Classic case of where a company takes advantage of the situation.  I was renting this home and my renters met with the plumber because I was out of town on both occasions which I'll get into now.  On 4/16/18 Greg Hannah Plumbing was called because the basement toilet and shower were backing up due to a clog.  The owners business was listed as one block away from me so I thought this would be a quick solution for my tenants.  They assessed the clog went straight to hydrojetting.  Charged $1080.  On 1/4/19 the same issue returned.  I called and they came by and said they said there was a heavy clog.   Well why wasn't this taken care of before?  My renters were planning on buying the house so they wouldn't flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet. They resorted to the deal(hydrojetting) again and charged $1000.   Guess what? The same issue returned again May of 2019!  There was no way I would call Greg Hannah Plumbing ever again in my life.  I already paid this business $2080.  I used a different plumbing service and met the owner at the house.  He showed me via cameras what was going on.  All they had to do was ROD the line and remove the sludge.  What Greg Hannah plumbing did with the hydrojetting job was not fully clear the drain and charge an arm and a leg.  Don't get me wrong Hydrojetting is expensive for any plumber but Greg Hannah Plumbing didn't put full effort to rod the line.  They automatically went to the most expensive option.  The other plumber charged $325 for rodding and haven't had any issues since.  The line is still clear till this day as I had a plumber friend check the line with a camera.  I would never recommend anyone to use Greg Hannah Plumbing as there are a plenty of other plumbers in this area especially the one I used for the rodding job!

Our refrigerator went out, and before store would deliver, we needed a shut-off valve for the ice maker. Called the Schmitz Bros. He arrived that day, installed the shut-off valve and promised to come back to attach line to the new refrig. He was prompt, courteous and extremely competent. Price was fair. Highly recommend this plummer! I will continue to use him whenever I need a good plummer.

Wonderful company! Responsive, professional, and a joy to deal with. As a landlord I have has to deal with a lot of repair companies. But this one was amazing. I had a plumbing problem at one of my rental properties a few months back and I called them got a appointment for the same day they had the problem fixed by the end of the day. They left the area cleaner than it was before the arrived. Great customer service! I would give them 100 stars if I could.

The most unreliable service I've ever dealt with. Promised one thing and got another. Sure, they got the job done on their THIRD time at my house, but I was originally promised the 1st. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS!

Joe came out to my house 2 weeks after my husband passed away.  He was reliable, kind and very professional!  He left me feeling like I could totally trust and count on him. Today I called Joe again and he was quick to respond, came to my house and took care of the problem. I will tell all my friends and anyone looking for the best plumber out there.

Came by and fixed my nasty clogged toilet super quick, and it was after a 5 on a Friday. Would call back again for sure (hopefully I don't have to but good to know I can get a problem fixed quick)!

Today I dropped a piece of electric razor down the sink drain. Given my incompetence when it comes to plumbing, I immediately thought I'd need a plumber to take apart the pipes to get it out. But when I called Terry's in hopes of scheduling an appointment, they instead recommended I use a shop vac to suction the thing out. Thanks for the tip -- I appreciate the honesty and thoughtfulness, and saving me time and money!

Got a call late afternoon that our basement drains were backing up and it smelled like sewer water.  Ran home, Yelped sewerage and found the one review of these guys had 5 stars.  I must concur.  45 minutes after calling them, Pancho and his partner were in our basement routing out our sewer line to the street.  30 minutes later the line was clear and they had a camera there to check out where the blockage occurred and what was needed to remedy the situation.   $275 is not cheap, but for the rapidity and quality of their response, it was well worth it.  If you get poo water in your basement and need help fast, these are your guys.

We had an issue with the garbage disposal that basically died. I bought a new one and contacted Berto who was able to come the next day within a 2 hour window. He was here on time and when he got ready to do the switch, he realized that the garbage disposal was still working, just needed some adjustment (of course, I had no clue), and he fixed the problem in two minutes. I paid for the visit of course (which is what is part of the agreement) but he did not charge me for changing the garbage disposal.  Berto was honest and upfront. To me, that is the most valuable attribute of anyone providing any service to customers. He also walked with me to the building basement to provide an estimate for some water pipe repairs we need and he did it without hesitation.  Definitely will call him again.

I cannot begin to express how happy I am with the service I received from this company. They were on time, professional and thorough. I'm always concerned repair people will take financial advantage because they can. That's not this company at all. They were honest to the point that my estimate went down not up. I've recommended then to everyone I know. I'll definitely call thorough m this company for all my plumbing needs. Thank you so much!

I had a blockage in a 120 foot long pipe that ran from my sump pump to the sewer.  I received 3 quotes and H2O offered the best price.  Todd and his team showed up right on time for our scheduled appointment.  They rodded the full length of the pipe to remove the blockage and then ran a camera through the pipe to show that it was completely clear.  They were very professional and friendly.  No surprises on the bill.  I'd definitely call H20 again and recommend them for your plumbing needs.

We had a guy come out to fix a gas leak. He wasn't comfortable doing the work because of the wording on the gas company report, which is fine. However, he spoke over us, wouldn't let us get a word in, and  continued to act like we didn't understand what he was saying or believe him. This company came to us by a recommendation so maybe we got a bad apple. If you get Mill (spelling?), avoid at all costs.

Outstanding job clearing my drain. Very professional and clean while working. I highly recommend them.

I needed 2 shutoff valves replaced before my new washer could be installed. I called Allison, Joe answered himself and was able to come same day within about 5 hrs. He also called me 30 mins before arrival. He did a v good job at a reasonable price. I am very pleased with his work and will call him for future needs.

This company charged me $700 for an initial visit that did not fix the problem, broke the angle valve that shuts off the water to the toilet, charged me $440 for the fix they created BEFORE doing the work, and then cancelled 15 minutes before the appointment after I had scheduled a water shutoff for the building.  They refused to refund me the full amount for the work they didn't do yet, AND charged me a cancellation fee when it's their technician that didn't show up.  There are a lot of options out there, don't waste your time or money
