The plumber that came did an excellent job. I was impressed that they have a price catalog for the services.

I have used Schmitz Bros on 3 different occasions and each time I tell my friends how great they are. Honest and reliable as well as affordable. He is not going to rip you off. This is truly my favorite repair go to guy. Bob is the best!!

First thing this morning (Thursday) we had a major issue with the bathroom downstairs - shower was backing up and toilet not working properly. I called Matt and at first he said he could have someone over by Monday however when I mentioned what we were dealing with, Matt made some adjustments in his schedule and was here in an hour. Fortunately he was able to find the problem and within 6 hours, had completed the job with everything working perfectly. I even asked Matt to pad the invoice as I was so thankful he was able to come on short notice however he just laughed and said it was not necessary. People in the trades at times get a bad rap however if this is an indication of the way Murphy Plumbing conducts business, they will never hear a bad word from me and now have a customer as long as I continue to reside here. Cannot say enough good things about my first experience with them. Thanks guys.

What a place!! What amazing service!! If your looking for a plumber, any type of issue... Hansen is who you need to call! I just used them...... again.... for a leaking toilet pipe. They were so courteous to my 2 children sleeping, got the job done very well and were just as professional as they come! I pay a bit more than XYZ plumbing shop, but a few bucks to know it gets done is well worth it!! Water heater, pool heater, toilet problems, they have solved all of my issues. I cannot say enough about them!!

Joe came out to my house 2 weeks after my husband passed away.  He was reliable, kind and very professional!  He left me feeling like I could totally trust and count on him. Today I called Joe again and he was quick to respond, came to my house and took care of the problem. I will tell all my friends and anyone looking for the best plumber out there.

Derek was such a pleasure to work with. I had called about our shower not draining and he came out within a couple of hours of the call. When he was here I asked him about our sink & disposal too--both of which he fixed on the spot. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many other places.

Today I called Terry's Neighborhood Plumbing because I needed an immediate fix for a pipe that was leaking in my kitchen under the sink (I have hardwood floors in the kitchen so I was concerned!) I called Terry's, who I've used before and had a WONDERFUL experience. I asked if someone could come out right away to fix the leak. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Mark and Jim who said they could be there within the hour! They came in less than an hour and fixed a difficult pipe that required additional work. Jim and Mark spent about 2 hours fixing it, letting me know what the problem was and how they were going to address it. In the end they went above and beyond in every way, from the timeliness of showing up to the extra fixes and keeping the area clean to making sure I understood the problem and cost. I will always call them for all my plumbing issues, Mark and Jim were AWESOME!!

Problems with sewage not leaving your house in a prompt manner must be right up there on the scary problems list. I had our sewer line hydro-jetted by a company that said they would also need to dig up the front yard to replace the main line. After the shock of their quote to do that wore off I called them to ask them to explain what I was getting for my money. But they never called me back.

I found Lincoln on yelp. Janet on the phone was calm and reassuring and promised a call back. And they did call me back! Robert was out the next day to give me a quote and explained what needed to be done. So we got it all squared away the next day on a cold, snowy Saturday in December.  They treated us with respect, valued our time, told us what they were going to do, did it and - bonus - only charged a partial arm, not an arm and a leg.

Adalberto was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with, and it was easy to schedule appointments. He and his team did a good job fixing our plumbing issues quite quickly (a leaking toilet seal, a reversed hot/cold shower handle, rodded our sewer, and provided advice on a slow draining sink). Will definitely bring him back for future plumbing work.

After having dealt with a number of plumbers from both large and small companies, having used those from warranty companies also, I am happy to have found Jireh plumbing. Brandon was honest, thorough, respectful and punctual. Although he was called out to rod my sewer line, he addressed ALL of my plumbing problems and fixed a couple of minor issues without charging me. I won't call anyone else for my plumbing needs. Oh how I wish, more contractors were like him.

Grant, at Preferred Plumbing quickly responded to our call, satisfying both my wife and myself. They were prompt, considerate and clean,placing disposable booties over their shoes before entering.  The job was done to our complete satisfaction.

Incredibly disappointed! Todd at H2O Plumbing came to our home last week because a pre-sale home inspection revealed a leak in our indoor spa. The attitude was surly and unprofessional. We might have overlooked that but the level of service was even worse. With our approval they opened up the tile  around the tub and told us that we had to purchase a ($300) dollar replacement faucet and they would charge us an additional $650 to replace it. On top of that, they charged $150 for diagnosing the issue, and this was not going to go toward the repair (which is common practice). We would also be responsible for the repairs to the tile. We became suspicious and got a lot of feedback on NextDoor that this was not a reasonable amount to charge. After a friend recommended Sandman Plumbing, we called Tom and had a REAL professional come over and do an assessment.  He was able to immediately tell that the hot water handle in the faucet was leaking.  So H2O Plumbing was going to charge us $800, plus the $300 for a faucet totaling $1100. The entire fix with Tom at Sandman Plumbing cost $250 for a replacement faucet cartridge. The tile that was torn apart in my bathroom by H2O was unnecessary.  So now we have to pay for tile repairs. In the process of our home sale we have been dealing with many fine contractors and it is a shame that H20 gives tradesmen a bad name

I live in a 100+ year old building and have had plumbing issues with my master bath toilet for years.  Finally I have found a plumber who is honest, capable, reliable, fair-priced and very professional.  I had called several of the Best Plumbers Near Me and none would give me a quote over the phone, except for the guy who answered at Magic Men Service.  I was told that a  Master Plumber would be out the next day between 10-11.  Mike and his assistant showed up at 10:00 and showed me exactly what was going on.  I had agreed to pay extra for them to use a camera feed.  So glad because the pipes were full of crud.  They showed me every step they took; they cleaned up all their mess and made sure the toilet was functioning properly before they even charged me.  They aren't the cheapest or the most expensive.  I think their price was very fair and highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues.

Jason is so professional and responsible. He gave a quick response and help me replace the drain and clean the working areas. Very good job.

Our pilot light went out on our water heater and we found Allison plumbing randomly. Joe was quick to respond and here in about 10 mins. He had to run out 3 different times for parts but only charged us an hours time in labor. Highly recommend this business!

I had a broken city sewer line. I was told they would do all the work to get this fixed as soon possible. I was the one who had to contact the city to insure the issue was fixed in a timely manner. I was not contacted when service appointments where made. My contact info was not updated after multiple requests. After canceling an appointment due to a funeral via the text message which indicated I could reply to. They showed up anyway. When I told the technician they where not to be on the property because I was not home. They still went ahead and worked on the property. They did not fill the hole correctly and laid cement when it was too cold to do so. The hole was caved in and cement cracked by the next morning. When they where done the technician then called me to demand payment after being told he was not to work on the property. He was told
To just finish the job regardless by his management. When setting up appointment to correct the issue, and having to cancel due to rain and freezing temperatures I was given a hard time and they tired to tell me I could not reschedule the appointment for work on my property. On the day of the appointment it was once again raining they went ahead and laid concrete. Due to the rain the top layer washed off which means it's going to eventually collapse again. And I will have to fix the patch.

I would never use this company again. It was a pain, and they have horrible customer service.

Edit: I forgot to add they showed multiple unprepared for the appointment. Lacking the correct equipment. Or not knowing what was to be done on that day.
