We had a small emergency pipe leak on a Saturday evening, and Greg Hannah Plumbing was on it! They were prompt, friendly, reasonably priced and professional. Andy took the time to explain everything and was a super nice guy. We definitely recommend them!

Quality and HONESTY - wow - Had them replace a sink in my old house and I did much of the prep work myself, they did the plumbing work and went well beyond what we discussed to have the job done properly but kept to their original estimate.

We ordered a new refrigerator and it could t be installed with our current plumbing. Murphys was able to come out ASAP and fix it for us. They also walked my husband through the process as well I'm case the delivery drivers wouldn't hook up the new piping. They also did our hot water heater last fall and were very fair with pricing. We really like Murphys and trust them wholeheartedly!

The most unreliable service I've ever dealt with. Promised one thing and got another. Sure, they got the job done on their THIRD time at my house, but I was originally promised the 1st. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS!

Joe is punctual and arrived on time. He's professional yet easy to talked to and able to answer our questions. We had a very bad blockage in our kitchen drain pipe and Joe worked on it nonstop till it was unclogged. Highly recommended to all my family and friends.

Derek was such a pleasure to work with. I had called about our shower not draining and he came out within a couple of hours of the call. When he was here I asked him about our sink & disposal too--both of which he fixed on the spot. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many other places.

Today I called Terry's Neighborhood Plumbing because I needed an immediate fix for a pipe that was leaking in my kitchen under the sink (I have hardwood floors in the kitchen so I was concerned!) I called Terry's, who I've used before and had a WONDERFUL experience. I asked if someone could come out right away to fix the leak. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Mark and Jim who said they could be there within the hour! They came in less than an hour and fixed a difficult pipe that required additional work. Jim and Mark spent about 2 hours fixing it, letting me know what the problem was and how they were going to address it. In the end they went above and beyond in every way, from the timeliness of showing up to the extra fixes and keeping the area clean to making sure I understood the problem and cost. I will always call them for all my plumbing issues, Mark and Jim were AWESOME!!

I was off the Friday before Labor Day, 9/2 and finally got around to calling some local companies, to support neighborhood businesses when I can.  I needed floor drains replaced in my basement stairwell and on the inside of the basement.  I was flooding because the water had no where to go.   I first called Goode Plumbing and they wanted $60. up front payment for an estimate.  I asked why they would charge for that and Mike, I think was his name, explained that they would apply it as a credit against the charges for the work done.  I explained to him that the point of an estimate is to see who offers the best service and price.  I told him I would not consider paying for an estimate and being out $60 if I did not use them. It is about my income, not theirs.  

I then called Lincoln and spoke to Janet.  My first question was if they charge for estimates. They do not.  Good start.  I explained what I needed. She said she had to make a call to see if someone could come out that day to take a look.  She said she would call me and let me know. She called back in about 5 minutes to let me know someone would be out by 3:30-4:00.  We set that up.  She called me around three to let me know they could be there a little earlier if that was alright, about 3:15. Tom, I think that was his name, and another guy showed up and checked the catch basin first to make sure it was functioning properly. they then determined that both drains would need to be rebuilt.  He quoted me, what I thought was a reasonable price for both drains.
I said yes and he called his work crew while at my house and was able to confirm they would be out at 8 AM next morning to do the work.   They arrived on time and immediately started work.  They had to remove the old drain pipes, which they showed me, were completely clogged with about 94 years worth of stuff.  They quickly installed the new pipes and drains and even patched the stairwell wall with the concrete used to set the drains.  Job done by 11:15 AM.  They explained on how long it would take for everything to set.  I was very satisfied with the work, they cleaned everything up after done.  So far, no flooding issues.  I would definitely recommend this company.

We had an issue with the garbage disposal that basically died. I bought a new one and contacted Berto who was able to come the next day within a 2 hour window. He was here on time and when he got ready to do the switch, he realized that the garbage disposal was still working, just needed some adjustment (of course, I had no clue), and he fixed the problem in two minutes. I paid for the visit of course (which is what is part of the agreement) but he did not charge me for changing the garbage disposal.  Berto was honest and upfront. To me, that is the most valuable attribute of anyone providing any service to customers. He also walked with me to the building basement to provide an estimate for some water pipe repairs we need and he did it without hesitation.  Definitely will call him again.

I needed my toilet serviced due to constant running water. Amazingly, Brandon was able to make it out same day! He assessed the issue, knew the root of the problem, bought the part that needed replacement and fixed it in no time. I appreciated the prompt response and quick resolution. I fully recommend and I'll be reaching out to them for future plumbing needs.

I had an issue with my kitchen faucet that popped up on Saturday, so I contacted Grant for an estimate Saturday night. He responded in about 3 minutes, and was able to come Sunday morning to fix my issue. He was very knowledgeable about the different brands of faucets (knew exactly what was wrong with my Grohe faucet based on issues he's seen in the past), inspected everything in my home and replaced a couple water shutoff valves. His prices were fair, and the service and quality were excellent. I would definitely recommend Grant to others.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to say something about the exceptional service we received yesterday from H20. We had a clogged clean out drain issue which was causing some mild flooding in our garage. We called H20 in the morning and they arrived promptly with several workers. They identified the issue within literally minutes, and fixed the problem within a few hours. We are so grateful for H20 and that they were there when we needed them!

I needed a new kitchen faucet installed and I had a pleasant experience speaking with Mike. The issue was solved quickly and I'll use Magic Men Service again in the future. Thanks again!

Very friendly service.  Replied quickly and thoroughly to emails. Arrived on time and replaced the kitchen sink and shower head very quickly.  Got honest advice on how to fix water damage in the bathroom floor.  Great experience and would call them again if I ever need to.

I couldn't agree more with the first reviewer, Darrell. Joe's been taking care of plumbing needs for the company that I work for, for many years now. I recently needed a new water heater at home because mine started to leak from the bottom. I called and got a few quotes and Joe's price and service was the best. There were some that wanted to charge me extra for parts/ replacements and one said I can go get my own water heater and he'll just charge me for labor. Which means I would need to haul that big water heater home myself. With labor and the heater price, having joe take care of the job was a better choice!

I recommend giving Allison Plumbing a try if you need things fixed at home. Joe is courteous, very knowledgable with what he does, professional,  on time, honest, careful with work, and gives reasonable pricing.

The majority of my reviews are restaurants only and after knowing he gets most of his business via word of mouth, I wanted to share my experience on here and give Allison Plumbing a good word. Especially seeing they only have one review so far!

I had a broken city sewer line. I was told they would do all the work to get this fixed as soon possible. I was the one who had to contact the city to insure the issue was fixed in a timely manner. I was not contacted when service appointments where made. My contact info was not updated after multiple requests. After canceling an appointment due to a funeral via the text message which indicated I could reply to. They showed up anyway. When I told the technician they where not to be on the property because I was not home. They still went ahead and worked on the property. They did not fill the hole correctly and laid cement when it was too cold to do so. The hole was caved in and cement cracked by the next morning. When they where done the technician then called me to demand payment after being told he was not to work on the property. He was told
To just finish the job regardless by his management. When setting up appointment to correct the issue, and having to cancel due to rain and freezing temperatures I was given a hard time and they tired to tell me I could not reschedule the appointment for work on my property. On the day of the appointment it was once again raining they went ahead and laid concrete. Due to the rain the top layer washed off which means it's going to eventually collapse again. And I will have to fix the patch.

I would never use this company again. It was a pain, and they have horrible customer service.

Edit: I forgot to add they showed multiple unprepared for the appointment. Lacking the correct equipment. Or not knowing what was to be done on that day.
