Just had James from Connell Plumbing over today to install a Moen kitchen faucet.  The faucet was supplied by Moen under their lifetime guarantee and James did the labor to properly install it.  He breezed through it and did an excellent job.  I could not install it myself because the location of my kitchen sink was close to the wall and the old faucet was rusted on.  He made it look simple because he knew what he was doing unlike me and obviously had much experience with doing this.  He was on time and stuck to the price he quoted me over the phone and even added a 10% senior discount.  Other plumbing places will not give you a price for simple work like this and then nail you when they complete the job.  In the past Connell Plumbing has installed a quality water heater for me, American made, not made cheaply in Mexico.  They try to use American made parts that are quality.  James also answered other plumbing questions for me which prevented me from having additional work done which may not have been successful.  Great to have trusted plumbers... I highly recommend Connell Plumbing.

Kudos to Tim Stefl, he's great plumber and human, has always been reasonable but this one was above and beyond   - I called when my kitchen faucet filter blew out and instead of coming over and charging to look at it he asked me to take pictures and email them to him.  He looked at the pictures and recommended that I go to Elmwood Supply and ask if they had the part I needed to repair it.  The gentleman there found me the part and gave me a detailed explanation on how to replace it - I was able to do it myself for $1.61

Reliable, easy to communicate, timely and quality work. He installed holiday lights for me and moved two TV's across the rooms on wall mountings. Highly recommend and value for money.

I recently called this plumber for an emergency situation with my kitchen sink and was blown away by his exceptional service. He was quick to respond and arrived promptly and worked efficiently to fix the sink (and even cleaned the kitchen afterward). His knowledge and expertise in the field was evident and he was able to offer helpful suggestions to prevent future issues. The plumber was also friendly, professional, and respectful. Highly recommend Jason from Stephens plumbing. Our kitchen sink needed to be unclogged by using a power auger. We also needed a pipe replaced.  The price was very reasonable.

Augustine responded very quickly when my in-laws were having issues with an upstairs toilet.  He came out same day and when it turned to be a simple issue, he didn't charge a service visit fee and showed them how to fix it and maintain it.  They really appreciated his honesty because they are retired and on a fixed income.  Thank you!

Tom and his guy Mike are awesome! Same day service with great affordable prices. Came after hours without the expense. Even without the after hours where less expensive then the 'big' companies. Didn't walk away from crawling under my deck to get into the crawl space. I needed my main sewer line rodded out where the only clean out as I know was present and these guy did it without hesitation. Gave great suggestions to prevent tree roots from reoccurring. I've saved them in my contacts and plan on using them and telling friends/family about them for any future needs. If I could give 10 stars I would. You guys are welcome back for a brew anytime. Great company to work with. I called a few places for a quote to install a new sink and faucet in my kitchen. They were the most detailed over the phone in regards to what needed to be done/changed and also the most competitive in pricing. I booked them over the phone easily and they were on time for our scheduled appointment.

They were thorough and knowledgeable. My daughter (4 years old) was interested in what they were doing and they humored her and explained to her what they were doing nicely and in a way that engaged her.

I felt comfortable with them in my home since they were respectful of their surroundings. They used shoe covers and made sure to clean up any mess they made in the process.

I would definitely hire them in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber for their home.

I'm not sure if they have a receptionist as both times I spoke with the plumber over the phone. One thing I would suggest is for them to call the day prior to confirm appointments. I feel this is the norm especially if I made the appointment a few days/week in advance. I was a little nervous my appointment was forgotten so I called the day of my appointment and they assured me I was on the schedule.

Great tech came out. Patiently explained what needed service, parts to be ordered and how things are priced out.

Submitted a request on Sunday and Jeff responded quickly scheduling for Monday. The price was quoted, and Jeff was on time. He got to work unclogging the sink and we discovered the clog was further down the line, and went to work cleaning it out from the basement. Jeff remained calm, professional, and got the clog removed, while also teaching g me a thing or two. Jeff even looked at something else, continued the education, and quoted me for another job. When it came time to pay the price charged was the agreed upon price even though he was here longer than either of us expected. I've had my eyes ripped out by plumbers in the past, but I now feel confident that I found a company that will charge a fair price for fair work.

This is the first time using this company and the service was great!!  Called in the  morning and Mr. Travis was here by early afternoon. He is professional and knowledgeable.  If you're in need of quality plumbing services at a fair price, he's your man.  Would definitely call again.

Had to have a broken dishwasher removed so I could fix the floor. Also an old laundry sink was removed at the same time and replaced with a new one. They also rodded the return out to the street. All work was done in one day

I appreciate that I could communicate and book an appointment with the business entirely through the Yelp platform. It helps me as a consumer when I can review messages within one platform and don't have to go back to phone calls or text messages to determine conversations. I was able to book an appointment within 24 hours and get the job done, which was essential for me because the drain that was unclogged meant I couldn't washing clothes. The technicians kept things tidy and were efficient.

Not worth single penny.

I had bathtub cloggin issue. The guy who showed up said he could fix the problem but it turns out that whatever he worked on,didn't last 24 hours. We had to call him again.

He keep selling his services to fix other things in my household and giving me estimates in thousands. One thing he did say he didn't guarantee his work as its old building.

Well if I spend $340 to unclog my bathtub and fix doesn't work for week , does it even worth recommending this company to anyone.

I am calling other plumbers to see if anyone else can help.

STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAW AWAY! You've been warned. I called them when my laundry washer was leaking due to a faulty valve. They sent a man over who explained they could repair a washer anywhere from an $800 package to $1800. I picked the middle package and gave them a $500 deposit. Before they came to fix said washer I told my boyfriend about all that had transpired. He told me to go to Home Depot and buy a pair of channel locks and some washers.
