Had Chuck come out to look at my sewer back up. He responded quickly and did a camera view of my drain.  I could see there was an obstruction due to a cracked drain tile just in front of my home. He had to dig up my front lawn and replace the broken drain which was about 8 feet below.  They stayed working on it and completed the job well. They also added a clean out for future use if the drain needed cleaning.  I was extremely pleased with the results and have recommended them to others. Chuck is a honest and diligent plumber that is highly knowledgable.  I will definitely recommend his services again.

We had a small leak under our kitchen sink and I wasn't sure what the cause was so I went into the Yelp portal and found Easy Work (Jon). He was very responsive and after showing pics and video, he gave me a quote and came over the next day to take care of the issue. He was on time, answered calls/texts, and very professional. Highly recommend!

Yep, good as it gets. Reliable's been around for a long time -- their dad started the business and now two brothers carry on the tradition. Josh quoted a price to us for finally resolving our sump pump/gutter problem. He ran into a problem because of tree roots gone wild in the parkway -- making the job more labor intensive than he thought. Didn't make any difference. He was prompt, courteous and, like the company name says, reliable. We couldn't be more pleased.

While he worked around rain days, our hot water tank bit the dust. We called Josh and four hours later we had a new hot water tank at a very reasonable price.

Asked for a quote to rod out the main sewer line...a project they did less than two years ago. At that time it was an emergency as everything was backing up into our shower. It was super expensive for the emergency call, so this time we were being proactive and wanted it done before it HAD to be done. They had all the info they needed to give us a non-emergency quote but kept emailing saying they needed more info. We went with another service after getting two instant quotes through Yelp at a significantly lower rate. The other service did a fantastic job. Sorry PR Plumbing....you lost a customer.

Had a great experience with maximum plumbing replacing a hot water heater. They were responsive via text and phone call, very competitive on price.

During the installation they wore masks, took shoes off in the house, and left my basement very clean.

Had a leaking shower faucet.  Needed to be replaced.  Called in Thursday came out Friday morning.   It was great fix and price. Mike was great. Explain what was done and fixed in 20 minutes.  Works great now. I will call on them again if I have any plumbing problems.

I have used this company for a few years.  Each time they have been so professional, polite and the work was exemplary.  They call and let you know when to expect them, they arrive on time, they are friendly and explain what they are doing, why the issues happened, how to prevent it in the future and the price is always reasonable.  It is hard to find people you can trust but each time they have been here I am fully satisfied that this family owned business is one that you can truly trust and depend on.  I highly recommend them to anyone who is stressed over any plumbing issues.

Had an issue with my ejector pump and they came out the next day. Turns out it was clogged from toilet paper and instead of switching it out they just cleaned it up and got it working. Easily could have switched it out for the extra money but I am thankful for their honesty and integrity. I will use them again for any future plumbing issues.

Called Dan because I needed a quick quote and turn around prior to closing on my home.

Servicemen Robert and co worker arrived early, got the job done. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

This company is a class act.  The job turned out to be a little different than what we originally planned based upon their sound, professional advice.  They took the changes in stride and were in and out quickly.

We called Charlie after 8 pm on a Saturday night when our sewage pump alarm was going off. Being new homeowners, we were mildly panicked, as we had just had two days of heavy rain in a row. Charlie lives in our neighborhood and within 20 minutes was at our house.  He coached us through the way the alarm works, and basically told us that it was a coincidence that it went off after a storm...because it was just a problem with the battery. He charged us very little for this weekend evening visit - we will be calling him again.

Have a 70 year old home with many issues.  Matt was able to upgrade my plumbing into the current century.  He installed a new dishwasher  and 2 faucets.  Was very professional, punctual and informative.  Would recommend.

Jaryd has been a huge help as we have been working to redo all our plumbing in the house. He is knowledgeable, has great employees who work for him & will show up at 5pm if needed. He stays until the job is done and takes pride in what he does.

I have never worked with such a terrible company before! Which is a lot to say since I have rehabbed 2 homes top to bottom. I had them come out twice to fix a kitchen sink and after spending hundreds of dollars to fix it, it still does not work. I asked him to come look at it one more time, and he verbally attacked me and refused to back up his work. I would never use this company again and I don't think anyone else should either.

Nick was GREAT! I contacted him with 3 small jobs around the house, told him what I needed & he contacted me back right away and was at my house the next day & finished everything in 1/2 hour.

Our door was forced open and the frame was damaged.  Al came over and fixed it to where you could barely tell it had been broken.  It was quick and reasonably priced.  I plan to use this company again for other projects we have.

I did not decide to cancel.  The gentleman I spoke to specifically said that he could not guarantee that someone would be able to come out at all yesterday.  So if you were planning on coming in the afternoon he did not sound too hopeful about it.  And yes I was expecting you earlier because that's when the appointment I made 2 days prior was set for. And if you have to bump someone for other emergencies then common courtesy tells you that you should at least call them and let them know.  Let's just call it a clean break and the best of luck to you and your company.
