Super unprofessional and terrible owner. I worked with in the past and were great but now they do the job halfway and charge twice for the same job. I called them multiple times to get the issue resolved and the ower says I need rod out twice in two weeks and refuses to admit that they didn't do the job correctly the first time

Quality and HONESTY - wow - Had them replace a sink in my old house and I did much of the prep work myself, they did the plumbing work and went well beyond what we discussed to have the job done properly but kept to their original estimate.

I looked into several different plumbers. Some charge to just come to your house and then they also charge for a 'diagnosis'. Murphy's does not do either. Very knowledgeable and honest. Did two different jobs for me and I am very happy with both. I wanted to find someone in Roselle as that is where I live and I like to support my community. Great guys, give them a call when you have any issues. Dan and Mark!! You'll be impressed.

We had them out twice for our bathroom.  The first time was when my wife broke the shower handle off while the water was running and we could not get it turned off.  They came out on an emergency call and fixed the problem.  We then had them back out when the bathroom project proceeded.  I have no complaints and would not hesitate to have them back out.  They are true professionals.

Joe is punctual and arrived on time. He's professional yet easy to talked to and able to answer our questions. We had a very bad blockage in our kitchen drain pipe and Joe worked on it nonstop till it was unclogged. Highly recommended to all my family and friends.

Came by and fixed my nasty clogged toilet super quick, and it was after a 5 on a Friday. Would call back again for sure (hopefully I don't have to but good to know I can get a problem fixed quick)!

My basement began backing up with sewage with even a small amount of rain. The smell was rancid, and after Shopvacing it up twice in ONE week we Yelped for plumbers in the area. We originally had someone from Oak Park come out and tell us it wasn't the pipes, that we had to install a back water valve which would run us at least $3000. I called Terry's on Mother's Day night at 9pm, and he answered the phone. He would have come out that night, but I insisted we would live through the weekend. He said he'd come by on Monday. He was prompt and came with help. They rodded out the pipes, and sewer, pulling out a beer bottle, and huge tree roots! They worked tirelessly for 4 hours, and stayed at the quoted price (very reasonable). I would recommend these guys to anyone! And will be keeping his number in my phone for future plumbing needs. We had an emergency Saturday morning and I called Lincoln and they were out in less than 30 minutes! Jan the office manager was great to work with and Phil is so nice and was able to figure out our issue very quickly. They moved some appointments around to accommodate our situation and charged a very fair price to make some repairs. They then got us on the schedule first thing Monday morning (a holiday at that) and not only showed up on time but 30 minutes early! They charge very affordable rates, are reliable and hard-working. I will only use Lincoln from here on out (and we've used a lot of plumbers and contractors in our homeownership days!)!

These folks are terrific!. They get the job done, have reasonable prices, and are nice as can be.  I will always call them first!

I was looking for a plumber on a Saturday for about 4 hrs. I had a problem
that resulted in me shutting the water off in the whole house.  My 2yr. old grandson was visiting from Nashville, so that just made it even more urgent.
Brandon was so sincere in helping me out while no one was available. I'm not sure how I would have managed if he didn't call back & come out.
Emergencies are so unexpected, even though I really didn't have the funds, it was worth me using the money I had for another bill.
I am so thankful for Jireh Plumbing & Brandon, saved the day.

Called Grant and his team Saturday afternoon at like 4:30PM after another plumbing company stood us up 2 days in a row.
Grant and his partner showed up within an hour (seriously, on a Saturday afternoon)!! I was ecstatic.
They diagnosed the issue quickly and were ready to repair the issue right away, but we wouldn't be home for the whole time they needed to fix the issue. But they're coming back Monday to fix the issue for us!
I'll update again once the work is complete, but I'm seriously so impressed with their responsiveness and transparency of the issue.

I called them because we had a problem with our plumbing.  They came out right away and did a great job.  Very professional with reasonable prices.  Would highly recommend them to my neighbors and family.

I had an issue with a jet tub and they were the only firm out of 5 that were willing to check it out. They were also the first to respond to the request. He showed up on time and was able to fix the tub ridiculously fast. I would highly recommend their services.

By a stroke of luck we discovered a plumbing issue before going to bed last night that would have left our main floor under water by this morning.  Our heating and A/C contractor recommended Jason from American Sewer and Drain.  I called last night around 9PM and Jason answered right away and did his best to diagnose the problem over the phone.  The water backing up was halted when I turned off the water main and Jason said he'd be at the house between 12-4 today.  He ended up coming out at 8AM (how often is a service person early???) AND fortunately the scope of the problem was not as bad as we had anticipated.  While we were prepared for a much larger bill as Jason was out here for over 3 hours, brought heave equipment into the house AND had to remove a toilet), the fee for his service was MUCH LESS than we expected.  I cannot overstate how satisfied we were with the service.  I recommend Jason without reservation and we will only make one call next time we have a plumbing need.

Great job repairing our water heater connection.  He cut and installed a new hot connection and did it on time and with a reasonable price.  I will call him again in the future.

This company charged me $700 for an initial visit that did not fix the problem, broke the angle valve that shuts off the water to the toilet, charged me $440 for the fix they created BEFORE doing the work, and then cancelled 15 minutes before the appointment after I had scheduled a water shutoff for the building.  They refused to refund me the full amount for the work they didn't do yet, AND charged me a cancellation fee when it's their technician that didn't show up.  There are a lot of options out there, don't waste your time or money
