Woke up to no hot water on a Saturday. Called Greg and he had one if his guys (Ed) out within 90 minutes. Ends up, our 28-year old water heater finally bit the dust. Ed was able to install a brand new one, same day--he did a phenomenal job, was courteous and cleaned everything up when finished. We've had Greg and his team out on numerous occasions for jobs from putting in a sewer line backup valve to changing a faucet, to now installing a water heater. Each and every time, they did a great job. Highly recommend Greg and his team!

I have used Schmitz Bros on 3 different occasions and each time I tell my friends how great they are. Honest and reliable as well as affordable. He is not going to rip you off. This is truly my favorite repair go to guy. Bob is the best!!

I looked into several different plumbers. Some charge to just come to your house and then they also charge for a 'diagnosis'. Murphy's does not do either. Very knowledgeable and honest. Did two different jobs for me and I am very happy with both. I wanted to find someone in Roselle as that is where I live and I like to support my community. We had them out twice for our bathroom.  The first time was when my wife broke the shower handle off while the water was running and we could not get it turned off.  They came out on an emergency call and fixed the problem.  We then had them back out when the bathroom project proceeded.  I have no complaints and would not hesitate to have them back out.  They are true professionals.

Came by and fixed my nasty clogged toilet super quick, and it was after a 5 on a Friday. Would call back again for sure (hopefully I don't have to but good to know I can get a problem fixed quick)!

Recently my husband stepped out of our downstairs shower at 5:45 am into a pool of water. We do not typically have water in our basement, in fact the River Forest flooding that frequently occurs because of the nearby Des Plaines River has never reached our house in the 14 years we have owned our home. Later that same day of our problem we attempted to clear the water from our basement (even though it was still not at all clear as to its origin) but by evening the water instead of receding, appeared to be rising! We called Terry because we found his website after a Google search and he claimed to be a 24 hour plumber in our area. Right from the start, Terry put us at ease because of his professional approach to diagnosing the possible problem and within an hour (at 11:00 pm) Terry and he associates came to our home to assess the situation. We are very impressed that Terry and his staff are not only extremely professional, competent and punctual but have reasonable prices as well. They stated that they would call us by 10:00 am the next morning and they called exactly at 10:00 and by 10:40 they had installed our brand new sump pump! We have been working with these guys for 10 years now.  They have installed an access point in the front yard, repaired our catch basin, and now given us emergency service after we neglected to call them for a few years for maintenance and sewer water starting coming out one of the drains in the basement.  Called around 10 PM on Saturday during the stay-at-home order.  They arrived on Sunday at 11 AM and they had all the root blockage cleared out by Noon.  Always professional, they arrived wearing masks and maintained social distance.  They do great work and we've recommended them to a lot of our friends.

My hero's! These guys showed up within an hour of me calling in the middle of what I know has been a very busy week of pipes bursting. They told me they were working until late in the night to try to get to everyone. They were honest, reasonably priced, and fast. Highly recommend!

After having dealt with a number of plumbers from both large and small companies, having used those from warranty companies also, I am happy to have found Jireh plumbing. Brandon was honest, thorough, respectful and punctual. Although he was called out to rod my sewer line, he addressed ALL of my plumbing problems and fixed a couple of minor issues without charging me. I won't call anyone else for my plumbing needs. Oh how I wish, more contractors were like him.

Grant responded quickly to our plumbing request and worked very efficiently!  We appreciated how straight forward and transparent he was in handing our pipe issues.

We've used H2O for two projects recently, one huge and one small. We were very happy with their work.

The big project was a broken service line, which needed to be fully replaced right before everything shut down for Christmas. We put out bids, and H2O was the lowest. They also had a more sensible plan than some of the other bidders, who intended to tear out my bushes. We took a chance and were glad that we did. Like any big project, there were hiccups, including trouble getting the go-ahead from the city (Evanston). John kept us fully informed by text as we rolled with the delays over the holiday. The team, led by John and Todd, was incredibly professional. Communication was the key.

We called them again when a pipe burst after the polar vortex. They fit us in to a jam packed schedule, and fixed it within 20 minutes of arrival.

We're satisfied customers and we'll keep using them.

Arrived just when promised.  Took care of my leaking dishwasher quickly.  Highly recommended!

I just called American Sewer and Drain for some sewer issues. They listened to our needs and were extremely helpful. They were unable to help us as we were outside the area they serviced but referred me to a company that could help us. I was impressed with how they wanted to help us get our problem addressed even though there was no financial gain for them. Sounds like a company with integrity.

Joe was great! Needed a kitchen faucet replaced. Came out same day, friendly, professional, and very fair price. Highly recommended.

Kyle R is the worst customer service agent they possibly have. He was rude and had no idea what he was talking about. I had service for about 25 minutes and he claims the plumbers were here for three hours. Then he said they charge for three hours. He's not really sure what they're doing. However they were here for a short time and charged me $2400. I would never recommend this company for anything ever. They are criminals.
