They arrived on time for the estimate, quickly assessed the installation I wanted them to do (EV Charging Station) and sent me a competitive estimate the same day. They were able to begin the work almost immediately, arrived on time, were respectful of our property and belongings, and were thorough, quiet, and professional throughout. They cleaned up after the work they performed and  had an excellent work ethic.

I've had the privilege of working with Sims for two projects in one week. First of all, they're incredibly responsive. Showed up within an hour in one case. We had an electrical issue in one case, and then a few days later, a major plumbing issue. I contacted them in the evening, we talked over the issue by consulting photos and then they came the next day to fix it. All around terrific.

Marianne and Rodrigo came through in a pinch and were fantastic.

Yesterday another electrician I scheduled bailed on me (for the SECOND time) and I called Marianne to see if she had anyone she could send out last minute. She was so nice and helpful in taking care of me. She was able to send Rodrigo who was fantastic.

Rodrigo arrived on time and understood all of my projects in depth quickly, and made recommendations on what to do. He wound up staying most of the day to hang a chandelier, 2 ceiling fans, and fix my outdoor electrical outlets. Everything looks great and I will definitely be only calling T&D in the future.

Did great work at a fair price. Did exactly what he promised to. Finished the project on time. I recommend him to family members and would definitely use again.

Last month Joe replaced our old fuse panel with a new 30 circuit 100 amp panel, including new service line and placement outside.  He responded very quickly to our request for a review of the job site and provided a very reasonable quote for the job.

The work was completed as described and on time - he even threw in an extra GFCI socket to boot!  The village inspector complimented the work and gave us an immediate approval.  

Joe is great to work with and I will definitely call him again if/when I need any electrical work done in the future.  I highly recommend Joe.

So I just purchased a new home and having some circuit breaker issues. Found Chris on Yelp very nice guy. Very responsive. Came right out, Fix the issue under 15 minutes so I will definitely be calling him back out to finish the work, Definitely give Chris a call or give him a chance if you are having any type of issues with circuit breakers or electrical issues definitely recommend this business. I came home from a work trip and realized I lost all electricity in the back part of my condo on a Friday. I called Highlights that day, and they came out the same day to assess the damage. After submitting a proposal for the work, my condo association kept asking for edits, clarifications, and finally that Highlights identify the exact cause of the loss of my electricity. Highlights promptly and patiently addressed all these issues, including identifying the exact wire that caused my shortage. Instead of delaying the work after the evaluation, Highlights continued to work at my place the entire day, even in suboptimal weather. I came home from another work trip and was completely surprised and relieved that the work was completed. We are in the process of tearing down a house we recently purchased, and hired Rogelio at Alex Electrical to cut the main electrical line from the pole to the house, as well as remove the cable lines, the electric meter, and the electric box in the house. Rogelio was extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, professional, and got the job done in less time than the estimate. I had a great experience with this company.  I had a 2-story chandelier to replace in my foyer as well as a dining room light. I texted back and forth with Nelville. Super easy to reach and he responds very quickly.  I like the texting aspect.  I actually texted a picture of the foyer light so he could accurately give me a quote for ladder rental, requirement for 2 guys, etc.  - The 2 gentlemen who came out were efficient, professional, and had both lights done in 2 hours.  Quote was spot on.  Would recommend them to anyone.

We had a laundry list of items that needed some electrical attention in our home. We had multiple light fixtures to install, light switches to create, electrical outlets to create, and some re-wiring that needed to be done in our old bungalow home. We were able to have someone out within a week. Carlos was fantastic. He worked all day to address everything on our list, and we are very pleased with the quality. There are a few things that we didn't have time to get to, and I plan to have Kinetic energy out again to address the final few items. I thought the cost was reasonable for the amount and quality of the work that was done. Highly recommended!

Tom and his crew do such great work! Highly recommend them. They installed 4 outdoor outlets in our yard and also trenched wires underground so they were no longer exposed to the elements. They were on time, flexible, and just care about doing the job right. Tom is a really nice guy who walks you through all the work ahead of time. Don't hesitate to reach out to him!

Alex did a great job replacing a broken switch. He responded quickly to my initial request and was fast in communicating throughout the scheduling process. We are very happy with the quality of work.
We'll likely have to have most of our old wiring replaced and are looking forward to have Alex and his team back. Seems to be a newer company, and I'm glad we took a chance on them.

Highly recommend for a variety of tasks! We've used Fixer for pluming and thermostat help and have been very pleased! They are the go-to solution for small jobs but bigger than DIY. Edgar was our fixer this morning and was great!
