I've had them for two jobs once to reseat a leaking toilet and another time to replace some old pipes for the tub and shower causing very low hot water pressure . Thumbs up for a job well done in a 98 year old house

Our refrigerator went out, and before store would deliver, we needed a shut-off valve for the ice maker. Called the Schmitz Bros. He arrived that day, installed the shut-off valve and promised to come back to attach line to the new refrig. He was prompt, courteous and extremely competent. Price was fair. Highly recommend this plummer! I will continue to use him whenever I need a good plummer.

We ordered a new refrigerator and it could t be installed with our current plumbing. Murphys was able to come out ASAP and fix it for us. They also walked my husband through the process as well I'm case the delivery drivers wouldn't hook up the new piping. They also did our hot water heater last fall and were very fair with pricing. We really like Murphys and trust them wholeheartedly!

We had just moved into our Del Webb home 3 weeks earlier when we awoke to water pouring from our basement ceiling light fixture. The water supply hose of our master toilet had cracked and had been leaking all night. We were new to this area as well so we had to rely on reviews to find a plumber. Hansen saved the day. Came by and fixed my nasty clogged toilet super quick, and it was after a 5 on a Friday. Would call back again for sure (hopefully I don't have to but good to know I can get a problem fixed quick)!

Today I dropped a piece of electric razor down the sink drain. Given my incompetence when it comes to plumbing, I immediately thought I'd need a plumber to take apart the pipes to get it out. But when I called Terry's in hopes of scheduling an appointment, they instead recommended I use a shop vac to suction the thing out. Thanks for the tip -- I appreciate the honesty and thoughtfulness, and saving me time and money!

After much difficulty getting companies to return calls, come out for an estimate, then give me an estimate I returned to Yelp looking for someone to repair/replace our catch basin and found Lncoln.

 We had two companies come out.  The first estimate was $12,000 from a chain type company. (14,000 if I used their financing.)  They insisted on replacing the PVC pipes found in the drains and replacing them as well as taking care of the catch basin.  They also gave a hard sell and warned that my foundation could be damaged from rain water.  The second company gave a verbal estimate of about $6,000 but never got back to me with an official estimate even after I called back.  They were going to replace the basin.  

Left a message for Lincoln.  They returned my call the same day and set up a morning appointment for the following day. The dispatcher was friendly.  Phil and his co-worker arrived a bit early, which I love.  Said since only rain water went in the catch basin it could be repaired.  He was able to start work then and there.  There was no mention of the PVC pipe as the drains and the basin were two different issues and he didn't try to convince me to get new drains.  In addition to cleaning out mud in the bottom of the basin, they repaired it, rodded the main pipe and replaced a piece of that, and replaced the lip.  The total charge was $800.

They were efficient and no-nonsense which I appreciate.  I would go to them anytime I needing plumbing/sewer work.

Adalberto did a great job. Found our leaking problem and pointed out that our shower drained wasn't connected properly. He explained what needed to be done clearly and kept us informed throughout the repairs. He was also open to feedback on what we needed/preferred. Will be keeping his contact information handy.

We're having plumbing issues and Brandon and team were super responsive in asking questions beforehand to understand the problem and providing guidance before they could get here. Also we were able to be scheduled quickly to resolve the issue, gave us detailed explanation of the issue and what our next steps should be.

Grant, at Preferred Plumbing quickly responded to our call, satisfying both my wife and myself. They were prompt, considerate and clean,placing disposable booties over their shoes before entering.  The job was done to our complete satisfaction.

I had a minor plumbing leak in the hallway bathroom and Todd came out on time, fixed the leak in no time flat, also installed a new drain stopper in the master bath sink.  It was a small job, but he treated it with care and did not over charge me.  I can highly recommend H2O plumbing for all of your needs.

My kitchen sink was clogged, so I called Magic men service. They arrived on time, are really courteous, friendly and helped with a few other things in my home they noticed weren't working properly. I highly recommend. So glad I got to work with them. Not hoping for any other issues in my home, but if there are in the future, I'll be giving them a call.

Jason replied moments after we sent the job out on Yelp. We have a clay sewer line with several mature trees nearby and like to have it cleaned before we have a problem. His quote was very reasonable and as ours was not an emergency and he was able to scheduled us in a few days. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and after surveying the lay of the land he advised us of the work required and the range of outcomes. During the clean out we were informed at various times of the progress being made. After a successful completion he ran a camera through the sewer line and showed us the condition of the line. The work was done at the agreed upon price. At no time did he up-sell or recommend additional work. As a matter of fact he told us what we could do to require his services less often. Jason was at all times professional and courteous. American Sewer and Drain is now in my speed dial and I will not hesitate to call them for any future needs.

Joe is so good!  His wife Veronica was very helpful to try to find resolutions over the phone to help save me the housecall.  When Joe arrived he was quick to fix and gave me lots of good information to help prevent future issues.  We are new to the area and I am so glad I picked Allison Plumbing.

Kyle R is the worst customer service agent they possibly have. He was rude and had no idea what he was talking about. I had service for about 25 minutes and he claims the plumbers were here for three hours. Then he said they charge for three hours. He's not really sure what they're doing. However they were here for a short time and charged me $2400. I would never recommend this company for anything ever. They are criminals.
