims the plumbers were here for three hours. Then he said they charge for three hours. He's not really sure what they're doing. However they were here for a short time and charged me $2400. I would never recommend this company for anything ever. They are criminals.
