This was the second time they had to come out in a year and a half to ride out my pipes I asked him to call me before he did the work did to work anyways cuz my neighbor in the back we share the same pipe had to leave him three messages before he finally called me back he denied that he got my messages and claimed that he called me which I never received needless to say he advertises rotting out for $199 on his website with outside access which he did have and he did it for the outside and sent the bill for $525 total rip-off would never use him again when I asked him about the work that was done Greg himself told me next time call somebody else and hung up on me be very aware of this guy I think he got too big for his britches

Prompt and professional service.  They have a well deserved reputation for competence and honesty.  I strongly recommend their services for both plumbing and heating issues.  I've been using them for more than 10 years.

The most unreliable service I've ever dealt with. Promised one thing and got another. Sure, they got the job done on their THIRD time at my house, but I was originally promised the 1st. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS!

Joe is great!!! Very reliable and does an excellent job. He has fixed toilets, drains, a garbage disposal and installed a new toilet for us. I will never use anyone else and have recommended him to family and friends.

Derek was such a pleasure to work with. I had called about our shower not draining and he came out within a couple of hours of the call. When he was here I asked him about our sink & disposal too--both of which he fixed on the spot. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many other places.

I called Terry to schedule just a routine check up on hour home. Hadnt had it done in a few years. He was willing to come out that same day if needed. I was not home and scheduled it for the next day. Service was prompt, professional and reliable. A team came out and they were great. The service call did not take too long. They rodded the pipes, cleared line from catch basin out to the street. Checked our flood system. Unclogged our utility drain and then even cleared shower drains and checked bathrooms. They were reasonable and I will not hesitate to use them again.

I have hired Lincoln Sewerage to install my sump pump and battery backup system three years ago. Lately my tenant has complained that the sump pump may not be working and I asked them to come out and check in the sump pump to ensure it's working. Apparently the worker didn't plug in the sump pump before they left and my basement is now flooded. I called Robert and he refused to take on any accountability and yelled at me over the phone. They were the last persons that touched the sump pump and it was simply ridiculous to argue with me. He said he was coming the next day to check on the damage and he was a no show.  It's extremely unprofessional and I'm very disappointed with their service and I will never use them again. Be aware. I would give them zero star.

We had an issue with the garbage disposal that basically died. I bought a new one and contacted Berto who was able to come the next day within a 2 hour window. He was here on time and when he got ready to do the switch, he realized that the garbage disposal was still working, just needed some adjustment (of course, I had no clue), and he fixed the problem in two minutes. I paid for the visit of course (which is what is part of the agreement) but he did not charge me for changing the garbage disposal.  Berto was honest and upfront. To me, that is the most valuable attribute of anyone providing any service to customers. He also walked with me to the building basement to provide an estimate for some water pipe repairs we need and he did it without hesitation.  Definitely will call him again.

After having dealt with a number of plumbers from both large and small companies, having used those from warranty companies also, I am happy to have found Jireh plumbing. Brandon was honest, thorough, respectful and punctual. Although he was called out to rod my sewer line, he addressed ALL of my plumbing problems and fixed a couple of minor issues without charging me. I won't call anyone else for my plumbing needs. Oh how I wish, more contractors were like him.

Grant was by far the most responsive plumber that we called. He called back immediately on a Sunday night. He was able to replace a water heater, fix a toilet and look at a leaky sink all for a reasonable price. The sink needed a special part and he went the extra mile to get the part and come back on another day. He is very knowledgeable, attentive and spent extra time pointing out additional things that we should consider in the future that the previous home owners had done incorrectly. I recommend Preferred Professional Plumbing to my neighbors and even asked for extra business cards to help spread the word. A+ all around.

Todd and H20 plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. We got brand new countertops and kitchen sink put into our home and we thought my father in law could get the job done. Unfortunately that was not the case and Todd was able to come immediately (my kitchen sink was leaking) and fix the issue with brand new piping and truly amazing work. Todd worked efficiently and cleaned his work area when he was done. I was very pleased with the work that was done and I have already called him to come back to do some other small jobs on the side. Thank you Todd!!! I would absolutely recommend h20 for your next plumbing needs.

I hired them for a drain install, dishwasher hookup, and disposal installation. They were exceptionally professional, and definitely the best contractors I used during this entire kitchen renovation. They arrived on time, were professional and uniformed, friendly, and did the job for the price quoted with no nonsense. Their price was in line with other quotes I received, but the customer service was absolutely top-notch. I was truly impressed and wish I had more jobs to hire them for!

Quick response and gave advice on new products since ours were original toilets. Very nice and easy to work with.

I had a great experience with Joe! I had a backup prevention valve installed in the basement and had wanted him to check it and install a proper cover. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had. He only charged for one hour plus the real price of the cover even though it took him longer than that to leave and pick up the cover after making sure which one I needed and to answer my questions. On the way out he even recommended a root killer for my sewer line as an alternative to the power rodding that I do every year. I will definitely be using them again!

Kyle R is the worst customer service agent they possibly have. He was rude and had no idea what he was talking about. I had service for about 25 minutes and he claims the plumbers were here for three hours. Then he said they charge for three hours. He's not really sure what they're doing. However they were here for a short time and charged me $2400. I would never recommend this company for anything ever. They are criminals.
