Called this company to come out to fix a drain pipe, as there was water in the basement.  The plumber routed the pipe, and even sent the camera down, but didn't see any blockage.  Ran water, and it was still backing up.  The guy said to 'watch' it.  An hour later, after running the shower, there was water all over again.  Called him back, and he said there was nothing he could do.  
Called a DIFFERENT company, who came out, and FIXED the problem, while the guy from Absolutely clear stood by and watched.  We had to pay over $200 to Absolutely Clear, and they did NOTHING to fix the problem.  Then had to pay another plumbing company to fix it.  Tried calling Absolutely Clear to see about getting some of our money back, and after talking to Diane, who said she would call me back, have not heard anything from them.  They won't even answer our calls now.  WHAT A RIP OFF!!  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!  Not worth the time and hassle, especially since they can't do the job.  Save yourself some money, and call someone else.

We had a small leak under our kitchen sink and I wasn't sure what the cause was so I went into the Yelp portal and found Easy Work (Jon). He was very responsive and after showing pics and video, he gave me a quote and came over the next day to take care of the issue. He was on time, answered calls/texts, and very professional. Highly recommend!

Yep, good as it gets. Reliable's been around for a long time -- their dad started the business and now two brothers carry on the tradition. Josh quoted a price to us for finally resolving our sump pump/gutter problem. He ran into a problem because of tree roots gone wild in the parkway -- making the job more labor intensive than he thought. Didn't make any difference. He was prompt, courteous and, like the company name says, reliable. We couldn't be more pleased.

While he worked around rain days, our hot water tank bit the dust. We called Josh and four hours later we had a new hot water tank at a very reasonable price.

This is an honest company with hard-working diligent owners you can trust. Reliable Plumbing is our Plumber for Life. You won't be disappointed.

Replacement of a dryer gas valve. Maxim was super quick and responsive, and was very thorough to make sure the dryer was installed properly and working before he left. Price was very reasonable. We're new to the neighborhood and we're grateful to have a reliable local plumber. Thank you!

Had a leaking shower faucet.  Needed to be replaced.  Called in Thursday came out Friday morning.   It was great fix and price. Mike was great. Explain what was done and fixed in 20 minutes.  Works great now. I will call on them again if I have any plumbing problems.

After  posting initial review I found a couple things I was not pleased about. There was a dent in my foyer ceiling which I believe was caused by a length of copper pipe being carried out the front door. I had heard a noise that day like a thud but didn't get up to look. 2nd the smoke detector in the basement was removed and not replaced. I didn't realize this for a couple weeks.
If things are being changed or altered I feel it should be brought to the attention of the homeowner.
I think the assistant knew he damaged the ceiling because the dent is quite obvious and was not there before.

Called for an emergency situation and Jason was at the location within an hour.  Very professional and fast service.  I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Robert and the crew are total professionals. I've been using OneStop for 4 years for all electrical and plumbing projects. Robert always does the job to accomplish everything I need without adding on unneeded cost. I've had other contractors try to up sell things I don't need or take short cuts, but OneStop always gets it right for me. I've recommended them to friends and family with confidence and always get great feedback on their work.

Rats!  I gave Charlie a great review the one time I used his service but this second time around was a WHOLE different story.

I called him for a number of small to large projects ranging from a leaky pipe to replacing radiators to installing central air.   He wasted 6 days telling me he had a project to finish and would call me back.  I finally realized he was just putting me off.  Bad on me for believing him!  But why do this? Why not just tell me not interested?

I have used Carmen & LaCassa Plumbing at my house, for my general contracting company, and have given his name out to friends numerous times.  Carmen is straight-forward and technically knows his stuff very well.  I would highly recommend him and he will continue to be my go-to plumber.

Jaryd is as good as it gets. The work he did was extremely reasonable in price, excellent in quality and he's very pleasant to work with! His response time was very short and he accommodated my schedule. I plan on using him for projects in the future. Highly recommended!

Wow! Worked with Edwin and George. Had a faulty water heater on Saturday morning. George the plumber was educational, friendly, and efficient.  I would highly recommend them again and I personally will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

I needed an old garbage disposal removed and a new one (I planned to install it myself, as I had done this before.  This time, my senior citizen back decided it didn't want me crawling under the sink.)

The owner, Nick Nicola (847-828-1141), was highly recommended by several members of a local Elk Grove Vlge., IL,  Facebook group.  I'm now  member of Nick's fan club and understand why Nick is so popular.

He promptly responded to my text message.  Offered to come out the same day (which didn't work for me, so we scheduled an appointment for the following day).  He showed up on time, got the job done (knew what he was doing), was a pleasant, friendly guy and reasonably priced.  I learned that he also does electrical, plumbing and general jobs around the house.

I used to be married to a very handy guy; unfortunately, he passed away.  So, I never had a go to list of handymen.  I am so happy I found Nick.  I will definitely rely on him in the future and HIGHLY RECOMMEND NIX FIX IT, INC., to anyone needing work done by someone who offers reasonably priced, good, old fashioned service and, HE PROMPTLY RETURNS PHONE CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES!!!   Call Nick, you won't be disappointed.

Our door was forced open and the frame was damaged.  Al came over and fixed it to where you could barely tell it had been broken.  It was quick and reasonably priced.  I plan to use this company again for other projects we have.

Called on a Saturday for service due to unable to correct the problem myself due to a recent auto accident and having a fractured vertebrae. A technician arrived, rodded the main but didn't comment that the slip joint outside the home wasn't aligned properly. Left a mess of plumbing discharge in the workspace, and didn't offer to clean it up. Charged $695, and he spent double the time outside in the driveway organizing his truck, which I was told was part of the bill. I called back 10 months later, asked what their warranty was, told rudely I should be happy it worked for 10 months and I need to pay again for them to return. Called a REAL plumber who properly diagnosed the issue, corrected the issue and knock on wood no issues for 20 months. Their customer service is unprofessional, I have asked to be taken off their mailing list and they can't even do that right. BS company, they and Service 1 heating out of Plainfield are in the same category.
