I used Hannah's at the end of August to clear out my sewer line. They asked my when I would like someone to come out. I said the earliest possible-- they sent someone on Sunday and charged me DOUBLE what it would have cost if they came on Monday-- WITHOUT TELLING ME THERE IS AN EXTRA WEEKEND CHARGE. Now, my sewer line is backed up again and they won't guarantee their work saying tree roots grow quickly... not 6 weeks quickly! They didn't do good work the first time. Now they won't stand behind their work and on top it, they aren't calling us back. Essentially, they are overpriced and unprofessional.

Quality and HONESTY - wow - Had them replace a sink in my old house and I did much of the prep work myself, they did the plumbing work and went well beyond what we discussed to have the job done properly but kept to their original estimate.

Wonderful company! Responsive, professional, and a joy to deal with. As a landlord I have has to deal with a lot of repair companies. But this one was amazing. I had a plumbing problem at one of my rental properties a few months back and I called them got a appointment for the same day they had the problem fixed by the end of the day. They left the area cleaner than it was before the arrived. Great customer service! I would give them 100 stars if I could.

We had just moved into our Del Webb home 3 weeks earlier when we awoke to water pouring from our basement ceiling light fixture. The water supply hose of our master toilet had cracked and had been leaking all night. We were new to this area as well so we had to rely on reviews to find a plumber. Hansen saved the day. The plumber was well qualified, nice and honest. They were at my door 15 minutes after my call. Very pleased. We want to give thanks to others who took the time to review Hansen. Passing it forward

Came by and fixed my nasty clogged toilet super quick, and it was after a 5 on a Friday. Would call back again for sure (hopefully I don't have to but good to know I can get a problem fixed quick)!

Recently my husband stepped out of our downstairs shower at 5:45 am into a pool of water. We do not typically have water in our basement, in fact the River Forest flooding that frequently occurs because of the nearby Des Plaines River has never reached our house in the 14 years we have owned our home. Later that same day of our problem we attempted to clear the water from our basement (even though it was still not at all clear as to its origin) but by evening the water instead of receding, appeared to be rising! We called Terry because we found his website after a Google search and he claimed to be a 24 hour plumber in our area. Right from the start, Terry put us at ease because of his professional approach to diagnosing the possible problem and within an hour (at 11:00 pm) Terry and he associates came to our home to assess the situation. We are very impressed that Terry and his staff are not only extremely professional, competent and punctual but have reasonable prices as well. They stated that they would call us by 10:00 am the next morning and they called exactly at 10:00 and by 10:40 they had installed our brand new sump pump! I am very happy with the excellent service I got from Lincoln.  Phil came out within a day of my call and completed work the next business day. He and his crew broke out a section of concrete to replace a broken 6 inch pipe from my downspout to catch basin, and then back filled and patched back. Everything looks great and his bid was much lower than others. I highly recommend.

I needed my toilet serviced due to constant running water. Amazingly, Brandon was able to make it out same day! He assessed the issue, knew the root of the problem, bought the part that needed replacement and fixed it in no time. I appreciated the prompt response and quick resolution. I fully recommend and I'll be reaching out to them for future plumbing needs.

We used Grant for the first time for a plumbing job.  He is professional and straight forward.  He identified the problem which turned out to be  sheer of sewer line.  We had to call someone else to do the sewer repair but Grant did fine job in fixing one of the leakage in the bathroom.

The drain in the floor of my laundry room backed up. I called H20 and heard back almost immediately. Two guys came over and told me I only have a 2 1/2 pipe inside my house and that they recommended putting in a clean out drain in my front yard. They then brought in their equipment. After the work was done, they told me they  poked a hole through the trees roots. It was not explained to me that the root out they were going to do wouldn't solve the problem, but merely opened it for now.  The cost to poke open that hole was $450. I was then given an estimate of $3800 to put in the recommended clean out drain in my lawn, and that the $450 would be applied towards this amount if I agreed to install the clean out drain . Since I didn't want to make the decision to spend that amount of money right then, they gave me the invoice and informed me the work they just completed was not warrantied.

I wish I had known that the work wouldn't have been warrantied before they rooted out the drain and I incurred the $450 charge. I would have paid for the trip charge and called around for estimates that could insure that the work would be warrantied, or at least given me time so that I could become confident that I had the best price to get that kind of work done.

A big ZERO.  They charged me $900 to to fix a leak in my bathroom in December. The link was never fixed. I scheduled another appointment in March and they were a no-show. Someone showed up the next day claiming to work for this company and brought no supplies with him.  He said a quote would be delivered. Never received the quote. Honest to God the person I let in not my home could have been a criminal. I contact the company and was told I did not contact them within 90 days of the original service and as a result there is nothing they can do.  Hmmm. Contact the company in March is within 90 days. Shame on you Magic Men.  What a complete disaster.  I will file a complaint with the BBB but do not think this company is accredited.

Excellent company!  I can't say enough great things about this company.  We have used them twice, both times it was urgent.  Jason Hedges was out here almost immediately.  The work was completed in a timely manner, clean, efficiently.  Both times the work fixed the problems with no recurring problems.

Joe was great! He had to miss our first appointment due to his previous house taking longer than anticipated (and the fact that we had somewhere to be) but he more than made up for it when he rescheduled! He's reasonably priced, friendly, efficient, punctual and spent the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely call him again when we need a plumber!

Kyle R is the worst customer service agent they possibly have. He was rude and had no idea what he was talking about. I had service for about 25 minutes and he claims the plumbers were here for three hours. Then he said they charge for three hours. He's not really sure what they're doing. However they were here for a short time and charged me $2400. I would never recommend this company for anything ever. They are criminals.
