This company recently did a complete repipe of my home. I am beyond pleased with their work. They were all very respectful and considerate. Since they did have to go through several walls. They did the work in a timely manner and were honest about the time it would take to complete the job. I am a new homeowner, so a bit nervous about a big job like this. They definitely eased my nerves and I would recommend their service to anyone.

Prompt and professional service.  They have a well deserved reputation for competence and honesty.  I strongly recommend their services for both plumbing and heating issues.  I've been using them for more than 10 years.

Dan and Matt came out the morning after I called them.  Professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful with explaining future owner maintenance to keep things running smoothly. They gave me a quote up front, and did not add any additional costs.   I highly recommend this business and will tell all my family and friends about them.

Joe came out to my house 2 weeks after my husband passed away.  He was reliable, kind and very professional!  He left me feeling like I could totally trust and count on him. Today I called Joe again and he was quick to respond, came to my house and took care of the problem. I will tell all my friends and anyone looking for the best plumber out there.

Derek was such a pleasure to work with. I had called about our shower not draining and he came out within a couple of hours of the call. When he was here I asked him about our sink & disposal too--both of which he fixed on the spot. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many other places.

Very responsive and thus deserving of the 4 stars. I reached the answering service and she said Justin would call within 20 minutes and indeed he did. I withheld a star because I think the cost of their service is high- I paid $ 300 to have a toilet installed. To their credit, Justin was in and out within 30 minutes so they are efficient.  Perhaps the high price tag is worth it just to move on with your life. Justin is professional, respectful, knowledgeable and an asset to the business.

I've now used Lincoln for two major plumbing/sewerage projects (at 2 different locations) and wanted to update my first review to say I am still thrilled with their service and work and wouldn't trust anyone else with these types of issues.

I have a new home - but still vintage like my prior home - that they worked on recently. It is 3 stories with a bathroom on every floor. I had water that was starting to pool and collect in my first floor tub whenever I used the second floor tub/toilet, suggesting a clog. I called another plumber at first thinking it was just a simple unclogging/rotor service that was needed. Well, after 6 hours and hundreds of dollars with this plumber, it became clear that the issue was much more serious. At this point I called Lincoln because I don't trust anyone else with serious issues like this. Phil, the owner, came out and spent half a day with his guys just trying to diagnose the issue and a solution. I paid a pretty small charge for this - which was primarily a charge for various attempts they made to unclog my pipes and locate the point of the clog. The clog ended up being in my pipes below my house (eek!!!), but luckily the clog point was under my concrete driveway versus my house so they didn't have to rip into my basement floor. It still sounded pretty scary and no one wants any part of their home ripped up - and frankly, there is never a 100 percent guarantee that what they propose will resolve the issue. But what else could I do? So I said let's do it and 36 hours later they were back to perform the work.

Im happy to report that they were right and their fix worked! They cut into the concrete, removed the pipe that was clogged, removed a ton of debris (a mature tree roots caused much of the issue), replaced the pipe, and re-cemented the driveway. I haven't had any issues over the past couple of months since the work was performed.

Again, these guys know what they are doing. Phil has been doing this work forever. Sewage and plumbing issues are terrifying (I think) because of the massive damage they can do to your home. I trust Lincoln to respond promptly, give me honest and accurate advice, quote me a fair price for the work, and to execute skillfully.

They move a gas line for me. Great work. Very efficient and professional. Would gladly hire them again.

We're having plumbing issues and Brandon and team were super responsive in asking questions beforehand to understand the problem and providing guidance before they could get here. Also we were able to be scheduled quickly to resolve the issue, gave us detailed explanation of the issue and what our next steps should be.

Grant, at Preferred Plumbing quickly responded to our call, satisfying both my wife and myself. They were prompt, considerate and clean,placing disposable booties over their shoes before entering.  The job was done to our complete satisfaction.

H20 was amazing!  Responded to my quote request within 15 minutes, took my call well after normal working hours, was able to re arrange his schedule to help me with my perceived urgent issue, came over the next morning right away, diagnosed my issue and didn't even charge me!!!  Todd is the definition of a stand up guy and will gladly be referring all friends/family and future business his way.

I hired them for a drain install, dishwasher hookup, and disposal installation. They were exceptionally professional, and definitely the best contractors I used during this entire kitchen renovation. They arrived on time, were professional and uniformed, friendly, and did the job for the price quoted with no nonsense. Their price was in line with other quotes I received, but the customer service was absolutely top-notch. I was truly impressed and wish I had more jobs to hire them for!

I've been happy with Excel but I needed a warranty repair fix on my water heater and his offer was nearly half their rate.  He showed up on time, did all the work with his shoes off (thank you!) and did a fantastic job.

He spent the next half hour explaining a lot of my plumbing to me free of charge - even helped uncap a pipe I needed work on for additional HVAC work to proceed.  I am hiring him again in the spring for sump work.

I called Allison Plumbing and an hour later, Jim arrived.  He was nice, helpful and gave me some good advice.  His pricing was fair and I would't hesitate to call him again.

Kyle R is the worst customer service agent they possibly have. He was rude and had no idea what he was talking about. I had service for about 25 minutes and he claims the plumbers were here for three hours. Then he said they charge for three hours. He's not really sure what they're doing. However they were here for a short time and charged me $2400. I would never recommend this company for anything ever. They are criminals.
