We had a GFCI outlet installed in our bathroom. Stefan was on time, professional, and did good work. Communication was easy.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. During the weekend our Air Conditioner went out and after having it replaced, the breakers blew overnight on Monday. It was a miracle it didn't cause a fire to our home.

Given that I have two young children at home, we needed a quick solution. The owner of Sims and Sons called me immediately, diagnosed the issue and was able to come the next day to completely replace the circuit board, breakers, wiring and AC connection. It turns out the inspector completely missed that the panel / breakers were non-compliant and this was a huge risk.

The electricians were professional, thoughtful and quick to act for our family. And they explained things every step of the way.

Im totally shocked by the professionalism of T&D. I was totally electrified when I called their number and a live person answered the phone, I was able to schedule an estimate for the next day, received a quote about 8 hours after, called the same phone number again and booked the installation to happen immediately. I got a charge out of the payment process, super easy and the quality of the work was really high. The electrician cleaned up after all the work, it was if a lightning bolt busted into the house and fixed all of our problems, leaving behind a faint scent of victory. Before calling T&D, I tried to reach several electricians who never returned my calls or were booked out for weeks, good for them but bad for me, it really took the wind out of my sails (if I only had an electrician to fix my motor).

Ted is great! Just hooked up my dryer in 15 minutes after 2 weeks of dealing with the store we bought it from. Called him and an hour later he was here. Definitely will be using him again.

Joe is fantastic!  Joe did all this at our 80 year old house:
- replaced old ceiling fan with new ceiling fan/light fixture
- removed old track lighting and replaced with pendant lights
- installed chandelier
- installed can light and overhead light in kitchen
- replaced/repaired switches

Joe knows what he is doing and offered suggestions to improve our lighting ideas.  He dealt with the quirky wiring in our old house.  He was very responsive and worked quickly and cleanly.  Joe's prices are fair and reasonable.

I highly recommend Joe and will call him again if we have future electrical needs.

Chris is very responsive, honest and good at what he does. He is the person to call for quick and easy fixes - he says he specializes in service calls (installing light fixtures, troubleshooting things around your house). Definitely give him a call, he'll take care of your project quickly and professionally.

I can't praise this company highly enough! We'd been struggling with a temperamental home-lighting system--in addition to one overloaded socket  from an installation carried out before we moved into the apartment. Thanks to Greenline Electric, perplexing lights are now beaming again, and funky wall fixtures have been normalized! Esteban carried out very complicated work with true expertise, great efficiency, and great friendliness. All very illuminating (!); great!

Ryan is very professional, thorough, and provided excellent service.  He replaced a very old chandelier and three way switches.  He explained everything fully, quick and cleaned up afterward.  I'll be going to Ryan for all my future electrical needs.

Boz and his crew have been wonderful while working on our center, Kids Academy! While Kids  Academy had the option to work with many other companies, we chose Highlights because they seemed honest, professional and fair in pricing. They have a kind and trustworthy demeanor and really built that trust with us right away. Every member of Highlights that was on site was friendly, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. After attempting to install a new light fixture myself I ran into an electrical road block.  Jose of Tweaks & Finishes responded promptly to my request for an estimate, and scheduled the service call for the same day!  Jose, accompanied by Rodney arrived on time, and treated me and my home with such care and respect.  Jose was extremely knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed my electrical problem-explaining the issue(s) found along the way.  A quick replacement of a burnt out dimmer switch restored my lighting, and mended the mess I created. Jose and Rodney also cleaned up the wires behind my many wall switches which they found to be a safety hazard, and installed my new ceiling light-all at a reasonable price within my budget.  Both gentlemen were kind, professional, and mindful-cleaning up after any small mess that was made.  I am thankful to have found Tweaks & Finishes, I am looking forward to using them again in the future for a painting project. Jake and Lenox were a great team- they were efficient and were able to locate the source of our electrical problem. They replaced 2 GFI's and have literally brought light back into our lives! We'll definitely be using them again.

I have used Blacklite Electric two times. Neville has been quick to respond to my texts and has scheduled my jobs without delay. He's an honest guy who is fair with the billing. The guys he sends to the job know what they're doing. All in all, very good service.

I needed a ceiling fan and light fixture replaced. The fan I was installing was unique and unusually heavy. Julio was the technician that came to my home. He had great attention to detail. Any adjustment he needed to make he informed me of prior to receive authorization. He was very respectful of my home, wore shoe covers, and protected the furniture. He expertly installed both fixtures and cleaned up all work areas before he left. I highly recommend and would use this company again.

A++ in all aspects. I had great pleasure to hire Tom's company for our house project. The project included multiple rooms. Complete Bath and kitchen electrical renovation. Two bathrooms received outlets, switches, can lights and fans. The kitchen received  new can lights and outlets. Living room got new can lights. We also added wired smoke detectors throughout the house. Tom was a total professional when he came in for the estimate. Everything was explained so that there were no surprises any time during the project and he made sure that we understood the work that was going to take place. Prices were very competitive, and work was done in the time promised. Tom made sure that everything was done right, to code and left everything clean and spotless. I would definitely hire again. Highly recommended.

Alex did a great job replacing a broken switch. He responded quickly to my initial request and was fast in communicating throughout the scheduling process. We are very happy with the quality of work.
We'll likely have to have most of our old wiring replaced and are looking forward to have Alex and his team back. Seems to be a newer company, and I'm glad we took a chance on them.

We asked a Fixer first to repair our dishwasher that suddenly stopped draining, and it wasn't clogged. He made some adjustments, showed us what the problem seemed to be so that we would know if it happened again. When he finished, we took him to see a glass shower door that was starting to shift and stick when we tried to open it.

After two trips, the door was fixed. It was a complicated job, and the Fixer who started it, came back when it wasn't quite right.

It was expensive to complete the work, but it was worth it. The shower door was done well and looks good. An earlier attempt to fix that shower door was less than professional.
