Chas arrived on time, mask and booties.  He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, a leaky, not working disposal, had a unit at the ready for replacement, installed it and was gone within 25 minutes.

Very thorough in explaining the work and appreciated the transparency around costs. Will use again!

Victor is a true professional. Came out to look at an issue at my family members house that other plumbers did not want to touch. This is a multiple family home so it was a longer process to diagnose the problem. Victor and his partner Eric were great and efficient and came out the next day to complete the job. Turns out the home had the original rusty pipes that had been poorly installed and the access area was very difficult to get into and reline but they did it and I found their cost to be competitive. So glad I found this company and will be sure to use them again if needed. Highly recommend.

I decided to give Fixer a couple more stars.  They did contact me Sunday night and were apologetic and sent out a fixer on Monday night to fix the issue.  However now the ceiling light that the fixer hung seems to not be fully secured to the ceiling.

If you have a serious plumbing issue go directly to a professional and skip Drain Works. Erik is a nice enough guy but his niceness could not overcome his lack of knowledge. Diagnosing my issue took him all day and he mentioned several times he'd rather be with his family instead out in the cold and I was out almost $1000 in the end (for his time!!!)with NO FIX!!. When I got a second opinion that company diagnosed and came up with a plan within 45 minutes without me telling them what the first opinion was. If you have a simple issue you might be fine as long as the older gentleman is with him. Otherwise BEWARE.
EDIT 3/10/22: Hi Karla thanks for your reply. You were not there so let me offer some clarification to what you're putting out to the public. The offer to put half my bill ($500) was toward a whopping $5000 of additional work. I did not trust Erik to do ANY more work on my house because each step that he took came with more and more costs. He started at $350 and we ended at $1000. He was too nervous about putting his very expensive camera down my basement toilet so he put it in my second floor toilet which of course came with an additional charge. Why more money to do the same thing? Then, when that did not work even though he told my boyfriend that he was certain it would work he decided to put it down my catch basin for another charge. Again, why more money on top of money to do the same thing? In the end when he was about to leave with no fix and my boyfriend and I were very upset he offered to put the $500 toward the $5000 estimated charges for pursing additional work. No way, no thank you. The professional plumber that came after Erik put the camera in the right place the first time without additional charges and it was fixed with no issues or comments that if his camera broke in my basement toilet I would be on the hook for it. I feel as though Erik should be contacting me with a $500 refund. Just want the public to be aware that serious plumbing issues should be looked at by someone with more experience. Juan was quick to call back and schedule a time to come out on the same day after I was out from work. Juan and his coworker worked quick and very complete. Very satisfied!

Had an appointment that was supposed to be between 11-1. It was about 1230 so I called to see what time they were going to arrive since I asked to give me a 30 min heads up. Apparently they had me down for 615-815. Since I didn't own the house and took an Uber there Kevin said he'd figure it out and call me back. He called back within 5 min and said he had someone coming immediately. John arrived within 30 min. He was very friendly and informative. He did the job pretty quickly (a camera sewer inspection) I also was able to use the coupon they offer on Yelp. Our quote was underestimated by $100 so the coupon definitely helped. Even though the appointment ran a little late it was immediately resolved. I'd definitely use them again and request John.

I woke up to no hot water and called Plumbing Pros based on the reviews. They came within 45 minutes and said that the water heater needed replacement. He looked up the year of the model -14 years old -and indicated that the warranty expired after six years. He gave me an estimate for how much it would cost to replace it and told me to call him if I wanted it replaced that day. I called for a second opinion and estimate which also said it needed to be replaced. Plumbing pros was the better estimate by a few hundred dollars. The service was exceptional. They laid down materials so that my floors wouldn't get damaged in the process, they finished the job in about two hours, they showed me how to operate the new water heater, and gave me instructions for maintenance and then register the warranty and sent a bill before leaving my home. He also asked me to text him to confirm that it was working. I got busy doing some work at home and didn't text him so he texted. Highly recommend this service.

I am very satisfied with the service I received from 24/7 Service Team.  Jesse was very responsive and I didn't have to call, I was able to schedule it all through Yelp. I scheduled late Friday afternoon and had service scheduled for first thing Monday morning.

Jose and his team did an amazing job installing the faucet and were respectful and informative.  They wore covers on their shoes and worked fast and accurately.

I will definitely use 24/7 Service Team again in the future and recommend anyone in the area do so as well.

Scheduled appointment for 10am on Monday.  No show and no one called. I don't know what else Yelp wants me to write, as this is my complaint.

We converted our 2 water heaters into a tankless water heater. We got 2 estimates and went with the slightly lower one. Arco came and did the work in less than a full day's shift. A few days later we noticed a lot of condensation in our 1 basement wall and called them stating there's something going on..
it also happened to be an extremely cold December night. They came out the next day to check out what was going on. Found out the problem was something completely unrelated with our furnace causing the problem. Long story short, they showed us the problem, did a quick temporary fix and told us who to contact for a long term solution. They honestly could have told us, not our problem, because it was something the previous owner messed up that we hadn't noticed yet since buying 2 years ago. Such excellent service and decent folk. Highly recommend

Charges a rate higher than that of a licensed plumber.    i didn't want to take the chance

Called Alex Sunday night after fighting with a clogged kitchen sink all day.  He returned my call promply and scheduled service first thing Monday morning.  Alex arrived promptly at 8am and got to work quickly.  He resolved our clogging problem before 9am and provided helpful tips about my home's plumbing.  Overall great experience...don't hesitate to call!

Chicago Sewer Experts are the real deal. They are very professional and knowledgeable about determining what the problem is. Ricky and Daniel both were both working on my sewer and completed it in a timely manner and made sure it was working properly. They accept zelle , which made it easy to pay and now we're happy campers. Thanks Ricky & Daniel .

Unfortunately, we needed to replace our water heater AND repair our furnace in the span of 10 days! However, Goode made the process as painless as possible. My favorite thing about Goode so far is the consistency of the technicians - everyone is polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Across the board! They answered our questions thoroughly, leaving us feeling confident that we're getting great service and our money is well spent. For plumbing and HVAC issues in the future, our first call will definitely be Goode.
