We had the unfortunate discovery of water leaking through our basement ceiling from our first floor bathroom. They had someone out next day. The two guys worked quickly to try to identify what was the issue. They were upfront about the cost- ie how much we were in for when they started putting holes in the ceiling. Turns out it was just a bad toilet seal. They were up-front about how much it costs to fix that before doing it. They worked quickly to repair and then cleaned up (most of the) mess. We also got some on-the-fly advice about our plumbing system and how it may be affected by the large tree in our back yard. The cost was exactly as quoted and we payed when work was complete. I will use them again in the future.

We had just moved into our Del Webb home 3 weeks earlier when we awoke to water pouring from our basement ceiling light fixture. The water supply hose of our master toilet had cracked and had been leaking all night. We were new to this area as well so we had to rely on reviews to find a plumber. Hansen saved the day. Joe came out to my house 2 weeks after my husband passed away.  He was reliable, kind and very professional!  He left me feeling like I could totally trust and count on him. Today I called Joe again and he was quick to respond, came to my house and took care of the problem. I will tell all my friends and anyone looking for the best plumber out there.

Derek was such a pleasure to work with. I had called about our shower not draining and he came out within a couple of hours of the call. When he was here I asked him about our sink & disposal too--both of which he fixed on the spot. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many other places.

Terry and his team took care of us last weekend with basement water issues.  They were prompt and professional and explained the issues with detail and thought.  I really appreciate their work and intend to use them in the future as needed.

After much difficulty getting companies to return calls, come out for an estimate, then give me an estimate I returned to Yelp looking for someone to repair/replace our catch basin and found Lncoln.

 We had two companies come out.  The first estimate was $12,000 from a chain type company. (14,000 if I used their financing.)  They insisted on replacing the PVC pipes found in the drains and replacing them as well as taking care of the catch basin.  They also gave a hard sell and warned that my foundation could be damaged from rain water.  The second company gave a verbal estimate of about $6,000 but never got back to me with an official estimate even after I called back.  They were going to replace the basin.  

Left a message for Lincoln.  They returned my call the same day and set up a morning appointment for the following day. The dispatcher was friendly.  Phil and his co-worker arrived a bit early, which I love.  Said since only rain water went in the catch basin it could be repaired.  He was able to start work then and there.  There was no mention of the PVC pipe as the drains and the basin were two different issues and he didn't try to convince me to get new drains.  In addition to cleaning out mud in the bottom of the basin, they repaired it, rodded the main pipe and replaced a piece of that, and replaced the lip.  The total charge was $800.

They were efficient and no-nonsense which I appreciate.  I would go to them anytime I needing plumbing/sewer work.

They move a gas line for me. Great work. Very efficient and professional. Would gladly hire them again.

They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue.  The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house.

Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit.

On a Friday evening they were responsive and gave us a fair quote. American Sewer arrived within the quoted time and quickly replaced the sump pump at a fair and reasonable rate. Ver kind! Will use again!

This company charged me $700 for an initial visit that did not fix the problem, broke the angle valve that shuts off the water to the toilet, charged me $440 for the fix they created BEFORE doing the work, and then cancelled 15 minutes before the appointment after I had scheduled a water shutoff for the building.  They refused to refund me the full amount for the work they didn't do yet, AND charged me a cancellation fee when it's their technician that didn't show up.  There are a lot of options out there, don't waste your time or money
