Chuck was the 3rd plumber I called for an estimate to remove a cap from my front sewer. I was 15 minutes late to my appointment- by God's grace, when I arrived Chuck had already pulled the cap out the sewer- no digging required as the prior estimates had quoted$$$ (I was sooo full of joy- the other 2 well known plumbers in Berwyn were obviously trying to take advantage of my circumstance) Chuck was honest, reasonable, and knowledgeable. And when he put the snake in the sewer it was evident that the plumber who supposedly roded my main line (approximately 1 month ago) deceived me by stating that he had rodded my main line from the catch basin to the street. Chuck pulled wipes and roots, not to mention other junk-  Chuck conducted Hydro Jetting and I was very satisfied with his work (Thanking God). The jetting even assisted with clearing of the backed up junk in my catch basin, which had been cleaned a month ago and now had filled up with junk due to the poor rodding from the prior plumber (a month ago). I appreciate Chucks integrity and hope that he is a blessing to others as he was to me. I definitely recommend him...6 thumbs up!

Yep, good as it gets. Reliable's been around for a long time -- their dad started the business and now two brothers carry on the tradition. Josh quoted a price to us for finally resolving our sump pump/gutter problem. He ran into a problem because of tree roots gone wild in the parkway -- making the job more labor intensive than he thought. Didn't make any difference. He was prompt, courteous and, like the company name says, reliable. We couldn't be more pleased.

While he worked around rain days, our hot water tank bit the dust. We called Josh and four hours later we had a new hot water tank at a very reasonable price.

Asked for a quote to rod out the main sewer line...a project they did less than two years ago. At that time it was an emergency as everything was backing up into our shower. It was super expensive for the emergency call, so this time we were being proactive and wanted it done before it HAD to be done. They had all the info they needed to give us a non-emergency quote but kept emailing saying they needed more info. We went with another service after getting two instant quotes through Yelp at a significantly lower rate. The other service did a fantastic job. Sorry PR Plumbing....you lost a customer.

After  posting initial review I found a couple things I was not pleased about. There was a dent in my foyer ceiling which I believe was caused by a length of copper pipe being carried out the front door. I had heard a noise that day like a thud but didn't get up to look. 2nd the smoke detector in the basement was removed and not replaced. I didn't realize this for a couple weeks.
If things are being changed or altered I feel it should be brought to the attention of the homeowner.
I think the assistant knew he damaged the ceiling because the dent is quite obvious and was not there before.

Our condo building had a couple different plumbing issues going on in our 100+ year old building. Jason and his team repaired both issues and we were very happy with their service. They were professional, friendly, very prompt, very responsive, and fairly priced. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

I hired them for the first time in September 2009 to upgrade the electrical service at my house. It was a very large job and they had it done in only few days! I then used them again to install new lighting and to hang ceiling fans. They were available the next day and again did an awesome job! They are one of the best contractors I have had at my house. They always show up at the agreed upon time for an estimate, and are very professional and friendly.They do a great job, and always give me a reasonable price. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs a professional electrical company. I'll be contacting them again soon!

I woke up without heat.  By noon, my furnace was fixed.  Charlie was very friendly, professional and efficient. I strongly recommend him.  I couldn't be more satisfied with every aspect of his service.

Not only that but Carmen was honest and fair about what needed to be done in my home. He was knowledgeable, kind, and worked efficiently. If we could give 10 stars I would--Jared and Sam were terrific! Our powder room toilet was leaking at the base and into the basement, and we could not wait for anyone else who was all booked. Jared and Sam came over within 30 minutes, fixed the leak and made everything work perfectly. Fair pricing for emergency service, and best of all I like using privately owned businesses like his. If you have a plumbing problem don't call around--call Jared and he will take care of you quickly, professionally, and without making you feel like you were getting gouged on the price.

I hired them to install a new dishwasher and fix the flusher on the toilet in our office.  Both jobs were completed promptly and the service excellent.  I would definitely use them again.

Nick was GREAT! I contacted him with 3 small jobs around the house, told him what I needed & he contacted me back right away and was at my house the next day & finished everything in 1/2 hour.

We had a bathroom fan and a ceiling fan that needed to be installed. Al and Andy came in and split up the jobs to get them done faster. Great work and great communication!

Great job!  Art was professional and took the time to explain the intricacies of our plumbing system. Hope I don't need their services again, but will definitely be using them if I do.
