I wanted to get my entire home repiped with copper piping.  I got three other quotes that were all almost twice the amount I was quoted from Hannah's Plumbing.  I kept trying to figure out what the catch was.  There was no catch.  They did everything the other guys promised to do at a fraction of the price.  The two day job lasted two days.  They were on time each day. Did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The price they quoted was the price I paid.  They didn't try to add anything on.  

Overall, I was very pleased and would recommend them to a friend.

Prompt and professional service.  They have a well deserved reputation for competence and honesty.  I strongly recommend their services for both plumbing and heating issues.  I've been using them for more than 10 years.

We ordered a new refrigerator and it could t be installed with our current plumbing. Murphys was able to come out ASAP and fix it for us. They also walked my husband through the process as well I'm case the delivery drivers wouldn't hook up the new piping. They also did our hot water heater last fall and were very fair with pricing. We really like Murphys and trust them wholeheartedly!

On time, and very friendly.  Did great work, and helped me understand what was happening.  Pricing was much better than my past experience with HVAC companies.   Recommend.

Joe came out to my house 2 weeks after my husband passed away.  He was reliable, kind and very professional!  He left me feeling like I could totally trust and count on him. Today I called Joe again and he was quick to respond, came to my house and took care of the problem. I will tell all my friends and anyone looking for the best plumber out there.

Derek was such a pleasure to work with. I had called about our shower not draining and he came out within a couple of hours of the call. When he was here I asked him about our sink & disposal too--both of which he fixed on the spot. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many other places.

Today I dropped a piece of electric razor down the sink drain. Given my incompetence when it comes to plumbing, I immediately thought I'd need a plumber to take apart the pipes to get it out. But when I called Terry's in hopes of scheduling an appointment, they instead recommended I use a shop vac to suction the thing out. Thanks for the tip -- I appreciate the honesty and thoughtfulness, and saving me time and money!

Great service! They did an excellent job. I will use them in the future. They cleaned out my sewer line and cleaned my catch basin within an hour.  Fast and efficient.

Adalberto did a great job. Found our leaking problem and pointed out that our shower drained wasn't connected properly. He explained what needed to be done clearly and kept us informed throughout the repairs. He was also open to feedback on what we needed/preferred. Will be keeping his contact information handy.

I cannot begin to express how happy I am with the service I received from this company. They were on time, professional and thorough. Grant was by far the most responsive plumber that we called. He called back immediately on a Sunday night. He was able to replace a water heater, fix a toilet and look at a leaky sink all for a reasonable price. The sink needed a special part and he went the extra mile to get the part and come back on another day. He is very knowledgeable, attentive and spent extra time pointing out additional things that we should consider in the future that the previous home owners had done incorrectly. I recommend Preferred Professional Plumbing to my neighbors and even asked for extra business cards to help spread the word. A+ all around.

They sent out two plumbers to replace a canister in a Delta faucet and a GFCI receptacle. Thus the bill was double what it should have been. I contacted the company but they will not do anything about the bill. Do not use these guys.

Came through on about a days notice and knocked out my wax ring replacement pretty quickly in my new house. They were prompt and went above and beyond in helping me understand my issue and making a short term fix on another issue I wouldn't have gotten to otherwise. If I decide to look at a water issue in my attic I plan to call them back as well.

Only small beef is they didn't sweep up after they lifted the toilet before they left (I hadn't noticed, I'm sure they would've if I asked). I highly recommend  Magic Men and look forward to working with them in the future.

Jason is a perfectionist and truly expert in his trade. He helped me with flooding issue in the backyard by installing dual discharge for controlling the sump pump.

I had a great experience with Joe! I had a backup prevention valve installed in the basement and had wanted him to check it and install a proper cover. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had. He only charged for one hour plus the real price of the cover even though it took him longer than that to leave and pick up the cover after making sure which one I needed and to answer my questions. On the way out he even recommended a root killer for my sewer line as an alternative to the power rodding that I do every year. I will definitely be using them again!

This company charged me $700 for an initial visit that did not fix the problem, broke the angle valve that shuts off the water to the toilet, charged me $440 for the fix they created BEFORE doing the work, and then cancelled 15 minutes before the appointment after I had scheduled a water shutoff for the building.  They refused to refund me the full amount for the work they didn't do yet, AND charged me a cancellation fee when it's their technician that didn't show up.  There are a lot of options out there, don't waste your time or money
