Stefan did a great job in installing our chandeliers and doing small switch fixes. He explained the problems well wherever we had any complex issue, and gave offered good solutions as well.

Of course when it's 90 degrees and 100% humidity all of our window AC units suddenly stopped working! Darrell came to our rescue and quickly assessed the circuit breaker and outlets and resolved the issue. I was so impressed that he answered the phone right away and came right over, despite it being 7pm. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to proceed. So thankful we called Sims and Sons!

Sorely overpriced. I needed an electrical outlet repaired. T&D had to pull a permit to do this work. The permit costs $75. The breaker that was replaced costs about $40. I was charged $300 to repair one electrical outlet. I didn't know any better, but I know now.

Showed up on time for the estimate and was very thorough with what was needed to complete the job right. Although he ultimately did not get the job  I could tell he knows what he's doing.

I sent a message for a quote to assess an area for possible damage and Joe responded quickly quoting a price for a service call and also offering to provide what info he could if I sent some pictures over email. He responded the next day and a service call didn't end up being needed which saved me both time and money.  That kind of integrity is very appreciated.  I'll definitely use Wirenuts Electrical for future needs/projects.

We were having issues with the outlets on one wall going dead and Greenline was able to diagnose the issue quickly and get it fixed. They were also able to assess a standing desk (powered) that had suddenly stopped working and helped us get in contact with the manufacturer to submit a warranty claim on the internal motor components.

Ryan has been extremely responsive to our service requests.  Each time when we have explained our issue and the urgency (different kinds of contractors were arriving for the non-electrical elements of the project), Ryan was able to visit on relatively short notice and within the window quoted.  The 2nd time was an evening but, we were close enough to another job he was finishing and we were not charged any kind of after hours surcharge.

Ryan is professional but friendly and each time, went went out of his way to educate us.

We are in the process of tearing down a house we recently purchased, and hired Rogelio at Alex Electrical to cut the main electrical line from the pole to the house, as well as remove the cable lines, the electric meter, and the electric box in the house. Had an awesome experience with Jake. I got into some trouble trying to swap out a light fixture and created a bit of a wiring mess for myself that he was able to skillfully clean up. He was able to go pop out and buy a replacement light fixture that would fit my junction box and install that too. While he was at my house he added a plug to a closet that we had been wanting installed since we moved in. Super efficient work, very pleasant interactions, reasonable pricing- I will definitely be calling Jake up again for future work.

It's been hard to find a great electrician but Kinetic has been wonderful. I believe Doug helped us both time.  First time, what we thought would be expensive was not.  That was great news.  Second time, he fixed everything great.  Honest and great company to work with.

I had a second great experience with Fixer today. The first was over the summer, when Nathan repaired bathroom vanity lights, and he was amazing.
