Marianne and Rodrigo came through in a pinch and were fantastic.

Yesterday another electrician I scheduled bailed on me (for the SECOND time) and I called Marianne to see if she had anyone she could send out last minute. She was so nice and helpful in taking care of me. She was able to send Rodrigo who was fantastic.

Rodrigo arrived on time and understood all of my projects in depth quickly, and made recommendations on what to do. He wound up staying most of the day to hang a chandelier, 2 ceiling fans, and fix my outdoor electrical outlets. Everything looks great and I will definitely be only calling T&D in the future.

Ted was great! He promptly responded to my initial inquiry and came out within days to install a new external outlet for us. He was nice, and on time, and most importantly he charged us an honest and reasonable price... unlike some other electricians we have hired. We will definitely be using him again for other projects! Highly recommend!

Absolutely best electrician I've ever hired! I am currently working on a kitchen/office remodel and Joe did a great job with everything. He installed can lights, outlets, switches, and so much more. At first I thought it was a small job, but then it led to a larger project. He was on time every day and was always able to squeeze me into his busy schedule. Worked fast but correctly. He really knows his stuff. I will call him again for all my future electrical needs! :-)  A++ in my book. 6 stars if I could.

I reached out via Yelp on a Friday, and Chris came out on Saturday to take a look and provide an estimate (work across two units in our multi-family building). His prices were reasonable and we were able to get scheduled within a few days. He and his team did high quality work very efficiently. We'll definitely call him next time we need electrical help!

We came to Ryan with a maddening intermittent problem: electricity in parts of a house would turn itself off and then turn itself back on, some highly variable amount of time later.  Some times, hours later.  With this happening more than once a day, the house was basically unlivable.

Ryan was able to quickly track down the problem and, even though it was close to the end of a normal business day, he worked well past that to procure the replacement part and install it that same day.

It's been a week with no further incident, so I'm convinced he found the root cause, and I'm as happy as I can be.

Very friendly and responsive customer service - Niki was great. They asked us to send pictures of our panel and the work area so they were able to give us a quote over the phone - very efficient. They scheduled the repair within a few days of the call. Electricians were on time, wore masks and answered all our questions.  The repair work was very quick, professional.  They took care to be neat with their work and the install, running the line out of sight in finished areas and exactly where we needed it.  Would recommend and will use for future projects.

He priced the job very competitively, scheduled it for later that day, arrived a few minutes early.

He unpacked and installed the fixture correctly, carefully, and even requested my confirmation of approval (placement, pendant light height, etc.) at each step.

He worked cleanly, fast, was 100% competent, and very friendly the whole time.

No surprises or disappointments.

Recently used Urban Power to have third panel installed at my 2 flat in Logan Square and the needed infrastructure installed to house a new third meter.  I found Jake to be easy to work with. I feel all work was completed satisfactorily and in a timely manner.  I also felt the pricing was fair compared to other quotes I received.  I felt some of the other quotes I received, the companies were trying to over sell me.  Jake quoted the proper materials need to get the job done.  I would gladly use Jake again in the future and recommend him.

Neville was super quick to respond and very clear about cost.  Johnny was punctual, reliable, and did a great job.  Will definitely continue to use their services in the future!

I cannot tell you how often Ted and his team at Kinetic have helped me. From Traci on the phone calming me down (because electric freaks me out) to David installing lights I appreciate them above and beyond. I had 3 people come out for discussions on our project and Tom came up with great recommendations for outdoor installation of lights and fixed some landscaping spotlights. He was reliable, helped pick out products and did a great job.  I'd definitely recommend him and will use him for future projects.

Ted changed out fixtures throughout our house, including a difficult chandelier in our dining room. He also fixed a hot outlet and looked at our garage electrical. He was on time, fairly priced, and did great work. We'll be using him again.

Alex responded to my posting quickly, was clear on costs, and came out at 8am the following day as promised. I gave wrong information on parts and he was ready with solutions to salvage the job and gave great advice. Would definitely hire again.

These guys are amazing. Easy to schedule, responsive to their website even on the weekend, and the two times I had their employees come to my home they were punctual to the minute, professional, friendly, competent, and fast. They prorate to the minute for their work, and they didn't dawdle for moment. They are awesome!
