Best Plumbing Services in Illinois

I recently had to use them two times in as many weeks. Great service and guys. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the water heater ad on their site stated one thing, then I was told it is not valid on a Saturday (which was NOWHERE stated on their site). I did not appreciate that.
Plus now I have no water pressure in the kitchen which is one of the things I had called them for week one.

Our refrigerator went out, and before store would deliver, we needed a shut-off valve for the ice maker. Called the Schmitz Bros. He arrived that day, installed the shut-off valve and promised to come back to attach line to the new refrig. He was prompt, courteous and extremely competent. Price was fair. Highly recommend this plummer! I will continue to use him whenever I need a good plummer.

Anyway, this is my go-to plumber. It's actually 2 brothers-Matt and Dan, and I've only ever had Matt do work, but his brother Dan was super nice on the phone and my guess is he's good too.

Matt first saved us last year when we had a clogged sink that us, Roto-Rooter, and another local, well-reviewed plumber couldn't fix. We were told that it would cost thousands to fix and would require a lot of work. We were pretty desperate. But Matt fixed it! We were so so grateful.

Tonight we had yet another issue with a leaking hose under the sink. I think Matt was on his way home when I called, but came over and fixed it. Again, so grateful. I feel like he always goes out of his way for us and does a good job for a fair price. Yay Murphy plumbing!

On time, and very friendly.  Did great work, and helped me understand what was happening.  Pricing was much better than my past experience with HVAC companies.   Recommend.

Joe is great!!! Very reliable and does an excellent job. He has fixed toilets, drains, a garbage disposal and installed a new toilet for us. I will never use anyone else and have recommended him to family and friends.

Derek was such a pleasure to work with. I had called about our shower not draining and he came out within a couple of hours of the call. When he was here I asked him about our sink & disposal too--both of which he fixed on the spot. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many other places.

Today I called Terry's Neighborhood Plumbing because I needed an immediate fix for a pipe that was leaking in my kitchen under the sink (I have hardwood floors in the kitchen so I was concerned!) I called Terry's, who I've used before and had a WONDERFUL experience. I asked if someone could come out right away to fix the leak. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Mark and Jim who said they could be there within the hour! They came in less than an hour and fixed a difficult pipe that required additional work. Jim and Mark spent about 2 hours fixing it, letting me know what the problem was and how they were going to address it. In the end they went above and beyond in every way, from the timeliness of showing up to the extra fixes and keeping the area clean to making sure I understood the problem and cost. I will always call them for all my plumbing issues, Mark and Jim were AWESOME!!

I've now used Lincoln for two major plumbing/sewerage projects (at 2 different locations) and wanted to update my first review to say I am still thrilled with their service and work and wouldn't trust anyone else with these types of issues.

I have a new home - but still vintage like my prior home - that they worked on recently. It is 3 stories with a bathroom on every floor. I had water that was starting to pool and collect in my first floor tub whenever I used the second floor tub/toilet, suggesting a clog. I called another plumber at first thinking it was just a simple unclogging/rotor service that was needed. Well, after 6 hours and hundreds of dollars with this plumber, it became clear that the issue was much more serious. At this point I called Lincoln because I don't trust anyone else with serious issues like this. Phil, the owner, came out and spent half a day with his guys just trying to diagnose the issue and a solution. I paid a pretty small charge for this - which was primarily a charge for various attempts they made to unclog my pipes and locate the point of the clog. The clog ended up being in my pipes below my house (eek!!!), but luckily the clog point was under my concrete driveway versus my house so they didn't have to rip into my basement floor. It still sounded pretty scary and no one wants any part of their home ripped up - and frankly, there is never a 100 percent guarantee that what they propose will resolve the issue. But what else could I do? So I said let's do it and 36 hours later they were back to perform the work.

Im happy to report that they were right and their fix worked! They cut into the concrete, removed the pipe that was clogged, removed a ton of debris (a mature tree roots caused much of the issue), replaced the pipe, and re-cemented the driveway. I haven't had any issues over the past couple of months since the work was performed.

Again, these guys know what they are doing. Phil has been doing this work forever. Sewage and plumbing issues are terrifying (I think) because of the massive damage they can do to your home. I trust Lincoln to respond promptly, give me honest and accurate advice, quote me a fair price for the work, and to execute skillfully.

We had an issue with the garbage disposal that basically died. I bought a new one and contacted Berto who was able to come the next day within a 2 hour window. He was here on time and when he got ready to do the switch, he realized that the garbage disposal was still working, just needed some adjustment (of course, I had no clue), and he fixed the problem in two minutes. I paid for the visit of course (which is what is part of the agreement) but he did not charge me for changing the garbage disposal.  Berto was honest and upfront. To me, that is the most valuable attribute of anyone providing any service to customers. He also walked with me to the building basement to provide an estimate for some water pipe repairs we need and he did it without hesitation.  Definitely will call him again.

I was looking for a plumber on a Saturday for about 4 hrs. I had a problem
that resulted in me shutting the water off in the whole house.  My 2yr. old grandson was visiting from Nashville, so that just made it even more urgent.
Brandon was so sincere in helping me out while no one was available. I'm not sure how I would have managed if he didn't call back & come out.
Emergencies are so unexpected, even though I really didn't have the funds, it was worth me using the money I had for another bill.
I am so thankful for Jireh Plumbing & Brandon, saved the day.

We used Grant for the first time for a plumbing job.  He is professional and straight forward.  He identified the problem which turned out to be  sheer of sewer line.  We had to call someone else to do the sewer repair but Grant did fine job in fixing one of the leakage in the bathroom.

We recently bought an old house and needed to change an old wheelchair toilet and un-flushable toilet before we move in. We initially had another plumbing guy who is contracted by a big corporation. The guy told us that he cannot install the toilets because he never seen the old wheelchair accessible toilets before...he gave up on getting rid of toilets and installing new ones....(he told me he has been working as a plumber for 30 years....) So we decided to hire someone local. Then my husband found H2O plumbing. H2O plumbing guys come in, get rid of the old toilets, and they install the new toilets with no time! They give us a great advice and consultation. Thanks!

Super happy with Mike's responsiveness and turnaround time. His technician, Gabe was on site immediately and they had my water heater completely replaced (wow) and hot water restored to my house within a few hours of first meeting him.  This business is supportive of military veterans in their hiring and discounts.  Highly recommend for your plumbing and water heater needs.

Sump pump failed. Called a few plumbers.  After checking BBB and reading some reviews, I chose Allison Plumbing.  Came ASAP.  Replaced old pump with new one and price was exactly what he quoted.  Very reasonable, honest, personable and great service.  When I need plumbing help, Allison will be my plumber.  I highly recommend him.

This company charged me $700 for an initial visit that did not fix the problem, broke the angle valve that shuts off the water to the toilet, charged me $440 for the fix they created BEFORE doing the work, and then cancelled 15 minutes before the appointment after I had scheduled a water shutoff for the building.  They refused to refund me the full amount for the work they didn't do yet, AND charged me a cancellation fee when it's their technician that didn't show up.  There are a lot of options out there, don't waste your time or money
