Yep, good as it gets. Reliable's been around for a long time -- their dad started the business and now two brothers carry on the tradition. Josh quoted a price to us for finally resolving our sump pump/gutter problem. He ran into a problem because of tree roots gone wild in the parkway -- making the job more labor intensive than he thought. Didn't make any difference. He was prompt, courteous and, like the company name says, reliable. We couldn't be more pleased.

While he worked around rain days, our hot water tank bit the dust. We called Josh and four hours later we had a new hot water tank at a very reasonable price.

I have used PR plumbing twice in a year now. Once for a clogged pipe ridding, and then a new water heater install. Matt does nice work at a reasonable price. Does not try to upsell you. Honest local plumber. Avoid the big guys that advertise on TV.  Great local company.

I found water leaking into my basement and called at 6:10pm in the middle of a pandemic and Max was at my house in 20 minutes! So nice and wore a mask and gloves and took his shoes off. Turns out my refrigerator is leaking and he told me I need an appliance repair person because thankfully there is not a plumbing issue. I asked what I owed and he wouldn't take money from me even for his time. Such a great honest guy and exceeded the great reviews I saw on Facebook about him. I will be using Maximum Plumbing moving forward and recommending him to everyone I know!

I was having some water come up in the floor drain of my laundry room after I would take a shower. I called up DRC based on the reviews I saw here and on Google. I called at the end of the workday, and Derek was polite on the phone and readily made time for me the next day. He and Keith came by to help me out. They were polite, efficient, and fair. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and, more importantly, solved it. I don't have to take three-minute showers anymore! I will definitely be calling them the next time I have an issue. Thanks guys!

I took time off work so they could come out during regular business hours and give us a quote for completely re-plumbing a building my wife and I are rehabbing. They came out and looked over the job and we discussed options. Afterwards, their rep (Jason I believe) said he would have us a quote in about 48 hours. After a couple of weeks and no quote, I called the company and inquired. The person on the phone apologized and said a quote would be forthcoming. It's been three weeks, and we still haven't seen anything. Trojan Plumbing wasted our time and cost us money by delaying our project.

Service went really smooth. Got straight to work. Fixed the water line and replaced a shut off valve. Explained everything as they worked. Great job from a returning customer!

I've been calling for three days and I keep getting a message that the mailbox is full. Charlie needs to delete his voicemails otherwise how can he provide a service to customers if he doesn't answer the phone or if you can't leave a message?

I have used Carmen & LaCassa Plumbing at my house, for my general contracting company, and have given his name out to friends numerous times.  Carmen is straight-forward and technically knows his stuff very well.  I would highly recommend him and he will continue to be my go-to plumber.

Jaryd and Sam came out yesterday to install a new garbage disposal. They fit me in and were fantastic. It was quite the nasty job and yet they did it professionally and explained everything to me. I highly recommend this company and glad I found someone trustworthy.

I have used the services of Chicagoland Quality Plumbing several times.  I used to own a condo and they did work there before I sold it.  I now own a home and they have done work here numerous times.  I can't stress enough how pleasant it is to work with this company.  They are responsive, prompt, highly professional, very reasonable in price, great plumbers with years of experience, and best of all, get the work done correctly.  You can't go wrong with Chicagoland Quality Plumbing (aptly named).

Nick is great at what he does. He was easy to get in touch with and was at my house within a week. He completed all the electrical and plumbing projects I wanted done, and gave suggestions on the remainder of the work. He is even checking on parts for a broken screen door and gave me names of other contractors to contact if the project was not his specialty. He explained what went wrong on some items, so I got an education as well as things repaired or replaced. I will definitely be using his service again. Thanks.

From prompt responses to thorough work, and great customer service like using shoe covers when they entered our home and explaining the situation completely. We couldn't be more pleased.
