I've used Hannah's plumbing several times over the past six years for a variety of jobs.  Everything from installing a toilet, to repairing/replacing leaking pipes, to rodding our main sewer line.  I have been completely satisfied with every job.  Their staff is friendly, professional and competent, and most importantly does the job right the first time.  

Hannah's price is reasonable, but not the cheapest you'll find.  For sewer rodding, I could have saved $50 going with another local company, but they averaged a 1.5-star yelp rating.  To me it's worth the extra $50 to have peace of mind and the job done right.

In sum, use these guys.  You won't be disappointed.  And also check their website, where they periodically post coupons.

You can't do better than these guys. My elderly parents have been long time customers. With the recent severe cold they had frozen pipes. Despite a crazy schedule, he fit them in and spent 2 hours to fix the problem.

Dan and Matt came out the morning after I called them.  Professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful with explaining future owner maintenance to keep things running smoothly. They gave me a quote up front, and did not add any additional costs.   I highly recommend this business and will tell all my family and friends about them.

I had Hansen clean my ductwork and they did a great job.  Very reasonable and thorough.  After that experience, I set them up for regular cleaning of my furnace and air conditioning as you always want to trust who you let in your house and feel comfortable with the quality of their work.

Joe is punctual and arrived on time. He's professional yet easy to talked to and able to answer our questions. We had a very bad blockage in our kitchen drain pipe and Joe worked on it nonstop till it was unclogged. Highly recommended to all my family and friends.

Derek was such a pleasure to work with. I had called about our shower not draining and he came out within a couple of hours of the call. When he was here I asked him about our sink & disposal too--both of which he fixed on the spot. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many other places.

Today I dropped a piece of electric razor down the sink drain. Given my incompetence when it comes to plumbing, I immediately thought I'd need a plumber to take apart the pipes to get it out. But when I called Terry's in hopes of scheduling an appointment, they instead recommended I use a shop vac to suction the thing out. Thanks for the tip -- I appreciate the honesty and thoughtfulness, and saving me time and money!

Very responsive and much less expensive than others for catch basin cleaning.  Highly recommend.

We had an issue with the garbage disposal that basically died. I bought a new one and contacted Berto who was able to come the next day within a 2 hour window. He was here on time and when he got ready to do the switch, he realized that the garbage disposal was still working, just needed some adjustment (of course, I had no clue), and he fixed the problem in two minutes. I paid for the visit of course (which is what is part of the agreement) but he did not charge me for changing the garbage disposal.  Berto was honest and upfront. To me, that is the most valuable attribute of anyone providing any service to customers. He also walked with me to the building basement to provide an estimate for some water pipe repairs we need and he did it without hesitation.  Definitely will call him again.

We're having plumbing issues and Brandon and team were super responsive in asking questions beforehand to understand the problem and providing guidance before they could get here. Also we were able to be scheduled quickly to resolve the issue, gave us detailed explanation of the issue and what our next steps should be.

I had an issue with my kitchen faucet that popped up on Saturday, so I contacted Grant for an estimate Saturday night. He responded in about 3 minutes, and was able to come Sunday morning to fix my issue. He was very knowledgeable about the different brands of faucets (knew exactly what was wrong with my Grohe faucet based on issues he's seen in the past), inspected everything in my home and replaced a couple water shutoff valves. His prices were fair, and the service and quality were excellent. I would definitely recommend Grant to others.

They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue.  The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house.

Not only were they professional and aggressive in resolving the issue, but they were also very responsive to our urgent needs and showed up when they said they would for every visit.

Problem = leaking 2016 water heater tank that has not been serviced in minimum of 3 years (unfortunate ignorance on my part)

I was horrified by the price and faced with further expenses of having to cut my countertop and remove the cabinet to my leaking/dying water heater (per the first consultation with another plumbing company). I randomly found Magic Men under local plumbers so I called Magic Men for a second opinion. Mike's quote was affordable and his assessment was very informative so my father and I proceeded with the job with his team.

He was able to find a good unit for me despite the Labor day weekend (it's an uncommon type of water heater). When his team arrived on the job, they were able to overcome the handful of surprise hurdles presented by my strangely inconvenient kitchen (remodel done by the previous owner). They also informed me of issues they discovered surrounding the mess that is my kitchen.

I am happy with their service and look forward to possibly having them do future projects.

Jason is a perfectionist and truly expert in his trade. He helped me with flooding issue in the backyard by installing dual discharge for controlling the sump pump.

He's upfront with the cost and worth every penny. Looking forward to working with Jason on future remodeling of my house.

Joe is the best. He is always fair, accommodating and priced fairly. We trust him 100% and would refer him to anyone!

I had a broken city sewer line. I was told they would do all the work to get this fixed as soon possible. I was the one who had to contact the city to insure the issue was fixed in a timely manner. I was not contacted when service appointments where made. My contact info was not updated after multiple requests. After canceling an appointment due to a funeral via the text message which indicated I could reply to. They showed up anyway. When I told the technician they where not to be on the property because I was not home. They still went ahead and worked on the property. They did not fill the hole correctly and laid cement when it was too cold to do so. The hole was caved in and cement cracked by the next morning. When they where done the technician then called me to demand payment after being told he was not to work on the property. He was told
To just finish the job regardless by his management. When setting up appointment to correct the issue, and having to cancel due to rain and freezing temperatures I was given a hard time and they tired to tell me I could not reschedule the appointment for work on my property. On the day of the appointment it was once again raining they went ahead and laid concrete. Due to the rain the top layer washed off which means it's going to eventually collapse again. And I will have to fix the patch.

I would never use this company again. It was a pain, and they have horrible customer service.

Edit: I forgot to add they showed multiple unprepared for the appointment. Lacking the correct equipment. Or not knowing what was to be done on that day.
